Mikey’s meal plan makes Woods bring up the P90X workout routine as he prepares to tell his body fat to GIT! Oh Bumbo Klaat, LOB considered dreadlocks! Chilly, rainy, and cloudy San Diego July weather is just fine with pregnant Sienna. The feelgood story of abducted little girl being found leads to another micro-chipping debate. Internet pranksters have Justin Bieber heading for North Korea. LOB argues with fast food gurus Mikey and Woods about serving times. Disturbing audio about a fan that fell from the stands doesn’t stop Jay’s funny cynical jokes. Wolfgang is ready for his German feast. The Mikey Show panel stomps on stamps, sugary sodas being banned, and children in the entertainment industry. Along with “Pudding Guy”, what does Bark Maumann do that earns him a DYD? A fired up Woods goes off on “Sample Guy”. Freaky Freckles herself, Lindsay Lohan gets sentenced to jail. She better become a real “Mean Girl” once she’s in the big house. The gang talks about her crying to the judge audio and how pathetic her life has become. Ding Dong Sing-Along throws a perfect game! The winner of the last DDS song, M1 Lucia drops the news that her hubby forgot her birthday. Mikey gets him on the air and the dude gets filleted, although jay can sympathize. “Skanks Next Door” audio of Kendra who slept with Hugh Hefner explains why she’s a “good” stripper. A debate between Mike and LOB about inherent human nature ensues. How good are LOB’s tweets? New big decision in the Woods household has The Kid upset and Senor Beans calls in to lament as well. An email about a dude not wanting to live with his girlfriend seeks out Sienna and Lauren’s advice, then leads to an always funny Woods/LOB role playing scenario. Which sex likes provoking drama the most? Name That Tom Tom Tune is freaking hilarious! The new awesome bit even gets Woods to do his muscle flex poker face dance. Sienna reviews the Eclipse movie and Woods reviews Grownups and LOB confuses Chris Rock with Chris Tucker. After roasting Lauren for her gaff, the girls get a little redemption during Gender Pyramid. Sienna’s news about a crazy lady who lived with the corpse of her husband and the corpse of her sister begets hysterical comments. Things that bug your boss revisit Mikey’s issues with pens. What is a bodyman?

E.T. San Diego, a Lincoln financial media station. The new home of The Mikey Show. This is FM 94.9. Thanks for sailing, Alaskan Airlines. Just remember when you get off here in Juneau to make sure you're back on the boat by 6 o'clock tonight because we will be leaving port at 7. For those of you that are here in town visiting, just kidding. You're just having fun with you, that's all. I saw Eclipse yesterday and I was like, man, I want to move there. Yeah. It looks so sunny. It looks warm and sunny. This is ridiculous. We're going to talk all about that. Record lows we'll talk about. We got record lows here in San Diego. Five people on the show. Myself, I'm Mikey. I'm the host of the show. I'm 30 years old. Are you? What? Right? Are you? 30?
40. 10 years ago. Whatever. You know, it's the same. Small difference. 40 is the new 30. Yeah, that's true. I'm 40 and I'm eating a lot now. I'm eating many meals a day. Small meals. Same meals. How's that working out? It's actually working. It's great. It's working. It makes me hungry. I get hungry now. Never used to get hungry. Now I get hungry. Woodsy is our sports guy. He is a guy's guy. He is 34. He'll be 35 soon. Woodsy is going to do P90X. Mm-hmm. Which is not an easy task. Yeah, I've been getting emails and Facebooks about it. Is it discouraging you or are you... Yeah, yeah, it's discouraging me. Don't be discouraged. Are they telling you you never... It's so hard. It's so hard. It's so hard. Yeah, that stupid bit. Yeah. He can do it. Just type back git. Yeah, just write back git. Just go, you know what? I don't want to hear it. Git. Git is persistent. I don't need to hear it. Git.
Let's see. Lauren is here. Lauren got a Brazilian blowout last week. Hey, you have beautiful hair. She did. Brazilian blowout is where they straighten your hair out real smooth and silky. Her blonde hair. It's like a deep condition, isn't it? Yeah. I'm like experimenting with it because I have naturally wavy curly hair. I tried to still do it yesterday. It didn't work out so well. When you get out of the shower. And you don't dry it? Look it. Lauren gave me a look like, really? We're going to go there, huh? Creep. When you get out of the shower and you let it dry naturally, what does it do? A couple kinks here and there, but it's not frizzy like it used to be. What about before Brazilian blowout, what would it do on its own? It's just a hot mess. Wouldn't go curly? It wouldn't do anything unless it got trained to do so. Really? With a lot of product and everything. You'd probably be a good candidate for dreadlocks if you wanted them. Yeah. Oh, I would have. I'm sure she's had them before. No, I almost did. I got talked out of it. You got talked out of it? Please, dreadlocks. I need to wash my hair. Oh, my God. Can you imagine? That would be so great. Just flies circling around her head at all times. I cut my friend's dreadlocks off for him one time.
There's stuff inside. Peanut butter. Yeah. Roast. Ham sandwiches. Willie Nelson. Yeah. You cut your dreadlocks, Pete. I did. I cut them for him. Good. Let's see. Sienna is our news girl. She is 25. She's going to have a baby soon. She's got a husband that drives a Supra. Yeah, he does. From 1987, and he's proud of it. What a guy. He washed it this last weekend. Oh, I know. I called him to go surfing, and he was working on his car. Oh, wow. I bet he washed it with pride, and I bet he washed it in slow motion. How do you like that? I'm sure he did. The Daisy Duke sound. Jay is our producer. He is 47 years of age and got me a great gift. It's a big heated water jug that holds about two gallons of water, and you use it when you go to the beach surfing. You just pour it over yourself. It's all warm. You got me one of those? Yeah. Where do you get that from? I went to Surf Ride in the end. Because I was going to get it for his birthday, and then I got him a boogie board. And, of course, he went out and bought a boogie board. And what did he get? The guy that's got everything. He went out and bought two boogie boards. Thank you very much. He doesn't mess around. He wants to do it right. Well, yeah, the first one I shouldn't have got. And so the second one I went out and went, you got to just throw me under the bus with all that. You know, it's okay, though, because you have kids. It's a flotation device for the pool. They'll love it.
Can I see you, Tim? I'm going to play with that. And you know what? I want to introduce Chris, too, because Chris is our phone screen. He's real good at it. Chris, he's saying hi. Hey, good morning. How old are you, Chris? I'm 21. 21. I didn't realize he was that young. Youngster. L-O-B. 570-1949 is the number. You can call us right now. we are going to be breaking down the entire Lindsay Lohan stuff at 7 a.m. Because even I haven't heard it. Purposefully have not heard it. Because I want to hear it on the air and kind of get a reaction from it just from hearing it that way. If you haven't heard, Lindsay Lohan broke down yesterday in court. She was sentenced and is going to go to jail. And so we'll tell you for how long. We'll tell you. We'll play all the audio. We'll break it all down. We'll do the whole thing. It's coming up at 7 o'clock. Is that me? That's you. It can't be because I don't have anything. Money's back there. Our iPhone makes this little fluttery noise. I didn't bring the iPad. Record low temperatures here in San Diego. Did you know today's July 7th? Oh, my gosh. Did you know that? Oh, my gosh. You wouldn't be able to tell if you walked outside. I know. I know.
Well, right now, if you're over by Lindbergh Field, our airport, normally the average is 75 degrees this time of year. 65 is the high. Oh, my gosh. 65 is the high yesterday. Did that creep anybody out? Or did you just go, oh, you know, it's one of those things. I think it's just a weather pattern. It's a pattern. It's just something. New Hampshire. Oh, my gosh. I left Woods a message this morning, and I said, hey, I just want to make sure you didn't miss the ferry because I know that if you do, another one doesn't come for a while. For another half an hour to get across the Cape. Get ready for this. It says that because it was 65 degrees, our high, that's the same temperature as back in 1912 on July 7th. That was the average. Yeah. That's great. Isn't that insane? Also, over in Oceanside, 62 degrees, which normally it's 74. In Escondido, the high was 69, but normally it's 87. Oh, my gosh. Stop. This is creeping me out. We just booked a trip to Cape Cod. Yeah. We wanted to get some sun. Yeah. Lay out a little bit. Man, go to the East Coast. It is blazing hot over there. I haven't watched the news to see any local weather reporters explain it.
And I'm sure they'll say El Nino, but I want more than that. The Nino. Yeah. Spanish for the Nino. I want to know more. I want to know like exactly what's happening to causes. God is being nice to me because I'm pregnant. Yeah. That's how I look at it. I'm like, thank you. Seriously. Thank you. You're going to remember this in that. You didn't have to go through a lot of disgust. I know. Everyone's like, oh, good thing you have a pool. You'll just float around in there while you're pregnant. I'm like, man, my pool's freezing right now. By the way, Sienna's going to have that baby in like five weeks. What? A month and a half, yeah. Really? I'm due on the 27th of August. The end of August. Yeah. Man, it's coming. You're going to have a baby. Super weird. Went to the doctor yesterday. You did? Yeah, my stepdaughter went with me for the first time and she heard the heartbeat. And she was like, oh my gosh, it's so fast. Because baby's heartbeats are really fast. Twice that of yours, right? Yeah, she was really excited. Three times of mine. I can't wait to meet her. I know. Sienna hasn't told us the name that she's picked. She will not tell us. She doesn't want to get our reaction. Don't you pressure her, Michael. No, no one's pressuring.
I want to hear it. No one's pressuring. No, you guys stop it right now. I'm kind of pressuring. I want to hear it. I think we deserve to hear it. Leave her being. I thought of a cool one yesterday. What? I thought of a cool one yesterday. Really? It's not me, Woods. I don't think people can hear it. They can't. It sounds like old-timey radio. If anybody can hear that, call us and tell us. 570-194-90. It goes. Yeah. Like a little digital grasshopper or something. Yeah. Cricket. The baby name, what is it? Oh, no. I forgot. Brain fart. I know what it is. iPhone. iPhone? Apple. iPhone for R. Macintosh. I'll think of it. Okay. I'll think of it later. It was a good one. 570-1949. Call right now and tell us if you can hear the weird noise. Call us really. You can talk about anything that we got going on. There's low temperatures in San Diego. This is great news. Yeah. Tell me about the four-year-old.
kid that they found. This is so exciting. A little girl, four years old, she went missing on Monday and she was, her hometown is in Louisiana. She was found in Fenton, Missouri, which is like 80 miles away. She was kidnapped out of her front yard. She was playing with her brother and the parents were right inside the house and someone came by, grabbed this little girl, four years old, tiny, the cutest little thing. Her name is Alyssa. And they found her at a gas station 80 miles away from her house at like 1030 last night, 1015 last night. And just at the car wash wandering by herself. And they say that there were some witnesses near this car wash. And they said that there was a really loud, dark colored car with a really loud muffler. And so people are looking for that car because that was like heard and seen around the time that they saw the little girl. Really? And it's late at night. So there's not that many people getting, you know, a car wash. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. But just so exciting. Look at her cute little face. It's adorable. I know. And it's just like, we don't know why or how she escaped, but she's at the hospital right now just getting checked out, but she seems to be fine. Thank goodness. Oh, that is so... Love hearing stuff like that. Imagine the relief of those parents. Neighbors are like, I've never seen her outside without the parents. She has great parents that love her. They're never going to leave her side. Maybe they microchip her.
Yeah. Maybe they do. Well, I brought that up as a crazy thought the other day. And crazy it was. Not really crazy. GPS. GPS. Little kids have GPS in them. Yep. Just find them. Yeah, because then you could just instantly find them. Like, oh, she's traveling south down I-5 right now. Let's go get her. How about this? What if somebody were to invent the equivalent of a vaccine that could work? Like a GPS. So in other words, it's liquid. They get the shot when they're a kid. So it's not a chip. And you can't remove it. You can't remove it because it's in their system. And then you can find them. How about just a long tether so they can't get out of the house? Yeah, just a leash would be good. Lauren, why would you be against that? Because it's like we talked about before. When that kind of information is available, it will eventually be used, not for the good it was intended, but for...
Evil purposes. But what if all the information that there is is just their name? That's all you got. Yeah. No way. It has to be a unique identifier, like a social security number or something like that. Why? Why wouldn't it just be the name? Because you know how many people are named Lauren O'Brien? Okay, how about this? It doesn't have to. All it has to be is a name, Lauren O'Brien, and a... identifier that your parents pick or that, you know, like a random, you know, seven digit number just so that they know it's you. That's all. See, people need to squash this idea of like, no, it's got stuff so that eBay can start emailing you. Right. No, that's not what we're talking about. Well, it could be even worse than that. And also, I mean, what kind of, I just don't see, it'd be great if there was a liquid that could do that, but. It'd be really harmful, whatever that liquid was, if it was able to track where you were. Would it? Yes. Well, make it so it's not. Yeah, because people would have said 100 years ago, wouldn't it be great if you could get a shot and they would introduce into your body a disease, but the disease would be such that it wouldn't harm you. In fact, it would actually protect you against said disease. Yeah. And people would have gone, that's...
How could you introduce a disease into one's body and have it be, they would say that's the craziest thought in the world, and yet we have it. My mom, you know, she said she sees things now that when she was a kid seemed so crazy. The thought of a space shuttle was crazy. Yeah, but you're talking about apples and oranges. You're talking about technology inside a human body. Yeah, we have that. Do we? Yeah, the Jarvik heart. That was a crazy idea at one point. And then they created a heart that actually pumps. It's like a vacuum. Works inside of you. I'm all the way in. Yeah. I mean, if it's going to help me find my kids. Oh, my goodness. It's funny. All the vaccines now that they pump into you because it's good for the companies that produce them. You don't actually need all of them. But we don't know. That's the thing. Better sense than sorry is the way I look at it. I don't know. See, like with Jake and his autism, we don't, you know, there was this, there's a doctor in England. And we could have had him on the show. I didn't have him on the show because I'm kind of against his whole deal. He had his license taken away in England. He's very, very prominent for people that have autistic kids. He was really rallying against this vaccine called the MMR. MMR is measles, mumps, and rubella.
He was saying that he had done this research. Now, the research, it turned out, was some kids that were at a birthday party at his house. Now, whether or not people have a problem with that and go, well, that doesn't seem very controlled. That doesn't seem like a controlled environment. Okay, maybe you do, maybe you don't. But he concluded that the MMR shot was hazardous and was causing autism. And the world sort of freaked out. Part of the problem with it was that it scared so many people that they stopped giving their kids that shot. And then it started to make a comeback, those diseases. And so as a parent of a kid with autism, like we were like, holy cow. Now, Jake, he never even had the MMR. Right. He never even got it. And so when it comes to vaccines, like there's some people that are just so like 100 percent sold. Yeah. that vaccines are the cause of autism, like Jenny McCarthy. Now, her son does not meet the criteria of autism anymore. In other words, yeah, you take him to a doctor, and they go through the process, and they go, we don't see it. Is that something you can grow out of?
Well, that's a hope with Jake is that at one point, Jake does not meet the criteria for autism. I mean, right now, Jake looks like a typical kid. Yeah. You know, I mean, the only ways that you would know that there's an issue is that he still won't eat. He eats baby food. Food aversion. And he's three, almost four. So he has food aversion. And socially with other kids, there's still some issues in that it's not like a outburst type of issues. He's like almost retreats. Yeah. He's kind of afraid of other little kids. It's a good thing he has his little brothers, though, because that's going to help him a lot. It's hard for sure for him now, but it's going to help him. Yeah. He's started telling the kids that they're not allowed to cry. The little baby? Yeah. He tells Luke and Ryan that they're not allowed and that if they continue, then he'll have to take something away from them. He's their parent now. Luke just punches him in the face. Right. Luke looks at him like, really? What are you going to do? Not taking my cigarettes. Not taking these cigs. You know who I know? I know people. Uncle Woods. Uncle Woods will get you. They are like 11 months old now, huh? 11 months old. I got to tell you this story. So we're at dinner last night. And I hope he's not listening. But even on the internet, he won't care. My brother Steve is coming into town. Now, that's what we used to call Uncle Woods.
But we had to change it to Uncle Woods so that Jake would know the difference between Uncle Steve, my brother, and Uncle Woods. And so we changed it a long time ago. Well, I said to Jake yesterday at dinner, I go, guess who's coming to town this weekend? He said, who? And I said, Uncle Steve. And he got this big smile on his face. He's obsessed with Woodsy. And he goes, Uncle Wood. And I stopped before he even got it out of his mouth. He hadn't even finished saying it. He goes, Uncle Wood. And I go, no, no, no, Bubba. No, no, no. Uncle Woods is different. Uncle Woods is different. This is Uncle Steve. Uncle Steve, he kind of looks like me. And Jake goes, I like Uncle Woods. Oh, my gosh. And I'm just like. Dude. That makes me smile. Oh my gosh. He just flips out about Uncle Woods. He needs to go over to Uncle Woods' house and hang out. Absolutely. How would he feel about those dogs? They'd probably freak him out. Yeah. There's a lot of them. Like his dad. Mikey's like... They don't freak me out in and of themselves. They just freak me out that you're going to kill me because it's hard to walk. Once I sit down, I like them. Dude. Yes, I actually do. They shuffle around your ankles. It's hard. Yeah.
You know what? I think I have a pet thing. You know how some people are really, really into pets and animals and they, like woods. Like woods, right? Yes. I think that when I was, okay, so when I was little, when I was five, I had a dog that we lost and it was really traumatic. I think that kind of, you think that turned a switch. Yep. See, my thing, we never had pets growing up. Ever, ever, ever. Really? Never had a dog, never had a cat, never had a fish. Yeah. I got my first pet in college and it was a fish. Really? Maybe that's it. Because a lot of times I feel like I'm missing that gear. And I think that's why. Because I think when I was little, it got turned off because it was so traumatic. And I was so upset. And I was so like, it really crushed me that I then went on to be like, well, I won't let that affect me anymore.
