The show featured Mikey, Woodsy, Lauren O‑Brien, Jay and Chris discussing the Occupy San Diego protests, criticizing their lack of clear objectives and referencing a New Yorker article that highlighted low voter turnout among protesters. They also debated a proposed maximum wage, called out perceived hypocrisy, and examined whether some protesters were simply avoiding work. Later, the team gave relationship advice on CW6, addressed an on‑air name mix‑up where Lauren was called Laura, and played games like Sexier Mexi while Chris talked about his friend‑zone situation with Perry. Throughout the broadcast they promoted upcoming events such as the Foo Fighters concert, Rocktoberfest and the Bridal Bazaar, and closed with personal reflections on addiction and recovery.
What happened, in order
Trolley Word of the Day
Mikey announces the word of the day is Trolley and promises Foo Fighters tickets to caller 9 who says it on air.
Occupy San Diego Objective Debate
Mikey critiques the Occupy San Diego protest for lacking a clear goal, contrasting it with historic protests that had specific demands like "bring our boys home".
New Yorker Occupy Wage Discussion
Mikey cites a New Yorker article showing 55% of Occupy Wall Street protesters didn't vote and discusses the absurdity of a proposed maximum wage law.
Abusing the Occupy Movement
Mikey argues that some people use Occupy as an excuse not to work, claiming they can't find jobs despite openings.
Jay's Splinter Insight
Jay describes Occupy San Diego as a universal feeling of something wrong, likening it to a splinter in the mind that drives people to protest.
Chris and Perry Friend Zone Talk
The crew discusses Chris's relationship with Perry, debating whether he's stuck in the friend zone and how to escalate things.
Sexier Mexi Game Launch
Mikey and L.O.B. start a game where she gives Spanish phrases and he guesses if they're sexy or not, with H.M. Rojas assisting.
Mark Bailey Apology Mix‑up
Mark Bailey apologizes on air for repeatedly calling Lauren O'Brien "Laura" during the CW6 relationship advice segment.

It's going to be another beautiful one. It's not going to be as warm as it was yesterday, but it's going to be a beautiful one. Mikey shows on the air. Word of the day is Foo Fighters. Or excuse me. No. Word of the day is for Foo Fighters. The word of the day today is actually Trolley. And it's good for Foo Fighter tickets. I am. October 17th. It's just a couple days away. So when you hear me say Trolley, Caller 9, I'll give you tickets to see the Foo Fighters. I'm Mikey. That's Woodsy. That's Lauren O'Brien. We call her L-O-B. That's Jay. He's our executive producer. He's 48 years of age. And our phone screener is Chris. It's Chris. It's Cross. It was very hot yesterday. 102 degrees in Borrego Springs. 99 degrees in Escondido. 97 degrees in El Cajon. Let's see. 95 in La Mesa, 94 in Alpine. But today, they say that the temps will drop by about 10 degrees. Good. And it should be that way everywhere. I loved it. Yeah. I hated it. You did? Dude, I don't have AC in my home. Go outside. I have a fryer's haircut. That's true, too. You can't go outside. He's got a fryer's cut. You'd have to wear that hat.
You know, I felt bad. I was going to go surfing. I texted him about surfing, and he replied about the fryer's cut, and I was like, oh, what? Poor guy. Can't do anything. He's got a fryer's cut. Just a prisoner in my own home, in my own sweltering home. Sweltering. The gullet that I have, yeah, I had the black sweat ring around my throat. Or my neck, yeah. You could wear, like, a do-rag. That looks badass for a white, fat guy to be surfing with a do-rag on. You wear a hat. In surfing. Why don't you wear what athletes wear? The little black nylon skull cap. Can you imagine? I'm paddling out in a wetsuit and a skull cap. Oh, wow. Wear a beanie. Probably won't come off. Yeah, definitely won't come off in the water. A wool beanie. Thick, heavy. They make the hats that have a strap around them. Well, yeah, dude, a helmet that you can like, you know, like a football helmet because it's got a chin strap. Like I don't look dorky enough out there surfing anyway on my green flamed board. Here you go. Hi, they're safe. Yeah. Yeah. Who are you? Just a guy trying to make his way with a with a friar's cut. Yeah. Poor guy. It's the worst. Trying to understand what's happening with with Occupy. Biggest news of the day.
And the reason I say trying to understand is because, well, there's various stories with what's going on. One story that I have says that the San Diego Police Department is asking for the folks that are all down there to make their way to Balboa Park. Although I have another story, and it says Mayor Sanders, Mayor Sanders says other than safety issues, protesters with the Occupy San Diego movement have been cooperative with authorities and have a right to demonstrate, which I agree with. So far, their organizers have cooperated with us, which I think is really cool. He said the fire marshal had them remove propane tanks and a few tents for safety reasons. Okay, cool. Again, I have no problem with people protesting. That's our God-given American right. I happen to think that this particular one is one of the most foolish ones I've ever heard of in terms of protests. Mainly because it doesn't have an objective. You know, when they protested the war in Vietnam, their solution that they offered was bring our boys home. That was the end result. And this one is sort of like, well, first of all, we all agree.
You know, there's, you know, see, with the protests that were happening with the civil rights movement and when the protests were happening with Vietnam, there were people sort of on both sides. The ridiculousness of this one is we all agree. And I understand with you making a statement, you want to make a statement. But what is your goal as an outcome? Do you want for banks to shut down or do you want them to give you a bunch of free money? If you said our goals are for you to take away fees that you charge us at ATMs, I get that. I understand that. I can wrap my head around that. Hell, I may march for that. I may march for that. I mean, that makes sense. But to not have a particular goal in mind, certainly. It's not, you know, it's one of the deals. It's kind of like, well, we want to irritate. Well, okay. Action are two different things. You got to irritate. Fine. Okay, fine. You're going to irritate. What's the goal? Right. It's, you know, well, we want to get rid of corruption. Okay. I do, too. I do, too. So do I. Absolutely. I don't want any corrupt people running our country. It's too bad that there's not a big Stay Puff man that's black and he has a T-shirt on that says corruption. Right. And that at the end of these protests.
He marches out into the street and then says he's sorry and abruptly throws himself into the sea. That way we know, ah, we did it. We got it. It's done. And then after corruption, greed walks out. Ah. And greed says that he's sorry and he jumps into the ocean. You know, we all agree. But, you know, my particular take is that. Our politicians need to hold these people accountable. And if and if you say, well, they're not doing it and that's why we're out here. Well, OK, I think that's kind of cool, too. But say that. Say that on your signs or whatever. Have big signs and have a singular goal. And it's and the singular goal is something like this. We want our politicians to hold the banks accountable. Period.
That's it. Yeah. I read a really interesting article yesterday from the New Yorker, and they pulled, like, when I went out and got audio on Monday, I got three people, and everyone ripped me a new one for only talking to three people. The New Yorker went out and they talked to 100 people, okay, at Occupy Wall Street, the actual Wall Street. 55% of the people that they talked to did not vote in the last election. That's hypocritical. Gosh darn it. 55%. Also, one of the things that they wanted, they wanted a maximum wage law. A maximum wage. What does that mean? That means, Mike, you can only make $75,000 a year. Maximum wage. There should be a ceiling on how much money you can make. Right. Everyone. You can have that now, guys. You can have it right now. Move to a third world country. You'll never achieve it. Right. You don't have the opportunity. Guys, come on. It would be like this. It would be as if I were saying, I would like a cheeseburger that is four miles high. Okay, let's say that that was what I wanted. If there were a place where someone could say, Mike, guess what? They got four mile high burgers right now. And you know what? They're taking applications. And the application, no, they're giving them away. They're free.
All you got to do is get yourself on a, and it's a cheap flight, get yourself on a flight and fly to Booga Booga. Booga Booga's got them. Well, I say to those people that would like a maximum wage of $75,000, move to Haiti. If you move to Haiti, guess what? They'll do you one better. I don't know what it is. Your maximum wage in Haiti will be about $175 a year. Right. Man, you talk about fair. $75,000, that's way too much, bro. That's way too high. And I don't know what their number is, and I doubt very highly that they know what their number is. But when you read that out of the 100 people, 55% didn't vote, if you don't vote, I don't think you have a hell of a lot of leg to stand on. I wonder this. That's just me. That's one man's opinion. Yes, that's true. But I wonder this. I wonder if any of those people that want a maximum wage, if they were being interviewed, by Rupert Murdoch himself. And Rupert had a suitcase, a Samsonite suitcase, black in color, filled with fresh, crisp $100 bills. And it equaled the sum of $100,000. And he said, would you like this suitcase? Because I'll give it to you for free. Would you like this suitcase? I'll give it to you for free. It's yours.
It's $100,000. I wonder if the same people would say, no, I don't want that $100,000. And do you know why? Because for me to accept that $100,000 would be pure greed. And in my opinion, people that have more than $75,000 are elitists, money hungry, greedy pigs. So I will have to decline. I'll tell you what I will do, though. I'll take a job. I'll take a job where I can work as hard as I can, and I'll earn $75,000 of those dollars. Of course, with taxes taken out, which would actually equal about $45,000. But I will do that. Hypocrites. They're all hypocrites. All of the Occupy people, I find them to be hypocritical. And the reason is, well, now there's an Occupy North County movement.
And in the Occupy North County movement, it's an American flag and they've listed some corporations at the top that they assumedly are against. They include, but are not limited to, Visa, Nike, Coca-Cola, Walmart, GM, Citibank, Apple, Google, Verizon, Exxon, Chevron, McDonald's, Starbucks, Bank of America, CNN. Dow Corning, Fox, Pfizer, Windows, computers, ConAgra Foods, GE. You know, the interesting thing is, is that I wonder how they posted this on the computer. I wonder if they used a John and Margaret computer. A mom and pop computer company. I wonder what program they used to...
design that? The American flag with all the different... Yeah. I wonder if it was like an Adobe program. It was Fred's Adobe. No, it was Fred's graphic design program. He runs it out of his house and he's just trying to make a living as an American. And obviously people like Occupy North County, what they would do is they wouldn't frequent Adobe products. Right. And the reason they wouldn't, they don't want to give their money to big corporations like that. I wonder who their internet service provider was. Jim's. Jim's service provider. Yes. Jim's service provider. The way that they found him was they walked. They didn't drive because that would mean that they would have to put gasoline in their car from a big corporation. So they walked around the neighborhood until they found an internet service provider that would come to their home for a fair wage and install some sort of system that would get them on the internet. Well, unless they went, of course. To Ted's gas station. That's Ted's. Ted's homemade gas. Well, what he does is, is he takes fossil fuels. He actually, he was lucky enough to have a oil refinery in his backyard. He struck oil and then he refined it into petrol. And then he sold it to the person that posted this.
You know, they've got a Facebook website. Right. And one guy wrote this. This was great. He said, it felt good what I did today. Go to the bank. The teller asked me, how are you doing today? Well, I told her. I was trying to survive the corrupt politicians and bankers that plunder the American economy. It's a bad day to see my family's entire life work stolen, two of which are disabled. I'm a spineless coward sheep. Afraid to stand up to the banks. So, not sure what to do. So what would you do if the banker stole your entire life work? Bravo, Mike. Bravo. You just ruined the day of a 34-year-old single mother trying to make a living. Just like you. What a brave, brave man you are. Somebody responded.
A woman. And she said, I always tell them they're working for crooks and they need to work somewhere else. I'm sure she walks away then because she's obviously not a member. I mean, why would she be there in the first place? At the bank. At the bank. No. I'm sure her money's not in there. She just walks in just to make a point of it. Yeah. Then goes home and puts it all into a shoebox. Under the mattress. Yes. You see. We all feel that way. We all feel that the banks are ripping us off because, well, because they are. And they're greedy. And they're all of the things that everybody's saying. Yes, they are. But I think that we need to hold our politicians accountable to change it. What we shouldn't do is smear it all over the face of some woman that's working at the bank. And by the way, she's working. She's working.
She's got a job that she went out and got. And by the way, the big giant banks like Wells Fargo, they're hiring right now, you know. They're hiring. This is one of the things that bothers me about it, too. It's very hard. It's very hard to shed light on it. And the reason that it's hard to shed light on it is because there are some individuals who are abusing it. They're fully capable of working, but they don't. They're fully capable of working. But they do not. And what they say is, I can't find a job. And what you are not allowed to say to them is, what are you talking about? There's a bunch of jobs out there. Because they'll say to you, no, there isn't. And I've been looking for them. I've been looking so hard, and I can't find one. Okay, I understand that. But it's almost like facing...
an unseen enemy when you're doing that. It's like in Vietnam when they were fighting and they didn't know who the enemy was and they didn't know who the friendlies were. They had no idea. And so you kind of have to act in a politically correct way at that point. At that point, you're not allowed to say, well, wait a minute. I know of some jobs. Look, I know this place down here is hiring. I tried that. Didn't get a call back. You know, there are some genuine people, some of them I know, that can't work. They really can't get a job. They're trying. They cannot get a job. And my heart goes out to them, and I want them to. I want them to. But there are other people, man, they just like to assemble. They just like to assemble. Yeah, and, you know, him walking into the bank.
to run mouth, to the teller, the bank is where he houses his money. And he's going to go in there and make that lady feel like garbage for doing nothing more than her job. And he even says in the next thing is, I sure hope this catches on. So you hope it catches on that people walk into a place like Bank of America, I'm going to go get $60 out for the weekend. It's within my rights to be a dick to the lady that's working at the teller. And what is she going to do? What is she going to do? I can go be a jerk, and you hope that catches on? You're a douchebag. Is she going to go walk up to her boss, who will then walk up to his boss and his boss and his boss? Hey, Mike's... Hey, boss. Boss? Yes. Mike's downstairs. Who's Mike? Mike, the guy. Mike, the one that comes in and yells at you. Oh, the one that yells at you? Yeah, yeah. Will you call your boss and just tell him that the jig is up? Of course not. I can't do that. You have to, though, dude. Every time he comes in, he yells at me. I'm sorry, but... Can we just get the corruption out of here? The jig is up, pal. I'll call him. Well, you know what? I can't work for you. I quit. Yes. There you go. That's the alternative. Thanks for taking a stand. I mean, come on. That. There's that. And then there's the other part of it that you go... How about you? I want to turn the thing on that guy. I'll tell you what.
It starts with you. Take your money out of the bank. That'll show them. Hey, man, it will. If everybody did it, the banks would have to do something. Look what happened with Netflix. I tell you what. I tell you what, people that are angry at the banks, take your money out of their bank. It's like the guy that went online the other day and said that we were a bunch of jerks. I don't want to say specifically what he said, but he said we were a bunch of jerks. That all we did is run at the mouth and that we should actually get out there and do something. And I told him, hey man, I appreciate that sentiment. And I got this thing going where I'm trying to get people to treat each other friendly. We can use volunteers. Will you please join us and help us with that? I even sent him a private message and I said the same thing. And I haven't heard from him.
I haven't heard from him. A lot of people like to complain, but they don't like to do anything. They don't like to do something. Talky talky. And that is, you know, I think that's the fundamental difference. You know, I mean, but I thought about it really hard yesterday, too. And I thought, I think that there is a psychology. You know, obviously, we kind of agree. Me, Woods, L.O.B., Jays. kind of a little bit more sympathetic to the idea of the protest idea. And I understand that. And so clearly we have different ideology. We have different psychology. And I believe that the psychology on the other side is if there is a movement, I can't not support it. If there is a movement, I can't not support it. I mean, if it's about something good. If it's about something good. Even if it is, there's a movement called Rape is Bad. Okay? Rape is bad. And it's time that we do something about it. And we're going to protest and we're going to say rape is bad. Now, I believe that most of us think that, except the rapists, which account for about 1% of the population. The rapists don't feel that way. Okay? But the rest of us do.
