Bless you, LLB. I got it. Yeah, I did it. I know. I know it. I hate it when people do that to me. When I'm about to have a great sneeze, somebody goes, God bless you. And then it's over. It's done. You can't sneeze at that point. 570-1949 is our number. Mikey's show's on the air. And today's Tuesday. You can call us. And you can also text us, 949mikey at gmail.com. My name is Mikey. I'm the host of the show. I'm wearing a green D-shirt. Woodsy is our sports guy. He is 35. Today he's got on a white V-neck. Brian is the blonde girl to my right who, much like a girl that does not like, well, this is the harsh way of saying it, but much like a girl with an eating disorder, doesn't realize that she takes great pictures. She takes great pictures. And we told her that yesterday, and she goes,
Do you mean that ugly one? And we're like, what are you? She's crazy. What are you? Crow's feet just popping out. Oh, my gosh. You're looking at the wrong picture. Sienna is our news girl furiously highlighting things as we speak. Oh, yeah. She's ready to go. She's our freckled. 26-year-old news girl. Bring on the biggins. And she's got a great voice. I love the sound of her voice. I could listen to her. I wish that Sienna would do books on tape. Thank you. Even though tape doesn't exist really anymore. Nobody would buy it, Sienna, because nobody buys books on tape anymore. Now they buy books on CD. Books on podcast. That's right. Jay is our producer, and he is really on one today. Already. He has something. prepared for Woods. And, you know, they have a very brother-like relationship. You know, they would kill for each other, but they also would kill each other. Stepbrothers. Yeah. So, that's coming up in just a little bit. Woods' integrity being called into question a bit by Jay, and we'll discuss. Well, we'll discuss. Such a turd. And our phone screener is Chris. It's cross! Yeah, it's cross. Now, the word of the day is stick. When you hear me use the word stick,
All you need do is give us a call and be caller number 9 at 570-1949. I'll use that word stick and you will win a pair of tickets to Kings of Leon. Now, our phones are open to you. 570-1949. Why? Because at the beginning and end of every show, we allow you, the listening audience, to call us, The Mikey Show, and ask us anything you want. Discuss anything you want. Bring up anything you want. Or talk about anything you want. It's an open forum. You cold woods? You have a blanket around you. Oh, that's so sweet. It gets really cold. First thing on our docket this morning is the... Well, first of all, I need to tell you this. We talked yesterday about a guy who wants to go out into the ocean.
And find Osama bin Laden's body. And we are going to talk to that guy on the air this morning. Yep. His name is Bill Warren. He's 59 from California. And he's a salvage diver. He has found more than 200 ship wrecks, you know, underwater. And he knows what he's doing. And he wants to go find Osama bin Laden. Now, I think that this is a harebrained idea. You hear of a needle in a haystack real good? Yeah, that's what I think. And so I want to see what his, he's obviously got to have some kind of answer for that. He's got to have some kind of thought on that. And so let's let him tell us. He'll call us at 730. We'll find out how he plans to find the body of Osama bin Laden. He has a plan, that's for sure. And he's planning on spending $400,000 to do it. Set and sail for two weeks in July. It's a lot of money. Yeah. Yes, it is. M1, Nubian Prince from Otay Mesa. Hello, Bree. Hi, Nubian Prince. How are you guys doing this morning? Good. How are you? Hey, man, that dude sounds pretty interesting. I want to hear about that today. 730, bro. Okay, cool. Hey, question for you guys. What do you guys think about, I'm going to be doing this real soon, but I'm going to possibly be asking my girl's dad for her hand in marriage.
Yeah! Spread the word! Oh, wow, LLB. Oh, wow, LLB. Oh, wow. I'll spread the word, LLB. I want to get you guys a take about it. Like, doing the traditional thing and, you know, just kind of dropping the bomb on Dad. And, you know, is that something that we would do normally now? Oh, yeah, of course. Yes, of course. Very respectful, right? Yeah, it's timeless. Okay, cool. Okay, just want to make sure I'm on the right track right now. Don't show up unannounced and don't show up empty-handed. Yeah, go to dinner or lunch or ball game even. Show up well-dressed as well. Yeah, be sharp. My girl's favorite color is pink. Let me get a whole pink thing for my suit and stuff. Pink's the new white, pal. There you go. It's not. It is. Thank you. Yay! Thank you very much. M1HB from RB. What's up? Hi. I just wanted to thank you guys and 94.9 for just being who you guys all are and just for 94.9 especially for taking the Mikey show and having some awesome people on it and just for being you guys. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, HB. It's very nice of you and it means a lot to all of us. Thank you very much. That's sweet. M1Orlando from San Carlos.
Hey, Jenna's got a killer voice. What does she look like? Oh, my gosh. She's real good looking. Where does she live? Thank you. I'll tell you what she looks like. I hope my looks don't disappoint you either. She looks dry. I like to take her highlighters and sniff them. Jay, that's creepy. Sometimes I sniff the keyboard that she types on. Her fingers have touched it. Her headphones smell like her hair. I take him home with me on the weekends. I removed everything from it and I made a Sienna doll. And I tried to jump to the Grand Canyon on some springs on my shoes. The machine that I was using broke, I guess. Orlando, she's got auburn hair. She's got large natural boobs, which she talks about. She says they don't just run in the family. They gallop. And she is a very attractive girl. I'm like the old Lindsay Lohan before the problems, I like to say. That is not true. The mean girl phase. Do you want to get married for one night? Oh, wow. Wow. I don't know if my husband would like that. Her ex minor league ball playing hard ass husband. Have a good one. Thank you. Valiant effort, though. Brazen. Very brazen. Appreciate the compliment. 5701949.
Prosecutors with the Casey Anthony case may be calling their final witness, which would bring the prosecution's case to an end. And then the defense gets to get up and give their wackiness. The prosecution may rest as early as today or tomorrow. Yesterday, an FBI print examiner testified. And you know the adhesive tape that was found on little girl Kaylee Anthony's skeletal remains? Well, she said that she looked at it through all these ultraviolet lights and stuff and found that there was a heart sticker. print left in the adhesive and she had some heart stickers in a room which meant that she had a heart sticker on her face and it was went through onto the tape and when they found her a lot of time had passed but it was just something that had never been brought up before oh wow just you know it's obviously a little girl with a little heart on her face hideous mike any theories about the defense i have a theory it's it's a brazen theory yeah well they've already given their case the defense has yeah i mean they've already showed their hand what they're what yeah right what
What I am going to call is that they are going to pull the move where they welcome their defense arrests. Because they're going to say the prosecution did not prove their case. Oh, well, they could. They certainly could. Because who are they going to call? Well, they've already shown that they have this theory. Right, of the dad. And the theory is that the dad did it. But they won't put him on the stand, I don't think, because it's false. That's my theory. I may be crazy, but I really feel that that's going to go down. Well, I don't think they can. They can't put him on the stand. The dad was already on the stand. Well, that's what I'm saying. In other words, if they put him on the stand, he doesn't have to say a word for the defense. Right. You know, he can say, I plead the fifth for you. Right. You know, I talked for the prosecution. I ain't talking for you. I bet you they're going to say defense rests. Prosecution didn't prove their case. If you're just waking up from a coma and you don't know what we're talking about, it's the Casey Anthony case. Yeah. Part of the reason I think that the case is such a big deal is same as these things always are. They usually involve an attractive white girl. Yep. That's why these cases become very nationally known. And in fact, I've heard before that a lot of people in the black community kind of get ticked off because they have a lot of missing kids that you never hear about. That's sad. But anyway, the Casey Anthony case is this.
Now 25 year old woman who's very attractive, very well spoken, very articulate, very smart, who is being tried for murdering her daughter, Kaylee. And in a very surprised move in the very first day of this trial, they pulled a fast one and said, well, when we get our chance, the defense got up and said, well, when we give our chance to give our side of the story, what we're going to show you is. is that Casey was molested by her father and brother all through her life, which made her kooky. And it also made her have this sort of personality that would not talk about things when they were wrong, which is why she didn't call the authorities for 30 days when her daughter was missing. It's what she'd been taught from a young age. You be quiet. You don't say a word. And what actually happened, ladies and gentlemen, is that
Kaylee was under the care of Casey's mom and dad and drowned in their swimming pool. And Casey's father said to her, you don't say a word about this. Your mother will kill you if she finds out what a bad mom you are that your daughter drowned in our swimming pool. And we've got to take care of this. That's what they're claiming, which is really going to be something hard to prove. Hard for them to prove that. And so we'll see. They get to lay their case out probably next week. That's going to be more interesting to watch than what the prosecution has been giving. Because the prosecution has been giving real data. What we're going to hear from the defense is wacky, cockamamie stuff. And so we'll see. I made an interesting observation to my wife about the defense team.
They all look like used car salesmen. And I said, you know, I think there's something to that. I said, in order to be that kind of person that can take a case, even if you know somebody's guilty, you got to be a certain type of guy. Schleppy. Schleppy. Smarmy. Smarmy. A little bit, yeah. But not all defense attorneys are smarmy and schleppy because everybody's entitled to a fair trial. Everybody is entitled to a fair trial. And that's what gets me about it. It's so hard. Yeah. It's just that if I were going to be an attorney, I could never be a defense attorney. But, you know, whatever. You had the one woman that was like when Casey Anthony had to excuse herself because she was so upset. One of the team members of her council was a woman. And she's just like looking at her, like drawing so much attention to her. Rubbing her back. Yeah. Like making it like.
Oh, gosh, does the jury see this? Yeah. Oh, gosh. That woman is actually the woman that made me make the comments to my wife. I said, she looks like a huge car salesman. I was like, oh, this is great. Oh, she's doing great. Right, right. Now, this is what was interesting. When they showed the photographs of Kaylee that Casey had never seen before, you know, Casey's the mom, she started crying. And they eventually had to end the... The thing for the day, they had to take a break because she was too overcome with emotion. And she had this Kleenex that she was using, okay? And it was mostly being used for her nose. As she cried, she constantly... You never saw this thing go up to her eyes because you never saw any tears. It was constantly... Her nose was bright red where she had been... scraping her nose with this Kleenex. And somebody wrote in to the True TV crime channel that they're showing it on and said, wow, if she does get acquitted, she's going to have a great future with the Kleenex Corporation because they have certainly found the most absorbent Kleenex in the history of mankind because it's withstood.
Four hours of crying, and it's completely dry. Wow. Which was a true fact. You didn't see one actual tear from Casey Anthony. M1 grunting baby from Carlsbad. Hey, Mikey, I'll make this quick. When Baez, I mean, I watched the kid all day, so I watched his trial live on streaming. When this, Baez. Who's Baez? Sorry, the defense lawyer, the crazy former bikini owner's guy that is like an ambulance chaser before he took this. Never tried a criminal case. So when he said that her father did it, basically, or covered everything up, who was a former cop. By the way, a cop would know to dispose of a body. Right. So when he said that she drowned, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I'm sure you guys saw the video of her in jail when the mother said that... when all this was taking place, and before they found the body, that there was a rumor that Kaylee, the daughter, had drowned, and then Casey, the mother, says, yeah, right. So already the drowning thing was out there, and the mother laughed at it. Anyway, when Baez said, we think that, well, we're telling you that the father did it, hid the body, what they've done is shifted the burden of proof from the prosecution to themselves. And believe it or not, a lot of legal analysts think,
the only way you can go through with this is to have her on the stand. So this is basically going to be OJ trial with OJ testifying. Oh, let me tell you. Let me tell you. Let me just say this. Let me tell you this. Let me tell you. If she is on that stand and we can broadcast it, we will. Okay? Because let me tell you something. That will be the most compelling audio because She is good. She's really, really good. She's probably one of the best liars I've ever witnessed, and I've seen some good ones. They will tear her apart. The prosecution are professionals at dismantling. Those cops sucked. The cops that I saw interrogate her sucked, in my opinion. You know, I'm a talk show host, and I was pausing it as I was watching it with my wife going, Stop it. Don't. Don't say that. Don't do that. Shut up, please. But the prosecutors aren't like that. They're better than that. They're good. And so they'll know when to shut up. They'll know how to ask a question and then let her unravel herself. Dig herself in a hole. Yes. And it's always the worst thing in the world.
for the person that's on the defense to get on the stand. It's the worst thing in the world. If you didn't know that, I want to tell you. It's the worst thing in the world to get on the stand. The best thing to do is never get on the stand, let your defense take care of it, and make them prove that you did it. Never get on the stand. But what he's saying, and I appreciate the phone call, is that the way they've framed it, the only thing they can do is put her on the stand. And if they do, it will be... The biggest audio ever. He's right. It'll be the OJ trial with OJ actually on the stand, which is what everybody wanted. We'll see. We'll see what happens. Big Padre win last night, huh? Absolutely, man. They brought this rookie up, Anthony Bass, making his Major League debut in Coors Field. Went out through five strong innings. They got the win. Heath Bell got the save in the 17th. So, hey, your first day out as a big leaguer. Gets you a win. Here he is talking about it after the game cut one. I was relieved. Really happy. You know, really happy. By the way, very different voice than Lance Bass, which I do much. I got a chance to go out there and pitch, you know, here. And, you know, fortunately he came out with a win. So I was really happy. Well, good for you. Yeah. Good for you. What's that like?
And then Plaxico Burris is out of jail. He is, man. Served 20 months in jail. Carried a handgun into a nightclub. Shot himself with said handgun. And now, since getting out of jail, he does want to help kids and teach them the dangers of carrying handguns. I made a bad decision. And it can all be taken away from you so quickly. Literally in the blink of an eye. And you have to be cognizant of every decision that you're making. And every decision that you make poses a consequence. It's a good message. Yeah, it is. It is. And it's a good message. So we have the deep sea diver. What's his name? On at 730 this morning. Jay got him. Bill Warren. Bill Warren. He's going to take an underwater submersible or he's going to dive. I'll ask him. And he's going to try to find bin Laden's body. I'm not really sure what he thinks. Bin Laden's going to be down there floating at the bottom of the ocean. With a turban and a beard. Yeah. With his arms crossed over his chest. Bill Warren. I am here. He's spending $10,000 a day renting a ship in India and then $1,000 daily charge for a remote-controlled submarine. Yeah, it is. Wow. Gas prices. Where are we? Are we up? Are we down? We're going down. Right now, it's the lowest since March.