I grew up with a lot of animals and it wasn't until I got Zipper, our dog now, that's like my dog that I take care of that I got that gene that was like, oh, dogs, you know, and now I just love them. Yeah. Dogs are cute. Hey, speaking of cute, this is hysterical. That little Justin Bieber, she is so cute. She just did this thing. He's 16. No, I've heard him. There's an online poll on his tour website, Bieber's My World. And basically, Justin is asking. You can't just make up poll names. It says Bieber's My World tour website. Come on now. Oh, my gosh. Well, Justin, we're on a first name basis now, so I'm just going to call him Justin. Yeah. He asked his fans to choose which country he should tour next. This is hysterical. And he didn't put any limits on it. He said, what country should I tour next? And I will go on tour. So some little troublemakers online, some little pranksters decided to take full advantage of this situation. And they have.
pulled over half a million votes to have Justin Bieber go and tour in North Korea. How hysterical is that? North Korea has gone from 24th place to first place and the contest wraps today. Oh, that is so funny. The way he's going. I'm not going to really go over there. I wonder if he can. No. He can't, right? No. He can't go to North Korea. You think Kim Jong-il's a big fever lover? I wonder if Americans are allowed to just take a flight to North Korea. I don't think we're allowed in, are we? No. Well, also, in North Korea, not very many people are allowed internet access, so it's like, obviously, Americans did it. Let me tell you, man, that North Korea is so whacked out with that Kim Jong-il. Have you guys ever seen a satellite photo at night? It's so creepy. Why? What is it? There's a line between North and South Korea and South Korea is all lit up and North Korea is black. Really? Wow. Lights out. Yeah, because they're, you know, they don't have any technology and any like, like they don't, their people are jacked. Yeah. Have breaking news. Woodsy is going to give you breaking news on Dwayne Wade.

Lauren. I'm not a crier. Woods. I hate fantasy so much. So much. Zienna. I put my head down because if I hear someone cry, I cry. And Jay. Wouldn't be the first time the long arm of the law caught up with me. On FM 94.9. I got P90 Wendy'd real good yesterday. When you said that, I thought you meant you got some Wendy's.
Like the restaurant. Oh, really? Yes. When I wrote that on your Facebook? Yeah, then I forgot your trainer's name was Wendy. Yeah. No, I didn't get Wendy's. Oh, that sounds so good. How come all fast food places, not that this is good for you. Are delicious. But how come all fast food places don't just serve regular food all the time? Like, go for a cheeseburger, you know, right now. They serve it all the time. They do? Yeah. Like Mickey D's, you can get a burger right now? Yeah. Maybe I want an Egg McMuffin in the afternoon. They don't start that until 10.30, my dear. No, they do both. I think we would know. I know. We would know better about that, you or us. Yeah, McDonald's starts serving hamburgers at 10.30. Sure. No, I'm positive. Take one look at me. You think I'm sure? I'm positive. I'm positive. Yeah, they serve breakfast until 10.30. Most of the big ones do. What a delicious breakfast at that. Yeah, no. I don't know why they have to. I mean, I'd take it now. Tell me what you think of April Lane's rendition of I Have Nothing from America's Got Talent. Wait. Uh-oh. A little pitchy dog. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. Who sang that originally? Whitney. Whitney? God, it's a good song. Oh, sure it is.
She's that bad. It's not that bad. I think she can hit the notes. She just needs a little coaching. Is this show on again? That's America's Got Talent. Yeah, it's America's Got Talent. Same thing. No, it's not. America can dance. Whatever. America can dance. Oh, man. We got breaking news in the sports world. The panel's coming up next. What's on sports? Well, we didn't jinx our boys yesterday. The Padres have been playing very good baseball, but they let one get away last night to the Nationals. It was not a team you want to lose to, unless you're facing Strasburg. And they weren't. They weren't. They were going to miss Strasburg on this trip, actually, which is a really good thing. But it doesn't really matter if you can't win. They had clawed back to tie the game, and then Luke Gregerson came in and served up a homer to Ryan Zimmerman. So they fell to the Nationals, which was pretty unfortunate.
News today is they may be adding two Padres pitchers to the all-star team. We're not sure which just yet. Yeah. But there's been some injuries on the pitching staff, like Giovanni Gallardo, who pitches for the Brewers. Yeah. He's on the DL, so they're going to have to replace him. They're thinking maybe Matt Latos will step into that. Nice. So, hey, better late than never. Can we still go vote? No, we can still vote. Heath Bell, I think, was fifth the last time I looked out of five. Oh, my gosh. It's shocking. MLB.com. MLB.com. It is baloney. Get it done. Get it done. Make it right. Well, there was a really scary night last night in Arlington, Texas. The Texas Rangers were playing the Cleveland Indians, and a fan fell from the second level down to the first. I've been to this ballpark 200 times, and it's a fall. It's a real bad. He was going for a foul ball, flipped over the thing, and in the middle of the game. So Michael Young, who is the Rangers all-star third baseman, He saw the whole thing go down. He was sitting on the bench. Cut one. Yeah, I saw the whole thing. Saw everything. Pretty disturbing visual. But I think everyone, you know, now that we found out he's going to be all right and that nobody got hurt when he fell, obviously it makes it a little easier. But I think, you know, players from both sides are pretty shaken up for a while. How long till they make a rule about it? What can they do?
Maybe they say that you'll be kicked out of the ballpark if you go for fouls or something like that. I don't think there's anything they can do. He actually had another statement about that they need to maybe raise the fence. I've been there. Yeah. The guardrail. It's pretty low. Oh, my gosh. The guardrail at Petco is pretty low. Yeah. It's these guys leaning over for the foul ball. He fell. They should make it so that it's impossible for anyone to even climb over those on the edge and then put a glass or something like that. Slides of glass? Yeah. You know, something. Because they don't want to impede your vision, but they also don't want you dying. Well, if they make it a railing that you could even stick your arm through or something like that. Then it would impede your vision. Everybody's vision. Oh, yeah. That's the tough part. You know, and the shortstop for the Indians, Jason Donald. Was really shaken up. You can tell if you listen to this audio mic. Cut to. You know, that's what I thought of was that he hit his head. He's actually on the Space Shuttle Columbia on this one. Yeah, yeah. He's calling from space. Right. Yeah. I mean, it's just really, really scary. He's talking about mission control. It puts things into perspective, you know, when, you know, this is a game and somebody potentially could have lost their life at a game. It's really scary.
You can tell. He's really, he saw, again, saw the whole thing. And this happened right in the middle of the ballgame, man. That's to do something. And it, I mean. They got to do something. What can you do? Maybe it's natural selection. Maybe we're just weeding off the week here. They got to put like, they got to put a net. Something. No, because if they put a net. No, if they put a net, then. Yahoos will want to jump on the net. Or cut the net. I'm actually surprised that this doesn't happen more often because people go crazy for those foul balls, especially after you've had a few cocktails. Yeah. You know, a couple beers. I was in foul ball territory the other day. There was probably nine hit close to us. Yeah. Line drives, the whole thing. You've got to be on your game. You've got to be watching the thing. Yeah, that's the thing. And if you make a rule that you can't go for them, then what are you supposed to do? Get hit in the head if one comes towards you. Yeah, I mean, it's, but these people flip out. How about if they made a rule that you can't go for them if you're in the front row? Because that's where it happens. You have to. I mean, it's a natural reaction. Ball's coming at you. What do you do? You just have to be careful, and maybe they put some sort of ledge or something. Electrify the rail. Oh, my gosh, Jay. Well, my sources tell me, and by my sources, I mean Mikey, that Chris Bosh will join Dwayne Wade in Miami. Holy cow. They're going to give him both the max contract that they can give him. They're expected to make their announcement today.
And then tomorrow is going to be a really big deal because King LeBron James is going to be telling us where he's going. Really? For real this time? For real. This is the weird thing. And I'd never heard anything like this. But ESPN is actually going to do a one-hour special on where he's going to go. But the good thing, before you roll your eyes, all the sponsorship money that's going to go to ESPN is all going to charity. It's going to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. So that's a good thing. That's cool. So we should know. What sort of a beating is it going to be for the 55 minutes? 55 minutes of highlights and interviews and, you know, fan reaction and all that. And what if he goes, I'm staying in Cleveland? Yeah. You're like, I'd be surprised, though. I would be surprised. I know I'm watching it for sure. I want to find out where this guy's going. You want to watch the entire. Yeah, I'll watch the whole thing. Yeah, I'll watch the whole bit.
I'll get the highlights online. Or you can get them at Woods on sports. There you go. And then finally, Tiger Woods is preparing for the British Open. Of course, he has to do the requisite press. You know, he has to answer some tough questions. This is pretty tense. This is cut three. What will your build-up be to St. Andrews? Practicing. Where? Home. Why not try and play some Lynx golf beforehand? I need to get home. Personal stuff? See my kids. With the recent behavior and the problems you've had, is a time like this, sometimes you risk losing families. Do you ever reflect on it and think, was it worth it? I think you're looking too deep into this. So, I mean, is that something that you'd... Thank you. Oh, boy. I got to say, Tiger's really good at shutting it down. He shuts it down pretty well. That's because he's a robot. Yeah, he is. He knows how to turn off. He does. He sounds robotic, but he shuts him down real good. Yeah, and then the last story, Mike, is very exciting. The Netherlands are in the final of the World Cup. And they will be taking on the winner of Germany and Spain. Look at LLB. LLB is clapping. Yeah. Great. Why? Because your heritage goes back to the Netherlands? I'm clapping because it's almost over. It's still happening. I can't believe it's still going on. 17 months. Dutch, orange people. How many teams left? Now there's three.
So Germany will play Spain. The winner of that will take on the Netherlands for the whole shebang. Then we don't have to talk about it for another four years, pal. For your money, Mike, you'd pick Spain because of your heritage, right? I know there's somebody in Texas that's really excited about this. Mark Maumann. Oh, boy. German heritage, man. He's fired up. Oh, yeah. That's why he's into it. I forgot about that. Yeah, he's got German tattoos. How does Wolfgang feel about it? Wolfgang's very excited for Germany. Yeah, you must be. Can't wait. You're going to fly back? To Germany? No, no. Watch it right here with you. You will? Go to PB. You go to PB? Find a nice German bar? Yes, yes. Maybe we can get some schnitzel. Get some schnitzel and some Holgarten. It's my favorite German bar. Holgarten is good. It's delicious. Hefeweizen. Yeah, that's how you say it. That's how you say it. It's pronounced Hefeweizen, isn't it? Hefeweizen. You pronounce your W's and your V's and W's? That's correct. Okay. That's correct. You guys ready to do the panel? We got some good ones today. I'm ready. The panel is myself, Woodsy, and Lauren O'Brien, and we only get 20 seconds per topic. Mikey. Mikey. All right.
Here's what we got. We got three stories. The Postal Service announced yesterday that they want to increase the price of the first class stamps by two cents. Perfect. So that would mean it would be 46 cents up from 44 because of the financial crisis they've been going through. The post office already lost $3.8 billion last year despite cutting 40,000 full-time positions. So they need to do more to try to help them out because everything's online now. People order online. Not as much need for the post office. Woods? Here's the problem with the stamp bit. I've got a roll of probably 500 stamps that I'm going to have to go buy two-cent stamps for. I'm not kidding. When I moved here, I bought a roll of, it cost me $300 or something. So I have more stamps than I know what to do with. Now I'm screwed. I'm going to have to go buy more two-cent stamps. Really quick, though? It might help you. No, no, no. Don't talk about it. That's my point. Don't talk about it. Lauren? I'm in the same boat. I wanted to buy those forever stamps so that that wouldn't happen. Yeah. And the lady said, don't worry, the price isn't going to go up until I think she said 2012. Yeah. So I bought a big old roll too. Yeah. And knock it off. Right? Yes. Keep it the same price. Yeah. Well, listen, how can they possibly predict that it's going to go up in a certain year? The forever stamps was the way to go. You get the forever stamps, they work forever.
Do they? Yes. They still do. They do. They work forever. Uh-huh. She told me they were out. Sorry, I'm impeding. No, you can't. She told me they were out of him. She's like, don't worry about it, though, honestly. I don't know. I hope I have forever stamps, but I doubt it. If you do have forever stamps, you're good. You don't need to buy any two cent stamps on top of that. So what I recommend is it sounds like they're going to be doing this, raising the stamp price two cents. So go buy some right now. You mean for all nine senior citizens that still use stamps? Because my dad is about it. Like everybody else, you either do stuff online. Like, what are you doing? The kid still uses it? I have so many stamps. I use them, but I need it like maybe once a month. I pay bills. Pay bills? I pay bills through the mail. Why don't you guys pay bills online? I like it. It's therapeutic for me. Is it? I like to go in my office and get my checkbook out, and I pay bills the old-fashioned way. I don't know why. Oh, what a beating. But when you're having a party and you send out invitations, or like for me, I had to send out a million thank you cards for the wedding. You know what I mean?
You need the stamps. It's a beating. And by the way, I don't want to get a Christmas card or family cards or those cards that you're talking about on email. Those cards, I have to hold them. We have Sienna. We have your deal. My wife has this cool... Baby shower invitation? Yeah. Yeah, I have it on my fridge. We have it on our counter. I looked at it last night. My wife's got this... It's almost like a wrought iron little... lightweight thing that you can stick those things, postcards and things like that in there. That's cool. Yeah. All right. What's next? Okay. Sugary drink ban. Now this is happening in San Francisco. The mayor is trying to get all Coke, Pepsi and Fanta. Fanta. Fanta. I like to say Fanta. Can you say Fanta? I would say La Jolla. The Fanta orange soda. They no longer want them in the vending machines on city property because they're very sugary. They're bad for you. Instead, they want things like soy milk and rice milk. Oh, my God. No more sports drinks with artificially sweetened water. Yes. Oh, wow. Hitting the streets of San Francisco could be very soon.
You ready? I'm ready. Don't they have needle exchanges in San Francisco? Maybe worry about that before you start taking my Coke and my orange Fanta out of the machine. For the love of God, let me drink what I want to drink. L.O.B. Well, I don't drink those sugary drinks, and I love San Francisco. It's such a green, progressive city, but they should be giving people the choice. This is America, after all. You should be able to have your sugary drinks or the choice of the soy drink. I like the choice of both. And supply and demand. People want it. Let them have it. I agree with you guys 100%. The thing that bothers me is the whole soy. Yeah. I'm just like, really? I mean, are we just, are we becoming, that's what we are? Like, oh, my grandpa would vomit with all of this stuff. This country was built. Yeah. On Coca-Cola. On Coca-Cola. Oh, my gosh. This said from the guy that 100 years ago, if you would have told us that we could inject diseases. Yeah, but what does that have to do with sugar? Because when we first started drinking things like that, we didn't realize the repercussions. We didn't realize, you know, diabetes, heart disease, direct correlation to these sugary drinks. We didn't know about things like lactose intolerance.
Didn't Coca-Cola originally have cocaine in it? Yeah. Not for very long, though. It was delicious. It still is. But people should be, now that we have informed decisions, people should be able to make them. And we're adults. We should be able to decide if we want a sugary drink or a soy milk. Maybe pack your soy milk. Nothing like some soy milk out of a machine. Gross. Disgusting. It's not milk. It's not milk. It's not milk, but some people, I mean. Should we be drinking from cows? I've never tasted soy milk. I haven't either. I never will. I never will. I like chocolate soy milk. You think John Wayne drank soy milk? No. I don't think so, dude. Do you think General Patton would have had soy milk? Maybe if he was given the option. Zero percent. No, he wouldn't have. Maybe he would have. He pulled it right from the cow's teeth. That's right. He'd have gone. Get out of here with a fairy kind of milk. Give me a cow's teat. That's what I drink. That's what Patton would have said. Okay, the last one. Britney Spears is on the new cover of Cosmopolitan magazine where they ask her about her kids. She says, if my sons told me they wanted to be in the entertainment business, I'd lock them in their rooms until they turned 30. Does not want the kids to be doing what she does. Child.
Children in entertainment. Woods. I don't know. I don't care. I mean, I don't care about her kids. I don't care about Britney Spears. I mean, kids in entertainment. I think kids in entertainment is fine. It doesn't bother me. Yeah? Yeah. I mean, I think it's hard to do as I say, not as I do. You know, they're going to grow up around that. They're going to see it, and they're probably going to be interested in pursuing something like that. L.O.B.? It's tough because... You know, I've been pursuing an entertainment career. And if I would have thought I could have had a leg up by starting younger, I probably would have wanted my parents to do that. But what child star doesn't turn out a wreck? I think it's too young. I think you should let them pursue maybe like plays and stuff like that. But wait to get into the career until they're 18. I say absolutely not. Would never, ever allow my kid to be in the entertainment field. And the reason is because their little brains. are not mature enough to be able to process fame. I can barely process being known around town. I'm 40 years old. I'm constantly saying, you've got to stay humble. You've got to keep your ego in check. It's really hard. A little kid, they can't handle it. Speaking of which, we'll be talking about Lindsay Lohan. 7 o'clock is a good example. How about Ron Howard, pal?
Dude, Ron Howard's one in a million. Yeah, he is. One in a million. And he's not really acting anymore. He's staying behind the scenes. Behind the scenes. He was Opie? Was that his first show? But that's the deal. I mean, I think what Woods used to do, he was Opie, but he was also Cunningham. Richie Cunningham. But I think your point is, he was an actor as a kid, and he didn't go... He's one exception. Yeah. I mean, most of them, they just can't process it, man. Corey Hay, man. Keith Hudson, was she young or was she like a teenager? She was like 21 maybe when she did Almost Famous. You can just think of so many examples of them that just have gone the wrong way. Burnouts, yep. This is fun. Let's do this. You've seen them. They may even be you. Woods just points them out. It's time for Dude, You're Dumb. We invite you to call for Dude, You're Dumb as well. Best way to describe it is that guy. It's just a person that you see at the store, the person you see on the roadway, or it could be a person at work that does something that makes you go, oh, dude, you're dumb. Come on. Woodsy. We got some good ones today. How about the overly talkative guy in the grocery store line? And it could be one of two people. It could be the guy behind you or it could be the checkout guy. I'm as friendly as the next guy, dude. But listen, it's just pudding. Okay? It's pudding.
