The broadcast included chaotic debates over Forbes' richest teens, with name-dropping of Miley Cyrus, Shia LaBeouf, Mike Seaver, and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, alongside random fan arguments like The Office cast versus The Mikey Show crew. Other highlights comprised Neil Diamond character rants about speed and energy drinks, Bauman and Woods' charm school advice, a Zeth auction that raised $170 with Penelope/Brittany's surprise reveal, and listener calls on social etiquette, rock-star careers versus stable jobs, and bedpan-versus-water-bailing dilemmas, pushing bits toward the 28-hour finish.

Lock your face. Wow. What do you think, 24 more, guys? Lock your own face. Take a lemon, sir. Right, Rob? Bo Bice. That's the only two words that are left. The only thing you said in the past four hours. That's all I got. Who's Sean? Who? He went to the mall. It's pretty weird. What are we doing? What's going on? Well, we wanted to play one more game with me, if that's okay. I just had the time. Ready? Excellent. I'm sick of you. You still love me. I do. Oh, this is the best. Turn it up. This is good stuff, Fish. Come on. Yeah!
This is my jam. Come on! I sure wish we would have listened to that before. Oh, man. I just wanted to say. You're a shock jock. Well, we didn't preview that before. Let's go ahead and try to call Shawna. Oh, my God. And see if she's at work at 8 o'clock in the morning. Well, she should be. 8.01. Let's go ahead and give it a shot. I think she's on the line. Yes. Shawna?
Hello? Hi, Shana. Do you remember this voice? Hello? Oh, man. Shana, can you hear me now? I can hear you now. Hey, we haven't played this game in a long time, have we? Oh, yeah. We haven't. Oh, Shana, we're going to ask you the question everybody wants to know. We're out in San Diego. Of course I'm not at work. Something's never changed. Wow. That just broke my heart. That broke my soul. You know, we do this thing where we call you, we see if you're at work. You're not at work yet today, but it's all right. Hey, you'll be in pretty soon, right?
Maybe, yeah. As the crow flies. As the crow flies. As the crow flies. Well, there's always tomorrow to get a fresh start. Absolutely. That's right. That's right. Well, Shauna, thanks for walking down memory lane with us. Yeah, it was a pleasure. It was great. It always is great. It was great. Thank you. Okay. That was Shauna. Okay. And is Shauna at work yet? Amazing. Wow. That is, I think, the end of my tenure here. Oh. On the Mikey Show. Your beard was the best. I mean, it was. Out of this world. I laughed, I cried, I vomited. When did you vomit? I missed that. On Sean's back. That is not pretty sounding. Huh, that's weird. I'm tired. Oh, here we go. Here comes this again. All right. You can just kind of every once in a while look at Rob. I'm holding back my sneezes. That's dangerous. I know. I get sick. I'm holding him back for you. How's everyone feeling? Yeah, Rob, how are you feeling? A little sneezy, that's all. You're feeling sneezy? All right. 570-1053. That's our phone number, so you can call us if you want to. I'd love to hear from you. By the way, I just want to let everybody know that the reason that we're doing this is for Rady's Children's Hospital.
And Jay's going to get us a tally in a little bit. We'll tell you how much money we've raised. Last year, we raised $14,000. And so we want to raise even more money this year. And we're going to talk to somebody right now who has some experience with Rady's Children's Hospital. Is this Carol? Yes. Carol, how are you? I'm fine, thanks. How are you? I'm good. It's good to have you on. Good. Uh, are you, uh, are you calling, uh, you're, you're calling about your son, uh, who has an experience with Rady's, right? Yes. Yes. He's here too. He's on the phone too. Josh, how are you? Good. Josh, how old are you? I'm 12. 12 years old. And tell us a story, Carol. How did you guys come to know Rady's Children's Hospital? Um, we had, uh, an experience there. My son got very, very sick and we were in the hospital almost a month, um, May of 2006. Pretty amazing experience, and they basically saved his life. That's amazing. What was the illness? What was it about, and how did it come on, and what happened? It started with a simple little fever, and then we had a lot of different diagnosis from strep to pneumonia. This was before the hospital, and then when we got to the hospital, they thought he might have meningitis.
Then he ended up in ICU, and they didn't know what he had, and they had to put him in a coma for nine days. Oh, man. Holy cow. And then they finally diagnosed it as something called ADEM, which is a strange type of encephalitis. And he completely recovered, completely, 100%. And how, again, how old was Josh when this happened? Ten. Ten years old. And so, Josh, what are your memories about that time? I didn't really remember too much, but I remember staying up all night watching movies with this one nurse. Man, that's so cool. What have you been hearing that, man? All the nurses, the doctors, they're so nice, right? Yeah. The doctors are really nice. The nurses are really nice. And that's the thing about Children's Hospital is that they know they're dealing with families. They know that people, when they're going through that experience, are scared and stuff like that. And so I just think it's cool that they did stuff like that with you. You were watching movies with them. Yeah. Do you ever see any of those people still? Do you ever keep in contact and still say hi or no? No, I haven't seen any of them since. Carol, what was it like as a mom for you to see them taking that kind of time with Josh? Well, I have to say...
