Marathons. David Sedaris. Yeah. Micro breweries. Yeah. Being an expert on your culture. Awareness. Hating their parents. Yoga. Tea. Anderson movies. That's so true. Barack Obama. Diversity. This is stuff white people like. Farmers markets. Film festivals. Assists. Religions their parents don't belong to. The list of stuff white people like. I like it. Phone lines are blowing up. I can't wait to take a shower.
Dude, I'm dying right now. I changed my clothes and I feel so gross. Oh, do you mean because it was 145 degrees and you were doing a hot fire grill? Yeah. Quick fire grill? Yes. You guys were sweating a little bit. A little bit. We all were, I guess. Yeah, not to mention that that room where we just watched the movies in. Was real hot and farty. Sweltering. It was hot and farty. Hot and farty. That's the worst combo. It was. It was hot and farty. Rob. I can't help that. I think Zeth likes to pass gas. Oh, he loves it. We were walking down the hallway to come in here, and he rips one right with me and Ashley standing right there. So loud, dude. Dude. He really likes his gas. Can we send Zeth on a... On a coffee mission? Starbucks! Yes, Seth? Please. I didn't hear. Can you do a coffee mission? Oh, man. Yeah. What? Yeah, I'll go. Yeah, yeah. I got it. Yeah. Yeah. Come on in here. Come on in here, man. Get up. I'm going to give you a Starbucks card. I'm buying. I was waiting for it. Awesome. Man, dude. After 6 o'clock, first of all, Bo Bice is going to be on the show. Is he really? Yeah. Oh, right on.
Yeah. The reporter from Fox 5 called. She wants a tally within a half an hour. I got it right now. You have it right now? Yep. Okay, so I should probably call her with that number. You guys want to know too? Please. Ladies and gentlemen, so far for Children's Hospital, we have raised $14,011. Wow. Wow. $11 over last year's total. I like it. Don't stop. Yeah, come on. Let's shatter it. Let's shatter it. Let's shatter that, please. Blow it up. If you're listening right now and you have the means to be able to donate money, please go to MikeyShow.com, M-I-K-E-Y-S-H-O-W.com, and donate money, please.
Slap that number in the face and spit in its general direction. That's right. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Yeah, if you donate $50 or more, you're going to get a limited edition 28-hour show T-shirt. It's double. It is. It's really awesome. And it's available for you for a $50 or more donation. Dude, one person donated $1,000. Wow. So great. So awesome. So awesome, man. That is really cool. That's cool. Mikey Show. Yeah, I'm on tape delay online, so are you guys taking calls right now? Sure. I just got a quick story that probably Eddie would like. All right. It involves a pregnant lady throwing up when she smelled a fart. Eddie, it's right up your alley. I love this stuff. Eddie really is into pregnant ladies' farting stories. That's your boy, Eddie. Throwing up. Oh, sorry, I thought this was getting screened first. I would have, like, warmed up the story a little bit. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, we had a couple that came over for a little get-together. Heck yeah. Do it. And, you know, the woman's pregnant, and it's their first kid, and we just had a kid a few months ago, so their wives were comparing stories. And she was mentioning how she's, you know, both of them didn't, neither of them had morning sickness or anything like that. Well, a week ago, they came over, and we were standing in the kitchen.
and her husband farted, and he thought it was pretty funny, but suddenly the wife threw up all over the kitchen. Oh, my. Were you there? Were you there? Yeah, I was standing right there. She got all over all of our shoes. Did you laugh? Well, so that was the hard part. I mean, I smelled the fart, and it was terrible, so I started laughing. It was everywhere. But she's like nine months pregnant. So, you know, it's like you have this nine-month pregnant lady like Ben's over throwing up. So that completely took the humor out of it for, I don't know, about 20 seconds, I would say. But, yeah, then we continued laughing the rest of the night once we got separated from the wives. There you go. Thank you, dude. Mikey Show. Hey, what's up? This is P1 Ryan. I just had a suggestion for Mikey and the crew to do something on the show. Well, you know how you guys are doing the sentence game where every hour you make it, you say the word of a sentence? Yeah. There's something that me and my friends used to do, which is make a sentence game out of, you know, each of you and the crew comes up with a word like side by side. And then you can end the sentence and then continue it again. And then come and put those like three or four sentences together and see how wild and crazy it is. Well, we already have a sentence all lined up.
And, you know, we've been doing it, and we are going to finish it. Oh, you're just doing just that one sentence? Yeah, we have one long sentence that we're doing. Oh, okay. Yeah, Mike, but me and my friends do this thing. I know, I know. I got this game. It's a good thing. I like it. I like it. I like what you're saying. I like what you're putting down. Everybody puts a word. I like it. I like it. I know you don't get it. It's quicker, too. Yeah, listen. I like it. I like it. We'll do it. Right now. Do it now. We'll do it now. What word? Thank you. You've got to do the first word. Forty. Five. Nine. You're doing numbers, dude. You've got to do words. Okay. Steamroller. Bart. Cake. In. Soup. See? You like it, huh? It's really good. Thank you, brother. All right, we'll see you. Mike. Yes. What do you want? I would like a venti, half-calf, about that much cream, and three splendors. Splendor. Sorry. Sorry. Splendor.