Now, if we go out and we protest rape, is rape going to finally walk out and say, I give up? You got me. You got my number. No, but I'll tell you what. If we were protesting longer sentences for rapists, done. Beautiful. I am freaking in. I am there. I have got a sign. A purpose. I got a no means no sign in my hand. Longer sentences. Longer mandatory. It's a definitive resolution. I still think this movement is about education. They're trying to raise awareness. But we know it. We know it because we know it. Some people don't know it. Some people don't know it. The alleged 1% don't know it. That's their whole statement is that, hey, we're the 99%. We're the ones getting screwed. And just like you always say, Mike, you can't judge a movement by the three people. Yeah, that's true. If you judge by the fans, you always say that. I say you can't judge a person. Well, you can't judge a movement. I said you can't judge a person until you get to know them. I've never said you can't judge a movement. I said you can't – I can't know Jay Isbell unless I get to know you. Okay. Well, you say – I can't judge you by your friends. You say you can't judge by God by his people, which is kind of a movement as well. Religion? No. Religion is kind of a movement. Okay. And what I say about it is – and I've said the same thing about this. I don't judge what the point is. In fact, I like the point. Right.
I like the point. Okay. I really do like it. If you want to use the analogy of the religious movement. Right. Okay. What would my goal be? Well, my goal would be that everybody goes, I love Jesus. That'd be my goal. Okay. We can all agree on that. That'd be my goal. All right. What I'm not going to do is I'm not going to get a sign that says, all it says on it is heaven. You're like, what? Yeah, heaven sounds good to me. I mean, it's heavenly. But you don't, but some of your people do. Right, and they're wacky. Have you ever heard me say that? Have you ever heard me say that? Well, that's what I'm saying. No, I haven't heard you say that, but that's what I'm saying. Yes, you have. Yeah, you have. Westboro Baptist. Have you ever heard me say that people that hold signs about Jesus are wacky? Absolutely. Yes, they're wacky. Let me tell you, the people that held signs that said,
Yes on 8. On Proposition 8, the people, the right-wingers that were out there trying to have people not do the marriage thing, vote for gay marriage, I thought they were stupid and wacky. So if you put a sign in your front yard, same thing? Yeah, I think it's, yes, stupid and wacky. You want to know why? Why? Because I'm going to go, well, first of all, no on 8. Or yes on 8. I saw that guy sign. I'm in. It might have you go look up what eight is, though. Maybe. Many people don't know what eight is. Maybe it does. Yeah. Maybe it does. Because it was a tricky bill. Maybe. But, you know, for a lot of us, we've got jobs. Now, you have the right to put anything in your lawn. You have the right to hold whatever sign you'd like, and I'm for that right. I'm also, because I have a First Amendment right to say what I want to say, I also have the right to say, boy, I wouldn't do it, and I think it's silly.
Oh, yeah. And you know what? You don't have a right to tell me that I'm an a-hole for that because I'm not. Or a political idiot. Or just like you're not an a-hole for doing it. You know, I think some of this Occupy stuff, too, is not coincidentally going to put some pressure on the politicians that are running. Yeah. I mean, some of the presidential candidates. Well, they've got to address it. They're going to have to address some of the things that were brought up. Absolutely. Awesome. Which is great. So it makes me wonder if, I don't know who was behind the original plan, but it makes me wonder if some of this wasn't purposely coinciding with all their campaigns and everything. I would love it. Well, me too. And hopefully those people get out and vote. Because the 55 out of 100 in New York did not. No. Not at all. Not at all. 55 out of 100. That's a stat. I didn't make it up. Oh, wow. Fake numbers over here.

Well, we still have some backup on the Coronado Bridge westbound at the 5. It seems like it's just heavier than normal this time of morning. Dado 5 northbound before El Cajon Boulevard, an accident that left lane's blocked. Some backup in Chula Vista. It's on the 5 southbound at E Street. Apparently a grass fire here over on the right shoulder. This report brought to you by Thermacare Heat Wraps. Thermacare Heat Wraps, over eight hours more effective for back pain than the maximum dose of acetaminophen, the medicine in Tylenol. No pills, no pain, just relief. I'm Stacey Cohen, FM 94.9. Still dark outside. It's going to get darker because in a few weeks we're going to fall back. Yeah. Love it. I love it. Crazy. I love it. A little darker early. Sleep a little longer. Nice. I love it. Weird. Because you get an extra hour of sleep. Yeah, you fall back so you get an extra hour. For one day. For one day. Yeah, but your body does it for a few days. It feels weird.
Real good. For a few days, you're feeling that. When you're a fat, sedentary pig, then you like falling back. Much like Drew. Much like myself. I can't debate that. Let's see. Oh, this I thought was very interesting. Of all people, Jay figured this out. You know, one of the big complaints was, hey, we don't understand what this movement is. We now know definitively what Occupy San Diego is. And it was Jay scouring the Internet. He found Lawrence Fishburne actually out there interviewing people and asking people. He ran up to some guy and he just randomly asked some guy, you know, hey, do you know why you're doing this? Do you know what this is about? Let me tell you why you're here. You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain. But you feel it. You felt it your entire life. That there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there. Like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me. Do you know what I'm talking about? Occupy San Diego? Do you want to know what it is? Occupy San Diego. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room, you can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television.
You can feel it when you go to work, when you go to church, when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth. That sounds about right. The truth that you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else, you were born into bondage, born into a prison that you cannot smell or taste or touch. Or understand. A prison for your mind. Unfortunately, no one can be told what... Occupy San Diego. Oh, wow. Wow. You need to see it for yourself. Now hand me my bong and I'll explain that to you next. You want to get in that drum circle? Oh, Jason. Jay Isabel. Jay Safar. These are the comedy jokes. That's right. We do the comedy jokes right here. Yep. So I hope you're having a good time. That's brilliant. Here's the latest. Here's the latest. Thanks, Whitney. Now to a story we've been following all week now. Occupy San Diego protesters vowed to stay at the Civic Center despite calls by police for them to leave. And now a growing police presence is growing at the Civic Center. NBC7's Chris Chan live at the site right now with the very latest. Chris? Yeah, Marianne, this is what's been on the minds of protesters that have remained here overnight. If you can take a look, there is...
The numbers of police have grown. What started as two about an hour ago is now about 10 police, and more are expected to show up. Obviously, a big concern as protesters here have defied police orders to take their tents and leave. Now, what was 90 tents before has now become about six or seven tents in a canopy, but these people say they are staying. It's a measured response to an order by San Diego Police Department last night. night. They're calling it an act of civil disobedience. The protesters were told they need to leave the square because the World of Dance Tour will perform on Saturday night. They have a permit and need to begin setting up for the show. Our protesters didn't take that news well. Many began packing up and moving out. Some have moved to Balboa Park. Others say they'll be moving to the Midway. Those who remain here want to make a point about their protest. Just six tens up with numerous people in there. And these are people who are just, again, wanting to do an act of civil disobedience and say, no, we're not leaving this space just because you're telling us to. We're practicing our First Amendment right to petition our government in public, and so they're going to hold this space. Bongo drums, real good. Real good. Yeah, if they go to Balboa Park, guess what? L-O-B, tell everybody. Yes, I will be participating in a Buddy Walk, which is a charity organization for Down syndrome.
They have a clear, concise, organized goal. Yeah. And please do not disrupt it. That's right. Well, tomorrow, bongo drums may be all over Balboa. It's for a good cause, which is organized and which has been in place for a while. Yet. Oh, boy. Here they come. Hey, guys. Hey, guys. We've got a charity event. Charity thing for Down Syndrome kids. Hey. Hey. Excuse me. Can I talk to you? Can I talk to you for a minute? You guys are disrupting a charity event. It's a charity thing, guys, if you don't mind. Hey, naked guy. That guy's naked. I got my kids here, and that guy's naked with the bongos. Hey, excuse me. Would you like to hear some of my personal stories? Babe, there's somebody peeing in a milk carton. This is great. Milk jug. Excuse me, guys. Are you guys registered for the event? Are you registered? Because we're here for a charity for Down syndrome. What's up?
We're here for a charity for Down Syndrome, and you guys are here with bongo drums, you know, and stuff. Cool. What's up? Yeah. We're trying to do a charity, and you guys are... Cool. What's up? Are you guys against charity? Cool. You're certainly not against marijuana. I can smell that. Cool. Definitely against bathing. Yeah, definitely. Hell no. Actually, you're right on the starting line. Go. L-O-B. L-O-B. How? upset will you be if the organizers of that have to create signs that say, if you're here for this, we're meeting here now? I will. You will see. Well, maybe you won't see because you won't be there. But there will be an Irish cyclone that will get those people out of the way if they try to disrupt the charity event. That's right. I don't care if you protest. Just don't disrupt a charity event. Please. Cool. M1 Elizabeth from San Diego. Hi.
Go ahead. You're on the air. Okay. Hi. How's it going? Yeah, so I really agree with what you're saying. And the other side of me as well, I would say I almost, I'm glad that they were able, there's people that have the time to get their attention, actually sit in protest. And I think it definitely wakes, it looks some folks up. But also as a veteran and as a business owner, We actively have to be involved in another way. Am I going to go out and protest? No. There's ways for us to be active and try to make a change. And that's the message I'm kind of hearing for me on the radio. And I think, you know, really a part of that change is... Your phone's cutting out, so I've got to drop you. But thank you for the call, Elizabeth. I understand what you're saying. She was saying, I think, like...
Start small and try to do what you can and support small businesses maybe. Starts at home. That would be me filling in the blanks. I think I got what she was saying. Starts with you. Woodsy, baseball, what's happening? That was a big night last night. The Milwaukee Brewers, the Milwaukee Brewers, Randy Wolf started on the hill for them. Longest postseason start of his career. Pitched really well against St. Louis. The Brewers won 4-2. And so that series is now tied at two games apiece in the NLCS. It's Game 5 tonight. Back in St. Louis at 5.05 our time. It's Zach Greinke against Jaime Garcia. And last night in the ALCS, Miguel Cabrera hit an RBI double. It hit off third base. It started a huge rally for the Tigers. The Tigers stay alive. They beat the Rangers 7-5. And that series is going to go back to Arlington with the Rangers up 3-2. And it will resume mañana.
The guy that was creeping on Scarlett Johansson that hacked into her phone was talking to... He was speaking out and talking about everything for the first time. It started as curiosity, and it turned into just being addicted to seeing behind the scenes of what was going on with these people you see on the big screen every day. And I was almost relieved months ago when they... came in and took the computer and told me what was going on that they knew. Because I didn't know how to stop doing it myself. I wasn't attempting to break into emails and get stuff to sell or purposely put on the internet. It just, I don't know. Weird. I believe it. How creepy did that guy sound? Pretty... Creepy. I think pretty normal to me. To the victims and to those people who, well, first to the victims, go ahead. Oh, no, I deeply apologize. I know what I did was probably one of the worst invasions of privacy, you know, someone could experience. It's awful, dude. I can't stop.
privacy to begin with. I was in that little sliver of privacy they do have. Even if she didn't have any naked pictures, it still sucks. He's still not explaining why he posts. Why'd you take the extra step? It's one thing to get into there and get to see the behind the scenes stuff. Why'd you then have to go post it? I bet he's making money, right? He had to have been. He was posting them anonymously. It's not like he was getting credit for being the guy that hacked in. Hey, when we play catchphrase, do we, because when we play games, I really love it. I just don't know how to explain them. Two teams, and you kind of pick a pony. Pick a horse. All right, so you're picking Team Woods and Mikey or Team Jay and L.O.B. I need a mind meld, pal. Jay and L.O.B. have never been beaten. That is a true statement. Yeah, it is. It's a true statement. Jay has a bit. I know what his strategy is. I do, too. I bet it's the same strategy. He takes a long time. Yeah, he takes a while. He takes a while. 570-1949. There's no question. Yeah, it's his bit. It's like when, um, um, um, um, um, and then he get it, and then it's me and Mikey, and we've got to do it in .3 seconds. That's not my bit. I do it as fast as I can. Here's how catchphrase works. We have a little machine. We have a little machine, and we have to describe to our partner what the catchphrase is.
Whoever wins, wins. And hopefully we win for you. So 570-1949. We got a cool prize. Don't know what. What is it? Four pack of tickets to the Scream Zone at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. There you go. I'm out. Woods. I got one word for you, dude. Yeah. And J. I stole from the Rolling Stones dressing room. I got this little coffin thing. I stole it from that. On FM 94.9. You want to know something, Woods? Yes, sir. I do. Somebody posted the trailer for the new Footloose on our fan page yesterday. And I thought it looked good. L.O.B. came in this morning because I was playing Footloose. Blaring. Blaring. Well, it's Footloose Friday. Yeah. And she said the reviews were good. Yeah. They said it's a good homage or homage, however fancy you want to be, to the original, but it's got more energy. I know why they're doing it. I think I know. I have my theory as to why they're doing it now. Glee. Oh, good call. Glee, the success of Glee. Dance with the Stars. Yep.
And the girl from Dancing with the Stars is in it, right? It's just one of those movies that holds up. The original still holds up, so I don't really understand the remake. You should get some audio of the teenagers that are going to be in there with you today. Well, they'll all be in school. Oh, yeah. So it'll just be you and a couple grown men? Me and Corb. Yeah, that makes sense. Let's listen to a clip from the movie. Monster. What's the deal with the preacher's daughter? Is she worth all that attitude? Hey, back in the day, she used to be a goodie, too. Hello, baby. Hello, baby. Man, you put a quarter in that girl's back pocket and tell it's head or tail. Why? You're trying to knock boots with her, aren't you? No. Yes, you are. He is. I'm just curious. I ain't trying to take her bar and dance. Well, that'd be pretty hard being that that's against the law. Public dance is against the law if you're under 18 in Beaumont. Shut up. Wait, wait, jump back. Are you kidding me? Dancing is against the law. Nah, looks all right.
It does. It looks good. I saw the trailer. I was like, ah, man. Guys know Ren McCormick, but. Jump back, he said. In the original, he goes, jump back. I know. Which is way better. That's cool. They're making an homage to it. I like that. You have to appreciate that, right? And the guy's from Boston, so I'm sure he'll be in on his accent. M1 Rebecca from Rancho San Diego. Are you there? Shelly from Rancho San Diego. Oh, Shelly from Rancho San Diego. My child annoys the living snot out of me. Doing what? She's 24 years old, still lives at home, and cannot pick up after herself. Yeah, that happens when you're 41, too. Oh, yeah. When you're 36. Yeah. No, she leaves herself over the house. Yeah. My wife still complains about that with me, and I still do it. I can't. I can help it. I just don't. She's not too. But I understand what you're saying, Shelly. I appreciate it. Thank you. You know what? I don't like no. And I hear it 50,000 times a day because right now they're going through no. Right now it's no time. With the kids? Yeah. It's like they got together, twins, two-year-olds, and they went, hey, me and you, it's no time. Let's do this. No, no, no, no. Everything's no. And Rebecca yesterday goes, do you ever just walk around the kitchen saying no? She's fed up. She's had it.
I don't blame her. They just, no, Luke, everything, no. Yeah, guess what? The answer is not always going to be yes. You don't get to do it. Mikey's sketching. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. It's so funny. I love it. Who's grandson? Huh? That's Danny and Esther's grandson and also Grammy's grandson, Grandma Jean. Who's grandson? Huh? All right. All right. I just told you. Yeah. I just told you. 5701949 is our number. So our sweet little angel, our sweet little angel, Chris just walked into the room. Can I talk about this? Is it okay to discuss? Is it okay to discuss?