The nurses, when you're in ICU, you have one nurse per patient, and that nurse is with you 12 hours. So you really get to know the nurses. And if it wasn't for some of the nurses that we had, I don't know how we would have dealt with it. They are amazing. Many of the nurses we had had been there 20-plus years working in the ICU. And I remember at one point asking one of them, how do you do this? And she just said, because we work with children and we see how resilient they are. And, you know, lo and behold, my child was one of the lucky, resilient children. And they were just amazing. That's cool. I can't even tell you how close we all got, you know, just sitting by his bed for, you know, all day long, every day. So they were really great. That's awesome. Well, that's why we're doing this. And we just want to raise as much money for... Rady's Children's Hospital as we can. That's why we want people to go to our website, MikeyShow.com, M-I-K-E-Y-S-H-O-W.com. And if you type in the keyword donate, you can donate money there. If you donate $50 or more, you will get a limited edition 28-hour show T-shirt for 2008. They're really cool. They have the font of...
The TV show 24. And so you can get that. You can probably see it online. Do we have it online? I think so, yeah. Yeah, so you can see it. It's really cool. And we urge people to go there, donate money. We're trying to raise more than we did last year, which was $14,000. Awesome. So what's up, Josh? You got a girlfriend? No. Ladies, man, play in the field. You're smart. Don't get tied down. That's right. Well, listen, we appreciate both of you coming on. And, Carol, thank you so much for coming on with us and talking to us. Thank you, guys. You're doing a wonderful job. And Children's Hospital is a great place to donate to. They're amazing. We appreciate it. We appreciate it. Thank you so much, Carol. Thank you, Josh. No problem. All right. We'll see you guys later. Bye-bye. All right. Call in right now, 570-1053, because we're going to start. We've got so many topics. We've got about a billion topics that we haven't got to yet. This is probably going to carry over into the show into next week. Go ahead, Eddie. You can do one of two things here. Yeah. You can do a quick best of and get breakfast if you're hungry. Yeah. Or we can go into advice with Bauman and Woods. Those clowns. Do those clowns know to keep it clean? Yeah, dude. I've had a little talk with them beforehand. I said, listen.
You, too. Okay. You know Mike, dude. You know Kiosk. All right, Kiosk. Changed his ways, all right? That's right, dude. He's cleaned it up a little bit. He's still a funny guy, but he's a little different, all right? Yeah, dude. I support that, all right? Yeah, I do, too. Okay? Yeah, dude. I know what I'm doing. I'm a professional, bro. We're going to have the real Bauman and Woods on. Yes. The real Bauman and Woods. You've heard us do those voices forever. Yeah, real good. So what we're going to do is, are we going to do advice with them? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So if you would like advice from Bauman and Woods, go ahead and give us a call. Now, if you're wondering, well, what kind of advice would I be getting? It's like social advice. You know, like charm school. Yeah, whatever, man. That's what it is. They're like, you know, they're like charm school people. In a way, yeah. Charm school people, by the way. Very famous. Yes. That old hackneyed phrase. Charm school people. Sure. So, yeah. Why don't you call us right now? And we'll line them up. But I do want to play a best of bit because, you know, we're going to eat. I'm going to be honest about it. Yeah. I think you'll enjoy this. There's a character I do called Neil Diamond. Maybe you've heard of him. This seems like it should be the easiest thing in the world. Forbes list of top earning teens of last year. Duh. Sign me, my me. Yep.
Smimey Myrus has got to be number one. Yeah, Miley Cyrus tied for the number one slot, bringing in $25 million last year. So you can be like 19, right? Yeah. Okay. Shia LaBeouf. That helps a lot. What about Penny from Good Times? Yeah, is she on there? Oh, yeah. Remember, she got burned with a curling iron but tried to blame it on something else. You know, Malona was able to look through. Malona, yes. That's right. A thousand points for Malona. Thank you. About Buffalo Butt. Buffalo Butt was great. He was the, what did they call him? Super. The super. He was a super. Or some super-sized coveralls when he would come into the apartment. Buffalo Butt. So, are you saying, Sky, that Shia LaBeouf or Penny are not on the list? Is that what you're trying to? These are the things I'm telling you. Oliver from Brady Bunch. Yep, is he on it? Check it out. That Abigail chick. Abracadabra. Abigail chick. Mike Seaver. Dacoja Fanning. From that Sunshine movie. Sky, check it. No, Abigail Breslin is not on the list. Who, Rob? Mike Seaver? Yeah, Mike Seaver. Check it out. Check it. And then put it on the board. It's too soon. I think it's too soon. It's way still too soon. It's probably still.
Jaleel White. How old was Heath Ledger? That's way too old. He could be in the category. The number two. Why are you freaking out? Soon. Fine. The Harry Potter kids. Daniel Ratcliffe is tied for first place with Miley Cyrus making $25 million. Whatever. Dang. Yeah. What's up? How many more are on there? Three. Oh, there's got to be a teenager in the NBA. Dakota Fanning is not on the list. Whoa. She's rich. Jonathan Lipnicki. Yeah, yeah. Finally. You know that bees and dogs can smell fear? Well said. Interesting. Oh. Ashley Tisdale. Ashley from the Mikey Show. Yeah, she's loaded. Blossom.
Mayim Bialik. What the? Oh, my God. What's up? Wow. What's up? Her friend Soleil Moon Fry. Okay. Not a teen. Not a teen. Oh. Ricky Schroeder. Yeah. Rick. An adult. I believe he goes by Rick Schroeder now. You know, his dad is real rich. Drove a train around the living room. Super rich. What about Tiffany or Debbie Gibson? Yeah. There we go. You guys. You're awesome. About Anakin Skywalker. Jimmy Osment. Do we know these kids? Yes. Do you know these kids? Yeah. Personally? Do we know that? Okay. Riddle me that. This is going to give it away, but otherwise you're never going to get it.
