Quimby, Danny, Nerd, Corman and Spaceboy revisited the P1 community's Sticker Strike, including Sean's unexpectedly kind autograph effort and Sanjaya's Winnebago headquarters. Quimby told the bizarre story of being struck by a thrown potato, while the group debated whether friendship can grow into romance and relived an endurance laser-tag match won by P1 Roach. They praised B-Rob's Mikey impression, mocked a caller's $3,000 prom complaint and imagined forming a Grand Theft Auto IV gang. Mr. Quimby's tactic for stopping Quimby's car singing became a recorded punch line, and Wally capped the show with stories about his long career and his ambition to tour with Iron Maiden.
What happened, in order
Sticker Strike reunion
Danny and the P1 crew recall joining more than 20 site members for the Mikey Show's winding, prize-filled Sticker Strike at Qualcomm Stadium.
Sean hunts for a pen
Corman says Sean surprised him by leaving his own line to search the crowd for a pen so he could autograph a Mikey Show CD.
Sanjaya's Winnebago
Sanjaya brought a huge Winnebago through the Sticker Strike course, then turned it into a shaded hangout with breakfast, drinks, chairs and a kitchen.
Drive-by potato
Quimby recounts being hit hard in the chest by a whole potato thrown from a passing car while she walked toward Miramar Lake at 17.
The friend-zone argument
Quimby and Peaches argue that attraction can grow from friendship and that people should consider dating trusted friends, while Nerd pushes back against the usual friend-zone rejection.
Laser-tag endurance
Nerd and Danny describe an exhausting hour-long laser-tag match in which P1 Roach won and Nerd realized a missed enemy base had cost him the top score.
The B-Rob Show
Quimby celebrates B-Rob's comic takeover of the Mikey Show, especially his Mikey impersonation and her call-in suggestion to name it 'Sausages, Sausages, Sausages.'
$3,000 prom dispute
The group ridicules a caller who complained that her parents allowed only $3,000 for prom even though she wanted a $1,500 dress, a Hummer limo and a private restaurant.
Grand Theft Auto obsession
Nerd reports Grand Theft Auto IV's huge sales, and the group jokes about the game's addictive multiplayer mode and forming an online P1 Mafia.
Mr. Quimby's radio defense
A recorded interview reveals that Mr. Quimby switches to Spanish-language radio whenever Quimby sings in the car, prompting her mock outrage.
Inside Wally World
Spaceboy and Danny secure an interview with Wally after his packed Encinitas show, where the veteran rocker recalls touring Japan and Korea and says he wants to open for Iron Maiden.

This is the P1 podcast number 5 for May 18th, 2008. Welcome to the Quimby Sweaty Pit Show. Can I get another ecstasy pill, please? Yeah. Nice glow sticks, nerd. Shake him, shake him, shake him. Do it, do it. You're not gay in any way, shape, and form. That was uncomfortable. That would be edited. That was uncomfortable. I made myself uncomfortable. Good morning, P1 Ami. I like you. I like all of you. Howdy doody. Hi, boys. Welcome to my show. How are you guys doing today? I'm so glad that you graciously signed up to be on my show. Thank you so much. Thank you for coming over and coming to my house where I do all my sound effects and produce every second of this great show. You're horrible. Hi. You are a talented human being.
You cannot put a helmet on that head. Good and tad. Yeah. Good and tad and welcome. This is like we said, the P1 podcast. Pretty cool. Sweet. My name is P1 Quimby. For those of you who don't know, I like to call the show and talk sometimes. Do you know that? Sometimes I like to talk about Big Brother and nobody gives a crap about it. So there you go. Look at me. I smell like patchouli oil. Funny and true. Yes, it is because I'm a dirty hippie and I eat babies. So it is a lovely Sunday. I'm surrounded by many friends. For those of you who may be listening to the podcast for the first time, it is myself and four sexy, sexy men. Very sexy men. All they're wearing are bow ties right now. That's it. And a cummerbund. And cufflinks. Very nice. Very nice. My first, one of our little buddies here, his name is P1 Danny. Hi, Danny. Happy birthday. Here we go.
One thing about Danny you should know is that his Mexican-ness does not define him. Speak on it, Danny. Please, share with us. What? Why do you hate being Mexican? Tell us now. Okay. Well, honestly. Well. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What are you supposed to say to that? Yeah, exactly. How do I respond to that? If you really want to know, I wish I could bleach my own skin. That was what Danny said before the show. I recommend that. Oh, my God. It's really easy to do. That is so brutal. I can put it on if you want me to. Oh, no. No, thank you, Michael Jackson. No joke. I really loved P1 Danny a lot. Sorry, too old. Oh, my gosh. I can close my eyes and pretend. That is creepy. That's so wrong. You're creepy and gross. Hop in a time machine and come see me. How are you doing today, Danny? Pretty good. Are you excited to be on the podcast? Of course, as always. Are you so excited that you can't hardly contain it inside of your little body? Yes. Little body. Yeah, right. You're a midget, actually. You're like beer upside, right? Yeah, pretty much. Five, eight and a quarter. You're a teeny tiny little thing. You're so cute and precious. I wish I could just shrink you up and put you in my pocket. Love you. That's creepy.
Okay, well, moving on to people I actually like. P1Nerd is here. Hey, nerd. Motherbirds. Well, hello. Try Lance. Oh, you're sexy. You little soundbite, you. Nerd, it's so nice to have you here today. How excited are you to be on a podcast? Pretty excited, and I'm hot, I'm sweaty, and I'm not as sweaty as you. No, nobody can ever get to that level. Maybe Ashley, but none of you. I'm sweating in places you don't even know about. Okay. Right. Oh, P1 Corman. Yes. Hello, beautiful. Hello. How are you today? Super. Thanks for asking. How is the Navy in general? The Navy is great. The morale is high. Oh, really? Yes. I didn't know morale could get high. Oh, it's very myself. It's like five blunts a day. Is that your morale? You just have to know somebody to know somebody, you know. And know somebody. I heard they get medical in the Navy. Lucky. We get medical. Yeah, like horrible medical. Okay, we're not going to talk bad about the Navy because they protect our country. And I like it. I like it a lot. Thank you for protecting me. Hey, you're welcome. Thank you for holding it down. Gosh darn it, you're welcome. You're cool. Holding down his chair. Enjoy my taxes. Thank you.
And we also have the man, the myth, the legend, the sound man, the producer. His name is P1. P1 Spiswa! I love lamp. Hello. Spiswa! How are things going with you over there? Things are great over here. Everything's all squared away. How is it three feet from me? Full steam ahead. Is it different from three feet over here? I'm out of the splash zone. The Quimby's pit splash zone. I did provide raincoats to all of you this afternoon in case it rained down with my sweat because it's like 200,000 degrees in this room right now. That is not a lie. All I can say is I'm sorry. 200,000. And it's only going to get worse. Don't mind if the carpet is squishy. It's just my sweat. Oh, my God. It's just my sweat. It's no biggie. She's going to flood this place. I'm going to flood this place. So we're at five loyal P1s. And one day, Nerd came up with a genius idea to make a podcast. So here we are. Episode number five. Episode cinco. One, two, three, four. Five. And I don't know what's happening. And we have a guest. We have a guest today. Oh.
That's right. The guest of the century, actually. P1PJ. Yes, P1PJ. Her name is P1 Ray. Hello. And we're not even sure if she's a real person still. Yeah, Jadie and Coke still think I've been a paid girlfriend. but it's okay. That's horrible. It's like he's calling you a prostitute or something. Pretty much, but I'm an expensive one. That's what he's implying, so I'm kind of flattered. I don't know. Nerd said something like he pays you 20 bucks a day. Dude, you need to sell yourself more. That adds up, though. I know. I think you're worth more, darn it. She's more assembled than anything. I know. She's like random dead body parts. I don't wear clear heels. But she does wear platforms with goldfish in them, which is really weird. Oh, man. I don't know why she does that. We just fed them before the podcast. Yes. We gave it. They're a little beta, actually, a little beta fish. So you only have one in a tank at a time. One in each shoe. One in each shoe. It's exciting. It's exciting. I love it. Well, thank you for being a part of our audience today. Glad to be in this sweaty, hot room with all you men.
