Hey, welcome to the Mikey Show. Welcome to the day after Easter. You bunch of eggies, eggheads, egg eaters. I'm Mikey. I'm the host of the show. And I am 40 years of age. Wearing a black t-shirt today. And Woodsy is our sports guy sitting across from me. He's 35. Yankee fan. Padre fan. Baseball fan. And what? Baseball fan. Baseball fan in general. Baseball lover. Loves it. L.O.B., otherwise known as Lauren O'Brien. She's the blonde to my right. She's got on a pearl. Oh, it looked like a pearl snap. It's not a pearl snap, but it looks like a pearl snap. Should be. Yeah. Be better. That's right. She's a stand-up comic. Sienna is our news girl. She's 26. Yeah. She's got a little girl named Sagey.
Sagey had her first Easter this weekend. She sure did. Loved the eggs. Oh, yeah. And you got Jay. He's our producer. And Jay is 47. And he is a hell of a cook. Woo-hoo. Guy made, he was telling us about his Easter eggs that he made this weekend. His doubled eggs, they sounded so good. Three different kinds. Yeah, three different kinds. Amazing. Habanero was one. Cabanero. Yeah. Ooh, so good. It kind of snuck up on you. The heat just got right in there. I love that. But it's good. But the best one was a horseradish. Oh, yeah? Oh, man. It's so good. You wouldn't think, but man, what a combo. Yes, you would. That does sound good, man. Make something for tomorrow. He's not going to do that. Not going to do that. Yeah. It's all deviled out. Our phone screener is Chris. It's Chris. We don't have our TVs on in the studio today because somebody forgot to pay the bill. That's a good song. Chris. Chris! How did that happen? How does that happen? I thought it's like automatic. They don't know about the auto pay. Auto pay. They should put it on auto pay. Well, seriously? Woodsy, don't you think? Woodsy's making it look like, oh my gosh. I'm making it look like. How do you forget to pay the bill? Yeah. I know. I thought it would be on auto pay. Worries me a little bit.
Yeah. I'm not going to lie. What if we came in one day the lights are off? The microphones won't turn on. You're like, I forgot to pay the power bill. You've got to put that stuff on automatic. An M1 is a Mikey show listener, but not just a Mikey show listener. Like, you're psycho about us. You're nuts. You're freaks. You're crazed. You're madmen. Madmen and women. You'll do anything to show. how crazy you are about the Mikey show. You'll spray paint the Mikey show on your house so that when people are flying over America's finest city, they see your support for the Mikey show. Yeah. If you see another car with a Mikey show sticker, you stop them, give that driver a hug and tell them you're an M1 too. I love that. Yeah. I like that myself. If you are an M1, you make a documentary about the Mikey show. Even if we're not involved in it. Especially if we're not involved in it. That's what it is. Have one character play all of us. Yeah. Oh, that's good. And M1 calls me daddy? Why'd you say that like a question? Maybe like M1 Finn would do that or like M1 Jasper. M1 Maddie. That's what I'm saying. Like your own kids. Your own children. But I think it's weird when somebody says...
Never. None of us. Hey, Kim. We don't do that. Who's your daddy? Call me daddy. Just call me daddy. Creepy. Creepiest thing. An M1 calls me daddy. You can't do it. Call me daddy. Daddy knows I'm spanking. You know I probably am your daddy. You don't have to say who's your daddy because everyone knows I'm your daddy. Go get my belt. I love it when you call me big pop. 6.05. At 8 a.m. this morning, we're going to be, Woods and Jay are going to play bag tag. We have a very heavy grapefruit-sized rubber ball filled with, yeah, that's it. It's heavy. I mean, I don't know what kind of material. It's made out of plastic, I guess.
It's filled with a blue liquid with glitter in it. It's really heavy, though. Manly. It's got to be... Manly. It's got to be a pound and a half. Yeah. And what Woods and Jay do is stand about 10 feet apart, and they get one bounce, and they're aiming for the other guy's boys. If the person flinches, if either one of them flinches... As if that wasn't bad enough. Right. If Woods flinches or if Jay flinches, then Sienna or L.O.B. get to whack them with a paddle in the behind. We got a brand new paddle here. Look at that thing. That doesn't look like a paddle. It's a stick. It looks like a rebar with duct tape around it. Get a good grip with it. That's going to hurt more than a paddle. That's a stick. Yeah. It's a hollow. It looks like the leg of a table. Yeah. Maybe we get a real paddle. Yeah. Maybe dip into the cable money and go get us a real paddle, pal. Let's go down to House of Paddles. How would I do that when I have a perfectly good table leg? Stick. I made a paddle. Made out of stick. At a table. Let's see. The word of the day today is crab. The word of the day is crab. So at some point between now and 10, I will weave that into a sentence.
And Caller 9 will get a UFC 129 pay-per-view and tickets to see Kid Rock's Sheryl Crow at Cricket on August 2nd. So, the accused freeway shooter, the homeless guy, right? Yeah, 58-year-old transient Stephen Dragasitz. He was arrested on Wednesday, if you didn't know, outside of Walmart at Claremont Mesa over there by the Boomers. And he... There was evidence linked to him because, one, this was the shooting that happened on April 5th on the 163 near Balboa. His motorhome that he owned was parked on the side of the freeway and someone captured his motorhome in a dashboard video camera that they had. Just a random driver who had that turned it over to the police. Also, a month before, the same man was arrested for throwing rocks at cars on the freeway in the same area. So there was a bunch of clues, you know, linking them. to him. He went to jail on Friday, or no, sorry, he was in court on Friday, and he was pled not guilty and was denied bail. He faces 19 years and four months if he's convicted. Wow. Yeah. Stiff penalty. Yeah, the judge denied him bail because he said that he was a significant risk to public safety. Yeah, he's nuts, obviously. Obviously nuts. Scary looking dude. Operation Street Impact.
is going to be the biggest thing that we've done since we've been on the air. And people are into it, man. It's going to be May 14th. It's a Saturday out at Qualcomm. You can come and meet all of us. Everybody that comes through the line, we will place a brand new Mikey Show sticker on your vehicle. And we'll also present you with an envelope. And you could be the winner of a brand new FXDB Harley Davidson. It's our grand prize. Beautiful. We've got surround sound installed in your house as a prize. We have his and her mountain bikes from Haro as a prize. We're adding new prizes all the time, but it's also a huge hang. We're just going to be hanging out. So if you want to come and hang out with us, we urge you to make plans now. Set aside January, or excuse me, May 14th. Saturday, May 14th. Be out there. Hang with us. Have fun. We're going to have food. It's going to be a big day. But that brand new Mikey Show sticker is available. And if you want to see what it looks like, just go to MikeyShow.com. And you'll see OSI as soon as you go to the site. In New York City, apparently some friends decided that they wanted to see what cab fare would be if they took a really long trip.
Yeah, they decided this during a birthday party a few weeks ago, and these two friends hired a cab driver to drive them across the U.S. from New York to L.A. They just arrived in L.A., and they made a deal with this cab driver and said, we'll give you $5,000 if you do this drive. So on the way there, it took them six days. They stopped in Vegas, made a pit stop, and the friends got out. They actually won two grand at the craps table, and they played blackjack, and they said the cab driver was... sleeping. And they went in and woke him up and made it rain with $100 bills over him. And he was like, look, we just won $2,000 a year dollars. Gave it to him. Wow. Yeah. They said that they don't know how they're going to get back to New York, but they're now in LA and just living it up. Crazy. It's a cool story. So I guess they had to decide on what it was going to cost before they left. Yeah. It's always a good call, by the way. Yeah. To decide how much they're going to charge you. If you ever go to New York and you get in a cab. Just know they're going to take you the long way. They want to milk you for dough. Of course. So you decide. Tell them, listen, I want to go down to Battery Street. How about I pay you $7 to take me to Battery Street? Battery Park. But that's it. Oh, yeah, no problem. I'll take you to Battery Street for $7. Do you tell them to turn the meter off? Yeah, turn the meter off. That's a good idea. That's what I do. I try to.
Set a flat fare. Yeah. Or you ask them, you know. You say, how much will you charge me to take me to Battery Park? You know, $45. No, no. I'm not. No. I would just fall for it because I don't know. Yeah, you don't know what you're doing. Every time I'm in a cab in New York, I'm like, is this really the right way? Yeah. Are we going through the Bronx first? Yeah. How do they know that you're not from there? You got to act like you're from there and let you know where you're going. How you doing? How you doing? Give me the third and seventh. Yeah. Make it quick. Yeah. If you're really from them, you probably dictate to them how you want them to take you. Yeah, that's true. Yeah. Take the parkway. Yeah. Take the parkway and don't be a jerk about it. Don't go over the bridge. All right? Don't take the tunnel. Don't take the tunnel. I'm trying to get the battery. Why would I take the tunnel? It goes to New Jersey. You know what I'm talking about. You know what I mean. Don't act like you're stupid. Just don't take it, all right? No funny business. I won't take it. Don't take the freaking Brooklyn Bridge. No, I'm not. You want to go to Soho. Why would I take Brooklyn Bridge? Just don't. Don't be a jerk. Don't con me. Freaking ripoff. The Padres have made us smile a little bit over the weekend, right? No. I thought they won. No. I thought you said they swept.
They got swept. Oh, they got? Yes. Swept. They stink right now. Oh, I miss that all-important word, got. Got swept by the Phillies, who do have the best record in baseball right now, but Padres are now 8-14. Oh, boy. They are six and a half games out of first already, and their leader through 22 games has 10 RBIs. This does not bother me, by the way. I'll tell you why. Because it's the opposite of what usually happens, you know? Usually the Padres come out of the gate, like, you know, storming. They're so hot, blah, blah, blah, and we get our hopes up. Maybe they get this out of their way right now. Maybe they get this out of the way, and then they turn it around, and all of a sudden we get in a hot streak when we're supposed to. There's nowhere to go but up. Yeah. I mean, that's the good thing, and they're hitters. Man, you watch them. They're just scuffling, dude. I mean, we're talking the batting in the 150s, 160s, 170s. At this point. Get it out of the way. If you said, Woods, maybe they give me a tryout. I don't have a problem with that. I could hit that bad. I mean, I could hit that bad. You could at least hit that bad. Yeah. And I can get sacrifice bunts down if you need that. Yeah. And maybe hit better. Who knows? And maybe.
Who knows? Can I tell you this, too, to speak to the point that Woods has made in the past? Yeah. I went down to a going-away party for somebody downtown. And it was, like, two blocks away from where the park was. Well, after the game, people started to file in. And I saw about, of the Padres, the people that had gone to the baseball game, probably 95% Phillies garb. Yeah. And only a few stragglers were in the Padres stuff. So people have to get out there. Yeah. Support the team. You know, very little people in the park. I'm a Phillies fan, so I didn't mind it. But Padres are my second team, so it would have been a win-win for me this season. There's nothing worse than going to a division game and seeing more Giants jerseys and more Dodgers jerseys than ours. It's pretty brutal. You just want to take hand-sized pumpkins and start throwing them around. If I would have gone to the game, even though I like both teams, I wouldn't have worn... Either thing defining me. Me either. I would have had to sit on the fence. I don't. I just, I don't wear the stuff. I just go out there dressed normal. You know, normal for me. A Serape. Sombrero. Sombrero. On a burrow. Arrive on a burrow. I always wear the Padres stuff. You have to. Yeah, I wear my Padres hat. Yeah. Hat, shirt, at all. That sucked, dude. It sucked. Yeah, I bet.
I thought that, honestly, I thought you said, hey, Padres swept. I didn't hear you say Padres got swept. Yeah, Roy Halladay struck out 14 yesterday. Just brutal. I mean, listen, the Phillies are a good team, but Padres aren't hitting anybody right now. And running into that team with that pitching staff they have, forget it. Yeah. It's almost time for a move already. Like, you got to shake something up. It's that bad. Yeah. The offense is atrocious. They've been shut out. Six times in 22 games? Yeah. It took 98 games to get shut out five times last year. Oh. Dude, it's time to shake it up. It's terrible. Gabrielle Gifford was the politician that was... Representative, yeah. Representative that was shot in Tucson. Shot in the head, right? Back in January. Back in January. Yep. Well, she is doing a lot better. Her husband, who's the astronaut, his name is Mark Kelly, he said that she's still struggling to walk and communicate a little bit. But her, quote, personality is 100% there. And just in case you don't know, he is an astronaut and he is the commander. He's leading his crew as the commander of the 36th and final launch of the space shuttle Endeavour.
That's happening on Friday, and he has announced that his wife, Representative Gabrielle Giffords, will be there. She has gotten the okay from her doctors to make the trip from Houston to Florida to watch him. I hate when they do it. Sienna, L.O.B. and Woods. L.O.B. is pretending to be Gabrielle, and she can't lift her own thumb. So Woods has to help her lift her thumb so that she can give the thumbs up. The two of them, Woods and Ellaby, do not like the fact that she's going there. They don't want the husband to go up in space when she's been, you know, injured so severely. Shot in the head. Shot in the head. But, you know, doctors gave her an okay for a reason. Oh, yeah. She's doing better. He's an astronaut. Yeah. They're just going to wheel her. He's an astronaut. Just wheel her bones out there. Yeah. He's not asking if he can go play at... the Atlantis in a poker tournament because he's a poker player. It's gone up 35 times. It's the final. He didn't have to be part of number 36. He's leading the trip. How many times have you guys gone to space? Never. How many times have you been shot in the head at close range?
point blank range. She's on the mend. She's doing well. She is. Relatively speaking. He should just put his life on hold is what you're saying. Yeah, it's just why. On hold. His whole life he's worked for this. You know, you should just not do it. He's been to space. He's just going to the office. Yeah, he's going to the office. Have fun. He's going to the office. She'll be here in the trenches taking grenades. Literally taking bullets. Literally taking bullets. That's right. Almost fatal. It was an awful thing that happened. Life altering. If I were her, I would want him to go. We should probably just be able to ask her then, point blank, right? Yes. I mean, she can communicate. She can. She struggles, but she can. No pun intended. Yes, there is a little bit of a struggle, but she can still tell you. Or could she just... Maybe sing the lyrics to a Beatles song. All right. You know, it is a big deal because Obama will be there. Michelle Obama and their daughters. I'll be there. But, yeah. Oh, that makes sense then. If Obama's going to be there, he definitely should go. It's a big deal. It's a big deal. Yeah. Maybe let somebody else have a big deal. Right. Well, I think it shows American resolve. Yeah. Her resolve or his? Both. Both. Resolve of conflict? No, resolve that we do not give up.
resolve of, hey, my old lady just took one in the head and I'm going to take it off to space for a while? Well, I think what it shows is that as Americans, we are resolute in our desire to move forward and not let the past take us hostage. Back that up and say that as Americans, we're hopeful. And as Americans, I think it's important to know that we're hopeful. Change. Change is what has always been important and still it. Hope. And hope is important. Hope and change are important. Does anybody have change? Does anybody have change? Don't change your wallet. You know, one thing that I know Gabrielle would have said to you if she were here is don't change your wallet. That doesn't make any sense. That made no sense. If Gabrielle were here today, she would know that her husband's job is important. What's in your wallet? And what is in your wallet is what defines you. Want to get away? As an American. Want to get away? Want to get away? Got milk?
I think that she would say got milk. Or he would say got milk. If she could speak, maybe she would say got milk. Mr. President, what are you talking about? Well, what I'm talking about is if she could speak. You're talking about face now milk? If she could communicate. If she could communicate. Maybe she would say. Maybe she would say. Feast on this. Feast on this. Where's the beef? And where's the beef? M1 paparazzi. From Oceanside. What's going on? I disagree with you guys on this one. Why? This is his job. I agree. If he was in the military and they're shipping him out. He's not. But he's not in the military. He's an astronaut. What if he was the president? Then he would have to be the president. He's not. Oh my gosh. I think he's fine. I'd understand. Really? So you know what he's making with? He's a freaking astronaut. He's probably got some dough. There's a second in command.