How dare you? Do you know anything about chocolate? For some reason, these girls are number three on the list. They are not teenagers. Also twins. Yes, but they have an empire that focuses on teens. So for some reason, Forbes put them in the number three spot. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen making $15 million. Always teenagers in my eyes. That doesn't make any sense. It doesn't. I just went and double-checked it because I'm like, that doesn't matter. Fine, LeBron Jameson. No, no. Donnie and Marie. They're the only ones. So number four and number five, Warren Buffett. Both guys. Both very popular right now. What about the entire student body at Poway High? This one's going out to all of you, you little drug-using hippies. My name is Neil Diamond and I'm here to rock the house at Torrey Pines. Why do I come here to talk to all you kids here at Piedmont High School? The reason I do it is because I want to let all you know how much I care and that I don't want you to do drugs. Even though I know half of you have VD for not wearing condoms. Let me tell you something. When I first wrote Cracklin' Rosie.
Oh, yes. Get it. I was writing it about an ex-girlfriend of mine whose name was Rosie. Really? Makes sense. Show deed on black tar heroin. I don't know if that's true. And if it is true, you shouldn't bring that up. One of the saddest things I ever had to experience my entire life. Please. But it's good reason for you to not do it yourselves, you bunch of disgraceful little punk monkeys. That's not even a... Word. All of you people are a bunch of Coronado hippies. What? Coronado? Sharing your deodorant and sniffing bacon powder like a bunch of... Huh? Get this guitar out of here. Oh, come on. Neil, don't get upset. Morrie. Morrie! Why does he always... Who's Morrie? Throw that down. Get this away from me. Oh, you just kicked it. I don't want to play it. He just kicked it. Oh, here we go. Oh, come on, Neil. Let's play a song. This is nice. Yeah, this is good stuff right here. We're going to play a song for all you kids here at Grossmont High School that came to see old Neil Diamond and old Uncle Neil speak to you today. I just want to share with you. Yes, that's right. No, that's where you were supposed to start singing. When it began. No, you noticed. Why don't we start it again? What do you think? Why don't you get this stupid guitar?
here through my right earphone. Can somebody give him a monitor? What's the problem, dude? Give me some more treble. Let's try it again. Let's try it again for you kids here at Grossmont. I'm going to sing a song that has a lot to do with life lessons. I'm doing it with my blue jeans. Here we go. Quit taking speed. Quit drinking red balls and tonic. And Frankenstein energy drinks, you bunch of mongrel little pigs. That's not even a thing. It's not real. Monster energy drinks. Why are you gross? You got chicken grease all over your little grimy fingers. You're eating your Taco Bell and all your fast food. Bunch of non-condom work. Get this guitar.
Rob, can you get a new one? I'm just a stupid manager. Where is he, you fat balding? Don't call me. No, don't get personal. Forever in blue jeans, all right? This is a song that I wrote one time for my fiancé. Right before she turned gay with Ellen and the two of them ran off together to Fort Waimee. Song goes like this. Hey, super freaks. Oh, my God. Riding high on the Pineapple Express. I know your druggie lingo. You're a bunch of Seth Rogen watching. Oh, you're so hip. Flipped out lesbos. Let me tell you something. Get this stupid guitar. Homosexuals. Let me talk. Hang on. I got something. Neil has something to share with you all. I don't. But before I do, I want to play a little Cracklin' Rosie. What do you think about this? This is a hot one. This song has a good message in it. This is a hot one.
You can take this one to the weed store. Pick up your eyeball medicine and snort it right. Right up your nose. You're a bunch of dirty hoes. All of you kids are drunk on your strawberry wine. You kids are drinking tonic. Tonic's another name for Bartles and James. No, it's not. Get this stupid thing out of here. I don't want to play for you anymore. They don't even make Bartles and James anymore. Forget it. They don't make Bartles and James anymore. Don't bring that up. Forget it. Forget it. He's already upset. Ladies and gentlemen. From the top. One more time. I'm going to put on my sequin cape. Oh, this is nice. That is cool. Tie it up on the back. All right, I got it. If I can still wear velveteen pants and sing with the best of them, and I do it, and I do it for one reason. What's that? It's for all you kids here at Hoover High. Oh. Down here at Hoover High. Very nice of you. He just doesn't know where he's at. Oh, okay. He's actually Poway. Oh, that's weird. My manager, Maury. Maury, yes.
My manager, Maury, used to be able to find the finest cocaine regardless of the city we played in. Well, that's an interesting fact. But that didn't get me anywhere. Yeah. And that's why I'm here at Hoover High School to sing this to you kids. Do it. Kids, you're a bunch of filthy kids. And Uncle Neil. Might have to get his belt out and satisfy some punishment around here. Sorry Uncle Neil is here to break out a pint of Old Harp. Sorry Uncle Neil is here. You people know that Maury built me out of... Come over here, fat manager. You built me out of $4 million in 1977. Why is he still your manager? Bunch of jerks. I'll see you all later. Ladies and gentlemen, Neil Diamond. Yeah. There you go. Don't go anywhere. There it is. That was really awesome. So weird, man. He's my favorite. I don't know when half of the material we hear. I hear it. I'm like, man, I don't remember doing that. It's so weird. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome back. Thank you.