Lady over here. That's right. I am a lady. A white lady. Episode 5, Heatstroke. Would you like to cut my throat? You can if you like to. Here, don't get me started, white woman. You know, the heat makes me do some crazy things. I know, it makes me so angry. I'm so mad, but I know a way to make that anger go away. You know how you get judged, you know, when you get hot. My throat was feeling a little bit tight today. Boy, you wouldn't look. Today's your lucky day. I have an old family remedy. Oh, my gosh. Wait, let me get my Akita. What you do is you take a knife and you slowly insert it in the neck. You do barely almost chop off the head, right? Yeah. Okay, we're going over the top. I'm scared. I'm scared. It's like making a human Pez dispenser. Oh, my gosh. That's creepy. You are creepy. So, here we are together, and I'm ready to talk about some stuff that happened. You know, things and stuff. Yeah. We're talking about the P1Site.com. Yes. I hope you guys like my little... This is awesome. How did you guys wrangle Shaka Khan? I don't know. She was available, and her and I are MySpace friends.
So I asked her to do it, and she did. Ooh, yeah. I love the new P1 Sight song. Space Boy, you did a great job with that. Yeah, it's pretty good. Nice job. Way to go. Both of you. Yeah, thank you. Well, I am a singer and songwriter sometimes, and I'm going to be famous for this. And self-promoter. Oh, yeah. I love myself so much. Like, there's not enough love in this world that I have for you that you could ever have. And that sentence made no sense. So thank you. Thank you. I went to San Diego State University. That's on the deans left. An English minor. No, actually, it was just a psychology major. Nothing minor. There's nothing minor about me. So, Danny, Danny, Danny. Danny, Danny, Danny. Did you have fun at the sticker strike last weekend? I had an amazing time. Yes. It was awesome. Let's talk about it, folks. P1 sticker strike. That was fun, right? That was a very... Awesome. It was a magnificent day. All of us were there? Yeah. Not only us, but like 22 site members. More than that, I think. Really? Did you count? You looked at me like I wasn't there. I honestly don't. You showed up late, right? Danny was wasted. I do lots of drugs and I drink a lot. My memory just tends to leave me sometimes. You're a failure. So last Saturday, if you didn't go, if you didn't know, then well.
You missed out on the P1 sticker strike for the Mikey Show. And what it was was first you had to drive through a maze that was put in Qualcomm Stadium. Driving course of sort. It was ridiculous. It was funny when we were all following a golf court through the beginning of the line. I heard Eddie say it was five miles. Of cones. Oh, my gosh. Wow. It was maybe closed, but. No, it was probably about. It was something ridiculous because the other year you had to drive practically all the way around Qualcomm Stadium, like back and forth. It was ridiculous. They actually had porta-potties like halfway. Like a highway rest stop. Stop off, have a little gay sex. A little glory hole action. Oh, hey, hey. This is a family show here, people. That would be a little embarrassing since there was only one product out there. I think you might notice before you get in. Well, Dr. Wayne was in the other one the whole time. Oh, my gosh. He had IBS or something.
Whoa, whoa. Could someone have Zeth come use the restroom for a moment? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I see him drinking a lot of water. But this year, this year, Sticker's Drag was a lot more organized. Yeah, totally. We all got $50 gift certs towards a tattoo, a good neighbor tattoo in Escondido. Got a free car wash at Massey Nissan. Massey Nissan. Come on. Massey Nissan washes you. That's right. Thank you, Massey Nissan. And then everybody got like cricket certificates for some. Which I have not texted in yet. I have no idea. Oh, just give it to me because I have cricket and I'll use it. Anybody done the text thing, the cricket thing? I got like 10% off accessories. Which is okay, I guess. Whatever. But the $50 towards a tattoo, I am stoked. That's cool, baby. I heard that Nerd is going to get a tattoo of Steve Jobs' face on his back. On my lower back. Yes, because we love him. And then he's going to get the apple symbol on his boob. That's how much Nerd loves his Macintosh. Anyways, moving right along. And...
There were a lot of big prizes, which nobody from P1 site won. I saw a picture of Bolts. Bolts got three months to Frogs Fitness. Yeah, okay, that's kind of a big prize. That's a pretty big deal. It's not that big, but it's better than what we got. Yeah, it is a good one. That was him and Zeke. Zeke got like a 30-day trial membership, and Bolts got a three-month. That's good. So some of our P1 site people did get some pretty decent time. Congratulations to Zeke and Bolts. You're beautiful men. And I hope you like me too. But overall, like, anybody have any cool sticker strike experiences? I do. Oh. Well, looky here. Corman has a little something to share. I met Sean. Oh. No, that was really cool. I actually got into Sean's line. Uh-huh. And I had my CD from the CD signing. in my car, so I busted it out for him to sign it. Mikey Show Best of CD? Best of CD. Furry up? It was really cool to actually get all of them to sign it because, you know, everybody knows he wasn't down for the CD to sign it. But the funny part was I'm in line and all these people behind me and I didn't have a pen. So Sean actually leaves to go in the crowd looking for a pen. Aww. Yeah, Sean.
Wow. Yeah, Sean did that. The guy who hates listeners. Really. Reiterate that that was Sean that did that. That's pretty cool, right? That is very cool. Yeah, I was shocked. I mean, he held up the line to go look for a pen. Didn't find one, but still ended up coming back and just told me to go out there when I parked and he would sign it for me. Wow. That's really cool. And he signed the panda on the inside and put F. Chill Town on it. Yes. It's awesome. I thought he loved Chill Town. What are you talking about? And me being the copycat that I am, I ran to my car and got my hurry up. Opportunity. Oh, did you really? Opportunity, baby. What did Sean write in yours? Did he write F Chill Town? I honestly can't read what he wrote. Oh, wow. He scribbled over Mikey's signature of him. And then he wrote Sean King on there. Oh, nice. That's pretty funny. Oh, Sean is great. I got to meet Sean before we started going through the lines. And Eddie was trying to encourage the two of us to hug one another. Which I said no to. I said I was comfortable with the three feet, the boundary, the space between us. I gave him a mental high five in a sanitary environment. So I think he appreciated that. Anybody else have any sticker strike stories to share? I ate two bratwursts. Oh, my gosh. Delicious. They were so good. And I spilled ketchup on my P1 shirt. Are you kidding me? And I was chased by nerd.
Yeah. To get a picture of it. Way to go. You're a sloppy B1. Are you sure that wasn't blood on your shirt? Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. You're so silly. How about the freaky coincidence with Bolts and Sean? and those photographs with the... Oh, yeah. With the exclamation point above Sean's head. Oh, yeah, that was kind of... Did you not see that? No. Go find a post by Boltz and look at his... I can pull it up right now if you want to see his avatar. Yeah, I can pull it up. It looks like there's an exclamation point above Sean's head. Yeah. It's hilarious. Like, he's scared. It's actually just a black support on the white tent. Yeah. It looks really funny. And it looks exactly like an exclamation point above Sean's head. That's pretty funny. Kind of like a cartoon style deal. It is good, Steph. It is hot. Eddie's seen it, too, because I sent him a copy of it, and he wrote back and goes, wow, that's amazing. This year's Sticker Strike was made a lot better because Sanjaya, the lovely man that he is, happy birthday, BTW. He brought his Winnebago out. Yes, he did.
Well, actually, he lives there. Yeah, he lives in that, down by the river. And what was really cool is when he said he was bringing his trailer with him, I'm envisioning something like a fifth wheel on his truck or whatever. Camper top. He came in this big-ass Winnebago, and he could not make it through the cones. Like, they had to do something special for Sinjaya so he could drive that. beast of a Winnebago through the sticker. I heard he just made a beeline and mowed down the cones. Yeah. Well, that was all he could do. Those turns were ridiculous. He could not make them. So they kind of pulled him through. He got his sticker. Everybody in the car got prizes. They went through Sean's line. I was actually in the Winnebago with them. I ran over and jumped in. Oh, yeah. I saw you do that. That's right. Yeah, and so we had a whole nice little setup. Like, I mean, they had the full-on, like, kitchen and stuff in there. Sanjaya's girlfriend was cooking breakfast in there. He had tons of beverages and drinky poos. Chairs. Like, we were just chilling out there, chilling and grilling. And I got really sunburned that day. Really sunburned. Did anybody else get sunburned? Second degree? It was a second degree. It did not require any urine on my skin. Awesome.
It was okay. It wasn't too bad. Anybody else get sunburnt on Saturday? Nope. Not really. You whiteys didn't get burnt. You guys were there early. Yeah. And I didn't think it was going to be so sunny and beautiful that night. Danny is my savior. He brought some of that bullfrog mist sunscreen. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Well, I didn't tell you that he helped me put it on. Oh, I was also going to mention that. He lathered me up. Oh. Oh, I forgot. Thank you for reminding me. So at the Sugar Strike at Qualcomm Stadium, there was this bomb cruising around the area. And for a little while, I was like. We call him. Well, he. I will get to that, okay? I just want to say I saw him cruising around. I thought it was just some. like bum cruising around Qualcomm because there's a trolley stop there. And so notoriously, if there's any worth a trolley stop or a bus stop, you're going to find like homeless folks. Turns out that this guy was P1 hobo.