Oh! You're listening to the 28-Hour Mikey Show, brought to you by Johnsonville Brots on KIOZ, San Diego's Rock 105.3. The following takes place between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. The word of the hour is your... Hopefully you're writing down these words. I know. That we're giving out every hour. I know a couple of nut jobs are. And they're going to call us at 10. You better believe they are. If they can say the whole sentence back, then they're going to get a $1,000 gas card. First person we get on the line that correctly says it. Correctly, correctly says it. Mikey Show. Good morning, Mikey Show. Good morning. It's P1 Corman. What's up, dude? Oh, wow. What a morning, day, night, and another morning we're having. That's right. What's up?
Oh, I had a blast watching the movies and Jeff left. Oh, that's cool. I'm heading to work for a little bit, but hopefully not very long. That's right. Well, it's cool having you in, man. I just called to say thanks to Eddie for the love. You guys appreciated the little figures I made. Yeah, those are cool, man. He made these little paper figures that look like the Mikey Show cast members. I like those. Yeah, so the whole inspiration behind that was, remember that toy that was made for Ashley, the Splashley toy? Uh-huh. Well, I thought that was so cool when I saw it, and I wanted one. But, you know, obviously it took way too much effort to make one. There's no way you can make a bunch. But these things I made, every P1 can have one. There you go. All you got to do is download it, print it out, and put it on, you know. Hold it up, and there you got it. All right. And P1 Danny's going to host them on P1Site.com, so any P1 can get them. Have the whole cast sitting in front of their desk. You just download them and print them out, right? No glue, nothing. Just a little, I would suggest a hobby. Yeah, you cut them, you know, with scissors. Just cut them. And you build them. Yep. Like a ramp. Yeah, like a ramp. They're cool.
Hang in there. The rest of the day, I'm going to do the same. Thank you, brother. We love you guys. Love you guys. All right. Bye. Thank you. This text message says, Mikey, white people like to toast each other. P1 Ocho Cinco. Special occasions. My guy's cool. Ocho Cinco. This is P1 Charlie, and I've been with you guys for 23 hours. Almost there, guys. We are almost there. Mikey, you did not give the Star Trek episode a fair chance. Are you kidding? It says that's the first time I've cried in days. I absolutely agree. Keep it up, guys. Only five hours left. P1 Kamikaze. Did not give it a fair chance. Oh, I think we did. Oh, come on. What more do you want from us, Sean? Don't do a bit. I mean, I sat there and... I cried. No, you sat there and you made fun of the thing the entire time. I cried. And you never once gave it a chance. No. I swear to you I cried. I heard him doing something just the whole time. You didn't cry because I was looking at you practically the whole time. I was crying laughing. He was crying so hard he was laughing. Yeah. It was really intense. You ever done that? Sometimes when you're crying so hard you just burst out laughing. Oh. Like that. That's unfortunate.
I'm hungry. What are you thinking? I'm hungry. Is Jay making breakfast again? I guess. I don't know. Where is that guy? He's in the performance studio. Hi, Jay. You can hear us. Hi, Jay. I'm starving. He's cleaning up. Ravenous. Nick from Promotion said they're making us pineapple pancakes. That's awesome. Doesn't that sound good? It does sound pretty good. Our 7 o'clock hour is going to rock. Dude. We're doing the Mikey Show flashback hour. Wow. It's going to be incredible. It's going to be incredible. Mikey Show. Uh-oh. Hello. Good morning, Mikey Show. Good morning. Hey, it's P1 Leonidas, and I just want to say you guys have been doing a stellar job. Thank you. Straight up dynamite, perfect, awesome, killer, all the above. Purity. I've been with you guys since 6 a.m. Nice. Hang on. And all I can say is that every hour deserves to be on the best of. That's very cool. Hey, did I tell you? I think I may have only made this announcement one time. But we are going to podcast every hour of the 28-hour show. And I don't think you have to worry about it, Ash. Yeah. Oh, wow. I don't think you do. Oh, no. You do? Yeah. Did they tell you to? Uh-huh. Because I know that Shauna said that she wanted to do that. And I thought that she said that they were doing it through Gene.
No, I've been doing it this whole time. Ay, ay, ay. Congratulations on the $14,011, man. I hope by 10 o'clock, I'm 10 o'clock, you guys get as much more as you can. Yeah, I'm going to start slamming that at 6. Yeah, slam it. And you've made a lot of new P1s. I turned my dad over. So great. The Mikey Show, he just turned 50 this year, and he listened. He came over to barbecue last night. I have friends in other states. Turn him over. They came over. They love it. They love you guys. That's awesome. Thank you. Love you guys. Take care. Have a good one. Are you, Eddie? I'm really hungry. I hope that they make something with the pancakes because I can't have sugar. Well, you know, I can't have it really. Right. When? But that sounds good. I'll have a bite. Mikey Show. Hello? Yeah, I was wondering if you could ask, Mikey, if I'm here with a bunch of construction guys and we're all wondering if Ashley's hot. Yeah, she's real pretty. Yeah? Yeah. Sure. Are you guys having a 5 o'clock construction meeting? A little powwow. What do you guys do, 5 in the morning construction? I work for a certain retailer, and we do all the building maintenance. Really? How many guys are working right now, and what time did you start? We started at 3. Really? We're three of us. We're all over on a radio. What time did you get up? Early. What time?