You're welcome. You're welcome. You're welcome back. Let's see. She let go. She let go. I'm sorry. I got to mark off all the stuff we've done. Mark it off. Let's make me an offer. You don't want me to do that right now. Yeah. We'll get Bowman and Woods on. You can play with them. Oh, are we ready? You can play with them. Are we ready? Yeah, Ashley's getting them on right now. All right. Bowman and Woods are our friends from Dallas, and they're characters. They are just a couple of characters. For sure. They're from Texas. Clowns. That's right. Oh, sure. And they're very different. One of them is very classy and sophisticated, and the other one is a little bit more rough around the edges. Steve Woods, or as we know him, Woodsy, is the lovable and I guess you could say less refined. Dude, take it easy. Of the two. Hello, Woodsy.
that. I love it. I'm like the good married guy that goes home every night. You got your boy Bauman out still just doing his thing. Well, the thing is, though, is that Bauman does this, you know, he does a very good job of appearing very classy and sophisticated. Yes. Is that Bauman on six? Yep. Bauman. I'm here. Bauman, how are you? I'm fantastic, man. I get on the phone. I already heard Woody's telling this BS story about last night, I'll bet. No, no, no, no. Nothing yet. Bowman dragged me out to Great White last night. I was in a time where from 1987. Oh, my gosh. Are you okay? Did you get burned? Are you serious? It was awful. Oh, my goodness. No, it wasn't awful because Woody and his girl were down front when they played Save All Your Love. One song. One song. I should have been in bed. Now I feel awful. Oh.
How have they not given you guys your own radio show? Thank you. Because they really do have an incredible chemistry. They're very different, and they're very good friends. Kind of like us. Kind of like us. Absolutely. It's called clown school, dude. Yeah, they're very clown school. But they're like a modern-day odd couple. And one of them wears the... Extremely expensive suit. Indeed, from Milan. That's right, from Milan. And the other guy smokes cigarettes and throws his butts right off the... I did it on to police officers. Hey, it's a mistake, okay? Hey, Mike, I got to tell you guys, Woody and I actually have discussed doing a show and how to execute it. Oh, gosh. And the guy's trying to get me to sell it through to our PD. They won't. We want to do late nights. Or early mornings, dude. Early mornings, late nights, early mornings. Early mornings, like 4 to 4.15. That's too long. Like Tim and Eric, dude. That's right. Do midnight to 3. Maybe as you're driving home from the bars, you get to hang out with the two guys here. Midnight to 3. Yes, dude, absolutely. We get syndicated pretty quick, I'll tell you that right now. All right, let's take a couple of phone calls. People asking, you know, like, charm school advice. Great.
You know, how to handle a social situation. 5701053. You know, the questions that we're talking here are sort of like the, hey, listen, guys. You know, if I find myself at a party. and I'm trying to meet a young lady. What is the best approach? You know what I mean? Or I end up at a party, and there's two different girls I'm dating there. They're both at the same party. What do I tell them? Yeah, how do I handle that? You get both of them is what you do. That's definitely the less refined of the two characters. 570-1053 if you would like to ask a question of Bauman and Woods. Mikey, I got a question right quick before we go to that. Sure. You guys are on day two of your 48-hour, 28-hour. Extravaganza. It's 48, okay, dude? You're right, all right. Okay. Just want to make sure where we're at here in this whole deal. Yeah, we are an hour 26 and a half. Wow. We're in the home stretch. Kill that. Kill that, Bauman. We're in the home stretch. You know, your boy with all his meetings, that's why we're not sitting there with you guys. Oh, here we go.
So what's the deal, Bauman? You couldn't make it out here. You've got very important meetings going on? Well, in case you guys didn't know, I did get a promotion earlier this year. Oh. Yeah. Very big talk. Excuse us. Got a promotion. Fancy. Got a promotion. So, yeah, the responsibilities have grown a little bit. And Wednesdays and Thursdays are the two worst days for me to do. Oh, yeah, dude. Because you don't become salesperson of the quarter four quarters in a row with that. Please. No, but listen. I had to meet with big fat Paul. Okay. We are out there, though, next year for sure. He's got a restaurant. What is it? Baja, Nevada or something? What's that thing called? Thanks for that hot. Oh, my God. That is so great. That's the number one DVD bar. Yeah, number one DVD bar in Dallas. Well, I used to go to this restaurant, and I used to... to drink at the bar because I drank a lot back then. And I told Woodsy, yeah, man, this place is really great. So Woodsy goes in there and he tries to sell the owner of the place some advertising. And the guy buys about $4 worth of advertising. Yeah, dude, but he threw in Little Feet. That's right. Little Feet tickets. Took us to a Little Feet concert one time. All right? It was great. It was great. He was my client. So we got no callers, huh? That's right. No, we do. Let's take some. Let's see. P1 Jacuzzi Club is on the line.
How you guys doing? Good, good. What's happening? I don't know. That's not what he put up there. Yeah, he didn't say that. That's not what he said. We had to hit the button on him. Okay. Well, listen. That's the only call we had. So this is done. It was a great bit we set up here. Hey, guys. It was a great bit. It was a great bit. Thanks for calling in. Way to go. Thanks for taking the time. Thanks for taking the time. It worked out really good. Worked out really good. Real sweet. Real sweet. Oh, yeah, yeah, totally. I think this was kind of the audition tape. Yeah, well, especially on the heels of this, you know, the success of this. Yeah, absolutely. Guys, you killed it, though. The P1s aren't all that they're cracked up to be. Always being the villain. Always being the villain. But San Diego, maybe not quite the same as Dallas. Maybe the listeners aren't quite as loyal. Oh, boy. See, now he's trying to get them fired up. I wonder what he's doing there. Now he's trying to get them fired up. I wonder what he's doing there. You know, talk the dog, do they walk the walk? That's right.