And for any of you who don't know who P1 Hobo is, he's one of B-Rob's friends. And he's an actual hobo that listens to the Mikey show. And he was, like, kicking it by the Winnebago, just hanging out, talking like this. That guy would not go away. No, he was cool. Like, everybody was freaking out like he was going to steal something or whatever. And I'm like, dude, this guy is harmless. Harmless. He was talking to Mikey for like 10 minutes before the sticker strike started. It's crazy. It was kind of strange. And Mikey, God bless his heart, man. He just stood there and just talked with the guy like no problem whatsoever. He's pretty good. I would not know what to say to a hobo. I would have no idea what to say. So how about them cans? She lost last night. No. Oh, and can we mention that P1 Quimby was finally proven wrong? I thought that some 17-year-old was like a fake profile because we've had that issue on P1Site.com. Turns out that P1 Medic is a real, live human being. So congratulations, sir. You're alive, and you're real, and I'm sorry. And moving right along.
I hope you weren't expecting anything extravagant like last week. Thank you. Ta-da. I smoke rocks, Joe Rogan. Overall, the sticker strike was really awesome. We actually got a photo with the P1 podcast team. Yo. Yeah. With the Mikey Show team. Very cool. And it was chill. It was great. I looked very fat in the picture, but I'll get over that. That's for the pH. And I was enjoying my look, but hey, you know, what are you going to do? The way the picture is set up is that I'm behind people on the right side, and all the podcast people are over on the left side, so I can go crop all you fools out so I can have you at the whole show. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, my gosh. That's funny. Yeah. Way to go, Medic. If you don't know, we're all live streaming here. And when I apologized to Medic, he was gone. So I'm not going to say I'm sorry again. Congratulations. You're real. You're human. And people might like you a little bit. So. What was that laugh? Nice segue for whatever you're going to.
I want to compliment P1Nerd on the wonderful video that you made of the sticker strike. Yes, that was awesome. Congratulations. It was very nice. I enjoyed it. Very nice. Thank you. I like it a lot. A lot. Anybody else have any final thoughts on the sticker strike? Please share. I can't wait for next time. I can't wait either. You know what I can't wait for? The 28-hour show. That's what I can't wait for. I don't know about you, but. I can't wait. We got to plan something big. Yeah, we do. Yeah. Well, it will be, we will be planning something big for the hours in which the businesses around there are closed because there's, there's a lot of cars that park there during the day when people are at work. Wouldn't you believe it? And people get pissed off when they have nowhere to park when they go to work. But folks, we're going to figure out the logistics here. We're going to figure out the logistics and P1's 28-hour show this year is going to be the best ever. Yep. Ever. Ever. So, in regard to the site, I'm looking here. We have some few hot topics this week, Danny. Are these the hottest topics? Pretty much. Yeah? The late-night posts have been very popular. Oh, my gosh. It's like the old days of when P1's site first started. Well, it's always just like me, little psycho girl.
LA mom and, like, JD, like, always just posting to each other. You little insomniacs. And they go, like, 20 pages in, like, one night. I know. That's crazy. I would go to bed on a weeknight and wake up and you guys have gone crazy posting 20 pages of random stuff. Random stuff, yeah. Yeah. It really is. Yeah, you kids don't like to sleep, do you? You can sell your post count on eBay. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Danny is a post whore and he outed himself on the site the other day. And he yelled at the rest of us for having a life. What? He said you yelled at us for having a life. Yeah. And not being able to post. No, it's just I didn't realize that I posted that much. Well, you are the admin. He finally passed Big Mike. Oh, my God. After he's been gone for three months. Dude, that was like the craziest thing when I was like, Big Mike is still number fourth. That's retarded. That is ridiculous. That guy, like, his average was like 100 posts a day. It was. It was ridiculous. Yeah, that guy does a lot of nothing at work. And I don't remember anything he ever said. What? That's the sad part. I don't remember anything he said. That's brutal. Yeah, him and I email all the time. I do. I remember you made him cry once. I made him cry? With the comic strip. Oh, yeah. Yeah, way to go, Corman. Well, you know. You're a meanie.
Challenge me. Double dog dairy. Challenge me. I'll challenge your manhood. I'm more of a man than you are. He deserves me to die. Other than that, let's see, the random facts about yourself started by El Guru in the random section was interesting. Did you guys jump in there at all? Yeah, I did. Did you? Yeah. I was once the victim of a drive-by potato-ing. No joke. That's funny. It was sucky. What? How did that happen? Well, so was Eddie, right? But only it was like walking. No. French fries at him. At McDonald's. He wasn't hit with a whole potato, though. That was pretty rough. A whole potato? Yeah, a whole potato. That's funny. It sucked a lot. I was 17. I went to park at the Scripps Ranch Library just down the street from Miramar Lake because we like to go there late at night to go drink in the park up there. I like to drink Strawberry Hill. No, I didn't even do that. I was just a cheerleader who liked to drink Boone's Farm on occasion. And we were walking up to the lake.
And you have to walk up this little hill to get to the park at Miramar Lake. And we're cruising down the street, and me and my boyfriend at the time were having, like, this little, like, stupid argument. And then this car drives by, and all of a sudden I just feel this thwack right on my boob. I mean, really, really hard. And I, like, stopped because it knocked the wind out of me. It kind of, like, bent over, and everybody turns around. And immediately thought that my boyfriend had hit me. Oh, man. Like he punched me in the chest or something. And so I'm like standing there and everybody's running around trying to figure out like what the hell happened. And my friend Ishmael walks down the street and he finds something in the grass. Picks up a potato and walks back over and said, I believe you were hit by this. And I had a lovely Bruce upon my. boob in which it made me hurt. Ouch. Yeah, I'm kind of distracted what's happening in the room right now. We'll talk about it. Yeah, Corbin's like standing up, moving around. He has a sweaty back. He's having some flop sweat issues right now. He's basically spread eagle in front of the fan. Yeah. Because it's like 200,000 degrees in here. I had to dry my back out, sorry. So anyways, so after that drive-by potatoing, I don't eat whole potatoes.
I'm racist against whole potatoes. I don't like them. I don't like that race of potatoes. And that was my random fact about myself. Any of you posted random fact? I did. Oh, Danny, please tell us some of your random facts. You guys already know some of the germaphobe stuff that I do. Yeah. Sean Skye's baby. No, I'm not. Sean Skye Jr. I'm not as bad as you guys say I am. It's a facade. He won't touch a gasoline pump. You're weird and you have problems. Creepy weirdo. Anything else? You won't try any new foods at all. No way. It took a lot of convincing to try sushi. It was alright. We went to Poway Sushi Lounge and I had one thing. I am rolling my eyes so hard that they're about to pop out of my face. Why? Because trying new things is like the spice of life, Danny. No, it is not. It is the spice of life. No. I'm telling you, gyros are delicious things. Or gyros. Are we getting gyros after the show today? What? I want them. Even though they cost $6,000, I will have one. They're so delicious.
What else did you say about yourself? I haven't been to black speech in like four years, which is very abnormal. You don't like naked old men? I thought you were gay, and that's, like, your favorite hangout spot. Well, he doesn't go to the beach. He actually goes to the cliffs, you know, down. Yeah, and I bring my binoculars with me. I've been to Black's Beach. Yes. I love Black's Beach. Black's Beach is not what you guys think it is. It's a bunch of old, naked gay dudes. No, it is not. There's no pretty naked people there. On holiday weekends, there is. What? There's pretty people there? Yes, there are. Really? Yes. Hot women. Oh. Okay, anyway. The south side of Black's Beach is the surfing area, which is where I go, and the north side is where the naked people are. There's signs that, like, designate, like, the naked area. The south side is where they have anonymous gay sex. No, no, no. The south side is the surfing area. It's the best surf spot in San Diego. Nerd, did you post any random facts? No? No. Corman, did you share anything random about yourself in that thread?