I don't know, dude. I'm still hanging out from last night. I don't really remember. What do you mean you're still hanging on from last night? I don't know. I partied last night pretty hard. You did? Yeah. What time did you get up? I don't remember. Wow. But he got to work at 3. Yeah. And there he is, hanging out with the Mikey show. Wowza. Nice. Hang in there. Thank you. You hang in there. Right. Mikey Show. Oh, Mikey Show. You ran away with my heart. Save that clip. Save that clip. Save that clip. Let's get that clip immediately. Yeah, really. Like right away. Can you do that again? Can you do it again? We had the furry last year. Do it again, please. Please. Wait, wait, wait, wait. I messed it up. I'm getting mixed up. Wait.
What? Go ahead. Oh, Mikey Show, you ran away with my heart. That was a nice one. Yeah, it is. I like the first one better because it was so, like, kind of awkward and, you know. It was great. You can't reproduce perfection, you know? Yeah. Purity. What's up? So I'm waiting for a big revelation this time. Yeah. And there was the furry last year. Yep, I got three feet. Who's got a big revelation this year? I got one. Go ahead, Eddie. Rob is sleeping. Yeah, that was my revelation, too. That was going to be my revelation, is that Rob was sitting there asleep. Hey, Rob, is Sarissa picking you up? No, my brother is. Okay, good.
You're not driving, though, right? No way. No way. Give it a try. I knew Rob was a goner when I saw Sarissa start. Get out of here. He just threw a little piece of paper at Rob right to the cheek. Yeah, I knew Rob was a goner when I saw Sarissa start massaging his scalp. I told him. I was like, you're done, bro. I said, don't do that. He doesn't listen. That makes people horrible, man. I keep sneezing, and I'm like. I have heard him sneezing a lot, and I'm interested. Uncontrollably, like I don't know what has happened to me. It was probably her scratching your head. Yeah, she's putting pepper in your nose. I can't stop. Well, jump up. Yeah. Jump up, jump up and get down. Rob was pretty good for an hour and a half at Titanic and then. Lemon. And then Lemon. He was fired up for like a couple minutes. Dude, he was great. It was like overboard. That's right. Lemon. Mikey Show. Hey, Mikey, how's it going, man? This is P1 Tijuana. What's up? I just want to let you guys know, you guys actually finally broke the borders. You guys are international. I'm here at the border waiting to cross, and I see a lot of P1 stickers.
You know, from P1, living down here in P1, I'm listening to you guys right now. Can you bring me a street taco? I don't know if you want that. I'm starving. I don't know if you want that. A street taco. I'll take it. I don't care. Oh, no. Eddie will eat one of those ceramic tweeties at this point. Dude, I would. I'd lick it dry. Oh, yuck. Yeah, you want a burrito, too? He'd eat it like a milk dud. Yeah. Oh, man. Yeah. Thank you, bro. No problem, man. I'm starving. Calm down. You don't understand. I'm really hungry. Well, go get something to eat. What? What am I going to eat around here? There's like 17-hour-old Hawaiian food. Wow. How does that sound? I have some beef jerky. Oh. Macaroni salad. That's been sitting out for 16 hours. Let me know. Holler at your girl. Yeah. What do you have? Beef jerky. Beef jerky, bro. You want some beef jerky? Is it organic? Hickory smoked. Natural style. That looks good. That looks generic. No, you're not having it. I have. You know what? Rebecca gave me some of that generic stuff, and it actually tasted good. What is Sean doing? Hi, Sean. What are you doing, Sean? It's like Blair Witch Project over there. You stand in the corner like the guy. It gets a little rough. I'm back. I'm back. I'm back.
You know what I really want to do? I feel nauseous, so I need that. I want to help you. You do? I want to help you. Help me. I really want to hear your guys' favorite songs from a movie. All right. I've been dying to hear that because I'm really excited. And we have them, I think. Yeah. Okay. Where are they, Ashley? Music is good. I am too. Stupid. You know what? Come on, Mike. Jeez. You're so dumb, Mike. They're in light blue in the center of the page. You know what you should do? Play it, and we'll have to pick whose song it is. Let listeners pick. All right. Let's do it. Thanks, man. I'm just producing on the fly right now, bro. You're that good. You are money, bro. Yeah. Money. Yeah, I don't have a list or anything, right? No. All right, let's do this. Let's do it. So now you won't even know. I don't even know. All right, whose favorite movie song? Well, you got to get a caller first. Okay. And we'll give away prizes. This is going to be great. Yeah, why is he yelling at you? Robert, go on at the top of his lungs. You got to give away the prizes. Make him stop screaming. We'll give away prizes here. All right. What do we got to give away? We got those MMA tickets for the Viejas thing. That sounds good.
I think it's called afterbirth or something. No, it isn't. I think it is. What? I don't think that's what they call it. I don't have the notes in front of me. Okay. I doubt it's afterbirth. Oh, like you would know. Mikey's show. Who's this? Hey, Mikey. Hi. Hey, I wanted to pick something up for you guys. I'm on my way to work. I'm starving. Oh, gosh. Donuts. Donuts? No. I want a hamburger. Wow, he wants a hamburger. Okay. Eddie wants a hamburger. Something, man. Anybody else want anything? Where are you going? I'm on convoy right now, and I'm heading towards you guys. You've swam away with my heart. You're an angel. You're an angel. You're an angel. Just let me know what you guys want. Eddie, let her know. What's open right now? Oh, there's a jack in the box. There's a jack in the box right around the corner here. Okay. You know where that is? Yeah. You do? Yeah. She said yes, Eddie. She does. Are you sure? The one on Convoy?