This is patriotic for him to go. It's great. It's first country. Selfish. First country. You would be going back to work as well if this happened. A desk job. I don't know. If Jamie took one of the... Forehead with a nine millimeter? I doubt you guys would see me very much. It doesn't make you. How would you pay the bills? I would be home with my wife. How would you pay the bills? You wouldn't? So you'd be homeless. He was presented with the choice of whether or not he wanted to go and he chose to go. Well, yes. It's a selfish choice. Yeah, he knew it wasn't until May 1st or whatever. Yeah. It happened in January. They didn't give him an ultimatum. Hey, you go or you don't have a job. They said, we understand if you want to stay grounded. And he goes, Oh, no, it's cool. Guy's night out. She's good. Guy's night out. She's fine. He's an astronaut. She's fine. He's going to space. Guy's night out. Is he? Guy's night out. He's worked very hard to get to that position. He should just throw it all away, apparently. No, they didn't give him that ultimatum. They're not throwing dice up there, you guys. Yeah. Aren't they? Aren't they? What are they doing? Playing cards. Life-changing research. M1 Watchdog is on the line from San Diego. You there, Watchdog?
Yeah, good morning, guys. Good morning. I was just curious if it was Alex Rodriguez in the same situation coming into the World Series. I could care less if he had to stay home. I could care less. How dare you? How dare you, Woods? You guys' wife got shot in the head. Yeah, if Jeter's wife got shot in the head back in January. You know that. What good is he doing staying home with her after four months? I mean, what's done is done. He's taken care of her. So he shouldn't go to work. He shouldn't earn an income. So she's okay. No, he shouldn't be light years away if something happens. Right. Light years? A billion miles. Maybe LLB doesn't know how the space shuttle works. How many miles away is that? I don't know how many miles that is. It's a billion. A billion miles away. It's not. Yeah, if Jeter's... Jeter's not married. Okay, if Rodriguez is... He's not married either. Somebody, all right? Big player. Let's say Jeter's married. His wife gets shot in July. She's doing great. July, yeah. Yeah, and come playoff time in October, he's, you know... Nope. Sorry, guys. Yeah, I'll be on the field. If you need me, you can call me. I'm not going to be in space. You can text me. I'll have my phone in the dugout. Oh, so he should play, though. I'll have my phone in the dugout. You can text me, and if I need to come, I can come. But that's a game. Yeah, he's still on Earth, though. It's a game, though. But he's still on Earth. So what's the difference? He's on Earth. He's reachable. So that's the deal. He's on Earth. You can call me in space. What if she can text him? Living his life. She can't text him. I bet she could. She has AT&T, maybe. I don't know. What if they give a hookup so that she can talk to him? Yeah.
Hi, honey. If she could talk, that'd be cool, but she can't. What is the big deal of what is she going to tell him? I need you to bring me home something. I need chicken noodle soup. She'll take a turn for the worst. You know my favorite shoes? She's not out of the woods. Thank you, Dr. O'Brien. I don't want anything bad to happen to her, but what if it did? She's doing so well. How bad would you guys feel? Oh, I'll see you in seven days because that's how long it takes to get back once we decide we're going to go back. Nothing I could do for you anyway, honey. 570-1949 is our number. Cold. Doctors have okay. Cold as ice. Cold as ice. Selfish. Cold as ice. Professionals. Easter was yesterday. Had a little ham. Little. Did a little dance. All right. You know, I mean, it's just barely getting started. We're already with that. Ouch. Hurts. Honey baked? No. Pamplemousse baked. Ooh. Pamplemousse. Can I just get catering at your house? I'm telling you. Jeff at Pample Moose. The guy's a mad genius. Oh, he is. He knows what he's doing over there. The food was so incredible. It's so incredible. Did you bring any in today? Yeah. I don't know what's in there, but Rebecca packed it. Oh, not for everybody. It's pretty heavy. I think it probably is. You had Pample Moose twice over the weekend. I did. I had it Friday, and I had it again on Friday for lunch because I had a business lunch.
I'd have Pamplemousse every day if I could. It's my favorite restaurant in the world. It's delicious. Not just San Diego. In the world. Chris Rock was on Oprah this last week. He is brilliant. On the way back, Grandpa would take the long way home, and we'd eat cookies and listen to nothing but jazz and the sound of the ocean. I know it's simple. But Grandpa and I both liked simple. And now, at every family reunion, that's the story I like to tell. Over and over again. Mother's Cookies. There's a memory. Visit your local bonds to find all the flavors you love, like circus animal, taffy, English tea, and, back again, Mother's Peanut Butter Gauchos. A blown tire. Overheated engine. Empty gas tank. However... we also understand that there are times when you're better off not being honest. For instance, when filling out the what I look for in a person section of your online dating profile, you may not want to write my mother. Instead, be general and write someone passionate and caring. And when someone asks you about the origin of your nickname, Poncho, you may not want to say you picked it up during a stint in Dominican jail. And if you're on a first date,
You may not want to share the fact that you have one of the top three ceramic dragon collections in North America. However, at CarMax, when a customer asks us to appraise their car, we know we have to be as straightforward and honest as possible. Just bring your car in, get it appraised by one of our buyers, and within 30 minutes you'll have an offer. Plus, you can take up to seven days to think about it or walk away with payment in hand. We get it. No, we don't. Give me a break. Woods. No, I don't play online because why? I don't like to play other people. Why? Because I'm selfish. Sienna. You know, I really don't even know what color my hair is. It's like brown, red. There's a little bit of blonde. It changes. And Jay. You didn't use nails when you made that treehouse? Yeah, I didn't want to hurt the tree with nails going in. On FM 94.9. Blue eyes. Be this guy. Blue eyes. We permanently cemented this song into the minds of M1s. And Sienna is over it and was over it the first two times we ever did it. I wonder if it will trend on iTunes. Because everybody's been buying it. Oh, my gosh. Like, all of a sudden, Blue Eyes by Elton John's, the number one single. 40,000 hits, like, in a day. When the morning comes...
Oh, boy. Here he goes. Hold on. Oh, look at you, Elton. You are so into it. Yeah. Oprah's signing off TV soon. That's too bad. Yeah, it's too bad. Yeah. So she had Chris Rock on again. He's been on a lot. All right. Chris Rock is probably one of the most frequent... guests of all time on her show. Yeah, she said them on a lot. Bag tag at 8 o'clock. Word of the day is crab. When I say crab between now and 10, caller 9 gets UFC 129 pay-per-view. A pair of tickets to Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow. The song struck us as funny. Not Sienna. She doesn't get it. I don't get it. I don't know why. It's just a funny thing. It's hysterical.
If I get one more blue eyes post, I might pull out my hair. Blue eyes. First annual Ultimate M1 Contest is going on. And what we're asking listeners to do is take a picture of themselves being an Ultimate M1. So distracting that we haven't paid our bill for DirecTV and there's no TV on in here. It's just black. It's just black TV screens. And it's just driving me completely batty. Yeah. It's very strange. It's odd. Because we watch stuff during commercials. Doesn't it take a while for them to turn off your power when you don't pay your bill? Yeah. They don't do it after the first month. Trust me. Yeah. It takes a while of them saying... Hey, I haven't paid your bill. Yeah. Usually there's a warning notice that goes out. Yes. A disconnection notice. It's not anything that I would know about personally. Oh, wow. I would. Isn't it someone's job to pay the bills? Yes. It's so weird. Maybe it got sent to the wrong place. That's a great non-true guess. Sounds really non-true. Let's see. Okay, so yeah. Chris Rock on Okra.
Uh-oh. You guys internet connection slow too? Did you forget to pay the speaker bill? Maybe we didn't pay our internet bill. Isn't TV usually bundled with internet? Sometimes. Is it? Yeah. Dude, because it's not playing. No, the internet was working fine this morning. It was? Because I'm trying to play this. It's not playing. Where did it go? Where did it go? There's no internet. I can't play my MP3. Where did it go? This is perfect. Oh, no. Oh, my. Yeah, see if yours will play. Yeah, my internet's fine. Not working. Maybe it's that file. I'll try a different one. Let me try a different one, see if I can get it to play. Chris Rock talking about how, talking about what he thinks about the tea party. That's not working either. So be. That's not a good sign, man.
I can't imagine how funny it was, though. It was really great. Refresh. What are you doing, Jay? Here comes Jay, trying to help you out. I'm going to have a look-see. Mr. Fix-It. Oh, it isn't a computer issue. Yeah, it's not technical. Is the volume up? No. Oh, it almost worked. I saw the play thing flash and then went away. Yeah. Look behind everything. No, it happens on the actual screen, so something's wrong. It's the same way I do it all the time. Nothing's changed. Oh, well. Rich. Try to get it on for you later. You know. So sorry. I am too. Well, I guess that's it, folks. We'll see you tomorrow. All right. We'll see you guys. Take it to the house. I can tell you about our day yesterday. Jake, my son Jake, was thrown up all weekend. Oh. Which is not good for Easter egg hunting. But the boys, my one and a half year old twins, did Easter egg hunting, which.
My wife knows this. This is no surprise. I'm against it. The only reason I'm against this is because I don't think they get it. I'm like, what's the point? You just don't like fun? It's not fun for me. It's so fun. It is not fun for me. See, I think it's a woman thing. My one-year-old niece knew what she was doing. She was looking for those little eggs. If a kid knows what they're doing and they know and understand that they are looking for eggs, then I... I'm all on board. And Luke, it took him a couple of times, but then he understood and he started looking for him. And I have to admit, it was very cute. Yes. Ryan cried the entire time. Ryan ever cry? Does my son Ryan ever cry? Ryan, I know you're not listening, but do you ever cry? He was crying. It's okay.
And Jake had the flu and there I was listening to one guy talk to another guy about how he used to be in advertising and sold radio and what a beating that was. I listened to that and Rebecca gave me the face like, ooh, you're in radio. You're my husband and we're hearing this. She gave me one of those looks. Where was this? At a park. You went to a park? Yes, I did. Why don't you just hide him in the yard? How come the Easter Bunny didn't find you? It was like... Because it was like a community thing. Ah. It was a community thing. The community bit. And then we did it again yesterday. So this was, the community bit was Saturday. Then yesterday was house bit. The real Easter Bunny. The real Easter Bunny. Raining outside, so the Easter Bunny had to put the eggs in our hallway. You know? You know? Did Ryan cry then, or did he get it? No, he didn't cry. He just didn't get it. So he just ran around.
Just running past eggs. Just running past eggs. Like a one and a half year old. Like what? That's what a one and a half year old does. Sage is almost eight months and she had some eggs to find. There were big eggs with toys inside. Did she get it? Yeah. Well, she didn't know to look for them, obviously. What the fuck are you doing? But I would be like, look, Sage, an egg. And I would hand it to her and she would get so excited and she would shake it because she knew that something was inside. Todd was there? Oh, yeah. We videotaped it. Really loving it? Yeah. Really digging it? He likes it, that kind of stuff. Maybe they're, hey, listen, I talked to my brother about it this weekend. I said, I struggle with these things because when I was a kid, my dad didn't do this kind of stuff, you know? And so I struggle as a dad because I got to force myself to do these things. Oh, I love it. Me too. When I first started doing it, I was, I felt like such a phony. Like I felt like I was being a phony. Like I was pretending to be like. You know what I felt like? I felt like the mocking that Judd Nelson does in The Breakfast Club to Brian about his family. Every time I went and did something with my boys when they were real little, I felt exactly like Judd Nelson was talking directly to me. Oh, what a good time it's going to be at Big Bri's house. I'll see you on the boat.
How'd you like to go fishing this weekend? Yes. It was like he was talking to me. I felt like the biggest, fattest phony. Because it isn't me. It isn't me. It should be. And when I did do it, and when I did do it, there was absolutely zero enjoyment in it for me. It's not about you. No, I think it is. No, it's about them. Let me explain. Not only can I prove to you. That it is not about them. I can illustrate it perfectly. It's about them if they enjoy it. They don't understand it, which was exactly my point. I was thinking to myself, if they get it, I'm all in. Because then I'm going, hey, it's not about me. It's about them. It's how they learn. But if they're running around, well, I can say that for Lukey. I can sincerely say that. Like, Lukey. gave me the buy-in this weekend because he took two times of picking up a couple of eggs and then he was off after eggs. But if he had done what Ryan did, which was cry and knead his arms for 20 minutes.
I would have been so resentful. I would have gone, why did we come out here? He didn't like all the strangers. That's what it was, I'm sure. Does Ryan ever cry? Like father, like son. But how do you know if they're going to get it if you don't try? You have to try. You have to start every Easter start. I'll tell you how I know, LLB. They're a year and a half old. They're barely getting the concept of peeing down. Now they've got it, though. They'll get it from this point forward. But the thing is, Sage obviously didn't get it. She's a baby. But she knew that it was something special. Something big was going on. There was people around. Everyone was excited. She was being videotaped. She was smiling and excited. It was adorable. My one-year-old niece was watching the older kids pick up the shiny eggs. And she was like, I want some of that. So she had her own little basket. She picked up eggs, put it in there. It's adorable. Yeah. So cute. She didn't necessarily know, like, I'm supposed, like, everyone's watching me go get these things, but she sought them out and was like, oh, cool. It's a mad dash. It's so cute. Yeah, we did a fake Easter egg hunt. It was awesome at my house. It was really cool. We hid some fake eggs around the fake yard and went out there and sniffed around for some fake eggs. What's up?
Woods was trying to adopt a child and it didn't work out. And so what he does to sort of give some levity to it is... You have to. Makes us all really uncomfortable. Makes us all uncomfortable from time to time by making a joke about it. Which is what I love to do anyway. Kind of adds levity to it, you know. For me. For him. For him. For me. For him. Yeah, it was fun. It was a good day. Found a lot of fake eggs in the yard. Oh, gosh. Filled up a fake basket. Oh, it makes me nauseous when you do it. You got some fake candy. I bet you ate the fake candy, though. I did eat some fake candy. Thank you, Jay. Thank you for letting me feel like somehow that will end. Yeah. Thank you. Let it be. Just let it be done. So that's what we did over the weekend. I watched my son vomit, and then, you know, we just looked for some Easter eggs and stuff. It was fun. It was fun. It was fun. Sounds fun. My wife gets upset at me. I understand this. I am what I am. I can only be honest about what I am. I'm trying to make the transition into being a different kind of father. But I have decided and come to terms of the fact that I'm a better dad when the child speaks English. Once the child begins to speak English, I get a lot better. But before that, they speak baby, which I don't understand.
And they don't understand what I'm saying to them, so we can't have a conversation. Very difficult for me. All they do is poo and cry. And it's hard. And bring joy and love. They do. They do do that. They do do that. And I enjoy that part of them. But the going to a pumpkin patch stuff. Oh, it's the best. I feel like it's just, it's for us and us only. Think of the adorable pictures you'll have. Yeah, we got one of Jake that first year. We called it the little patch of terror. He's sitting in the middle of a bunch of pumpkins, screaming his head off. Rebecca said, we should send this to Ellen. It'll make it on television. It was that good. He's screaming so much. You guys should have. Yeah, we did. I think we did. You have to send the picture of the twins on Santa's lap when they were screaming. Jake's face. It's the best picture. Jake, like, what is this? I don't want to wait from him. I don't know who this pervert is. I don't want to be around crying. Get me out of here. These are great memories. Great memories. You'll always have that. And funny pictures for them when they're older, too.
Just know you're being a great dad by doing these things. You are. So continue. You don't have to be for it, but don't be against it. True. That's a good way to look at it, L.O.B. Mm-hmm. Told my brother all about you this weekend and how you convinced you were able to be the first person to teach me the difference between odd and even. There you go. This is a true story. So there you go. I don't have to like it. Yes. 94. But don't dislike it. That is even. That's right. Look at this kid. Look at that guy. Give me another one. 64. Even? 77. Oddball. Look at you. He doesn't say odd. He says oddball. Oddball. I wonder why. LOB said if you're picking a baseball team and you got six guys on this side, it's an even team. But if you got seven guys on the other side, who's that oddball? Yeah, there's one oddball out. Boom. Click. Suddenly I got it. 40 years later. 39, I think he was. Yeah, 39 at the time.