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County fell on Sunday for the 37th consecutive day, decreasing another half cent. Right now it's $3.93. $3.93. Yeah. Wow. That almost got up to five bucks a couple of years ago. You'll remember people were siphoning gas out of other people's cars. It was like a big thing. Jay. I ain't going to pay for it. I'll make my own petrol. I'll steal it. Petrol. Yeah, I got dinosaurs saved up from the Jurassic era. I used Grassoline. Yeah, I used Grassoline. So anyway, yesterday Gene Simmons was on the Today Show. Dude's been married to Shannon Tweed. Or not married, sorry. Dude's been with Shannon Tweed now for a really, really long time. They're not married. And I've always heard that the rap on that was, hey, listen. You know my bit. I like other girls. That's what I've always heard, but maybe not. The news today is that there was a real uncomfortable moment yesterday on the Today Show between Shannon Tweed and Gene Simmons. Because apparently, as they're doing the interview, they show them some photos, or they're showing a scene of her seeing some photos of Gene Simmons with some girls.
That's crazy, because yesterday we were watching that. We didn't have the volume up. I was looking at them, and I said their body language was they hated each other. And that was the thing. That's the thing today, Jay. The whole headline is the body language was... Yeah, I know. Jay called it. Weird. So smart. Dr. Phil. Body language expert. I tell you what. I'm like your body. Used to work for the FBI. Just one more thing I'm good at. So anyway, we'll give you that audio next. You'll hear why she was... What she saw that ticked her off. She didn't exactly give them to me. She was far craftier than that, which is why I loved her. She had this whole method. She'd plant some circus animal cookies on her dresser, and then she'd send me on a decoy mission to go get something for my quote-unquote forgetful old grandmother. Then, to distract Mom, she'd create a diversion. To buy me some time, she'd really milk it, too, so I could pop the cookies in my mouth and quietly let the pink frosting dissolve on my tongue. It was all kind of genius, or at least I thought it was, until my mom became a grandma herself. A crafty grandma. That's when I realized that mom was in on it all along. Now, so am I. And my daughter thinks the whole thing is just awesome. Mother's cookies. There's a memory. Hi, would you like to try VitaFusion fiber gummies? The new, better way to take your fiber? With Band of Horses Cricket on September 4th. Welcome to the Mikey Show. Numbers 5701949. This was yesterday on the Today Show. Gene Simmons and his now girlfriend of 155 years, Shannon Tweed. Gene Simmons of the legendary rock band Kiss says he has been happily unmarried to Shannon Tweed for more than 26 years. But in season 6 of the hit reality series Gene Simmons Family Jewels, it looks like trouble. In their unconventional paradise. I was just going to show you the fun you had. And I want you to know how much fun I had. She's showing him photographs. Him, I guess, with other girls. Enjoying the photos. And I'm... Yeah, but that's just... We just went for... I know. We just... I'm sick of hearing it. I'm sick of seeing it. And I'm sick of living with it. I have no idea. Listen, I never met these girls before. They were there. Jeannie, please don't play me for a fool. The God of Thunder is being referred to as Jeannie. Now they're back in the studio. Again, as Jay said yesterday, the body language between the two of them is not good. She looks upset, and Gene Simmons looks upset. In the studio, I gotta tell you folks, I've had you both on many, many times. We love you guys, but this concerns me.
This is, you're in deep pookie, Gene. Kill me now. So, Gene, what you just said, that you didn't know those girls except for from that photo? Please. What he means is he doesn't know their name. It was a business dinner. You should always have flowers on the table. This is a nice day today. Did you notice? Here's the thing. You guys have been together 26 years. 28. That's the last two were a bitch. I talked to Gene Simmons one time and he told me that he has never done drugs. I have never done drugs. And that he is not a drinker. He will occasionally have a sip of some sort of alcohol. His deal has always been women. Shannon Tweed knows it. It's not like it's a surprise. But you knew...
didn't you know what you were getting to shannon i mean the rock stars tell me you know what your mate tells you to be true right if somebody tells you something you believe them or you don't believe them right and you go forward right okay right positioning my microphone is that what you're doing yeah okay um well then what are you guys gonna do about this you're gonna what am i gonna do yeah shannon what's he gonna do even one could answer that go ahead Well, it's clear that men... Please don't lump yourself in with other men are good. So happy to be here. There's some really good ones over there on that couch I'd like to get a hold of. Have a minute. You have bad breath? I think so. Just kick somebody with it down. So we're going to see in this whole new series, this relationship unraveling, right? To this point. Well, it's pretty much unraveled. Did you have a fling with those girls or was it just a picture? It's a fling with many girls. Well, you're with them. You complain about it. Sounds like not anymore. She's stuck around for 26 years. Are you sticking around for 26 years? 28 years. 28 years. Are you sticking around 28 years? What's the matter with you? Did you?
We you know if somebody look they're taking our photo right now I've never seen those two girls before until We called them no, I didn't call them the you know our your people our people called them There were lots more there were 10 of them at the table I was finishing off a real estate deal And you need girls for that. I mean, who doesn't need girls to sell a house? Well, actually, that's profoundly true. So what did you tell him, Shannon? What did you say? It was Gene Simmons. You notice Gene Simmons sounds like somebody's grandpa now? Yeah. That's actually profoundly true. They're both so rubber-faced. What did you say? In that scene, you said you were going to go, what's the status right now of you guys? Well, you'll see. I don't give away everything, but it's a bit. Didn't you know what you were getting to, Shannon? The rock star is telling me. You know what your mate tells you to be true. Same bit. Yeah, you do, but if your rock star boyfriend tells you that he's going to get strange all the time.
And not marry you. And not marry you for 28 years. What do you think? The deal. Jay could be right. I think they're playing it up. Playing it up. For their show. Ratings. Ratings are failing, I'm sure. Let's see. So, L.O.B. was doing a little thing. Here's from her recap. She says, one of the biggest problems that her and her boyfriend, Matt Commerce, BFMC, One of the biggest problems they have as a couple is something that a lot of us guys have a problem with with our girls, and that is deciding on a movie. It's almost impossible. I hate it. Well, it's nearly impossible. Unless you guys met at Comic-Con, it's nearly impossible for you to decide on a movie. Or studied abroad in Paris together. If you studied abroad in Paris together, then you probably like the same movie. Yep.
I don't know. Do you want to see La Femme Natale or should we watch? No, we've seen all of the same genres of the same kind. Let's watch C'est Emme Natale. What about Profond Concert? Fine. I concede. You win. She says we can never come to a quick agreement on one. And then her boyfriend will give in and he'll say, I don't care. I don't care what you get. And she says, don't you? Because nine times out of ten, when he lets her pick blindly, he starts loudly sighing about three minutes into it. B says he's all about the quality of acting. Easy, Stella Adler. Who is Stella Adler? She's like a famous acting coach. Easy, Dennis Miller. Stella Adler. Does he critique the actors and stuff? Always.
It's always about, he says he judges a movie by the quality of the acting within the first couple minutes. Tell me what you wanted and what he wanted. Well, you're dealing with a limited selection when you go to the Red Box, okay? You can't be super picky. And to get on IMDB on your phone and review each and every one is just not really efficient. Yeah. Okay? Yeah. And so there's a couple genres that we can agree on together. We're never going to watch a rom-com together. We're never going to watch the chick flick. I like horror films. He likes action films. So we usually come in the middle on some sort of suspenseful drama or something like that. So what did you want to see? What did he want? It's always just back and forth. So we settled on a Natalie Portman drama, which actually wasn't too bad. What was it? The Other Woman. I know. You would think that'd be more leaning towards the woman side of it, but it was definitely unisex. Did he hate it? We end up watching something where we're both kind of like, eh. The other woman? Yeah. Never heard of it. Me neither. Natalie Portman's on the cover. She's got three movies right now at Redbox. Oh, man. It's ridiculous. Aren't Redbox the crappy movies? No. It's a little dispensary. Yeah, in front of the 7-Eleven. Mm-hmm. Exactly. Does she get naked?
She's partial. Naked. I partially want to see it. She had that, the black swan, and then some, like, comedy on there. I'm like, you ever just make a lot of money? I may have gone to McDonald's yesterday. May have. You were on the phone with us. You went. Yeah. Yeah. He gets so mad. He's so mad. Yeah, you went. Yeah, you went. You're fat. What'd you get? I got a wrap. It doesn't make it okay. No, it doesn't make it okay. It felt so okay in my head. If you're going to go, go for it. Oh, no. You know what? It's like my new bit. It probably has more calories. It probably doesn't. It probably does. It probably doesn't. Go get your burger that you like if you're going to go to McDonald's. It costs less, which means it's got to have less calories. It's a tortilla with hamburger meat in it.
Wow, that does sound good. You've gotten it, Chris? It's good, right? Yeah. Small fries. Of course. Yeah, I'm on a diet. What do you want? You give Dasani water with it, too? Apple slices. It probably gives you the calorie count right there on it. I'm sure it does, Jay. Why don't you stop badgering me verbally and break out my rape whistle because of you. Admit it, I bring up food. Oh, where'd you go? I know you went there. Safety hazard. Doesn't work when you order eight of them. Sienna went to her sister Avalon's high school graduation yesterday. And she said that she felt that she was on a TV set. This is La Jolla High School. Yeah. The girls walking around, she says, were stunningly beautiful. Now listen, I've said this before. I believe.
17, 18, that age group, that's the most beautiful a girl will ever be. Now, that means at 19, she's still extraordinarily beautiful. In fact, the differences between 17 and 18 years old are minute. They're minutia. They're almost not quantifiable. And as you go, it's minutia. It's just minutia. Until you hit... A certain age in your. I don't know. Late 40s or something. Where it really changes. And it does and it's supposed to. Okay. My opinion. But I believe it's minutia. But it's 16, 17, 18 years old. That's the age. Oh wow. I disagree with what I was saying. I disagree. I believe that those are the ages. That you're supposed to. Breed.
have babies and that's why you look so good those girls looked amazing the heels that they can walk in i couldn't walk in heels like that at that age it's like they're getting better every year though and i'm like they're calling me into me in these group shots with all these seniors like no no it's okay i'm hiding behind stage i i wanted to die it was like just get me out of here even the guys were just gorgeous everything The guys too? See, I thought the guys, it took longer. No, there was one guy in particular. Sorry, Todd. I'm sorry, Todd. Todd was a part of this conversation. He admitted this guy was sharp. And I pulled my younger sister, Waverly, aside. I said, Waverly, that's the guy you want to go for. And she actually said, oh my gosh, I don't even think he knows my name. He has like a 4.5 and a full scholarship for water polo. I'm like, again, that's the guy you want to go for. Now listen. Is he 18? Yeah. Now listen to this. Sienna's s'more. That's a creepy scene. Noted. I wish I would have taken a picture of this kid. Better than Brad Pitt. He was amazing. Sienna's sister, Waverly, is of stunning beauty. Okay? She's...
stunningly pretty and she said he didn't even know who i am she said that they've had some conversations and she's always like hey hi you know and like real awkward and i'm sure he knows who she is but they don't ever talk really imagine being that guy where you go well if i wanted to oh what's this like yeah i know exactly what that's like no not not in a long time pal The girls that we went to high school with, though, you got turtleneck and L.L. Bean sweater was what you had to work with. You're like, well, there's a lot of layers here. I'm going to give you guys a tip because he was wearing this shirt that I haven't seen in a while. Oh, boy. It looked awesome. On him? You guys could wear them. I'm going to buy one for Todd. What is it? I'm a 41-year-old blimp. He had one of those old school baseball shirts that's a white shirt, but the sleeve is a color. It was green, his sleeves. You know what I'm talking about, Mike? Oh, it looks sharp. A pair of jeans and sunglasses. Yeah, except when I wear it, it looks like the Incredible Hulk is changing into the Hulk. Me too. You silly sausage. There's something in the water in La Jolla. I'm telling you. It's called money. You send these girls off to the finest boutiques. Oh, these girls. They looked...
They look like models. I went for a run on the beach in La Jolla. It looked like an episode of 90210. I was like, oh my gosh. Incredible. Didn't have it. Didn't have it in our senior class. When you were in high school, got all. I got some girls in high school. I did better in college. They drink. They don't know better. They don't know better. When I was in high school. I never made love with a girl. You know, now, of course, as a high school kid, I wanted to. Right. But I did not. Not only did I not, I simply had no shot at it. Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life. I tried. I would try my best. I would, you know, I would try to be charming. But when you are puffy. Youngster with a mullet. You don't stand a chance. You missed out on college, pal. I'm telling you. It was a fish in a barrel. Ridiculously easy. You're a tall, handsome man. You're happily married and that's all that matters. I'm just talking about the old days, L.O.B. I know you are. Made up for it. Reminiscing. I just wonder, you know, and I'm sure there's a lot of guys that wonder, well, what would that have been like to be that guy? You would have.
You killed it in college. No. Yes. Funny. You like to booze a little bit. You had a good mouthpiece. Done deal. In my college days, okay, I weighed somewhere north of 320. Okay. I'm five foot six. That's what used to happen when I would walk into a 7-Eleven. No, I didn't. And a girl was turning from getting a Slurpee. She would make that noise. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Sorry. And so my college years, it just was not going to happen. I used to wear homemade pants. Had to. Had to. My mother custom made my pants out of flannel that she bought at a fabric store. Joanne's fabric store or whatever. Joanne's fabric. She had to buy elastic. Don't shake your head at me that way, L.O.B. I'm sorry.