No. No, it doesn't matter. Hey, whichever one's on her way, bro. Hey. She's doing you a favor, man. I love the one on Convoy. You should love it. It's my favorite Jack of the Box. I'll go wherever you wanted me to go, Eddie. I like you. Oh, gosh. I want two tacos. Yeah, get it. Two tacos. That's it. Some poppers. No poppers. You want the two monster tacos or the two regular tacos? Just two regs, man. 99 cents. I don't want you to go crazy. Two regs. Anybody else? Yo, you guys want Jack in the Box? I can't go that way right now. I'm starving. Well, they have breakfast sandwiches as well. Barf. Jay's making pancakes, man. Yeah. I just got to get something to tide me over. You're an angel. I like you, lady. You're a sweet woman. Thank you. Lady Jay, you're sweet. You're a sweet lady. I'm in on you. Thank you. I'll be there in about 10 minutes. Hugs. All right, then. Lovers. We need a good call. Let's go. Rob's got it up. Come on, Mike. Stay with us. I'm here. Up top. Where's Mike? Up top. Center. Blue. Up top. There you go. Get a caller on.
Oh. Mrs. Hydroponics is on the line. Oh, I am. She's going to play the game. Here we go. Let's play the feud. We're going to play the game with you, lady. All right, what we're going to do is I'm going to play you a song, and I want you to tell me whose... Wait. It's a song from a movie. It's our favorite song from a movie. Whose favorite song from a movie is that? And you have to determine whose it is. Whose is it? Who did we pick? We love movies and songs from movies. Thank you. Are you ready? You can do it. I think I'm confused, but I'm going to try anyway. I told you. Tell her again. I'll work this out. I'm going to play a song. We all picked a song from a movie that we liked. Okay, it's our favorite. You go, I like that movie. No, you don't necessarily like the movie. You like the song in the movie. Okay, you get that? And then you go.
And you go, that one was Maki. That's movies. Or that one was Chanel Boy. It's a very simple concept. Tacos. Do you understand? Okay. All right, so I'm going to play a clip, and you tell me, who likes movies? Mike, just hit the song. Here we go. What do you think? Okay, what am I supposed to say? Like, what movie that's from? Oh, my gosh. I can't explain it any better. You should explain it to me. That song I just played right there is one of our favorite movie songs. Who identifies with it? Who says, yep, that's my favorite song from a movie? What song is it? Maybe that would help her. It's Don't You Forget About Me by Simple Minds. What's that, Breakfast Club? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I'm so confused. I'm sorry it's early. You've got to think, who?
on the show likes the movie Breakfast Club maybe and who maybe would like that song or maybe is into that type of realm of movie genre. Okay, okay, I got it. Okay, so I think Sean likes that song. I think Skye might like that movie. Yeah, that's incorrect. Right on both counts. I mean, I do enjoy the movie, but it's not, you know, my favorite. That was my favorite. That was my favorite song from a movie. That's what I'm talking about from a breakfast club. There it is. Sorry about that. That's okay. I tried. You tried it. You did. You're our friend. Very simple concept. We care for you. Hey, P1 Peacher is on the line. I'm starving. Peacher? Good morning. Hello? Oh, bad phone. Hello? He's calling from the moon. Yeah. His phone is a little chihuahua-sized phone, cell phone, so it's tiny. That's good. Can't hear it very well. Hello. It's implanted in his tooth. Oh, my. Mikey Show, P1 Firestarter. Hey, what's up? How you doing? Doing pretty good. I'm going to play you a song, and I want you to tell me what person on the show picked that as their favorite movie song. All right, sounds good now. Dude, I can see Andy listening. This is why he's beating off in sports or something. You are right. You're right. That was scary. Yeah.
Bro, you have a problem with that, Mr. Lawrence? Oh, no. Firestarter, hang on the line. You won. Which movie was that? Joking karate kid, dude. Joking karate kid. Oh, yeah. I remember. P1 security guard. How you doing? I'm doing good. How are you? I'm doing great, and I've been listening to you guys all night. It's nice to have you guys listen to while I'm working. That's awesome. I'm going to play you a song, and I want you to tell me. Who on the show picked that as their favorite movie song? There you go. Perfect. Here we go. Here's Seth. Oh, Seth. What? Who do you think picked that song? I'm going to guess Sky. I don't know. Who picked that song? No? Who picked that song? Did you say yes or no? I said no, Cloudy. You didn't, Sky? I don't think so. I can chat. I don't think so. Are you kidding me? You need me to. I know what song I picked, but I don't know. It wasn't that one. No, I'm reading through news right now to try and get some fresh news. I need some fresh air. What are you doing? I don't think so. I was listening to Jeff and Jer as I prepared. Well, it's a little thing I do every morning. I'm cutting up cantaloupe right now. I'm sorry. Guys, I'm making a fruit salad. Do you have my melon baller?
Does anybody see my measurements? Does anyone know how to wrap prosciutto in melon? I'm taking my own measurements. Oh, 36. What's wrong with her? Dusty. I bet I'm measuring for blinds, Mikey. Busy reading Beating Week. Oh. Wow. Who said that? Who picked that song as their favorite movie song? What song is it? Sean, did you? What song is it? Crazy for you? Yes, I did. Oh, you creep. Sean! That's a great song. Why didn't he say anything? Why didn't he say anything? He just sat there and let us sit there going through this rigmarole with melon balls and everything. What the heck? Sorry, dude. You picked the wrong person.