Oh, boy. Oh, boy. That didn't look like a comfortable yes. Hey, dude, I will not. I refuse to talk about something unless somebody's okay with it and comfortable with it. And we were talking about it off the air. Are you comfortable with me discussing? If not, I'm fine. I don't have to. Oh, wow. That's a thinking. Oh, that's a no. That's a no. No? Yeah? It's a no. It's a no. I can't tell. Come in here. Come here. Come here. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh, Mike. I thought he said it was okay. He said it because he doesn't want you to fire him. No, no, no. He said no, no. Abort. Abort. Lost his virginity? No, no, no, no, no, no. Shut up. Shut up, Jake. You lost your virginity? Oh, Jake. You're such a jerk. Nice work, Chris. Finally. Don't say it again so he hears it. Don't say it again. Okay, Chris. Yes. Tell me. I thought it was... Stop it. I don't care. I don't care. No, I don't care. Monster, what exactly did you want to talk about? Well, just the question that I asked you and then what your response was. It's over. Shut up. Jay! It's not over. We are friends. Oh, it's over then. Wait, wait, wait. Told you. Chris, I'm not kidding. I'm not kidding you. If I could turn off his microphone, I would. Jay, stop it. I can't. You don't know what you're doing. He's sniggling. He doesn't.
You weren't in here. Stop. I know. It's a private combo. I'd already told him. If you'd rather I not discuss, I won't. There's really nothing not to do. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's okay. That's me. That's Jay doing that. I can't believe it. LLB, you were sitting there when he said the whole thing about on the phone and all that. Remember? No. Oh, really? Really, Jay? What a monster. He is such a jerk. He's doing his storytelling. He does storytelling through sound effects. Anyone that says that Jay is hilarious on the Facebook page means that they hate Chris. Yeah, you hate Chris. If you hate Chris, then I hate you. L.O.B., please walk me through this because I don't want to feel bad and you know it. He doesn't want to talk about it. Okay, fine. Then we'll move on. I thought that I don't want to talk about it. That's fine. He just feels there's not much to talk about. There's not much to talk about. That's fine. I just wanted to give... Okay, well now we have to. Now we have to. We have to.
Chris was in here during the break. Chris is our 22-year-old phone screener. Unentitled phone screener. What? He's a really good guy who never has shown any sense of entitlement. He's worked really hard for everything he's got, and we love him, and he's a good dude. Which is part of the reason why he's made the decision that he's made, because he works too hard. So we set him up on a date, and as it turned out... They were actually very compatible, got along very well and spent some time together. A lot in common. A lot in common and enjoyed one another's company. Now, I purposefully have not asked a thing. I haven't asked what's happening. I have. You have, L.O.B. I wanted to know how her lips tasted. You creepy creeper. Yeah, she did. She did actually do that. Great. She did. And that's how she does it. She goes. Hey, Chris. And like, she's going to ask if he knows where the stapler is. And he goes, yeah. And she goes, what are lips taste like? Cherry chapstick. Pervert. Creepy creeper. Unexpected. Okay. And so I haven't asked. And then so today he came in and I said, hey, tell me the truth. Is it over? And he goes, no. And I said, are you just friends? And he goes.
Yeah. And he goes, what? Don't be sad. He goes, don't be sad. I go, I'm sad. I'm sad. We want you to get married to her. Yeah. And I said I was sad. Why am I sad? Well, because I was, you know, this good dude and trying to hook him up. And a good girl. Very sweet. Sweet girl. Very pretty. Very sweet and pretty girl. She is an amazing girl. She'd get her drunk. What? Stop it. She'd get her drunk. What? You get him drunk. You? She'd get her drunk. No, no, no, no. What do you mean, why? No, no, no. You know why, LLB. Oh, yeah, girl. Actual audio of me in college. No, no. Okay. Woods' dates in college. Yeah. Yes. I didn't hear no too much. Yes. Didn't you? No. No, I didn't. No, Matt, because I got him drunk like I'm telling the kid, okay? That's a good thing to do. So it isn't. Yes, it is. Isn't it? Huh? Yes. Mom, I said. The girls from college, I just told you. I don't understand you. I know. Who are you? I'm your son, Mom. Huh? I'm your son, Steven. Who is it? It's your son.
Your son! Who are you? I'm your freaking son. Dude! Don't dude me, Mom. What happened, Chris? It progressed into a friendship. Shut it, Jake! I told you. My best relationships have been from friendships. You're off base. Man. I am on base. No, you're not. Stop it. You know, it must be real easy. We suck again. It's not fair. He's got drops. Well, not only that. Sal's not fair because he's been married now for a number of years. He's got four kids. So you can just sit there and give dating. You've got to get in the game. You've got to get in the game. You can't just sit on the bench. You've got to swing your bat. What an idiot. You're such a jerk. Maybe let a couple balls go past, but then hit a home run. Oh, wow, wow, wow, wow. It's very subtle. Maybe you slide into home. Hit first. You get it? Yeah, maybe get to home. Home run. First base, second base, third base, home run. Hit for the cycle, Chris. Get it? Get it. Mike Love. Bagger. Get it? Bagger. Get some. Do you understand that? Get some. That's my damn tagline. It tells me that every day I walk in. I know. I just, uh, uh, yeah. LOP, I'm going to let you.
What is it? I want you to tell him advice or whatever. Well, Chris was saying that he didn't think it was fair. He wasn't going to be able to treat her the way she deserved to be treated because he's too busy. Little angel. Sounds selfish to me. It is not selfish. It's the opposite of selfishness. Look at him in there. He's like laughing silently. Chris, let me. Hey, do you have needs, Chris, as a man? Come on. But the old bit of I don't have time. time for a girlfriend it is school work i honestly there's nights where i'm up to one o'clock just studying was there was there a disgust was there was this addressed like hey not completely addressed but known kind of understood understood understood but there was no conversation saying so is this going anywhere or anything no nothing like that but we are hanging out and we do hang out so it's not You know, we're still friends. Because you were saying all your best relationships, then Jay cut you off. All my best relationships have started or been from friendships that developed. Just hanging out with the girls. Welcome to the friend zone. Yeah, Jay, just hanging out with the girls. Chris is in the friend zone. Yeah, exactly. L.O.B., how do you get out of the friend zone? Get her drunk. I think he's pretty much in. So you can't get out of it? Get her drunk. That's not true. I've been out of the friend zone from the friend zone. You get out of the friend zone by going on a date and putting on the moves. Yeah. Putting on the Ritz, too. Yeah, they have some moves. When the timing's right.
He's just that devil on the shoulder saying the meanest. No. A fake bit. Timing right. I tried to inspire him. Oh, it's very inspiring. Very inspiring. You're like Lee Iacocca. Yeah. Get off the sidelines. You're like William Wallace sitting upon a horse just telling men how to get out there. Can't see until I was like Joel Osteen in there. Wow. Chris, do you want to live for today or for tomorrow? I want to live for both. How about that? You can't have both worlds. Yeah, you can't. You can plan. You don't lie to us. You lie to her. I am not lying. It's the filthiest thing I've ever heard you say. Yes. Three great relationships from friendships. You're missing the prime time of your life. But you guys started out as daters. Yes. There's one thing to start out as friends and develop, but to go from date to friend to date doesn't happen very often. I wasn't in that situation before. Doesn't happen, Chris, because she's getting more and more out on you every day. Jalorian. She's out. She's already out. I'm just trying to tell. It's harsh. She's being real. I'm being honest. And see, the thing I want to know, and obviously Chris knows that's not necessarily true because he's had experience where he took him from friend zone out of it. But you don't go from date zone to friend zone back to date zone. That's something that's different. He hasn't been there. I haven't done that before. It doesn't mean it can happen. Vodka.
See, what I'm saying is you're dying every day a little bit more. So what's going to happen is you're going to get worse and worse. True, true. I agree with Jay. So mean. Thank you. Thank you. Unbelievable. All I'm saying is if you do want it, don't put it off till later. Strike while the iron is hot. Because that iron is getting warmer, cooler every day. I was talking to a guy about it the other day. I was talking to a guy about it the other day. A little bit of a different situation. But met a girl at college, okay? And gets along really good with her. And he asks her, and very good looking, okay? She's very good looking. And he's a decently attractive guy. He gets two tickets to a Charger game. Asks her if she wants to go. She says, sure. They go. They have a really good time. Seems like there's some... flirtation there. She says to him, most of my friends are guys. This is what was funny about it. We had just played this bit from Saturday Night Live for a new perfume called Ed Flags. And it was like, all her friends are guys. Now this doesn't have anything to do with Chris because this doesn't have anything to do with him. But anyway, this guy I was talking to, all her friends are guys. And
She said something to the effect of, and I always seem to keep guys in the friend zone. Then they went out to eat. And he told her that he thought she was pretty attractive. She said she thought he was attractive too. Now, his question for me is, I don't know, man. Like, do I take this to the next level? I feel like if I do, it might make it weird if she's not into it. I said, I don't believe she's into it. Back up off the calls and texts is what I say. See what she does. Absolutely. Aloof bit. Well, then something cool happened. She got tickets to a game, invited him. I said, dude, I think you're in. Yeah, that's good. I say. Yeah. Yeah. Back up off. But she could do the whole, what? I always bring my friends to games. Oh, boy. That girl. In which case, you throw a basketball at her face. End of story right there.
Well, I think that this is a tough thing for a lot of guys to know how to do, which is get that first physical thing over and done with. That is not easy. It's not always easy. Woods is giving me a look right now. No, I'm not thinking. I'm thinking. Listen, I haven't closed every single girl I've ever talked to. There's been a few here and there that I didn't get. A few. There's been a lot that I didn't get. But I'll tell you what. One thing I am good at is I'm a toucher. I'm a hugger. I'm very into the physical. So it's never been hard. That's never been hard. Now, I'm sure there have been women that have been repulsed by me grabbing their knee on the first date or something like that. But Woods. really believes in the touching of the knee on the first date. Small of the back. Small of the back. And was incessantly saying to Chris. Jay, too. On their first date. Mm-hmm. Jay and Woods were both like, touch her. Touch her. Touch her leg. Touch her leg. Touch her leg. Touch her leg.
Yeah, dude, just touch your leg. You make it sound so creepy. Put your hand on her knee, bro. It's gentlemanly. I don't know about the knee. I think the small of the back, if you open the door for her, let her go first, and then kind of the little nudge. If she recoils, it's not going to go well. But if she's like, oh, thank you. What if she recoiled because it scared her and she didn't expect it? She would say sorry and maybe grab your wrist to let you know. It's okay. I didn't mean to, you know. That's what I think. But I think the small of the back as you let her walk by you in some fashion, good move. Great move. I accidentally rubbed against Lauren's arm the other day, and she vomited. That's true. That's true. So I don't know what that means. But I also ate some bad seafood, so I don't think it was your fault. All right. Well, that's something to keep in mind, I guess. Keep trying. All right. Great advice. He's done. Listen, you're young. This is the fun part. I wish we could talk to her, but I don't want to press it. Let's press it. This is the time to remember because it will not last forever. It will not last forever. Oh, I know. Every moment. I wish we could talk to her, but I don't want to press that. I want to press it. You know, but I wish we could. I would love if we could. Perry doesn't seem like the kind of girl that will let you press it. Oh, L-O-B. I mean, like, press an issue. I think she'll let you press it, though. Oh, my goodness.
This song is dedicated to Chris. Oh, how sweet. Hey, Chris. Who's this? Drunk. What's up, Jay? What? I'm drunk. You're drunk? Yeah, what's this? I'm drunk. All right. Why are you calling me when you're drunk, Jay? I'm getting saucy with me. I just called. Okay. All right. What's up? Hey, how's it going? I ain't yelling at me. Why are you screaming right now? I'm not screaming right now. Listen to you. Okay. No wonder. All right. You sound like an abusive husband. Did you mean to call me, Jay? You're yelling at me. I am not yelling at you, Jay. What's up? You make love yet? I stop calling me every day. It's 3 a.m., man. All right. It's Sunday. What are you doing? I am chilling. I'm not calling people drunk.
Well, Adam won't talk to me no more this time. I don't know why that would be. There's something about you got to laugh outside of me or something. Anyway. All right. Listen. Yes. I know we do jokes and everything, but make sex to her. You got to do it. Jay, you know? Jay? Chris? Yeah. Jay. I know. I was just on the phone. You all right? I got a question for you. Okay. Did you get Perry? Jay? Did you get her? You just asked me. Hey, I'm going to ask you a question. Listen, if you don't get her, can I take a crack yet? Can I take a crack? You're sick. That's sick. I want a crack. Tony's married. Yeah, if you want a crack. Tony's married. You are married. I've been drinking vodka. Oh.
Tell him it's called vodka. It's called vodka, Jay. I love that vodka. Listen, hey, I'm tired of you, boy. The boy that cries wolf all the time. Crying wolf. You do, okay. You crying wolf. I want to make sex. I want to make sex. That's right. You get a girl like Perry. That's okay. Right, Perry. You just take a crack at her, okay? He's married. You're married, Jay. Chris? Yes. It's me, Jay. What's up, Jay? So, I got a question for you. Do you know how to do it, boy? Yes, Jay, I know how to do it. Are you sure? Yes, I got your instruction manual. I was going to say, you're a smart kid. I have an instructional video. Oh, you have a video out now. Cool. Yeah, well, it's just something I filmed with me and Kim. She didn't know about it, but you can see it. All right.
No, actually, Jay, I don't want to see that at all. I don't want to see you. Don't you? No, no, no. I'm sorry. Hold on a second. Okay. Hey, Kristen. Mike, are you there? Dude. Yeah, I was hanging out with Jay. Listen, dude. Wow. Have you taken her to church yet? Oh, no. Oh, boy. Oh, boy. Church? Dude. I haven't gone to church with you yet. Listen. Listen. Marry her, and then you can do it any way you want. Okay, Jay. Thanks for the advice. I mean Mike. Okay. Any. Any. That's very clear. I got to go. Okay. All right. Cool. Yes. Oh, wow. Well, there you go. It's identical J. Identical J. Well, you know we love you, buddy. And we love you guys, too. We're behind you. We do. Thank you. So we're going to make our NFL picks next.

Mikey's not here. He's in the bathroom with me, and then I don't know where he went. Weird. Was he sitting down? I'm not going to speak to private habits of my friend Mike Sparks. He always sits down. I don't know who you're fooling. He's a lady.
Took the whole counter down Sorry I'm sorry. Did you spill your coffee in there too? Did you spill my coffee? Yes! I have a little bit of a burn mark here, but that's it. He had the wildest look in his eyes. Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Do you want her to pull him around? Oh my god. That was a swing and a miss. Oh my god. That was so outstanding. I'm not kidding you. Are you okay?
If my wife had been here, she would have laughed so hard that pee would happen. Oh, my gosh. I almost did. You wiped everything at the end of the counter. Oh, boy. Look at that. Oh, my gosh. He's got carpet burn on his arm. Oh, my gosh. What is wrong with you? Your little face. All confused. Oh, my gosh. I saw Chris standing at the door and he had this look like, we're back, we're back. And I was running out from that because I went to see JR and I'm running out and on the way out, I see Jeremy and I'm like, oh gosh, oh gosh, oh gosh, I'm late, I'm late, I'm late. And Chris has his front door open and I come running in. And I ate it. Oh, bad. Or good. Oh, my gosh. Oh, that hurt. Oh, wow. That was quite a spill. That looked really painful. That was quite a spill. I've got to get that up on my page. It's the greatest. I wish we had video. Oh, my gosh. Oh, thank goodness there's no video. Thank goodness. Why don't we still have a webcam?
Did my butt crack show? No. No, but you ate it pretty good. Your face. Your face was priceless. What did you think? Chris was back with food? I mean, isn't it enough that I just endured the humiliation? He's got a rug burn on his elbow. Whoa. Dude. Oh, my abs. Oh, I know. It killed me. Oh, my abs. I flew right onto the love sack. And started convulsing. You knocked everything over. Jelly beans, forks. Made my day. It's funny because he's fat. You should do that more often. Really? Seriously? Oh, me. I love it. I love it so much. Word of the day is trolley? Yep.