All right, now take that back. She had the elastic in there. Take it back. She had to use flannel sheets to make the pants. You know, did it really require us taking it that step further? I mean, hadn't I sort of set it up? King size. I mean. King size. Cow king. Do you know why I had those pants, by the way? Because I saw them. I saw that sort of look on Eddie Van Halen. Yeah. Imagine a 320 pound Mexican with a mullet and glasses. When you were a little kid, your mom used to read you the ugly duckling. Turns into a swan. No. A swan. I'm saying you've turned into a swan. Have. Yes. Yes. Look at you and your family and your beautiful kids. Just look at me. You have a life. I've truly blossomed into a swan, haven't I? You have. Well, my breasts have grown. Because you have big jugs. You have a life that anyone would die for. Now, listen, I'm happy with my life. In fact, the other day, my wife and I were talking about contentedness and feeling fulfilled.
And I said, I feel more fulfilled at this point in my life than I ever have ever in my entire life. I said, there's always something that you wish was better. If I could say, you know what? I wish this was better. You know, I wish that I was in the shape that I was in last year. I'm just not willing at this point to put forth the effort to do it. I'm just not willing to. It has to get painful. What? You were sharp. I had lost a lot of weight and I had gained a lot of muscle. And then I had surgery and I ate a lot of food. And by a lot, I mean probably like, imagine the Partridge family bus. And if you had filled that up with hamburgers. And then it made a couple round trips. You don't even eat very much. Don't. Don't. He orders a lot, but he doesn't finish anything. Guy orders for four. He likes to have like a bite of each thing. I don't move. That's the problem. And I know what's going to happen. See, I say this, then I get all these personal trainers. I've got one. I cancel with her every day. So I don't need another trainer.
I have a personal trainer. I just cancel with her every day. Thank goodness all last week I was ill. And I didn't feel bad about saying, I can't work out today. I'm sick. I'm sick. More. I'm so sorry, my friend. It's $2.99. It's less. You know when today. Yeah. Sorry about that, bro. Well, we did give away one pair of tickets to the circus, and that makes me happy. All right. So tell me about the grandparent scam, Sienna. Oh, my gosh. Now, this is something that's been going around, and it just happened to a San Diego couple. They haven't released their name, but they just lost more than $12,000 over the weekend, and they described it to investigators as 36 hours of hell. Basically, what happened was their...
nephew who they thought was in mexico according to a phone call they got anonymous person calls this couple says look um you can protect your your nephew who's been jailed in mexico you need to wire this amount of money over and uh and so they're like okay okay we'll do whatever we can to help him um usually this type of scam targets senior citizens because They're helpless and they just want to help and they have the money. So they got their first call on Friday morning. They wire over $5,600. Then they get a call again a few hours later from the same person. And no, actually, this is from a different person. I'm sorry. Claiming to be the count court clerk. And they said we need an additional $6,800 for his bail. He's been arrested. And they're like, okay, okay. So they send that over. Then they get a third call from someone claiming that he has a $2,200 hospital bill that needs to be paid. Now, by this time, the U.S. Embassy in Mexico had returned the couple's call and said, look, your nephew's fine. There's nothing like this. This isn't real. Don't give him any more money. And they had already sent $12,400 over. Happened to Woods. Yep.
What happened, Woods? My grandma, my grandma Woods, she passed away last year. But before that, somebody had called her and they said, when she answered, she's an old lady, you know, in her 80s. And she said, hello. And he goes, grandma. And she goes, yes. And he goes, do you know who this is? And she goes, it's Steven. And he goes, yeah, it's Steven. That's how he got, you know, that's how he got her. And he goes, this person said, I'm in Toronto. I've gotten in a car accident. So weird. I recruited for offices in Canada, but I never went up there. But she didn't know that. Right. So they said, this person said, I've wrecked my car. My company is going to find out about it. I'll get fired. I need your help. I need you to wire me $7,500 right now. And she's like, okay, let me see what I can do. And thank God my aunt worked for attorneys, and she didn't end up sending the money, but they called her twice. Almost got her. So freaky, dude. Did they get her LOB? No, they didn't. She said she was going to call them back, and I guess she called my... Because he said he was a...
The guy said he was her grandson. So she called my aunt first to say, look, is he in any kind of trouble or anything? First he said, this is Dennis. And she said, I don't have a grandson, Dennis. I have a Denny. And he goes, yeah, yeah, that's what I said. It's Denny. Shady, dude. Terrible. Shady. Happened to a neighbor. And this guy got in. He borrowed money from us and lied. to us, told us it was for something else. And it was one of these deals where they said, you want a car and something else. And just foolish. Just kept borrowing money from people, kept borrowing money from people, finally had to skip town. Yeah. Wow. Yeah, he borrowed money from everybody. Happened to my mom. My mom got taken for 10 grand. What? Oh my. Yeah, they took her to, and she's lucky she didn't get hurt because she was in the car with him. What? Yeah, it was years ago, back in 94. Devastating to our family. Absolutely. I've heard my dad cry twice. Once about me, you know, my drinking, and the other was that, when they got my mom. And it shook him up for multiple reasons, because one, it was like, A, she could have gotten hurt. Yeah. And B, $10,000 was practically their life savings.
It was this Mexican couple that met her in some store and told her something about they had this money, but the only way they could get it is if they had this. And so, yeah, it was terrible. Did they get the money back at all? No. Didn't find the couple? Oh, no. Oh, son of a... No, no, no. No, never. Really devastating. It's a special place in hell for people like that. I think so, too. It's a champagne room down there for people that do that to older elderly people. I got taken one time. You did? On eBay. That's shocking. On eBay, it was like I was buying this projector through the company, for the company, for the station I worked for. Went in, and they had this outside escrow company that would hold the money, and it had this elaborate website. I was new to eBay. and it says never do this but i did it yeah so and i sent it and the money and i waited for the projector waited for the projector and then all of a sudden all these people came forward that this was a fake fake website completely done up and they did all these people at once the fbi contacted me and it was like i had this giant document to fill out and never heard anything from it so um so the best thing to do is paypal right paypal is the best way to go and you need to find somebody that's got
standings already on eBay. Verified. Stars. Gold stars. If it's a CD. Alright, whatever. Something like that. Alright, it's time for Mikey Show and Tell. I love this because I get to find out stuff. And if you know stuff, call us 570-1949. Mikey Show and Tell is stuff that you have found that you want to tell people about. So you can call us and tell us 570-1949. First thing is, well, I have three things, so I'll name off real quick. I'll name off real quick. The first thing, and I may have mentioned this on the air before, but I found out from a friend of mine that's a singer that eating Lay's potato chips is a bit, it's a thing, and it works. There's something, and I guess rock stars have known about this forever and have done it forever and still do it, but they eat Lay's potato chips before they go on stage and it coats their throat with...
whatever's on the Lay's potato chips. And whatever is on the Lay's potato chips makes their voices silky smooth. Wow. Woodsy tried it, right? Tried it. Works. It worked. Felt good. Felt good. Yeah. Gets the pipes right. The second thing I want to tell you about is if you play guitar and you're anything like Woods or you're anything like me and you drop the picks, you drop picks. Settily. There's a brand of picks for $4.99 a dozen called Snarling Dog Brain Picks. You can find them on Amazon. Snarling Dog Brain Picks. They come in a tin box. And the gauge that I got was the .88 millimeter. And they have a cat's tongue on them. So they're real good to grip. You hear that? That's the pick. It's great. And you don't drop them as easy. And they're really good. And anyway, okay, then this is the main one. Everybody knows that I have an affinity for cameras. I love cameras. My favorite camera is the Panasonic Lumix. Well, they have a new one. Oh. No, I'm not getting it. Aren't you? It's a point and shoot. I'm not getting it. It's a point and shoot. Now, that's the deal. That's the deal. It's like for a point and shoot.
This thing, it takes the most incredible photo. Look at this photo. That's a point and shoot. Oh, wow. Yeah, we should put it online. What was the last picture you took? Last of the sauce weekend. Oh, okay. I may have taken, yeah. Was it a plate of food? Michelle Branch. What time did you take it? That's a true story. That's what it was. That's what it was. He saw her perform. Of course it was Michelle Branch. Anyway, okay, so this camera is a point and shoot, but it has something called a Leica lens, which is incredible. I like it. The Leica lens, and it's also an underwater camera. So you can take pictures underwater. It's 14 megapixels. It can... Be in a freezer up to minus 10 degrees. Because why wouldn't you need that? Yeah. A lot of people like to take pictures in the freezer. Yes. And so if that's you, there you go. It takes high definition movies. It's an amazing camera. What's the damage? Used 321. And they say very good condition. 321. Brand new. 599. You know me. I could never have it used because I think it was haunted. Right.
I would think that it came from the cold, dead fingers of an old woman taking pictures of, you know, her dead family members. Hello, Michael. Yes, I took photographs with this of my dear Edgar. As he looked like the guy from Seven laying in his bed. Don't get up, dear. You just stay there and I'll take photographs of you just like we did back in the 30s. Only this time I'll exact my revenge. Woodsy? Yes. I have a website that I want to talk about. And it's for anybody that loves live music like I do. I'm psychotic about this website. It's called setlist.fm. Setlist.fm. Not .com, not .org. Setlist.fm. What you can do is you can go in. If you're going to see a band, you type in the name of the band in the search box. And it'll show you their last.
every set list that they've ever done. Oh, that's cool. So you kind of know, like when I went to see Deftones, I had it ready on my phone. And I'm looking, I'm like, yep, that'll be next. Yep, that'll be next. Oh, I can go to the bathroom now. Oh, that's going to be next. Dude! It's the raddest. Give it out again. It's called setlist.fm. That's rad. Yeah. And it's, you know, maybe one or two are missing because they'll switch it up from time to time. But man, it's pretty much dead. on that's great you can look at the last they'll show you a pie chart uh-huh what songs they're playing off of each album so it'll say white pony 60 percent it'll say 79 wrist four percent that's so great it's the coolest website that's very cool setlist.fm sienna mine are shoes they are nike running shoes and they are The best. Why? Because it's like you're not wearing anything. They're calling them the barefoot shoe. It's called the Nike free run. For example, mine are an eight and a half. They're 7.2 ounces in weight. Oh, wow. It's like picking up a pen. It's so light. It is so light. And you put them on and you think they're not going to be comfortable because they're so lightweight. But they have this cushioning underneath and they're easy to run. I don't run very much, but I am a big walker. And I wear them every day. The best running shoe, hands down.
ever had, and they look cool, too. Now, are those the kind that look like feet? No. No, these are them. You know I'm going to have those. They don't lace up, either. They have laces, but you slide your foot in. You guys know I'll have one of those rubber shoes that look like feet with toes. Why? Because I have to. Why? Because I have to. That's the answer. There's a million ways I can answer that question. The truth is... I have to have them. For what? I have to feel what they feel like. Go try some on. What am I going to do? Ask some guy if I can try on his feet? No, no. Go to the store. That's so disgusting. You don't try shoes on in the store? Yes, I do. But I'm not going to try on those barefoot shoes. You don't wear socks. You don't wear socks, dude. How do you know if they fit then? Gross. You don't even know if they fit. Because you get them in your size. What if they don't fit? They always fit. If they're your size, they fit. They fit like a glove. Oh, my gosh. I saw a woman running in them, and they were the loudest shoes. They have like this something underneath. It was like, oh, gosh. When we come back, I want to hear LOBs and Jays. And also, we're going to be talking to Bill Warren. He's the guy that says he's going to find Osama Bin Laden's body in the water.
He's going to go out in the ocean and submersible and find his body. And I want to know how he plans on doing it. The Mikey Show coming up in minutes. Hot quiz, hot shot. All right, the freeways, what's going on here? Let's see if anything new. The 94 westbound before Lemongrove Avenue. We do have an accident on the right shoulder. A couple cars, there's injuries there, too. On the 805 northbound, Claremont Mesa Boulevard, three-car crash. It's all in the number three lane. And you do have some backup on the 805 northbound between Murray Ridge Road and Balboa Avenue. Pretty slow right now. This report also brought to you by your San Diego County Toyota dealers. This is Bird from Bird Surfshed with the FM 94.9 Authentic Surf Report for a Tuesday morning brought to you by Frost Brewed Coors Light, San Diego's number one beer. Coors Brewing Company, Golden, Colorado. Surf-wise today, not much brewing out there. Kind of small. Southwest swell showing more direction, but not necessarily any more size. And that west-northwest little pulses that we've been seeing has all been petered out as well. Overall, looking at ways in that kind of angle, the D-high zone. Maybe a few waist tires with that rare, rare plus. And only those areas most open to that south swell direction. That's primarily further up in the north county areas.
A lower tide this morning also hindering size and shape. Relatively clean out there, light and variable winds, but it's looking pretty glassy across the board. Overcast skies will greet you, water temps slowly warming up, low, low 60s still, but just not a lot of waves right now. As tide fills in, it can only get better, right? For up-to-the-minute surf reports and forecasts, go to surfline.com. And again, this surf report is brought to you by Frostbrood Coors Light, and it can only be heard three times daily right here on FM 94.9. This has been the FM 94.9 Authentic Surf Report. With Mikey. There's a lot of guy stuff that I'm not into and a lot of chick stuff I'm pretty into. Lauren. You guys, I'm a middle child. I need attention. Woods. You know what my wife's number one complaint about me is? My clothes. I leave my clothes scattered throughout the house. Sienna. La Jolla is my favorite bubble. I don't want to live anywhere else. And Jay. My kids' friends are always afraid of me.
On FM 94.9. Alright, so in just a bit, we're going to be talking to Bill Warren. Now, this is the guy we talked about on the radio yesterday that is going to try to find Osama Bin Laden's body. Worldwide news, and we got him. We're going to talk to him. He's from Fallbrook, so we're going to be talking to this guy. Don't forget, you're looking for a photographer. Dan Fields is the only guy you should contact. DanFieldsPhotography.com. This guy is like magazine incredible. Does pictures of celebrities and is just an incredible photographer. He can be yours. He's ours.
