Boston Rob conducts his 'Whatcha Doin' at the Courthouse' segment, interviewing an unnamed DUI defendant about his arrest. The defendant argues the officer's pullover was unjustified, debating whether he should have swerved around or behind a braking car and claiming lack of warning signs. Rob outlines the potential penalties (up to 18 months in classes and $2,000 in fines) and notes the interviewee's appearance sparking racial assumptions about his ethnicity. The show shifts to a reflective monologue about needing to go home after drinking, a flirtatious 'little mama' comment, and Rob's joke about starting a courthouse‑based dating service for felons. He closes with random remarks about chocolate, the Mikey Show, and a nonsensical exclamation, wrapping up the broadcast.

The people in cases you are about to hear are real. The person interviewing them is real. Stupid. It's time for Whatcha Doin' at the Courthouse. We sent Boston Rob to the San Diego County Courthouse yesterday. He stands on the steps and as people walk in, he says, Hey! What you doing at the courthouse? And then he tape records their response. 99% of the time, these people are sketched out by me. Really? I wonder why. Well, one guy yesterday, I asked him that, and he was like, why? What are you doing up here? What's your case? It's probably good. You look interesting. Right. And I was like, oh, actually, I don't have court today. I don't have court for a while again. So this first person got a DUI. Not guilty. Yeah, thinks the cops were wrong for pulling him over. Of course. I'm drunk. Of course. Duh. What you doing at the courthouse? I'm here for driving under the influence that got pulled off. Is he still under the influence right now? I'm drunk. I mean, I'm curious if he's still under the influence. Yeah, breathalyzer. Thank you. I think it was.
It wasn't the right pullover. Listen, it was not the right pullover. I like this. Well, why didn't he just say that in the first place? I have to say, though, I have to say that I've only heard 10 seconds of this. I may be inclined to believe him. I'll tell you why. I think it's very possible. He was sober, but that's what he sounds like. That's okay. And the cops didn't even have to give him any. They're like, of course you're drunk. Get in the car. And he's like, I wasn't drunk. I just sound like this. Well said. The cops said I should have swerved around the car, but I swerved behind the car because he's brake. immediate break in the street. What? Well said. The cop said I should have swerved around the car, but I swerved behind the car. What does that even mean? Because the car was braking, so it made him swerve. I braked too. What? Well said.
And then he pulled me over and said that he pulled me over because I should have swerved around the car, which I feel I should have swerved behind the car because I don't know what he was braking for. Now I'm confused. Well, let me explain. He says, no, I definitely, I should be swerving behind the car because I didn't know why the man in front of me was braking, as opposed to all the times that I do. For instance, most of the time when I'm driving and the person in front of me breaks, they hold a sign up that says the reason I'm breaking is because I've got faulty breaks and I'm trying to test them out. Of course you didn't know why the guy was breaking goofball. None of us do know, really. So he didn't hold up the sign that said little girl in crosswalk. Yeah, he didn't do that. He didn't. He didn't hold a sign up that said cat running through the road. Well, how's the guy supposed to know that? I don't know, so I won't go around him. I don't know why.
He could have been trying to avoid something or anything, so I wanted to try to avoid it. He could have been trying to avoid something, and if he's going to avoid something, I don't want to then become the hapless victim of whatever he's trying to avoid. Case closed. And you're facing what? Up to 18 months in classes, $2,000 worth of fines. What did he look like, Rob? Great question. Well-dressed black guy. That's a black guy? Yeah. I'm not getting any kind of black affectation. I would have thought that was a Mexican guy. Sounded like a Mexican guy to me. Sounded like one of my brothers. Weekends in jail and numerous other things. I really think it's unfair because we need justice out here, man. You know, if you're over the age of 21, you should be able to, you know.
Well said. If you're over the age of 20, what kind of world are we living in? You can't even drink and drive over the age of 21 anymore. Have a nice time and enjoy yourself. What is here for? That's what he was trying to do. Enjoy himself. That's the reason any of us are out on the roads, really. Right? I'm drunk. Life is here for you, and then you've got to go home after that. You know what I mean? Preach it. We've got to go home after that. Yeah, say that to the judge. Tell him that. We've got to go home after that. Can someone explain that? I mean, you're out having a good time, enjoying yourself. I mean, you've got to go home at some point. How are you supposed to get home? Are you supposed to sleep on the street? See, what I was getting from it was you've got to go home after that. And right now we're living in a day and age that's so terrible that sometimes you don't get to go home. You have to go to jail for driving drunk. You don't get to go home. So they expect you just, you know, not to live your life and enjoy yourself. You know what I mean? Little mama, how you doing? Beautiful?
Little mama. Hey, how you doing, little mama? You want to go out with Donnie DUI? Oh, yeah, I just wanted to say that to the radio, man. It's beautiful women out here in San Diego. What's up? Photo reels. What's up? Who wants some of this? He probably weighs like 48 pounds. He's six feet four. Who wants some? Hi. If you ever come to the courthouse, man, keep your eyes and your ears open, man. Okay, that's where you'll find. Hey, ladies. Just want all the ladies listening right now, driving to your jobs on the five or wherever you are right now to know that if you're ever looking for a sweet guy. Go on down to your friendly neighborhood courthouse. I'm actually thinking of starting a new service called courthouse.com. Kind of like a match.com. Meet up with a nice felon. Sipping on gin and juice. Courthouseharmony.com. Everything happens for a reason. Yeah, like it could be that this happened to me so I can meet the woman of my dreams.
That's the chocolate I'm talking about. You might meet the person of your life here. Oh, my gosh. Uh-uh. What? No, he didn't. No, you didn't. What? Oh, no, you didn't. It might change the future. That's good. I love him. That's great. Where are the white women at? I love that guy. Wow. Yeah. For the real. The Mikey Show.