If I had done it, it would have been, God, Woods, you're so tornadic. That was a Mexican tornado. That was a Mexican tornado. I would have been irritated. Oh, I know. I thought it was funny. It was good. Woods. Oh, man. Genius. I'm trying to stall to catch my breath because I came running. I came running. Jeremy, if you're listening, I'm sorry for scaring you. You can give your account. So great. Let's see. I want to hear Ozzy talk about. I want to hear Ozzy talking about biting the head off the bat. Still? Well, you got asked. Gosh darn. If you get asked. 40 years ago. I know, but if you get asked, isn't it all right? Who better to give that advice than Ozzy? A man who has survived 40 years of drug use in that infamous run-in with a bat. So your advice for somebody that's going to bite a bat. Don't even try it. You see, every action has a reaction, okay? You bite the head off something and you've got to have some shots. That ain't cool. When I tell them rabies shots, it was like somebody shoving a golf ball in my a** every day. That's right. Wow. I thought they threw a toy on stage. That's what he thought. A rubber bat. I thought it was a rubber bat. Oh, my gosh. He's doing a bit.
Nope. Didn't realize it was a real bat. Are you serious? Yeah. Oh, yeah. I didn't know that. I thought it was a rubber bat. Yeah, he was very infamous for biting the head off of a bat, but people thought that when he did it, that he was just this crazy guy that planned to bite the head off a bat. Not at all. Well, did you hear the story about the doves? No. That's a true story. He walks into, he just got signed, he left Black Sabbath, right? And he's looking for a record label. And so I can't remember who it was that signed him. But he walks into the conference room and he's going to release some doves in a show of Here I Am. Right. So he releases these doves. One flies around. He grabs it, bites the head off of it. That's a true story. He literally took a real dove and went. No reason? No reason. Just to shock and scare the people that were in the conference room. That's kind of an overreaction. Yeah. I think he was a little inebriated. Yeah, I think so, too. EBW's on the phone. EBW? Yeah, this is EBW. Eskimo Blue Waters. Yeah. What are you doing? Occupying. Oh, you knew it. I knew it. You knew it. You will bandwagon every bit. You're an anti-anarchist, Mike. That is true. I am an anti-anarchist. That is true. Yes.
But wait, it sounds like you're, where are you? It doesn't matter where I am. Oh, it does matter. It sounds like you're not outside. Well, I'm not. I'm occupying Corporate Valley. Do you mean Mission Valley? Yeah, otherwise known as Corporate Valley. Booz Allen Hamilton, Frizzy, Weston. Frizzy, you're just naming streets? Camino Del Rio. Friars. Friars? Friars. That's right. Are you in our freaking building? Yeah, I'm in the building. I'm in the freaking bathroom. You're occupying the bathroom? That's right. Well, how is that? Nobody's even going to see you. I mean, you're not even making a statement. You're inside of a... Oh, I'm not going to let these fascist corporate mongrels hold down anyone from trying to go against... Leave me a notice. It's occupied. That's right. Somebody has to use A.
I said it's occupied, sister. Is that the toilet? Don't work somewhere else. Somebody wants to use the toilet. Well, somebody did. I think I heard the toilet flush. And somebody wants to use the bathroom. Eskimo Blue Waters. I didn't hear the last thing you said. What? I said you didn't hear it because somebody's using it. Sorry, that was me. I had to go. Well, how are you really going to protest anything if nobody can see you? I've been in here for 26 hours, and you can see my feet if you come in here. It's occupied. Sorry, Mikey. Occupado. How are the women in this building supposed to work if they can't go to the bathroom? Ding, ding, ding. So if they're not going to the bathroom, then they'll leave. And then she'll have completed her mission because she wants them not to work. Esta limpio. Okay. No, thank you. All right. Bye. Esta what? I was just telling her that the bathroom was clean as the woman came in to clean. Esta limpio. You are a moron. Hey, I'm doing something. What are you doing besides tripping all over yourself and your stupid beliefs? Wow. All right, you have a point there. Oh, God. EBW, Eskimo Blue Waters.
Wow, that really cool. It's called courtesy. I hope you enjoy Valley Mike. I do. Very much. Thank you, Eskimo. Yeah, thanks for nothing. It's always thanks for nothing. Corporate Valley. She puts herself on the Mikey show and then says thanks for nothing. As if she was offered something I didn't deliver, and so she's saying, thanks for nothing. Oh, man. She always says thanks for nothing. That prod is something else. I mean, I see what she's saying. Do you? If people can't go to the bathroom, they can't. Well, then what are they going to do? Yeah. Are there two stalls in the girl's bathroom? How would you know? How do you know? You freak. Because he creeped on me. Aren't there two stalls in there? Actually, there's three. I think there's like four. I mean, you guys get four? Well, you guys get more. Well, they've got to sit. We do all the sitting. Well, they don't have to. As we head into week six, it's time to take a look at Mikey and Wood's NFL picks for this weekend. One in Fort Carolina heads into Atlanta. And I think Carolina is just too young.
and their quarterback's just too young. They're 1-4. They're not going to get it done against an Atlanta team at home. I'd take Atlanta. Yeah, I also took Atlanta. Cam had a good game last week, a valiant effort against the Saints, but I don't think they do it in Atlanta. The 49ers head to Detroit, the unbeaten Motor City, but the unbeaten streak comes to an end this weekend. I say Jim Harbaugh has those dudes dialed in, and they're going to take it to Detroit. They're going to show something to Detroit and Detroit's offense that they haven't seen yet, and I say, The Niners win on the road. I couldn't disagree more. Alex Smith is still your quarterback, San Francisco, and you haven't played anybody yet, and you're about to. Detroit's going to get you, and they're going to get you real good at their house. The winless Indianapolis Colts head to the Bengals, and I say, the Colts are so bad, they lose again. Oh, no! They lose again! In Cincinnati. Cincinnati wins at home. Absolutely. A.J. Green has become one of the best rookies in the NFL. He's going for 100 and a touchdown every week, and they're getting it done. They're 3-2. It hurts me, L-O-B, to say it, but Philly is heading into Washington.
I had Philly as my Super Bowl pick, but they're 1-4, and I don't see them getting any better. No, this is it. This is it. It's a rival. They're going to do it. I take Washington. This is me every freaking week. I cannot believe the Philadelphia Eagles have played as bad as they have played. Again, it's Rex Grossman, Eagles. Dial up your defense. Go out and get a win. I think they will in Washington. They're going to do it. Turn it around this week. I think they're going to get it. St. Louis goes into the frozen tundra in Green Bay. It's a game that 99% of people are choosing Green Bay to win. And Green Bay is, in fact, undefeated. And St. Louis is, in fact, winless. but I'll still take Green Bay at home. Yeah, it's a trap game for Green Bay, but I think Aaron Rodgers and his bunch, they'll get it done. Jaguars go to Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh's improving, and I say Pittsburgh wins at home. Yeah, absolutely. Buffalo takes it into the Giants, and I say Buffalo keeps that thing rolling. The Giants are a little stumbly right now, and so I'm taking Buffalo on the road. Yeah, when you're that wounded after, what's the guy's name in Seattle? He used to be quarterback here. Oh, yeah, Charlie Whitehurst. When Charlie Whitehurst gets you, there's something wrong with your team.
wins in New York. Let's see. The Browns are heading to Oakland, and I will take the Browns on the road, even though Oakland is doing as well as they are. Wow. Look at you. That's a surprise pick. My upset of the week. I took Oakland. They're rolling. Darren McFadden and Michael Bush, they're a two-headed monster, and they're going to roll right over Cleveland. Houston, or as Jay would say, Houston, heads to Baltimore to take on the Ravens. The Ravens, that D is sick. I mean sick. And you got Andre Johnson with a busted wing. I take Baltimore at home. I also took Baltimore at home. I think they're going to get it done no sweat. Let's see. New Orleans. Drew Brees and the Saints head into Tampa Bay. And I say they're on a roll, too. And Tampa Bay is on a roll of sort of stumbling around. New Orleans wins on the road. Yep, absolutely. Drew Brees gets it done. Dallas goes to New England. New England's hot as hell. I say New England. At home. New England beats Romo. He's going to choke it away again, I'm sure. The Dolphins, or as Jay would say, the Dolphins, go into New York to play the Jets, and the Jets will get it together against the winless Dolphins, and I say the Jets win at home. Yeah, I'm not very sold on the Jets, but I think that the Tipsy Crows, my semi-pro baseball team, could give the Dolphins a run for their money. Jets take it. Minnesota.
who is the biggest surprise this season as well for not winning, goes into Chicago. And I think that Chicago wins at home. Woodsy? Yeah, Chicago is actually one of the worst defenses in the NFL right now, which is hard to believe, but I think they get on track against Minnesota. If you're a fantasy football player, I feel bad for you because you know this week is bad. Arizona, Denver, Kansas City, Seattle, San Diego, and Tennessee all have the week off on buys. And if you have to pick a sure thing, For this weekend, mine is Atlanta over Carolina. Yeah, mine is Green Bay over St. Louis. Yeah, that's probably a better guess. Let's see. I have some audio for you that I think that you'll enjoy. And it is courtesy of Paula Deen. Now, Woods, did you know who Paula Deen was before you met me? Nope. I like cooking shows. Isolate. I enjoy food. Wow. And so I used to be a big Food Network guy. Don't watch it anymore. Because now all it is is challenges. But it used to be about cooking, like they would cook stuff. Isn't it all? It's like MTV. They used to play videos. Now it's all reality shows. There's not a lot of cooking on Food Net. But anyway, Paula Deen. She's the lady. We play a couple of drops from Paula Deen.
Occasionally. Probably the most notable one was her talking about her grandson and seeing her grandson in the sonogram for the very first time. And she is a down south, like everybody's mom. And she just speaks her mind. And she didn't think she was saying anything bad. She said, it was great. We're looking up on the... On the screen there, and we can see the little balls, and we knew it was going to be a little boy. You can see everything on the screen. Butthole. And she even said that. That's one of my favorite drops ever. Now, there's also this plebe, all right? And when I say plebe, I mean plebeian. And he is the biggest plebeian ever in the world of cooking. His name is Anthony Bourdain. Anthony Bourdain fancies himself quite an intellect. What he does is he travels around the world. He'll eat anything, anywhere. He doesn't just devour the food of the culture. He devours the culture itself. I can't stand him. I can't watch it. It's the most boring. He's the most pompous. It's true. And there's a guy that I like that goes and eats really disgusting things. His name is Andrew Zimmern.
Anthony Bourdain feels like Angie just stole it. Really, do you ever take an idea of someone that's genuinely interested in eating the food of another culture and just go there to make a mockery of it? To show how disgusting it is? Is that what you do? Well, Anthony Bourdain did an interview with the TV Guide. I don't even know why it's TV Guide. I'd rather the New Yorker call, but they haven't. But he was commenting on Paula Deen, and he said, dangerous person to America. What? Paula Deen? Yes. Sweet little Paula Deen. And so they asked Paula Deen about that. Let me tell you something, girlfriend. Maybe it is bad for you, but I don't go around eating or serving unwashed anuses of wildebeest. So call me crazy. Let him go his way. I don't care.
Look in here and see if you see anybody that gives a crap. You know, I don't know if it's a publicity thing on this part. Yeah. Because we don't know each other. He's never had his feet under my table. I don't know him. No. Gosh, I love her. I need that clip, all of that. I need it, too. Dude, I've had her on the air. She's a delight. She sounds like a freaking girl. She sounds like one of my relatives. Dude, she's a delight, dude. She sounds like one of my grandmothers. And let me tell you something. She raised two boys by herself. She started her own business. She was such a great cook. She started her own business and people were buying her stuff like crazy because she was such a crazy good cook. And that chick gets criticized for what? She's never been to culinary school. She's on a network for food and she's never been to culinary school. Do you even know how to julienne? Do you know how to julienne?
Do you know the proper way to cut? Do you know the proper knives to use? Does the food taste good? That's all I care about. The food is in the pudding. Literally. That food that's destroying America. The food that she cooks. Why don't you put some more butter in it? It's comfort food. Of course it is. Southern cooking. I'll tell you what though. Paula, she doesn't. Let me tell you something, girlfriend. Maybe it is bad for you, but I don't go around eating or serving unwashed anuses of wildebeest. Wildebeest? Let him go his way. I don't care. Look in here and see if you see anybody that gives a crap. Because we don't know each other. He's never had his feet under my table. I don't know him. No. I love it, man. Can we get her in studio? I want to hug her. I want to hug her. She is the greatest. I'm telling you, if you saw her show, you'd love her show. Oh, I'm sure. I mean, and they put her, I used to watch back in the day, they put her on this obscure time slot, and then all of a sudden, they put her on a better time slot, a better time slot, then they gave her another show. She had like four shows going at one time. We're going to be on Channel 6, the CW6, so if you want to see Lauren and I on the CW6.
We will be on giving relationship advice. What time do we do it, Jay? 8.20. 8.20. Okay. So at 8.20 on CW6, you'll see us. When we come back, we're going to play Sexier Mexi. So visit us, will you? So I'm at Verizon shopping for 4G, and I say to the sales guy, listen, I want Verizon 4G LTE speed, but I also want selection. And he goes, we've got a ton of advanced Verizon 4G LTE devices, like the new Droid Bionic by Motorola, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, or the My54510L mobile hotspot that lets you connect up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices. So I say, smartphones, tablets, and hotspots. Not bad. But in my head I'm thinking, is it the 10, the 5, touchdown! And then I say, yeah, but is Verizon 4G LTE really that fast? And he says, yep, up to 10 times faster than 3G. Whoa.
And now I'm going. They're going for two. Got it. Come to Verizon for the largest selection of 4G LTE devices. Verizon 4G LTE. Over 140 cities and counting. Visit any Verizon store today. We're going to allow you to call us, and I've said it before that you can, but I want to really encourage it for you to call us if you've ever, ever heard me talk about AIS and you called and you saved. Please. 570-194-9. Because we want to put you on the air. Nothing works better than real people telling other real people what they saved. And that's the deal. That's what AIS does. They save me. They can save you. And I want other people to see it. Most of it, I just want them to go pat me on the back and say, good job. Just being honest with you. And that we do. But the deal is, is that when you call and you say, hey, I called AIS, Mikey, and it worked, that's bigger than you can imagine. So.
Call them now. Try it. If you save some money, call me and let me know. Their number, 1-800-777-4247. Number, 1-800-777-4247. These days, you see a lot of boar's head wannabes. Brands of cold cuts that say, well, they're sort of, kind of, almost as good as boar's head. Truth is, they're not even close. Being borsaid means using only the best cuts of meat and the highest quality artisan cheese. These cost money, and wannabes won't spend it. Being borsaid means never using scraps or artificial colors, never cutting corners to save a few cents, never making compromises. Being borsaid also means only offering our products to stores that we trust will handle and serve them well. These stores want to stand for the best, and they know you can't be a first-rate store and sell second-rate cold cuts. So it's no surprise that the highest quality grocery stores and independent markets in America carry Boar's Head instead of the wannabes. What brand of cold cuts does your store sell? Boar's Head. Compromise elsewhere. Try a slice of Boar's Head premium deli meats and cheeses in select supermarkets, gourmet stores, and fine eateries.

And now back to the Mikey Show with Mikey. I don't like it when it's cheap. I was a bit of a pyro when I was a kid. Woods. I haven't moisturized since days. Dying. And Jay. I'm an awesome beer drinker on the course. On FM 94.9. Mikey Show with a lot. It appears that they are asking the people at Occupy San Diego to not occupy. And the reason is because there is a... a group of people that are supposed to be dancing there tonight that actually have a permit to dance there. So they're asking them to leave and they're showing live shots on TV of them being asked to leave and for them to get out. So what happens there, we'll follow and let you know. Also want to let you know, Lauren and I will be on the CW6 giving relationship advice live on the radio and television in about 15 minutes, 820. So get ready for that. Lauren's going to give it?