What if I want to ask about your pudding? If I wanted to have a 15-minute conversation about it, I'd call Bill Cosby. What if I notice that you have pudding? Maybe just mind your own business. Let me get out of here, man. Was that pudding? How is that? Have you tried it before? I just want to get home. Oh, my gosh. I haven't had pudding in like 20 years. Hey, that looks delicious. Hey, where'd you? Is that pudding? Yes, back on aisle six. You know, you can make a really good Bundt cake with that pudding. Delicious. Leave me alone. Have you done that before? Add one of those to your cupcake mix, and it makes the most deliciously moist. You know what? You don't have any raspberries. You should really get some raspberries to add to that pudding. Here's another one for you. The Shots Guy. The guy that always has to have shots everywhere you go. And, you know, he calls you a big P word if you don't do one. Dude, I'm 35 years old. I don't need to be drinking shots of Jameson with you, okay? Dude, it's so funny when you said that because instantly I go, everybody in the world has experienced shots. Shots! You're doing one. You're doing one.
I love Shots Guy. I hate Shots Guy. I do. He's fun, dude. And we're not doing any shooters. We're doing a real shot. No kamikazes. It's whiskey. We're doing Jameson's. Oh, my gosh. No one says that. Shots Guy makes me so nervous. When I used to drink, Shots Guy made me so nervous. I would go, please just ignore me. Please just ignore me. The Park Mountain's the worst. I knew it. You go out with Mark Maumann and you're drinking Jager bombs all night long. But do you have a good time? Oh, you have a great time. You wake up in a field somewhere. Shots guy is a fun guy. You wake up in a field with makeup on. You're a guy. You have lipstick on. Green permanent marker on your head. We went to a nice, grown-up adult dinner. We go to a nice, grown-up adult dinner at Donovan's. Oh, no, he didn't. And he goes, and... Bart Malman goes, I'll take a shot of Jägermeister, please. After the dinner. After the dinner, he goes, I'll take a shot of Jägermeister. And the guy goes, and the waiter goes, sorry. Excuse me. Sorry. It's a good way to cleanse the palate. I'm totally serious. And he goes.
And you could tell he was a little embarrassed by that. He goes, let's take a shot of Jägermeister, please. He repeated himself. He had to repeat himself. And you could tell in his face. We don't have shot glasses in this restaurant. I totally forgot about that. He sure did. Did you guys just die laughing? Oh, my gosh. Like, what? He goes, dude, it's a digestif, okay? Yeah, that's what he said. Yeah, he goes, it's great for your digestion. I love it. Idiot. Wow. Yeah, you guys almost 40, okay? Wow. This one. That's great. This one is my favorite dude you're dumb that I've ever done. Why? Because it happened to me. It was after the Padres game. It was Saturday night. Yeah. And we go to Cold Stone Creamery. The whole family's in town. We're going to get some delicious ice cream. Delicious. There's 15 people in line, right? Yeah. Who do I get behind? Sample guy. Sample guy. Oh, my gosh. Oh, yeah. Sample guy. Let me try a sample of that banana, and I'm in behind him saying this out loud. Hey, dude, you know what banana-flavored ice cream tastes like? It tastes like freaking banana. Okay? Hey, buddy, you know what mint chocolate chip tastes like? It tastes like mint chocolate chip. I was losing.
What is wrong with you? There's 15 people behind us, and he's like, oh, I don't know what I want. I could see on, like, a flavor that you've never had before. Right, exactly. But you're right. I don't know what Gooby Dooby Dumb Drop is, so let me try it. Let me try that. I got a sample this last weekend when I got ice cream. Was there a giant line? No. What did you sample? Banana? You know what it tastes like? It tastes like banana. She's like, oh my gosh, that tastes like banana. But there's different textures. Are there clumps of banana in it? I don't want to deal with any clumps. Is it creamy? I want to know these things. The spoon is this big. It's tiny. But it lets me know what I'll be buying. Easy, Emeril. Seriously. Oh, I lost. I lost my mind. He did four samples. No! And I'm sitting there going, really? Cookies and cream? It's exactly like cookies and cream. It's Oreos with ice cream, bro. Here's the deal. He wasn't 14. He was 45 years old. There's nothing wrong with that. There's a lot wrong with it. I feel bad for him. No!
Lauren, you're in line waiting. You're just like, listen. Oh, wait. Excuse me. This is sample time. February on a Tuesday at 11 a.m. That's sample time. The weather here might as well be February. And then I think he went with chocolate for his selection. Was he with anyone? Yeah. It was his wife. You guys. Idiot. He wanted to spend his hard-earned money, and he was like, before I get this expensive ice cream, I want to try it. And Cold Stone's a little different than, like, your everyday basketball. Saturday night in July? Are you guys kidding me? Banana tastes like banana. I'm sorry. That just reminds me of something about my dad. Yeah. Guess what, Dad? It's a banana. How about you just get it? Just get it. There's 80 people behind us. Get your ice cream and move on. Please. 570-1949 is our number. So we're going to break down the Lindsay Lohan audio next. I haven't heard it purposefully. She got sentenced to jail time. We'll tell you how much jail time. We have the audio of the judge handing down the sentence and then her breakdown. Haven't heard any of it. We'll do it next. Oh, my God. It's better than I thought.

Yesterday, Lindsay Lohan got sentenced, and this is for something that happened back in 2007, right? Yeah, DUI, reckless driving, yep. So here is the judge handing down the sentence to Lindsay.
30 days in jail on the reckless driving case, 30 days in jail on the first DUI case consecutive, and 30 days in jail on the second DUI case consecutive. That's 90 days in jail. The court is also going to order Dr. Sharma or appoint Dr. Sharma and Malinak, Kajal Sharma and Hyde Malinak to interview the defendant. Because within two days of her release from jail, she's ordered to report to probation and she's ordered to do a 90 day inpatient substance abuse program. That's going to be good for her. Yeah, definitely will. OK, so why the harshness of the sentence? Why the why? Well, she got two DUIs in another case for reckless driving. She's had multiple incidences with the scram bracelet, which she is.
But that's not factoring into this, right? Or is it? I mean, it all is a factor. It's all violation of probation. Yeah, she's broke her probation. She went to a film festival out of the country. Her scram bracelet went off saying she had alcohol in her system. So she's been given... Numerous opportunities. Yeah, she's messed up quite a few times. And even if some of them were false, I mean, there's just too many to count. She always comes to the table with some cockamamie excuse. Her mother said that, I read this last night, her mother said that somebody spilled a drink on her, which is why the scram went off. I mean, she had it easy, man. She had it made. And really... Was she at an Applebee's and somebody spilled a drink on her? She was at a nightclub and somebody spilled a drink on her. You know who that doesn't happen to? Why are you going to nightclubs? She's entitled to go to nightclubs if she didn't already mess up. But she did. And she should be keeping her nose clean. And you can't just evade the law just because you're a celebrity. Yeah, and when I ask the harshness of the sentence, I'm not implying that I feel that she got a raw deal because I don't. I don't think it's that harsh.
I just say the only reason that I say the harshness of the sentence is because she got sentenced. And so I want to illustrate that she got sentenced. That's the reason I said it. One thing I noticed is we did the story when she got sentenced to wear the scram bracelet. You guys remember that? Yeah. And I remember watching that judge lay that down. And I remember thinking in my head. That judge isn't messing around at all. Like that's not, that's not a woman that I want to really mess with. I'm going to do what she says and I'm going to get off this probation and move on with my life. And for her to, I mean, I think they said she missed nine meetings. Nine meetings. I mean, what do you, what do you have to go to, what do you expect? Why would you even cry? You had to know walking in there. I'm screwed today. The look now. And I, you know, I'm just, this is an observation. Okay. The look that I saw her giving to her attorney was almost a look like, how could you let this happen? I'm sure that's what she thought. I'm sure she did not go into that courthouse thinking what Wood said, like, I'm screwed. I'm sure she thought, no, there's always a way out of it. There always has been since she's been however old she's been in the spotlight. Well, I can tell you this as a recovering alcoholic, that when you're active in your addiction, which I don't know that she is.
I don't know that she is because she's wearing that bracelet. Well, doesn't she have that bracelet on or no? Yeah, she can't be. Well, yeah, but she can't be drinking every day. You know, she's trying. Yeah. But when you're active in your addiction, man, you're a mess. And sometimes when you're spiraling out of control, you need a roadblock like that to just stop you from getting your own way. Look at Robert Downey Jr. I mean, he's the biggest comeback that you've ever seen. The guy was. smoking crack, shooting heroin, waking up in people's beds in other homes that he didn't live in. And the guy, when he got that, I remember him saying, it's like I have the taste of metal. It's like I have a gun in my mouth, but I like the taste of metal. I remember him saying that to the judge. And it always hit home to me. And they sent him away for a year. And look at him now. She won't do the full 90 days. No, I think she has to do 30. She has to do 30. I wonder if the judge can impose that she must do the whole. No, can't. She can't impose that? And I like the fact that they're going to send her to mandatory rehab. That's a tough one. My guess is that when it's all said and done, we're going to hear interviews from her later saying, I'm really glad all that happened. Anyway, here she is talking to, addressing the court. I just wanted to take a minute to say that...
You know, I, as far as I knew, I was being incompliant with. How did you miss nine and you thought you were being compliant? Yeah. And let me tell you something. There's nothing that a judge hates more than excuses. And you know, she, this is another one I read. She, one of the reasons she missed a couple of meetings was while my uncle died. While they did some research, she didn't go to the funeral. Really? Yeah. It's just BS, man. Like, own up to it. We've all had to do it. My program, right on programs. You know, when I would ask to leave town, they would give me permission to leave town. So that's all that I knew that was coming to me. I wasn't expecting any special treatment, aside from the understanding that I have to provide for myself. I have to work and my schedule. Well, everyone does. Yep. Everyone that's. Ben, in your situation, does. Well, there she means, because she was ordered to stay in L.A., you know, where she's from. It's a pretty good place to have to stay if you're an actress. She was filming a movie in Texas, so she had an excuse to go on a plane and do something like that. There's plenty of work she could have had in the city limits. Which, by the way, is very nice of them. Yeah. Yeah. To allow her to do it. You know, unfortunately, it's very different.
They were willing to work with me on that. That was the only kind of special treatment that, you know, if anything, they would give me is trying to kind of balance their schedules with mine, which I really appreciated. Having said that, I did do everything that I was told to do and did the best I could to, you know, balance jobs and showing up. By the way, you know, just to, I just want to make the point that with a judge, most of the time, Doing the best you could is a curve. And the law generally doesn't have much to do with the curve. So whether or not you're doing well as, you know, for you could be that the situation is, is that in Lindsay Lohan's life, when she's told to do something, she never does it. And so if she does it four times, hey, judge.
I did it four times out of 30. Do you realize I never do what I'm told? I did it four times. That doesn't, it's not a bell curve. I'm sorry. I can't help but feel bad for her though. I have said a million times, I always feel bad for people that cannot get out of their own way. I do. I mean, she's still just a young girl that now has to go to jail and it's terrifying. I have sat in her spot. I have been right there. Where the judge is doing the deal? Yeah. I've been right there. It's got to be terrifying. It's the most terrified I've ever been in my life. And to sit there and listen to it, you're like, wow, this is dark. Yeah. This is dark and this is what I have to do. Wow. How did I get here? Yeah. I don't feel bad at all. In terms of going more than once in a week. I think a lot of people probably share Jay's opinion.
Yeah, a lot of people do. She's just pushing it too hard. I mean, it's just like, come on, what do you, I mean, you push it this hard, you go down. Yep. Yeah, I agree. I guess I just go, man, too bad you can't get out of your own way, you know? Some people, I know that I was ordered to go once a week, and I wasn't, you know, I wasn't missing the classes, just hanging out or doing anything like that. I was working mostly. Morocco, the trip I was working with. So that's her deal. Her deal is, I didn't go, but I was working. Other people, same situation. I had to quit my job to go do what I had to do. I had to quit my job where I made a lot of money. And I had to go find another one. What the judge wants to hear from her is, you're right, I screwed up and I'm going to go do my time and I'm going to try to get better. And what are you going to do to now contribute to society? Right. And what have you learned from the sentencing? You don't want to hear all these excuses. I know. And that's the deal. And I see, you know, this is one of the things that Woods and I have talked about before. It's fast forward the tape. If she were to fast forward the tape on the thought of what will happen? I mean, just like it's a VCR, a DVR, and you hit the fast forward button. I'm going to tell.
The judge. How come I didn't go to my classes? And the reason I'm going to give is because I was working. Fast forward that tape. And see the judge's expression when you fast forward the tape. It's not going to go well. Does the judge go, oh my gosh. I'm sorry. I didn't realize. Yeah. You had to work? You're working? Oh my God. Well, how come you didn't say that from the very beginning? I would have just said, oh, you don't have to go. I didn't realize you have a job. Oh my goodness. Please. I'm sorry. And I respect her. I've been taking it seriously. Oh my God. Do you get mad when you hear that? Yes. Oh, I feel sad. I mean, I feel bad that she has to go. I wouldn't wish anyone to go to prison. Well, certain people. I mean, I just, I don't think it's like, oh, yes, now she's getting what she deserves. I feel bad that she has to go. But, like, she's an actress, and she's playing it up. Oh, you think she's faking it? She's definitely playing it up, the drama. I mean, I know she's probably scared S-less, and she's like, upset with herself and that's you know and that'll add to it but come on nothing feels worse than getting caught yeah yeah um and i appreciate that right on programs has done so much to help me finish early because um i wanted to make sure that i would come back here making you happy and the court system and show that i meant everything i put into it the reason that it's also upsetting to the judge i'm sure
Is because it reminds me a lot of when we were kids. You know, or if you're a parent, it's when your kid does the thing that is wholly manipulative. In saying, I was trying to please you. Like, listen, I'm a grown up. I'm an adult. This is the judge. I'm an adult. The whole you were trying to please me thing. Who do you think you're talking to? She's heard every excuse in the book. I'm not stupid. I'm sure the tears to her are just crocodile tears. The reason that I have the hard time is there's an inherent manipulation. And going more than once in a week, I would try to do that only because I knew I had to work the next week. I figured, and as far as I knew, they were okay with this, and it was still in compliance that if I did... three in a week or two in a week, then it would make up for the fact that if I had to work the next week, then that's why I wouldn't be there because I've already done them now. So I thought, as far as I knew, that was in compliance. Had I not known, had I been, you know, taken aside and told that in detail, then that would have been a difference. So it's not my fault. It's somebody else's. If somebody would have come to me, which somebody dropped the ball here, Judge, and I'm sorry, and I don't want to throw anyone under the bus that's in my
You know, my surroundings, my camp. I won't mention any names, but someone should have told me that that was the deal. Pull me aside. She doesn't want special treatment, but she wants to be pulled aside. Yeah. Story. I'm not taking this as a joke. It's my life and it's my career and something I've worked for my entire life. And, you know, I've learned from my experiences. I take responsibility for my actions. Well, wait a minute. You just said you just said that. If somebody would have told you that you would have gone. But so that is the opposite of responsibility. In fact, it's putting the responsibility on someone else to tell you what you should have done. And I've tried to do the best I can in the past few weeks since I was here last, which is the only time I've been, you know, present in front of a judge in any of my situations in terms of this specific case. It's the only time I've actually. You know, and honestly, it did wake me up. Yes, of course it scared me. And it also confused me because I was there thinking that it was okay that I missed those classes. Had I known differently, again, like I said, I would have taken it. You know, I would have made sure that I was in town each week. And I would have balanced my work around that because I'd rather, you know, be working in the long run, after all, than dealing with this kind of thing for the rest of my life.
I guess that's, I mean, really all I had to say. It's just been such a long haul, and I don't want you to think that I don't respect you and your terms, because I really did think that I was doing what I was supposed to do, and I mean that with all my heart. So now, will she go to Los Angeles, I'm guessing Los Angeles County? Mm-hmm. They'll probably give her her own self. July 20th, she has to surrender to the court. And until that time, she has to be wearing her scram bracelet still. I mean. And at least 30, you said? 30 days for each one. 30 days for reckless driving and first DUI and second DUI. 90 days, but Woodsy. She'll do 30. 30. Yeah, but look at Khloe Kardashian was there for like five minutes, you know, and she was supposed to be there for over a month. She'll do 30 days. She'll do 30 days in county, and then she has to go do 90 days of inpatient rehab. That's great for her. Because by the time she gets to that, she'll probably be broken down enough to, you know, be willing to do it. M1 Maiden fan from Carmel Valley. Hey, what's up, buddy? What's going on, dude? You know, I really can't feel sorry for this young lady because two things.
In my life, the people that I've been around that have been a downer, that have been abusers and stuff like that, they treat everybody else around them like crap. And they think they're above everybody all because they think for some reason they're enlightened to something different. I'm happy people get help and they need to get help. And I know where you've come from, Mike, and I'm happy you did that. But I'm not going to feel sorry for someone who's a millionaire and who's definitely planned on the acting. I don't believe a word she said. Yeah, the only thing I feel sorry for, and this isn't specific to Lindsay, this could be for a millionaire. This could be for somebody that is destitute on the street because of their own hand. And that is the person that can't get out of their own way. The person that is so self-destructive, you know, that breaks my heart. I agree there, Michael. As a human. I just have sympathy for those people in general like Lindsay and all those celebrities that have gone to jail, rehab, all this stuff because it's just like...