And his name is Dan Fields. You can find him at danfieldsphotography.com. All right. So, Lauren, what do you got for Mikey's show? Oh, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Jay, what do you got for Mikey's show and tell? I've got the all-edge brownie tray. Basically what it is is it looks like a maze. Yeah. Oh, yeah. You know how the sides of the brownies are always the best? Like everybody always fights for the entire brownie tray all the way around? Some people do. That's some people's preference. My preference inside. Really? Rebecca has one of what you're talking about because she likes the outside. I do too. It's the best. The outside, so it looks like it's got fingers coming into it and every single piece is an edge piece. It gets stuck in my teeth. The edge, the crunchy edge gets stuck in my teeth like gum. Like tar. Like tar. Oh, it's the best. My wife loves it. Let's have brownies. L-O-B. I have two. What do you got? The first one, okay, so everybody knows how I feel about bottled water. Right. I hate it. Right. The wasteful plastic bottles and everything. So there's this thing from Camelback, the company. It's called the Camelback Groove, and it's freshly filtered water anywhere you go. So you can get it from a sink. You can get it from a water fountain. It's like one of those filters, and it's that BPA-free that the container is. I wonder if it really works.
Oh, yeah. If it really tastes good. So there's no BPAs in it. No BPAs. Oh, good. No. But the filter lasts for three months, which is the equivalent of 375 disposable plastic. Oh, wow. I got LOB, some kind of wacky thing. It's BPA-free. BPA-free. I don't know what BPAs are. I don't know what free radicals are. BIPAs. You don't want BIPAs. You don't want any of those. And then I have one more. I had BPAs one time. My uterus fell out. Yeah, mine too. That's a true story. I have one, and actually, this is what I'm getting BFMC for his birthday, but he's not awake, so it's okay. It's a watch made out of wood. A wood. It's a wood watch. I'm going to get you one too, Mike. And for everyone that you buy, they plant a tree. What? Yes. How can you make a watch out of wood? Okay, the outside's wood. Yeah. But the inside... Oh, that's pretty cool. Oh, that's rad. Isn't that cool? It's really wood. Yeah, it's called Wee Wood. That's rad. Yeah, and it's a watch made out of wood, and it's got all natural... It says, let's see. See, I don't care about all the natural stuff. I just think it looks cool. Well, it gives your wrist splinters.
No, it's like finished. Yeah, it's finished. And it's scraps from the flooring industry. And they're going to plant a tree for each one that you buy. And if you get lost in the woods, you can destroy it for kindling. They've got all different ones. Look at all the different ones. Different colors and everything. It's pretty rad. Made out of wood. I like it. It's different. You got to add it to your quiver of watches, Mike. Yeah. Do we have them on the line? Oh, we're calling them. We're working on it. We're working on it. We're getting Bill Warren on the line. We're working on it. And we can't, should we do imaginations? Yeah. No? Never. Can we? Yeah. Can we do it? Yeah. Sure. All right. Let's do it. If you're new listening to the show, Jay is our producer and he tends to, Woods, how do you? Um, let's just let it speak for itself. Yeah. Yeah. Whatever you think you know about this man is a reveler. Wait, a what? He said, whatever you think you know about this man is a reveler. Okay. Irrelevant? Well, here's the deal. Jay is an incredible hiker. He's an incredible bike rider. He's an incredible everything. He can build anything. Love maker. Yes. Don't forget. Father. 47 years old. Got the body of a 27-year-old. The only thing is, Jay is not the greatest at things like, say, imitations.
Doing imitations of people. Or dialects. You don't know that. Or speaking. We'll see. We'll see. Pronunciation, enunciation. He's very confident, though. So when we brought this idea up to him, he said, I ain't got no problem with it. Let's do it. Give it a whirl. I'll wait. Imagations. So I'm just going to tell him what to do, and he's going to do it. You ready? Maybe. Go, Jay! A German soldier. It's outstanding. He owned that. He owned it. Oh my gosh. Jay? Yes. A cheese head from Wisconsin. So yeah, the car's in the yard and we're going to go out there and see the thing with the thing and the people. The thing and the thing and the people. I just left my body. I just left my body. I just left my body. That's the greatest thing I've ever done. That's the greatest thing I've ever heard. That's the greatest thing that I've ever heard. That's my new ringtone. That's my new ringtone. Why did it take us a year and a half? I don't know. This should have been day one material. Oh, gosh. You ready, Jay? I don't know. Holy crap. A rough-talking, tough New Yorker. Come on, quick. I need a base. Quick, quick, quick. Shirt shimmy, shirt shimmy, shirt shimmy.
He's nervous, churchy. I can't think of it. A rough-talking, tough New Yorker. So, yeah, what do you want, like a hot dog? You want a hot dog? You want some mustard on that hot dog? With an onion? You want onions on that hot dog? I can't get enough. I can't get enough of this. I can't sop up enough of this. The biscuit is not big enough to sop up enough of this. It's on the hot side. Isolate everyone. I'm sweating. I'm sweating. It's outstanding. Are you ready, Jay? Oh, there's more. A high school sophomore from the OC. Come on. So you want to go surf or you want to go out and see a movie? We could go to see a show. The show would probably be really cool if we hung out. I feel like we just dynamited the side of a big mountain. And there's just gold. There's no mountain oil. There's oil spilling out. Oh, my God. And there's gold falling in bricks. I'm looting. Somebody catch it. Oh, my gosh. We have two more. You have to go quick. Scottish bartender. Scottish bartender.
Scottish, what do you want? You want something Scottish? Like something on ice? It would be nice. Yes, like something on ice. You want something Scottish? Because Scottish guys just are always asking people if you want something on ice. You want something Scottish? Thank you, Lord Jesus. You are listening to Imagations. Oh, my gosh. Last one, Jay. You ready? No. Give me a Mexican gardener. Si, senor. I'm going to help you with your yard work. That's great. It's so good. It's so bad at the same time. It's painful. I love Imagations. I love them. So good. You shimmied that shirt the whole time. The whole time.
When he gets nervous, he grabs the corner of a shoulder of his shirt and the very bottom where it meets his waist, and he diagonally shimmies back and forth to cool himself off. That's the greatest bit known to man. I have an itch. It's a guy in the niche. All right, so what's up with Bill Warren? He's not answering. Oh, come on, Bill. I want to question you. He's a little crazy, I'll tell you that much. Well, I mean, I like him. Hopefully he's listening. You probably heard me saying earlier that I thought it was kind of wacky. I do. I think it's Daffy, but still I want to be able to talk to him. All right, Anthony Weiner, President Obama. Talking about Anthony Weiner. Well, obviously what he did was highly inappropriate. I think he's embarrassed himself. He's acknowledged that. He's embarrassed his wife and his family. How is it that he talks about something so goofy so seriously? I know. Like, we're talking about a guy named Wiener. Yeah. He's the president. He has to. I know. He's got to. It's just amazing. Like, I think it takes amazing ability to talk about a guy named Anthony Wiener sending naked pictures of himself and just be so composed and father-like. How would you sound? I would probably have, you know...
A smirkiness. You know, I'd go, listen, you know, what do you want me to do? It's embarrassing. There's going to be a decision for him and his constituents. I can tell you that... By the way, Ann Curry is dressed as a pilgrim. Yes! What is she wearing? Ann Curry is the new choice to replace Meredith Vieira. And I'm not kidding you. She's wearing an outfit without the top, the head piece that... pilgrim house. Take the headpiece off. She's dressed as a pilgrim. If it was me, I would resign because public service is exactly that. It's a service to the public. And when you get to the point where because of various personal distractions, you can't serve as effectively as you need to at a time when people are worrying about jobs and mortgages and paying the bills.
then you should probably step back. Ultimately, this job is not about us. It's not about our ambitions. It's not about our positions. It's about how well are we serving the people who sent us to Washington. Again, ultimately, there's going to be a decision that he and his constituents make. But I know that for me, if I didn't think I could do the job as well as I need to, then it'd be time for me to go. You know the head of the DNC has called for his resignation. Well, the head of the DNC... Didn't he speak to you as head of the... The head of the DNC, by the way, didn't know that illegal aliens were illegal. Right. She's like, if you hear the GOP talk about illegal aliens or about the immigration, you would think that they want to make it against the law. It is. Democratic Party. She didn't speak to me directly. And frankly, I understand why this has generated a lot of attention. And I don't want to minimize. How inappropriate. I'm not saying this to be sensational. Ann Curry literally looks like a deer stuck in headlights. And when I say that, I mean, picture you've just turned a corner on a dark and isolated country road and a deer was walking across the street and suddenly looked at you and you turned your brights on right at that moment and the deer froze.
That's the way Ann Curry is looking at the president. The congressman's behavior was, but I've got a lot of other stuff to do. And so on my list of things that consume me on a day-to-day basis, jobs, the economy, Afghanistan. The Knicks. The View. The View. Mythbusters. Mythbusters. Sesame Street. Kim Kardashian. The Kardashians. Kim, Khloe, Lamar, the whole... All of them. This is not something probably that I would have spent a lot of time on or will be spending a lot of time on. He does do some whistling when he talks. He does. Son of a gun. Someone named Michelle Bachman announced that she was running for president yesterday. Oh, good. I know all the political people right now are like, really? Of course you don't know. Of course you don't know who Michelle Bachman is. Probably never heard any of... The only Bachman you're familiar with is Bachman Turner Overdrive, aren't you? Aren't you former Rock 105, three metalhead, metal junkie? What do you do? Put the pill to the metal? Is that it? Is that what you do? Do you watch Metal Shop? Is that it? Or Spandex in your spare time? Sorry, it's not Michelle. For your information, Michelle Bachman was at the New Hampshire GOP debate. Do you know what that is?
When she officially made the announcement. I just want to make an announcement here for you, John, on CNN tonight. I filed today my paperwork to seek the office of the presidency of the United States today. And I'll very soon be making my formal announcement. So I wanted you to be the first. It's like United States meaning like America? Of America? It was burn money? I filed paperwork today to allow people to know who I am other than my family and close relatives and friends. We're hoping that by the end of the week, people outside of my close group of friends and family know who I am. Never heard of her. Nope. But she's running for president. Good luck. I got an email for you. We're still waiting on Bill Warren. He may be... Putting those last coats of paint on the submersible. He wants to find Bin Laden's body, he says. Keep calling. Let's keep calling. We're on him. These are some texts that Jay gave me. Oh, no. Oh, boy. Serious. Mikey, is it true that Jay's sweat is the key ingredient in the fountain of youth? Someone, Eric Terman. Oh, boy. Really, Eric Terman? Thank you. Mikey, all the children check under their beds at night for the boogeyman. The boogeyman checks.
His bed every night for Jay Isbell. Yeah. Good call. It's M1 one of a kind. And M1 Montez says, Mikey, I just want to say thank you to Jay for killing Osama bin Laden. Oh, wow. You're a true American hero. Thank you. Thank you. You don't take overshoot for that, Jay. You don't know what I did in my time off. I think what Jay's saying is that person's anonymous. We don't know. Right. Very well could have. We weren't with Jay that Saturday. It's true. We don't know for sure. Let's see. Okay, so yeah, this email. Tell me what you think of this. Mikey, wanted to see what you guys think. My husband's work wife, yes, that's what he calls her, bought him a pair of pants. Could there be a freakier gift? Could there be a freaky deekier gift? Ball gag. Yeah. Listen, Woods.
The only thing freaky deakier than buying your quote-unquote work husband a pair of pants is a ball gag. Yeah. Well, I could probably list a few. Yes, you could. And when Julie goes on to say, that is a little too personal. I'm uncomfortable with the whole situation. And yes, they fit like a glove. Kings and Leon. I'm not really sure what Julie, if Julie's... Asking a question, if Julie is wanting confirmation that it's inappropriate, yeah, it's inappropriate to have a work wife. If emotionally you're crossing some sort of line, physically, of course, but emotionally if you're crossing a line. What, Jay? Jay's giving me a look like, are you kidding? I can have a work wife. Well, you can have a work wife, too. I have two work wives, but... Didn't you get CNN a nice pair of boots? Oh, boy.
Isn't that a little personal? Personal? They're boots. They're like knee highs. His wife was with him when they got him. Hey, Mike. I'm just throwing it out there. It sounds very familiar. Didn't you pay for Sienna to get a diaphragm? Didn't you? Mike? Oh, boy. Mike, weren't you there with Todd at the first ultrasound for Sage? How come you weren't? Isn't that weird? I think that's kind of weird. Why'd you go to Veronica's Secret and get her fitted for her brasier? Yeah, Mike, you going to Veronica's Secret for her? You little old fat perv? I don't believe Sienna's my work wife. I don't think so. She is. She is. She's a work wife. She's no more of a work wife, LLB, than you. Yes, she is. How so? How is that? She keeps you in line, asks you what's wrong with you. She's more of a work wife than me. She's more nurturing. Yes. That is true. I'm like one of the guys. It's true. Yeah, but we don't have any inappropriateness. No. No. But she's more nurturing. When you motor boat her, it's a little bit. Oh, my gosh. Mike, whoa.
I mean, that's just one example. I don't even know what to say. I don't know what to say. Easy, Ann Curry. You look like Ann Curry right now. I just can't imagine what would make you say. I was just joking. Of course you've never motivated. I feel like a work wife to you, but I feel in no way is it inappropriate. Well, it isn't inappropriate. See, I don't believe in work wives. I think that to have a work wife is dangerous. Oh, yeah. If you tell them personal things and stuff like that, we don't really do that. No, no. I know just as much as everyone else because we all talk in front of each other always. So we tell everybody inappropriate and secrets that pertain to our relationship. Yes. Nobody gets it more than the other in here. So feast on that significant other. Right. Feast on it. Anyway.
Listen, I'm ready for your input. 570-1949. I want to know what people think of that. Oh, oh, oh, oh. By the way, this is going to be a thrill. When we come back also, Woods has got a boot on his ankle right now because he broke his ankle. And Jay has been a bit insensitive about it. Just a bit. Oh, really? And Jay has a few questions that he would ask Woods' doctor. Next. Go put the words in your mouth. I love it. Let your voice be heard on The Mikey Show now. Why don't you tell him the whole story? Time to wake up, sir. Call 570-1949. Or shoot him a text at 949mikey at gmail.com. Shut up! More of The Mikey Show coming up in minutes on FM 94.9. Financial news channel CNBC reported yesterday that Facebook is readying to file for an initial public offering and it could come as early as the first quarter of 2012. Does it say, do they speculate how much it would start at? $100 billion.