Oh, man. Sorry. Hey, I wanted to let you know, Mikey, thanks a lot for that Christian speech last night. It was very inspiring. Thank you, brother. And God bless you guys. Thank you. God bless you, man. All right, man. Take care. P1, a little voice change there. Well said. P1, Mr. Incredible is on the line. How you doing? Hey, I'm doing good, Mike. How you doing? Hey, I'm going to play a song here. Incredibles. And I want you to tell me, who picked that song as their favorite? Movie song. Love it. Great bit. Lovers. Are you ready? I'm ready. Stop. Person. Stop telling me. I love this song. Person. This is an almost famous. Person with a big mouth. Sing it, Mike. I'm going to play that thing that was in your bed. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The Shaker. Hey, Mr. Incredible. Yeah. Who was that? Um... Elton John. That has got to be Skye. You got it. It was Skye. Skye likes it. I'm almost famous. I get the chills every time. How can you not? I mean, please. You're human. The near perfect scene. You're human. You must have seen her. Although, Mike, I did like to play. Shush! Skye's shushing you.
You're good, you. You got it. I like your face. Zeth got all the way down to Starbucks and my card had $2 on it. Mike. So he's going back. Can you see if the taco lady's out front? Yeah. Do I want Starbucks? Hang on, bro. I wasn't even asked. I wasn't asked. I know what you two like. I thought you guys. Were you going to get it? Yeah. I said I was buying on my card. I didn't even ask over here. I didn't know. I said I was buying on my. I like you. I may change it up. Zeth. Yeah. What if he wants a frappie? I don't even know if I want to. I don't drink caffeine. What if he wants a frappie? But, Eddie, you get the same thing every time. I know, but I'm not on a 28-hour show. Are you crazy? Bo Bice is, like, 20 minutes away. Eddie, what do you want? Bo Bice? Oh, my gosh. Bo Bice is on the grid. Wow. Bo Bice is going to be on the show? Yeah. He rocks. Should I get him something? Bo Bice? Yeah. Get him a... Never mind. Careful. I didn't say it.
Okay. I love Bo Bice. It's Bo Bice right here. Yes. Never heard this. She's never heard this? Never heard this. It's called The Real Thing. Dude, it's really good. Sounds pretty good. Yeah, it's The Real Thing. It's The Real Thing. I've heard that. Yeah. It's obvious you won't show it. This is where it gets real good. Oh, yeah. Kicks in. Yeah. I love it. He loves to nap to it. I love that song. I know it. Yeah. Are we done with that game? Oh, that's right. We were playing a game. Is it over? Well, I guess so. We can play. Thank you, Mikey. Thank you, Mr. McCain. So Sean likes Madonna. Yep. Ski likes Elton John. True. I like Karate Kid. Yep. I like Simple Minds. That's a great song as well.
Yeah, for sure. I bet you I can guess Boston Rob's. Oh, please. Is he in there? I feel like I'm dying. Oh, boy. Lemon. I have the wicked chills, and my forehead is so hot. Oh, good. Oh, bro. So what are you saying? You're sick? I'm telling you, man. I ain't feeling hot. Anybody? Vitamin C, echinacea, zinc? Yes, please. Yeah, give Rob a drip. I think I need some. Give him a drip. I'm good. Anybody want me to sneeze on them? Because I'm going to eat coffee. I'm getting tacos. Rebecca went and saw Neil Diamond. She's so lucky. I know. She said it was good. It was, what, Tuesday? Mm-hmm. It's Thursday right now. Yeah, it's Thursday. Survivor tonight. The office. Yeah. I'm going to be awake. Survivor jamon. Oh, let's hear what they're saying about that fire. Oh. We got breaking news on that fire. Yeah, yeah.
I don't know what's up. Let's see. I'm going to go back to our Fox 5, Matt Johnson, who is near the base with what is happening on the ground. Good morning, Matt. Hey, good morning, Arcel. Well, you know, a lot of times when you cover these fires, we're pretty close to the base. I'm not seeing any ash come down. That's some good news. But I can definitely still smell the smoke. Now, let me show you what it looks like over here. It's over there in the distance. That black area, now compare it to the video that we shot last night. Big difference. Good news here. Between 900 and 1,000 acres have burned, we're told. About 70% contained, and it started about 3.30 yesterday afternoon. We still don't know how this fire was sparked, what's being called the November fire. Also good news, no structures are being threatened at this point in time, and there's been no reports of any injuries. Now, firefighters have worked through the night to help suppress this fire. We spoke with them about how weather is playing a role. This is what they had to say. Well, right now, we're a little lucky with the winds. They've been light, mostly out of the west.
But there is some steep topography that we're also trying to contain with, but things are looking really good as far as weather. And I just got off the phone with the command post. Again, 900 to 1,000 acres and 70% contained. But again, those numbers always change as soon as the sun comes up because that's when they can fly their helicopters around the burn area and the area that is still burning, and then they'll update us, and we'll bring that information to you. For the record, I'm making Ashley laugh. I'm being a dork. He's lost his mind. I've lost my mind when I was doing stuff. Eddie, your food's here. Turn around, your food's here. What a sweet lady. Let her come in. Oh, I should have got tacos. I like those. Yeah, they're pretty good. I thought about it, too. As soon as he said that right now, I thought my mind processed that he was going to get a hamburger, and I'm like, I don't want that. Right now, he said Jack in the Box tacos. I'm like, that's good. Yeah, that's good. They're pretty good. That's good. Yeah. Ash, I got a recipe for you I know you're going to love. Spanish rice. Oh, yeah. And it's spicy. Oh, yeah. I just thought right now, Ash will love that. Double yeah. Double yeah, huh? Double yeah. In all seriousness, do you think Rob is sick? No, Sean. He said he has a burning fever. Let me explain, okay? He doesn't sleep ever. He doesn't sleep. So he's always tired anyway.