And then he gives the laugh, the silent beard laugh. The beard stroke? Yes. While he laughs? The evil genius? Yes. Jay. Yes, sir. You're going to have to help me get signed on to this thing because I don't know how to do it. Oh, wow. That was me opening Skype. Excuse me. Woods, what is going on in sports? Hey, great night last night for the San Diego State Aztecs. They rolled over Air Force 4127. Freaking Ronnie Hillman, watch out for this kid, man. I mean, he's a... Heisman Trophy candidate. Scored on 22 and 57 yard runs. Guy rushed for 172 yards on 27 carries. He's a sophomore. Oh, wow. It's his 11th 100 plus yard performance in 18 career games. Yeah. He's a stud. And Ryan Lindley threw for 209. Like I said, San Diego State beats Air Force 41 to 27. There you go. Yep. Looking good, man. If you were a running back and you had a nickname. Woodsy. What kind of nickname would you want? You know how they have like the bus. Oh, what a great nickname that was. The refrigerator. Well, he wasn't a running back. No, he's a defensive. He did run. Every now and then they put him in a running back. I don't know. The Nigerian Nightmare. Do you remember him? Akoye. Yeah, Akoye. Christian Akoye. What would yours be? The trolley. The Mexican jumping bean. Yes. It would be that. It would be that. Speedy Gonzalez. It would be Speedy Gonzalez. Let's see.
Okay, we are going to play sexy or mexy. The way that it works is that L.O.B. is going to give me various phrases in Spanish. I'm Mexican, but I don't speak a word of Spanish. I mean, literally, I don't speak a word of it. But I am Mexican. Why do I not speak a word of Spanish? Because my parents, who do speak fluent Spanish and are, in fact, 100% Mexican, you know, that's it. They say they want to integrate us. They want us to be able to go into the culture and not have to... What they really want to do is be able to talk. We don't know what they're saying. And so they did. They'd be like... And we were like, what are they saying? And they were looking at us as they would say it. And so that is what this game was born of. I just have to decide whether it's something sexy that's being said or if it's maxi that's being said. And one H.M. Rojas just walked in who is bilingual. That's right. And a very eloquent Spanish speaker. So I ask your forgiveness ahead of time for my pronunciation. It's all right. Don't give Mike any hints, H.M. That's right. Don't give me any hints. I will listen. I will decide. Okay. That's not part of it. That means are you ready? Oh.
Oh, gosh. I was going to say, well, that's sexy. It's not sexy. I am ready. I am ready. Okay. Quiero hacerte el amor. I know that last word. That's sexy. That means love. Darn it. Yeah, I know love. That's sexy. It means I want to make love to you. Oh. Oh, I can do. Oh, wow. Please. Wow. Darn it. I didn't think that one through. Okay. Mucho gusto. Cantado. Now that I do not know. Sexy. No. It means pleased to meet you. Oh, wow. Oh, wow. Oh, wow. Okay, ready? I'm the worst. Sexy. No. Nexy. It means please write it down. Oh, boy. You're a shame. You're a shame. It sounds sexy. Okay.
H.M. Rojas just burst into laughter. Sniggling back there. Now, she could be sniggling because L.O.B. is saying something so sexy to me. That's funny. It's an Ozone Motley song, if that helps. It's sexy. It's not. It means leave me alone. Oh, it is an Ozone Motley song. There you go. All right. I've got one more for you, my friend. Go ahead. Hey, they're trying to call, Jay. Sorry. Sorry. Go ahead. Go ahead. Bingo ganas. That is sexy. Yes. Yeah! According to Google, it means I'm horny. Oh, wow. Okay. Well, there it is. And I could tell. Just by the way you said it, I could tell that it was sexy. It's also an isolate on that. Need a fresh isolate. Let's see. I do. M1 Scott from Mission Bay. Guess what? I'm going to call her.
No. Well, no, you're not. You are, in fact, but you are, in fact, the winner of Sexier Mexi because I was playing for you. Oh. Yeah. And so hang on the line. This, however, is M1 Casey from San Diego. And what was the word of the day? Trolley. That is Corrado. Very well done. Very well done. Nice job. You are a winner. Can you hang on the line? Sure. All right. There you go. So I got an email that we can do. And again, don't forget, in about 10 minutes, LOB and I will be on CW6. They're doing a new thing with us that they do on Fridays where we give relationship advice, which I really dig. I love that. I love doing that.
I really enjoy it. I like talking about relationships, too. It's always interesting. We can keep in mind that I'm 30 and unmarried, so you can decide to either take my relationship advice or not. You could do the opposite of what I say, and maybe you'll land yourself a nice fella. That's right. You're all dried up. I'm just trying to do the preemptive so Jay can't get any more jabs. You know when you give it away for so long? I mean, for so long. So long. I mean, years. Yeah, that's right. Giving it away. I mean, gets to the point where you can't even sell the cow. Yeah, you can't sell the cow or the milk. Nobody wants this cow. Nobody wants it. Well, milk's all dried up anyway. What are you going to do? What are you going to do with that cow? That's our friend Jay. 5701949 on this one. Listen to this. Mikey, for our one-year anniversary, I got my boyfriend a tag watch. Ooh. Tag watches are cool. Nice. Very nice. He says, well, he got me old board games that I mentioned were my favorite and had them set up with Pop Rocks, High C, and a bunch of stuff from our childhood. So basically, there was a station for Twister, Chutes and Ladders, and Candyland. Great. A fun night, but seems a little immature. We're 28. He keeps saying,
You thought it was lame, didn't you? Do you guys think that I'm high maintenance if I tell them the truth? Well, no. I think you're honest if you tell them the truth. Hang on, Woods. Woods, give me a look right now like, oh my gosh, you monster. No. I think that you're honest if you tell them the truth. However, however, I believe that there is a way to tell people things. You know? It's like this. It's like this. The truth can be. that you didn't think it was lame. Because I believe that there's got to be a part of that that you thought was cute. So I believe that you can say, no. You know, it's like this. You have dinner, right? Your wife makes you a dinner. It's not very good. You hated it, didn't you? You don't have to say, yes, it was filthy. You don't have to say that. You don't? No. What you do is, you think to yourself, there had to be something.
about that that was pleasant to the taste buds. So you can say, no, it was very cute. So what you're saying is, you're not being like, no, I totally loved it. Oh my gosh. Paris Hilton. First of all, Paris, that's your boyfriend. It's not your husband. He did something that is so... Very thoughtful. I think so, too. And very sweet. It is. It was thoughtful. And listen, because you marched in, you plunked down $1,000 for a tag watch, doesn't make you any better than what he did. Maybe she got it on eBay for sale. Maybe she did, which is pretty ghetto in itself. And the truth of the matter is, there was more thought that went into what he did. Hell, yeah, there was. Yeah. So, Paris. You guys don't know that. What if he was constantly saying, like, I'd just love to have a nice watch, but, I mean, I just can't bring myself to buy it, or I have no idea what to pick out, or I don't even know what's cool. You don't know that hers was thoughtless just because it was expensive. Oh, no, no, no, no. I'm not saying that it was thoughtless. It wasn't thoughtless at all. In fact, it was really kind. But you don't know that it took any less thought. Oh, yeah, I do, because here's how it went down.
Hey, can I get that one? Okay, yeah, here's my credit card. Thank you very much. How do you know she didn't spend hours going to different watch stores picking one out? You guys are just filling in the blanks because you're men. She's a materialistic B, dude. Straight up. You are full of it. You would have walked in and go, eh, grow up, Pete. Yeah, I would have, but that's not me. I would never say, God, I really miss playing Candyland and Twister. But if Jamie made me something that was like, that was like... really cool and from i would love it let me ask you this though i mean i'm kind of surprised that he didn't know how do you not know your how do you not know your chick so much that you know that she's gonna think that's stupid he went out on a limb and obviously he got burned for it and how could okay and and then here's the other side how can you clothing hangers, and a mini bar with smoothies, champagne, and chocolate. How can you? Sorry, we're just talking about CW. Also, how can you be so heartless that somebody clearly went through a lot of trouble? Absolutely. Heartless? Heartless. They went through a lot of trouble for her. L-O-B. Heartless. Wait a minute. Let's run it down again. Let's run it down again. He says she mentions one time that she likes board games.
And he gets her things from her childhood like Twister, Shoots and Ladders, Candyland. Target. Candyland. It's all about the dollars, I guess. It's not. It's not that big of a deal. It's not like he went to China to go get the games. He set it up all around the room. That's cute. I think it's super cute. I think it's super cute. Give her a wad of hundreds next year. Let's make her happy. Sorry, babe. Next year, I'll give you 20s. That's definitely what she said. All she said was, he is asking me if I thought it was lame. Am I allowed to be honest? Well, she obviously thought it was lame. She's writing us asking for advice. Yeah, and I think she needs to let him know that, you know, the same... Let's say he takes the same dough. Okay? I think what I'm really hearing from her is she thinks it's kind of stupid. She thinks it's silly. Don't do something silly. Would you sit around and play Chutes and Ladders, Woods? No, but I didn't play Chutes and Ladders when I was a little kid. Check it out. Let's say Twister, Chutes and Ladders, Candyland, Pop Rocks, High C. Let's say that all that stuff comes to the amount of $100.
Okay, so I think what she needs to say to him is take the $100 and next time let's go to a nice dinner. Yeah, yeah. Let's go to a nice dinner. She wanted something more adult. I don't think it was about the price. If Jamie came home with a Nintendo, an old Nintendo with Mike Tyson's Punch-Out and Contra and all those games, I would think, and she had it all set up for me like when I was a little kid, I would think that was the coolest freaking gift that you could give me. But Nintendo's fun. Well, yeah, this girl, she'd obviously talked about it, though. She probably said one time when I was a kid, I played Chutes and Ladders. Maybe just give her cash next year. I played Candyland when I was a kid. It doesn't mean I want it for my anniversary. Maybe just give her cash. Yeah, that's what she wants. Well, you got to figure your girl out, man. You better know her because then you look like a chump in her eyes. She's like, oh, you're a chump. Okay, so we're going to be going live on the CW6 here in just a couple of minutes. And we're going to be doing this, I believe. On Fridays, that's going to be our new thing, is going on CW6 on Fridays and answering questions that have to do with relationships. Maybe just like that. Here is where we're getting to. In just a few minutes, I'm going to read you something that has to do with a woman suing an airline. And when you hear what it's about, it's going to floor you. So half of us.
use our phones to take secret photos and videos of people. I do not do that. You did it that one time. I've done it a bunch. I do photos a lot. Not creepy photos, though. Bits. My Mexican kid's in a store. He took a picture of a Mexican kid in a store and he sent it to me. Well, I was going to. And say, identical Mikey. I got caught. And he got caught. By the mother. Girl's cleavage and the flash went off? She was sitting on the floor at an airport. And she obviously knew she was hanging out, but she was doing her makeup, and I thought, I'm going to send this to Woods. Hell yeah, that's my boy. And I went to click it, and I didn't realize the flash was set by default. It flashed in her face. She looked up at me, and I was like, oh, this thing's weird. I don't know what's going on. Oh, I don't know how to work this crazy cue. That's exactly what I did. I'm sorry. I don't know how to use the text feature. Do you realize she could have tried to press charges against Jane? Yeah, I would be a sex offender, too. She could, too. Hang on just a second. Let's see how close we are. Go out and do something healthy and athletic. L.O.B., you should come around. Get her high that way. You should come around. Huh? Yeah. Yeah, yeah. L.O.B. is coming over. L.O.B. sits on a big...
giant red rubber ball. That's what she does. That's her bit. It's good for her abs. Right? So she's coming around and is there enough? Okay. There you go. We got to have more L.O.B. in this shot. Trust me. So, again, if you want to see us live on television, go to the CW6, go to Channel 6, and L.O.B. and I will be on live TV in just a moment answering questions about relationships. Hey, Mike. We usually are not in each other's space this close. Hey, there she is. There's L.O.B. Yeah, that works. Oh, that's a good idea. I was thinking that. He's putting a 949 thing behind us. It's a good idea. Except it's backwards. Yeah, and he's having, oh, it's backwards. I think it'd be fine when it's, to you it's backwards because you're seeing a mirror. Yeah. Should I do the tuck back and grab my robe? Yeah, do that. Yeah, get your kimono. No. Are you sure? You should just get your robe on and go over there, Monk. Woods will get into the frame wearing lipstick and a kimono. And just go behind you guys. Yeah.
Chris, you make a good easel. Let's see. Oh, we're also going to be talking about Sarah Leal, who is the girl that apparently was with Ashton Kutcher here in San Diego. Yeah, Ashton Kutcher is in trouble with the me, his wife, because he apparently cheated. And he cheated here in San Diego at the Hard Rock Hotel. And the girl was Sarah Leal, who says that she had no idea that he was married. Really? She thought they were separated. He said they were separated while they were naked in the hot tub. Is that where they were? Mm-hmm. Oh, boy. She's a victim. She's clearly a victim. Little Angel. Peter Topless. I have two. You creeps. Do you guys just Google things all day? No, you don't have to. Yes, you do, actually. You have to? Yes, I Googled her yesterday. I wanted to find her Facebook. Here we go. Talk about our relationships here. Hi, Mikey. Hi, guys. How are you?
Doing well. How are you guys this Friday morning? We're doing good. We're doing good. We have a guy standing behind us as a human easel. Okay. Is he holding that up for you? Yeah, he's holding it up. Let him wave. Make him move it. There you go. There you go. Yeah, move it. There you go. He's got the greatest job of the morning. Look at that. Okay, guys. Hey, let me jump right into the questions here this morning on our relationship advice. Ben is asking, should my girlfriend of one year be able to access my email and Facebook accounts? All the guys are already squirming. What do you guys think? Well, from my point of view, you have to look at the symptom to figure out what the problem is. Why is anybody asking, can I look at your Facebook and your email? Can I get into those accounts? Why would anybody be wanting to get into the accounts unless there's something kind of weird going on in the relationship? So that would be my answer. Okay. Okay, let's hear from Laura. I would say, heck no, no. She shouldn't be asking, and he should not concede that information because it's only going to go, you give her that, and then it's going to be, you know, can I have your bank account information? Can I look at your phone? All that stuff. You know, you have to have a small layer of privacy. This is a girlfriend, too. Now, if you guys were to take this into a marriage, though, what would you think then?
I have a totally different thought if it's a marriage. If it's a marriage, I believe that there's total and complete disclosure. And if you don't want to allow your spouse to have access to everything, I believe that you are trying to hide something. My wife can see everything. She can look at my emails. She can look at all that stuff. If I were to get married hypothetically one day, let's not all hold our breath. But I would have full disclosure, but I wouldn't... I don't think I would... suspect much if there wasn't full disclosure on his part. Because I understand people wanting their privacy. Oh, then you don't know us very well. Yeah, I guess so. Okay, this is our next question. And I've seen this happen a lot. It says, my boyfriend is very flirtatious. I trust him very much, but it still bothers me. How can I tell him to stop being so flirtatious without it becoming an issue? And I think some people, they're flirtatious and they don't even...
know that they're doing it so how what's the best way for a partner to tell um you know the other that i will i will have to respectfully disagree with you i say flirtatious people know exactly what they're doing they know they're being flirtatious and they're being flirtatious and this is another trap sorry guys i hate to blow the whistle on you but this is a trap that men will use on women they will Make their little flirtatious moves. And then when they get called on it, they go, whoa, what's the matter with you? Are you some sort of paranoid person? Are you not trusting me? That's how men trap women. So don't fall for it, ladies. You're smarter than we think. I'm with Mikey on this one. I mean, I'm just being honest. I'm telling you, you know, there were my single days and there were my married days. Two different things. And if you're out there flirting, you're flirting. Okay, I want to hear from Laura. I think that if you're a flirtatious person, you're just a flirtatious person. And some women can put up with that kind of guy. I can't. I just don't really appreciate it. But she's not going to change him. So she's either going to have to accept that he's that kind of a person or she's going to have to move on because I just don't think that you can. That's kind of ingrained. That's just part of someone's personality. Can I say one more thing about that, by the way? Listen, if a woman.
ever gets a feeling from the guy that she's wrong for being upset that he's flirting, that is a problem in and of itself. It's our design. We should not want our SIG other to be flirting with somebody. If you're driving a car and you put on your headlights. and they don't come on, you don't say, I don't have a problem with that. That's fine. That's not the way it's supposed to operate. The lights are supposed to come on when you turn the lights on. And so there's a problem there. You don't have to be mean about it, but you say, hey, listen, I don't really like it when you do the flirt thing. And don't let him get away with it. And you bring it up right away, right? I mean, that was her question. How do I bring it up? The way that you bring it up is you say, listen, it makes me uncomfortable when you do that. And I always say this. It's okay to feel however you want. It's just not okay to rub it all over somebody's face. So when you do it, do it politely and do it kindly. Or you could try my tactic, which is very passive aggressive. And you can say, oh, you were really friendly with her. You know her?