That's right. And I don't get plenty of this when the Chargers and the Cowboys play. Chargers look great, by the way. Yes. Hey, so does my boy Quentin Jammer, okay? Went to the University of Texas, all right? He was a longhorn. Guys are doing fine. Guys are great. Mikey, don't give him a hard time, all right? Every great player is going to make a great play every once in a while, and every great player is going to make a bad play every once in a while, all right? That's a good point. Absolutely. That's what I hear from him all the time. That sounds like clown talk. All right, guys. Thank you for doing this. Now the phones are ringing, but I don't know if we're going to get a bunch of perverts the rest of the time. Goodness sake. A little decorum, bro. You know what? Actually, I sent Woody through sensitivity training. You got to be kidding me. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. I can't believe who's on line three. Jen Kyrish is on line three. This is a girl that we used to work with. You're lying. Back with these guys. There's no way. Back with these guys. We're getting reunited. How can this be? Kyrish. Kyrish. Get up. Oh, look at this. Dude, you vodka and you. Jen Kyrish, how are you? I'm good. Y'all just hung up on me. I called and I went, Kiyos. It's Kiyos. Kiyos. There you go.
Because we used to yell, Keel. There you go. There you go. What the hell? Keel was the rock band, Mike, the heavy metal band that Jennifer had an affinity for. That's right. That's right. Oh, wow. Kyrish, where are you? What are you up to? How did you know about this? Jamie, Stephen's wife. My wife. Oh, there you go. I was like, I've got to call these dudes. She's real sweet, dude. That's great. That's really happening. My wife even sends a spy in to check on me. When I'm calling into my boys' radio shows, it's unbelievable. That is weak. Wow. I'm just kidding, honey. I love you more than anything. I love you. I'm very loyal to you. Kyrish, it's great to hear your voice again after all these years. How are you? I'm great. Just hanging out in Flomo. Flomo? Everything is well in Dallas? Everything's good. Kyrish hasn't been to Dallas in five years. She's got like... Two kids now. Kyrish, where are you? I got two kids and fire them out and I sit at home and eat bonbons. That's right. That's fantastic. Yeah, and she checks out the pool guy when he comes to clean it. You guys are nuts. This is ridiculous. It's ridiculous. Let's come to this. A Dallas reunion, basically. Where's Kibler? Where's Judd Davis?
Well, we saw him last night, actually, at the show. At the clown house? At the clown house? This is the tree house. Jed's clown house? All right, guys, this is deteriorating into dumbness. So, listen, I love all of you. Oh, I love it. Thank you all for calling in. This is going to devastate Woods, by the way. Why? I don't know, dude. You're good? I'm good. Okay, then I feel good. That's great. Come on, it was great. We're looking forward to coming out next year, Mike. That's right. You'll be on here next year, I promise. I'm getting an email in five minutes. All right. Anyway, here's the deal. We want to be put up at the W. Oh. Mike. We want this done the right way. No chicken-esque stuff. All right, hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hey, Kyrish. Kyrish, thank you for calling. It was wonderful to hear your voice again. I miss you, guys. We miss you, Kyrish. We miss you. Okay. Later, Jen. All right, we'll see you. We'll see you. Get off. It's our time. We do have a call. P1 Quimby is calling in with a charm school question. Quimby, are you there? Yes. Go ahead. I have a legitimate question. Go ahead. I would like to know, what is the proper etiquette when sitting in a friend's BMW? Wow. That's a great question. That's a great question. I'll tell you, when I'm riding in Bowman's BMW, as in most things in my life, I have to be in control, even though he's driving. I'm playing what song I want to hear.
I've got a fresh cigarette in my mouth leaning out the window. There it is. That's typically how we roll. Actually, the guy gave me a ride home last night, and I was the one controlling the radio. It was a two-minute drive, but hey. To the caller. To the caller. You know, if you like the guy a lot, then... You decide on which way you want to go. Is it a one-night kind of thing, or do you want to date the guy? If you want to date the guy, then maybe you sit with your legs crossed. And if you don't want to date the guy, but you want to hook up, you sit with your legs crossed. All right, well, that's Bauman and Woods. That's Bauman and Woods. Hey, listen, it's great to have them on. They're really fantastic. They're really fantastic. Eddie's giving me the look right now. Like, I talked to them. I told them before. Bauman knows not to do that. Listen, you know, he's, what are you going to do? It's Bauman and Woods. I knew it wasn't going to last long. They're fantastic. They're fantastic. You are an idiot. Thank you, Quimby. You're in management now, bro. He's a clown. All right. Thank you, Bauman and Woods. Thank you, guys. All right, boys. We love you guys. I'll see you soon. Thank you. No, you won't. The email come in five minutes. Dude, that was epic.
Dude, we need to do this every week, bro. Can we have a segment on? Sorry I offended Mikey, bro. Yeah, dude. Sorry about that. Tell Kiyos I'm sorry. Tell him not to be so sensitive, dude. Okay? Kiyos! Ask Kiyos why he's being so sensitive over there. What happened? I mean, what's the deal? That guy used to be real fun, dude. What's up? Tell him I'm going to come down there. We'll do a shot. He'll be fine. Oh, jeez. What a bunch of idiots. I mean, I'm not kidding. Are we done? Getting close. Can we go to lunch? Go to lunch. Can we go to lunch? Go to lunch. Let's see. Well, we got a lot of material we haven't got to yet. I got something really cool for you that I wasn't going to talk about because it wasn't confirmed, and it looks like it's confirmed now. What's that? You're going to be really stoked about this. Special guest coming up at 9 o'clock should be... Dan Patrick. No way. Your boy, dude. Dude, that's awesome. Love Dan Patrick. Love Dan Patrick. He's good, man. Dan Patrick is good. We haven't taken a lot of phone calls. You want to call? 570-1053. You can call us. In fact, where's the random debates? Okay. Yeah, you've got the topics. These are the random debates. What do you mean the random debates? Talk about it. Why?