No, no, no, no. But I mean to buy. I mean for you to buy into it. It's valued at $100 billion. There's no speculation. I wonder what it'll start at. It won't go public. You don't think so? No. Why not? Because Zuckerberg wants it all for himself. Do you want to know how much U.S. Airlines made by charging people for check bags this last year? $3.4 billion. Oh, wow. Holy cow. Yeah. Just from last year. Oh, wow. That's a lot of dough. Oh, that one. Woodsy, what's going on in sports? Well, Padres, take on the Rockies tonight at 5.40 p.m. Game 2 of 3. It's on Channel 4. And it'll be Wade LeBlanc against Juan Nicasio. And then also Terrell Pryor has signed with an agent. The Ohio State quarterback that has left school has signed with super creep agent Drew Rosenhaus. Yeah, managed T.O. And he's got Plaxico on the payroll. He's just one of those dudes. Yeah. So he has signed with Drew, and we'll see how that goes. I'm going to shake a stick at it. Work wife. How do you feel about a work wife? Do you have a work wife? Work wife bad? I think it's only bad if you are sharing things with your work wife that are intimate. And making love to her. On the record. Yeah. It's over the line. Frenching? Over the line. Frenching, yeah. Over the line. Mm-hmm. Spooning?
Spooning over the line. Motorboating over the line. Necking. Necking. Necking, which nobody's done since 1940. Footsie's under the table. Footsie's under the table. Well, then, why are you playing footsie with me under the table right now? Pushing the inappropriate line. 570-1949-M1-D. Oh, wow. Hi, D. I'm a work wife. I'm proud of it. I think it's okay as long as your work husband's home wife knows about you and you guys know each other. It's totally fine because most guys need to be kept in line and they need to be on top of things, not like you're thinking. You know, work-wise. And, you know, nothing's inappropriate. You know, you talk about each other's families, your kids and stuff, so there's nothing wrong with it. Buying pants, though, for your work husband, definitely creepy. Agreed. All right, thanks. Sounds like she's... little bit of an older lady she doesn't sound like she's in her 20s if she was in her 20s it might make a difference if her husband's work wife was in her 20s would it make a difference oh yeah it sounded more like this hi uh i'm a work wife and i'm proud of it yeah and um we share things i know all about his family can i ask you a question you're my husband's work wife uh-huh what's your name
Jennifer. So you bought my husband a pair of pants. Yeah. Really? He was looking a little stiff in the ones that he had. They were a little dated. So you're telling me. What's your name, Mrs.? My name is Mrs., that's right. I'm Mrs. Wolf. It isn't Mrs. Wolf. Oh. Sorry. Fine. It's Wolf with an F, so yes, it's Mrs. Wolf. Ma'am? Should I call you ma'am? No, you shouldn't, young lady. Oh, I'm sorry. But I'll tell you what you shouldn't do. Buy my husband a pair of pants. And you should also not wear that top. This top? Yes, that top. This is Marc Jacobs. I can see your breasts. Oh, gosh. And I can also see your stomach that you got your belly button pierced. No, but that's just, it's just coming through the fabric. I'm not showing it off. Does my husband see that? I guess anyone in the workplace probably sees it if you can see it. Janice Rossi. She's Janice Rossi. Who's that? Janice Rossi. There's a whore living in your building. Is that the lady that designed the American flag? No, it isn't. Who's that? That's Barbara Ross. That's T-Ross. Whatever. 570-1949. M1 Million? Hi. From La Jolla.
office-wise, and not really proud of it, but kind of creepy about the pant thing. How old are you? Right now, I'm 40. How old is your work husband? Former work husband. He's probably 50-something. Was he rich? Oh, maybe. Loaded. Yeah. Yeah. How old was the wife? My age, like, she's 45-ish. Okay, so you're 40, and she's 45-ish. Do you have long hair or short hair? Long hair. Does his wife have long hair or short hair? Long hair. They both have long hair. They have triplets, though. Oh, well, then it's totally okay. Yeah. It's not a big deal. It's not a big deal. No. It is not a big deal. It's like any man's secretary is his work wife. She keeps him in line. Did he ever tell you about his fights with her? No, never.
Come. I'd hear them through the walls of the office, though. So he would never tell you about fights they had? No. That sounded like a complete and total lie. Yep. Yep. If I ever had my own office and I needed a secretary, somebody to answer phones or whatever, I would not get to do the interviewing. There's no, my work wife would be Helga. She'd be 600 pounds. Yeah. And they'd have to care flight her into work every day. She couldn't get out of her chair. So you guys would be about the same weight. Ow. Ow. Ow. She's trying to be a good person. Break him down, Jay. You would have, like, Lloyd from Ontario. Mr. Woods, I have a phone call for you. It's urgent. It's your wife again. Lloyd, seriously, just take a message, man. Rebecca would hire a 400-pound black woman with red hair. She'd be a little person.
So she'd be the same size as you then. Right back. Only thing different is you're not black with red hair. If I was going to hire a secretary, I'd get her as young and as hot as she could be because I like to look. Just don't like to touch. Well, I like to touch. I'm not supposed to. I ain't allowed to touch. But, well. If Kim don't know about it, then nobody gets hurt. I like to look, and as long as I'm in the state of Louisiana, I like to touch. Right. I like to look, and as far as you know, I don't touch. I like to look, and if I ain't in San Diego, Kenny. Kenny, Kenny. I like to touch. I like to touch. Oh, my gosh. I love it too much. I love to touch. I love it. Touch. I'm touching. I'm touching. I'll touch you. It's a little taste. I'll touch you. I built a camp. Want to make sure you guys had some shampoo? We do. Get out. Why are you wearing your jacket? And why is it open? I just came in to see anything I could. We're naked. Come out. I just want to see. Perfect.
Is there anything else you guys might need while I'm here? Hey, I know we're a long way from town. The girls need a lift. Actually, where are we going? 570-1949. M1 Angel from El Cajon, what was the word of the day? The word of the day was stick. That is right. Wow, that's stick. Stick. Stick. Stick. Stick. Stick. What he said didn't sound like wow. No, it did not sound like stick. I know, it sounded like you said Rick. Word of the day is stick, and you got yourself a pair of tickets to see the Kings of Leon with Band of Horses. All right, thank you. Hang on the line. Let's see. M1, Esther, from San Diego. What's up? How are you? I'm well, how are you? Good. Good.
So I am not down with the work, wife, or husband thing. I think it's completely inappropriate. You have a husband? I do. How old are you? I just turned 30. How old is your husband? He is 37. What does he look like? He's really good looking. Can you describe him? He is half Filipino, half white. Okay. He's a Marine, so he's built nicely. Has he ever told you about, has he ever started to mention a certain person more than others at work? No. He has not? No, but he works with men. Okay. So I think, yeah, you know. Why is it then that you have such a strong opinion about the work wife? Well, I think that the whole, it's not because I've had a personal experience. It's just the fact that I think it's inappropriate to have someone that you could possibly go there with. Like, share an intimate detail that's not something. Like, if I can't tell my husband that I'm going to share a detail with someone else, then I'm not going to do it with another person. That's right. Well, you're a good woman. Yeah. Esther, that is not a common name. My mom's name is Esther. Esther, the name Esther is coming back, by the way. Is it? Yeah, they are. People are naming their kids Esther. It is. It's becoming a popular name again. But you don't meet very many. Are you Mexican?
I'm not. I am straight white. Straight white married a Filipino white guy. There you go. All right. Well, congratulations to you and your Filipino white husband. And thank you for keeping him in line. And Godspeed. Yes. Thank you. Semper Fi. Thank you very much. All right. Bye. Thank you. Pick a scene. It's Friday. Son of a gun. I know. Son of a gun. I don't think we can do the pick a scene. Jay, let me explain. Jay looks like... Hang on. He doesn't like when you change it. Hang on. Before we say no to it. Wheels are in motion, Mike. I know, because he looks like he's ready to chop something off. Uh-oh. And it's not because Lauren and I are fighting. No. No. Jay, there's no... Listen, I can take the fall on this one because I didn't realize there's no dialogue. There's none. There's no...
Not one piece, not one word is said. I didn't realize not one word was said. That's terrible radio. I thought that there was, I thought there was like a couple lines. So, Black Swan. Oh, gosh. There's not much dialogue, but. Lauren and I were chosen to do Pick a Scene, which happens on Fridays, and we would have to reenact a popular movie scene. This is how it would sound if this is how it would sound. Not perfect. That's great. That's amazing. That's really good. That's wonderful. Do we still have... Yeah, it's up above you. All right. It was supposed to be, yeah, the pottery scene from Ghost. I'll pick another scene. Your new scene, Lauren and Sienna, is the nude couch scene from Titanic. What? There you go. Yeah! Yeah, even better. You're Rose. They've got to decide on their own who's Jack and who's Rose.
I'm not going to lie there. Well, you're not going to guess. Oh, come on. Then why are we doing it? Because you're going to lay there. Tassels. You're going to lay there. Tasty, tasty. Why is it that I have to be Rose? I don't know. You guys got to decide. I don't know why. Stop motioning to boobs, Woods. I didn't. Woods wants so badly for you to be Rose. All of you do. Hold on. Red hair. Reddish hair. Thank you. Reddish hair. Long, like roses, luscious locks. You can cover yourself up with your hair. Yes. Just go topless and cover it up. It's the hair bra. Okay. All right. Thank you. Just sell out for it. I think my husband would not really appreciate everyone at San Diego checking out the rack. Perhaps you come in as the older house. Please don't. Please don't. Perhaps when you come in, you shock everyone. You've got your hair up in a bun. Put your left hand very seductively up into the bun. And you take out the pin. Save it down. All that long, gray hair falls against your naked bosom. And you say, some shots.
I've been looking for an occasion to wear my Heart of the Ocean belt. There you go. So I can finally wear it. There you go. Well, we found it. Just kidding. I wish that we could have Woods ask this question exactly the way that he did yesterday. But instead, I will have you ask the question, Woods, the way that you've decided that you're going to phrase the question. Posting pictures of yourself on Facebook. Being a weekend warrior, super lame. C. J. Isbell. Now, Woods asks a legitimate question. This question is, we all choose what we're going to post on Facebook. Is it lame if we post pictures of us being a weekend warrior? Well, you'd have to be a warrior of some sort. I play semi-professional baseball. Really? So you're just standing there?
Calling it that. I don't post pictures of myself. You have. Never. You have. Never. Couldn't be any worse than giving your team's sports score where you're supposed to be doing sports on professional teams. In English, once again, maybe repeat what you just said so that the rest of us understand. You give the sports score of your team. I haven't done that in six months. Six months. When's the last honesty? Last time you played, probably. Oh, my team? Yeah. Oh, yeah, I do my team. Oh. Which... Well, it's not like... Semi-professional baseball team, did you think he was talking? Oh, I thought he was talking about the Yankees. Who's that for? That's for us, because we do bits with it. You know that. We actually, like, will write questions out for it, too. So, it's kind of a bit. It's a running bit. Can we get on to the thing that we said that we were going to do with you and Jay? Yeah. Jay has been... Jay has been kind of questioning what's his... Broken ankle. Sure has. Yeah. We walk in here with no boot on. Don't know your doctor's name. Do you not know your doctor? Don't remember his name. I know where I went. Don't remember his name. It's a weird name. Coom-pum-poof. Something like that. Truly. Truly. Dr. Schluf. Dr. Gerben. Dr. Gerben. Yes, Dr. I can't remember his name for the life of me. That's very odd. Well, Jay. I'd never been to him before. Okay. Core Orthopedics. Yeah. Jay has. No, no, no. You didn't curse, did you? No. Okay. Jay has.
some questions that he would like to ask your doctor. Now, what we wanted to do was get Woods' doctor on the air. And Woods tried to arrange that. I can get my x-rays and stuff. I have to sign a release. So we tried, you know. Is his name Zanny? Is his doctor Zanny? Maybe. Sounds familiar. Jay, you have questions. I wanted to ask you, doctor, what dose of Beniva should we give you? Yes, I know it's for older women who are postmenopausal with osteoporosis, but... Very good. And then my next question would be, can Woods replace Sally Fields as a spokesperson for Beniva? Say it, say it, say it, say it, say it, say it, say it, say it, say it, say it. Could you see the pictures of this fellow? Do you need Mike to read them? Yeah, I would like him to. This is my doctor. Stop it. Hodgnik. Could you see Woods fallopian tubes in the x-ray? Those are killer. Should we get Woods a medical alert necklace? He's fallen and fat and can't get up. Should we be worried about any other bones in Woods' body giving up? Giving up or giving out? Giving up. Could all of this be avoided if Woods would have wore his control top pantyhose? That's pretty good. I'll give you that one. I guess my last question is, is his cankle really broken?
Let's try to get Dr. Bonoish off. Let's call. I'll give him the number right now. Give Jay the number. What is his name? Dr. what? I think it was Dr. Hoznik. You think? Yeah. I don't remember. I only saw him for five minutes. You showed me a different guy last time. No, I didn't. Stephen Wood? Maybe that's him. You don't remember what he looks like? He was wearing a mask. He had a mask on. Is that him? That's him. Yep. I remembered. She remembered. You went with him? No. No, he showed me his picture last time. Carrero. Because he said he was a sharp cat. He's a sharp guy. All right, Jay, I'm giving this right now. And the whole reason I wonder why Woods would make this up, because he said, I've never wanted a broken ankle more. Yeah. Seriously. Because Jay didn't believe it was broken when I showed him the picture of my foot that everybody saw with the softball coming out of the side of it. That ain't broken. That's just sprained. You're just faking it. You're faking it. Yeah, I faked that. It looks like he hit with a sledgehammer. It's called a fat roll. Listen, it ain't going to be that big a deal if you wear a dress long enough to cover it up. Mm-hmm. Oh, my gosh. I just gave him the number. All right, well, we'll see. Get him on the phone. Jake can ask all his questions. Did you guys know our phone screener got hit by a Segway yesterday? Like the scooter? That's right. Chris. Come on in here, Chris. Elderly or? Is it a mall cop? No.