Oh, okay. Or you can. Oh, you don't know. Yeah, exactly. Or you could do what my wife does. Yes, it's a good move. You could do what my wife does. My wife does this on Facebook. If somebody writes something that my wife thinks is flirtatious on my Facebook wall, she does a thing that she's got a lot of San Diego women doing. She likes the comment. I do it. Just let them know you read it. It's a good move. I like all the comments on my boyfriend's page from women, especially attractive women. It's just a way of saying, oh, I saw it. Well, that ought to spark a few conversations around town. Thanks, guys. Have a great Friday. Talk to you guys later on. Thanks a lot. Have a good weekend. We'll see you. Can you just tell my name's Lauren? I know. You know, Lauren, I give you props because during that entire thing, they kept calling her Laura, and she didn't correct them. Which was nice. You know, I mean, she could have gone, hey, listen, it's Lauren. All right. Yeah. It's a story of my life. People love to do that. Yeah. Well, we'll let them know. And we're doing that now every Friday, every Friday. And I don't know at this time, but they started us at five thirty in the morning. Right. And apparently they like this. And so they moved us to a better time. And we had just come off of.

She'll go on a girls trip and I'll go on like a surf trip or something. But if I have a choice.
I would rather be together. Whoa, what am I hearing? Now. On FM 94.9. Let's make some noise in our lives. L.O.B. is waiting like, what, what, what? Is something in my hair? No, no, no, no. Oh, no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. It's actually, it might be worse. The segment where you were saying the thing about your name and me responding was all on TV. Oh, gosh, look at Lauren. Look at Lauren. Look at Lauren. Look at Lauren. So basically, I guess what aired on television was you saying, can someone tell him or them that my name is Lauren? And that went out on CW6. And then the anchor apologized. Mark Summer apologized on the air, said, I'm so sorry I got her name wrong. And Lauren right now has her face in her hand. And yeah, Woods is sweating. Hey, it's okay. It's OK. It's OK. I'm sure we're going to get a little email saying, hey, guys, it was really fun having you guys on TV. Listen, we're going to go to La Mañana in the morning and we're going to ask one of the Latinos if they're willing to come on and give a relationship advice in Spanish. How do you know it was on the air? Because every one in the world is telling us on our Facebook page.
L.O.B. is like, oh, great. Oh, great. Oh, great. You know what? It only endears me even more to L.O.B. Why? Because I'm a jerk? No, because you're just you. That's what I love. I love that she's her. A diva. Shut it! A diva? How would you feel if someone called you Jeff the whole time you were on this? Hey, L.O.B., you had to see Woods. He's just sitting there browsing, just seeing what's on the internet. And I thought somebody sent him Gwyneth Paltrow's head in the movie Seven. Here you go. Yeah, it was the same reaction as when they opened the box at the end. I'm like, what's in the box? That's what I wanted to say. My mic was in front of me, and I went... I slapped it out of the way. I went, oh my God. Mark Bailey's wife is on the line. Mark Bailey's wife is on the line. Mark Bailey's wife is on the line. Mark Bailey's wife is on the line. Mark Summers. Hi. Hi. Are you there? Hi. I'm here. How are you? We feel terrible. Mortified. Mortified. I'm so sorry. I'm a jerk. I was actually, I was at my office and I was working and I had you guys on and I was listening and I thought, God, it kind of sounds like they're saying more, but I thought, well, maybe I'm just not hearing it right. And then when you said that, I'm like,
Hey, it's Laura, not Laura. And he texts me back almost immediately and goes, Oh my gosh, I asked and they said no. Jay? Oh, please. I told him. It was Laura O'Brien. It's Mackie and Laura. Jay. It's Jay's fault. Yeah, it's Jay's fault. He's really particular about... getting things correct. He's the nicest dude. He just gets so mortified. Can we just rewind and erase? Yes, tell him I'm even more mortified because I just passive-aggressive to him. Well, I always call you Laura. I don't think it went out on the air, though. I think it was because I texted him. Oh, no. It went out on the air because they're writing us on Facebook saying they heard it on the air. He said, I'd like to apologize. That was Lauren O'Brien. Oh, my gosh. I think it's because I told him to say that, though. Oh, gosh. Oh, gosh. Can I just tell you? Oh, maybe that's right. The only reason is because my whole life, like.
50% of the time when I meet people, they say, oh, nice to meet you, Laura. And then I'm like, I want to correct him. I don't want to correct him. It's not a big deal. Yes, it is a big deal. It's not my name. Yes, it's my name. I don't know. It's the greatest. I just want you to think that you guys were still on the air because I don't think you were. I think it's only because I texted him and then he decided to apologize. Somebody said they heard it go out on the air. They heard what she said. Well, I apologize to everyone involved. It's okay. It's okay. Can you rewind it? And I will tell you this. I'll tell you this. I know Mark, and I had lunch with him. We had lunch one time at Godfather's Restaurant. Have we been there? Yes, we have. Yeah, we have. That place is awesome. So good. Yeah, we did go there. And it was the first time I met him, and he is... The nicest dude. Just yelled at the nicest dude in San Diego. You didn't yell at him, L.O.B. Hey, I'm volunteering at a pet expo. Do you want to come kick some puppies? Oh, right. Woods. You can. Just come on and kick them. Poor girl's already feeling bad. You should wear your Mike Vick jersey. Oh, my gosh. Woods, you would have done the same thing. If you want to slap Chris around just because he's an underling, he can do it. What? Underling? You don't know what that is?
You guys got to experience... You saw it. You heard it. You saw it live. Thank you for the deflection, Jay. Yeah, if you want to get mad at Chris because he's an unling. What's an unling? Well, listen. Thank you for calling in and tell Mark. Tell him we love him. We just rewind and erase. Rewind and erase. Let's start over. Do over. Do over. Let's just rewind and watch it. That's right. Because he's on in the morning, he obviously can't listen to you, but there was a day and time where... On Saturdays, you would get replays of the Mikey show. He used to live for those weekends when we would be going somewhere and he could turn it off. You guys need to do that on Saturdays so we can hear again because we love you guys. We love you. Well, thank you very much. Very nice of you. You guys have a great weekend. Yeah, thank you. That's right. You'll be able to hear us on the weekend every once in a while. But listen, you know what? Times change. Things change. People change. People change. Cast members change. Cast members change. Well, that's not what I meant. Oh, isn't it?
It wasn't. Take the heat off of me. Wasn't it? No, I meant we used to do best of on the weekend. When you refer to those. You just realized it. You can't admit it. The good old days. When you refer to those days as the good old days. The days when we were on the weekend. Those were the days. My friend. Will you please admit that you know that you misunderstood me? Oh, no, I didn't misunderstand. Why do you have a picture of your old crew in your shower and every morning you sing, Those were the days. You're a monster. Why do you do that? Why do you do that? It's a weird thing to do. It doesn't make any sense. I'm so uncomfortable. It's been the most uncomfortable break of my life. It's so hot. Can I just tell you this? Can I just tell you this? I found a picture of Jay Isbell. that was one of the greatest and funniest pictures I've ever seen, but it was with the old crew. And so I was going to send it to you guys so you could see him, and I thought, I can't. Because if I do, they'll be like, but you just want to be with B-Rob so bad, man. Don't you? You're just wishing that I had a tattoo on my neck. Dallas with Steve. Garrett is on the line. Hi, Garrett. Passive-aggressive day? Yes. Oh, you're dead!
Then it is the official title. All right. I'm sorry. You're right. It was Passive-Aggressive Friday. It's Passive-Aggressive Friday. It's Passive-Aggressive Friday. Yeah, yeah. I'm sorry. It's Passive-Aggressive Friday. I'm sorry. God, Garrett never calls it. I know it. And that's one of those things that I'm going to be driving home and I'm going to be like, why? What's your problem, Mike? Garrett. Gosh. What's your problem? Garrett. Why don't you shut your mouth? Love you. I'm sorry. I love you. What? Are you going to threaten me back? Hey, Mike. Kneel him. Kneel him. What time are you off, Ted? Kneel him. Yeah, step on inside my office. One of the five fingers. Side of the face. Slap. He loves you. Does he? Bye. Bye. Do you? Do you? Do you? Do you? Do you? Do you? Do you? You hear him? Hey. Oh. Dude. Yeah, I do. He does. I do very much. Yeah, Mike. Hey, Ann, don't I love him? Yeah, you do. Wow. Hey, Mike. It's Garrett. I'm drunk.
Oh, no. I can't stand you. I mean, I like you, but I can't stand you. I hate you. You're fired, you're hired. You're fired, you're hired. We should abort mission. Annie, the sports girl's coming in. Annie Heilbrunn, you can see her all the time on... She does a deal on... Union Tribune online? She works with Kevin A.C. and does videos and is all kind of in the know. Jay's telling a story. I wonder what the story is. Can't really figure out what he's trying to say. She is a relative of Paul Revere. Yes. And also Greg Louganis. Because you have big jugs. I want to squeeze him. I want to squeeze him. I want to squeeze him. I can't turn him off. She's probably on her way in here, poor girl. Do you understand that I cannot turn his microphone off? I can't turn his mic off. There's nothing. See this right here? This was supposed to be Jay. And if I wanted to, I could turn it off. Can't do it. Can't do it. Bring on the big ones. Have you ever just been taken hostage? I'm a hostage. Yum, yum, yum. He's a monster. He hijacks. It's a Jay Jack. It's a Jay Jack. I get Jay Jacked.
I'm sure he'll make something creepy out of that. Yeah, he will. All right. So what was I saying that was making me crazy about the 75% of guys? Listen to this statistic. Creepiest thing I've ever heard. Apparently, 75% of men under the age of 35 say that they love a wife who supports them. Now, what they mean by that is they wouldn't mind staying home and playing video games while the wife works. Okay? Now. Jay just got pointed at. Jay just got pointed at by... I'd rather be a home dad. I'd rather be a home dad. Now... It's not a word. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. That's where we got to be really, really, really clear. We're not talking about that. We're not talking about home dads. Single. Or no kids. Imagine this. A husband and a wife get married, and the husband has a high-paying job. And the wife stays home. And she goes and does her nails and she does that kind of thing and does all that stuff, right? What these men are saying, 75% of them, is that they would have no problem with that. Now, the reason I say that we need more men is because that personifies the wussification of America. Grow a pair, fellas.
Remember when your dads used to want to work? Remember that? Your dads used to want to work. That's part of what's been bothering me about the whole Occupy San Diego. You're politically incorrect if you go, why don't you get off of your butts, put the bong down, and go get a freaking job. And quit complaining about all the corporate places while you're posting it online on your Dell or your Mac. Isn't there enough to do at the house, though, that... If you stayed home and were to actually take care of everything for the house, isn't there enough to do just staying home? Oh, yeah. That's a full-time job. It's a full-time job. Is it? Yeah, is it? It could be if you were handy. B.S. Listen, there's been days. And you cook meals for your wife. Listen, there's been days I've been on vacation. Yeah, what's a meal? And they want to play video games. I've been on vacation and Jamie's had to go to work. And I woke up a little late. I woke up. I looked around. I go. Yeah, I can do some laundry. It takes me 15 minutes. Then I put on the PlayStation. I play freaking PlayStation all night. We don't own your house either. There's a ton of stuff. There's a shed I want to build. Thanks for rubbing it in. I don't have kids either. You want to talk about that? There's a garden. There's a garden I want to attend. My wife's a cancer survivor also. Here's the deal. Listen, men between 16 and 35. Now, you want to know why I think that they're answering this way? Because that's what mom did. Mom.
let them play video games all day while she worked. Right. Okay. Now, when we were kids, that wasn't the deal. We weren't allowed. My mom had me doing chores all the time. I always had to do stuff. I had to be doing stuff. I didn't like it. I didn't like it. And my dad was working. My dad was always working. That was my model growing up. That's what a man does. Yes. That's what a woman does too, though. Oh, boy. Listen, here's the deal. Now you're like, politically incorrect if you say, that's what a man does. It's like you can't say that anymore because somehow you're sheepish. Now you're something bad if you say that a guy should work. If my wife is making a good living and I can stay home and take care of things, I'm in. Take care of things. Yeah. There's a ton of stuff I could be doing right now. That would be in the lineup for sure. You could be taking care of Call of Duty. Yes, real good. Call of Duty. But Toby from Austin, who's 13 years old and homesick, he can play. Toby cusses the whole time. I don't like that. I'm going to mute him. It's not attractive to me, personally, as a woman, to have a guy that would just want to stay home and not do anything. But I think Jay's right that there's plenty of stuff that can be done around the house by a man or a woman. If you came home and everything was clean and painted and there's a new awning up over your barbecue pit and you built your outdoor bills paid. There's always something to do.
Hey, Jay. Fresh fruit from the garden. Jay, if it were you, that would be the case. Yes. The majority of men, not going to be the case. That ain't the case with me. I can't put in a light bulb. Neither can I. I actually have a true story about that. Can't or won't. Can't. Listen to this. The survey also found that 85% of guys between 16 and 35 say that if they are the breadwinner. Now watch how politically incorrect this is going to come off. If they are the breadwinner. going out and serving as the primary provider for the family every day. 85% of these guys say that they would want a dinner to be waiting for them when they got home. Oh, you monsters, I guess, right? Oh, you chauvinistic. You chauvinistic monster. You 50s house... Yes. You're a 50s husband. Yes, keep going, keep going. What sort of a plebeian? Oh, really? Do you expect her to be nude as well and walking around barefoot? You... You creep. You male chauvinist pig. L.O.B. L.O.B. How dare you? Are we talking about a woman that doesn't have any kids? Yes. There better be something on the stove. Are you sure it's about a woman that doesn't have any kids? Yes, that's what it is. All right. Better be something on the crock pot. No, maybe I'm not right about that. And the reason I say maybe I'm not is because it says going out and serving as the primary provider for the family.
Every day. Well, you're still a family if it's you and your wife. I know, but I don't think that's... I still have a family. I know, but isn't the spirit of this... I don't know. Makes a difference to you. Yes. Okay. It does make a difference. I see it. If you have kids, it makes a difference. Yeah, because it's not so easy to just whip something up when you've got kids running around. After all, your mom couldn't. My mom couldn't. My mom didn't have a job. Exactly. My mom did. But that's what we're saying. That's what we're saying. The guys say that if they are the breadwinner, okay? Stay-at-home mom. Oh, okay. That's what they're saying. Yes. And listen, 85% of them say it. The other 15% are probably scared to death to say it. But my mom was also psychotic at times because she was expected to have a meal and take care of all the kids. It was a lot of stress. You got to do it, though. And look at you. Look how good you turned out. Did I? Didn't you? We could spend an hour on that. Listen, Laura. Relax. He knows how to just... She beat Red and the vein just popped out of the side. Yeah, the vein came out. Two veins. He knows exactly how to get you. And he'll do it. Jay just says what's ever convenient on the topic. When we were at the 28-hour Mikey-thon, he said women shouldn't be working.