Keep the topics we don't use? I'm very organized, Mike. All right. For future shows, bro. I mean, what? Like, today's not the last day of the world. I mean, we're going to be back on Monday. No, we're not. We're not? Oh, that's right. Don't say that. Because Rob infected us all. Sorry. All right, I'm going to give you a random debate. Are you ready? Yep. Who wins in a fight, the cast of The Office or the cast of The Mikey Show? Oh, easy. That's easy, Rob? Who is it? Us. We do? Oh, yeah. You don't think Jim's got a little something in there? Not at all. You can't mix it up? No, nothing? Maybe some of them warehouse dudes. Yeah, forget it with the warehouse. Oh, yeah. Me and Eddie would handle that. That's the warehouse? Yeah, I don't think they're employed by Dunder Mifflin. Oh, that's true. Oh, they're like contractors? Yeah, they work like, I think they actually work under Vance. Oh, from Vance Refrigeration? Yep. From Bob Vance Refrigeration? Yeah. You got a lot to learn, honey. Got it.
Yeah, I mean, Jim is, you know, he's obviously in shape. He's meek. He's got nothing. Yeah, he's meek. I'll take him. Yeah, if you go face-to-face with him, a smaller guy could take him. Who wins Pam Sky? Oh, dude, Pam's feisty. I think so, too. But Sky, she's dirty, man. She'll, like, go for the boob punch or, like, something evil. She'll do, like, groin stuff, all that. Yeah. I don't know how that would affect. A woman, but I'm going Sky on that one. Sky, what do you think? Can you take Pam? I don't know. I think it would be a pretty fair fight. Hello, Beasley. But I think I got a little bit more meat on me, so I think I'd win. Ah, Beasley. We meet again. My arch nemesis. My arch nemesis. How about Angela? Angela. Or Oscar. Wait. I mean, just because he's gay. Yeah. You have to take on one of them. Yeah. So I have to choose between Angela or Oscar? Yeah. I think Angela, even though I know she's crazy. All right, Mike, you got Oscar. Yeah. Yeah, there you go. Well, my Mexican-ness is what defines me. Kiss fight. Mikey Show.
Hey, Rob. On the note of the Mikey show, I wanted to ask Mike, I mean, on the note of the office, I want to ask Mikey his thoughts on this master cleanse that they made fun of. Oh, I didn't see it, man. I didn't get to see it. Dude, the girl, I mean, the Indian girl. Kelly. Kelly. Yeah, she's peeling lemons and, like, flipping out on the other side of the cubicle. Sky told me about it. Sky told me about it. It sounded funny. Yeah. It was really funny. Yeah. Yeah, I just, like. I just think this matchup is ridiculous because I went to Salsa Fresca or whatever it is, Salsa, and these girls were outside of the burrito shop with their friends who were eating burritos grinding lemon. What does that mean, grinding lemons? For the cleanse. He's saying the cleanse. But what does that mean, grinding lemons? Like juicing lemons is what he's trying to say for the cleanse, which is like lemon and maple syrup. Lemon. Cayenne pepper. Lemon. Oh, lemon. Rob. Lemon. Lemon. That's my favorite part. That's a great word. Right? You're a comic genius, bro. I want to hear that again. Thank you. What have been your favorite moments?
on the 28-hour show this year, Eddie. I think this is the best one, by the way. Really? Yeah. Yeah, I think it's been cool. I think it's been pretty awesome. Dude, Mikey Idol was amazing this time. I mean, everybody really brought it. I thought everybody was hysterical. Your performance with your band, crazy. I can't even put it into words. That was so fun. I was so impressed. So I really enjoyed that. That's it. Yeah, no, everybody was good except for Zeph, but everyone else was. Well, I mean, my expectations were so low for him. He couldn't be disappointed. Yeah, I couldn't really be disappointed. Did we ever find out about his date? Did he even say anything about it? No. He was super evasive. Yeah, what's the deal? Zeph, how was it? It was good. We had fun.
See what I mean? That is so stupid. Are you going to see her again? I don't know yet. Is she taking you home today? Listen, all I want to know is, I just want to know what it was like and how the conversation was and all that stuff. How was the shrimp and white wine? It was delicious. I had to get an IV. Stop it. How come he's doing that? He knows it's on radio. I don't know why. Yeah, I mean, we had a good time. The conversation went well. There weren't those awkward, real... Dead pauses, you know, like that you'll get a lot of times. Yeah. None of that conversation went pretty well. What did you guys talk about? Yeah. Just basic stuff that you would any time that you first kind of grow plus. So I get that. You're good. You're a fan of Chuck Norris or what? How's your family? Where do you work? How's your family? How's your mama? How's your mama? How's your mama? Oh, no. Look what you said, Rob. Checked out. Lemon. Okay. He's checked out. Did you talk about the mall? Sky. Yes. Well, what we're talking about is. That made my morning. What we're talking about is Zeth was auctioned off yesterday. Zeth. That was cool. And.