Sienna did an adult Easter egg hunt over at her parents' house. Whoa. All right. So what, were you guys in necklace? No. It was nude. Topless. Playboy bunnies. The prizes in the eggs were for adults. Condoms. Condoms. No. Yeah. Stop it. Stop it. I don't need a company Easter egg hunt. Oh, look what I found. Well, the kids hunt first. A toy from F Street. Yeah. F Street. This egg vibrates. Yeah. Oh. Did you find that yet? No, the eggs were hidden. I'm 85 years old. I'm putting pocket rockets and eggs. The Easter Bunny did something special for the adults. Oh, I bet he did. So the kids search for the colored eggs, which are, you know, easy to find. You know, for black people. And then we've got white people eggs at the La Jolla Country Club. White colored, I mean pink. So then...
That's right. At the La Jolla Country Club, we search for white eggs. And then the colored eggs are a completely separate egg hunt. Stop it. Just make me sound worse. There's no colored eggs allowed. That's right. No colored eggs allowed. If you must know, the eggs the adults were searching for were gold and silver. That was silver. Wow. No, real gold. Real gold. Real silver. Fabergé. Fabergé. They contained lottery tickets. Holy cow. I have a question. Now, if one of you guys had hit it big. We already had this discussion. What's the deal? It's shared between everyone. You share it? Between everyone. Wow. That's nice.
Yeah, well, the Easter Bunny, it's not fair for the Easter Bunny who bought all the lottery tickets. You have to share with him because he got it for us. Yeah, I guess that makes sense, right? Wow, that is cool. Now, do you just share with the Easter Bunny or do you share with your siblings? Probably everyone. Everyone that played. Yeah, everyone that played. It's fair. Wavy, dear, you get something different, though. What do I get, Grandma? You get the first Dell I ever bought in 1984. What's a Dell? Well, back then it was a computer. What is it now? It weighs 84 pounds. I want a Mac, like Sienna. That's wonderful. One day, darling, one day. You got her an iPad. I got her two iPads, let's be honest. But I did give you one of my old stockings from 1924. Pantyhose. Pantyhose. Oh, boy. What am I going to do with a stocking? Let's put it in something called Grandma's Gifts to me. Oh, that's the booger collection you gave me. That's right. I did give you my booger collection, darling. But one shouldn't bite the hand that feeds. My grandma does tend to favor me at times. Really? Gives you the $100 bill right in front of you. Gives your sister a $1 bill. A $1 bill. True story. It's the greatest. That's a true story. We can't make that stuff up. It's hilarious. Love you, grandma.
I know you love me. I love you, dear. You don't know. Let's play Name That Tune. What do we have to win as a prize, Jay? Today's prize is going to be the new Pearl Jam Deluxe Edition box set. There you go. Nice. Also, audio of Denise Richards finally talking about what's, you know, the stuff going on with Charlie Sheen. Oh. Talk about it. Hello. Do that now. Mishi Nogami Marshall was arrested Friday evening and charged with aggravated battery. Stabbed him. He's going to be fine. Did not hit any vital organs or anything like that, but he's going to be okay. What? What? I'm laughing at her name. And finally, UFC 129 is going to be this weekend. It's going to be Randy Couture's final. fight. And you know who he's taking on? Who? Mashida. Is he really? Yeah, they offered him a bunch of other guys and he's like, uh-uh, I want to go out with a bang. Really? I mean, he's going to get killed, I think, but he wants to go out, you know, at least fighting somebody really big. I do too. Yeah. I think he's going to get killed. I do too. He's a 13 to 4 underdog. Oh, that's a lot. Yep. That's really a lot. I'm Mikey. I'm the host of the show.
Woodsy is our sports guy. Lauren O'Brien, otherwise known as L.O.B., is our assistant producer. Sienna is our news girl. And Jay is the producer for The Mikey Show. And this is the Orleans, which makes me think of my childhood. Just long beards, real good. Loaded up. Slacks. Slacks. Probably some kind of brown, you know, dress boots. A turtleneck, maybe? That went up to the ankle. Yeah. Maybe a turtleneck. Maybe a turtleneck. Definitely. Why not? Just always looking for good grass. Yeah, and lose. You're upset. Just go home, smoke a little grass, and call me tomorrow, and we can talk about it. But you're just really upset right now. You know you're different after you have grass. You need to mellow out, man. You mellow out. After you have grass. After you've had some grass, you always mellow out. But right now, I just don't want to talk to you.
You know that I think you're far out. But when you haven't had grass in a long time, and you haven't, it's been a day and a half, I can't even be around you. It's getting to the point where I'm considering hiring a new tambourine player for the band. By the way, do you have a spare banjo string? That's right. Snap mine. I snap my banjo string. Again. Again. Bag tag at eight. Oh, boy. Word of the day is crap. Here is Denise Richards. Let's see if my computer is working now. Here is Denise Richards on Charlie Sheen. Ooh. He hasn't had that in a while. It's weird, Jim. I have to ask you about Charlie Sheen a little bit. Okay. So he's been on this huge tour. What do you think of the tour? Honestly, I think for me it's very sad to see him on this path.
So and I've heard he's chosen to use me in part of his tour. And that's hurtful. But that's his choice. If he feels the need he wants, you know, he can do what he wants in his show. Is he saying hurtful things in the act or? That's what I heard. I haven't heard the actual show, but I've heard bits and pieces. And I just think there's places you shouldn't go. But he he chooses to. And that's his choice. Are you in communication with him? Yes. You know, things are. I think she laughed because she thought. Yeah, I mean, I guess you can call it that. We're not in the best place right now, to be honest with you, but I do still communicate with him. You said you don't like, I asked you about his tour, and you said that you don't like to see him in this condition. Do you think he's sober right now? I can't, I mean, I'm not with him. Well, no, she doesn't, but she's going to answer the best that she possibly can so as not to rile him up. But this is...
It makes me sad to see him on a very wonderful, well-written, hugely popular show to going down this path. And it makes me sad. I don't know if he's sober or not. Got it. In other words, she doesn't think he's sober. She just can't say it because it's not politically correct. 570-1949. Let's play Name That Tune. You're going to pick me, Sienna, Woods, or L.O.B. to represent you. What's the theme, Jay? Today's theme is church songs. Church songs? Yeah, like classic church songs. I don't know classic church songs. I do. I may. Everybody knows these songs. Really? I don't know, dude, because I went to Catholic. They didn't play church songs. Oh, I went to Catholic and there was hymns. Yeah, I know. Even hymns. I know Amazing Grace. That's it.
Let's see. So call 570-194-9, and you're going to pick Woods, LOB, Sienna, or me. This is M1 Andy from Vista. Who do you want? M1 Rick from Escondido. Who do you want? I'll take LOB. All right. Good line. Oh, wow. M1 Jeremy from, he's on the I-5 right now. Who do you want? Jeremy, are you there? Yeah, I'm here. Okay. And M1 Surf Daddy from Encinitas, who do you want? Team Sage. Yeah. There you go. Sorry. There you go. All right, so we use our name as a buzzer. If we recognize the song, we got to call our name out. Here we go. Woods. Amazing Grace. Yeah. I didn't say they were sung well. Oh, wow. Oh, wow. Okay. I was like, what is happening? All right. Here we go. Mikey. Mikey. I have heard Rock of Ages. There you go.
It's just that easy. No idea. Mikey and Sienna tied with one. Here we go. Hey, Kim. You don't know the name of this song? I'm thinking about doing Name That Tune tomorrow, and my idea is, like, songs I remember from church. These are classic church stuff. I got no idea if anybody else on the mic is going to know, but what do you think about doing all the songs I grew up on while I had to go to church? My mama said these to me when I fell asleep at night. You can just say you don't know. Next week's theme, songs my mama made up and sang to me. The song that Isabel's performed on Christmas Eve. Yes. The name of that song is Old Rugged Cross. Isabel's family favorites. Next week, songs I hum in my head. The week after that, songs from my poetry. These are huge songs. Old Rugged Cross. Old Rugged Cross.
That would slay it. When Jessica was born. Here's the next one. What a friend we have. Woods. Woods. What a friend we have in Jesus. Hey. I have no idea what that is. I don't know what it is. Here we go. I see the stars. Mikey. Mikey. I see the stars. I don't know. You don't know the stars. Wait, I think I do. I know it's Carrie Underwood. Yes, it is. Did I get a point? Yeah, I gave you something. Oh, yeah, you did. Title or artist. Title or artist. There you go. You didn't say your name, though. Carrie Underwood. I just beat you. Carrie Underwood. How great they are. How great they are. Stop, stop. This is the worst thing. Mikey, you're like God boy. Yeah, I thought you'd knock this out of the door. Hey, Jesus lover. I thought you'd know these. Here we go. Are these Baptists? Did you grow up Baptists, Jay? A little.
A little. More Methodist. How great they are. Here we go. Lauren. Lauren. Sienna. Joni Mitchell. No. Kumbaya, Sienna. Yeah, Sienna. There you go. Who was that? It was Joan Baez. Sienna 3, Woods 1. Here we go. You guys don't know the Baptist theme hymn? That was not Baptist. Santa do it. Kumbaya. Everybody knows Kumbaya. Mikey, how great thou Baptist? Woods, Baptist's greatest hit. Here we go. Mikey. Lauren. Sienna. It's a Christmas song. Stop, Woods. It is a Christmas song. Mikey. Sienna. Oh, holy night. You're an a-hole. Me? What'd I do? You'll know this one. Here we go. How still we see... Wood. Sienna. Jesus' robe. Lauren. Sienna. Sarah McLachlan. Oh, there you go. Wood. Sienna got it. On the Calvary cross. Sienna got it. On the rock. The Golgotha rock. Sienna got it. Mikey.
Oh, oh, oh, holy Pharisees. What? What? What? What? Oh, come on, people. There you go. Tina got it again. Little Town of Bethlehem. You're late. That was earlier. The Wailing Wall. This is the worst. The Apostles. Here we go. You ready? Yes. Mikey. Twelve Apostles Light. Stop it. Woods. Sea of Galilee. I'm taking points away from you. Mikey. The Road to Jerusalem. Woods. The Ten Commandments. Yeah. Mikey, Great Hosea. I'm taking more away from you. Woods, Ruth. Mikey, Ecclesiastes are here. Woods and Murray. There you go. No, he already got like minus eight for that. Woods is at negative one. I'm going to give it to him. No way. Just shut him up. He's at negative one now. Here we go. Last one. It's worth six points. Woods, Silent Night. There you go. Woods. I just got a six-pointer. Yeah, you have negative one, my friend. That means you have five, and I already have six. There you go. Sienna is a runner. Can you just say congratulations? Congratulations. One game. Congratulations. M1 Surf Daddy from Encinitas. I don't like fake wins. That was a real win. That was a real win, my friend. For me, I wouldn't like it. M1 Surf Daddy.
Yes, sir. Sienna brought it home, and she brought it home real good. It's because he said Team Sage. Made me feel motivated. Thank you, M1 Surf Daddy. What did he win again, Jay? He won the Pearl Jam Buck Set. There you go. Last one we had. I went to Catholic school for nine years. There you go. I needed to know some of those. I don't know any of those. Maybe you should pay attention in church. I guess. I didn't think they, well, I don't think they did them in Catholic church. In Catholic church, it was always like, oh, they would sing sentences. Well, no, I remember him being like, I came here today and I will soon be leaving. I am happy to be here. And in a little while, we will open the door and we will leave here. It was always that. Man, that sounded like fun. Amen. Yeah. But it was in songs. It was always like sentences, you know? There were songs, though. There was? Sing hallelujah, sing hallelujah, sing hallelujah. I don't ever remember that. In church? Yes. I went to the Catholic.
I've done bad things. I need forgiveness. Amen. Did I tell you about the Greek Orthodox wedding I went to? One time we were cutting up the groomsman and the guy goes, he sang, be attentive. And we were like, he was singing to us. What? Yeah, we were screwing around. And he sang right to you? He looked at us, he goes. Be attentive. Oh, my gosh. We were like, in their wedding. I'm surprised at my church. The priest never looked at me and went, I should stop eating king-size breakfast and focus more on vegetables. So good. I never got it. I didn't know any of those songs. Sorry. Good job, Jay. The one that I win. There you go. Did you see all the comments on Facebook about Woods' hat? Friday, Woods wore his Newsboy hat in. Yes. And the Newsboy hat is not necessarily one of Sienna's favorite items of clothing that Woods wears. Right. So she stole it. She shamed him out of it.
He stopped wearing it for a while, but then he started wearing it again. And when you left the room on Friday and came back, it was gone. Yeah. And you flipped out. You accused. Did I flip out? Well, you accused L.O.B. Did I flip out? Yeah. You accused L.O.B. I asked her. Falsely accused. You accused me and also other M1s that don't know what they're talking about accused me. That is a true fact. I asked L.O.B. You asked everybody in the room. Right. Well, you were out of the room and everybody heard it and then they tattletaled to you. That Sienna is a thief. That Sienna did. So I'm going to need that hat back. Don't be upset, M1s. You have to understand that Woods and I have a brother-sister relationship. That is a true story. It's a true statement. And just know that I would never do anything to hurt my friend Woods. Until you stole my hat. Woods, it's in a safe place. You can go. Baby, give me my hat back. All you need to know is that it is safe. And it's in a better place. I just want my hat back. It's in a better place. I just want my hat back. It's in a better place. Oh, wow. No longer on your head. Oh, wow. My hat isn't dying of cancer. It's not in a better place. I want my hat back. It's in a safe place. I want it. Can I have it back? And... Will you bring it tomorrow? I will tell you one more thing. I can see what? You will see your hat again. Is it kidnapped?
Don't worry about it. Just bring him tomorrow. Don't want my hat back. It was like 25 bucks. We're friends. Did he text? It was like 25 bucks. L.O.B. would not know. Her phone was lost this weekend. True story. But he did text me and ask where his hat was. Yes. I didn't respond. Yeah. Weird. Don't worry about it. Well, I couldn't respond, Woods. I didn't want to lie. Yeah. You know, I did on Friday by saying I didn't know because I was so uncomfortable. Liar. I know it. I said, I don't know. And I did know. I just said I didn't take it. Yes. That's a good one. I said the same thing. That is good. I said, I can't help you, my friend. Ella B., how'd you lose your phone? You don't know? I don't know. I was at a house where a bunch of people were staying. It was just a rental for the night, and my phone was off. What the? Just going to rage? Oh, boy. You guys are about to put your foot in your mouth real good. Yes, you are. My friend passed away. It was a memorial held in her honor. I was just trying to do a comedy show. I'm sorry.
I apologize. I told you why I was at the house this morning. But if you must know, that's why we were there. I must. Yeah. And so... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to... No, that's okay. That's why we were there. And the phone was off. And now it's lost. We can't find it. Next morning, nowhere to be found. Left a note for the cleaning crew, but didn't really expect anyone to... You guys were there to memorialize your friend? Mm-hmm. That's kind of a crappy place to steal someone's phone. Nobody stole it. You don't think? No. I know nobody stole it. Well, why don't you go back there? We went there. It just disappeared. I'm thinking what happened is maybe like someone gathered up their things thinking it was theirs. And now it's just off. And there's people that they're mutual friends, but I don't know. I mean, there was like at any given point, there was like 150 people there. Oh, wow. Coming in and coming out. Oh, yeah. It's the worst when you say you lost something like your phone and someone's like, well, where was the last place you saw it? Yeah. If I knew it wouldn't be lost. Oh, my gosh. I'm so glad you said that. I hadn't thought of the last place I saw it. I know. I was thinking about two weeks ago when I had it, which was in my pocket. All I could think of was third grade when I first got it. Well, I bought it at the AT&T store. So I went there. So I went there. I knew the last place that I saw it. I went back to the last place I saw it. Is that the house? Yeah. Well, I mean, specifically on the couch was the last place that I saw it. Did you look down the cracks? Oh, yeah. That's another beautiful question. Did you look in the...