Yeah, Jay doesn't know what he wants. No, no. He's just trying to please the people. There's a follow-up to that. You're a politician. There's a follow-up to that. I just want to say opposite of what you say, Mac. That's all I want to do. If you say it's red, I say it's yellow. In other words, I want to be right. Yeah, he's a politician. Jay's a politician. You're Rick Perry. Jay represents what Occupy is against. Yeah. Do you know that Jay actually said that one of my characteristics is? And he meant it. It was like saying, oh, yeah, we were asked to describe each of us, you know. And we were, okay, you know, short, he's Mexican, blah, blah. One of his things about, well, he's always wrong. Yeah. Meant it. Meant it. He's never right. Never. The greatest. Yes. Make some noise in here in our live studio audience. Screw loose to go in for that sort of thing. Call 5701. What does it take to be the most premium brand of cold cuts? What does it take to become the most highly thought of line of cold cuts in America? What does it take to be Boar's Head? Very simply, an unwavering commitment to quality, insisting on only the highest quality meats and cheeses, without fillers, without scraps, without artificial anything, with no shortcuts and no compromises. Now, what does it take to be a first-rate supermarket or sandwich shop? An unwavering commitment to quality. A stubborn insistence on carrying only the best. And a desire to train your staff to deliver service that lives up to the high quality products you sell. It's why the truly great grocery stores and independent markets across America insist on carrying Boar's Head. Because you can't become a first rate market by selling second rate cold cuts. Boar's Head. Compromise elsewhere. Try a slice of Boar's Head premium deli meats and cheeses in select supermarkets, gourmet stores, and fine eateries. I'm wearing Dockers right now. On FM 94.9. Let's make some noise in our live studio audience. I only wanted to see if it was true, Lauren. I only wanted to see if it was true. So I rewound the DVR. This morning we were on the CW6. And while we were on the CW6, they kept calling Lauren Laura. And Lauren was very cool about it. She's singing, which I even told you. I thought that was really cool. You know, she maintained. Well, it isn't her fault.
She thought we were off the air, and we were not off the air. Especially attractive women. Okay, guys, we've got to go. I saw it. I saw it. Well, that ought to spark a few conversations around town. Thanks, guys. Have a great Friday. Talk to you guys later on. Thanks a lot. Have a good weekend. See ya. Can you just tell him my name's Lauren? I know. Oh, he's B-Red. He's B-Red. Oh, he is Red. Oh, my gosh. I got to hear what he says. I got to hear what he says. Sorry, Lauren. Sorry. Sorry, Lauren. I heard that. I heard that. Sorry, Lauren. Can we? Okay, wait. Hang on. Hang on. Okay, so here's the deal. Here is the deal. Here's the thing. We have to isolate him saying anytime we're in trouble with her, anytime we're in trouble with Lauren, we have to be able to play. Sorry, Lauren. Sorry. Sorry. I heard it.
Oh, my gosh. Sorry. Have a good weekend. See ya. Can you just tell them my name's Lauren? I know. Sorry, Lauren. Sorry. I heard that. I heard that. Sorry, Lauren. We continue to follow. Oh, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. Can you just leave that pause right there and I will grab it right after the show. Stop it. It's so awkward. Thank you, Mike. She's like, the female anchor is like, and breaking news happening right now. I can't even look at her. I feel bad. I feel bad for him. I feel bad for him. Stop it. Poor guy. Stop it. His brow beat me. Lauren. They're saying it to get your... Man. Sorry. I'm sorry. I quit. I'm moving. We'll have to put her on ISDN line every day. That's fantastic. That is horrible. Oh, my goodness. Oh, my goodness. I think you should probably write an apology letter or something. I'm thinking about it. Can you guys stop it? Let's make... Send them a fruit basket. Can we make some noise for Annie, who's in the studio, please? Yeah, we can. Can I just...
say I would have done the exact same thing. Of course. I would have said that just like a half a second after I thought I was off the air. Of course. No, I would have done that. I mean, come on. Of course. I would too. Gosh, what an idiot. I didn't know they were still had us turned up. I'm an idiot. Always assume. It was Jay's fault. Oh, yeah. By the way, thank you to Dave and Buster's. They brought food in today for the Mikey show. Yes, they did. Delicious. Woodsy's going to be out there on Sunday at Dave and Buster's. Annie, how can we find you? How can we find you on Twitter? How can we find you online? And how can people watch you? Well, my first name's Sharon, so I go by my middle name, Annie. But unfortunately, all of my stuff is under Sharon. So it's twitter.com slash Sharon Heilbron, facebook.com slash Sharon Heilbron.
I have a website. I was so nervous right now. I was like, I don't know what to say. I don't know what to say. I thought there was a plan. Can you just call me Sharon? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Is it Sharon? Can somebody call him that my name is Sharon? No, I really do have this dual personality name thing. It's really screwing me these days. No, so that's for real. So it's under all of that. You can go and sign on San Diego. I'm on the Chargers page if you go to chargers.uniontrib.com. And I'm on NBC's 739 on the football night in San Diego. show after the Sunday night games. Sharon is a Charger aficionado, knows the players personally, goes and interviews them, talks to them, and basically has a lot of fun. Like you guys do skits. You guys will do skits. We have fun. We have fun. We try and for a lot of what we do is we try to get them off the field. And so I try to get them to go somewhere, try to do something like we did dancing with Mike Tolbert, cooking with Randy McMichael. It's basically get them off the field so they can open up and be themselves and they don't feel so, you know, I got to talk football. Got to talk football. Could Tolbert dance? Tolbert is.
An amazing dancer. Really? Well, he's black. Of course he can dance. That's like the dumbest. It's like saying, hey, is he fast? Does he have a big wiener? I mean, he's a black guy. Hello. Come on. Wow, Steve. All right. I mean, come on. No, he walked in that place. The music came on and he just. He has natural moves. I mean, he just is naturally gifted. I do not. I do not. He's good. Yeah. He's good. We get it. Hey, listen, man. We get it. Hey, listen. I wish that I could dance. I can't dance. Me too. I wish I could care less. You could probably dance more than you think you can dance. Is that right? Yeah. I'm being optimistic. Yeah. Salsa dance, maybe. Yes. Yes. I could salsa. Maybe the meringue. Maybe I could get Mike to teach you some moves. That'd be awesome. Flamenco. I'm all in. There you go. So it's a bye week. What do you do on a bye week? Well, I'm working still a lot, but I'm going to try and take all tomorrow off. So we're just kind of tidying some stuff up and finishing some videos and whatnot. The players split. They had their last practice Wednesday afternoon and very brief meetings. And then most of them were on planes by like 5 p.m. Really? So they're going home. They're going to where they're from. Patrick Creighton's going to Texas.
Brandon Dombrowski's from Vegas, going back to Vegas. Everybody's just going to where they live. Yeah. Brandon's got a good one. Yeah. Going to Vegas. Yeah. Not too bad for your bye weekend. I don't think he'll be kicking his feet up. How long does it take before they're from here? Because I know a lot of these guys, like, I know Drew Brees will come back all the time. Yeah. And I don't know if it's, when do they finally become... from here and they're not going somewhere because like Junior well he was from here but I'm trying to think there's a lot of guys that this is just where they live now you know I think it takes a little while because there's a lot of them that just will not let go of those Alabama roots, Texas roots, wherever they're from. A lot of them are from the south, and that's where their big house is. I went with the cooking segment with Randy McMichael. He just rents a place. It's barely furnished. It's bare bones, and he sort of considers it home, but not really.
I think it just takes a while. Because, like, LT, I know, is from Waco, Texas. Right. But I wonder if he still has a place here. He's selling it. Is he really? It's on the market. Yeah, there's actually going to be a segment that we're doing on it soon. But, yeah, it's being sold. So he's saying goodbye, San Diego. I thought he did that when he put the Jets tattoo on his calf. It wasn't his fault. I thought that was more of a bye-bye, San Diego, when you emblazoned the Jets on your calf. That was. This is I don't even... Me? Yes. I didn't do it. Leave him alone. Yeah, it's not his fault. He cried. Great. He put a Jets tattoo. I'm going to go get the show tattooed across my chest. Hey, he was rejected. Come on. He was rejected. That's right. People deal with their pain in different ways. They get tattoos. I love LT, man. He was great here. Leave him alone. Oh, boy. What is he doing? Is he going to move there and live there? I think he's got his house in Waco. And that's his place. And he's probably got some places that are all over. Let me tell you something. Does he have a girlfriend? He's got a wife. Yeah, he's got a wife. And I want to say one child. One child. They just had their first year ago. You know what I would never do? If I was a ball player that made tons of money, I would never go back to Gilroy.
It's not going to happen. You kind of wonder why you give up your house in San Diego, but it's a really expensive house. It's expensive, though. It is. I'm from Texas, so what he can get... in Waco, as opposed to what he can get here. Well, he could buy Waco. He could buy Waco. He could buy Baylor University and live there if you wanted to. He could also get that tattooed on him. Yes, he could get Waco. That's right. Rub it in. Might send some mixed signals. So, Sharon, how did you become Sharon? Well, my parents, a long time ago. How did I become the name? Yeah, because... Why do I even know the name Annie? Why do I know that? I go by Annie. You really want to be calling me Annie right now. But on Twitter and all that. I really need to clear this up. Yes, please. Set the record straight. It's Sharon Annette, right? So my middle name's Annette, but I've been called Annie for pretty much my whole life. But my byline in the newspaper is my first name, Sharon Heilbrun. So I made the mistake of doing Twitter and all that as my first name.
But when you come on the radio, should I say Annie? Annie. Yeah. Just when you see me in real life, Annie. My heart was pounding. I'm like, she's saying to me, like, I'm giving away a name right now that I shouldn't be saying. She's like, great. Now there's going to be people waiting in my house. Now there's creeps all over my Facebook. Basically, I need to like, I need your help. Like, I need to fix it. Yeah. Like, you have to go back. And once you do that stuff, it's sort of cemented. Like, that's like. That's who you are. That's who you are. So, like. Can't you switch your Twitter over? No. I could. I could. I think I just need to do that. I think I just need to bite the bullet and say, listen. Well, you got the day off tomorrow. I do. Maybe you make that right tomorrow and get all that work done. Clear it up for once. Something that people, okay, because it's radio, something that people should know about Annie is she's really pretty. And if you, so if you go online, you can actually see Annie. And you want to. A resident pervert. Been married 24 years, by the way. That's for my ego in here. And how do you do it? Where do you go? Tell everybody where to see you. Go to chargers.uniontrib.com or you can look me up on Facebook and I post a lot of videos there. So chargers.uniontrib.com and there's a...
Big video player in the middle of the page. And you'll see myself and Kevin Acy. Yeah. And it's cool because you do fun stuff with the players. It's good stuff. Yeah. What about the cooking thing? So that's on the NBC show. So that's Sunday nights on Football Night in San Diego with Jim Lazzle and the crew. So that, yeah, Randy McMichael, really good cook. We made chicken adobo. Yeah. Adobo, yeah. I don't cook, but he was really good. Yeah. That's cool. Eric Weddle and Steve Gregory, we went to... They're best friends. So we went to Boomers. That's going to air this Sunday. And they just went at it. Talked about how long they've been friends and everything, but they just had a blast. That's rad. It's fun. It's fun stuff. So, okay. When we come back, it'll be week seven. And who are they playing? Jets. It goes Jets and then Kansas City. Two road games. Oh, wow. Yeah. What do you think? Well... It's going to be a good game. You've got your Camardi. You've got LT. They're going to New York. There's going to be a lot of storylines there. I mean, we're hoping, right? There's a lot of people injured. There's Vincent Jackson. Ryan Matthews, he's injured right now. A lot of people injured. So hopefully the bye week they get better. With the Ryan thing, it was his calf, right? How bad is it? Will he be better and be ready to play by the time we're done with the bye week? I think so. I think that the...
The word on the street and from Norv is that, hey, they just need this week. This week is going to be good for them. The only one that's supposed to be super questionable is still Gates. Really? Will he be? Still Gates. Is he ever going to feel better? I don't understand the toe. It's like the thumb toe. It's like the big toe. Is that it? It's plantar fasciitis. Oh, so it's not a toe. No, his toe's better. It's this plantar thing that keeps ripping and coming back and hurting and scar tissue. You know him. He's going to play if he can. But that's got to hurt. Oh, bad. He said people tweet him all kinds of remedies to roll frozen Pepsi cans on it. Golf balls, yeah. But you know this guy. He's probably tried a lot. He's a specialist and things like that, so he just sort of has to wait. It is. If you had him on your fantasy football team, what would you do? You know what? I'm going to keep him on there. Because I do. Because I actually do. I mean, he's Antonio Gates. I know he is. But every week I'm like, okay, well, reserve again. Reserve. Reserve. Reserve for a while. Because you know when he comes back, he's going to kill it. Yeah. Well, I hope he comes back. This season. Sometime. This season. Because he catches 100,000 yards every time he plays. Yep. Well, cool. Annie. Annie. I'm going to just emblazon in my mind. Annie.
You should tattoo that. Yes. I know. Speaking of tattoos, I noticed your tattoo. You have a little ink. I do. I have Believe on my wrist. Sweet. Yeah. Where'd you get it done? Here in San Diego? I did. Shoot. Oh, wow. You got her. Did you date a guy named Believe? No, I was trying to think of the name of the shop. It's the Flying... It's downtown San Diego. I want to give them some love. I can't off the top of my head right now. It was... I don't think you had that last time you were in. No, I got it in March. Yeah. Yeah. You know, it's a, you know. You know, I think, you know, the other thing we talked about last time you were in here. We're saying. Flying Panther. Thank you. Thank you. How come. Appreciate that. A girl like Annie, who is young, good looking and likes sports. It's because you're busy. But the question was, how come, you know. Single. Are you single? I am actually, you know, yes. It's the work? It's the work. Is it the work? Because you're working too much? I work a lot. I work a lot and it's like, you know, nighttime.
What is it? Weekends. It's what Chris said, too. Do you get this a lot? Chris said the same thing. Yeah, we give her a lot of grief. She's the only girl. She's got a boyfriend. Well, now I'm in a relationship. Why did you finger quote? Why did you finger quote? It's a relationship. What do you call that? But I'm not married, so they give me gruff about that. I don't give you gruff. Gruff. I don't give you gruff. What's gruff? You give Matt gruff. You give the gruff. Yeah, you're a gruff giver. They give me gruff about it. But I know when I was single, the last question I wanted was, How come? How come? You're so pretty and you're so funny. I don't get it. It's basically like you're so pretty and you're so funny, but there's something wrong with you. What's wrong? You're crazy. Oh, no. Oh, no. We didn't say that. We didn't say that. That's the implication. No. Yeah. And I'll be honest with you. I'll tell you what the real deal is. The real deal is. I'm looking for a way to tell you that you're pretty without being overt about it. I appreciate that. I appreciate that. Yeah, and so the only way that I know how to do it is to be like, so, how come a girl, you know? And I do it, like, real awkwardly. And then LLB calls me out on it. So I got to say, all right, the truth of the matter is I was just trying to look for a way to say you were pretty. Well, that'll take. I should have just said that. But I already did. So, anyway. She's having the time of her life. Why settle down with one guy? Oh, God, Jay.
Where are you, Jay? I'm out here. It's a buffet out there. But now, since it's out there, are you crazy? Just kidding. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. It's a joke. She's so sweet. I'm kidding. For goodness sake. Come on. The best ones have a little crazy to them. That is a true statement. You've got to have a little. I like that. I like that. I'm going to keep that. That's a true statement. Maybe it's rationalizing. By the way, who's not crazy? There isn't one human. There is not one human being that I've ever met that isn't weird. Excuse me, Mike. Hello, Mike. Not me. Are you forgetting? Because I'm so clear in front of you. Sometimes you can't see what's right in front of you. Forest for the trees. Woods, have you ever met someone that isn't weird? No. We've never done that as a topic. I never have. Everybody's weird. They've got some little weird peccadillo that's just going to drive you nuts. Something weird. That's what I like about people, though. I like their weirdnesses. I'm weird. I'm a weird cat. I have a friar's haircut, speaking of weird. That's kind of weird. Is that weird? Is that weird? A friar's haircut on a man that's 36 years old? Is that weird? I don't think I've ever seen that. Of course.