He went for $170. Yeah, we were taking the over-under on $10. Well, he started the bidding at $0.25. Yeah, it got out of control. All of a sudden, it just started exploding. Yeah. And Gina was going for it, man. You better be careful there, Zed. That's right. Get HR involved. That's pretty cool. So, yeah, so we sent him the sizzler. Oh. Nice. That place. Don't you dare say a bad word about Cisner. I won't. It's a lovely establishment. Did you have the Texas toast? I did not. Oh, well then. You're garbage. Why did you even go there? You are garbage. It wasn't even offered to me. Oh, you don't get it, bro. You're straight garbage. You blockhead. We have phone lines completely lit up. I don't know what people are calling about. Mikey, show hello. Hello? Hey, I was just calling. I remember the other day, like the last caller on the show, there was a woman that was calling about her mentally handicapped sister. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. We did not get an update on that. Oh, no? Yeah, I want to get an update on that. You went velvet? Yeah, people went velvet. And she was calling about her sister, Billy. And she was 17. She was missing. And we don't know, man. I have not heard about it. Did you hear anything? What?
Did you hear anything about it, man? No, I haven't. I just called to see if you guys didn't hear anything about that. Nope, we have not, man. We have not. Okay. All right. Hey, Sky, do you have all of the stories from yesterday, too? No, but I can try and wing it, and I can dig them out of the trash if we need to. Oh, don't do that. Don't do that. Well, no, I mean, they're just in the recycle bin. They're not in the trash. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Infection is infection. What is that? But I know exactly what it means. I can probably talk about it. Who wins at chess, Bill Gates or Donald Trump? Oh, man. That's interesting. I would think Bill Gates would. He invented chess, right? Yeah. Yeah, didn't he create the game? He's wicked smart. Bill Gates and who? Bill Gates, Donald Trump. Oh, please. Trump is just a jerk. Trump playing chess. Good at business. I don't know if he's good at chess. Good at bad hair. I'm good at chess. Oh, yeah, for sure. Who says you're good at chess? Yeah, please. I do, and the computer does. I'll take you on. I'll bring it. Oh, next challenge. I smell the next challenge. There it is. That's another challenge. That's it right there. I smell it. There it is. And it can go on throughout the whole show. You're a rook. You're a pawn.
Who would you rather have as your dad? Daniel Plainview, Darth Vader, or Michael Lowen? It's so easy. Darth. Vader? Yeah. Why? Vader would be a kick-ass dad. He's evil, bro. He's going to teach you all the ways of the force. No. Of the dark side. The dark side of the force, but it still works. But it works for evil. It corrupts you. So what? A kick-ass pad on the Death Star? Yeah, but look what happened to Anakin. It's still there. Yeah, look what happened. Most of it. You could lose a limb, bro. Yeah. What did you just say? Look what happened to Anakin. Anakin is Darth Vader. See? Yeah. See what happens. Exactly. What is going on here? See what happens. Not at all. You're a rad dad. Uh-oh. Emphysema. That's a shame. I am your father. Awesome. And the voice of CNN.
Like, he's both. Come on. No disintegration. And Mufasa. That's right. Oh, yeah. Yeah, his best role. What did you just say? I said Mufasa was his best role. I'll meet you in the parking lot. That is garbage. I'll take you to lunch. Yeah, right. You have failed me for the last time at all. What's worse, baling water for a week or cleaning bedpans for a day? What's baling water? Bailing water is like taking a bucket and getting water in it and throwing it out. Bailing water. For a week straight? Yeah, that's your job. Okay, so eight hours a day. Yeah, eight hours a day. Or what? That's back-breaking work. Or cleaning bedpans for a day. 1,000% baling water. Yep. 1,000%. 2,000%. Eight hours a day for a week. I'll put up with it. I would rather do that than one minute of the bedpans. One second. You too, Boston Rob? Oh, yeah, dude. I already bailed my own mother. Sean would do the day with the bed pants. Oh, yeah. I'd stab my own mother before I would do anything with bed pants. That was creepy. Wow. Don't do that. For sure creepy. Be a giant waste. For sure creepy.
Skye, what about you? Yeah, what's up, Skye? I did actually have to think about it. It didn't come as easy to me as these guys. I love bedpans. Shut up. But the more I thought about it, the more I said, yeah, I'll do the water. It's not as grody, and it'll be a nice little exercise. So that's good. All right. You're so cool. Yeah, I know. I thought about that, too. Awesome. Thanks. Let's see. You do know some of these stories, Sky, about Brittany and her attorney and all that stuff? Oh, yeah. She was denied, her attorney was denied delay and reduction in charges in her driving incident. Yeah, she was driving without, we talked about this a while ago when it happened, when Brittany was, like, racking up charge after charge, and she was charged with driving without a valid California driver's license. So, you know, she had a court date set, and her lawyer's trying to get it pushed back, and excuse after excuse, and the judge was finally like, no, this is going to court, and, you know, we're pressing charges, so here we go. So, yeah, sorry, Britt. I have an email here.
Oh, talk about it. Let's read this email, get your guys' take on it. And you can text us at 35253. Yeah. Okay. We are coming up on hour 28 pretty soon, right? At 9 o'clock, we'll be going into our 28th hour. I think we're going into our 27th hour, and then when it's done, we've totaled 28 hours. And when we hit the 9 a.m. legal, that's going to be our last word for understand. Okay, cool. So is that when people should call? Right after that word airs. That's the last word. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So coming up, we're going to give the last word. And if you can tell us the entire sentence. Entirely. That we've been, you know, when we were starting yesterday morning when it was dark outside. Yeah. I was actually imagining this time. Like I was thinking to myself, well.