How'd you get hit by a Segway? Take your time. Don't worry. All right. Hey, watch it. I'm just kidding. So, you know, you remember Austin, right? We used to film screens. So we were down in Mission Bay and we were beach cruising on the sidewalk. And I saw a family of Segways coming our way. And so I was motionless. Like a whole family of people? Mom, dad. Dad and his two kids. Dad and his two kids. Dad and two kids. And so. One of the kids was speeding up, trying to get in front of the dad so that they can be in a line. And he hit the side of the cement wall. And then all of a sudden, like the other two bikes, Austin and his friend were in front of me. The Segway just came right into me, just right into me. And then I had to jump off the bike and the Segway just flew on the ground. And the kid was okay. I was afraid the dad would think that I was responsible for it because the dad was in front. He didn't see it? He didn't see it, but his... kid explained and everything was okay. It was right in front of the volleyball courts too. So everybody that was playing volleyball looked over. I'm like, I swear it wasn't me. What happened to the Segway? The Segway was alright except for the little caps that go on the side of the Segway wheels. It fell off so I had to reattach it and hit it back in so that it would attach to it. Such a nice guy.
fixed the Segway after the person ran him over. I would have berated that kid. I mean, and the kid was good. The kid was okay. The kid was a little shocked. You can tell he was in shock that that just happened. He just spun out of control. It sounded like a car crash. It was insane. Did his dad get mad at him? His dad wasn't mad. His dad gave me the card to the Segway company, but nothing happened. Like, his dad was like, everything's okay. I'm sorry about this. So he was fine. I would have berated. He gave you the card to the Segway? He gave me the card to the Segway company. I don't know. Maybe he blamed the Segway company. Wow. In case he was going to claim injuries or something. Weird. Went there about a month ago, and they put me on what's called the Contour Elite Stack along with a custom meal plan. I needed to lose weight. I needed to get back in the gym. This is the stuff that has got me back in there, and I'm losing weight. Go check them out. They're in Mission Valley on Mission Center next to CVS or in Eastlake in the Eastlake Village Marketplace. Again, it's NutriShop. Go in there. Tell them that Woodsy from the Mikey Show sent you. It's NutriShop. This report is brought to you by British Airways. Isla Waits. I'm Stacey Cohen, FM 94.9. And now back to the Mikey Show with Mikey. I got a box of, you know, stuff in the mail because I like to shop on the internet. Lauren. I know all the rules. I just break them. Woods. I don't like to work out with people. I don't like to play video games with people and I don't like to work out with them. Zienna. I made reservations for us last night. And Jay. I'm wearing cargo shorts right now. On FM 94.9. Clock album. Jesus and Mary Jane. You're it. Psycho Cam. That's the album. This text says my husband ate a french fry off the ground and he was mad because I wouldn't kiss him goodnight. It's disgusting. Is it? Isn't it? Is it? If you drop a french fry on the ground, depends on where the ground is. If it was in here, I would think about it. If it was at my house, I wouldn't. Really? No. Never. I eat grapes off the floor. It's everything at home. No big deal. We have a cat.
You have four dogs. Oh, gross. Woods, oh. There are like seven dogs. What? There's seven dogs in his house right now. Right. Living there. Woods. What? I beg you to tell me that you don't eat stuff off the floor at home. Look at it, dust it off. Cock-a. Poo-poo. There's no cock-a. Yes, there is. Yes, there is. No, there's not. Remnants. Remnants. When you go to McDonald's, you don't think there's caca remnants floating around in there? No, you know why? Because there's not seven dogs running around in there. No, but there's 15 people working in the back that don't care really about the quality of the food. Yes, they do. In fact, McDonald's is a wonderful establishment. We love McDonald's. I eat there all the time. I eat there three days a week. It's completely irresponsible to say that people that are there don't take good care of themselves because they do. You don't know. That's what I'm saying. When you go to a restaurant, you don't know what they're doing in the back. Yeah, you do. You know how you know? How do you know? They have a sign up that says A. Right. You know why? Because the food and health inspectors come in unannounced. There's also a sign in the bathroom that says employees must wash hands before returning to work. There you go.
They come in unannounced. You're a sweet kid. They come in unannounced. I get that. But you're a sweet kid to think that every employee that works anywhere is like, I better wash up before I get back to making Mike's salad. You'd be surprised. I worked in plenty of restaurants, pal. Yeah, but you did scoundrel things. Well, yeah, I did scoundrel things, but so did a lot of other people. You'd be surprised how much people care is what I'm saying. That's the deal, man. No, I mean, I'm supporting Mike's salad. Oh, I'm saying you'd be surprised how many people don't care. So there's no difference in a restaurant in your house. What will you eat off the floor? Whatever. Okay, let me give you some examples. Okay. What's the matter? Skittle. Done. Where is it? Oh, wait. I just stepped on it. Oh, here. I'll eat it. Oh, my God. I just put my sandal on the bottom of it. That's disgusting. She put her sandal on it. Yeah, I might die now. Come on. Chances that her sandals touch doo-doo. Don't be a Sally. Yes. Don't be a Sally. I've had these for years. 100% chance. There's nothing wrong with it. She walked in the bathroom today.
It just came back. There you go. Scrambled eggs. That's tough. I don't really like scrambled eggs to begin with. That would be tough. Cauliflower. I'd do it for money. I'd do scrambled eggs for money. What about something he loves? Like a donut. Name it. Done. Put a donut on the back of the toilet, I'll eat it. I take that challenge. Donut hole. If we put a donut hole. Yeah, I'll eat it. Who cares? It's not going to do anything. On the toilet? No, don't put it on the seat. But if I put it on the back, I'll eat it. On the back of the seat? No, no. Not on the seat. The floor. It's got to go on the floor. You wouldn't eat that? Yeah. Floor? Do we eat it on the bathroom floor? Yes. On the floor. Is that hurting you? The bathroom? Yes, it's not going to hurt you. You're fine. You guys are a bunch of salads. I'm going to make this happen. Damn it. I'll do it. I don't care. You're a big talker. Will you do it? What haven't I done that I said I'm going to do? Yes. What haven't? Name one. I don't want you to do it. I'll do it. No, no. Let's have him do it. It's so filthy. It's not going to hurt you. I'll take donuts. I'm going to put them in different places around this building, and then you can eat them. Done. Rocky, don't get all over them. Donut scavenger hunt. Anything for donuts. And I know it's not going to hurt me because I'd never do it. It hurt you. I don't want you to get hurt. It won't hurt me.
I'm not a Sally. Woods, it doesn't make you a Sally. It kind of does. Because you won't eat something off of a toilet floor. Yeah, it kind of does. It kind of does. M1 Daniel has this statistic that makes me want to vomit. Hey, what's going on, guys? I'm in the restaurant business, and I just had to take a food handler's card. Everybody does in the restaurant business. In San Diego, and one of the statistics that she said that 85% of people do not wash their hands. Thank you. Thank you. 85%. Thank you. I feel vindicated. I'm telling you, they don't care. They don't care, man. Here's my thing. Never wash their hands. Here's my thing. You know, I wash my hands after I go to the bathroom. Do you? Okay, wait a minute. Depending on what I do. Ew. Hang on. Hear me out. Hear me out. Please try to hear me out here. Please try to hear me out. Wiener time. Sometimes I'm able to do that without, you know, I just pull stuff down and let stuff come out and then do my deal and then put some stuff back in. You don't touch the door to get into the bathroom? Yeah, I do. And to get out? That's the whole bit with the washing your hands is the door.
It's the door built. It's all of it. That's why there's a trash can right by the door so that you can use your paper towel and bam, right in the trash can. Okay, well, when I do the other thing, I always wash my hands vigorously. Thank you. Well, and there's a reason for that. You know, first, and that's what I do not understand about people that work in the food industry. Don't they feel like pigs? Don't they feel like there were pigs rooting around in mud? They don't care. I cared. I care. You don't want to wash your hands after you go poop, dude? I mean, not you. I'm just saying to anybody that works in the food industry that doesn't wash your hands, that dude says 85%. They don't want to wash their hands after they go poop? He just took a class, man. I took that class. Whatever. I did, too. I believe it. I've worked in plenty of restaurants and bars to know. I believe it, too. Care less. You're in a hurry. You got to get back. You got to flip the fries, flip the burgers.
Let's put one in our general manager's office. Like in the bathroom. It has a shower in there. Yeah, you can put it on the shower floor of his office. I'll eat it. A donut hole? Done. Done. What about broccoli? A donut hole. A donut hole. He doesn't want to eat broccoli if it's on a plate. I was just proving my point. What about on Jay's belly button? Absolutely. Will you eat it off my belly button? Yes. Ew. That's filthier than the toilet. I know. That is so gross. No problem. I'll eat it off his head, his balding head. Belly button's disgusting. If we sent a swab of his inner belly button. Stop. And the toilet floor, the bathroom floor, to a lab, I guarantee you his belly button would come back with more bacteria. Guaranteed. That is a 100% guarantee. Well, I only shower three days a week. I don't like to waste water. It costs money. And when I do shower, Mike. I use just a cap full of water. One cap full. Or the Pacific Ocean. How about the inside of Lauren's shoe? Yeah, I'll use that. Yeah, I'll do that. All right, I'm writing these down. All right, what about from an old burrito wrapper from Mackie? Done. What about the inside of one of Sienna's D-kips? Done, for sure.
For sure. You don't have to pay me for that. How about under one of Mikey's chins? What about Mikey's armpit? Done. What? Write these down. Write them down. What if we gave you one week? We sent you in. One week later, we checked out to see if you still had. What if we ate the food from underneath his fingernail? You know it. You know that there is a buildup. You know he's got a sex doing that. Oh, boy. There's not too many places around this building you can put it, and I wouldn't need it. In fact, I really can't think of one, except for inside the urinal or on the toilet seat. That's it. That's only two. The parking garage outside doesn't matter. I don't care. It's not going to do anything to me. M1 America from San Diego. How are you? Good.
Okay, so this was a while ago, but I was watching the Today Show. Yeah. Or one of those shows. And so they were actually talking about the three-second rule. And they had doctors on the show and everything. And so they were saying that depending on what is dropped on the ground depends on whether it picks up bacteria. So scrambled eggs, kind of wet, is going to pick up a lot of bacteria. Moist. It's kind of moist. Cheesecake. And if it's like a Skittle, something hard. It's not going to pick up anything, and I think the test they did was something for, like, even seven or ten seconds, and it didn't pick up anything. We need something moist. Well, glazed donut has glaze on it. How about cheesecake? Do a maple long john maple side down. Oh. Oh, yeah. I don't really like maple, though. Chocolate side down. Chocolate long john. Okay, here's what we do. You guys take an eclair, cut it into, like, six pieces, chocolate side down, I'll feast on it. Cheesecake! Fair enough. You think I'll do it? I'll do it. He'll do it. Let's do it tomorrow. Alright, we'll do it tomorrow at this time. Thank you. Belly button, bathroom floor, Mikey's armpit. Not my armpit. Not my armpit. Not my armpit. I'm not taking off my shirt, bro. Just drop it in there. Swap it. Oh yeah, no problem. Yeah, sure, no problem, bro. I'll do it to my armpit. You're going to drop...
A jelly donut. No, I'll go like this. No, I'll just swipe it under my armpit. Just put it in there and hold it for a minute. Eat some deodorant. That's about it. I don't want deodorant. But Sienna, then you're going to have all that gunk under your pit. So I'll get a napkin. Sienna's like, I'm not a P word. I'm not. Fine. You also don't have hair under your arms. Okay, fine. You do it with me. I got pubes under my armpit. I don't want to do the armpit, but I'll do the toilet. Oh, you were all talk. Am I all talk? I'm going to eat a donut off the bathroom floor. Nothing's enough for me, buddy. I don't care what you did. It ain't going to be enough. I don't care if you eat it off a homeless guy's butt. Ain't enough for me. Eat it out of a poison trough. That's right. You could eat it out of a dead donkey's mouth, buddy. And TJ. Eat it out of a razor factory. You could eat it out of factory makes doo-doo. Doo-doo factory. A manure farm. Yeah, a manure farm. That ain't enough, buddy. Still ain't tough enough for me.
You think Pink's ever arm rustled a guy? You think she ever hasn't? Ever had a chugging contest with a guy? You think she's ever taken like a 30 second drink of something and burped of whiskey? out of a can, taking a 30-second drink of something out of a can, and then burped. Do you think she's ever chewed her own toenail? You think she's ever said, oh, yeah, while she's getting a tattoo? Ever worn men's boxers for more than one day? Oh, God. More than one day. Why was that one? She's ever made love and said, I'm done with you? She's ever made love and puked right after? Oh, wow. Maybe like burped. You think she's ever spit at a guy during lovemaking? What? What's the matter with you two? I'm turning this car around. We're going home. Ever caught in a job interview and spit on the interviewer's hand? No, I don't think she's done that. She's probably not had too many job interviews. Yeah, that's true. You think she's ever fried bologna for a sandwich? Oh, God. That's a idiot. Ever drank milk from the carton? Oh, God. Ever worn a dark colored bra under a wife hater? Oh, God. She's going to be a...
I just got a visual of Pink drinking milk from the garden. Streaming down her neck. Ever do the smell test to see if she can wear a shirt? I think she has an assistant to do that. Think she's ever smelled her own pits to see if, quote, she's good? I'm good. I think I'm good. What do you think of my... What was the name of that guy she was dating? Corey. Carrie Hart. Carrie Hart. They're together. They have a baby now. With child. I think her baby's middle name is Sage. She's got this song out right now I like. This one. No, no, no. The version that I had that I was going to play for. Okay, here we go. Sorry.