Lift up the cushions. In the cushions. I only looked on top of them. Did you take a Bowie knife to the cushions? No. Check all the filling. Did you stick your hand down in the crack and find crumbs? I got a bunch of crumbs and a dime. A button. I wouldn't be surprised if someone saw it and said, oh, you don't need this phone and threw it out. It was not a good phone for me. It was not a good fit. I was ready to move on. Wasn't it borrowed? Yes. Wasn't it an Android? Yes. Do you owe that person a phone? Possibly. Why... Thanks, Chad. Why did you not like it? It just was not very intuitive for me. I didn't like it. I didn't like how... I couldn't hang up the phone. Someone had to hang up on me. So if I was leaving a message for someone, I had to be like... You're going to get an Android? No, I'm going to get an iPhone. Well... Good choice. Yeah. I got the droid. Greetings. She didn't like it. I love it. I didn't like it. Wasn't intuitive. Bigger screen. Droid. I can't see. Y'all know that. Yeah. Hey, listen. I wrote the droid company. I said, once y'all come out with one, get some magnifying glass. I'd buy a magnifying glass droid. Until you come out with that. He loves his droid. Y'all can stuff it. I can't wait. I bet you're going to love it. Yeah.
You're going to love... I'm excited. Are you going to get it today? I have to. I've been without a phone. If you need any help, you let me know. At the Apple store? Whatever you need. I'll help you set it up. I'll help you put on apps you need. I'm going to lay off the apps for a while. I just want to make calls and get emails, basically. Maybe take some pictures. Write that down. What famous people... Do you think ask Lady Gaga to be their kid's godmother? Would you ask Lady Gaga? Would you allow Lady Gaga to be your kid's godmother? We'll tell you who it was. Next. At CarMax, we understand that honesty is the cornerstone of providing great customer service. However, we also understand that there are times when you're better off not being honest. For instance, when your father asks what you want to do with your life, and deep down you know you want to be a mime. you might not want to be entirely forthcoming. And when your mother asks why you can't meet a nice girl, you might not want to say that her domineering style of parenting has left you emotionally unable to carry on a long-term relationship. And if a potential employer asks you if you have any hobbies, you might not want to say that you're a lifelong cowbell enthusiast.
However, at CarMax, when a customer asks us to appraise their car, we know we have to be as straightforward and honest as possible. Just bring your car in. One of our trained appraisers will conduct a thorough inspection and have an offer for you within 30 minutes. You can take up to seven days to think about it or walk away with payment in hand. Why treat your customers so well? It's just the right thing to do. CarMax. The way car buying should be. It's no secret that when you start with something better, you get something better. This report, it's brought to you by SeaWorld San Diego. Your weekends are about to get hotter with SeaWorld San Diego's Latin musical festival, Viva La Musica. This weekend on April 30th, it's lost to Qantas Day, Tijuana. And on May 1st, it's in to Cable. They perform live at SeaWorld. Well, heading on our freeways this morning, looks like we have a little backup here on the 805 northbound. This is right before Adams Avenue due to a big rock. That's in the number three lane. 94 westbound before 25th Street, an accident on the right shoulder. And be careful as you travel on the 5 northbound before E Street. We got a car stuck in that center divider. This report also brought to you by the California Highway Patrol. If you're driving, texting, checking Facebook or returning emails, they catch you. You're going to get a ticket if you don't kill yourself first. It's not worth it. A message from the California Highway Patrol. I'm Stacey Cohen, FM 94.9. It's time for the FM 94.9 Authentic Surf Report. I'm Sir Shedd with the FM 94.9 Authentic Surf Report for a Monday morning being brought to you by Joe Roper's Surf War Repair and Restoration Services a couple blocks down the road from me right on Marina Boulevard. Today we've got some combination of swell out there as that southwest continues to taper off. Another round of northwest wind swell has kind of picked it back up again.
Not any more size, but kind of keeping us in some kind of rideable ways. Knee to waist high, some chest that weighs on average. Top spots can still see that occasional shoulder high set wave. We are going through some still relatively strong tide swings, so that will have an effect also on size and shape at all areas. Pay attention to those tide books. And partly cloudy skies will greet you this morning right now, at least looking pretty nice. Not much wind either. You'll find some broken up corners of the beach breaks looking to be your better bet. Some pick and choose corners for sure. and better on those setways, as you would expect. Reef breaks right now, tide's kind of fat. They'll show some pop-up peaks later in the day, too. So, nothing special, but definitely more rideable. For up-to-the-minute surf reports, forecasts, go to surfline.com, and for all your surfboard needs in terms of restorations and repairs, you only go to see Joe Roper. The surf report can only be heard three times daily, right here on FM 94.9. This has been the FM 94.9 Authentic Surf Report. And now back to the Mikey Show with Mikey. And I wear like a 44 small. Lauren. I'm a lyricist. Woods. I mean, hey, listen, I did snuff on the plane, okay? Sienna. I put my head down because if I hear someone cry, I cry. And Jay. You'd have to be dying not to come down and help you. Yeah. I would have to have had my arm chopped off. On FM 94.9. Ask Lady Gaga to be their kid's godmother. Bag tag, 8 o'clock, 20 minutes from now.
Woods and Jay will be trying to hit each other's boys with a big, heavy, one-and-a-half-pound ball. Word of the day is crab. I haven't said it yet. It'll happen between now and ten. When I say it, caller nine, UFC 129 pay-per-view, and Kid Rock. We get tickets to Kid Rock and Cheryl Crow. Cricket, August 2nd. But who is it? Who is it? Who is it, Sienna? Elton John has officially confirmed that Lady Gaga is his son's godmother. He was just in an interview with Barbara Walters, and he and his partner, David Furnish, were there. And David says that he thinks that Lady Gaga will be able to help their son bring out his musical talents. Blue eyes. Why did I tell this story? I think his baby has blue eyes. My baby's got... No, seriously. My baby's got... Really? In all seriousness. I'm not kidding.
No, he has blue eyes. Just ask my partner, David. What color does your baby have his eyes? Blue eyes. David Duchovny. David Duchovny is his godfather. So weird. Really Lady Gaga out of everyone you know? She's going to be responsible for her child? Why? She's creative. She's wealthy. He said Zachary's going to inherit an incredible music legacy from his father one day and she will be a good person to guide him through the ins and outs of the music business because she sure knows everything about the business now is what David Furnish, Elton John's partner, has said. Can you imagine what he's going to get for his first birthday from her? Yeah, blood soup. Van Gogh was creative. I don't want that ear cutter taking my kid.
Is godfather and godmother a bit anyway? No. What do you mean? Isn't it? Legally, it's not. Really? No. It's not legally binding. It's not legally binding, I don't think. If you have a godfather or a godmother and you have a living trust, that's who you put in your living trust. Well, you can put whoever you want. I have a godfather and a godmother for Sage, but they're not the first to get Sage or something like that. So it's a bit. My mom would. No. Yeah, for you, it's a bit. Well, it was. I guess it is. Yeah, it was real for us until we had it changed. Yeah. In the spirit, that's what they're supposed to be. Yes. That's the idea. The idea of a godmother or godfather is if anything happens to us, they are going to be your parents. If something happened to my mom, then the godmother would get Sage, my friend Emery. Yeah? Really? Yeah. I mean, if my mom, my sisters would want to get in line too. But there's a fight for Sage. Don't forget me, Dan. Do not forget me. My grandma. Yes, I'll raise your child. I would raise your child. Not Waverly's child. I chose very carefully for that reason, yeah. I think it means, like, that kid's going to get spoiled by that person. Like, I spoil my godmother. And that's the idea, too. You know, while the kid is, you know, while your kid's got you as a godparent, you're supposed to give him a bunch of stuff. And you always have a special bond. My godmother, I'm 30, and I still get, like, special.
gifts from her. She's always like, she's my goddaughter. Man, I wish I had that. Never had one. Me either. I mean, I know I have a godparent, but they don't give me nothing. Oh. Never did. Don't even know. She has four boys, so she doesn't have any daughters. So it's extra special. That's a good place to be. And she's from South Jersey, so she says daughter, not daughter. My daughter. Daughter. Daughter. How's the gifts? Great. They're good. She also doubles as my aunt. She's my mom's sister. And she gives the best gifts. She does. She doubles as. She doubles as. She moonlights as my godparents. She moonlights as my mom's sister. My godparents don't have kids and they love to shop at Nordstrom. Oh, see? Happy birthday. I know. 570-1949 is our phone number. You want to call us? This is M1 Schwing from San Diego. You there? Good morning. Good morning. Hey, I was actually calling about this whole God parenting thing. Yeah. My husband and I looked into it when we had a kid, and basically it started in the church. It's people who will kind of rear your children in the faith. They'll pray for your kids, and they're God parents. So it has everything to do with faith and praying for your children and holding them accountable. Yeah, but doesn't it also have to do with, you know, them getting them if anything happens to you? That's something that society's kind of added to it, but that's not originally how it happened.
Huh. Wow. That's cool. You pick the person you think will give the best gifts and that's who you want the godparents to be. Translation. Eddie Gaga, great. Yeah. Hey, thanks for the call. We had Eddie as Jake's godfather. Right. Took him out because we had a falling out. You did? Yeah. I hadn't heard about that. That's weird. So, Lori is his godmother and, you know, Lori's husband, Kelly, is a godfather. Well, when we had the twins. We didn't do anything about that. We haven't asked anybody. We haven't asked her. The position's still open. The thing is that she may be like, hey, that's cool. If anything happens to Jake, I've agreed to take care of him. She may be like, I didn't sign up for three kids. I'll throw my hat in the ring for those two little clowns. Also, they get their own separate. Godparents. Wouldn't they? Yes. Aren't they supposed to? All of my siblings have different ones. They do? Yeah. You cannot, with twins, you gotta be very careful. You keep them as individuals. Yeah. Oh, so you can't ask one person to be the twins?
I ain't going to split them up if anything happened to us. No, no. Well, someone would take all of them together because you can't separate, you know, siblings. You have them handled on paper though, right? Like if something happened to you, you guys. Yeah. On paper, they should go to all three. Yeah. But for the sake of like getting good gifts and getting preferential treatment, you always have a special bond with that godparent, I think. Yeah. I think you're right. Is this my son? Is this Luke? Yeah. This is my one and a half year old son, Luke. Hey, Luke. How you doing? The Easter there, Juggs. How you doing? Don't call her Juggs. Don't call her Juggs. Did you get some eggs? I said hugs. Hugs. No, you didn't. Once you clean out your ears. What were you going to ask, Sienna? Did you get some eggs yesterday, Luke? Yeah, got them all. Yeah? The other little clown was crying the whole time. The other little clown is your brother, Ryan. The other one was vomiting. Yeah, the other one is Jake, your oldest brother. The other one was crying and vomiting. You're so perfect. The other one, your brother, Jake. If I have any say in this godfather bed, I want Woods or Jay. Okay. I'll be on either of them. Why? Well, Woods will buy me booze and Jay will take me to strip club. Oh, wow. That's, uh, both of those are weird answers, but, uh, what about Lauren and I? Yeah. As godmothers. Zero percent. Why? Yeah, why would you want, not want, uh, Lauren or Sienna? I don't want to live in La Jolla. It takes 20 minutes to get off, you know, get to the five. Right, that's true. It's true for me. It is true. And, uh, you know, with LOB, she doesn't need, uh, normal.
stuff that I like to eat. Eat the same stuff your mom does. I like mashed potatoes. I like gravy. I like those. You'd think you would be used to it. Your mom does eat the same way that L.O.B. Yeah, but you eat the way that I like to eat. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's true. McDonald's. Yeah, McDonald's. We don't have to go that far. You're good with Woods then. Yeah, yeah. Woods would make a great godfather for you. Woods would be phenomenal. If we're going on menu, his closest resembles mine. That's Mr. Gore. Yeah. He's got the new place. He's got the hot tub. That's right. Oh, yeah. Bubbles. Are you a fan of dogs, though, Luke? He has seven right now. I like dogs. Yeah, I like dogs. I wish we had a dog. Don't worry. Woods has seven dogs now. There you go. He's taking care of two dogs. Right. He's just trying to help out a friend. He's helping out a friend. He's got a big heart. You know, what are you going to do? He's got a big heart and apparently a big gut. A big gut. And Jay can feast, Luke? At least Woods has his whole head of hair. All right, Luke, maybe get off the phone now. Thanks. What time? No, don't. Don't do it. What time do you get off? Yeah, I said every time. I get off at the same time every day. Every day. 10 o'clock, 10 o'clock. What time do you get off? I don't know what time. I don't. What do you need? I need all kinds of stuff. I need a credit card. You need my credit card? Yeah, I got to buy some stuff.
Okay. All right. Thanks, Luke. Thank you. Like father, like son. Don't hang out by saying feast. You're still listening. He's learning things from Uncle Woods. Uncle Woods. He gets all that stuff from Uncle Woods. The feast and all that. Yeah. The attitude. Get the guy on the line, Jay, that I told you from, that wrote me the Facebook. I got a message on Facebook. A guy asked me a question that will make some people very uncomfortable. And other people that are liberal-minded will say, what's the big whoop? But it was about his daughter, his 16-year-old daughter. Really? You may have her on Facebook, so we'll see if she's one of your friends on Facebook. He's bright red. Am I? I'm Sunbird. I'm Sunbird.
You're not sunburned. I'm sunburned. It was cloudy all weekend. I was at Coronado on Friday. I was on Coronado having lunch. Let's see. M1J from Encinitas is the guy that wrote me. You there, Jay? Yeah, I'm here. How are you? Good. So tell us, tell everyone what you told me and the message that you wrote to me. Okay. My daughter wants to get into modeling, which I'm fine with. And it's like her in bikini and her in short shorts and like tight shirts and jeans. And I don't know. I think it's way, way too provocative. All right. Now, the main part that he let me know, too, was that your wife is OK with it. Yeah. Yeah. My wife is on board with this. I mean, she wanted to be a model, but never actually did.
And she's like, you know, this is what it takes to get in the biz. You know, these agents are saying these shots are necessary for her portfolio. And I got to be honest, I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with that. If that's what it takes to get in the biz, I'm not in on that. I wouldn't be. And, you know, you are, you know, 50% of her parents. And, you know, the problem is, is that you weren't brought into this on the ground floor. That's part of the problem. Her mom was like, this is what I want to do. Also sounds a little bit like the living vicariously thing. If you're not comfortable with it, I think you both have to be on board for that to happen. At the age of 16, though, you know what you're doing. Obviously, the girl wants to do it, too. She wouldn't be doing it if she didn't want to. About that, don't you say, well, yeah, a lot of things 16-year-olds will want to do. Yeah. And then you've got to be a parent. And he can put the kibosh on it until she's 18. She can do, like, commercial print. If she misses her window, though. Yeah, she'll miss her window by then. And my wife's on board with it, too, so it's like we've got that going on. I mean, the worst ones in your mind are the ones when she's wearing a bathing suit, or is she not, like, lingerie or anything like that?
No, no, no. It's nothing like that. But yeah, it's like the bikini. It's like a skimpy two-piece. I mean, I know that's what... She probably doesn't look 16. You have to have like a full body shot. You have to have at least one where they can see everything. Yeah, and a dad's like, hey, look. I don't want my 16-year-old looking like a 24-year-old. My dad didn't like it when he saw mine at like 27. I bet. I don't like that. I don't want that. We should see that. We should see that. I mean, just to get an idea. I didn't even like it. Can I see what your dad did? Can you email me those? Just send me them. Call my daddy. Call my daddy. See? Full circle. Let's see. Let's see what other daddy did. I love you. Can you call me? I'll punish you. I'll ground you. I'll raise your allowance. You're grounded. How come he didn't like those pictures? Were you naughty? Were you uncomfortable? I'm uncomfortable. When they took those pictures to year 27, did they open their aperture? Full exposure. In a day later, was it cold? Let's see what develops. Let's take you into the dark. Did you hear that? Yes. Did you hear that? Of course I did. Did you hear that? You're going to let that one go. It was great.
It was great. Let's see what's available. Let me flash you. I'm using my tripod right now. Oh, boy. Oh. Make love to the camera. Make love to the camera, but it's cameraman. And I. We got it, Jay. Because I have the camera. We know, Jay. You're holding the camera. We got it. You're the cameraman. That makes me. Right. We know. Have sex with me. I don't know, man. I don't know, dude. If I were you, I would not like my 16-year-old taking those pictures either. I don't know. A single dad that would. Maybe he can talk to the agent. Hey, wait a minute. Now, wait a minute. Jay from Encinitas, your wife is all in on this and was going to be a model herself and says that this is necessary, right? Yeah. Okay. That's what it takes. Well, check this out. M1 Elise from San Diego. Are you there?