I will be seeing this. Daylight, it'll be close to the end of it. I know it's coming. Is it everything you dreamed it would be? And more. Oh, good. We're almost there. We're almost there. People that have been listening to the Mikey Show for a long time, man, you know, when we get to the end of it, it is like, it's as the crow flies. Very basic. Typical. But organized. Are people still up there, Jay? Up top? Yeah? Oh, yeah, I see them. I'm sure that's people that have been there for 28 straight hours, even longer in some cases. So here's the email. Mikey, I am so mad at my husband right now. He's so stubborn. We've only been married for a year and we've only been married for a year and have and it's been financially rocky. He's quit three jobs in that span. He wants to be a rock star. He's the lead guitarist in a band and thinks they're going to be the next Aerosmith or something. My father owns his own construction company. He's offered him a great job that will help us out immensely. He says he wants to concentrate on the band right now and turn down the job offer. I can't believe it. I don't mind him playing in his band, and if they make it big, all the better. But he needs to be realistic as well and not turn down an awesome job opportunity. What do you think, P1 April? That's a good one.
Thank you. Thank you. If you want to weigh in on this, by the way, 5701053 is... I like to play the leader. Thank you. Thank you. Well, I think that it is totally okay for her to say, I'm a little worried about the whole, you know, rock star thing. She could say what she feels if it makes her scared and all that stuff. But I think it's wrong to say... you shouldn't do that, and you should work for my dad, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But it's okay to tell him if you're scared. But same deal if it was the opposite way. You would want him to support her. Now, who is supporting here? Yeah. Like, how are they getting by? You know, you can't get by on, like, you know. Good looks. Good looks and guitar picks. Although I try. And rock moves. And rock moves. Just because you got your rock moves. Yeah, like, who do you think you are?
Yeah, because you got to, like, you know, how are you going to get by? Got to talk about how you're going to get by. You get some gigs, man. Yeah, but what if the gigs aren't really, you know, they're not really paying the rent, you know? Listen, man, that's the way it goes right now. Yeah, but it's been going that way for a while, and we got a mortgage and all that. But once we get our tape. Out there. Well, that's part of the problem. You're still working with stuff on tape. What are we supposed to afford? DVDs or whatever? No, CDs would probably be a better thing. Oh, yeah. What are we, J.K. Rowling around here? Yeah, exactly. That kind of money? Yeah. Yeah, I think she has every right. Like, I mean, he can still jam out at night and on weekends and make his tapes on weekends, but you got to work, you know, you got to have a good job and keep a roof over the head and everybody's got to, you know, work. Yeah. Come on, figure it out. Eddie, what do you think? He's got his rock moves. I think that she should be a little bit more supportive of what his passion clearly is. If he doesn't want to take this job, I think it's entirely in her right to say, all right, that's cool, but you need to do something to bring in the dough because, you know, we want to.
eat and stuff like that. Yeah. And if it ain't the band, then, you know, you got to do something. Hey, Mike. Yeah. I'm sorry. I don't mean to interrupt, but this is kind of cool. Yeah. You know, Penelope, Zeth's date. Yeah. She's on three. Oh, I want to talk to her. Oh, yeah. Penelope, are you there? Yes, I am. Penelope is the really pretty girl that bid on Zeth. Right. And paid $170. Sure did. Did you get your money's worth? We sent you to Sizzler. You know, you've been listening, right? Yes. That's been very coy. Yes, I don't get it. We had so much fun. You had a good time. Yeah, I did. Yeah. You guys were there for like three hours. Yeah. Yeah, we had fun. Well, that's cool. But he failed to tell you that about halfway through, it was really weird. I went to the bathroom and I came back and Dr. Wayne was sitting at our table. I knew it. I knew that was going to happen. That jerk. I knew that was going to happen. You saw that coming. Up Mission Gorge. I like Penelope. Penelope, so it was fun, right? You guys had a good time. Such a good time. Would you ever go out with him on like a real date?
If he is up to him, but I would love to. Yeah, you like that guy? Hey, Zeth, are you hearing this? Come in here. What's your deal, man? He just walked in the studio. Come in here. Oh, here he comes. We're not going to make it awkward, are we? No. Okay. No. Zeth, Penelope had a really good time last night. Hi, Zeth. Hi. Oh, man. Oh, he's so grumpy. Why do you like this? I hate it. Why do you like this? Is it because you're sleep deprived? Why grumpy? I don't know what's going on. I don't know what's going on. I know, but you already seem mad, you know? I mean, there's nothing to be mad. Penelope called in. She said, I... Ow, ow, ow, ow. I can't breathe. Stop. Oh, wait a minute. Seth, you're acting like that. Why do you do that, Seth? Stop acting like that. Listen. I don't understand. She called in. She said that she really had a great time, and I'm sure from her point of view, she's probably going, did he not have a good time? Because he's being very coy. Because he's not really saying. Maybe he didn't have as much fun as I had, and she had fun. That's okay. The whole thing why I'm thrown off about it is, what did you say her name was? Penelope. She told me it was Brittany. Really? That's my real name, but I don't want to say it on the radio. Thanks a lot.
Thanks a lot, Zed. Oh, thanks a lot. I'm sorry. We've already ruined this. Now you've exposed her. She's in witness protection. Now she's got to move. Okay. Well, then we'll just call you Penelope. No, you can call me whatever you want. All right. All right. Well, this is deteriorating. It's deteriorating. It's a mess. Well, she had fun with you, Zed. Okay? Yeah, I had fun, too. It's just the whole thing is where if I... tend to get involved with somebody, it always escalates too fast and I get myself into trouble. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I see what you're saying. That's true. That's a good point. That's good. I like that. So you are in love with her. No. So you want to marry her. You know what, Seth? That's pretty mature and head of you. I like it. You just want to be responsible. Just move into her. I like it. That's cool. Yeah, good answer. That's crazy. Just start there. Okay, can I just ask this?