Michelle Brad. Did she ever fart in her car? Buttercuped herself. Guaranteed. Kept the windows rolled up. Ever used your receipt as a napkin? Think she's ever had real stinky flip flops? Think she's ever walked barefoot into a laundromat? Smoking a cigarette butt. Ever had yellow armpit stains on her white shirt? Baby. You think she's ever had a tequila hangover? Oh, boy. I would like this song if it wasn't pink. I know. She's too tough to sing soft songs. Yeah, but she has a nice-sounding voice. Listen. There's a village in England, and it's actually located in... Is it Dorchester County? Durham. Durham County, yeah. I know what's strange is that the locals keep noticing a hum.
There was something funny I noticed in the evening. It's like a um. I couldn't... There it is. There it is. I don't hear it. I hear it. You don't hear it. I don't hear it. Clean your ears. I don't hear anything. It's driving me freaking crazy. All night. All day. See, I can't hear anything. I hear you talking. I heard you say, see, there it is. You said there it is. I said there it is. If you can't hear that, there's something wrong with you. There must be something wrong with me then. Because all I heard you say was there must be something wrong with me. I think the person that's humming may be running out of breath. I don't know, you say. I can't be a person. It's got to be something. Something in the air? Something in the air if you're hearing it. There it is. This is bright red. For some reason. Why is there a girl with large breasts? It's bright red. She's bright red. She seems to be out of breath. Yeah, these people in Woodland, they said that every night there's a noise and it sounds like a humming and it goes on all night. And it's similar to the throb of a car engine. It's a fat bloke that moves in the stall. Every time he goes down for a sandwich.
He walks back up one flight of stairs, and that's the way to sound. When he eats, he concentrates, and he says... If you listen closely. Give me food. It's like a umming. It's like a monk. They say no matter how hard they look, the community cannot find the source of the problem. They can find him. He's not hard to miss. He doesn't really leave the house much. No, he doesn't. He's a bit of a recluse. Yeah, and by recluse, we mean he just sits on the couch all day long eating coker puffs. We're a small business. When I was little, we had family reunions at his place in Santa Maria. And at night, we'd sit around the living room and my aunts and uncles would retell outrageous old stories. Usually at the same time.
That's when Grandpa would give me the signal, and we'd slip out for a drive to get Mother's cookies. We both loved the circus animals for the pink frosting and the way the round sprinkles crunch on your teeth. On the way back, Grandpa would take the long way home, and we'd eat cookies and listen to nothing but big band jazz and the sound of the ocean. I know it's simple, but Grandpa and I both liked simple. And now, at every family reunion, that's the story I like to tell. Over and over again. Mother's cookies. There's a memory.

A good meal makes your whole day like IHOP's thick, juicy bacon and beef burgers with hickory smoked bacon blended right into the beef for delicious bacon flavor in every bite. It's a great way. Make it an IHOP day. I'm Stacey Cohen, FM 94.9. Beaver's fan club president. And Jake. Try to exercise at least two or three times a week. On FM 94.9. Sienna, what's going on in the news? Well, Johan van der Sloot, he is going to be in a courtroom today in Peru for the murder of Stephanie Flores, a young woman that was found dead in a Lima hotel room back in May of 2010. His attorney quit, and now he apparently has another one. They don't know who yet, but he has to be there today.
He's also one of the prime suspects in the disappearance of Natalie Holloway in Aruba. So we'll find out what happens there. Also, if you're planning on going to Disneyland anytime soon, ticket prices have risen. The price of an adult single-day single-park ticket is up $4. It's now $80 to go to Disneyland for an adult. Holy cow. It used to be like $40 when I was little. It just keeps going up. Also, the price of a deluxe annual pass. It's a nickel when I was little. Beat me to it. The price of a deluxe annual pass is now up to $50. Premium pass is now up $40. It's increased by $50, the annual pass. That's nuts. Woody. Woody. All right. Woody. Let's see what's going on in sports. Padres won last night 3-1. Andrew Bass made his major league debut and shut down the Rockies. Only gave up four hits over five innings. Very good opening game. And the story I told you about earlier. Mark Cuban has decided to foot the entire bill for the Dallas Mavericks victory parade through Dallas, which I thought was a very class, cool move that you don't see a lot of. Feast. What, do you have a coin jar? Oh, yeah. I've got one, two. I've got two. You have two coin jars. I've got one here at the office. And I've got a ginormous one at my house. Gigantic one at my house.
How much is in there right now? How full is it, meaning? Well, about a year ago, I took it down to Albertsons and emptied it. Yeah. Made like $250. Whoa. That's a $250 jar. $250 jar. Now it's about a quarter of the way full. And I am psycho about it. I have a $100 jar. Do you? Yeah, mine I know holds about $100. I'm psychotic about it. Is that the purpose of it? What do you mean? Are you guys doing that to save? Like, is it to save money or what's the deal? I don't like change in my pockets. And I'm an idiot, too. Like, if I go get a donut and a Dr. Pepper in the morning, I end up putting the change in my wallet, which is ridiculous. And so I just every day. That's such a foreign thought to me. That's something a Yugoslavian would do. Oh, absolutely. Not an American. Who does that? I do it for the time being. And then when I get home every day, I walk in and I go. And I dump all my change out, and I scrape it up, and it goes boop boop. It's right in my kitchen, so I do it every day. That was my dad's bit. Every year, he would give me his change jar as a Christmas present. Oh, that's rad. It could be between $500 and $700. Now, back in those days, you had to put them in those wraps. Oh, no. We would take them to the bank, and I'd have them in a big jar. I'd put them in bags.
There would be washers and nails and stuff that my dad said, like, hold up, you broke our machine. Seriously? Oh, yeah, because my dad would have washers and screws. Oh, man. I used to have to roll pennies with my nanny. They didn't have a lot of dough when I was growing up. So we would sit and watch Dallas, the TV show, and wrestling and roll pennies, nickels, and quarters for hours. I've really embarrassed my wife, Rebecca, walking into the bank. I carry it in in a sock. Put all the change in a sock. Clean sock. Not a dirty sock. You don't carry your whole thing in there? No. Why? My dad's was that big glass bottle. And I got to, during the year, I would take it and I'd shake quarters out of it. And one time I was shaking quarters out of it and it shattered and it just cut both my hands. Oh my God. So I had to put the whole thing up like it was just the weight of it. It crushed it because I didn't want him to know that I'd been shaking quarters out of it. Moonshine bottle. Yeah. It doubled as a moonshine bottle. Plus we lived in it for a year and a half. Mortgage.
We lived in the coin jar. Any family would back in the pioneer days. Actually, it was the only piece of glass you could find in the state of Texas back then. Yeah, the glass was like a diamond. You know, you could trade it. In fact, we did. We traded it to an engine. Traded it to an engine for a pony. Ranch. They called a horse. Pony. A ranch. A ranch. We got a ranch for it. It was real glass. I mean... Gosh darn engine. Never seen anything like it before. I bought Arkansas with it. That's right. It used to be called Jake and Saul. Somewhere around 1901 they changed it to Arkansas because some guy named Marty bought it. Before that it was Jake and Saul. Is there a man listening who doesn't have a change jar? That's what I want to know. Every guy has a coin jar. I don't think he's a real man if he doesn't have one. You have to have a coin jar. Women don't, I guess, because you have a purse. I have a piggy bank. You do? You use it? Yeah, but it sucks because trying to get everything out, it takes forever to try to get. So I'm going to ditch the piggy bank. Ditch your coin jar. Yeah. Ella B and Sienna, do you girls put change in your purse? Just throw it in your purse or do you have a... What do you keep your coins in, Sienna? I will... I may throw pennies away. I'm sorry? I know it's wrong. I've been in radio. I've been in radio.
They're worthless. 24 years. One list. I figure someone else will find it that needs it. Where do you put them? In the trash. In the garbage. In the garbage. I'll be cleaning out one of my purses because it fills with stuff. Receipts and everything. Diamonds. No, no, no. First I wipe with them. And then I throw them out. No. I flush them. I flush them. You guys, it's not a money thing. No, of course not. Pennies are a nuisance. Hello. It's in the name. It's a penny. All right? It's a penny. I gather a hundred of them. I've got a dollar. I'm going to do that, PCS. What do you do with your pennies? Don't you throw them away, Mike? What do you do with your 20s? Listen. I spend those. Just a couple of things. I do a few things. Feed them to seagulls. I don't think I've ever told anyone this. Nostrum down the toilet. Make useless wishes. Make useless wishes. Well, the cheapest wishes I have. If I've got a wish that I don't want to come true, I use a penny. Wow. I keep nickels and all that. My husband and I have a name for them. We don't call them pennies. We call them turds. Turds. Look how many turds I have. If Todd is listening, he's embarrassed that I just said that.
He knows. No, no one knows. I've never told anyone that. So that, to you, is garbage. It's a piece of trick. Your nickname is Penny. You know what that is? Penny. Take that garbage. Penny. Easy, Penny. Easy, Penny. This is the best stuff of all time. This was the creation of Sienna being called Penny. Penny. I'm not going to be called Penny. Easy, Penny. Sienna, 13 years from now, listeners will go, why do you call her Penny? Wow.
There won't even be pennies anymore. Because I wiped with them. I don't. I don't. I use them as paperweights for miniature things. It's not like I have a mountain of pennies and I'm like, I don't need this garbage. There'll be like three scattered in my purse and I'm like, meh. You throw them out the window? No, the trash. Those are money. I'm going to buy a piece of gum with that. I'm numb. I'm numb. I'm numb. You know what a penny is? A penny is a Taco Bell wrapper with beans on it. It is. It's garbage. It's an old cigarette pack. Darling. Cigarette butt. Sienna, this is a $100 bill for you. And for you, Waverly, a piece of crap. This penny. Wow. Oh my gosh. Don't judge three pennies. I'm not. Penny, we're not judging you. But can't you use them? Can't you use them? No. What am I going to use three pennies for? It's $1.47. Yeah, if it's $1.47, $1.48. I'll give them a nickel and say keep the pennies. I don't ever want the pennies. No matter what, I give it back. I say keep it or I put it in the change thing at the grocery store. I want nothing to do with the penny. Write that down. Listen to me, you filthy broad.
If you give me one freaking penny. Here's your change, man. They're in the way. Excuse me. Before you hand that to me. It's 14 cents. Listen to me and listen good. If you hand me one of those copper turrets, I'll crap them right out all over your head. What shall I do with them? You do what you're supposed to do with them. Throw them in the wastebasket. Wow. Okay. You guys. Feed them to a dolphin. Don't tell me you haven't thought of it. No. No. Are you serious? Can I tell you something? You have done it too. When I was a kid, my mom and dad made me clean out my desk and they found pennies in the garbage can. I got chewed so bad that I never did it again. Sorry, here's the seven cents. Sienna, vindication for you. Yes! Angela does it, too. Yes! Angela from San Diego. I do the same thing. I'm rolling. I'm laughing my rear end off right now. I weigh the benefit of, like, really? I've got, like, four or five pennies in the bottom of my purse, so I want to make all the effort to go put it somewhere. I'm like, eh. It's more work. Yeah. You guys need a UNICEF jar. Yeah. They can just come pick them up every month. Yeah. I bet. Every month, oh, the whole 23 cents. Feast.
Sally Struthers says you can feed a child on 23 cents a day. Enjoy this bubble gum. I'm a jolly rancher. I'm so glad I earned you that paper clip. The pennies add up. That's so fantastic. When I refuse them at the store, someone else... Then they don't end up. So, Penny, have you always thrown these away? Yeah, Penny. A little bit. Let me say this. I mean, for as long as I remember. Like, if Sienna knows the lady at the grocery store and she hands back to her, Sienna holds it in her hand. She goes, what is this? What is it? What is what? What's in my hand? How many times have I told you? Looks like 37 cents. Is that right? It's a quarter, a dime, and two pennies. 37 cents! Whenever there's like a tip jar, like at Starbucks or something like that, the change goes in there. It's incredible. I wish we'd pay in bills. It's a penny. Have you ever... Just round everything up to a dollar. It's incredible.
It's outstanding. So, Penny, how do you feel about dimes? I'm good with dimes. You're good with dimes. You're good with nickels. I'm good with nickels. I love quarters. I'd never do that to a quarter. You must despise. There may be a nickel or two that's been tossed out, but not very often. You know how sometimes pennies get that gummy? Oh, yeah. That must be to you. I don't even second guess myself there. It's caca. It's garbage. It's outstanding. Wow. It's great. One of the greatest revelations. in my radio career. There's been revelations that have been made, you know, I mean, I've had people tell me, I've had people tell me, I had a girl on my show that went into a bathhouse. That was one of the greatest revelations. Who hadn't, Matt? Is that a big deal?
Why? What's weird about that? I got an appointment at 2. It's a Turkish bathhouse. It's Turkish. Did she not come out? Was that the big deal? Why was it weird? She disappeared? What was that story? I miss that one. She opened one. Which one did she go to? She go to Bong Chai Tao? Or did she go to Ken Chin Noir? She go to My Lady Thai? Yeah. Asian Tam? She go to China Hut? Which one did she go to? China Inn. Double Happiness. Manila Gorilla? PF Wangs? My brain just went numb. Oh, my God. That was a good one, Penny. Keep talking about the bathhouse. Oh, my God. This was so much fun. From here on out, all you get is pennies from me. You're getting all my pennies.
All M1 pennies. That's fine. You guys will see them go right in the garbage. Oh, yes. Then don't give them to me. There are slot machines in Vegas dedicated to pennies. Well, you guys can have my pennies. If you want them that bad, I'll give them to you. Yeah, I'll give them to you. I'll take them. Here's somebody. This guy gives them back. M1 Truckerman from San Diego. Yeah, I just give them back to the cashier usually. It's all broads. It's a waste of space. No dudes. No way. Those women really don't understand the value of a dollar these days. Well, I'll tell you what it is. They don't want to deal with it. If it's just a penny coming back to you, you don't want it. But if it's a handful of change, I take it all. But there's usually two pennies in there. I don't want the pennies. In that case, it goes in the jar back to them. Women ever just not want to deal with stuff? I'll just hand back the pennies and keep the silver. Yeah, that's what I do. What are you, a pirate? Your booty? Nice booty. Oh, man. That's Rebecca's new thing. It doesn't matter what it is. I have three kids. It's her thing. Now, I'm telling you, I would say that for 90%, it's valid. But I'll be like, babe, that TV was left on all night long.