We don't know what they're going through. Their life is all over every tabloid, and it's no excuse. She made a mistake. This is the best thing that can happen to her because she needs to learn. But she's been so used to talking her way out of things and being fine with her mistakes. She doesn't know any different. It's all self-imposed, though. I mean, she waves to the paparazzi. She goes to the places where the paparazzi are. If you invite that kind of stuff into your life, I can't feel bad for you. Invite it. You don't. Aren't you? How come Natalie Portman? You never see her in this kind of trouble. Naomi Watts. But getting into acting isn't inviting that. No, but what she does with the paparazzi, the places that she frequents. But also you have to remember that she got involved when she was a little kid. She didn't have. Natalie Portman was not a little kid. She was. She was in beautiful girls when she was real little. This is Bird from Dragon Eyewear with the FM 94.9 Authentic Surf Report for a Wednesday morning being brought to you by Guayaquil Yerba Mate. Today, under cloudy skies, although not quite as cloudy, we are seeing a decrease in that dominant southwest really swell. It continues to taper off throughout the rest of this week. This morning, still running that way as the chest-eye zone on average, so we've had high waves at the top standard spots open to the south swell direction. Maybe even a few pluses on that, but on the inconsistent side, to be sure. Right now, we've got a higher tide, too, so as that tide drops out, look for the beach breaks to become a bit more walled up while those top south-facing reef areas will find a little bit better.
a little bit better line and definition to them. We do have some wind on it once again, though, with the overcast skies and almost drizzly out there. There's a bit of a stop, a wind breeze, putting a texture on the more exposed spots. Not real bad, but definitely something that kind of is an irritant on the overall conditions. Water temps still hovering in that mid-60s, lower 60-degree range. Just cannot seem to get above that. And, I don't know, it's kind of a gloomy morning once again, but there is a little bit of surf to be had. They declared the law will cause, quote, detention and harassment of authorized visitors, immigrants, and citizens who do not have or carry identification documents. Also yesterday, two groups of illegal immigrants came ashore in North County. On a boat? On a boat, yes, a ponga. They were apprehended. Ponga? Uh-huh. That's like a little boat that they've been coming up from Mexico from. You know what it is. Of course they do. 18 adults who were dumped off by this little boat, and they all came to the country illegally from Mexico. Woodsy, what's going on in sports? The Padres fell to the Nationals last night. Also, Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade will be joining the Miami Heat. LeBron James is going to tell us tomorrow where he's going. Go to MLB.com. Vote for Heath Bell to make the all-star team. It's a deal with a story that you were telling me about the athletic director from Georgia. This is crazy, man. Damon Evans has resigned from the University of Georgia. He was the athletic director. Got pulled over, drinking and driving. Had a woman's panties in between his legs. And a 28-year-old girl next to him. Married father of two. That was not his wife.
And then try to use his influence as the athletic director for University of Georgia to get him out of the traffic stop at DUI. Oh, that's not good. That's not good at all. And he is done. He is out. Oh, wow. Bad mistake. Yeah. Yes, it is. It's easy. I'm going to play a song, and the song is going to stop playing abruptly. When it does... You need to take over singing the song. Now, if you don't know the words to the song, it's okay. You can still win. But the way that you win is by being creative and making up some words. Absolutely. But what I don't want to hear is, I don't want to hear you sing, I don't know the words to this song. That's not creative. And I don't want you to say, I can't hear it.
So you have to be creative. Let's see. M1 scene from San Diego. Are you there? Yeah. Hey, good morning, guys. Good morning. How are you? Pretty good. On your way to work this morning? I'm actually at the airport working already. There you go. All right. When this song abruptly stops, you take over. All I need is for you to come up with something creative or for you to actually know the words to the song. Here we go. Looking for something. Way to dig in. Yes. I did real good. Yes. I got it real good. That's the Eurythmics, and you did great. That is the way the ding-dong sing-along is done. That was perfect. You couldn't have done it any better. Thank you, M1C, and hang on the line. You just won tickets to the nighttime at the zoo. M1L from Carlsbad, you there? Yes. All right, you have a high bar to reach because M1C nailed it. That's exactly how you do it. You ready?
Yes. Here we go. Can't be torn apart from my guy. Very, very well done. We are two for two. Good pull. Good going, M1L. M1 Greg from 4S Ranch. You ready to play? And if anybody else wants to play, you can call us 570-1949. M1 Greg, are you ready? All right, dude. Here we go. I also like how you got up there and got that high note. You got up there and got after it. You know what I'm saying? It was great. It was great, Greg. Hang on the line. There's a couple hundred thousand people listening. That's not a big thing. M1, is it M1 Lucia from San Diego? Yes. Lucia. Are you ready to do this? Yep. Okay, here we go. Finish the song. Finish it. You'll be the king. Nice. Very good. Hang on the line, Lucia.
Very well done. We got every single person won. Everybody slayed it today. Every single person won. Incredible. That's fantastic. 570-1949 is our number if you want to give us a call. Hey, Mikey. Yeah. I was just talking to Lucia. Uh-huh. Her birthday was yesterday. Really? Oh, happy birthday. And guess who forgot her birthday? Not me. I didn't. No, her husband. What? No. No way. Is she still on the line? The dancing queen? The dancing queen? The dancing queen. Hey, Lucia. Yeah? Guess what? Well, you still get a birthday present because we'll let you go to the zoo. Oh, yeah? Yeah, you get to go to the zoo at night. Absolutely. Your husband forgot your birthday? Yeah, he totally forgot my birthday yesterday. How did you go without saying something about that? It was just one of those things where I was like, I'm not going to remind him. Like, we've been married three years, you know? Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. So you didn't drop any clues before the actual day like I always do? I mean, I was sort of like, you know, prepared a little bit more in the morning, like got a little more dressed up. You just like didn't question anything at all.
Dead man walking. Oh, my. And when you went to sleep last night, were you just fuming mad? I would be lying there like, you jerk. I would be hurt. I would be crying myself to sleep. I'm a guy. I'd be hurt. Yes. What? Wouldn't care. Yes, you would. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. How many times has Wood said, Hey, guys, what are we doing for my birthday? Hey, guys, what are we doing for my birthday? Maybe once. Maybe once a day. Really? Seriously, truly. If Jamie did not remember. I wouldn't care, dude. You know that she would never, though. I wouldn't care. I wouldn't care. It's a birthday. Big deal. 35, not 7. I would get a text from Woods that said, Kid's wife forgot his birthday real good. Yeah, I would use it as a bit. I wouldn't be mad. As a bit. You wouldn't be hurt. No, I wouldn't be mad at all. It's a birthday. What am I, we're seven years old? Yes. Can you get the little spacey jump for me in the front yard? Don't you do it. Don't you do it. I didn't get a birthday cake. Is that what she's asking for? Is that what she's asking for? Everyone wants a little notice. Girls are different than boys. Boys. Hey, Lucia. Yeah. If I put you on hold, can we get his number? We'll call him and we'll...
Gilmore time? Yes. Totally. Hang on a second. Oh, my gosh. Mikey. We'll be cool. We'll be nice. What are you going to say? This. I'm nervous. I'll make it clever. You do that. I'll make it clever. What? What? Be nice. Well, Wood says he doesn't care. It wouldn't bother him. Well, Jamie would never forget. No, and he would care. He doesn't know what it feels like because he doesn't have someone who would ever forget in a million years. You would be so mad. I wouldn't. Yes, you would. You know, birthdays are a big deal in my house. None of us are even going to acknowledge your birthday. Let's just not do anything. Save your money. Give your money to a homeless guy. I'll save my words, too. That's what means more to me. I'll save my words. Give your money to SPCA. Really? In my honor. No. Yeah, in my name. No, but why? It's just your birthday. Why would we do anything in your honor? If you were going to, give it to the SPCA. Oh, okay. That's what I would. You're assuming that we were going to. Well, we all have for everybody else. It's just a birthday, though. Why would we? You don't care about birthdays. I don't. Why would we get you anything? Jay has him. If you were gonna. He's online. Jay has him. Jay has him. This is Danny.
Danny, are you there? Yes, I am. Hang on a second. I have to connect somebody to the line, okay? Okay. Okay. Lucia, are you there? Yeah. Danny, it's your wife, Lucia. Hey. And we were just calling you because we thought that you might want to wish Lucia a happy birthday. Oh, my God. Oh, my God, baby. Say anything. Baby, baby, baby. Baby, baby, baby, baby. You know that it was yesterday, right? Not today. You know it was yesterday, not today. Yes, it totally was. Oh, my God. Translation. Translation. I just realized it was yesterday. Oh, my God. I shouldn't have even said anything. He would have said happy birthday today. He would have said happy birthday today. Why did I say that? He would have been like, babe, happy birthday. Happy birthday, of course, but no, no. I mean, the work has been absolutely crazy and just utter the deadlines around the holiday. Oh, my God. I'm so sorry. I feel like a douche. Lucia. Lucia, you can use this opportunity to get like a nice little dinner. A little something. Yeah, totally.
How about a trip to wine country, Danny? How about a new car? How about she stores this little golden nugget for whenever she wants? She needs it? Keep letting it build. Of course she will. Just remember that one time in 2010 when you forgot my birthday. Quit twisting the daggers. Yeah, you're a dead man. Radio station had to call you and remind you. Hey, Danny, what will you do? What? What will you do? It will probably be absolutely like a dinner, but something obviously more romantic, too. How about Alexis, pal? Because you're a dead man. Flowers, at the very least. Oh, at least. Oh, for sure. Lucia, what's your favorite type of flowers? What's my favorite type of flowers? Yep. I like roses. There you go. Yeah, you can't go wrong with that. And you didn't even notice that she was getting up and putting on the extra makeup and dressing extra nice on her birthday? You didn't even notice? This is a man we're talking to. Not at all. Not at all. I mean, I literally was in my own little world and I tend to do that sometimes. Sounds like a man. Probably just busy working, putting food on the table.
Danny's just busy being dynamic. Sure, Lucia doesn't have a job. She just has to rely on Danny. Probably just keeping a roof over your head and stuff. You are the worst, Woods. You are the worst. It's full of crap. Hey, Lucia, you get to pick a real sweet place to go to dinner tonight. Donovan's, Pample Moose, whatever you want. She got herself a birthday gift with some zoo tickets. There you go. That's really nice. She did win you guys some zoo tickets. There you go. Danny, write it down. Put it in your calendar, pal. Hey, Danny. Danny, do you have a Mac? Yes, I do. You got to use iCal. iCal. That's what I do. iCal will send you email reminders. Hey, how about you just remember your wife's birthday? Yeah, exactly. How about you just remember that day? How about you just etch it into your brain? Yes, I will. No, absolutely. After this time, absolutely. I definitely will. Danny, when's your birthday? When's mine? September 10th. September 10th? Yes. When's your anniversary? Uh, it is... That's horrible, yes. Okay. When is it, Danny? Oh, we beat him enough. When's your anniversary, Danny? Oh, God. Our anniversary is in March. In March. You don't know the date? He knows. Come on, Danny. March what? What? March what? It's March 13th. Lucia, is that it?
Say what? He's like going in his... Looking at his cell phone. March 13th. Yeah, can you hear the sweat pouring out my face right now? You sound like a good sport though. Congratulations. You're going to the zoo and you get your wife to deal with later. Maybe you pick her up in a Ferrari. There you go. Alright, lovebirds. Girls like diamonds. He's got a cool wife. Yeah. I forgot Kim's birthday one time. No. I did. Jay Isbell. She doesn't say a word about it, though. Like, I'll start talking about my birthday, you know, a month out. Like, hey, my birthday is coming up. We're going to do something fun. And she's like, yeah, I'm like, I plan my own party. If people are going to come over to my house and come over from, you know, it's like she does it. She doesn't say a word. And so about noon, the day of her birthday, I was like, oh, no. It just hit you like a light bulb went off. And so I called her up like, hey, honey, just wanted to say happy birthday. Got a big present coming home for you. She's like, yeah, maybe a little too late. See, I cut Jay big time slack for noon because if it were me, I would just think she's got something going on. I don't want to jump the gun. But they probably like they saw each other that morning. I want that to be the first words out of your mouth when we open our eyes in bed.
It's become the thing now. It's the competition at home to see who can say either the happy, whatever holiday or whatever it is. It's whoever says it first. So I'm way in the lead now. I'm like, happy anniversary. Oh, happy St. Patrick's Day. She's like, now it's a game. What's your anniversary, Jay? October 31st. We got married on Halloween. That's easy to remember. Pookie. 570-1949 is our number. I had to. Ask Sienna who Kendra Wilkinson is. I said, Kendra Wilkinson, reality show lady? Yeah, she has her own show. She was also on Girls Next Door, one of Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriends. Disgusting. And she's from San Diego. She's from Claremont. Her mom still lives here. What, so you don't have a high opinion? No, that show was ridiculous. Oh. What was its show? He had the three blondes, Girls Next Door? Yeah, the Girls Next Door. Oh, the show was about Hugh Hefner and his girl? Dating his three girls? It was about the three girlfriends, and he was in it. It was at the Playboy Mansion. And then Kendra became such a big star from it that now she has her own reality show with her new son and new husband, Hank Baskett, who's an NFL player. I say disgusting because I'm very jealous of Mr. Hefner. See, I think it's kind of creepy because it seems like a... No, it was creepy.
That's a grandpa. Yeah. A girl who I was in high school with in La Jolla is his main girlfriend now. She's younger than me. I'm 25. Oh, that's really creepazoid, man. I know. 80-something? 82? He's up there. It's just basically... like arm candy and status. They don't do anything. They do. Do they say on there? The reason that Kendra's in the media a lot right now is because she's writing a tell-all book about her whole life and all her drug struggles and everything like that. And she talks about her sex life. But one of the chicks was married. No. Yeah, one of the chicks that was on there was married and her husband was cool with it. Oh, what a filthy bunch of folks. Wait, on what? The girls next door? No. Yeah. I watched the show. I'm going to defer to Sienna on this one. No, there's no way. She's married now. That's Kendra. No. I want proof. I need proof. L.O.B. Earlier this morning. What did you? You thought something real crazy. McDonald's. Yeah, you thought McDonald's sold hamburgers at 7 in the morning. This is different. It is? But you don't have a TV. If I read something.
Then I can retain it. I never read anything about the burgers. Where did you read it? I don't remember where I read it. Bathroom wall? No. I mean, the reason I know is because there's Holly, Bridget, and Kendra. Bridget is the one. Bridget, no, because she has a boyfriend, and you see her out with her boyfriend all the time. I don't know. Listen to this. I know who Holly is. Jay says yes. Jay knows. No, no. None of them are married. Here is a clip of Kendra, who's from San Diego. Yeah. From Claremont. Are we sure nobody has their phone next to the deal? Oh, that's driving me absolutely batty. This is Kendra on the Today Show yesterday. We mentioned in the lead-in that you went to strip clubs and stripped, and your mom didn't know about it. And you actually had to tell her before the book came out, hey, Mom, I've got a couple of things to let you know about. It's one of those things where I was a little embarrassed about, but I was a good person doing it. It wasn't like I was a druggie stripper. I was a very good person doing it, but I was kind of still embarrassed about it. I didn't want to tell my mom. Oh, what a confusing statement. Wasn't she a druggie?
I watched that yesterday and I watched a whole interview and she probably said the phrase, you know, 87 times. Easy, easy. Isn't that a confusing thing to say though? I wasn't, I was a good stripper. I wasn't like a druggie stripper. Like if you're a stripper. You're better because you're not doing drugs. And the ones that are doing drugs, they're better because they're not killing people. And the ones that are killing people are better because they're not killing and kidnapping. Like, what is that? I think the people that have problems with stripping have enough problems with just the stripping alone. They weren't even thinking about the fact that, well, you were also a druggie. So that's worse. Yes. So don't forget that. It's like, well, first of all, I don't think I'm good. I don't think anybody's really good. No. Inherently bad. Everybody inherently has issues. We all have our issues. That's a terrible way to look at life. No, but it's true. But we're all inherently bad? Yeah, we are all inherently bad. We're inherently sinners. Well, we're inherently bad. In other words, if that isn't true, then that means the opposite? That we're all inherently good? Yes, and we're capable of doing bad things or making mistakes. Okay, now I guess it all depends on who we're using as our point of reference. Are we using...
Jesus or are we using Hitler? Because if we're using Jesus' stuff, if we're using Hitler, oh my gosh, we're great. I'm saying the average Joe. Everyone in this room, I think, is inherently good. Oh, no way. Me. I'll tell you, me. I mean, I'm just telling you that my nature is to be selfish. It's to be egotistical. It's to be, like, the list goes on and on and on. That's who I, you know, I'm a jerk. Inherently. Inherently. Listen. I have to, I got to work at being a better guy. I mean, I think we all do. We're all a work in progress. I mean, you've told me, here's my issues. I'm working on it. And I've even seen you. That's what I'm saying. And those issues are generally not good. But don't you think that the good outweighs the bad? Well, that's not the question. That's not the question. That's not what's in question. What's in question is, and in my case, by the way, boy, I got to think about that because I got such a laundry. I'd have to go through the list of bad and I'd go, oops, I forgot that one. And then I'd have to write that one down and then I'd go, okay, I'm good. I don't have any more bad qualities. And then I'd think about it a second and I'd go, uh-oh, I forgot. Selfish. Yeah, but I don't think having issues and having flaws means you're an inherently bad person. It doesn't mean you're inherently good. I mean, if those flaws are bad, they're bad. But don't you think that...