Not that I'm aware of. Oh, well, you're late. I always have a deck of cards with me. Yeah. I got one. What is it? I didn't post it. My first job was bagging groceries. Oh, really? Yes, and I was really good. Uh-huh. I was really good. You didn't put, like, the bread in with soups or whatever? Very efficient and very fast. Oh, my gosh. People are idiots. You know, they can put bread underneath the wine bottles. Mm-hmm. They're so stupid. I hate people like that. But I like you. Yes, me too. Yes, I know you. You're a very pretty man. Pretty, pretty, pretty. Another great little thread which makes some of you guys so uncomfortable because we women, I'm just going to say this as women, we suck. There's a thread started by P1 Scuba Steve called Friends Zone. And for some of you who may be have issue with that um basically steve was talking about how he likes a girl yeah but she put him in the friend zone and uh me and peaches went in there to give you guys some harsh facts that most women suck and that most girls if they don't feel an instant spark with you it's not that instant spark then you're just gonna be a friend
That we complain about crappy guys too. Look at his face. I hate that. Yeah. Or secondly, if we're not physically attracted to you, you will be our friend. And that's the harsh reality of life. It sucks, doesn't it? Yeah, it does. It sucks. Oh, yeah. But then I went on to explain that me and Mr. Quimby, we made friends first. He was actually my friend. Still, you were attracted to him at the first five minutes you knew him. No. I wasn't actually attracted to him at all in the first five minutes. Women decide in the first five minutes whether or not they'll ever sleep with a guy. Really? If there's a chance. Guys decide before they meet the woman. Well, I had a boyfriend at the time, so I didn't even think about that. I did not think about that. I swear to God. Just like Danny doesn't think about porn all day, I wasn't thinking about it. Sure, sure. I've gone to college about that. Yeah. They teach us in college that that's not true. Really? Wow. Let me see your degree again, Dr. Avila. I will bring it next time. They.com University. Yes, exactly. You are retarded. But anyways, I explained how me and Mr. Quimby did get to know each other as friends because we had a weekly Domino's game. And then it was like the chemistry between us grew. So that is why I feel that people.
Should be friends first before they date somebody and girls you need to stop saying oh, you're my friend They can't teach you. He's your friend. You should data There looks like you just bit into like a lemon That is Yes, edit, edit. What were you like? Long duck dong. Yeah, Nerd just dropped an F-bomb on the podcast. Did he really? Yeah, he did. Or can somebody, like, can you put in one of those boops, like, over the F? I'm so sorry. That is funny. You're funny. That's how angry he is. Yeah, there's that anger inside of him that we don't see all the time. I love it. I love it. Listen, Nerd, from the women of America to you. I apologize. Thank you. I'm really sorry. Most women suck. And stop saying you can't date your friends because they're probably the best people to date. But like Mikey says, it's God's way of rejection. It's God's way of protecting me. And without them saying no. You wouldn't have your robot girlfriend here. Congratulations. So when you got shoved in the locker, what was that about?
That's brutal. That's God's way of saying stay in the closet. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Please let me get a rim shot on that. That was sick. So good. Nerd from, seriously, I am sorry. That is wrong. And then Peaches went in there and said, you know, it's girls who act like this and women who are awesome. So, hey guys. Stop dating girls and find yourself a woman who is comfortable enough to say, I like you as a friend. Let's do some more stuff. Or build your own fembot. Yes, build your own fembot. I actually say do that. It would probably be better than most of us real women because we're horrible people. And make sure you fart in front of her. Yeah. Nerdskin, the finger pointed at him by rain. Why? Is he farting right now? I was wondering what that smell was. To come to find out? Sorry. That's actually how I knew my wife was the one when I farted in front of her reaction. So weird. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. I pretended like there was a loose floorboard, and that's what made the noise. Oh, yeah. You know, I was walking to the bathroom, and I went, you just let one rip. And then I was stopped.
paused, looked down and said, huh, must be a loose floorboard. And you know, it was tile. And she just started laughing hysterically. So I was like, all right, she's cool. Oh my God. Oh no, but the friend zone thread is brutal. Yeah, it's, it's, I don't know. I agree with what nerd said because sometimes like it can be very, it can be a good thing that happens. Like I knew a girl in high school and I was all, I was all in love with her. for like three years and now I look at her and I'm like, wow, thank God. Why is she a beast now? With big teeth and claws and hair. With back knee. Back knee? Ew! That is disgusting. Back knee is cool. Back knee is awesome. That's disgusting. You know, one of my favorite threads of this week was laser tag... Honage. Yes. That was great. Apparently a bunch of you guys on the site got together on Mother's Day and went out there to Ultra Zone and played some laser tag. Did you guys have fun? Were you like 100% sweaty after you got out of there? Oh my god. I need the visual. The usual games last for 15 minutes but it was a special event where it goes on for a whole hour non-stop.
So it was really intense. I mean It was called the endurance challenge. Yes I was over it halfway through. Uh-huh. I was getting dizzy and I was like leaning against the ball Keep it together. Keep it together. It was brutal. It really was. Oh, my gosh. Yeah, I went with Space Point Danny one time, and I was like a sweat machine after we got on. But that's what you are now, and you're sitting there. You're just standing. It was pretty gross. Like, my hair was soaking wet. It was pretty nasty. I heard that P1 Roach owned every single one of you. He really did. He's good. But the funny thing was that Nerd could have pwned him if he would have just hit the base like he should have. Yeah, so there's three bases, one for your team and two for the enemy's team. I thought I killed both enemy bases, and I only did one. Oh, that sucks. And one base is like X amount of points, and so I could have beat Roach's score if I had that, but you know what? Roach did a good job. Yeah, he did. He got first place, which is awesome. Danny, no, no, I got third. Danny got... No, you got second. No, no, no.
Some other dude from another team. Okay, you got third and I got fourth. But if you want to see the scores, they're on the forums. Yes, go to laser tag pwnage. Not onage, but pwnage. You can read all about how these dorks went and played laser tag. I'm going next time, guys. We're doing it again, yeah. We're doing it on the 25th, which I actually realized was this Sunday. Oh, that's perfect. At 10 p.m. Is it Father's Day? Yeah, I don't know. That's not Father's Day. Father's Day is in June, big guy. Oh, that's right. Yeah, so we got to discuss it on the forums and see what people feel. Yeah, I'm down, and I'm actually going to be a few of my girlfriends with me who are, like, down to play. Ooh, girlfriends. Yeah. That's all right. Yes. Listen, we are just friends that like to hang out sometimes. But there are going to be many, many more events coming up for P1 Sight. I absolutely cannot wait. I.E. We're going to plan a P1 beach party coming up here for this summer, y'all. What's up now? Yeah. I talked to Sanjay about it. We're going to work in the Winnebago. We're going to figure out a good day, probably mid-summer, that works so everybody can come and meet and frolic in the sun. Maybe even before then, though, because people want to do something. Yeah. Well, we have a lot more ideas coming up. Me and Peaches are talking about planning a P1 karaoke night, which will probably be for...
P1's 21 and over, and I do apologize. But we're just putting a lot of things in the barrel. What were some of the other ideas? Barbecues over the summer. Barbecues, yeah. We have a lot of ideas rolling around, so don't you guys worry. We're going to have many opportunities for you guys to meet. Another thing going on with the site, a few of us, myself, Danny, P1TZ, Saxman, and now JD and Medic, we all have blogs on Blogspot. So most of us have our blog and our signature. So you can go on there and read the weird random thoughts of P1 Quimby. Or you can go see what P1 Peach is up to. Or you can read about how Danny, you know, does stuff. But it's not really an attempt to kind of like... piggyback off of the uh the Mikey show because they have blogs they do every day most of us can only commit to like updating these things a couple times a week but check them out and like if you want to go to blog spot and create your own blog too it's fun it's free if you want to express yourself in a way in which you can't express yourselves in the forums you can make one like you can be like me and talk crap about PETA the group that I don't like
The people for the eating of tasty animals. That is what I'm for. That's so brutal. But I watched a documentary on PETA, and they are a bunch of psycho loonies who would rather save a turkey from the Butterball factory than a homeless guy off the street. Yeah. So, whatever. And lions eat meat. Check this out. So, are lions, like, are they horrible people because they eat meat, too? Because meat is murder. Would you eat your dog? Would you eat your cat? Coleslaw's murder. I would eat Danny first if it was the end of the world and there was no food left. Danny, I would eat you. Oh, how sweet. Yeah, exactly. What do I say to that? You would be my source of sustenance. You're my first choice. She would willingly put you in her mouth. I would like you, yeah. Whoa! I want parts of you in my body. Yeah, that's what she just said. How dare you turn it dirty like that? That is disgusting. You're awful. You're awful and disgusting. I can't even believe it. And Danny did finally, in the second week of May, update the P1 calendar. Way to go. Way to stay on top of stuff. All Danny has to yell at is himself now, which is awesome. But not only that, but people don't check it because there's a guy that goes on there. I forgot who he was, but he was like, why is the Mikey show off the air today? And that was this Friday.