Go ahead. Well, I have two boys in the business, and I've seen a lot of little girls' portfolios, and I'm saying little because 16 is still very little, and it's completely unnecessary. If you've got an agent that wants to work with her, they don't need those kinds of shots to get work. Depends on what agent. Depends on if you go. Let's just be clear, that's Woods talking. If you go to isbelmodeling.com. J&J Management. Hey, Jay from Encinitas. I say we're going to business together. Jay and Jay. We can both be Jay from Encinitas. Well, I like that point, Elise. Jay, I would tell your wife that you had an M1 call and she's got two sons that do it and they do not need to take those kind of pictures. I think he should talk to the agent, though.
her sons might be doing something different. Like, if she wants to do runway and stuff like that, there might be some stuff that... Yeah, maybe it's different for guys, though, at least. She doesn't have to be posing provocatively. I think what the business asks for is work. In order to get the work, she shouldn't have to take photos like that. If she's done work where she's put clothing on like that, they'll be tastefully done. Those will be great. She can put those in her portfolio, and then you build from that and get more work from those. But if an agent is asking for those kinds of shots in the beginning, That's not a real agent. But it could be if she wants to do runway. Is she really tall, Jay? She is, but why would she have to wear a bikini? Because they wear that kind of stuff on the runway. And unfortunately, they want to make sure. And they do. I mean, you have some of those girls that are out there on the runway are like 14 years old. It's a young person's profession. At 18, you're considered older and you should be doing like, you know. Unfortunately, I mean, it's crazy. It depends when you're 18 in modeling.
It would be completely different. I don't even think I would put them in. I wouldn't. I wouldn't. I have a little girl. She's eight years old, and I keep her as far away from it as I possibly can. No. Because they tell you you're fat if you gained, like, five pounds. Exactly. I wouldn't do it. He should talk to the agent. Elise, thank you for the call. Jay, thank you for the call. M1, Laura from Carlsbad, you there? Yeah, I'm here. You are currently a model? Actually, I stopped modeling a couple years ago, but... I got into the business at age 27. Oh, wow. Yeah, and you don't, just because I'm really young looking, but you don't need those kinds of shots to get into the business. After you've been in it a while, you know, they tend to want you to do swimsuit shots and things like that. I'm sorry. We're getting disconnected with you. This must be a bad connection. Why don't you send us some photos? Let's see how young you think you'd... I do not believe you. Why don't you prove it to us? Thank you very much, Laura. Thank you. Mikey Show bag tag is next. On FM 94.9. I'm sorry I ever doubted you and your Keurig. Yeah. Woods. You want me to apologize? I apologize to you. Oh, you just did. And you are a coffee man that I respect. Thank you. It's taken me a long time. Is this new? I just got the album. I like the album. Woods told me about this coffee machine that makes one cup of coffee at a time. Individual little kilter. Keurig. It's a kilter. You know why it's great? What? It takes...
Less than a minute for a cup of coffee. And it's a good cup of coffee. And it's made really especially for you. It doesn't come out of the community pot. It's just all for you. And I don't need eight cups of coffee. I just want to brew one cup of coffee. And I don't want to wait. I don't want to put water in there. I just want to put water and not have to worry about the water again for a long time. And that's what it does. We got rid of it. It's too wasteful. Too wasteful? All the pods. What about that? You're just making more trash. But they said they make them in recycled cardboard now. Well, not only that, Jay, but what about a coffee? If you throw away a coffee filter, you're... Coffee filter? But that's a coffee filter for eight people. What if you throw the coffee away that you don't drink? It's very wasteful. What are you talking about? Waste water. Yeah. Oh, I have a solution, Jay. And it was like... 75 cents a cup or something crazy too. They're expensive. That's the deal. I have a solution. Okay. Just don't think about it. I see. Just feast on the coffee. You can't have that attitude. Yeah. I'll drink it like if it's... I would never get it for myself for the same reason. Mostly the... Because eventually you'll walk to a landfill and you'll just see... All you'll see is a sea of Keurig coffee. It's true. We drive by one every day. Coffee pods. I drive by one every day and see just stacks of trash and...
Stuff blown around. Just pods of Keurig. Someone told us last time we had this conversation that they make the ones out of recycled cardboard. So that made me feel better about it. Come on. Let's just all grow up and drink some coffee. It's delicious. The growing up part would be taking some responsibility. And being like, you know, what if we had a second guess every single time? We're like, you go to Red Robin and they're like, would you like your child to have some crayons to drink? And you're like, wait, wait, wait. Let me think about that. Let me think about the environmental implication of my kid getting crayon. I mean, it just gets to the point where everything you're like. Says the guy who doesn't recycle. Yeah. We do now. Well, that's what I'm saying. I'm shooting from that point of view. I want to be a good steward of the earth, but don't you just get to a point where you're like every single thing. It's like. Do you want to be a good steward of the earth? Some shampoo. Says the guy who throws away the multi-use plastic containers for his food. You throw away your temporary containers. They're disposable. They seem disposable on there. Still full of food. Not even open. Just a brand new food dish all in there. All right. That got me. That is true. That's wasteful. But. On many levels. They're called disposable for a reason.
But they're multi-use. You should be using them a bunch of times. It says reusable on them as well. Once they get like messed up. It means disposable as in they can be recycled as opposed to actual Tupperware cannot be recycled. But those things that you're using can be recycled. The Ziploc disposable says the guy who throws everything in the recycling bin that's right next to him. Yeah. Doesn't matter what it is. Bananas. Everything. Listen. Coffee. The radio station has not figured out paying. for DirecTV on time. Do you think I'm going to ask for a trash can? We got a disposable trash can in here. That's all we have in here is blue trash cans. There's one right there by Woods. There's two right outside the door. There's one big one right here. There's at least three or four around here. I think you just threw up the flag on this one. Mike, you can't control the crayons at the Red Robin, but you can control what happens in your own home.
We're not asking you to be completely Mr. I'm going to change the world guy. Yeah, you are. If you want me to not get a Keurig coffee maker because it's going to screw the environment up. No, he's saying he wouldn't get one. I wouldn't get one either. He did get one. The only reason he got rid of it is because it cost too much. 75 cents. 75 cents for a cup of coffee. I won it in a golf tournament. A what tournament? A golf. Golf. What's a golf? It's where you put black eyeliner on. And you wear a trench coat. And you go to a rave in a trench coat. And you listen to My Chemical Romance. There's an L in there. Golf. Say it, Jay. Golf. How dare you? Sorry. Yes. Sorry. Golf. Let me be a complete dork. Golf. Sorry. Fancy pants. I didn't realize that the PGA was taking an official reading of how I say golf. Fine, I went golfing. Golfing. Excuse me, Webster. I'm in Webster's dictionary. Miriam in there and Webster. The both of yous. You can shut your traps.
How about you too, Oxford? Encyclopedia Britannica. Sienna, what's going on in the news? Well, after the golf, after Governor Jerry Brown announced that California's three-year drought was over, now the San Diego County Water Authority may be calling for an end of district-imposed water restrictions. You mean because it rained? Every day in 2010. Yes. Well, the city of San Diego is recommending ending the level two rules, which is, you know, the rules that include watering on certain days and only, you know, between certain hours of the day. But the ultimate decision is up to the San Diego County Water Authority, and they're going to be voting on it this week. Obviously, there's a lot of people that are concerned. Well, hello. It's maddening. We're paying these high water bills. We're paying for water. We got water restrictions. It rained all year. Noah came back and he was like, this should stop. Yes, but people are worried, though, too, that if they stop the restrictions, then people are going to go crazy and use their water all the time, and then they're going to be like, why is my bill so big or so high? I should leave mine running all day. Oh, gosh, don't say that. Imagine what that does to some people. Yeah, you know what? Woods and I, what we do is we come home, we turn the hose on and take a nap. Yes, and sticking to our environment-friendly topics. You know what we like to do? We like to defrost.
our ground beef by taking it out of the freezer, putting it in the sink on Tuesday, and then on Saturday, it's all ready to go. You just leave the water running in the sink all four days until that thing is completely thawed out. Ready to roll. You don't have to be so extreme. Every time, you guys. What I like to do when I get home is I turn the hose on and I burn styrofoam in my backyard. What I do when I get really thirsty is I go over to the fire hydrant and I have a special fire hydrant wrench. And I open it up, and I just let it spew for four or five hours until it's cold enough. Just to look at it, right? Just to look at it for the first hour. Then it's cold. Because for the first hour, it's still tepid. Yes. I like it ice cold. So for the first hour, I just let it go. And then finally, I go, ah. I just catch it in my mouth. with the theme, SeaWorld has decided they're going to stop giving out plastic bags at their theme park in San Diego starting on June 18th. Now, this coincides with the opening of Turtle, their new Turtle Reef attraction. Yeah, because what they're going to do too is they're going to make sure that they recycle all the dead turtles and they use the shells so that you can drink.
Pepsi out of them. You drink your Pepsi out of an empty shell. They should do bags made of baby seal skin. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And then when you go to the bathroom. You're hating on people for being conscious. Recycled conch shells. They're being socially conscious and you're hating on them. Recycling's for other people. Listen, I think that all environmental stuff is fine. What gets me nuts is when you become a monster because you want a coffee maker. You aren't, but nobody's standing outside your house with a picket sign saying, stop using plastic. But SeaWorld's being proactive. In defense to Mac, I do stand in front of his house with a picket sign that says, stop. Jay, don't you have better things to do? I don't. They also give really good messages. I like SeaWorld. They give back a lot. And they don't want to be hypocritical. Lauren, is it true that the SeaWorld people have stopped using wetsuits when one of the animals passes away now?
They just sew their skin together. Yes. And use those. Reuse them. Reuse them. Disgusting. As wetsuits. SeaWorld officials said that them cutting out plastic bags like at the gift shops and stuff is going to save more than a million plastic bags from being used. They're going to be using paper and reusable sacks now. About time. And they're doing this, like I said, for the turtle reef attraction because plastic bags are a big problem for turtles, especially leatherback turtles, because they mistake them for jellyfish. I don't have a problem with it as long as the paper bags. Work as efficiently for me. The human being at the top of the food chain. Right. I have no problems with that at all. And as long as. Somebody can prove to me. That those plastic bags. With the plastic bags already. Don't you understand how it all works? Okay. We're all part of a food chain. We're all part of an ecosystem. If you kill off all the turtles, that will affect you. I don't want to kill turtles. Well, then don't throw your plastic bag in the ocean. Don't drink coffee. Don't throw your plastic bag in the ocean and go, die, turtles! Stop drinking coffee, you turtle killer. Yeah, turtle soup maker. Turtle shell, leatherback turtle shell wearer. Candlestick maker.
Turtle sandaled guy. Yeah. Yeah. Your sandals are made of turtles. Live turtles. They're just, you stapled your shoes onto their backs. I like turtles. Yeah. Woodsy, what's going on in sports? This is going to be a rough week for boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. So he's got court today for battery charges. He apparently poked a guy, a security guard in the face. And also he'll be back in court Thursday to face charges of beating up his, the mother of his children. He poked someone in the face? Yeah, he poked a guy in the face. And he got a battery charge? Yeah, he got a battery charge for that. You know why I bet he did that? What? And I'm being completely serious, too. You can't punch him. If he punched him, he'd be in trouble for a felony for deadly weapons. I'm not touching you. I'm not touching you. I'm not touching you. I'm not touching you. He poked me. And he'll be back in. He apparently. beat up the mother of his children, Josie Harris, stealing her cell phone, threatening her and two of their kids. Faces up to 34 years in prison if convicted on all charges. Oh, my gosh. And also, if you didn't hear, the Padres were swept by the Phillies this weekend. The Phillies have one of the best staffs in baseball. And here is Padres catcher Nick Hundley talking about that staff cut one. Oh, man, all those guys pitched well. You know, there's a reason why they're, you know, I think they've won the East four years in a row or whatever, you know. If you had to kind of tip your hat to those guys, obviously we would like the better outcome.
But at the same time, sometimes you get beat by guys that are on top of their game. Well, there you go. There you go. Hey, our TV's back. Yeah. All right. They paid the bill. They paid the bill. They paid the bill. Thank you, Lincoln Financial. Very nice. My wife has forgotten to do that before. Oh, yeah. And I got to call the company and be like, hey, what's going on? And they get it off. They turn it back on instantly. Notice what Jay put on. We did that with the Visa. Jay put on the royals. Yeah, he did. It's a royal wedding, it says. Jay's got me into it now. Uh-huh. It's addictive, isn't it? How many days, Jay? Four days and counting. Oh, my God. Jay's very interested in Buckingham Palace. Oh, it looks gorgeous. I wish I could go. I want to go. Think there's any planning involved in that wedding? Man. Holy cow. Think there's ladies walking around with walkie-talkies? Oh, yeah. They're probably just winging it. All right. The freaking flowers aren't in yet, and I'm losing my mind. They're supposed to be swans, and the flowers, they're not in yet. Send the swan in three, two, one. I have a question for you ladies, for Ella B and for Sienna. See, you would think at this level, Kate Middleton...
She's not doing it. Probably not. But isn't that part of the fun? She probably gets to say, love it, hate it, love it, hate it. Isn't that part of the fun? She's involved in it. I mean, she goes dress shopping and she picks her dress and she probably tells them the overall colors and the theme that she wants. Mikey, shouldn't you be asking Jay? Yeah, no one Kate Middleton does for the wedding. Well, I can tell you that this wedding is going to cost about $34 million. That's just for the wedding part. Security, they're saying, is going to cost... That's not wasteful. about $32 million for the insurance, not insurance, but for the security that goes along with it. Well, when you think about it, imagine a wedding where the word no does not exist because in every way, I mean, even Beyonce, at some point, no has to be involved. The wedding gown, $432,000. It's a gorgeous gown, I'm sure. It's probably got so many diamonds on it or something. Do you think it has diamonds on it? It's got to have something. It has to. Or hand beaded something on it. Couture, absolutely. Question. Antique lace, probably. And Kate Middleton's going to look good. Oh, man. I cannot wait to watch. She's going to look gorgeous. She's going to look good looking. I wonder if she'll have part of Diana's gown in it. I hope not. That creeps me out. Maybe the veil. Maybe the veil. No, it creeps me out enough. She's got the ring.
Come on. Why? Something borrowed. The ring is borrowed. Don't wear Diana's dress and creep everyone out. Who would be creeped out? Come on. No, she needs her own dress. She's got her own dress. Yeah, she's got it. If you did want to travel over there right now and travel first class, guess how much the ticket would cost? How much? $10,000. $17,000. $18,000. between $19,000 and $23,000 to travel in first class. We should all go as a show and broadcast from Buckingham Palace. Can you imagine? They expect the tourist industry is up so much, 600,000 people are going to travel to the royal, not to the actual wedding, but to Columbia. To be a part of it. Yeah, to be a part of it. To be there, just to be there. I just, I picture me and Woods as we're dressed right now. Okay? I'm wearing a black t-shirt with a pair of jeans and those shoes that L.O.B. got me. The Sanux. The Sanux. Woods has got on a backwards Yankees cap. What kind of shirt are you wearing there? Is that a jersey? Yeah, this is my pullover for my Little League team. That's Encinitas National right there. There you go. You look real good there. Jeans? No, sweatpants. Sweatpants. Imagine the two of us sitting in a pew.
Just sitting there? Yeah. We're just sitting there. How are you doing? I don't think so. Oh, my gosh. You would not be invited or let in. No, but imagine if we somehow could snap our fingers and be sitting there. What they would say to us. Kate invited the guy, like where she goes to the little store where she goes to buy his, there's like a cracker or a cookie that William likes. And the guy who sells them there is getting to go to the wedding. Oh, wow. She gave him an invitation. And you didn't get one. I didn't get one. This is BS. Would you cry if you got to go? Oh, yeah. He would cry. He would tear up at the wedding. At the wedding itself. Oh, at the wedding. He's going to tear up in his living room watching it. I need to know, Jay, what time American. We got to Google this. I have to figure that out. I need to. I have it set to record. I know it's on ABC. It's on ABC? Yeah. I thought it said 4 p.m. Eastern. Friday? Yeah. That's what I'll be doing. ABC News invites you to witness. Yeah, here it is. They want you to watch the whole thing, but it doesn't say what time. So it's just, of course I'm going to watch the whole thing. I bet there's like all this preliminary stuff leading up to it. It's going to be a great day. I wonder if it's live or if we're just going to get the like delayed feed. Oh, it has to be live. How many hours ahead are there? Is that like Saturday morning for them? Because Friday afternoon seems like a weird time to have a wedding. They're six hours ahead. Oh.