So now that his body is really depleted, he feels sick because he doesn't get any rest. Or nutrients. Or nutrients. Oh, that's the problem. He doesn't get any nutrients. So you don't think he's sick? No. He brought extra. Oh, what a good lady. Smart woman. She's a nice lady. Really nice of her. Oh, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Jay, when you make breakfast, are you making pancakes? Are you making any bacon or anything with them? Ham. Oh, ham. I know somebody on the show that really likes ham. That sounded great. Hey, Mike, my cousin Laura is listening online. Really? Yeah, she sent me a text to see how I was doing just out of the blue, and I wrote her back. I'm like, yeah, in the middle of a 28-hour show. That's awesome. And so she just wrote and said we sound very slap happy. We are. Yeah, a little bit. Hi, Laura. Hi, Laura. How you doing?
We miss you. Hey, whatever. No, Sean. I never liked her, really. You don't even know who she is. I hate that laugh more than any. It's so guilty when he laughs that way. It's so guilty. It just says, I did everything you're accusing me of. I mean, do you maybe want to do a replay, Mike? Nah. Nah. All right, just crunch away then. I'm starving. Yeah? I'm going to eat this so good. Hey, Sean. Sean, you want some habanero sauce? No. No way. Oh, that is so good. Best taco ever, Eddie. So good. Ever. Tell me that wasn't a good call. Such a good call, dude.
It was a brilliant call, but I will say one thing. Their tacos are a little bit spicy, and they're a little bit on the spicy side. I'm not kidding at all. I know, but you're gay. That really has nothing to do with what we're talking about. No, no, no, no. I didn't mean it the way you took it. I think we determined that after that Star Trek episode. That's a neat fact. Never gave it a chance. Shut up, Tom Brokaw. Ooh, that's spicy. Sean. I'm not kidding. Pretty hot. Are you ready to hear a little bit of our best of material? Yeah. Yeah. This is pretty good. We got to play some of this stuff. Check this out. What would it be like to be the last guy or last woman on earth? Awesome. What would that be like? I would love it. What? I'd go shopping at Nordstrom's nude. What? I would. Rob.
Imagine us. It's so fancy that I would just walk around nude and try on everything. Get an assault rifle and just start having fun shooting stuff. Dude. What? What are you going to do? Get in trouble? Yeah. Who's going to yell at us? I would go to New York to the top of the Empire State Building. You like shooting guns, don't you? I do, but yeah, but you get bored. You set up little targets all over the place. Dude, you would not get bored. Think about how many things you could run with the bulls. You can run with the bulls like you've always wanted. You can do whatever you want. You can do that now, Rob. Why would you want to run with the bulls? Run with the bulls? To kill a day. You can actually be by yourself. Mike, if you were the last guy on Earth, don't you realize you could drink water, have bread. You could... Skydiving. Yeah, you could cut your fingernails. You could... Go for a walk. Put on a pair of pants. Take a bath. Take a bath. Yeah, dude. Last guy on Earth. Forget that. I'm putting deodorant on. Any kind you want. Skye, what would you do if you were the last woman on Earth? Yes, Skye. Honey, bake me. Skye. I'll tell you where I'd be living. Large. Okay. Honey baked breakfast, lunch, and enough. Honey baked manor. That's where I'd live in the daytime.
I like ham. I would stay indoors, but at night I would feast on ham. I would be the ham seeker. Yes, because the daytime I could get sunburnt. They don't make an SPF that high. SPF a million is not enough. I'd be hitting all the jacuzzi clubs. Free of charge. Wouldn't have to pay for it like last time. I could cancel my membership. Eddie! No membership required. She did not have a... What's happening? Membership. Practice my DJ skills. Stop it. For free, right down the radio. Yeah. Channel. Channel. Broadcasting on the AM stations for AM frequency. Eddie. Come in, come in. Stop it. Hello. Broadcasting on all AM frequencies. You have to say what's happening no matter what. Yes. Hello. Hello, hello. My name is Skye. What's happening? I am broadcasting on all AM frequencies. If you can hear me out there, please, you're not alone. Send ham. Send ham! I'm out. Yes, no matter where you are, if you're picking up this AM modulation, bring ham. If you can hear me, I can provide you with shelter, a place to stay, and ham. Hooray! Okay.
Hey, that's enough. That is a good time. So, Skye, what would you do? Come on, last woman on Earth, what are you going to do? She's so checked out. She's not. Come on, what would you do if you're the last lady on Earth? Well, it depends. Like, are there monsters running around that I need to be scared of, or am I just the last person? Let's do both. If there's monsters, then, yeah, I'm, like, trying to protect myself. I'm building, like, a fort, you know, like a Fort Knox type of deal. What he did. Oh, yeah. Sporting arts. Yes. Well, the money is. All the gold. I've got to protect my finances. You know what I mean. You never know. I'll build a barrier of gold between me and the world, just like I do now. I would encase myself in solid gold. You know, like my library at home. I'd dress in hundreds, walking around in my hundred air. Oh, come on. I would make a big, giant cast out of plaster of Paris with hundreds. Anyway, you were saying. So what's up? Fort Knox. What's going on? Fort Knox? So I'd be like in defensive mode, you know, trying to stockpile supplies. What if there is no monsters? If there's no monsters, I am definitely not wearing a bra. Nobody around. I'm singing everywhere, singing and skipping everywhere I go. And I'm trying to build like a hippie colony. Wait, you're literally skipping and singing? Well, lyrically, she's dancing.