Yeah. Well, they were a new person. Maybe they're not familiar with that. No, they're not new. They've been on the set for quite some time. Well, whatever. You know, everybody can't be smart all the time. Yeah, I guess. Especially me. Moving right along. Or ever. Yeah, yeah. But Danny did make some updates to the site. He put the video up. We got images from the Iron Man contest, Ticker Strike, the P1 site player. He added some new stuff on there. Albums. And also, Danny went in the site and resized Avatar. That was brutal. There you go. Bastard. There you go. You killed OJ. I killed OJ. That's right. I'm going to make a t-shirt of that. We also need to give a shout out to P1 Roach. Yes. He won P1 Trivia last week. Congratulations, kiddo. He was in the studio. That's awesome. Way to go, Roach. He owned that guy. Oh, totally. And it's P1 Spider-Man, who we are friends with. You know P1 Spider-Man. Yeah, yeah. P1 Spider-Man used to do a blog for the Mikey show. Really? Yeah. Yeah, he used to kind of keep that up. But P1 Spider-Man, I've seen him at every single event. I've seen him at the bowling alley. Really? He was at the sticker strike. He was actually talking to you for a little while at the sticker strike.
Maybe you didn't know. I've never met the guy from what I... Well, P1 Spider-Man's been a long-time listener. I was shocked that he didn't even get one. Oh, man, that's brutal. I'm worse than you, so I can't be talking. Yeah, I was just shocked the kid didn't get one question. Maybe he was just nervous. Hey, I can't even say Sky's name properly when I'm on the air, so... Yes, apparently you can't. I'm going to say happy birthday to P1 Sky. Way to go, P1 Sponger. I love it when Ashley makes fun of you. That's the best. Oh, man. Roach got to go in on a pretty... Good Thursday. Yeah. Last Thursday was kind of wacky. They went into a long thing at the end where they kind of broke down Chantel last week. And Ty's calling in to try to date her. I could not believe that. What a bunch of losers. Can I say something? P1 Shogun. Yes. Doesn't even call the site anymore. Calls in. That guy. Dude, I don't know. He disappeared off the face of the planet. P1 Cougar. Obviously, I.
I love it sometimes when Mikey will do this with Zeth and he did this with Chantel where he'll be like, hey, people, call in the show. You can date somebody here. And when it's like, when you think about it, it's like, ew, I'm never going to date anybody who calls it a radio show to me. Yeah, if you like break it down, like, oh, how did you guys meet? Oh, well, I was on the radio and he called in. Yeah, like creepy. It sounds so sleazy when they're like. When they're coming in on the air, and then they're like, so how's the radio show doing? And how are you, Chantel? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Hey, what's going on, baby? Yeah, some guy's calling. He's like, so what's up, guys? So what's up? Yeah. So how's it going? Hey, how's it going, baby Chantel? What up, baby girl? You like stuff? I was just looking at your bikini pictures online. I wanted to be next to you. Oh, man, that's so wrong. But it was interesting to get to know Chantel a little better. They were kind of, oh, the poor girl. Like, they do what they do on the show. And, like, she was opening herself up for a little bit of scrutiny when they were talking about Skrill. Like, the kind of job. She is, oh, my God. The kind of guy she is. Yeah, of course she's high maintenance.
But maybe she's not. She got so pissed when Eddie called her that. That's a fact. That's why she got pissed. If it was a lie, she wouldn't have got upset. Well, I have a few friends who are Charger girls who are not really high maintenance, but they have to kind of put off that essence. Not really. No, it's true. All girls are some, all girls in essence are somewhat, you know, a little maintenance. There's a little maintenance need to be done. You know, it's like an episode of this old lady. P1 Ray's maintenance is a little different. You actually need tools. Well, she needs to be plugged in. Just firmware updates. Change oil. Firmware updates. You need a multimeter and solder and iron. I don't even know what you're talking about. Oh, my gosh. It was good to know her because I kind of feel like Chantel has now become a ninth member of the show, if that is even possible. I love Chantel. I love her. She's awesome. She's great. She always has funny comments, and she's interesting. I like getting to know her. What are the faces being made over here across the table? I want to try to throw Corman under the bus. Bring it. He said he wasn't a fan. Of? What? Of the Chantel bit. Oh, no, it wasn't really. Whatever. No, the whole psychoanalysis stuff. The funny thing is that his opinion was actually pretty popular on the site. Many people did not care. Well, I mean, I thought it was interesting, but as far as the whole psychoanalysis stuff, I mean, he could have either been right on or he could have been way off. Who cares?
Yeah. Well, I care. I mean, she's on that. Yeah, like Chantel, I think it's interesting to talk to her. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, it's interesting. I like to get to know Chantel. And it was pretty funny because she was getting the treatment like everybody else. It was like she was being hazed. She's getting her good hazing going on. But I just love the dynamic between Chantel and Eddie. I just imagine how he is with her in that studio. Like when she's like, oh, look at him. He's like flexing for me. He's like a bodybuilder. And she's just. Funny. And I think she's really, really beautiful. Danny doesn't think she's beautiful at all. Because apparently Danny thinks that. Really? Really? I said that? Yeah, you said that. I did not say that. You said actually she was dog ugly. Really? I said that. I said that. I'd rather sleep with P1 Hobo. Apparently my music kicked in. He's a D. He's a big D.
With a little D. I mean, so... Only one laughing. I love you. I love you. This week we also... Well, it is my show, after all. If I'm laughing, then that's all that really matters. This week we did get to enjoy my new favorite thing ever, which was the B-Rob show. How spectacular was that? Please. Please. I called in and I suggested he title the show, which I think would be very funny. It'd be sausages, sausages, sausages. Sausages. Yes, sausages. And B-Rob did probably one of the greatest impersonations of Mikey ever. Ever. The way he was just his mannerisms with Sean. Cut 59. Wait, Sean, pause. Pause. And I was giving Mikey a hard time for phone screening. Yeah, that was the best. That was the best. Oh, my gosh. When I called in, he didn't even answer the phone like Mikey's show. He just goes, hey, you want to talk to B-Rob? Is that what he said? That's so funny. He takes the phone. He says, do you want to talk to B-Rob? And I said, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm really, really loving this. I go, I have a suggestion for the title of his show. And Mikey says, what's that? And I said, sausages, sausages, sausages. And he goes, wait.
Who is this? And I go, this is P1 Quimby. And he's like, oh, Quimby. And he kind of coached me on what to say a little bit, which was cool. That's so funny. It was so funny. He's like, okay, I'm going to put you on hold. And then when B-Rob brought me on the show, it was just like when Mikey does it. P1 Quimby. It was so good. Turn down your radio. Don't cuss. Don't say a name. Oh, my gosh. I haven't laughed that hard in days. after hearing that. I mean, people were freaking out on the site. If any of you show members who listen, you have to go in there to about today's show from, what was that, Thursday? Or Wednesday? Yeah, yeah. Thursday? It was Thursday. No, Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday. If you go on Wednesday, Danny has isolated the audio of the B-Rob show if you care to listen to it. And please, Mikey Show, if any of you are listening to this, keep that up. How about we do the Ashley Show one day? That'd be hilarious. That'd be weird. That'd be so funny. We've already done that. Or how about the Sky show? I would love that. Oh, my gosh. The Sean show? Oh, my gosh. I would love to hear Sean. I'd be scared of the Sean show. Baseboy and I were actually trying to find an old, old bit that bombed where Sky did a tough love.
bit. Really? Instead of Eddie. But it wasn't called Tough Love. It was called something like what was it? Gentle Placation with Sky. No way. And we were trying to dig it up. That's so funny. Sky even replied to the email and she can't remember where it was either. Yeah. She does take notes but she said if she had a general time frame she could probably find it for us. Oh man. I want the Sky show so bad. please give me the sky show or the zeth show let me give you okay everybody hold on i'm gonna give you an impersonation of what the zeth show would be ready and silence everyone yep that's how it'd be okay yeah that's his show wow it'd be a great way to fall asleep at night maybe that should be an evening show Be able to fall asleep like a baby. This week on the Mikey Show, we also got a new song, which I'm sure will be a new favorite song. Talk about it. Oh, my gosh. So, you know how they love to make fun of Ashley and her farting and blaming it on the dog. But, Ashley, I don't believe you ever fart. I believe that you only fart rainbows, cinnamon rolls, and sunshine.