It looks like they're going to go to Scotland. I'm excited about the honeymoon as well. They're going to Scotland. They don't go anywhere in the world and they're going to their neighbor? They're going to go to Scotland and then, I don't know, they're going to go someplace warm. For 20 minutes and then Bermuda. They have a layover in Scotland. In Glasgow. I want to go. I wonder if Hugh Grant and those sorts of popular British people. I did read this weekend that the guy that played Mr. Bean, he's going. Are you kidding? Mr. Bean will be at the wedding. I bet if you're a British celebrity... Kate Winslet. Kate Winslet's a famous person. If you're a British celebrity, it's a game of... Is Gordon Ramsay going? What about the Osbournes? Do you think they were outed? Oh, there's no chance in the world. Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow are probably going. I say no invite. I bet you they'll be there. I bet you they will not. I know they'll make a full guest list available. Keith Richards. No. Mick Jagger. Nope. Mick Jagger's a knight. Paul McCartney. Paul will be there. He will be there. He will be there. Maybe Ringo? Yes, Elton John will be there. Ringo's working behind the bar. Yeah, Ringo's serving drinks and hors d'oeuvres. I think he's part of the Steel Drum Band. I stumbled upon a guest list. You did? This morning. I'm going to look for it again. It fell out of Jay's pocket. Yeah, let's see it.
Keep going. Jamie Oliver. Who's that? Jamie Oliver is the guy that's always cooking on the Today Show. He's a big cookbook guy. I watch him. He's a cook, famous chef. How do you say his last name? Pierce Brosnan. Pierce Brosnan. What about Pierce Morgan? What about the guy that played 007, the blonde guy? Daniel Craig. Daniel Craig. We can just keep naming all the British people. It's not just British people I'm naming. Simon Cowell. I'm naming British people that I think are important enough to get the invite. I agree. Simon Cowell, I believe, will be there. Okay, let's see. Is there a full list? Check out that breakdown. I do see the Beckhams, Guy Ritchie, Elton John, Joss Stone, Ian Thorpe. Oh, Ian Thorpe will be there. So that means if Guy Ritchie, oh no, him and Madonna are Splare. Do you think there's going to be any Ians or Simons on that guest list? It's 11 a.m. Charlie. 11 a.m. our time. So we've got to get right out of here Friday, okay? Jay's got to get home, get in front of the TV. I'm going to let him play for a minute. How long will it last, you think? Seven hours. How long is a British wedding? Oh, good question.
Oh, man, I bet she didn't look like a million bucks. Do they do it the way that we do it? Do they have bridesmaids and groomsmen? Yeah. I believe so. So be like all her little... I have a friend from university. Is it in a church? The girls that she met at university. The girls from university. Yeah, if you met at university, you have to... Yeah, if you met at the uni. Call it uni. Oh, my gosh. I just stumbled upon gold. The breakdown of the costs of the wedding. Oh. Give it. Security, like Jay said, $32 million. Wedding ring. Prince William opened up his own wallet to buy Kate a simple but elegant gold band. $11,000. Really? You mean with his job? I know. Best to buy? Receptions. It says plural. $600,000. Receptions. Yes. The queen is hosting a luncheon reception immediately after the wedding for 600 of the estimated 1,900 guests who will be attending the ceremony. A lucky 300 guests have been invited to the dinner reception hosted by the father of the groom. So there are two different post-receptions the day after the wedding. Wedding gown, $434,000. Kate's parents are paying for her gown. What? Doubt that.
No way. It's designed by Sophie Cranston. Oh. She's good. Cranston, never heard of her. She's great. Wedding cake, $80,000. Prince Charles is writing the check for the two cakes, traditional cream for Kate and white fruit cake for William. Oh, sounds good. That works out to $134. Did we do that? $134 per slice. Just agree on a cake. Flowers, $800,000. Oh, wow. Yeah. Cleaning, $64,000. Cleaning. Yeah. $64,000 to pick up a royal dump. Yeah. I know. A royal dump. My goodness. My goodness. I want to hear more when we come back. That's it? Yeah, pretty much. Is that it? Sorry. I want a guest list. Why do I care? I do. I care so much. Welcome to the party. Is there any dudes listening that care? Am I gay? Am I gay? Nope. No? You don't care, right, Woods? How can you not care? Don't care about the royals. No. I care because it's so expensive. I want to see what all that is all about. It makes me feel worse about myself. If Barack Obama's kids got married, it'd be great. No way. I've seen American stuff. And we don't spend that kind of dough. This is royalty. It's royalty. It's awesome. She's a knockout. Well, yeah. She is pretty. She's a princess. And you don't want to look out in the audience and see Elton John dabbing his eyes with a handkerchief.
Debbie is blue eyes. How are her parents paying $434,000? They're not. They're not. Kings of Leon, I have a summer tour. Is San Diego on the schedule? She'll have to wait and find out. The awesomeness of the iPhone that you've been talking about. I don't want some dumbed down version of it. Woods. I have one wish. I wish I wasn't so fast. Sienna. Yeah, I would say I'm obsessed with Sage. Yeah, I'm obsessed. You are. And Jay. I love to look, but I just don't like to touch. On FM 94.9. I just don't like to touch. I like to touch. I'm just not allowed to touch. Maybe that's just the way I talk. I like to look, and I want to touch. so badly to touch. But I can't. I can't. I touch with my eyes. I know that much. Yeah. If I could caress with my eyes, I'd say I'm doing it. Well, I can. Y'all can. I can. I know how to. If you can see my dreams there, I touch. Yes. In my dreams, it's different. Correct. I don't just touch. I touch. A hard to touch. It's okay, Mike.
Pick your head up. You knocked your microphone over. It's very overt. Very subtle. It's the opposite of subtle. Yeah. It's very obvious. Subtle like a rattlesnake. Correct. Subtle like an A-bomb. Tell you if the kings of Leon are coming here. We got somebody that called in that knows Star Wars. The old school ones, backwards and forwards. We need somebody else that would call and say, yeah, I know every single line, backward and forward in Star Wars. In the meantime, let's play bag tag. Come on in, Jay. Now the girls will stand behind the guys. So we'll have L.O.B. behind Woods. And we'll have Sienna behind Jay. And they will have paddles, the girls. The guys are standing approximately 10 feet apart. They hold in their hands a blue pound and a half. A ball that weighs about a pound and a half. What, what, what, Jay? Or what's he? She's got to have the paddle, though. Use your head. Oh, I thought they both had a paddle. You passed the paddle? Oh, it's fine. Oh, you're okay. All right, Jay's starting. He's got to toss one time. Oh!
Oh, my gosh, Woods. Is there a cup in there? Oh, dude. Is there a cup in there? That hit you. Woods. Woods. Direct blow. Woods. That hit you square. In the right one. In the boys. They stand 10 feet apart. They have a ball that weighs a pound and a half. It's a rubber ball. They bounce it one time. And it's got to bounce once and hit the other person's boys. They can't flinch. If they do flinch, they get a paddle. Oh! He flinched like crazy. Get him, Sienna. Get him good. Sienna, get him good. Sienna, get him good. Jay, this is really going to hurt. Sienna, get him. Look at it. I know. Get him. Mikey, you do it. Ow! Ow! Sienna gave him the business. That's one to one. All right, here we go. Pass the bat. One, one bounce. There goes the bounce. L.O.B. That was the softest baby hit. Did you see how close he got? He was like this. Yeah, 10 feet away. Woods is 10 feet away. Here comes the bounce. No flinch.
No flinch, and it got it pretty good. All right, Woods, no flinching. No flinching. Here we go. Oh! I'd say that was a little high. A little high, but... It was on. Yeah. Woods is about to go. Oh, come on. Flinch. Flinch. Flinch. Here we go. Oh, yes. Lauren, you better give it to him. I thought we agreed we were going to take it easy. Take it easy. We did outside. Oh, that was inner thigh. Are you guys keeping count? That was four. Last one for you. Wait a minute. We lost the ball. Here we go. I'm not flinching. And he took a direct hit. Last one, Dan. Last one.
Wow. Last one. Oh, Jake can barely walk. You started. I get another one. That hurt. Here he goes. Ow! That was a flinch. That was a flinch. L.O.P. That was a flinch. Come on now. L.O.P. Swing in there. You better hit me. Ow! Yeah! Oh, that was a hit. That was a good one. That was a hit. Alright, last one. Here we go. Right last one. Here, no. Man. Woods is up. Woods is up. We're playing bag tag. He's throwing the ball. It's got to bounce one time and hit in the nest. Oh, he flinch! Flinch! Flinch! Flinch! Flinch! Flinch! Oh! Oh, she laid into him. Good. I don't need to. Dana likes the right cheek a lot. It's the way I'm standing. You got it. Oh, boy, that hurt. Bag tack's a good time. Will you play next time? Tonight's 8 o'clock. I'm the Joy Formidable. Garrett. Garrett! The Big Roar. Oh. Ow. Go to createyourdesignonline.com if you want to get some, any kind of graphic design. Jared will do websites. Jared. He'll do websites as he does. Business cards. Whatever you need. He'll take care of you. He's real good. Fast. Kings of Leon have a summer tour. Are they coming to San Diego? The answer is yes. They will be in Chula Vista, Cricket Wireless Amphitheater on September 4th.
They'll also be in Vegas. No, I don't care about Vegas. I want to know about L.A. They'll be in Irvine September 8th. All right. Sounds good. Jay, we need two prizes. What do we have? We have, at our disposal, we have the Street Fighter 4 3D for the new Nintendo. Oh, he cannot say. He cannot say. Here we go again. He cannot say. What is it? Nintendo. Say it right. Hold on. It's already been isolated. Let me look at the C. No, it's spelled right. Nintendo. J. Nine Tendo. Nine? Nin. Nin. Nintendo. Nintendo. No! Ah, there you go. See, we should make him feel weird about that. And then he's like, see, I knew it. Nintendo. It's for the 3DS. What is it again? For the what? Nin.
Nintendo 3DS. How do you get Nintendo out of that? I don't know. Like, there's all these extra letters it just ignores. It's the title to have for the 3DS. M1 Bergen from Point Loma? Bergen. And you're from Bergen County? Indeed. There you go. New Jersey? That's right, L-O-B. Oh! Okay, Bergen. You know Star Wars? Yes, I do. All right. M1 Ryan from San Diego, you know Star Wars? A little bit. All right. You really got to know. this movie backwards and forwards in order for this to work. We'll see. So do you, Ryan? Let's put it this way. I lived in the mountains for seven years in Crested Butte, Colorado, where I didn't have any television reception, and the only movies I owned were Empire Strikes Back, Star Wars, and Jedi. You got this. You got this. Okay, here's what we're going to do. We're going to have M1 Bergen start, and you can pick any scene you want, Bergen, and you guys need to do dialogue for the scene. And so pick any scene you want, Bergen, and Ryan, you should recognize it and pick right up. So just go? Just begin. Okay. All right. Why? Afraid I was going to leave without giving you a goodbye kiss? I just assumed kiss a wookie. I can arrange that. You could use a good kiss! That's awesome! Incredible. That's what I'm looking for. Absolutely. That's what I'm looking for.
And you two both just won. Now, L.O.B. and Sienna are both looking at me like, what just happened? What just happened? It's a guy thing. Guys do this and love this. And as soon as he said, are you waiting for a goodbye kiss? As soon as he said that, even in my mind, I was like, I just assume it is a Wookiee. Yeah. Instantly. One of the greatest scenes in Empire. Hang on the line, please. Both of you have won. Well done. In fact, you could almost do it with... that franchise. You could almost just do Star Wars dialogue with that franchise. Because people have seen it so many times. I mean, I guess I don't realize how many times I've seen it, but I guess a lot. I could do it with the Goodfellas and Godfather and all that stuff. No doubt. No doubt about it. Yeah, the only problem is we probably couldn't say most of the dialogue. That's true. We wouldn't be able to say most of the dialogue on the air. Mikey, if I wanted to break your balls, I'd tell you, I'm going to get your shine box, all right? Yeah, maybe you haven't heard. You've been away a long time. You've been away a long time. I don't shine shoes anymore. Hey, what? I just got out. No, I know. I understand. We're having a drink over here. One minute, we'll hug it and kiss it. No, that's fine. Next thing you know. That's fine. It's just I don't do that anymore. I love it. Anyway. Stay away from the cracks. So, Stephen Urkel's real name.
Is Jabeel White. And Jaleel. Jaleel. Not to be confused with Khalil, who was Superman's father on the planet Krypton. This is Jaleel. Circle. Did I do that? Yeah. Telling kind of an interesting story. Since graduating from UCLA and writing, what else have you been doing since then? I mean, I still act. I still act. I just filmed a movie in upstate New York called Rhymes with Banana. I'm doing a... What rhymes with banana? Nothing. Sienna. Tanana. Tanana. Girbana. Judy Moody is coming out. It's a children's book, very popular children's book. I did a web series for Hulu that was so much fun called Fake It Till You Make It. Too often we hear about child stars. And it's drugs or, you know, rehab, even jail. They asked me to be on that show. Which show? They asked me to be on Celebrity Rehab. But nothing's wrong with you. Exactly. So I'm taking for granted. If you're a child, stop. They asked him to be on. He's not addicted to anything. Probably just thought he was. Yeah.
I want to hear him do Urkel. Does he do Urkel? Oh, wait. I thought you were the guy from Different Strokes. Oh. Oh, that's wild. Sorry about that. Which one were you on? Hey, you wouldn't happen to have Todd Bridges' phone on, would you? I couldn't tell you. Urkel from Urkel. Never saw that show. What show was it? Was it a show called Urkel? Family Matters. Family Matters. Laura. Whatever happened to predictability? The milkman, the paperboy, the evening TV. Guess girls can do them. Yes, they can. Guess they can. That's a jingle. Jingles. Jingle from the show? Yes. That's the song, the theme. Wait, is that Full House? We're doing Full House. You guys are doing the wrong show. No, I got it. It's, what do we do, baby? Yeah. Oh, no, that's family time. Yeah, what is family matter? Oh, I got it. I know they're riding bikes. It's some walk by night. No, no, no, no. It's just sit right back in your hair. This is it. This is it. Come and knock on our door. I think it's Flintstones. Meet the Flintstones. That was full. We did full house. Oh, no. It was one, two, three o'clock. We may have started on the rock.
Five, six, seven o'clock. I just skipped eight o'clock. We may have started with the right one and ended with the wrong one. I think we did full house the whole time. That's brilliant. Oh, I got it. Wow. Do you know that, Woods? No! Oh, my gosh. It's pretty close to Full House. Urkel was like a huge nerd. Like a huge nerd. I knew that. And everyone knows what he looks like. And there was one, there was like a couple episodes where he was supposed to be like, he took off the glasses and was supposed to be like hot, hot. And I was like, ew, that's just Urkel. I know. He looked weird. Didn't they do it real over the top, though? Like his pants were pulled up to his stomach? I remember that bit. And he stood like this. What was his story? What was his story?
I know, but what was his parent? He was the neighbor, and he was obsessed with Laura, the oldest daughter of the family. And he would always be over there and he would break everything. He played the accordion. He wasn't even the star of the show. The show was about the family. And he was just the guy that stopped by all the time. The kooky neighbor. Like a sitcom regular, you know. The show was supposed to just be around the Winslows. The family, the dad was like the chief of police. Carl. Carl Winslow. I remember that. They changed the mom. The mom just like, like in Fresh Prince of Belly, they just changed the character. I hate when they do that, by the way. And it was a new mom. And I was like, this isn't even the same person at all. But Urkel turned out to be the star. That wasn't the show's intention. Everyone just loved him. The camera loved him. So he became the guy? Yeah, he became the star of the show. And it was all about him and how he was obsessed with Laura. Yeah, we had an Urkel doll where you pulled the string and it would say things like... Did I do that? Yeah, did I do that was his catchphrase. And then I forget some of his other ones. Lauren and Sienna cannot do 70s and 80s sitcom themes. Yes, I can. You can? Mm-hmm.