Yeah, I'm doing interpretive dance as I walk down the street. Beautiful. And I'm trying to build like a hippie colony. So you would be the monster then, right? I'm growing crops. I'm raising animals. I'm trying to repopulate the earth. Last night in the movie I Am Legend, there's a scene that they show in the commercial where... A shirtless Will Smith is doing pull-ups. Talk about it. And while it was going on, sitting directly to my right, sitting directly to my right is my wife, and sitting directly next to my wife is Mr. Sky and Sky. And I'm thinking to myself, I wonder what's going on in her mind right now as Will Smith is shirtless. Oh, I'm a woman with eyeballs. What do you want from me? Wow. Are you thinking to yourself, I hope my husband isn't thinking what I'm thinking. Like, I hope he doesn't know what I'm thinking. I hope this is just a, or there's no self-consciousness. I'm not ruining the moment. I'm not analyzing it. You're just enjoying. I'm just soaking it in, man. 5701053, what'd you do if you were the last man or woman on earth? P1 Lindsay, are you there? Yep, I'm here. What'd you do if you were the last person, woman on earth?
I would go to places like Area 51 and find out what they've been hiding in this place. Oh, that's a good one. That's an awesome one. That's a good one. That's a great one. That is a really good idea. I wish I'd thought of it and stole it from you. Maybe you could, like, hang out with aliens. Yeah. Awesome. Yeah, or use some of those to help my survival. Yeah. That's true. You're smart. P1 Dude Man, are you there? Yeah, I'd fortify the Playboy Mansion. There you go. You go see what's going on there. But there's no Playboy Bunnies in there, you know. There's nobody in there. It's basically just a mansion. Yeah, but all the magazines are still there, so I can satisfy myself with that. Well, you could do that at a liquor store, bro. Yeah, but I was thinking... Well, they got liquor there, I'm pretty sure. Okay. I was thinking about when you were playing The Bad Company and stuff. I think it would be cool to go through the houses of some of, like, the big-time musicians or celebrities and just see what they got going on in there. I heard that Chad Kroger has a bathroom he can play baseball in. Really? Wow. Impressive. That's what I heard. Imagine just going into the, like, Hall of Records and, like, all that stuff, like the files on, like, you know. Sky. Killed JFK, Sky. Like, all that stuff. Find out what's doing. Finally get to read that Sky diary. It's crazy. Dead diary. Cop it to the ham today. Stop it. Use the restroom with the door open, not affect anyone. That's right. Well, some people already do that. What? Nuh-uh. Shut up. Oof.
Mikey, I was really glad to hear you giving back this holiday season. I live with someone that can really use some help. Some say that she has a lot, but I know she really needs help. She only wants one thing this Christmas, and I'm not sure she'll get it. Maybe you guys can help her this Christmas season with the gift of ham. Regards, Ramsey. Oh, wow, that's... P1 David. Wow, no one saw that comment. I didn't. I did not see that coming. I did not see that coming. Who knew that was? I did not know that that was coming. That was a surprise. Mile away. Subject line is Sky, the last woman on Earth. It says, I don't think Sky could survive being the last woman on Earth. She wouldn't have Ramsey around to whip and do her bidding. P1 Josh. Wow. Nobody beat up. Wow, Josh. Got you new, Josh, right? That's a good point. Well, Ramsey's not real, Josh, so figure it out. Ramsey is your white manservant. Yeah, who would wash my feet? That's right. That's right. Who would put the petals in the toilet? Who would wrap all my money? Yes. Who would bring my frankincense and myrrh? What are you talking about? Ramsey does that? Yeah, her white manservant. I didn't know that. That's right. That's pretty cool. That's right. He wears a Ralph Lauren loincloth. Please stop.
Then he walks around the house in boat shoes. Brown ones. Brown ones with white soles. Yeah, no socks. White soles so you don't. Yeah. Because he's white. Because he's is white. Because he's is white. Because he's is white. Okay. All righty. Well, this has been a fun discussion. Who would give my gold turndown service at night? That's right. You know, where they leave the little gold on the pillow. A little gold bullion. Sometimes just a raw nugget of gold. I love it. I can't sleep about it. That's right. Sometimes I just put the gold in my mouth and savor it. It doesn't melt. It's solid gold. Suck the nutrients out of it. If I were Will Smith, in the daytime, I would go out with a gun and hunt gold. I got some in my sights. That's right. Don't move, sucker. Gotcha. Don't move. I got the gold. I got one! Take my faithful Ramsey with me to go fetch it. Yeah.