You have all these outside influences. Like, I think a baby is born inherently good. They are completely innocent. You think that they have selfish qualities right from the get-go. Yes. I don't believe that. Yes. I believe that from birth, we are born with inherent issues. I don't think so. I was born bad. Born bad, I'm going to die bad. Bad Blake. Bad Blake. Yeah, I do. Oh, we're all entitled to our opinions. That is correct, my dear. 5701949. What celebrity allegedly has the manliest fragrance out there in the world right now? Like, I don't have the really clever witticisms like L.O.B. does. Yeah. But I do, like, the heading to the beach or. And they're going to be launching a new fragrance line on Thursday, actually. Tomorrow it comes out. And this guy who he's partnered with says that he feels that this is the manliest scent in the world. Bruce's new cologne. And it has grapefruit in it. Grapefruit. Mikey will be the judge of that. I'll be the judge of that. Grapefruit. Because you've made your own cologne. Yeah. You sure have. Mikey has. You sure have. There's also pepper in there with the grapefruit. There's pepper in there. Habanero. Habanero, jalapeno, combo. Grapefruit, pepper, and I'm going to say this wrong, vetiver. Oh, yeah, vetiver. Yeah, vetiver, of course. I don't know what that is. Did you put that in yours, Mike, when you went to Hawaii and you made your own? A little bottle. Shut up. Clown. Can't see too well. Is that Elizabeth Taylor? Mike, you need to bring it in. I can take it. You need to bring it in so we can smell it. M. M by Mike Asparza. The new fragrance from Elizabeth Arden. M. I could weather this storm. It's like standing outside in a hurricane. What did you do on your Hawaiian vacation? Did you surf? No, no, I didn't.
Nope. Didn't surf. Did you leave the hotel? No, no. I had a laptop and I made my own cologne. Where did you make your own cologne? Yeah, they had a little stand, a little kiosk. Like at the hotel? Yeah, at the hotel. You can do whatever you want and I decided I'm going to make my own fragrance. How long did that take? About four hours. Was it for girls only? No, I was the only guy there. I was the only guy there. It didn't take four hours. Are you a chemist now? Did Rebecca do this with you? I was probably the only person that did it in the whole week that we were there. When you walked up, the lady's like... Holy crap, really? He went for it. Oh, my God, we got one. Oh, my God, we got one. That'll be $700, sir. Have you worn your cologne? Yes. How many times? How many times? A couple times. A couple times. He's never pointed it out. Bring it in tomorrow, please. Rebecca, remind him to bring it in tomorrow. No, don't bring it in. I want to see the bottle. I want to see the whole thing. Mikey's leaving. You're trying to find a door over there. I know. There was no door to get out of here. It's just a guitar. It's just a guitar in the corner. What? Oh, those judging eyes. Oh, those judging eyes. Guy goes all the way to Hawaii and decides, this is what I want to do on my trip. I want to make cologne.
My own special blend. What a clown. By Mike Esparza. If I were listening to this and it wasn't me, I'd be like, how gay. No, it's not gay. Wait, how many colognes do you have at home already? Seven, right? No, it's like 69 or 68. Some other load. Too many. Wow. There's a few of them. Bring in the ones you don't wear anymore and I'll take them. He wears them all. I wear them all. I put on Old Spice today. He just likes to try out different things. Keep them fresh. Old Spice smells real good. Yeah, my dad likes it. Yeah, my grandpa wore the hell out of it. If you go to Ocean Air Restaurant and you go to the bathroom, they have a little bottle. And every time I go in, a little spritz. How about the combs in the blue water? Yeah. You know that? I love that. Barbasol. Barbasol. Barbasol. Barbasol. Barbasol. That's great. Let's see. Woodsy says in his recap that they have made a big decision in the Woods household. They're keeping all their dogs in the garage in kennels. Aw. Sucks. Why? I told you guys maybe last week. We got home one night and our garage has been.
Literally ripped to shreds by the big dog, Shooter. And he ripped the door jam off. He ate the sheetrock. He ripped both door jams off, ate the sheetrock on the other side. Just thrashed. So you put the rest of the dogs in solitary because of one guy? Yeah, so what we did is we bought a kennel for Shooter, a big one. And he goes in there by himself. And then Senior Beans and Savannah go in together. And then Lucky and Penny go in together. How do you choose? Who goes in what? Lucky and Penny are best pals. They're the originals. They're the originals. Oh, okay. Why? I don't get it. Why? Why do they have to go in there? Why do they? Yeah. Well, and they were going number one and number two in our garage, and it was nasty, so we just put them in the kennels. They won't go in there. Why were they doing that? Yeah. Are they house-trained? No. Somewhat. Maybe you train them. Well, when you put them in the backyard, how come they don't go in there? They're really hard to train. Why don't they go in the back? They do. He doesn't want to put them outside because the coyotes. But I don't put them outside when we leave. We kept them in the garage, just kind of running free. And now we've got to keep them in, call them and get in your little house. Are the kennels at least in the house? No, they're in the garage. You guys. It's not hot. It's 65 degrees outside. It's still not fun in there. But when we bring them, when we bring them, when it gets hot, we're going to bring them inside. Senorita Lauren is right. That's Senor Bean. Senor Bean. Senor Bean. It's his dog. Hi, buddy.
Hey, how come you keep me outside now, man? I keep you in the thing because you guys were making a mess in daddy's garage. Mama Jamie put me in Yale, man. Put you in Yale? Yeah, I'm in Yale. In jail. Is that jail? That's jail. It's pronounced Yale, man. That's like a college. Yeah, it's Yale. It's in New Haven. She put me in here with Lucky and Jeter and Penny. Penny. Savannah. Savannah. Yeah, I'm in here right now, and I have to stay until what? Until my time is up? No, until Mama or Daddy gets home. Oh, Senor Beans, you sound so sad. Yeah, because who will get out first, me or Lindsay Lohan? You will definitely be out. Lindsay Lohan. You will be out before Lindsay Lohan. She's got 90 days in the slammer. Hey, Daddy. Yes. How long you keep me here? Just until I get home, Bubba. You going to give me food? I'll bring you a treat when I come home. What do you want? Do you want beef jerky? No, no, no. What about cocaine? No cocaine. I'm kidding with you. I'm kidding with you. What are you going to bring me? Bacon. How about bacon?
Oh, my gosh. Please bring the bacon. I'll bring the bacon. When do you get off work, Papa? I get off at 10, but I have a meeting. What is this meeting? It's just a meeting. What is this? What do you do? We meet. We have to meet. We all sit together and talk about the show. That's a meeting. Talk about the show. It's a meeting. That sounds lame, Papi. Well, you talk to Mikey about it. Mikey is such a good dude. He is. He's such a nice, nice guy. He is. He really is. Did you hear about his colognes in your beans? Really? You're going to do that to me right now? You're going to start to play with me like this? I'm just saying, I don't think you'd like how it smells. Hey, papi. Uh-huh. Maybe you're bringing me some cocaine. No, I'm not bringing you cocaine. I'm just kidding, man. Are you? I say it, but I'm just joking around, man. That's weird. Twice he's asked. Hang on a second. Lucky asking question what?
Lucky wants me to ask you something, papi. Okay. Will you bring her some cocaine? It's him, but yeah. Everybody's freaking out. What can I treat you bring? What can I treat you bring? I'm going to bring bacon for everybody. Does Senior Bean share his treats? Yes, he's a good boy. Yeah, I share all the treats. The only thing I don't share is my cocaine. Okay. I have to go now. That's weird. Okay, good. Bye, daddy. Bye. Love you. Hello. So sweet. He's a sweet boy. He might have a little bit of a drug problem. I don't know what that's about. Maybe that's his... He's trying to be funny. I'll get it looked into. Get him to the vet. 570-194-9 is our phone number. And we got an email. So tell me what you think about this. Mikey, I was going to write to Woods of Wisdom, but really wanted the girls to take this problem on that I have. Yeah. So I've been with my girl for exactly one year, 4th of July. And I really love her. She may be the one. We both have separate places, but her roommate just got engaged and her roommate's new fiance wants to move in. That pretty much leaves my girl out in the street in a couple of weeks. She's dropped hints that she wants to stay with me until she finds a new place. But I really don't want that at all.
I'm not ready to move in with her, but how do I tell her without sounding like a jerk? M1 Bradley. Well, Bradley, you know my take. I say don't live with anybody before you're married. I thought your take was don't have sex before. Don't have sex before you get married and don't live with them before you get married. If you follow that, it's usually pain-free. It's usually risk-free. It's usually bulletproof. Why buy the cow if the milk's for free? That's right. That is correct. My mom says. That's right. My mom, too. But I don't know. I mean, he wanted to get the girl's take on that. I'm interested in the girl's take on that, especially you, LLB, because you just came from a situation like this. Personally, and, you know, Matt and I broke up. And even before we broke up, we both said, you know, had we had we to do it over again, we wouldn't have lived together because it just creates so many different awkward scenarios and just.
I don't know. I don't want to say like feeling trapped, but you are definitely in this sort of limbo space before you move on to the next step. So I don't judge anyone that would do it, but I personally wouldn't do it again. And if I were this girl, I would pull on like family, friends, whoever possible to stay with somebody else besides the boyfriend, because next thing you know, you will be living with him and things get sticky and you might freak him out. I think he just needs. To tell her the truth. I mean, very carefully, though, because as you can imagine, she'll be very sensitive. But I think if he starts off saying like, look. It's been a year, and I'm telling you, I've never met anyone that makes me feel the way you do. Like, I think that this could really be it. And I'm just going to be honest. I'm not quite there yet to be moving in together. I'll help you move. I'll help you find a place. I want you nearby me. You know, but I just, you can't rush something like that if we're not all there, especially when I see such a huge future ahead of us. Woodsy. I'd like to role play a little bit if we could. Okay. Maybe a little B. You're the girl. Now listen.
You're just asking me, and I think the thing is, she's dropping hints that she wants to stay there, but we all know what's going to happen. Okay. Right? Yeah. Right? All right. So, hey, that's a real bummer that your roommate's fiance is moving in. Yeah. What are you going to do? I don't know. I feel like I'm totally screwed on this one. We can go get an apartment locator maybe, find something. Yeah, I just don't really have it in my budget, and it's summer, so it's going to be really hard to find a place. Yeah. Someone I knew just had like a little extra room, I guess, just for the time being would be good. Interesting tactic by Woods. Your roommate and I get along pretty well. That's a good dude. Right? You're lucky. I am lucky. You have a good living situation. I sure do. I mean, it's kind of... It's good, but we'll find you a place. Don't worry about it. Well, I mean, I'm basically staying at your place like five nights a week now. Oh, my God. I'm so uncomfortable. I'm so uncomfortable. Like, let's say that you were going to stay here. Okay. Okay. How long? Because it's not really fair to Jim if I bring in, you know, another person. Oh, of course not. No, no, no. And I can always kick in, like, a portion of that. No, no. We don't even need that. Can we pause just a second? Did you see how quickly? Yes. Right there. Right there. She just moved in. She moved in.
In that one sentence, he was like a hundred percent out of it. Like Woodsy was maintaining a hundred percent independence. And it happened within one sentence. She goes, I could always kick in. As soon as she said that, it's like now we're discussing it. You went from not discussing it. It wasn't even in the conversation to. She just moved in. Yeah, basically. Which would be crazy. You cannot. Bottom line is you can't move in with someone on a sneaky, one-sided conversation. It has to be a sit-down. I mean, if you can't be honest with this girl, then there's a problem. You have to be able to be honest. I'm going to say this. If you are a guy and you go, I don't really want it. There is no way in the world it will work. I'm telling you right now. And she should not push the envelope any farther. She's gonna, though. And it is a 95% chance that it isn't going to work. It's not 95% chance that it isn't going to work. It's 100% that if you don't want it and you do it, there's 100% chance it's not going to work. He's not going to go.
Oh, this ain't so bad. You know what I mean? No, it's going to be wrong. Well, I mean, there's always the chance that he could. Plenty of people do it and like it. I mean, we liked our living situation, but it just created a roadblock in the relationship. And also, we moved in together out of convenience and to save money, which is probably one of the worst. Can we do the roleplay thing again? Only this time, I want you to try something, Woods. Okay. And L.O.B., I want you to be a roadblock. I want you to do your thing, man. You want to whisper it to me? Yeah, but I want you to do your thing. What's my thing? Like, you have it in your mind, I'm moving in there. Okay. Okay? Through guilt, through whatever you want to use, through whatever means you want to use. Weird that this is like the fifth time I've seen Mikey whispering with his ear today. They're in a problem. I just want to see how this will go. They have no idea. I want to see how this will go. Ready? Yep. Okay. Hey, listen, that's a real drag about you, you know, having to move out of your place. One thing I wanted to tell you up front before we get started is I really think you need to find your own place. I mean, I can't have you stay in here and live in here. Well, maybe you can call your parents. Really? Yeah, call your parents. See if they'll help you out. Maybe now's the time to make amends. That is so harsh. I can't believe you would throw insult to injury. I got a baseball game, so I'll see you later. Oh, my gosh. I've got a room. Let me know if it works out.
So my suggestion to Woods was, I said, well, what if you were just up front right away? I just can't have it. I just can't have it, man. I love you, but I can't have you here. But you're already knocking boots five nights a week. Look me in the eye when you say that. I'm looking at Mikey. Yeah, but there's always like in the beginning, especially guys, it's like one night, like that Sunday night they need to themselves in the beginning. Yes. And they'll get to a point, you know, hopefully that they'll be like, OK, now I'm ready to get rid of that night and have Sunday night be our movie night or whatever. I tell you what, girls, if that is indeed what happens. Kick him to the curb because he's just using you. No, he's not. Oh, my God. I don't think so. He wants his own place. That's not true, Jay. He's not ready for them to move in. If you're staying over there five nights a week and then all of a sudden on the sixth night, it's like, you got to go? No way. I mean, as soon as Kim stayed over, I was all in. Of course you were. I will say this, man, that the crying routine does get you, man. It's so.
Maybe I slit your throat. That's exactly how it does. 570-1949. I want to hear what people have to say because I think this guy, I think this guy is up the creek, dude. She's going to come over with a couple suitcases and then it's going to be, why don't I just stay here? Isn't this nice? And then he's like, great. We're living together now and I don't want it. You have to be honest. You know who doesn't have to deal with that kind of issue? People that wait till marriage. The people that don't have the roommate that gets married. People that don't move in together. People that don't have roommates. People that stay single, baby. Stuck. 570-1949. Let's hear from you. I want to know what you think about it. to 4135. Hey guys, it's Lauren from The Mikey Show. So I have in front of me, here's two lists of ingredients. The first one's some sort of chemistry lab manual. It's acesulfame potassium, hexamethosetophane, phenylkanananaretics, I don't know. Apparently all these ingredients are found in your leading iced teas and sodas, many of which are calling themselves all natural in quotes. Yeah, not so much. These are so-called ingredients that they say are coming from the earth and they're organic? I don't think so. Here's another list of ingredients I have. It's purified water, organic green tea leaves, organic cane sugar, organic honey. That's more like it to me. That's organic. That's refreshing. It's natural. And you're going to find all of these in Honest Tea. In fact, Honest Tea's honey green tea is organic. Like I said, it has a quarter of the sugar of other iced teas and it's full of all the healthy antioxidants that I'm always talking about. So my body's happy because only 35 calories a serving. We don't go to the doctor. Sienna. I like a beer belly. I'm going to tell you that right now. And Jay. I was the guy most voted most likely to snap on FM 94.9. How great is this song? Welcome back to Mikey Show. Me taking your calls on this whole my girlfriend wants to move in thing here in just a second. What's going on in news, Sienna? Well, a little update on the BP situation. Oil has just reached Lake Ponchartrain. Did I say that right, Wes? Ponchartrain. Yeah. It's just north of New Orleans, and tarballs and oil sheen was pushed by the strong winds over the 4th of July weekend. Got past the barges and everything. And meanwhile, the stormy weather has kept skimmers from working in the Gulf for another day. Perfect. Hopefully they'll be back tomorrow. Great. Also, California minimum wage fight.
Heading back to court. Now, basically, due to the budgets, Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to go from paying state employees their salary to minimum wage. As you can imagine, because the state doesn't have any... Freaking people out. Because the state doesn't have any money. Yeah, as you can imagine, that could cause some serious problems for them and their families. That's a weak move. Yeah. Woodsy, what's going on in sports? Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh will be teammates in Miami now. They're going to make that announcement, I believe, later today. LeBron James is going to let us know tomorrow night where he is going. Can't wait to see that. My money is on Chi-Town. And the Padres fall to the Nationals last night. 570-1949 is our number. M1, Ben from San Diego. You didn't want to move in, right? No, I didn't want to do it. But you did. Yeah, but it worked out well. I actually moved to San Diego for a job opportunity. We had been together for a year prior. And she got transferred out here. And the last thing, I thought it was just too quick. But she and I have been living together for about three years now. And it's worked out very well. New York, maybe? Boston. Boston. Boston. Of course. Go Yankees. Of course. Yeah, all right. All right. Go Sox. Go Sox. Thank you, Ben. Yeah. M1 Jackie from Lemon Grove. Hi. How are you? Good. How are you? Good. So what happened with you? Well, my roommate and I had a falling out, so I needed to move out. I couldn't afford to do it on my own, and my boyfriend and I have been together for over two years,
move out with me and he was not having it absolutely refused and originally i i took it really bad and i took it offensively but um now i've been moved out i lived with my grandma for a few months and um we're still together he's still the same commitment he just uh made him bigger in a more adult situation than i did and made the better decision i guess there you go maybe you guys get married make it right Yeah, I don't know about all that. Well, if you can get married, then you guys can have sex together, so that'll be fun. I'll be a nice day together. Do you have that to look forward to? M1 Jose from La Costa. Yeah. Hey, I don't know if you guys are aware of this, but once one of the roommates brings in any clothes at all, it doesn't matter if it's one day or one week, you have to go through the whole eviction process to get them out. If they bring clothes? Like if the girlfriend comes in and starts bringing her stuff. Oh, God. Exactly. You got to go. A friend of mine just went through it and he finally paid his girlfriend like $3,000 to get out. He had to go to court. Oh, my gosh. Wait, wait, wait. Pause. What are we talking about here in terms of her bringing it in something? Like how little would she have to bring in to where it would go to eviction?