Let's see. Let's get it. Let's do a 70s and 80s theme. Okay. But see, it's going to be tough for me with 80s. I'll come back. I can help you with 80s. I'll come back at you. I'll come back at you with a 70s. Okay. Go ahead. What am I supposed to do right now? Sing one. Oh. Give me five seconds of one and I'll give you five seconds of one. I need to be given one. You give her one. See if she can guess it. All right. Okay. So, all right. Yeah, that's what we got to do. All we got to do is do one until we recognize it and then we go to the next one. Are you ready? Yes. So, this is it. This is it. This is life. No, you can't. Come on and do it all. It's one day at a time. No, I never heard that. It's one day at a time. Never heard that. Well, it doesn't have to be that you've heard of it. It just has to be that it exists, and somebody has to know that it does. Okay. Making your way in the world today takes everything you got. Yep. What's that? Cheers. Oh, I know that. Okay. Sure can last a lot. Uh, where am I? Moving on up to the sky. I know that one. That's the Jeffersons. Everything's like running. Everything's jumbling together now. I've got another one. Chico, don't get discouraged. Chico and the Man? I don't think that was the song. Oh, it was. What about 1, 2, 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock? Happy Days. 5, 6, 7, 5, 8 o'clock. Come easel. Come ozzle. We're going to do it. I can cheat.
If I get the first word. Schlemiel. Schlemazel. Here's the story of a lovely lady. What about the Andy Griffith show? I'm looking at popular shows during that time period. Yeah, there was no singing. Slamford and Son, same thing. Starsky and Hutch? Nope. But you take the good, you take the bad, you take the both, and then you have the facts of life. If you give them to me, I might be able to do them. Let's try that. Oh, what was different strokes? Let me tell you a little story about a man named Jed. A poor mountaineer barely kept his family fed. And then one day he was shooting at some crude food. And up from the ground came a bubbling crude oil that is Texas tea. Knight Rider? Don't know. Yeah, it's just music. Magnum P.I.? Do we have music? Show me that smile. Oh, show me that smile. Don't wait another minute on your crying. We know we're near the end. We know we're near the end. Is that growing? Yes. Brilliant. This is BJ Thomas. Let's see. What was the one with Sam, the daughter, Alyssa Milano? Oh, who's the boss? It's Angela. Angela. Who's the boss will be back in a minute. Stick around. I need to know that theme song. Yeah, what was Who's the Boss?
Oh, I know what it is. What? You're on to it. Yeah. Yeah. Do you guys want a trivia fact? That's actually Tony Danza singing the theme song. That's Tony Danza singing it. We'll be right back. San Diego radio has never mobilized this type of takeover. The prizes are huge. On Saturday, May 14th.

She didn't exactly give them to me. She was far craftier than that, which is why I loved her. She had this whole method. She'd plant some circus animal cookies on her dresser, and then she'd send me on a decoy mission to go get something for my quote-unquote forgetful old grandmother. Then, to distract Mom, she'd create a diversion. To buy me some time, she'd really milk it, too, so I could pop the cookies in my mouth.

ditches that you would not believe. On FM 94.9. You have to let people know, though, this older gentleman. Yes. Every time I hear saxophone, it reminds me of my brother and I lived in Chicago. An older gentleman that we knew would hang out with us and launch into the air sax when we would be out. We would be out at the bars. And it would. Repel women. Air Sacks. Air Sacks. That's the best song to play, the Air Sacks. Yeah, but Baker Street, there's nothing better. Who are the guys that made Anchorman? Or who's the guy that... Judd Apatow? Yeah, Judd Apatow. Judd Apatow needs to do a scene in a movie where a guy plays Air Sacks. He's like drunk, alone in a bar. Just Air Sacks. Trying to pick up chicks. Trying to pick up girls. Next to the jukebox. Oh my gosh. Air Sacks is brilliant. It's hysterical.
Sienna, what's going on in the news? Well, if you think you're having a bad day, just listen to this. You may feel better. A Florida woman came home on Saturday to her house to find a six-foot alligator in one of the bedrooms. Yes, she said that she came home and she saw blood all over the place and she thought that someone had gotten one of her cats and her cats were like her babies, she said. So she was looking around, looking around, and then looks in her guest bedroom. sees the alligator in there. The cats were okay. The cats weren't attacked or anything. It was blood coming from this alligator. Oh, he was injured. Yes, and he entered the house from crawling from a pond in the backyard and went through the doggy door of the house and got in. Yeah, so she had to call wildlife crews, I know, that came and got the animal out of the house and released it back into the wild. If you lose. If you live anywhere near alligators, you're not supposed to do the doggy door thing. I'd have a metal wall around my house. A fortress. Also, three San Diego schools have been named among the top surf colleges from Surfer Magazine. Point Loma, Nazarene University, San Diego State University, and UCSD. Cool. That's cool.
Woodsy, what's going on in sports? Basketball playoffs are still going on. The 76ers of Philly avoided elimination. They beat the Heat the other day. LeBron James says, hey, man, you know, we're all NBA players here. Cut to. We're NBA players just like they are. Nobody's threatened by anybody. Everybody's grown, man. We all try to execute the game plan. And at the end of the day, who make the plays down the stretch is who win. They did that tonight. And the Celtics knocked off the Knicks. They swept them 4-0. The Hawks have the magic on the brink of elimination. And the Lakers are tied with the New Orleans Hornets, which is a surprise for a lot of people. But Chris Paul's been playing lights out, as usually. Had a triple-double last night, and they won. Independent Jam tickets go on sale at 10. And once again, Independence Jam, Oceanside Amphitheater, great place to see a show. That is going to go on sale at 10 o'clock. So you have about 50 minutes before they go on sale. Going to want to get in on it, man. Independence Jam is always a good time. And it's a good, good lineup this year. Great lineup on the main stage. Cold War Kids, Leaky Lee, Peter Bourne and John, Band of Skulls, Everest. So it's going to be good. Silent Comedy is on the Casbah stage with a soft pack.
Crocodile, Surfer Blood, Heavy Hawaii. So it's a good show. It's starting at 10 o'clock. They go on sale. What do I need to tell you? Sienna's sister just got back from Baltimore. Yeah. Had lots of Maryland crab. Yeah, sure did. Back all happy. Your mom made an Easter basket. Uh-huh. I want an Easter basket still. I didn't get one. You didn't get one? No. Did you, Jay? Yeah. Your wife made you an Easter basket? Of course. Todd got one. You made it? I had football in it and some candy. My wife's busy. I didn't get one either. I didn't give one. I didn't give one. You didn't give one? I gave one to my niece. You're supposed to give one to Matt. Your BFMC. Your boyfriend, Matt Combs. He's not a child. No, but it's sweet. It means you love him. Yeah. It doesn't mean I love him any less. No, it means you don't love him. If you don't give him one, it means you don't love him at all. So you guys are not loved by your wives. Apparently, that's the deal. Apparently not loved. They are wives. Do not love us. Do not love. They love you. Seems a little wasteful to me. Mine have a favorite candy in it. I got a shirt. I got a cool shirt.
Is it kind of an actual basket? Yeah, it was actually in the little baskets. Then what do you do with the basket afterwards? We use it every year. You make kimono purses out of it. I guess so. All the baskets go back in the Easter box and go up in the air. You make Easter basket pants with it. Y'all don't throw them ribbons away either. We'll save them. Yeah, after the dog chokes on them, I want to reuse them for it. Melt. Melt. We're trying to get healthy. We don't need any more extra sugar and candy around. Neither one of us. We were offered a giant box of treats last night from Matt's sister. She didn't want them in the house, and we didn't want them either. Matt didn't want them. I feel you. Yeah, but they don't have to be candy in the basket. They could be goodies. Granola bars? It's a little hypocritical. We don't really celebrate Easter, so it's like, why should we really get baskets? You know what I would like right now? I would like a mounds. That's an almond joy. Almond joy has nuts. Mounds don't. Mounds don't. Because. Man. Sometimes you feel like it is. Sometimes you don't. Speaking of candy, Sienna, why don't you tell that story about your buddy with the kid? No. Don't do as I say. Not as I do. I was on the phone with one of my friends who has a four-year-old. And a little while through the conversation, I kept hearing her daughter talking in the background. And I was like, what is she saying? She said, oh, she keeps asking for a bite of my candy. I have some licorice. And they were in the car. And I was like.
So, you know, are you going to give it to her? And she said, no, she's not allowed to have any candy. And I was like, and you're just sitting there eating it in front of her. And she's like, what she said was, well, candy's not for kids because, you know, it's bad for their teeth. They still have growing teeth and, you know, they're still growing and I'm fully grown and I'm developed and whatever. It's fine for me to have it. I can do whatever I want. She doesn't eat candy all the time, but she said, you know, I'm an adult. I should be able to. And kids need to know that they don't get to be. you know, treated the same in all situations. You have a glass of wine. You're not going to give a glass of wine to your kids. Exactly. There's some things that are for adults. Yeah, but kids can't buy wine. Right. They can buy games. You can tell kids they can't watch certain movies. You can pretty much, you're a parent. You can tell them what they can and can't do. Yeah, but you shouldn't be eating, like, that's different candy. You're monstrous if you do it in front of them. If you're doing it in front of them, A is mean. Yeah. You know, it's like, ooh. Snickers is friggin' good. Well, if you're taunting them. Well, what if you order a lobster dinner and you get them chicken fingers? Like, they don't always get what adults get. They don't want lobster. They want candy. They might have whatever you're having. Yeah, what if they say, I want lobster? And they want candy. You're a kid. You're a kid, no. But you know they want candy.
They don't want candy unless you're having it and you get to say, this is for adults. This is a privilege that I have. Yeah, this is adults only candy. No way. Daddy, I want a beer. Sorry, you can't have a beer. You're not of age. So if you're getting a shrimp dinner. and your son wants a shrimp dinner and says, you know, it's 15 bucks, you're not going to get it for him? No. Well, if you don't feel, if you think that's too expensive. No. I would totally get it for him. I'm not going to get a shrimp dinner for my kid if I had to waste it. I have gotten a shrimp dinner. Me too. You go skin a deer before you would pay. This is not true because Finn and I, we all went out to eat and it was a shrimp dinner. And it was like, it was expensive. How old is Finn? He was probably 11. Okay. That's a little different than a four-year-old. Well, I mean, a shrimp. Still. At that age, they know what they like. A four-year-old doesn't know. Jenna wants shrimp. She wants mussels. She loves stuff like that. She loves crab. But you're going to tell her, no, you're going to have the chicken fingers. You can let her get what she likes and then try some of yours and then maybe next time. But lobster for a four-year-old? Never.
Jasper loves sushi as well. Happy birthday, Jasper. But no, I shouldn't get it for him. You guys, they're allowed to have what they want. They're allowed to have whatever you give them. They're going to give them a smaller kid-sized portion, but you're going to get it for them if that's what they want. I think Lauren and I came from the same type of family. Where it was like, hey, look, you're a kid. We're an adult. My mom had a sign up in the kitchen that said you have two choices for dinner. Take it or leave it. Wow. If you have five kids and you start individually catering to, you like this, so you get this. But the lesson is you get whatever you want. You're not individually catering to your child if you go out to dinner and they say, I want shrimp. You're like, oh, okay, let them get what they want. Happy birthday. On my birthday, I was allowed to get whatever I wanted. What? When I went out to dinner, there was a couple choices on the kids menu and I got what those choices were. Or I got a little bit of what my mom had. I did not get whatever the heck I wanted. I think that makes sense. It teaches your kids. That's different though than the candy thing. The candy, she's doing it for a reason. Yeah, if she wants her kids to not have sugar.
my kid's four, his teeth are still developing, yet I'm going to feast on candy in front of him. That's kind of lame. Okay, well, let me be devil's advocate to that. What if you do say to your kid, and let me walk through the whole process and then you knock it down, but what if you do say to your kid, listen, mom has a glass of wine, you don't have a glass of wine, and your kid fires back with, well, you have to be 21 to drink wine, and I'm not 21. Well, can't you say, well, it's still an adult thing. Candy's not an adult thing. Candy is not an adult thing. Candy is whatever age the parent decides they want. Candy is marketed to little kids. It's like stealing candy from a baby. Stealing candy from a baby.
It'll say it's like stealing candy from an adult. It's like stealing candy from wood. Why is obesity such a problem in young kids? Because we just pop them in front of the TV and just let them sit there. And we give them candy whenever they want it? My entire life? No, not whenever they want it. But they should be allowed to have some. Yes, on special occasions. They should be allowed to have some when the parent decides it's okay for them to have candy. Wow, monster. Not monster. Jay has good genetics, man. Jay will talk about the whole obesity thing, and he's got great genetics to be thin. It's not an obesity thing, letting your child have candy every once in a while. There is too much sugar for a four-year-old to have candy. No one's going to let their kids eat candy all the time, because yes, there is an obesity problem in America, but on Halloween, on Easter weekend, they should be able to have some candy in their basket and not get questioned and harassed for eating candy. Parents shouldn't be policed if they don't want their kid to have sugar. They shouldn't have sugar either. No, they're an adult. They're making their decisions. So do as I say but not as I do. Absolutely. That's not a good way to... Did your parents not give you some do as I say, not as I do? Yes.
Of course. To be a parent. It's different. Candy's different. What's good for an adult is not always good for a child. Thank you. What's good for the goose isn't always good for the gander. And I think it's up to, I would never question any parent if they're like, hey, I'm like, if that's what you want to do. I would laugh in your face. M1. You'd be laughing alone. I know. M1 Sasquatch from San Diego, what was the word of the day? Crab. That's right. Crab. Crab was the word of the day. Crab. Got yourself a UFC 129 pay-per-view and a pair of tickets to Kid Rock and Cheryl Crow at Cricket. Hang on. Cricket. Cricket. It's Crab. It's Crab. I don't think I mentioned this to you guys. So random. I'm on the airplane going to Hawaii and I hear Mikey. And I look up and it's one of the people that used to work at Clear Channel. No, you didn't tell us. It was an old station. Yeah, she gave me a big old hug. It was super cool. On the same plane. Who was it? Uh-oh. What'd she look like? Pretty. Blonde. Oh, I know her. Upstairs. Cool office. Yeah, I know her. Upstairs. Really cool office. Sheridan office with another lady. Why am I not just saying it then? Because if I'm trying to... I know who it is. I fantasize about every pretty blonde and clear channel. The NTR ladies. Super cool. Yeah. Very friendly. Every blonde and clear channel. I know her. I know her. I had a fantasy about her. I know her. I touched her with my eyes. Not...
with my lips. I like to look, but I don't like to touch. You don't like to touch? Well, I do, but I ain't allowed. I want to. Help me. I don't. I'm repulsed by touching. Just help me. Help me with a word I'm coming up with here. You mean help? Yes, help. I look and I'm happy, but if I touch, I throw up. No, you don't. Yeah, I get sick to my stomach. You were just saying that because the microphone's on. I look, I'm like, ooh, good. And then if I accidentally go like this, I'm like, bleh. My hands catch on fire. My hands catch on fire. You just grabbed fake boobs in there. I cupped them. You cupped them. I cupped them, and then I got sick. No, you didn't. Made me barf. And I thought, from now on, I just look. Yeah, I'll be like, first time it happened, I was like, well, that tells me I better just look, because I don't like touching. Who are those boobies? Like, one time, I saw this girl with a nice fanny. A fanny? Oh, okay. And I'm looking at her fanny. Tush. Go on. Tush. Bottom. Tush. Gluteus maximus. Tile. Tile. And I saw it. Honey. I saw it. I saw it. Yeah. Walked up to it. Nice beaver. Jay, finish your thought. Jay. I can't. I can't. I can't. Your head up. Help me. So I saw it. Yeah. Walked up to it. What'd you do? Put my hand right on it.