Go on now, Ramsey. Fetch the gold. Bring it back. Go get the gold, Ramsey. Oh, but those scary creatures is in there. Ramsey, go get the gold. Don't give away the movie. Go on, boy. No, don't make me. Go on now. I'm not the dog. Bring mama back some gold. Mama shot the gold. Go on, Ramsey. Mama shot the gold. Go get her. Go get her before she runs away. Go get the gold. It's gold. It's not going to go anywhere. Ramsey, hurry. Why did you make me go? Ramsey, go get the gold. Eddie? Are you ignorant? No, no. Go get my gold. Now run along. All right. Ignorant turnstile. You're not moving, Ramsey. You're just sitting there. I just think there's nobody else here. You don't have the powers that you... did before. Ramsey? Now wait a second. Ramsey, if you do this to me, I spent a lot of time taking care of you. Before there was no people. Maybe you could be the man's service. Ramsey? Hang on a minute, Ramsey. Why don't you go get my gold? Ramsey, why don't you go get my gold? Give me that whip. Ramsey, don't hurt me.
Tables are turn-ins. Oh, please. Please, Mr. Ramsey. Don't hurt me. You ignoramus. Take that. Mr. Ramsey, please stop. I never met her. I have another one. That's right. It don't feel so good. It hurts, but it feels so good. Oh, okay. Please don't hit me. Ow! Please, I implores you. Wait. I implores you to stop you. No, it's implore. Oh, no. Well, that's what I said. No, you said implores. No, it's implores. No, no. Skaz, it's... No, it's implores. Oh, no. Take that. Get it, man.
The table's turning. Yeah, if Sky were the last person on Earth, you'd never know what could happen. There you go. Frivolity. That is one of our... Total frivol. That is one of our favorite all-time bits. Awesome! That was us having fun on the radio. Welcome back. It's the Mikey Show. Look who's on. In about nine minutes, we will have been on the air for 24 straight hours. It's nothing. And guess who's on the line with us right now? This is going to get me through the rest of the time. That's what I'm talking about. Nice. Yeah. Bo Bice. Hey. How are you, Bo? This is Mikey. This is Mikey. How are you, Bo? I'm going to order a pizza. Dude, I'm telling you, man. A pizza would be great. 23. 23 hours, and in seven minutes, it'll be 24 hours. Yep. No, yeah. Bathroom weeks for sure. Come on, Bo. What are you? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Plenty of bathroom weeks. What are we, David Blaine? Yeah. Yeah, and we were outside yesterday doing a bunch of stuff outside. Isn't it weird to say yesterday? Yeah. Because it's still the same day for us. We've been on the air the entire time. Imagine if this was a regular air shift. I would quit. I would quit. Oh, yeah. Bo, hey, Bo, do you have a new album coming out? I do, man. Touring on the album we put out last year, the light.
My record label, Sugar Money, I teamed up with Stradart to put that out. And we started the tour off overseas with the troops in Afghanistan and Kuwait and just traveled around the U.S. this year and recorded all these shows and put together a live album. So that's going to be available exclusively at Bobice.com, pre-order December 1st. You can check it out, man. So we're working on that and just playing a bunch. I'm really stoked, man, for you and everything that has kind of happened in your career because we really were fans of yours. Oh, yeah. And I think that you have a really amazing voice, and so I'm just stoked you're doing good, man. On the show, I mean, I really never expected to do anything on that show, being a guy from Southern Rock and just, you know, loving a totally different demographic of music than they normally had on there. That kid did good, man. Hey, Bo. Hey, Bo. Bo, where are you from, Bo? Alabama. There you go. Hey, Bo. There's Eddie. Eddie's on TV right now. Hey, they're showing all of us on TV. Hey, Bo, they're showing us on TV right now because of what we're doing. Sorry about that. We like to look at ourselves. Bo, I just want to tell you right now, we are punchy and we are goofy right now. Yeah, I got a serious question for Bo. Go ahead. Hey, Bo.
Remember that guy, Constantine? What? Except with that dude. Tell us about that. What's going on there? I'm trying to have decorum here. He had the power. He got it. I got a question. You let him finish. You got to say, hey, Bo. You got to say, hey, Bo. Bo, I'm sorry. We're punchy. We're punchy. We're punchy. Hey, Bo. I got to know something. You guys got to tell me. Go ahead. You're 28 hours doing this show, and you're raising money for the Children's Hospital, right? Yes. Rady's Children's Hospital. I've got a meditation then. Dude. Oh, what? Are you for real? Are you being for real? Oh, man, I'm serious. What? Oh, Bo, if you really do that, that'd be really cool, dude. That'd be awesome. I'm going to make a $500 donation. Dude. Oh, my.
Oh, that's really cool, man. You got robbed, dude. You should have won. Dude. Thank you. We got to help them out. We do a lot of stuff. Wow. We got a beautiful hospital here, Vanderbilt. We try to do things for them and my hospital back home in Birmingham. So that's one thing. We're blessed with two beautiful, healthy children, man. Dude. I can't imagine having to go. You know, my son was sick a couple of weeks ago. We had to take him to the hospital. the hospital just because infants, if they run a fever, you know, they have to go in. Yeah. And it was just the most crippling feeling to take your newborn into. And, you know, I just really, man, you know, that's the biggest blessing I've ever had is my family, my wife, my kids, obviously my parents and family. But, man, these children, they will change your life. My inspiration comes from my family, from God. I just can't imagine having a sick job. So God bless him. Thank you all for doing this. Dude, that's really cool. You're speaking my language, bro. I love Bob Ice. Yeah. Hey, Bo. Dude, Bo, it sounds like you're a believer. Oh, man, every day. My knees hit the floor before my feet do every day. That's cool. I thank God for every blessing I've got. Look at that. I didn't know that. Hey, you know what's cool is that our producer. Hey, Bo.
I'm good friends with a guy named Ty Anderson from a band called Third Day.