Basically, herself and any clothes. Anything to show that she's staying there. Wow. I thought L.O.B. was right. I thought it was mail if you got mail delivered there. No, no. Wow. One article of clothing? Yeah, any article of clothing and that's it. I know. So that means that your girlfriend can come over. Oh, my gosh. She could put a pair of socks in a drawer and say, evict me. My place. Oh, my gosh. Which would be crazy. That can't be true. We just put a bad seed in a lot of girls' heads. Yeah, they're like, oh, really? I hope that that's not true. I hope not. I cannot be true. That seems nuts. M1 Katie from La Mesa. Hi. I've known my boyfriend about two weeks before we moved in. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Stop, stop, stop, stop. Yes, that was our first and biggest, hugest mistake we've ever made. We've been together two years. Okay, wait, wait. Hang on. I've got to walk through this process. You met, and then two weeks later, you guys moved in together. Yes. Oh, wow. We just moved here from Oklahoma. I had just moved back to Tulsa, to the town that my family had moved us to, which was Ponca. No one's heard of it, so don't try.
How old were you? How old were you? 22. How old was he? How old was he? He's 24. He's two years older than me. Okay, and you guys met in California or in Oakland? No, no, no. We met in Ponca City, where he's from. Got it, got it, got it. Hang on. Let me walk you through, Katie. Okay. Where did you guys meet? Unfortunately, at a bar. Okay. I hate to admit that, but I personally wasn't drunk. A girlfriend was having a bad week. I hate bars, but I was just being a friend and just being there with her. A lot of people meet at bars. It's okay. Yeah, yeah. I'm asking questions. I'm just asking. Okay, so you guys met at a bar. You hit it off. Mm-hmm. And you are probably inseparable. Yeah, we stayed up until probably about 4 o'clock in the morning before I ever made it back to Blackwell, the next town over.
where I was staying with a friend because when I got back to town, my brother and I had a big falling out where I was staying with him. And I ended up coming back to Blackwell, and I had nothing except for my car. And so it was me, my two cats, and we were basically living in a car. Oh, my God. Yeah, it was horrible. It was pretty bad. And so this guy goes, well, what? No, no, no, no. No, it wasn't like that. It was I had gotten my apartment, and it was all set up, but I had met him about two weeks before my apartment had gotten set up. He found out I was staying in my car, you know, some nights because I was working in Ponca and I didn't have the gas to go back and forth between Blackwell and Ponca. So I was just staying, like, at parks, like, you know, overnight and stuff like that. Oh, that's brutal. At 22? At 22 years old. By yourself? Terrible. Yeah, it was camping. It's Oklahoma. I can go to a dirt road and no one was going to bother me. It was camping to me. And so he says... And I knew I had an apartment coming. I didn't really think of myself homeless. It was just... So, Katie, what did he do? Did he say move in with me? Katie, I need to either move on to the next call or I got to move you through this process. Okay, so did he move in with you at that new apartment?
It's like we stayed together, like, a few nights, and then, you know, his lease was up and was like, okay, well, how about we just stay together at this place? And then we moved to Tulsa, like, two minutes later. Oh, wow. Now, you've been together now for how long? Two years. Two years. And you live here now? Yeah, my grandmother had gotten sick, and we came out here to try and help her, which was like an uphill battle. Okay. All right. Katie, thank you very much. I appreciate the Funko battle. It is. Good luck. It is. Good luck. That story fascinates me. It's hard to rein her in, but that story fascinates me. How it happens that you meet. Sure, man. And both, you know, the thing with moving in together is both parties have to be like, this is what we want to do. You can't con somebody into living with them. You know what I mean? By the way. M1 Mark from Carlsbad, he's got clarification on the whole she lives here, eviction, all that. M1 Mark, are you there? So give me some clarification. Okay. Police Department, I work down in Pacific Beach, so I deal with this stuff a lot. And the way the law states it is if someone comes in your house, regardless if they signed a contract or not, they have to be there for 28 days to establish residency.
So, regardless if they sign something or not, and it's, you know, a lot of people think, well, she's not on the lease, so I can just evict her any time she wants. But, you know, when we talk and we say, well, how long has she been here? You know, she's got her stuff here. You just can't evict someone like that. But it does take 28 days to establish that residency. Okay, so she stayed there a couple of weeks. It's not like you can't have her go. Yeah, yeah. I mean, that's just the way it is. Thank you for the call. Yeah. All right, guys. If she makes it that 28 days, though, you better watch out, pal. Oh, my gosh. You better watch out. Can you imagine the 29th day? D-Day. Imagine on the 29th day, you have finally come to the place where you've gone, I can't do it any longer. And so you've decided that you're going to have the talk. You sit her down. By the way, she knows what he knows. And you go, listen, sweetheart, it's just not working out. This is day 29. It's day 29. And you go, it's just not working out. I hate to do this. I hate to do this because I love you, but I got to ask you to go. And she goes, I'm not going where. According to California tenant law, Division 10A, I have a right to be here because it's been...
More than 28 days. Yeah, it would actually have to be, Mike, that conversation would have to go down on day 30 because day 29 would be spent with her moving all of her stuff in and throwing all of your stuff out as she decides to move in. You go, hey, what are you doing? She goes, I'm getting my stuff. I'm officially getting my stuff in here. And you go, we haven't even talked about you. No, no, no, no. I live here. I live here. Yeah, I live here. There's no discussion. So if your girlfriend ever says, hey, babe, I found a place. It's not available for a month. Is it cool if I just crash you for a month? Then I'm out. I'm out after a month. Don't ever say yes. I'm not going anywhere. What do you mean you're not? Why are you saying it all creepy like that? What do you mean you're not going anywhere? That this is my home. And we're going to discuss some rules about my house. Scary. You better just pack your stuff and go. It's now hers. What are you talking about? Why are you talking all crazy like this? Because after 28 days, I have residency. And so I live here now. It could easily happen, dude. I just get out. It could easily happen. It could easily happen, gents. Either that or I'd invite all my naked friends over. We'd all sing around naked in the house. She's like, hey, how's it going? Naked. Naked. I want Abraham from Carlsbad. Are you there? Yeah, I'm here. Go ahead. All right. So I got a girlfriend and four weeks of being together. You know, she's staying over there all the time. And she had a boyfriend, whatever.
We met and when we met, they were still together. They broke up. Her and I started dating. She was getting mail at his house, staying at my house. Her and I got an argument one night. Police came and I'm like, well, you know, get her out of here. You know, I don't want her to be here. And they're like, well, she lives here. This is where she's been staying. You got to leave. And I'm like, oh, my gosh. So I had to end up getting a hotel room for her. And we were able to work it out like adults, so she left. But they told me I couldn't just say that she couldn't stay there that night. How freaky was that to you to find out? Way freaky. Yeah. You guys still together? I felt real pressured and real cornered. I mean, it was definitely a turning point in the relationship. You guys still together? No. Okay, good move. How long have you been broke up? Probably two years. He's like, what a minster. I'll tell you right now. Something about that crazy little guy. I don't know. I miss it, man. I do. I miss the action, man. So many people get a rush from the crazy. Oh, yeah. Crazy in the head. Guys like drama more than girls do. What? Girls create more drama, but guys, they love it. No way. We do. I think when we're young. When we're young. Man, I was a little drama king. Yeah. I think most. We are all drama kings.
When we're young, you know. Fueled by booze. Yeah. When you're young and you're in your 20s, you know. Well, maybe not all of us. I know some guys, they didn't attract the drama. Yeah, me too. Guys like the drama because it gives them something to take care of. Yes. No, thank you. We love to take care of stuff. I want the independent girl. You want independent girl? Independent girl that can take care of herself. Absolutely. You know, when I was in my young 20s, I just... I just wanted a girl so bad. I didn't care. I would take them wacky, you know. Before Jamie, I really went for the injured young fawn. You know, like the little hurt girl. Or the absolute bat-ass crazy girl. Just nuts. You knew a couple of mine back in the day. I think a lot of the young guys go for those girls. They're just like, oh, I've never seen anything like this. Woods. And I'm sure it's okay to say now. Yeah, it's fine. You were in the same, and I was in a dysfunctional relationship, okay? I'm telling you that the relationship I was in with Rebecca when I lived in Dallas and she lived in San Diego was dysfunctional as all get up. Yeah. All get up. Woods' girlfriend at the time, it was the most toxic relationship. Yeah. How? She was insane.
Well, give me one example. Well, okay. For example, we were at the station that I worked for, the radio station. I was in sales. We had a big concert called Edge Fest. So we all go to Edge Fest. Everybody's out there. We're hanging out. It's beautiful. We're VIP, hooked up, drinks, the whole thing. And one of my favorite bands, The Cult, was playing. And I was pulled by one of the other sales guys. He goes, dude, if you want to meet The Cult, you got to go now. Grabs me, pulls me backstage. Well, I didn't take her with me because she wasn't around my radius when it was time to go. Well, I came back. I'm on cloud nine. I just met my heroes, okay? I'm like, woo! I just got to meet, you know, Billy Duffy and Ian Asbury. She flips out. Did she even know who they were? Barely. Yeah. Flips out. You didn't go with me? Slaps me across the face. I called her a really nasty name after that. And I walked away. She jumped on my back and started clawing at my neck in front of our entire company. It was the craziest relationship. You saw that, Mike? Yeah, I was around for all of it. I was at the event, but came in in the aftermath where he's got, like, bloody neck. I can't imagine running and jumping. Who? The guy who doesn't leave his girlfriend alone. Oh, crazy. Lauren, would you have gotten mad if your boyfriend did that?
It just depends. Was there anyone else around? Are you kidding? She got angry because she didn't get dipped. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You got mad because you didn't get in depth. But I didn't jump on somebody's back and claw at them. I'm saying, did you leave her alone in a crowded concert? No, she worked with me at the station. She knew everybody. Never mind. She's a nutman. Never mind. I was going to say, I would get upset if I was at a concert with my boyfriend and I got left alone in a crowd and I didn't know where I was. Oh, no. We were all in the VIP tent. And she was mad that I got to meet him and she didn't. Can you imagine? if you left Lauren alone in a crowd, what it would be like when you returned? Oh, I know what it would be like. I'd be bleeding out of my back. Ah, what was that? Nothing, nothing. You would look at those eyes and those eyes would say to you, you're dead. I'm going to kill you. You're done. Like, at that point,
All you could do is just begin the I'm sorry's, but there's nothing that you're going to... Michael Esparza. Please. This is the pot calling the kettle black. Give me an example. You're at a crowded concert. Rebecca leaves to go to what you think is the bathroom. 45 minutes later, she comes back. Oh, yeah, I was just backstage with so-and-so and so-and-so. Meanwhile, what were you doing for the last 45 minutes? Yeah. Breaking out. In my case, she knew everybody there. Okay, that's different. That is totally different. I'd be mad too. If I was alone in a crowd like that, I don't like crowds to begin with. You would do silent treatment at first, right? No, not at first. No? You would unleash right away. Where the hell were you? It would start out right like that. Oh, yeah. Baby, I'm sorry. I was meeting the Colt. They're my favorite band. I'm so sorry. Oh, man. You get left. You go to the bar and you have a great time without them. I'd like to see that in practical use by any of you. Go find a black guy. You'd be all right. Could a guy dance his way out of it with you? Yeah. A hundred? Yeah. A hundred. Yeah. I've had relationships built on dancing your way out of it. Yeah.
570-1949 is our number. I thought this was pretty funny. Lauren went to PB yesterday. And it makes me laugh when Lauren kind of realizes that she's getting older. She does a pretty good routine with I'm about to turn 30. And it's pretty funny to watch. Is it? Yeah. Well, the deal is she's about to turn 30. She went to... Get a, what, a bikini? No, just regular clothes. Just clothes? Just clothes. I was like, I need to, like, brush up my duds. I'm going to go to a couple of the boutiques in PB. So guess what? What? Well, it used to be that when she would go to the boutiques in PB, she would go, oh, I'm, you know, I'm only going to get what's absolutely necessary for me to get. She didn't have any dough. I would want, I would see everything and be like, everything is so cute. Oh, my God, it's so cute. I want it all.
So cute. Not so much. So yesterday you picked something up and you said to yourself, what? I said, is this a shirt or a dress? So we're getting too old. Yeah. Now she's like, this looks so short. You're out of touch. You're out of touch. I'm out of touch. I'm completely out of touch. Yeah, I said the other day. It sucks. You see people, if I went to PB now, I would trip out. Oh my gosh. Because you got... Kids walking around and like butt cheeks are like hanging out. Yeah. I'm the idiot. Aren't they? I'm the idiot that moved here wearing cargo shorts. You know what I mean? You're out of touch. Well, everything is so sexy. I mean, skirts. Yeah. Seriously. Booty shorts. No, it's now like the leggings are pants and they're skin tight, you know, stuff like that. And what's really in with the younger girls are these shirts that show your stomach and they're like loose, loose t-shirts that are like cut off, but not old school. It's like a new look. They haven't been like urban outfitters and stuff, but I see girls wearing them all the time. I haven't seen that. I haven't seen that. Yeah, I shop now that I'm pregnant. I can't buy cute things for me. I buy cute things for my sisters that are in high school. So I see all that. Fashion right now.
It's pretty skanked out. It is. Yeah, but then you also have these weird flowy baby doll shirts where I really can't tell if it's a dress or a shirt. If it's a shirt, it's really ugly and baggy and looks like a potato sack. If it's a dress, it's way too short. I can't tell. Let's see. You want to play a little Tom Tom tunes? Absolutely. Let's do Tom Tom tunes. Do we have time? Or should we do it on the way back? We should probably do it on the way back. Let's do it on the way back. 570-1949 if you want to play TomTom tunes. I'm an expert golfer. I bet. And Jay. If it's broken, there's a 99% chance that I can fix it. On FM 94.9. This is going to take a while. I made him finish his egg before we get back on the air. Why? Because it wouldn't smell like a foot in here. I think feet smell better. Yeah, feet do smell better. Mike really likes to eat hard-boiled eggs every morning in our studio with no windows. That's like working in a hot spring. That is exactly what it's like. It is. I wish we could broadcast from a hot spring. Me too. I was just kicking it in the hot tub. I have to think of a solution for the second egg. Because I ate the first one outside. Good for you. I'm proud of you. I did. Oh, you have to finish chewing that. I can't see chewing that egg. Okay, okay, okay. Wash it down with a little water.
Wash it down. Good man. Don't backwash. Swirl. Wow. There we go. All good. We're all better. I didn't even smell it. That was quick. I know. Welcome back to the show. This is what we do. Yeah, it's our job. It's our job. You guys want to play some TomTom tunes? You know that. Okay, so here's the way it works. TomTom Girl is going to... read you some lyrics to some songs, and you just have to tell us what the song is, and I'm going to pit two guys against each other. All right, so we got M1 Ray Leo. Are you there? What's going on, dude? And your competition is going to be M1 Chris from Encinitas. Chris, are you there? Not too much, dude. Okay, so you guys can interrupt at any time by using your name. As a buzzer, do you understand? Yes, sir. Got it. Okay, cool. So she's going to read you the lyrics, and you guys can interrupt at any time. All we need is title or artist. Here we go. Are we ready, Mikey? Yep, we're ready, TomTom girl. Oh, no. I have said too much. I set it up. That is me in the corner. That is me in the spotlight. Losing my religion. Oh, yeah. Chris.
R-E-M, Losing My Religion. That is correct. Gee, how'd you get that one? She actually had to say the lyrics. So, Chris, you're a winner. Hang on the line, okay? Hang on the line. And what is the prize that we're giving away, Jay? We have the Dead Weather's new album, Sea of Cowards. Dead Weather's good. Good album. Third man records. Cool. M1 Ivan from National City, you there? Yeah. All right, your competition is going to be M1 Twist from Carlsbad. And if you want to play, 570-1949. Twist, are you there? Yes. All right, interrupt with your name as a buzzer at any time. Go ahead, TomTom girl. She knows she is more than just a little misunderstood. She has trouble acting normal when she is nervous. Round here, we are carving out our names. Round here, we all look the same.
Ivan or Twist, do either of you know that? I have no idea. No idea. Believe it or not, it was Counting Crows. Amazing. It said the name of the song in the lyrics. Twice, numerous times. That's why it's hard, because there's no inflection. Oh, wow. That's pretty good, Wood. Woods does... I can do Adam Duritz. He does a dead-on Counting Crows guy. Didn't know his name was Adam, whatever. Adam Duritz. Adam Duritz. Nice, Mike. Master Jones and me. 570-1949-M1. Silver, how are you? Doing good. How are you guys doing? Good, man. You ready to play? I am ready. All right. You're going up against M1 Audie. Is that it? Yeah, that's it. Audie, where are you from? San Diego. All right, dude. Let's do this. You can interrupt her at any time when you know it. Title or artist is all you need. Go ahead, TomTom Girl. Recalculating lyrics, Mikey. Thank you.
She says we have got to hold on to what we have got. It does not make a difference if we make it or not. Go ahead, Adi. Bon Jovi. That is correct. Crime to stop it there. It's a crime to stop it there. I almost embarrassed myself. I feel like I'm at a wedding. Jersey weird. Have you ever been to a wedding in Jersey, L.O.B., where they have not played? I don't know. Probably not. Hey, how come you guys aren't playing Bon Jovi yet? Hurry up. Hurry up. I freaking requested that an hour ago. Make it with the Bruce Springsteen, would you? Yeah. Hurry. Hang on the line. You are a winner, Audie, okay? All right, thanks. Hang on, buddy. Let's see. M1 Matt from PB, are you there? Yep. Okay, your competition is M1 Chris from...