That's all you fart. I'm never eating a cinnamon roll again. Is that where they come from? Or a rainbow. Cinnamon roll is so good. What are you talking about? When girls fart, it smells like perfume. Like Happy by Clinique. And so they wrote a new fart song for Ash called The Wind Beneath My Sheets. It's a love song and it's called The Wind Beneath My Sheets. Oh my god!
I always do something new every time I listen to this I hoped it would sound like I was snoring It's bad enough that I have big feet I was checking on Weewee podcast. The Wind Beneath My Sheets. I'm sure if you turn into the show, you know, any given day this week, one of the jackhole people. Got the hook. Oh my gosh, Ashley is so angry. I'd like to know who they got to sing that. She put a lot of feeling into it. Oh my gosh. I think there's actually a parody song company somewhere that you can send them the lyrics and they will sing the song for you.
Is there? Yeah. Yeah? Yeah. Isn't that cool? I want to have a company where I get to sing people's parody songs. It'd be fantastic. Get paid to sing. I mentioned on the forum that anybody who can rhyme bugle and puggle in my book is a genius. Yes, yes. Bugle and puggle together. That's good. It's like finding a word that rhymes with orange. It's amazing. It's an amazing feat. The Flaming Lips did that. Hmm? The Flaming Lips did that. No way! And she don't use jelly. Really? They used, they rhymed the words store and orange. Oh, wow. Stornge? So they say stornge and orange? Yes, that's what I said. It's spectacular. It's spectacular and amazing. Also, if you guys go to MikeyShow.com, they did post the video of Mikey in the Red Bull plane. And I watched it at work the other day, and it was hilarious. Just to see, like, I mean, it was fast. Mikey was not lying. Like, when they... turn over upside down I mean the guy turns on a dime and then bam like right to where they started and you kind of see Mikey's like delayed reaction because it's like you know he gets this big smile like he's laughing on his face and it sucks because you can't hear the audio between the pilot and Mikey yeah that's what I was kind of complaining about but I think the
audio was connected to the tower because you could hear something. Yeah, there was, like, a static noise or something. Yeah, and it sounded like the tower communicating with the airplane. But it's really cool. Like, if you do go to MikeyShow.com, it is, it's really cool. Like, it's just, I laughed out loud every time they turned that plane over, like, and then they started going, like, straight down and stuff like that. It was crazy. Yeah, and if you can't find it on Mikey's show, I posted a link on the main page. Yeah, Mikey looks really cool in a pilot's getup. He looked really cool, like kind of Maverick-ish. Like the Red Baron? Like the Red Baron. Oh, that makes me think of when Sky revealed how he slept with his little thing on. But he only did that for a season, so it doesn't even matter. It does not even matter at all. Anything else that jumped in your face about the most recent show, dude? Anything special? Are you asking me? Yeah, I'm asking you, all of you. Talk about it. There was the guy who called in that said that Wesley Snipes' verdict was racist because he was black. Oh, yes. Yeah. And he didn't pay his taxes. That was a crazy call. I like it when people get angry. Come on. I'm black. There you go. He's a Negro. Oh, my gosh. That guy was, like, very angry about a lot of things. He even said that.
The new O.J. Simpson case is racist. Is racist, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, because apparently he doesn't think that going in and kidnapping people and robbing them with weapons is illegal. Yeah, it's not a bad thing to do. Of course not. There's one big misunderstanding. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I heard it's legal in the state of Nevada, though. If you're OJ Simpson. Only if you're OJ. Only if you're OJ. Well, they have my stuff. Yeah, and it's legal in Brentwood to almost chop off somebody's head. Anything that's got my name on it. He wanted all his stuff back. One more topic about the Mikey Show that I would like to talk about that I... am waiting to listen to on my iPod was apparently some young lady called in. You haven't heard it? I have not heard the audio yet. I was stuck in a meeting for that particular day. Speak on it. What happened? I heard some girl wants to spend like $2 million on a prom. $3,000. She was complaining that her parents only gave her a budget of $3,000 for her prom.
Oh, cry me a river. She's one of those my super sweet 16 type of girls from La Jolla or Torrey Pines. Yeah, she didn't want to say what school she went to. And it turns out that her dress was over $1,500. Shut up. She wanted to get a Hummer limo because apparently regular limos are old school and it's not. what's hot right now and then after that her all of her friends wanted to uh rent a restaurant like they just wanted to rent out the rest the whole restaurant and have it to themselves. What? That was three times more than my first car at her age. Yeah. I bought my first car for like 500 bucks. Aren't you the one with an eight-year-old girl? Yes. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. Imagine 10 years from now. We'll see if she makes it. Well, okay. Brought her into this world. I'll take her out. How does chatter go on for? It was like a good half-hour discussion because they...
Yeah, they were beating her up pretty good. Yeah, people were calling in. And she just stayed on the phone? She stayed on the phone. Oh, because they promised her a prize and they just hung up on her at the end. Thank you, Mikey. Yeah, yeah, thank you. That was awesome. She didn't need a prize anyway. Her dad could probably buy it. Ew. Yeah, that was $3,000 on prom. One thing I noticed, though, she didn't want to say anything about her date, which made me, like, she wasn't talking about him. When they asked her, she would answer on the question. I don't think she had a date. She didn't want to say anything about anything, like where her school was or where the problem was going to be. No information whatsoever. But she never mentioned anything because they were asking her, well, why isn't your date paying for half this stuff? Well, that's why the dress costs so much. They had a Boeing make it for you. They had to sew a couple of them together. Extra thread. They had to build it in NASA. Awful. Oh, good lord. I wanted to strangle her through my radio. $3,000 can solve my credit card debt and I can go on a vacation. That is ridiculous.
Oh, my gosh. Well, you know, you guys, I feel like I haven't gotten my fix of some nerdy stuff. You know how I like to talk about things that I don't even know about. Yeah. Time crunch. Wait, before, can I stop you before you start real quick? All right, go ahead. Nerd, I just want to say, how cool is it that you are now a Sean soundtrack? Oh, yeah. A Sean, I can't even speak English. You're a Sean soundbite. Can you give us a little taste of yourself? Well, hello. You said it like way creepier on the show. Really? Well, hello. Yeah. And let me just, folks, let me just explain how this happened. If you weren't listening to Mikey's show that day, what day was this on? I don't remember, no. Well, you know, Mikey's going off about his Mac, and you know, anywhere there's a problem with a Mac, nerd is there. So Mikey demanded he called in the show, and when you called in, he gave us, oh, that was so.
Sexy and creepy all at the same time. It was probably the best thing ever. Thank you. Congratulations on being a sound drop shirt. And did you notice about Barbara? Barbara said greetings this week. That was weird. That was funny. I think they're a fan of nerd over there at the Mikey show. You're cool. Can I be your friend? Wait a second. We already are. You're on my buddy list. Cool. You're creeping me out. Yeah. Oh, sorry. Stop. Creeping me out. So what's happening in the world of news? All right. I mean, in the nerds. Wow. I smoked some crank as opposed to crack. No, they're hanging out with Barbara too much. Yeah. We took a few Zannies this morning. It was a lot of fun. All right. So we got, let's see here. One, two, three. We have five things to choose from. Actually, four things to choose from. Ooh, a potpourri. You know. Just let me know what you want. We got WALL-E. You know, the Pixar movie, WALL-E, that's coming out soon. We got an iPhone news article. I know Danny loves that. Something about Grand Theft Auto 4. Or my favorite, Playboy Cyber Girl of the Year is a Gamer. Let's pick one. Pick one or two. I hate so much the things you choose.
I want GTA. Okay, yeah, bring it. And Playboy. Okay, we got that. Short news about GTA. I told you, look at porn. Yeah, Danny's a pervert. Again. Okay, go on. Grand Theft Auto 4 has made more money than Halo 3. No way. That's a big deal. I may not be a nerd, but I know a few things about it. GTA, $500 million. What? Halo 3? $300 million. No way! That means there's a lot of people who have not seen the light of day. Yep. That's what it means. Yeah, but isn't Halo just for one console? True that. You got me there. That's true. That's three times the market. Missing. Still, $500 million? That is amazing. Nintendo has GTA as well. Do they? Does Nintendo have GTA? No. They made it for all platforms, didn't they? No, they didn't. Just Xbox, 360, and the PS3. Yeah. I went to go look for it, and it's like, I don't have the new generation, so. Dude, I rented it. Fail. And it was like, I played it for maybe 20 minutes, and I was addicted to it. Oh, my boyfriend. He is a total addict. He goes to his best friend's house every day, and there are no clocks. Like a casino. So he says.