I have three kids. Hey, babe, did you know that you left the back door wide open? Honey, I have three kids to deal with. Four kids. Four kids, pal. Four. Four kids. I'm like, babe, did you get something out of the office where I keep the fish food? The little fridge in there? I think so. Because the whole inside of it is melted. It just melted all over my counter. I have three kids. Babe, did you fool around the pool boy? Yeah. I have three kids. I have three kids. What am I supposed to do? The pool boy. He's there. Babe, I just saw you Frenching the mailman. Baby, I got three kids. What do you want me to do? Fair enough. All right. My mom told her, I have five kids in five different schools, but even when we weren't in five different schools, that was her thing. Was it a money thing? No, it was how busy she was, how quickly she had to go somewhere. Listen, I will give my wife that she works much harder than I do, and she has a much harder job. But as humans, what we tend to do is, if we could take it, we'll use it. We'll run with it. I have a broken ankle.
I have a broken ankle. Babe, I got the flu. I have diarrhea. She's like, I asked you to pick the phone up. I have diarrhea. Diarrhea, I'm not doing it. But it's right, it's ringing next to you. Sorry. It's your phone. I know, but I have diarrhea. I can't. But you just clap on. Can't you just do that? Not with this. Not with diarrhea, no. I cannot. Not with this diarrhea. Not this kind. There's no way. It's a very particular, you know, strain. Of diarrhea. Of diarrhea. Stop saying that word. Diarrhea. Diarrhea. It's the negotiator calling. I think our kids have been kidnapped. Can't you pick up the phone? Diarrhea. Diarrhea. I think you should get it. You ever have the get it conversation with your wife? Oh, yeah. Why don't you get it? Honey, the doorbell. Do you negotiate with your significant other? For glasses of things. What is more of a negotiation than will you get me a glass of? In our house, that's a big deal. Yeah, mine is usually a snack or a glass of water come bedtime. Let me ask you this. You ever get asked to do that and you feel like, yeah, no problem. Oh, sure. Happy birthday. You know what? Yeah, I'll jog to Reno.
It's like you've just been asked when Rebecca says to me, babe, she's dying. I mean, she's literally thrown her up everything she could throw up. She just got done driving. She goes, babe, will you get me some seven up and make me some toast? And I go, yeah, yeah. And I'm walking. I'm like, this is unbelievable. Holy cow. This I am about to go down. I'm going to walk. I'm going to walk all the way downstairs, and then when I get there, it's going to take me 10 minutes probably. At least. I won't be back. This is 10 minutes of my life gone. Forget it. You should install an elevator in your house. A dumbwaiter. A dumbwaiter. A dumbwaiter. Would there be anything better than a dumbwaiter right next to your bed that goes right into your fridge? How about a butler and a walkie-talkie? Absolutely. Yes, Mr. Esposa? Can you make Rebecca a piece of toast and some 7-Up? Get her some 7-Up. Certainly, sir. And will you bring me more food? I don't care what it is. Taco, burrito, flauta. I want tacos and burritos. I can do both. Tamale. Yes. Give me about 15 minutes, sir. Can you make it 10? Give me about 10 minutes. That would be the best thing ever. I have a theory.
Tell me if I'm wrong. I believe everyone is lazy. I don't believe 1% of the population is not lazy. Every one of us has a little laziness. I don't think Matt Comer says. I know my mother, Marsha Woods, does not. She doesn't sit. Not an ounce. She never stops going. Ever. I mean, ever. To sleep. That's it. Everybody has a lazy day. She doesn't. Ever? Honest to God. I'm 35 years old. Never. Let's put the parameters on lazy. Just because you're doing something doesn't mean you're lazy. I mean, if I could, maybe I'd travel all over the place. Maybe I'd go shopping for things I like to shop for. Right. You know what I mean? See, lazy always has to do with stuff that we find uncomfortable, that we don't really like.
Here's the following areas we could be lazy with. The work that we do, working out, doing stuff for a spouse, you know, these errands that we don't want to. Okay, because my mom, my mom can go and go and go like the Duracell bunny because she enjoys running around. Now, get her to do something that she doesn't like to do. Like if you tell her, can you watch the kids? Oh, she'd flip. Loves it. Loves the kids, loves to watch them. She's one of those people that could sit there and play with a child for three hours. Not me. So I have a theory. And I believe that not 1%, that 0% of the population doesn't have an element of laziness. I don't think it's true. I don't think I can think of anything. Matt will volunteer to do things for me that I hate doing. That's rad. Yeah, it's really nice. It is nice. Yeah. But there's got to be some things. He loves working out. He loves working. He loves cleaning. It makes him uncomfortable to sit down and watch a movie with him. Now you've got my wheels turning. Now I need to find where he's lazy. Somebody's got a lazy part of him. And it's usually like when we're sitting there and we're really liking this movie. Every guy can relate to this. It's Sunday.
It's about four o'clock in the afternoon. And you're hearing. Can you help me get down the Christmas decorations? No, no, no. Can you get down the Christmas decorations? Can you change the wall paneling in the upstairs kids room? I like to do it, Mike. I'm a good husband, a good father. She's good at everything. I can do all that while love making. I'll do it while I'm making love, Mike. And saving the world. And saving money. You think you got something worth adding to The Mikey Show? This is what they do. Number one. Just take it to the house. It's not that she's not allowed. Yeah, she's not allowed. There's no women. She'd be the only woman there at the Rush concert. Maybe I need a little Rush category in my playlists. Oh, yeah. You don't have any? No. I need a sort of a potpourri playlist. I can help you. They smell like flowers. That's right. I love it, Matt. Potpourri. A little fairy. Sally. T-Rex. Little T-Rex arms. Put your tiny hand in mine. It'd be hard to ride a bike when you've got those little T-Rex arms. Is that why your wife said you could get a motorcycle? You just can't get one because you've got a little T-Rex arm. Can't reach the throttle. What are you going to do? How are you going to break? You ever see a dinosaur try to ride a chopper? It won't work. You could put a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
On a motorcycle. Look at Maggie. Here he comes. Arms in the sleeves. Yeah, look, it's Land of Lost in there. Land of Lost. Oh, my gosh. Jurassic Park. Yeah, Jurassic Park. Let's see. Woods watched The Departed again last night. That's right. Talked in his Boston accent last night. All night long. Poor Jamie. Tribes are nuts. Hey, hon, what's for dinner? Yeah, she is. She's already in there. Hey, good morning. That's a cool sounding accent. Oh, it's the greatest. Especially in those movies. Yeah. The curse words that they say in that accent are the best. They're the best. Unfortunately, I've had to hear Wood say it like a million times. Yes. It's okay. It won't hurt you. Uh... Jack Nicholson's real good in that, too. Oh, he's real good. I posted a little quote on my Facebook last night from him. He says, I want to be a product of... What does he say? Product of environment? I don't want to be a product of my environment. I want my environment to be a product of me. It's as mean as it gets. I might have to watch it today. Do it. I might watch it again. That's something the black chappies could never understand.

I know you're recording. Okay? I know you're recording, but I'm just asking you. I'm just out with my children. Okay. Enjoy your day. What's your name? What's your name? Enjoy your day. What's your name? You don't have a name? I do. Carl. Hi, Carl. Okay? I'm just asking you, please. Okay. Enjoy your day. Okay, you can turn it off now. You can't turn it off ever.
man. You're with your kids. Her husband cheated on her. She didn't do anything. Listen, if she was out doing something that brought all this attention to her, you'd say it's a consequence. Right. She didn't do anything. The Terminator cheated on her. Carl, by the way, McKennedy, if you didn't know, I'll have you killed in like 30 seconds. Oh, man. Get away from me. Yeah, Carl. So beat it, Carl. It's terrible. Fake name, Carl. Yeah. That's the other thing, big wuss. Yeah. Why don't you say your first, middle, and last name? Brave guy. He wants his privacy, don't you see? See the irony of that? Seriously. Do you know why he didn't say his name? He wants his privacy. I'm not going to give you my name. I want my privacy. My anonymity. Hello. The way that those guys are able to be such scumbags is they say in their head that the celebrity deserves it. That they deserve it. Sign up for it.
Oh, that's the worst bit. Little kids and everything. Oh, that sucks for the little kids. Just little kids. Beat it. Men care more about their cars than their health, and the reason is because of something called Big Boys Don't Cry Syndrome. What is this? syndrome that all you guys have. You don't want to go to the doctor. Woods is clearly one of them. Yeah, but he doesn't have this because he doesn't care about the car. I care less about my car. Well, right. It's mainly just, you know, other priorities. You don't want to go to the doctor. You don't want to be told that something's wrong with you because you don't want to face the reality. I think women are just as guilty of that as men. No, women are good about going to the doctor. Are they? If we have a little thing, we go. Early detection, my friend. Fake bit. No, it's not. In fact, the women are the ones, usually 90% of the reason men go to the doctor is because their wife makes them. Hey, does a mammogram happen? What do they do? They put your boob on a... After 40, you have to start doing it. They pinch it. On a vice? I don't know how, when I have to go get it done, how they're going to find enough to pinch. Yeah, you take like two sides and... Like this. Here, I'll give you one. Come here. That's all right. I think I get the idea. It's like that.
And they take an x-ray. It's almost more like an ultrasound, I think. You'd think they'd have a better way to do that by now. No kidding. You guys ever had it done? You'd have too young, right? Mm-hmm. Girls are too young. I think at 40. Same with, don't you guys have to get your prostates checked? I'm supposed to. Nope. The new age is 50? I don't know if it's new, but that's what my doctor told me. He said, get ready for the big cleaners. My prostate don't need to be checked until I'm 107. Yeah. Next year. Yeah, next year. They raise the mammogram age, too. A lot of people were upset over it, yeah. It was a couple years ago they did. Breast cancer is one of those things. If I'm a girl, I'm going every year because it's so bad. It's scary. Woods will never, this is a prediction of mine, Woods will never, ever have a prostate check. Yeah, I will. No, you will not. Yes, I will. My father-in-law passed away a prostate check. Woods, I understand that. And you have to go at 40. Okay, fine. I'll go. Let's just remember this moment and then when you become of age.
I will say, have you got that prostate checked out yet? And you'll say, no, but I'm going. I'll do it on the air. Don't worry, I'm going. Okay. I'll do it. Yeah, I will. I will do it. I don't want prostate cancer. Because it's detectable. That is true. Early detection helps with prostate cancer. Hey, my dad's had, has. My dad has it right now. Mike Esparza. I do not want some Abe Vigoda hot dog sized fingered. It's a temporary discomfort. Is it? Treat yourself to some McDonald's in your way home. It makes up for it. That's what I do. I feel I would have to start drinking again. No. It's just a moment. It's medical. Yeah. Guy better take me to dinner. It's a camera. It is not a camera. It's his fingers. Why don't you request a female? That's what it's about. Yes. Yes. L-O-B. For me, it's a sexual thing. Get it done. No. It runs in the family. Do it. I know it. I'm not letting it go in there. It's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. You're 40. I don't. I will not. You're doing it. It's not happening in there. I'm calling Rebecca today. I guess you don't like living. Listen. I don't want it in there. No one does. I don't want it around there. Nobody does. It's a finger? Yeah.
It's not a little camera? No. What you're thinking of is called colonoscopy. He's like, they've been doing the weirdest thing to me then. And every time I let that creep do it. Is my doctor an alien? He's like, I'm going on YouTube. See if that video's on there. We've been filming all this time. Oh, hello, Mr. Isbell. Welcome back. Make yourself a tom. Just the normal. The usual. Take off all your clothes. Take off all your clothes. You guys want to see what perfection looks like on the inside? Is that what it's all about? Well, I'm at a Chinese food restaurant. Would you like a lollipop? Clearly. Cherry. Oh, boy. You know the routine. You get a choice of either lollipop or what do we have? Hostess... Hostess pie. Hostess pie. Whatever you'd like to enjoy. Oh, you'll be quite happy. We just got a camera back. Brand new camera. Let me warm it first. Yes, I know what you like. I will put the camera in the microwave. Mr. Isbell, before you have arrived, I have been putting camera in warm, wet towels. Hot compress.
Hot compress. You silly sausage. I don't have to tell him to relax with us. He's always relaxed. We never have problems with Mr. Isbell. He loves this. He's here once per month for camera. We're still having the old pictures developed. We have not gotten back from the processor yet. We're still working on this. We have to get a new camera because we overused the light one. Sorry you had to come to my home for the last time. But the office was flooded. As you know. As you know. And so this is why I had to have you come to my home, to my bedroom. It was because the living room was full. And so, because you may have wondered why I answered the door in robe. With snifter. It's more private this way.
Oh, hello, Mr. Isabel. Would you like some scotch or perhaps some brandy? Fancy seeing you here. What y'all are talking about? Let's see. San Diego home prices have fallen from a year ago. It's great if you're buying and it ain't good if you're selling. How much? It says the home sales and prices in San Diego County declined back in May. They're saying San Diego County recorded over 3,000 total sales in May, which is a 20% drop from the same time a year ago. Hi, Hillary. Hi, guys. How you doing? Great. What's new? What's up, Penny? Yeah, Penny. Penny for our real good friend. What's up? Incredible. What do you got coming up? You know, I have a couple good requests that I promised people in the 2 o'clock hour yesterday. Penny Lane? Sorry. Penny Lane. Not Penny Lane. Pennywise? Oh, I could. The Police and Florence and the Machine, Two Door Cinema Club, and a really, really awesome Desert Island Discs at noon today. It's kind of like a 90s, someone who probably grew up in the 90s. Cool. Yeah.
I like you. Yeah. Lovely and Talented Hillary is up next. We'll see you again tomorrow morning at 6 o'clock. The Mikey Show's out. Hit the music.