Tierra Santa, are you there, Chris? I'm here. Okay, cool. Interrupt at any time that you know the song, title or artist is all you need. Go ahead. Today is going to be the day that they are going to throw it back to you. By now you should have somehow realized what you have got to do. I do not believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now. Either of you guys know? Oh, I do, but I can't think of it either. Are you kidding? Should I reread the lyrics, Mikey, or would you like to move on? No, do it one more time, and let's see if they can get it with one more reading. Today is going to be the day that they are going to throw it back to you. By now, you should have somehow realized what you have got to do. I do not believe that anybody...
Feels the way I do about you now. That's the weirdest talent I've ever heard in my life, and it's the coolest thing. What is it? Matt? No! It's Oasis. Today is gonna be the day that they're gonna throw it back to you. By now, you should have somehow realized what you gotta do. I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now. Honey. Sweet honey. That's good. Never get tired of that tune. Yeah, Lars Ulrich from Metallica, man. Hey, Lars. He really liked that band. Took a lot of crap from Het about it, man. Because he's the lead singer at the band. And he'd be like, we're a metal band, man. Don't go telling everybody that you like some freaking alternative band.
A great band. 5701949. That was a pretty good round, man. That was really good. I have one more hit tune, Mikey. Would you like to hear it? Yes, I do. Why don't you give it to... We'll see if we can do it. Yeah, let's see if Sienna... We'll play against each other. I won't look. This will be fair. Sienna and Woods. Okay. Actually, Sienna... All right, okay. Let's see. It's kind of a long one. That is what she said. Wow. That is what she said. I want to hold them like they do in... Woods. Poker face. Owen! Sienna! She said three words. The most flamboyant dance I've ever seen in my life. He just did the single most flamboyant dance. Wow. He was lifting up one arm and wrestling. He didn't even look like himself. Yeah. Clay Aiken is watching the webcam. Just called in and went, that's the gayest dance I've ever seen in my life. in my entire life. I feel violated that we just did that. Oh my gosh. His face didn't even look like him.
Like, really? Poker face just did that to you, buddy? That was one heck of a poker face, buddy. That got him real good. I might turn that up in my car as loud as it works sometimes. I just might. Don't do that dance when you're driving because people will see you in crash. I just might turn it up as loud as it'll go. Oh, that is funny, man. Just maybe. Oh, my gosh. That was a good dance move. Now I know why he says he doesn't dance at weddings. Can you imagine you go out at a wedding, you don't know anybody, and you're like... People would walk off the dance floor really slowly. You're doing like the Chihuahua mating movie. It's like Popeye meets a chicken. It was like him flexing his muscles, yet thrusting, with his lips bulged out. It's my poker face. Kiss lips. Yeah. Duck face. Duck face, yeah. But with like flared nostrils. That's right. Oh my gosh. Flare them up real good for you. That was funny.
It's not right. Hey, Sienna saw the new Dracula movie last night. I saw Eclipse. I went yesterday, yeah. Did you like it? My mom, my sister, and I brought Jenna. There was a couple parts that I was like, up, go guys. When Rebecca went, she said that there was two guys in the whole theater. It was packed. She said the whole theater was packed. There was two guys. Our theater was like empty. Really? Yeah, because we went at 1.30 yesterday. and there weren't very many people. Vampires come out at night, Mikey. Yeah, that's right. You've seen them all, right? Yeah, I didn't read any of the books. But you've seen all the movies. Yes, I've now seen them all. Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse. Is this the best one? It was definitely better than New Moon. New Moon, I just didn't like the second one. Twilight, the first one was okay. This one was okay. There were things about it that were better, like the makeup. They must have got a new makeup artist or something. Because Robert Pattinson looked more alive. And Kristen Stewart looked really pretty, I thought. And then the other one, that's a bunch. I bet that soundtrack sold a million records already. Here's the theme love song from the movie. Me too. I was like, what is it?
Blah, blah. It's Manny Pacquiao, little Filipino boxing sensation. You love this song. Blah, blah. Gorgeous. Oh, I love it. You do love it. Don't we all love it? Yes. Blah, blah. This is like your favorite clip. Is it not the single most beautiful rendition of Sometimes When We Touch that you've ever heard from a Filipino boxer? They're clapping because they don't want to hear it. Yeah. Wrap it up. They're clapping at a boxing match. Yeah. No, it's like a family party. They're actually showing highlights of him boxing behind him, but he doesn't know. Right. They're clapping at the O'Brien stage at the fair. Yeah.
My sister, though, who did read the books to Eclipse, she was even really disappointed. Really? I was going to say, if you didn't like it and you didn't read it, anyone that read it was probably disappointed. But a lot of people, I put it on Facebook that I went and saw it and didn't love it. It wasn't bad. I just didn't love it. It was long, over two hours. And there were parts where I was like, okay, is this done? Is this done? But a lot of people loved it. We both went to a movie. You went to a movie? Yeah, I went to see Grown Ups. You did? Yeah, terrible. Who's in that? Chris Rock, Adam Sandler, David Spade, Kevin James, my twin. It wasn't good? No, it's terrible. Bummer. Has Chris Rock made a good movie? Chris Rock can't act. He can do stand-up. Do you understand the words that are coming out? That's Chris Tucker. That's Chris Tucker. Wow! One dollar. One dollar. You're the best. She's like, she was so confident. I love the smell of napalm in the morning. Is Chris Rock in? He's quoting movies over there. What are you doing? I'll be back. I'll make it home for you. I'll be back. What movies is he in? Who, Chris Rock? Yeah. Down to Earth. He was in Bill and Ted. Not Bill and Ted's. It's Jay and Silent Bob. He was in there? Dogma. Yeah, he's a terrible actor. He's awful. The best stand-up ever made. Yeah, he's a comedian. You should know. I mean, I know who he is, obviously. He gets on that silver screen, and he's like...
I thought him and Jackie Chan were in that movie. That's Chris Tucker. Oh, my goodness. Amazing. Here's Johnny. I'm an idiot. Do you have me at hello? No, no. I have nipples. Greg, can you milk me? It was close. They're both black comedians. Oh, come on. Chris Rocky's great. Remember? I have nipples. Greg, can you milk me? Come on. It wasn't that far off. That was good. You remember? It's funny. I love L.O.B. It wasn't that far off. I love L.O.B. Fat guy in a little cone. Chris Farley. Chris Farley. That's right. Every Chris. Yeah. You know what I mean? Amazing. Made my day. Sometimes you just don't say things. Don't say it until you know it. Thought I knew it. You don't say it until you know it. That's right. Sorry, Jared. 570-1949 is our number. Oh, M1 Megan really disagrees. M1 Megan. Uh-oh, uh-oh. Right, Megan? disagree. I'm going to get the lashing. You loved Grown Ups. I did. I thought it was a really good movie. I thought Adam Sandler hadn't made a movie like that in a long time. And it made me laugh so hard. You know, he was good, I thought. He was really good. And he's great. I mean, he's a really good actor. I was talking to Jesse, our overnight guy, about it this morning. The Funny People, one of my favorite movies. Adam Sandler. I'll have what she's having. David Spade. Mikey.
David Spade, you know who he looks like now? Who? Vince Neil. Oh, no. He does. He looks like Vince Neil. Oh. He's puffy. He grew up. David Spade? He looks like Vince Neil. Identical. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. I always know him as a skinny little guy. I thought there were some really corny, cheap laughs. There's a couple really funny parts, but for the most part, man, I was bummed because it's such a good cast. Let's see. We have time. You want to play Gender Pyramid? 100%. Oh, yeah. Oh, God. I'm nervous. It's my week. It's our week. Oh, no. Sienna and Woods. Oh, God. Oh, God. Oh, God. Here's what you do. Call us right now. 570-1949. We'll give you a prize. And it's guys against girls. Gender pyramid. So I get a girl. Woods gets a guy. Yep. And you're going to be telling, Sienna, you're going to be telling the girl guy stuff. And Woods, you're going to be telling the guy girl stuff. Great. And they got to try to get it. So let's do it. Today's prize on Gender Pyramid is... I think tickets to the zoo. Jay, we got nighttime at the zoo still. Is that what the prize is? Yes, sir, that's what it is. There you go. Holy cow. All right, so LOB's going to be the judge, right? Uh-huh. Okay. So 570-194-9 is our number. And you give us a call right now, and you play a little Gender Pyramid. And it will be guys against girls. But we got... Now, well, we already had him play.
We can't do that one because he's already, he played. He played. So we got to have a guy and a girl. Guys will tell guys girl stuff. Girls will tell girls guy stuff. That's how it works. And L.O.B. is the ultimate and final judge on this, meaning that once she makes her ruling, the ruling stands. And I look at you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll look to you to know whether or not they got it right or whether they got it wrong. We have M1 Melissa on the line. Hi, Melissa. Yes. How are you? I'm good. How are you? I'm good. You're going to be teaming with Sienna and hopefully you will know some guy stuff. And your competition is going to be our boy M1 Mean Gene. Mean Gene, you've never played before, right? Brother. Okay, cool. All right. Let's do this. Let's do a little gender pyramid. I'm like, my heart is racing. Ladies go first. Wow. Ladies go first. And so, Sienna? Mm-hmm. And we will use... Oh, man. Now, this is the only thing I worry about. I got it. You got the time. I thought you had a little bug on that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I do. But I'm going to see. So, in the event of a tie, I'm going to write down the start and stop time. Got it. Okay. Here we go.
Okay, it's something that you play on a TV. It's a type of... Here's an example. Halo, World of Warcraft, Grand Theft Auto. A video game. Yeah. Okay, this guy is smoking hot actor. He's in Thelma and Louise, Seven Years in Tibet, Meet Joe Black. That's it. Yeah, but... Okay. But these are... What are these? Meet Joe Black, Troy, Fight Club. Yeah, she said, yeah, you got it. Okay, okay. It's a sport. The Chargers play this sport. Yes, but these guys are in this position. Peyton Manning, Tom Brady. What? Yes. Okay. Petco Park, Qualcomm. Stadium. Yep. Okay. Fighting Irish, Trojans, Wildcats. After high school. Yeah. Is that right? Is that good? Okay, but more specifically, the Trojans are, like the Chargers are our team. You got it right at the last second. Right at the last second, you got it. Okay. Oh, scary. All right. I got five. Mean Gene, who calls us, by the way, from Georgia, listens to us online. Good job, Melissa. Mean Gene, you ready to try this? You know that, brother. All right.
Woodsy, here we go. Okay, they wear them on their feet. Sandals, pumps, wedges, flip-flops. Shoes. Yes, more specifically. High heels. No. This gender wears them. Wind shoes. Yes. Okay, you can get these done at this location. A massage, facial, manicure, peel, pedicure. What? Yeah, these are all things that you can get at a spa. Correct. Is that right? Yeah. I didn't hear him say it. He said spa. Okay. Yeah, he got it. The View. Dr. Oz. Oprah. Say again. Women shows. Things that women watch. Tyra Banks. The Mikey Show. Shows that have women on them. Pass. Okay. The Altar. Flowers. Rings. Get married. Why did you get married? The Wallet. Cell phone. Makeup. Keys.
Oh, thanks for doing your pocketbook. Uh, what? Yeah? No? Lauren? Yeah, he got it. It doesn't matter. He got it right on the buzzer, but he only had four anyway, so the girls win. Yeah, Melissa! Ladies and gentlemen, the ladies have done it again. Nice work. Nice work. That is hard. You're like, how are you? How are you? Mean Gene, good try, buddy. Thanks, guys. Thank you, bro. Thanks, bro. My bad. It's so hard not to say the word. I know. Melissa, you're a winner. Hang on the line. I love Jenna Pyramid. Never for acting. It's not easy. It's not easy at all. Unless your name's Lauren. Unless your name's Lauren, who slays it every week. Lauren's good at it. Play a lot of catchphrase. Do you? Out in Perfectville? No, out in Nerdville. It's the game of the perfect people. Nerdville? I got an email that I want to see what you guys think of this. You're just struggling. This is great. You guys tell me what you think about this. Okay. Mikey, you got to help me out on this one, buddy. Friend of mine, kind of like you, he has a little collection of watches. Why, they have to be little. Really? When I was getting ready to go to Vegas with my old college buddies, I was telling this friend how we were going to do it upright and do the full VIP treatment. Is this from Bauman? It is not. My friend then offered up one of his Rolexes to me without me even asking. At first I said no.
because I don't even wear watches, and I would never sport something so expensive on my wrist. He actually insisted and told me I'd feel like a million bucks with that watch on. Well, I certainly did. Until I lost it somewhere between a night of gambling, several cab rides, and a way too many Jack and Coke. I'm at a total loss of what to tell my friend. I've been a wreck over it since Sunday because I can't even afford to make payments on a stinking Rolex, let alone buy him a new one. Do you think I should offer to get him a less expensive watch that looks the same? Yeah, I mean, because if you wreck your friend's Ferrari, you just get a less expensive car that looks like a Ferrari. They both have four wheels and a seat. Yeah, why not? There's a radio that had a radio. Quit crying. What's the problem? Baby. He says, I really don't know what to do about the situation. That's M1 expensive hangover. Oh, big one. Oh, man. He can't even afford to make payments on it. Gotta do something. You have to do something, buddy.
What's the conundrum here? I mean, seriously, he has. You can't squeeze blood from a stone. So what's he supposed to do? Give him a dollar a day. Yeah. I mean, you know, 20 bucks a month. Do whatever you can to show him that you're going to make up for it. Yeah. And. A dollar a day. Let me ask you. A dollar a day. Let me ask you guys. Yeah, it'll take years. I'm just putting. I'm not saying you should do this. I'm just throwing it out there. You guys tell me. Oh, boy. You're about to attack. I could see it in all of your eyes. Maybe he's got a car that he could sell. Oh, my gosh. Do something. Hey. No. Do something. Wouldn't a man do that? A man would own up and pay his... And a man owes money. Dude. I'm not saying. I'm just asking. He's got to do something. How much more functional and necessary is a car than a watch? It is. It is. It's necessary. But if he wrecked his car, he'd be expected to pay for that, too. Yeah, that's true. Well, you'd hope he'd have insurance on something like that. Well...
Yeah, but if you can't afford, I mean, you can't just accept a generous offer like that. You have to think of the worst possibility. Fast forward the tape. You know what I mean? If something happens and you know that you can't do anything to make it better, just say, look, man, I don't need it. Thank you, though. Yeah, totally. Fast forward the tape, man. In that scenario, what is the worst case scenario? You lose the watch, right? That's the absolute worst case scenario. What do you do? You have to have a contingency plan if you're going to borrow something that fancy. Especially if you're going to Vegas and you're partying so hard. The chances you're going to lose something are a lot greater there than if you're just staying home for the night. Maybe you get robbed. Maybe, you know, you got to think, man, this is not your property. Maybe you think that your friend would have. understanding and not be so obsessed with material things that he would make you sell your car. He's not understanding because he's the one that was like, oh man, take my Rolex. You're going to feel like a million bucks. But if a guy, if it meant that much to him, why would you give it away? Well, you weren't giving it away. You were loaning it. He didn't say you could have it. Hold it tight if you don't want to lose it. M1 Dan from Mission Hills. Dan, are you there? Yeah, go ahead. How you guys doing?
Hey, what I'm thinking is this guy should just talk to his buddy because anyone that's got some jewelry like that has it insured. It's only going to cost a guy a $500 deposit on the insurance, and he's all set. If he doesn't have it insured, he's not a smart guy. But the problem is this, though, in that scenario, I don't know that insurance would cover it if you loaned it out. Well, you just say it's stolen. It's the same thing. It's stolen. It's missing. It's missing. It's stolen. It's lost. Yeah. M1 Ryan from Solana Beach. What's going on? You know, Mike, you will never go for a lie. You cannot lie. Yeah, but even saying something like that, it's like setting yourself up for a stick-up. That's so dirty. Yeah, let me see the police report, man. I'd like to take a look at that. Did you file? Oh, you didn't. That's weird. 570-1949. Mikey, chances are, too, your boy would forgive you. Yeah, of course. It's an honest mistake. Of course. You just have to do something to make restitution. Maybe you get him, like, tickets to his favorite game or something. No! Maybe you bring him a Wendy's combo meal. Maybe buy him a lottery ticket. Try to figure out the one unique thing that you could do that this guy couldn't do and do it for him. Maybe give him your wife. Creepy, creepy, creepy. 570-1949 is our number.

All right, so Sienna, tell me about the woman. that lived with the corpse of her husband for 10 years, and why? This is so creepy, but so sad and sweet in a way. Little Gene Stevens, 91 years old. Face player for Kiss. Yeah, Gene Simmons. Well, her husband died over 10 years ago. He was buried, and she had him dug up and stored in her house. She maintained the corpse's... Corpse is. I'm going to get to the sister next. As best as she could until finally police, you know, some things came out. I'm sure a smell or something. Febreze? How did she maintain them? Febreze. I mean, she washed them. I mean, I don't, I don't, it didn't say that. I don't know. I don't know the details. You know what I want to know? Lysol. Like, when she, when you say that she had him dug up.
Does that mean... She paid the neighborhood paperboy. Yeah, seriously, like how? Can you go get Edgar? I need someone exhumed immediately. Please go to the cemetery forthwith. I mean, did she say we need to do DNA testing and have a formal exemption? She just wanted... him with her. But I mean, but how did she actually get him? Like that means that somebody had to do it. It just says Mrs. Stevens had their bodies dug up and stored at her house. Now their bodies is also her twin sister who passed away last October. She had her sister there and she said that she would put glasses on her sister. She would put makeup on her sister like she was still alive because she couldn't deal. I know it's so gross. But she couldn't deal with them being gone. And so she just wanted them there to talk to. Wow. She said that the deaths were... One of the creepiest things I've ever heard. I know. Maybe look at a picture. Yeah. Maybe get a... Okay, excuse me, mister. I'm going to stuff my dog. Yeah. When my dog dies. Good point. It's a good point. It's not. It's different stuff. There's not going to be their corpse. They'll be stuffed. What's her name? What was her name? Maybe.