And I will call him and he'll be like, what time is it, honey? And I'm like, you've been at your friend's house for four and a half hours now. They still haven't beat the game. They are still gangsters. And it is really real. He showed me some video of the stripper bar. Is it multiplayer? Yeah. No, the cool thing is, if you have Xbox Live, you can hook up with your friends and basically act as a gang. Start a gang. Yeah. Remotely. Isn't that sick? I need to get an Xbox. How sick is that? That's the coolest thing in the world. If I understood all the controllers and the buttons and stuff, I'd totally be good. I didn't even figure it out. I just like to watch people play. Do you guys even start a P1 Mafia? Yeah, P1 Mafia. That's awesome. That would be sick. I'm telling you. Sick. I only played it for 20 minutes because I didn't have time. Can you name your character? I believe so, yeah. Can I be Wayne Brady? Wayne Brady. Yes. Yes. Well, you'd have to because no one's going to be intimidated by nerd. Yeah. I'm sure when you go multiplayer, you can rename your character. Yeah, but if you get your ass beat by a guy named nerd. Yeah. That'd be hilarious. You need something gangster like, you know, my name is, you know, Happy Dog or something like that. You know, it's really gangster. My name is Weed Face. Anything? No. Anyone.
Darn it. And moving on to the second article. Oh, thank you for saving me from being an idiot. No, no, no, I'm not saving you. I'm just letting you die right there. Playboy Cyber Girl of the Year is a true player, a gamer, a video game player. Hot damn. She is hot. Really? Yep. Wow. Well, if I cared, maybe I'd get excited. I care because it breaks the stereotype that gamers are all nerds, geeks with glasses, and, you know, there's no girls that play video games. Ooh, this one plays video games. This one plays DS. Has a DS and a PSP she carries around with her every day. She has many hours logged onto Final Fantasy XII online. Thank you very much. Sounds gay. She sounds lame. Are you sure her picture's not photoshopped and they're just lying to you? I don't want to believe it. Just let me be in my own fantasy world. Oh, sure. I thought your fantasy world was making love to your iPhone. I thought you wanted to get an eye condom and sleep with your iPhone and then go make out with Steve Jobs because he's your favorite. One day. One day.
So, that's it for nerd news. What? Wait a second. Don't you have any iPhone news? Is there anything iPhone dorks want to know? Danny said no. Well, Danny loves the iPhone. Yeah, we can do it. I'm just going to talk crap about it because the iPhone sucks. Yeah, that's why Danny has an iPhone. And I'm still selling it. He won't do anything. Nobody will buy it because it sucks. Second gen iPhone rumored to have Two cameras, one on the back and one in the front. The one on the front is for video phone. So you're calling the person and seeing them at the same time. So you can be creepy and weird in two ways. That's great. What was that again? Video conferencing for the iPhone. Okay, when is that going to come out? Rumored to come out in June when the second gen iPhone comes out. That's dumb. With this new firmware update, am I going to... Shut up. This new firmware update, is this going to... Am I going to be able to do all the stuff that I was promised from the beginning? Yes. Like I said, if someone thought about it, a developer is already working on it. Will they be web apps? Or will they be actual applications? Actual apps that you can install on your phone. Okay. We'll see. Will they make your genitals larger? Yes. Okay. I'm down on it. Yes. I'm just saying because I used to be able to do a bunch of cool stuff with my Trio, and I can't do it with my iPhone.
Like, receive picture text messages. Or take video. Someone wake up Queenie. No, don't. Yuppie phone. What? What are you talking about? iPhones for yuppies. That's what I feel. Yuppies don't exist anymore. You're like, look at me. I'm rich. I have an iPhone. Me, me, me, me, me. If you didn't hear on the Mikey show, I said it's going to be 200 bucks. Yeah. It's going to be cheap. It's cheaper than any smartphone, which is... If it's true, it'll boost up the sales of iPhone and make it a very popular phone. It'll probably still suck. And I won't get one. Oh! Hey! Sorry. That's the sound of a nerd getting very excited. Grr, baby, grr. My green vine. So, anything else that people that are normal like me would care about in World Nerds? Like, when are they going to get a machine where I can just put my fingernails in it and it will paint and file and make my nails beautiful? I think they already have toys that do that. No, I'm talking about like, you know, on Total Recall or the Jetsons. When will I get to push a button and have dinner just there?
It's called a microwave. Well, technically that would violate the Heisenberg uncertainty principle. That's funny. I love that voice. Thank you for this installment of Things I Know Nothing About, also known as Nerdy News. Yes, I love it. Oh, man. I'm a little tired because we did go out last night. Well, let me cut you off right there for a second before we get to the next part. How do you dare? I do have a piece of audio that I... Didn't get a chance to play yet. No way. I did get a chance to interview Mr. Quimby at the sticker strike. What? What? Wait a second. Yes. Wait a second. What's going on here? Yeah. That's the sound of a high five. Oh, no. Play it. So it's just a short 11-second clip. We were talking about how Quimby loves to sing in the car. and how mr quimby handles that oh i love this and this is the conversation that followed i have a spanish station programmed into my radio so i don't have to listen to katie karaoke aka miss quimby thank you very much from mr he hates it so much when i sing in the car like
He hates it more than he hates getting AIDS or anything. So he would rather listen to a language that he cannot understand than hear you sing. Yes. It goes as such. We'll be in the car, and sometimes we will listen to the radio. And if he gets on a station where it's a song that I love and I just start belting it out, he immediately changes the station. That's so funny. And if it's another station where I am singing a song that I enjoy. very much. He will change the station and then he'll put on Spanish music and then I'll just get angry and just shut down completely. Oh my gosh. I cannot believe you did this. Oh my gosh. Mr. Quimby, you are in so much trouble when we get home. I cannot wait to verbally assault you and beat you up verbally. I can't wait. Admittedly, I am a beating. I like to beat down my boyfriend. You're beating. You're beating. That's right. That's right. You're beating. You're beating. You're beating. Yeah, this beating right here that you all love so much. So tell us about last night. Mr. Quimby, I love you. So last night, we went up to Encinitas to a little joint called Today's Pizza. And ladies and gentlemen, we were all fortunate enough to experience.
The excitement that is known as Wally World. Wally World. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Ladies and gentlemen, yes, yes, yes, yes. So we went up there, and I didn't think we were going to nail an interview. And, well, Space Boy and Danny worked it out. They got us an interview with the one, the only, Wally. Yes, he is a very smart man. So let me just explain Wally to you first of all. Let me just put this out there for you. So the opening band comes on. It was very nice. And it was like a family band. It was real cute. They had a little kid on the phone. What are you awing about over there? Please tell me. I was just remembering the song that Wally opened with. He did not. Don't say that. His first song was Stacks. Stacks. Give me my Stacks. Give me, give me, give me my shirt. I don't know. Everybody in the crowd knew the words. I just made them up on my own. Wally looked great last night, by the way, folks. He was ready to go for the show. He had on his lovely acid wash pants. Okay? Some, like, high-top-ish shoes. A very rock and roll, like, loose, like, button-up shirt. His hair was like, woo! It was frizzed out to the max. It was very 80s hair band.
He had on some eyeliner, which, you know, is the big rock star thing to do. He had on some beautiful lip gloss or lipstick. I wasn't able to determine which was what. And did anybody else notice that he smelled really, really good? Really? He smelled so good. Every time I hugged him, I was just like... Every time? Like multiple times? Oh, he hugged me a couple of times. No, I don't think... A little Almost Hero action going on there? No, sir. I'm sorry. There were, like, bigger groupies than I could ever be at that show last night. I'm talking groupies. They weren't cougars. They were, like, saber-toothed tigers. Wooly mammoths. Girl, baby. Girl. That's so funny. Oh, yeah. They wanted a piece of WALL-E, you could tell. It was brutal. WALL-E did give us an interview.