Oh. And what happened? I threw up all over it. All over it. I got poisoned. Made me so grossed out. You weren't grossed out. I'm poisoned. Hit me. Hit me. Hit me. Hit me. Hit me with a golf club. Hit me. Somebody bang me over the head with a golf club? Let's play some Nintendo. What's a golf club? It's like a golf club. Oh, sorry. Golf. Yes, Jay. Don't get mad because I'm correcting you. Well, anyway, I can look at a fine looking woman and I love it. But if I ever touch it. I'll explode. I explode. My eyes explode. My tongue turns into lava. Lava. Larva. Larva? Like the larva that comes out of the volcanoes. Hot larva. Hot larva. Y'all ever seen that hot larva come out of a volcano? And the magnum? What is it called? The stuff that rhymes with the magnum? The red magnum that comes down and kills all the people on the island? I've seen the article, Maximum Magnum. There was recently. It was in Ellie. Ellie. Ellie magazine for girls, right? Hot.
Mountain larva. Hot mountain magma. That's right. No, magnum. Whatever. What's it called? Magnum. It's that thing that the Almond Brothers had a song about it. No, it was the Almond Brothers. The Almond Brothers. Wow. O-M-M-A-N-D. Almond. Almond. How about the other day from the couch where Jay said it was in LA Magazine? He did. That's a true story. Off the air. Off the air. We all quietly thought to ourselves, does he mean L? I looked to the sky and I said, thank you. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you so much. And we said, I don't want to record these meetings. Ellie. It was an L. An Ellie magazine. Whatever. And then you correct him. Yes. You correct him. You go, it's L. And he goes, whatever. Same thing. Same thing. Gosh. I remember when I liked you people. Freaking sticklers. But barely. You love us. It was brilliant. Hit me. Hit me. Garibishi. Garibishi. He got kicked off Celebrity Apprentice. Weird. That's a bad move. Bad move getting kicked off? No, it's a bad move for Trump, man, because people would tune in to see that guy every week. Him and Meatloaf. Is there anyone worse than Meatloaf? So...
A friend of mine was telling me about, I don't watch Liberty Apprentice. Do you watch it, Sienna? No, I've seen the people interviewed talking about it and stuff. Apparently, Meatloaf had a meltdown. He was, he and Gary Beershey were at a Michaels. The craft store. The craft store. And Meatloaf, they're buying paint supplies. And Meatloaf. Walks by Gary Busey's basket and sees a bag full of what he believes is his stuff. And he's like, he's getting more and more worked up. He's walking away. And he walks over and he looks in Gary Busey's and he sees the bag with his stuff. And he's like, it's mine. And he's like, he doesn't know what to do. And finally, he just, they have to bleep him. He loses it. And he's like, motherfucker. And he just bleep, bleep, bleep. And he's flipping out, right? And one of the other guys on Celebrity Apprentice. finds a bag in Michael's and they go, hey, meat. Is this your stuff? Hey, meat. Hey, meat. Mr. Loaf. Is this your stuff? And he walks over and he looks in it and he's like, takes it away all mad. Yanks it. It's incredible. And I'm just like, I just, I was thinking the whole thing and I go, imagine back in the day, meatloaf is at the height of meatloafism.
Paradise by the Dashboard Lights is just kicking. It's like the day after Paradise by the Dashboard Lights is the biggest hit in the world. And his agent, Maury, calls him and goes, hey, listen, Meat. You listen to me, Meatloaf. Meatloaf Conroy. Meatloaf Goldman. I want you to know that we are numero uno, kid. You did it. We did it. We are number one with a freaking bullet. Now, I also want to tell you, 20 years from this date, you'll be arguing with Gary Busey in a Michaels over paint supplies. Over coffee paint. On a show that Donald Trump has. Poor Meat. Meat. Meat. He's the worst. Meat, how you doing, baby? It's Maury. Listen.
I just talked to Brenda, and we're shipping 20,000 copies to MTV. You're in the money. Paradise by the Dashboard Lights just shipped 20 units to Price Club. And by 20, I mean 20,000 units to Price Club. Sam's Club just asked for a new. They are overstocking you. Forbes Magazine just made a list of the worst cars on the road. Is yours one of them? We'll tell you next. I think that people are going to like this. The Mikey Show. It's a good time, you know what I mean? Call 570-1949 or text 949mikey at gmail.com. I would get drunk and steal random stuff. Woods. Oh, I want filth. I want straight filth as filthy as it can get. Sienna. Mine are always crying. I'm a crier. And Jay. I have a pond. I built a pond in my yard. On FM 94.9. Whoa. Water for Elephants was not the number one movie over the weekend. That's so weird. That is a shock. I can't believe it. You know what was for the second weekend in a row is another movie that I have seen, and that movie is the animated parrot movie. No kidding. You guys, it is so good. Yeah. Rio the Parrot movie? Yes, it's great. Anne Hathaway is one of the voices. Lauren's favorite. They made $26.8 million over this last weekend, which means they became the top grossing film of 2011. Parents just like to keep their kids quiet for two hours? It's Easter weekend, family weekend. You go see a family movie. Mike, so I think what she's saying is a Dracula that drops out of veterinary school in the Great Depression.
To join the circus. That wasn't number one. It will be. Robert Pattinson is not a Dracula. He played a vampire. He's a Dracula. In that Dracula series. Vampire. I'm sure people are really stoked on period pieces from the Depression with vampires that drop out of veterinary school to join the circus. He's not a vampire in that movie. Sounds fascinating. I'm fascinated. Why are you guys so jealous of Robert Pattinson? Blah, because I can see through him. Yeah, I'm jealous of him because I can read books through his face. No. His body is like cold stone. You can't see through him. Yeah, you can put the newspaper behind his belly and read it. You need to get your vampire facts straight. His arm is like looking at a spring roll from a Vietnamese restaurant. No, opposite. He's like stone cold. No, he has julienned carrots and other veggies in his arms. No. Wrapped up in his arms. With duck sauce. You dip his arm in plum sauce. His skin sparkles in the sunlight like diamonds.
Water for elephants actually didn't even get it. Like water for elephants. Water for elephants didn't even get it. Like chocolate for elephants. Yes. Eat to mama, Tom elephants. You guys are so jealous of us. Wait, wait. It's elephant a lot. Chocolat. Chaka elephant. It's gangs of water for elephants. Gangs of water for... Gangs of elephants. Water for gangs of elephants. The gangs of new elephants. Yes. Well, Rio was number one. Tyler Perry's new movie was number two. And Water for Elephants was number three. So next week it'll be number 80. It'll be number one. It'll be on DVD in three weeks. It's not already. You'll be able to catch it on demand here in about six weeks. It wasn't number one because people just expected it was going to be sold out. And so they were like, I'll wait until it calms down a little bit. I have to let the lines lay down.
Yep, exactly it. Sure to be playing on planes along with all the other top movies that they decide to play on planes. It looks great. If you want to see it, just go to a Hilton and check in and get it on the TV. For $16.95. For $16.95. I'm going to see it. Where? At the W Hotel? No, at AMC. American Airlines Flight 672. So Fiji. It has to be an... It can't be an intercontinental flight. It has to be out of the country. If you go to Fiji, you can see water for elephants. For chocolate. Reese Witherspoon's in it, too. She looks great. She's got a curly bob. Super. Super. Curly bob. Yeah, see? Why'd you drop out of school, see? Because I want to join the circus. Why do you want to join the circus? See, you had a good career. Yeah, but if I join the circus, I get both of them. Blah. Blah. Why don't you come up and see me sometime? Listen to me here. Blah. Stop, he doesn't say blah. Hey, Dracula, why did you drive out of school? I'll tell you why, because I wasn't getting challenged in veterinary school, blah. So I decided to join the circus where I could still work on animals, blah. Sounds like a great career choice. Well, listen, blah. If I do this, perhaps we fall in love and we travel together on the circus. Why can I see through your skin, see? Because I'm a vampire, see? That's not a trait of a vampire. Why are you translucent, see? Because I'm a Dracula, see, blah. That is not a trait.
Where do you live, see? Somewhere in Portland, blah. Forks. Fox, Oregon, blah. Fox you. Fox me, Fox you. You guys are so dumb. I'm going to get him. Why do you hate Robert Pattinson? I don't hate him. He makes billions of dollars. Tell you what about Robert Pattinson. What? Guy's career's over. No, it's not. He's done. He's Kramer. Listen. You guys are wrong. He's Kramer. He's Kramer. Listen, bro. Just start studying for Twilight 9 now. No. He looks completely different in that movie. No, he doesn't. You guys. Exactly. And he's butt white. It looks like Jacob. Where is he? Jacob. He's Edward. It looks like Edward Cullen. went to Hawaii for a couple weeks. Yes, exactly. Same hair. Same guy. And he's got a British accent. He's not Dracula. Same Dracula voice. Blah. It's not the same. Blah, elephants. Pardon me. I have a British accent in this movie. He's there to attract a female audience and we will see him as a hottie forever. That's right. I'm going for that reason only. In what movies has he been to attract a male audience? What do you mean? None.
It doesn't matter. Guys go see certain actors because they're cool. And women do too. Nothing wrong with that. Yeah, but you know what? When... What's his name? Who's the guy from Love Actually? Hugh Grant. When that dude opens a movie, they open pretty big. They used to. Woods is the only guy who's a big fan of Hugh Grant movies. No, I like Notting Hill. That's it. I'm going to take a bunny trail real quick. I'm going to go way off track here. And Woods, you're going to say it's not just them, but specifically women. Because my wife downloaded stuff for her iPad. And she watched Notting Hill 75th time. Rough estimate. She has seen Notting Hill 75 times. I've never seen Notting Hill. It's a great movie. She says I would like it. And I know I wouldn't like it. You would. I wouldn't like it. He's self-deprecating. He's funny. There's a funny roommate. I won't like it. You'll like it. I'll hate it. You won't. No, you'll see. I think guys can see themselves in him. Sure.
He dates, he's an everyday Joe and a rich movie star falls in love with him. Famous woman. Alec Baldwin is in it. He's brilliant. He loves transvestites. And she messes with him, you know. Yeah, she's messing with his heart. You've been there. You love it. I'm going to watch it today. Do it. You'll love it. I bet, and we'll report tomorrow at this time, I bet I don't like it. And I'll be honest with you. You'll enjoy it, dude. I'm telling you. If I don't like, I'm going to go into it with an open mind and that I'll give you a promise on. And so if I come in tomorrow morning at 942 and I say, I liked it. I'll say I liked it. Should we get some Mickey D's and go make that red? Oh, boy. I thought you were on a diet. I'm not going to do that to myself. And I have to go to Henry's for eight hours. Why'd you just wink at me? I find it. Why are you crossing your fingers behind your back? You will be at Henry's for eight hours, by the way. My wife sent me a grocery list for Henry's. It's seven pages long. Sorry, eight and a half pages long. It is not. It's just a couple things. I will put the words in your mouth. Let your voice be heard on The Mikey Show now. Why don't you tell him the whole story? Time to wake up, sir. Call 570-1949. I just bought a bag of donkey food at Costco. Burrow. Yeah, burrow food. I just bought a 50 pound bag of burrow food at Costco. From Petco. From Petco. And I was taking it home to feed the burrow. Samuel. The burrow was in the back seat being a little unruly. I was distracted. The burrow was trying to bite into the bag. Yeah. From the back seat. From his burrow chair. You're just trying to get. His burrow safety seat. It's a burrow safety seat. Was he painted as a zebra? Yeah. Smuggle him. And so he was sitting in his burrow seat with his arms through the thing. He was going... Trying to bite the bag. But I hit the guy. I hit this older gentleman.
And his older wife in front of me. They were in their car, right? They're in their car. Hope so. And we both got out. And he looked at the back of his car. And there was nothing really wrong. And he said, you're a very lucky young man today. He did? Yeah. And he was right. Did you apologize? Of course I did. Profusely? Yes. What was the first thing that you said when you got out of the car? I said, I was, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Because I hit the first little fender bender I got into. I hit an older couple. And I was with my ex-boyfriend at the time. I was like, I don't know, maybe 21. And I got out and I went, is there any damage? And he goes, is everyone okay? Like, more importantly, the first thing I thought was, is there any damage? What's this going to cost me? Yeah, terrible. Are you going to sue? Hey, old man, are you going to sue me? Your hip was already broken, right? No, I was, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. But it did a little bit of damage the front of my car. Not much, but I noticed radiator fluid just a little bit on the driveway. Makes you feel so stupid. Were you shaking like the rest of the day? I get so scared. If I get a near accident, I'm so shooken up. I was mad at myself. You get mad at you? Yeah, you did that. Jay, on the way to Anniversary Bash, right? It's going to cost me $100 deductible. Yeah, I rear-ended a car that re-ended a car.
So on and so on. Is that whole thing over now? Yeah, actually, nothing really happened. I mean, nobody else's car had damage to it. Not even Kim's, so it's weird. I take the car to BMW Encinitas, but I just, in my head, I'm a procrastinator, and I go, you know, and I know the process. It's about a five-minute process. I don't want to deal with the five minutes. I know. But you love the guys over there. I don't want to deal with five minutes of a process. That's how regimented I am in my day. There's got to be a burrito place close by there, right? There is, actually. There's a taqueria across the street. I live over there now. If there's a taqueria across the street, you're fine. There's a pinata factory, guys. Yes, yes. I'll go over and I'll... But you've seen how those are made like a hundred times. You've got to do something different, right? Mike, how many times can you tour? A piñata factory. Yeah. Actually, you lead the tour. Yeah. Aren't you leading the tour? Do the tour in your sleep. Yeah, don't you do the tour in your sleep. You've even seen the tour of the sticks that are manufactured to hit the piñata. Piñata crackers is what they're called. What do you use? Doesn't everybody use a broomstick? A bat. A bat. No, a bat's too much, isn't it? Too short. Too easy. No, you use a bat. I've used a bat. I've used a broomstick. A wiffle ball bat. A wiffle ball bat.
Take forever, a wiffle ball bat. I've always used a broomstick so you have range. A little something in it. Yeah? And then it goes up and down. There was a comedian yesterday where I spoke. It was pretty funny. He was talking about pinatas and talking about the signs on the freeways with the Mexicans running across the street. Have you seen those? Mm-hmm. You haven't seen those yet? I don't think so. Are they still up? I feel like they're down. I feel like I haven't seen one in a long time. Are they racist? They probably took heat, right? Yeah. Are they racist? Well, they're close to the border. The implication, I guess, is that it was people trying to... Yeah, it's just people. Because it's just silhouetted. There's not a lot of parking over there, so I think a lot of people... park across the freeway and run to the beach with the implication that it was supposed to be like, oh, you're talking about illegals trying to run around because it's right before you hit the border patrol. Yeah, it's not them running to the beach, though. It's them running across that road. I think it's supposed to mean watch for families running across the road. What person in their right mind is going to run their family across the road? I don't think that's what they're for. Oh, they are. They're by the border.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. But also up in Orange County by that border patrol stop. It's like right before that. But why is it by a border? It's for illegals that are running. But it's also, I'm saying it's also near where there's not a border. It's a county line. I see what you're saying. It's a county line. I see what you're saying. Oh, wait a minute though. I just thought it through. Because what she's saying is, you know, they're up by... As you pass way past Camp Pendleton. Yeah, up by Trussell. Exactly. And I think Border Patrol is there because it's a county line, but I don't know. Well, maybe the deal is that people would get scared and let the illegals out. And the illegals would want out before they got to the Border Patrol crossing. And they would have to go somewhere, so they would run across the freeway. They're there for a reason, and that's why they're by the Mexican-American border, you know. The first time I ever saw. Mexican-Americans don't like to just get into gang fights. They like flowers and music, and white girls named Debbie too. That's true.
That is true. The first time I ever saw them was when I had moved up here and I went to take a trip up to Laguna Beach and I assumed it meant watch out for people running across the street. And only recently since I've lived here have I heard, oh no, you don't know what that really means. It's true. Hi, Hillary. Hi, guys. How you doing? I'm great. What do you got coming up?