Gene Stevens. Okay. 91. I just want you to imagine that you're the UPS guy. Oh, my God. Hello? Um, hi. Oh, okay. I'm cooking. I'm boiling Mikey some eggs. That's that stench that you smell, my dear. Come eat my egg, girl. I'm boiling Michael some eggs. He insists upon eating nine eggs a day. In the studio while he works. I'm the UPS guy, ma'am. Yes? And I don't know who Mikey is. Don't you? No, I don't. But I just want to tell you, ma'am, he only eats two. He doesn't eat nine. Are you sure about that? Yes, I am. It smells like a toilet in here. Gross. No, she said with her sister that she would dress her in her best house coat. She kept her sister in her best house coat on the couch in a spare room off the bedroom and would spray her with expensive perfume. It's called gasoline to cover up that smell. Oh, my gosh. I'd put glasses on her. When I put the glasses on, it made all the difference in the world. I would fix her up. I'd fix her face up all the time. By the way, I challenge that statement, ma'am. I challenge that.
I challenge that statement. I don't believe that it made all the difference in the world. I don't. It's so grody. It's so wrong. Her definition of all the difference in the world is different from mine. Much better. Oh, that makes all the difference. Where are your spectacles? I have not seen them. Oh, she's just lonely. It's like Mrs. Beasley. That is so sad. So gross. That is so sad. I know. Let's see. There was a high-speed chase. Where was this high-speed chase? It was from Chula Vista, and it went all the way to San Bernardino County. It happened on Monday night. How did it not run out of gas? Yeah. I don't know. Is it four?
Maybe it was in a Prius. No, it was just before 6 o'clock on Monday night. Police say they saw a 42-year-old guy point a gun at a woman, and then they took her car. The guy demanded the keys to her car, got in the car, drove up on the 15, and made it all the way up to San Bernardino County, where he got out of the car. And, you know, they always do when they run out of gas. They try and run forward. Like, they think they're going to get away. That's the stupidest thing in the world. Of course the guy got caught, yeah. It never ends good. Just pull over. It never ends good. He's been brought back to Chula Vista where he's facing charges right now. Especially when you're in the 15. It's not like you're on a winding road where you can lose them and just like, oh, yeah, I can keep this up. Here's what a high-speed chase looks like on the 15. It's just sitting there. Just sitting there. I'm dead. I'm dead. I'm dead. I'm dead. I'm dead. I'm dead. Here's a high-speed chase on every other freeway. Cruise control. Just chilling. Changing the CDs. Listen to the best of Brian Adams. No, but when he got out of the car, he started running on foot. He crossed several lanes of traffic and then he fell down a hill. And then finally they got him. Oh my gosh. It's always a mess when they run. I'll tell you, there is nothing better.
On a Sunday afternoon when all that's on the networks is infomercials and terrible stuff like that, going through all the different cable channels and you get to one channel that says police wildest. Oh, yeah. You're like, score. Police wildest whatever. Yeah, police wildest whatever. I'm in. Yeah. Score. I love watching Cops. Cops makes me nervous, dude. I can't watch it. I don't like Cops because it's a full like. Storyline. But I do like Police Wildest because it's 80 different high-speed chases. It makes me so paranoid to see people lie to cops. It does. And when they catch them on it, I'm like, oh, God, oh, God. You're dead, you're dead, you're dead. My favorite thing to watch is when they get pulled over. No, it's bad to drink and drive, but when they get pulled over and they have to do the lying test. Oh, yeah, and they think they're fine. And the alphabet, and they're so wrong. You can tell. And it's always, here's the other deal. I love hearing that guy go, Decatur, Mississippi. Where is Decatur? Whatever. El Paso, Texas. This 49-year-old woman is going on the thrill ride of her life. But what she doesn't know is that this police officer is armed with a .357 Magnum. There's always that goofy inflection. I'm glued to that stuff. I could watch that stuff all day long.
But they never get away. No, ever. And they're always, you know, have you guys ever seen that kind of show from another country? They do weird stuff there they don't do here. Like? Dude, like, they're like, apparently police brutality laws don't hold so strong in Russia. And the police will grab the guy and be like, smash, smash, smash, smash. I'm like, whoa. Oh, my God. It's crazy. It's a crime deterrent. Seriously. Yeah. Let's see. Dean McDermott, is that the guy that's married to Tori Spelling? Spelling, yeah. He was put in the hospital about a week ago due to a motorcycle accident where he punctured his lung and he just was released yesterday from the hospital. He's doing a lot better. Sometimes I will pass a really cool looking motorcycle and I'll be like, man, that looks so cool and that looks so fun. And then I'll be like, I? would crash. No doubt about it. He even fractured his shoulder earlier this year in a motorcycle accident. Another one, too. You know, that doesn't happen, too. Yeah, it's true. I think they are cool as all get-up. I love them. My brother drives a Harley that's really cool looking. I just know that if I had one, I'd crash. Tori Spelling right now is still chewing his ear off. You are not! You think you've learned your lesson now? Two accidents?
Sienna, tell me the ways that you bug your boss. When you don't bring their cloaks in on time? When you take the red pen. Can we talk about the red pen? Yes. Can you use the wrong highlighter? Yeah, the red pen is one way. Pull the curtain back. I'll pull the curtain back. I don't know what type of pen this is. That's weird. But I like the 0.7 Paper Mate. Write that down. gel pen. I know, Woodsy's giving me the... Crazy. He won't have it any other way. No, I won't. They're easy glide. They have a nice, smooth stroke. They write absolutely flawlessly. The worst thing in the world is hitting a pen... and having to scribble with it to get the pen ink to come out. That's the worst thing in the world. That's the worst. You've got it pretty good. I do. I mean, it is annoying, though. And especially when you have to reach for another one, and that one's dry, too, because they're just not your favorite pens. Get him, Jay. Yes!
I just want my pen. That's all. Mikey came in. Just my pen. He came in this morning and he said. Everything was different. You see this red pen? Everything was different. This is the second day in a row I've had to write with this thing. What is this thing and where did it come from? What is this? What is this? It looks nice. It has a little grip. It doesn't even have a name on it. I'll take it. Where's your other one? I don't know. I saw it. Nowhere in your startup instructions did you have that you needed a special type red pen. You said red pen. I need the 0.7 paper made gel. I saw it, Mike. Well, maybe you took it then, Lauren. No, I saw it this morning. I ate it. Woodsy took mine this morning. Yeah, I did. He always does. And then Lauren was not in the studio. It was awful. And that was tripping me out. You know what I told her it was like? It would be like me going to a baseball game and just getting out of the car and running up to the plate without taking any grounders, without throwing, without swinging, no warm-up. I'm like, where's my girl? Not in here. Yeah. And she just moseyed on in like nothing was different. I said, what was the first thing I said to you? 558. Nice. She walks in and puts her headphones on. Are we going to do the show today? Yeah. I walked in and I said, did you think I didn't come? Yeah. Her keys were there, but she was nowhere to be found.
Spun me out. I'm not going to. We can't have that anymore. Well, some other things you can do to bug your boss. Show up late. What? Choosing the wrong mode of communication. Like if your boss. Like yawning. No. But if your boss is an emailer and you decide to confront him verbally, you know, they're like, oh, whoa. Thank you. Send me an email on this. Yes. You know what I mean? Keeping a messy work area. I could say woods on all of these. Really? Yes. Does it say anything about being dynamic in there? Oh, yeah, it does. But if you have... It does. Woodsy is slightly cluttered in his area. Just slightly. Hello. Look over here. There's hard-boiled eggshells laying around. What? Where? Grape seeds. You made all that up. Grape seeds. We're just trying for anything. Is there a computer? Look at Mikey Smith here. There's a pen. There's a bag of grapes over there. What is this? Roman orgy? But they say that. What do you need grapes for? A messy work area means that you're lazy in a boss's mind. So just keep it clean.
Also, asking your boss a question that you could have easily answered on your own. Wow, Mikey's losing it. What made me laugh there was, grapes, what are those for? Lauren goes, food. And the last one, forgetting to turn your cell phone off in a meeting. Lauren, turn it off. On FM 94.9. Craig and Auto Parts is now O'Reilly Auto Parts. We're changing more than the name. Switchfoot, when they came in and played live. I was one inch away from his face when he was singing this. I know, dude. It was so cool. I was thinking, it must be cool to be Woodsy and Sienna and Lauren right now because they're getting this performance real up close. And when I hear the harmonies there that Drew's doing, I wasn't looking at first and I thought Woods was dead. You did? Yeah, and I kept, every time it happened, I would panic and be like, Woods. Like, Woods, that's so rude. Yeah. Switch foot. Every time it happened, I kept thinking.
He did it on the other song, too, on Always as well. And you were like, wow, that's really ballsy. Because I couldn't see Woods' face, so I was like, what's he doing? Would you have been mad if I just picked up a guitar and started jamming with him? Oh, my gosh. That would be so embarrassing. Can you imagine? Woods, he breaks off maracas, and he's like... That would not be easy to sing early in the morning. Oh, no. And it would have been amazing. Right when I got in my car, put it right on, the real version, and just was jamming on the way home. Yeah, well, we were all with you. Oh, that's right. That's right. After I dropped you off. I don't want to do it in front of you. We jammed. Yeah. Lauren did it. She didn't care. Well, the White House latest salary list just came out with a nearly $39 million annual payroll. Now, this doesn't include Obama, but we know he makes about, what, $400,000 a year? It is $400. I always knew it to be $200. I thought it was $250. $400. Yeah, that's his annual salary, and it's regulated by Congress. When you say the White House, you mean this doesn't have anything to do with anything outside of the White House, not the Capitol building? No, yeah, the White House. The Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, and Robert Gibbs, you want to know how much they make? They make $172,200 a year. I wonder what the cost of living in D.C. is. It's up there.
Yeah. Is it really? Yeah, it's expensive. Because other than the president, wow, I don't know this. D.C. is expensive. A lot of people live in Northern Virginia, outside the district. Those guys don't pay for anything. I can't believe at 40 years old, though, that I don't know if Rahm Emanuel lives outside of the White House. Yes. So is the president the only one that lives there? Well, other people, they're there all the time, you know, but they come and go. People that sleep there. The only people that sleep there. The president's immediate family and the help. No way. Yeah, gotta be. What do you think? Secretary of State's crashing on a cot down in the Oval Office? Yeah, people are allowed to have a family and go home to them. They probably do shifts, you know? Yeah. Secret Service takes it outside the door. Secret Service, they work in shifts. The White House right now employs 469 people. Just the White House alone. Yeah. Vice President Biden makes roughly... We employ 13 in this building, so that's not that different. It's almost the same. Biden makes roughly $230,000 a year. Really? Mm-hmm. The White House Social Director, Julianna Smoot, makes $150,000.
She's the social director? Yeah, the social director. She throws the keggers. Yeah. Reggie Love, who's the former Duke basketball star, and he is... What's his name really? Reggie Love. He's Obama's body man. He wants to know some Reggie Love. Body man would be body guard, I'm assuming. It just says President Obama's body man. He makes $100,000 a year. It can't be a body guard because he's got secret service. What's a body man? He spots him when he's bench pressing. Something maybe like that. I need my body man. Secret Service, don't they more like surround and they keep an eye on the area, but maybe the body man takes the bullet? No. Oh, wait. Maybe the body man is his special. Maybe he's a body double. I don't think so. You ever see that movie Dave? Yeah, I don't think so. He's a body double. I don't think he has a body double. Of course he does. He's the president. He's such a sweet kid. I'm sure he does. I'm so naive. Wouldn't you? No. Yes. There's probably four Obamas walking around. I'm sure there's decoys. 100%. Come on. Come on. What if someone came up to you on the street and they're like, hey, does anyone ever tell you you look just like Obama? Really? I'd just like to come work for us. 100%. I don't know about 100%. 5701-9490. You're right. 110%. Now you're getting me thinking. No. Yes. I bet they could find a Mikey double. Okay. Is there a Michelle double? Yeah. Probably.
Is there a Malika double? Yeah. You're goofy. Am I? No. It would be dumb not to. I don't think the kids would have doubles. Yeah. Why? If we're in Fantasyland, why don't we just come over? I guarantee they have doubles. Little Sasha. What about Pebbles, the dog? Does Pebbles have a double? His name is Bo. Go home, take your clothes off, and rent Dave. And watch it. That doesn't have anything to do with it, though. It's a motion picture. It's not a documentary. It's fact. Why would he need to take up his clothes? Because that's how he rolls at his house. Okay, just making sure. Only when I'm surfing the net. Let's see. Hospital in San Diego that was recently voted most beautiful in the country. In the country? In the country, yeah. I know what it is. Which one? Scripps. Scripps, La Jolla. Nope. It isn't Green Hospital. Uh-uh. Scripps, Cincinnati? Nope. Shh. Sharp Health. Sharp what? Sharp Memorial Hospital. Where? Sharp Memorial Hospital. Right down the street. Yeah. On the 163. Oh, yeah. You know why? Why? They got all that new architecture. Yeah, the architect did a great job, apparently, because they just made the list of the 20 most beautiful hospitals in America. It's a nice place. I have a couple doctors in there. It's beautiful. It's very nice. M1 Ryan from Solana Beach says Woods is right. Ryan?
Yeah. Woods is right? He's right. The body man is the person who looks exactly like Obama and is supposed to take the bullet. Do they have doubles for the kids? I don't know. Wait, he looks exactly like him and he's supposed to take the bullet? Well, yeah, he looks exactly like him. So in case there was, you know, like an attempted... No, because if that were the case, every time we saw Obama, we'd see a guy standing next to him that looked just like Obama. No, they put him in different spots. It's a decoy. You know how there's like multiple limos and stuff when he's going somewhere? He's the one in the other limos. That's right. Yeah. They have an A and a B. Yeah. How's he supposed to take the bullet if they're in different cars? They don't know which is which, bro. They don't know which one has which. Even the Secret Service probably don't know which is which. Throws them off. Throws them off real good. No, the Secret Service would know. No. They just know they protect that car, man. Ryan, where did you learn about it? I don't know. I think I've read about it on the internet or something. Is that right? Must be true. They.com? They.com. They said, yeah. They said. Look it up right now. Google it. Body man. We're Googling body man. Well, if he was a former Duke basketball player. Yeah, why don't I just Google. What was his name? Oh, I just found it. I just found it. He might have the same physique.
Reggie Love, meet Obama's body man. Hold on. Some white guy that looks like J. Edgar Hoover. Personal assistant to the president, basically. He does all his other stuff. J's my body man. Yeah, I'm your body man. It says that he's. I get your snacks. I get your cell phone. That's right. Another necessary assistant like your crown. Does it real good. Gets my scepter. Gets your cloaks ready. Gets my cloaks real good. He's usually the first person Obama saw each day and the last at the end of the day. Huh. Did they show a picture? Wouldn't that be his watch? Yeah, but it doesn't look like Obama. You don't know what I'm up to. Fair enough. Oh, no. That doesn't look anything like Obama. And he's a black guy, but he's like a bigger dude, and he's like all muscular and stuff. He looks identical. He does not. Come on. Mikey is your body man. Do you need to get back up in your chair? Yeah. I'll put you back in. Exactly. Yeah. Fernando Venezuela is my body man, all right? Mine's Chaz Bono. 570. The body man keeps him fit, fed, and hydrated. Oh. Oh.
Come on. Wendy is your body man. Yeah. We now need somebody to keep us hydrated. Mikey. Crying out loud. He has a very rigorous schedule. He could forget to drink water. I need to be hydrated. Do you have any Gatorade? Jake fills up your BG bottle for you, Mike. What does somebody have to do around here to get a Red Bull? Sugar-free. Who's ass do I have to kick? Yeah. Who's ass do I have to kick to get a Red Bull around here? A diet. Sugar-free Red Bull. Chilled. Chilled. Chilled. Sugar-free Red Bull. On the rocks. Yes. 570-1949. You can call beginning and end of every show about whatever you want to call about. Hillary is in the studio. How you doing, Hill? Hi, guys. I'm good. How are you? Have you ever heard of a body man? For Obama? Yeah. I've never heard of this before. And then Woods makes me feel like I'm a joker, that I've never heard of this before, like I'm naive, that the president has lookalikes that go out. There's like an 80s movie about this. Yes. Genius. That's it. Yeah. I know this is a movie. I know they really do. I didn't realize it really existed, but it doesn't surprise me. It's a documentary with Kevin Kline. You'd really enjoy it. Not a documentary. What do you got coming up, Hillary? Documentary.
I grabbed the new Dr. Dog record. It's one of our recommended albums. One of my favorite records of the year. Probably my favorite record of the year. Really? I love it. I have it. I haven't listened to it yet. Shame on me. Shame on you. I thought you were shaming me. No, I was. That too. So, new Dr. Dog this hour, them crooked vultures, the smiths against me. You know how it goes. Oh, I have not said this, so I should tell people. Tomorrow, we're doing Besta because for the first time in my life. I have jury duty. Yeah. Mikey's a grown up. I can't get out of it anymore. Bring a book. I've pushed it off. Bring a book is right. Bring your little iPad. Bring your little iPad toy. Yeah. With your little books in there. How does Woods take something so normal and he makes it so awful? Now listen. Why don't you bring your little iPad with you and you boys read your little book. You're going to court tomorrow. What cloak are you going to wear? You got to look sharp. You don't want to blend in with the judges. You guys know that I have a judicial cloak. Oh, wow. Lovely and talented Hillary's up next. So ridiculous. We are ridiculous. We'll see on Friday because I got jury duty tomorrow. Everybody has said, every time I say to somebody I have jury duty,
Everybody to a man goes, my wife, first thing out of her mouth, bring a book. Yeah. Everybody's saying. Oh, I say, can't you get out of it? Oh, yeah. I've tried. Bring a cloak. Bring a book. Bring a cloak. Mikey shows out late. In financial media station. Mikey in the morning. About the music all day and night. FM 94.9. It's about the music.