I don't know. Spaceboy, it is up to you what little pieces. I want the snippet of him talking about Maiden. Apparently, Wally wants to tour with Iron Maiden really, really bad. Do you want to just play it? We're from p1site.com. Do you want to play the whole thing or just the little part? Let's do a few couple little parts here and there. I don't know. I don't know what the cuts are. It was last night. All or nothing. It's three minutes long. All or nothing? We can discuss it for three minutes. Yeah. What do you guys want to do? Make an executive decision to somebody. I say we play the interview. You guys just have to hear for yourself. I say play it. Yeah, play it. Go for it. Ladies and gentlemen. We're from p1site.com. We heard about you through the Mikey show. Okay, great. Boss Rob is such a huge fan of yours. How are you doing tonight? I'm doing good. Right on. You guys ready to rock? Yeah. That's what I'm talking about. We've been wondering what Rob has been talking about this whole time as far as the world that is Wally World. The world that is Wally World is, is I used to play that, I played that spot right over there. It used to be called the Notsam Flotsam when I was nine years old, man. I've been playing this town since I was a kid.
And now, but that was, back then I did from like Bill Bailey, why don't you please come home to Foxy Lady, Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix. But it's all original music, Wally World. MyTownRules.com and WWRocks.com, they've got some of our stuff. So if you want to add it on to this interview and stuff, it'd be pretty cool. So how long has Wally World been together as a band? Well, at least five, six years now. We went on tour to Japan and Korea. Nice. Stuff like that. It was pretty cool. It was really good. Really? Any interesting stories from there? Oh, so many. He had to laugh. I was naked on a 747 on the way home. Is that interesting enough for you? Oh, yeah. Did you guys have a long night of sake? No sake, but we got a couple bottles of vodka in Korea and put them in Avion bottles because they wouldn't serve us any booze. Somebody slipped me a couple volumes on the way home. Nice. I was a little fucked up. We heard about you through the Mikey Morning Show. Okay. And so that, like, everybody in San Diego basically listens to that show. Yeah. So have you guys noticed? We got lucky. We're really stoked, you know. I'm going to throw this in the interview. We love Boston Rob. He'll be here tonight. Awesome. We love him. We love Mikey.
The first time I ever called Mikey, I just went down on a whim. I thought Shannon Leder was still working at Rock 105. And I went in on a whim, and he was burning the crap out of me. And I was like, huh? He's like, sounds like you got out of a coma, dude. And we went in, and he goes, you know what? I've got to say something. He goes, you took some initiative. You came down here, and you pumped a band. He goes, I'm going to come check this show out. I'm sending somebody to check it out. So now they're talking about doing a documentary. I'm just stoked on anything they do for me. I just want to get a tour with Maiden, and I'll be stoked. I can get one tour with Maiden and make some money out of it and come back. I never wanted to make it big in the rock business because I'd probably be dead if I did already. Okay, do you have any other future plans for Wally World? My number one plan is to get Mikey and Rob and Sean and Ashley to get us an opener, man, for a major. Preferably a tour with Maiden. Right? Yes. That's what I'm talking about. Well, thank you guys for taking the time. Thank you for coming to see us. Oh, Wally. He was wacky. I got lots and lots of hugs last night. You guys wouldn't believe this show. Like, Corman and Nerd were not there last night. Oh, he is like a hero amongst the locals of Instagram. He really was. He's a hero.
Seriously, that place was packed. It was so packed. There were so many people in there. It was so hot in that place. It was ridiculous. Yeah, that's why I ended up leaving because it was so hot and it just smelled like crap. That is true. It really did. That is true. It smelled like patchouli oil. Yeah, they did. Look at me. I smell like patchouli oil. Stop touching the connector. Yeah. Hello? Oh, I'm back. Hi. Yeah, hey. And we're back. Almost every person in that room knew all the lyrics. Wally had his 10-year-old granddaughter playing with the band last night. It was really, really great. What was the name of one of his... Do you guys remember some names of the songs? Any that jumped out to you? No. There was one called Stick It In. Oh, there was one that he mentioned in the interview, which... Cats by Delight? No, it was something D Street. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. About surfing in D Street. Yeah.
Yeah. He's like a really big deal. Like you should have just seen it was a bunch of surfer dudes, like a lot of hot surfer chicks. He's a big deal in Encinitas. Let's correct that. I couldn't believe the amount of people in there. It was so hot at one point. Like I did have to leave the establishment. It was just too much. But he was kind enough to score us with an interview. I really want to find out what that perfume it was he was wearing. I have to know. But if any of you guys are interested, he does have a MySpace music page, which is myspace.com. search Wally World. He also gave us some websites which we will post up on p1site.com for all of you guys in case you're ever interested. He does do bar mitzvahs, birthdays, whatnot, dang cell phones, ruining everything in this room. But besides, we'll have all that information for you and more. Can you imagine how awesome this guy must have been back in the 80s? 20 years ago?
I would probably have been, like, a really big fan 20 years ago. This guy's totally doing the whole 80s hair band. Yeah, that was really annoying to me. And then you explained that was a hair metal band thing. Yeah, he was, like, rapping in the very beginning. Yeah. That song of, stack, stack, give me my stacks. Give me, give me, give me my share. I have no idea what he was saying, but that's what it sounded like. It was great. It was very loud in that place, too. Yeah, he kept staring at my shirt. Yeah? He was checking you out. I think maybe Wally's just attracted to anything. Great colors. After the interview, you guys got a hug, and I was so lucky. I did not get in that circle, and then he freaking came up to me. He smelled really good. I looked at him, and I didn't want to hug him. Really? He looked like a sweet dude. He looked like he smelled. He smelled really, really good. Really good. We just randomly went up to people and hugged them? Well, after the interview, he did. Yeah, he was RPFF. We should have got his phone number.
afterwards. Oh, yeah. Very important. BFF. I'm going to be BFF with Wally. I sent him a MySpace message. He's a very special and spectacular person. He's rad. But I'm glad we went to the show last night. Thank you to Peaches and Carnet. Cornet. Cornet. Cornet. Who else was there? Ghost Rider, Mad Hatter, and P1 13th floor. 17th floor. Something floor. Yeah. 32nd floor. Whatever. And the space wife came out last night. Yeah, she did. She was looking hot last night. She made a rare appearance. She was looking hot last night. You should never bring her outside. You should treat her like a mother. Okay, okay. Whoa. We're having major problems here. That's because someone keeps moving around their microphone. Well, that's what I always do with the microphone. Because there are five microphones here. Four people are not messing with it, and one person is messing with it. And that's the one that's... I'm ruining the show. Pretty much. That's a good thing it's my show. Yes, yes, yes. I can do what I want. I can do whatever I want. See this tiara? You see it's made of gold bouillon. I agree with Scott. It is the best material in the world. And I'm working on getting a black manservant, so we'll see how that works out. White manservant. Well.
I actually want a brown one named Danny. Apparently I'm not brown anymore. I'm white. That's right. He is white. I'm brown. So I guess I'll be. Oh man. Podcast number five. You guys are doing it. We're making some ground here. If we get to podcast number 10, I want Mikey Esparza himself in this room with an interview. Or Ashley. Or anybody. Anybody from the show. That would be amazing. It would be our 10th episode. If we can keep this together that long. I'm sweating. I don't know if I can make it. If you guys don't hate me so much. Yeah. Well, it was fun hanging out in this 2 million degrees room today. Spaceboy, thank you for providing us with the heat. I think I lost 5 pounds today. Yeah. Don't you feel good? Don't your jeans feel a little looser? I'm dizzy. I actually put a couple ovens in here. I'm going to be making cookies and selling them. Oh, I thought you were just going to cook all of us because I heard you're a Nazi. Never mind. Oh, I cannot believe you went there. Well, there is a copy of Mein Kampf right here. And the life-size statue of Adolf Hitler. Yes, that didn't give away anything at all.
Like, I enjoy your swastika over here. Pulling back the curtain. Yeah, if you didn't know, there's a big red swastika on the ceiling in this room. So you can't forget who is above all of you. That is the Nazi party. Wow. And the Nazi race. Holy crap. Wow. Well, maybe next week we won't make any Nazi jokes. Maybe next week we can offend the Inuit. Maybe we can offend the Wiccan community. Don't forget the Mennonites. Gotta get the Mennonites in there, too. And don't forget to make fun of Quakers, too. Dutch Quakers from Dutch Pennsylvania. How do you like that? It was a good show, boys. I say it was a good effort this afternoon. Even though Corman has now officially melted, all of his inside organs have melted into a pool of blood. And my socks are wet from your perspiration. I know. That's the sad part. Yeah, I'm sweating so much, like, all the electrical equipment needs to be saved right now. You should have brought skis. Ah, see? I just sweat on everything. You're going to get electrocuted real soon here. Maybe it'll make a difference in my hair. I don't know. Well, thank you, everybody, for coming here today. Thank you to all.
you folks who have subscribed to our podcast, to all my friends who listen, my dad, Farley, all y'all. I love you.