Annie, is it weird that a man with a fryer's cut is also doing a tweet up today to go see Footloose with listeners? Oh my god, I want to go see Footloose. Come on, 1020. Can we dance in the theater? Absolutely. You know, you realize when that movie starts... You better watch your text, because it's coming any summer. And we're 80s clothes, right? Yes, yeah. I love Footloose. If she goes to that, I will cut. Your face. It's my missus. Mrs. Jamie R. Woods. Not her voice. It's identical. I will cut your face. Hey, dear. I'll cut your face. Dear. I just want you to know if she goes, I will cut it off. Okay? Jamie R. Woods is a saint. That's true. She is a saint. Yeah. She didn't cut it off. She's a saint. I mean, let me tell you one thing. If anybody ever called her something other than Jamie on television, she would never point out. Yeah. There's no question. She would never. If they called her Janie. She's not a diva. If they called her Janie. On mistake. You know, just wonderful people. And they accidentally said Janie. She's so sweet. She would never be like, and can you tell them that it's Jamie? Please. I'm sorry if I offended you. I didn't know you were so sensitive. That's identical Jamie, by the way.
I'm glad Lauren, I'm glad you, you know what? No, you stood up for yourself, girl. You did. I like it. You didn't know they were standing up for you. Jay? Accidentally stood up for yourself. Yeah, I'm identical diva, Jay. Identical. I'm going to cut him. I'm going to do it not while he's sleeping, but while he's asleep. Easy. Easy. Easy, bro. 570-1949. All right. I got to play this because I told you I would. Sarah Leal. She's the girl that is taking down, single-handedly taking down Ashton Kutcher. Why? Because they hooked up at Hard Rock Hotel. And apparently... I can't stop the... That is so original on Jay's part. Oh, boy. Wow, is somebody ever grumpy? That is so original. Oh my gosh. Oh no, no, no. He's never done that before. Let me play the clip. This is Sarah Leal, little angel. At one point in the night, he told a group of us that he was... You can't see, but there's a harpist and a piano player that's actually sitting there. They're out by a fountain. The swan is just circling. Sonata.
I'm a normal 22-year-old girl. Are you 22? She had a little J to her there. I'm a normal 22. Someone who I thought was separated. And ever since, my life has been a mess. If I'd known that he was happily married, none of this would have ever happened. Wouldn't it? My grandmother knows. Dalai Lama knows. Oh, yes. Aston Kutcher. Very happy marriage. Very happy. Everyone knows. There are guys that are currently still in prison at Guantanamo Bay. And they're like, she didn't know? I know this. He's married to Demi Moore. You're a freaking married girl from Indecent Proposal. Please. Always love the whole, I'm a normal 22-year-old. Just normal. Made intercourse. with Ashton Kutcher in Hard Rock. Come on. The picture of her, Elleby brought in a magazine this morning and showed me this picture. She's sitting there very demurely like a victim. Like somebody that was kidnapped for 15 years and just got found. And you're like, but wait, all you did was sleep with Ashton Kutcher. I know, but I was seduced. Oh, wow. I was seduced by Ashton.
That's not a crime. Well, it's wrong to seduce a young woman. No, it's not. I'm only 22. When we're naked in a hot tub, all I want to do is talk. Okay? He is such a douche. I believe, I told you I heard this stat and I thought it was the craziest thing I'd ever heard. In fact, I thought, I don't believe that's true. That they did a poll of high school students and they asked high school students what they wanted more than anything else. Money, a car, big house, tons of dough, chicks, unlimited chicks, or any guy in the world. What is it? You know what they all said? 85% of them said they would want a reality show. And I thought to myself, what the hell is that? And I knew, instantly knew that was wrong. I was like, that can't be true. That's ridiculous. But then you see 22-year-old, you know, so-and-so. Sarah Leal. Sarah Leal, who is known. Because she slept with Ashton. That's her claim to fame. I boned Ashton Kutcher. Yep. And that's what she's like, let everyone know. Now, what's the purpose of letting everyone know? Because you instantly are now a reality star. Right. And you are. They're going to be following Sarah Leal around San Diego. Yeah. Look at this poor victim. Look at that little angel. She is a little angel. I'll give her that. Pictures I've seen of her are topless with a bong in her mouth. Isolate. Are you being serious? Yes.
Really? Yes. I don't even want to know what he's... Is that kid just Googling all day? Just typing things? Boobs, girls, boobs, girls. It's show research, Mikey. Blonde, boobs, girls. It's show research. I saw the same thing. Do you guys get together? No, they're just like-minded creeps. She says she didn't put those pictures out there. She says... She just posed for him. Once the word was out that her name was out there, people started coming out of the woodwork posting old pictures of her being a, quote, drunk slut. Those are old. That was last year. That was so yesterday. Is she on the cover? Yeah, she's on the cover. On the cover, girl. It's real foxy, though. Now, is that the pictures with the bong and the topless? Is that, what do you call it, was she being seduced? No. Well, then what's the difference? Why was she being seduced this time, but it wasn't seduction then? Her bit was, hey, listen, I'm normal. This is what 21 to 22-year-olds do. That kills me, by the way. Oh, you hate that bit. You hate that so much. Maybe one of my biggest pet peeves is this is what you do when you're 22. Not Chris. That's what you do. Not Chris. Yeah, silly Chris. No, it's, yes, actually, you're right. That is what you do at 22.
Please. It may have been what I did. Yeah, and me. Who am I to speak for anyone? See, that's the deal. I did a lot of stuff. When I was 27, I was doing meth and coke and I was a mess. But one thing that I didn't say is, well, you know, everybody at 27 does meth and coke. I didn't say that. Because everybody didn't do meth and coke at 27. Right, if everybody did, why were... We, the creeps, that had to hide it and sneak around and be like, no, no, I'm not doing blow. No, no. If everybody's doing it, then why were we in a bathroom in the middle of a Chevron out in the middle of some place in Texas putting lines on the top of a toilet stall? Wow, please. True story. Makes me nuts to hear, huh, it's just in regular 22-year-old behavior. Is it? What kind of 22-year-old? New movies next. Oh, yeah. We'll give you all of that, and we'll also make some noise in our live studios. I think that people are going to like this. The Mikey Show. It's a good time, you know what I mean? You don't lie to me. Lauren. Yellow means speed up. Yep. Yellow means hurry up and go. And Jay. So what if I like to surf every day? On FM 94.9. Let's make some noise in our live studio audience this morning. Woods, were you in a bathtub when you made the playlist for today? No, I was thinking about Footloose, and this is the love theme from Footloose. It's called Almost Paradise by Mike Reno and Ann Wilson. Don't you remember? That's Mike Reno and Ann Wilson from Heart. It's Mike Reno. He was in Loverboy, and it's Ann Wilson from Heart. I don't understand you. It's the love theme from Footloose. What I did is I took some old Footloose songs because the new one's coming out today. Tiny, I don't know what you're saying. I'm sorry. Why is she calling you Tiny? Honey. Don't dude me. I just said don't dude me. Don't.
And for the record, I was in a bathtub when I made that. Oh, I love it. There's Mikey at the other end. It must be Friday. I think that, you know, by Friday, we've just had it. We've all had it. Everybody's had it. We've just worn each other out. Jay's been on one all week. You say that, but I don't find it. I tried to befriend him. I mean, befriend him. Befriend him is more likely. This week, we've said, gosh, it sure is nice out. No, it ain't. Totally. I hate it. It's not true. This is disgusting like you. This is disgusting. I love you. I love you all. By the way, Mike, is looking in the mirror painful? Just me. I know that sounds like a joke. It should be. He said it. Hey, Woods, when's the last time you saw your D? He said that to me. He said it. He said it. No, I said it's been a long time. Yo, yeah. It's been a long time since you've seen your own D. I walked out of the studio. This was off the air. Walked out of the studio the other day. He's playing.
Ping pong. Of course. With Adam. That's why he rushes us out of here. Every day. Every day. And I walk out of the studio, and he's got a ping pong paddle, and he goes like he's going to hit me on the bottom. Like a good game. And he goes, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding, you pay word. By the way, Jay is defeated, as in Adam is undefeated in ping pong. I just thought I would throw that out. I beat him in some individual games, but he wins the tournament each day. You've never beat him? Oh, I beat him. In here? I beat him in here, yes. But we play three games, and he wins the best out of three. So you've never won best out of three against him? Not in here. Nope. And they call each other sweetheart, and Jay tries out different paddles. They mock each other. Thank you to Sports Chalet for the table tennis table. Happy birthday. Yeah. By the way, I never know about these things. None of us did. One day it showed up. He's just working deals. Yeah, I like ping pong. I like ping pong. You guys should play. Oh, by the way, thank you to Mark and John's construction for the swimming pool. I just want to say that is one heck of a swimming pool.
They will do it and do it right every time. Thank you to the Gentleman's Club for the comp tab that I get every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Those are Taylor guitars. I paid for my Taylor guitar. The one on the wall in there? No, that's the stations. That's the stations. They donated it. Thank you to the Fuzzy Bunny for the adult swing. Hanging in the house. It's called the Liberator. The Liberator? It's called the Liberator. God. My God! That is a backfire. Oh, boy. I want to thank you. I want to say thank you to Johnson Costumes for providing me with a cop outfit. Yep. Kim with a dirty nurse. That's right. Handy. Just want to say thank you. All right. These are the movies that are coming out this weekend. First of all, obviously, Footloose. Yeah! Get loose. Woods. A resounding applause. from everyone. Woods is doing what he calls a tweet up. A fake tweet up, I call it now. Because nobody shows up. It's called a fake tweet up. But he does a fake tweet up and what he does is he goes on Twitter and he says, hey, meet me at this time. So today it'll be Corb and Woods watching the movie Footloose. Me, Corb, and I think DC. And now I think my wife's coming. Of course she is. It's a true statement. She's driving there as we speak. Which is rad because she really wanted to see it too. Love you, baby.
Oh, wow. Also, the movie The Big Year with Owen Wilson, Jack Black, and Steve Martin. They're obsessive bird watchers. How does that make it, how does that get green lighted? They're sitting there and they go, they're sitting in some executive's office and they're pitching. So, we got these obsessive bird watchers. Well, I think it goes beyond that. Okay. They go have a big year. Yeah. What if it's great? I bet it will be. Have you ever wondered what killed your marriage to Steph in 03? First of all, I was married to Bridget in 03. January 1st, I'm out of here. Do you realize the phase after retirement looks a little bit like this? You're quick school, you're quick work. Yeah. Great talking to you. I just want to do something big, you know? We need a little adventure. I'm doing a big year. Someone else should never do, you know, cerebral comedy. I'm scared to do all the things we never could. No. You'd think they'd be exhausted by now. Race to the bottom. They're turning their quest. They're men, dear. If they ever stop competing, they die. Into the ultimate competition. Yeah! Not my thing. No, you don't like the buddy comedy. Boy, you hate the buddy comedy. I do. But don't you love Steve Martin?
I gotta give it a chance just for him. Yeah, I love Steve. And then the other movie coming out this weekend is a prequel to The Thing, which I just found out because I thought The Thing was being remade for the third time. It's not. This is actually what happens before The Thing. We estimate this being here 100,000 years. I'm going to take a tissue sample. Do you really think that's a good idea? Yes, I do. You, my friends, will all be immortalized. Ask the people who made this discovery. Somebody was attacked. But it seems everyone is fine. Either someone miraculously healed themselves, or someone is not who they say they are. I sure hope it's good. Because the thing, John Carpenter's The Thing was so good. Yeah, yeah. I watched some of it last night. It was on TV. The Thing? Yeah, The Thing with Kurt Russell. Yeah. And you thought it was dumb? Yeah. Why? Old. Oh.
Old. Terrible effects. Terrible effects. That creature was pretty funny. For the time. Maybe they'll be better. And, you know, feast back. It's no foot moves. Really? Let's get some noise made in our live studio audience, ladies and gentlemen. Mikey Show. Call 570-1949. Or text them 949mikey at gmail.com. More coming up on FM 94.9. Don't just aim for the top. Brands of cold cuts that say, well, they're sort of, kind of, almost as good as boar's head. Truth is, they're not even close. Being Borshed means using only the best cuts of meat and the highest quality artisan cheese. These cost money, and wannabes won't spend it. Being Borshed means never using scraps or artificial colors, never cutting corners to save a few cents, never making compromises. Being Borshed also means only offering our products to stores that we trust will handle and serve them well.
And now back to the Mikey Show with Mikey. I love watching human beings in their natural habitat. Woods. I have a fear of dentists. A fear. Like when I go to the dentist, it's palpable. Lauren. I'm more apt to listen to a specialist than a general practitioner. And Jay. You guys don't make homemade ice cream? Say what? On FM 94.9. Let's make some noise in our live studio audience.
I just want to use your love tonight. So, by the way, I did not tell you about the lady. She's suing Continental over turbulent flights. She had a turbulent flight, and she wants to sue. Let's see. Risk of flight. Man, litigious pig. It happens. Now there's going to have to be, every time you purchase a ticket, there's going to have to be some little disclaimer that says, Flight may contain turbulence. Just like the hot coffee. Coffee may be hot. Yeah. Well, she says that she suffered mental trauma. We all do when it's turbulent. Yeah, it's scary. Every one of us. It's on Valium. Let's see. She experienced post-traumatic stress and now fears flying, whereas she didn't before. Maybe take a train. And it has been a detriment and an impact on her career.
According to the suit that she just filed, she also named in the suit Pinnacle Airlines, which is the parent company, Colgon Airlines. That's Calgon. Take her away. United Airlines, which recently merged with Continental. And United and Pinnacle have declined to comment. Oh, my gosh. If I'm the... chairman of those airlines, I'm like, oh yeah, we're fighting this. I'll spend $50 million to fight this. Yeah. The rest, I'll wipe the company out to fight this. Right. I'll keep going until we're out of money. Out of money. We have no more planes. Yeah. We'll be selling planes to pay for this. If a judge allows it, it's ridiculous. No kidding. That is ridiculous. What an idiot. Our number is 570-1949. Does anybody have anything going on this weekend that they would like to promote? You go first, Phillip. I do. I have a comedy show. It's confusing, I know. It's called the New York Comedy Club of San Diego. And it's at the Four Point Sheridan on Arrow Drive. It's all on Facebook. And I'll put it on my blog, too. Nice. I have a couple things going. I'm going to be at the San Diego Pet Expo tomorrow. Weird. And that is in Del Mar.
And it's at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. And then Sunday from 1 to 3, I'll be at Dave & Buster's in Mission Valley. I also have an apology from Mark Bailey to Lauren saying, hey, my bad. Written and his phone number to call. Is that true? I swear. Oh, wow. L.O.B. is emotionless. She's staring into space wondering if it's true. It's true. I'm going to forward it to her. Just took a big gulp. Oh, God. She just desperately wants the week to end. Aretha Franklin over here. Well, on that. I'll be at a charity walk tomorrow. A buddy walk for Down syndrome. And I'm a good person. There you go. I promise. That's right. At the end of the show on Friday, I give you my story. I tell you my story. And hopefully in it, somebody hears some of their own story. And I do not tell you that you need to follow what I did. I only tell you my story because for me, it saved my life. When I grew up, when I was a very young kid, as a matter of fact, I was my son Jake's age, which just wrecks me. I was five years old, and I was abused sexually, and it was very, very traumatic. But at the time, I didn't realize that. And as I was growing up, and I was experiencing life,
There were a lot of things I think that happened in my life that I didn't realize were abnormal. And so I grew up feeling worthless. And I grew up feeling isolated, very isolated. And I grew up feeling extraordinarily ugly. And it hurt. There was a lot of hurt involved with it. There was a lot of sadness involved with it. And because of that, there was a lot of anger. So I grew up pretty angry. When I was in my 20s, I started drinking against the advice of my brother who said, hey man, there's alcoholism in our family. And I said, yeah, but that's not going to happen to me because I'm going to keep it under control. And you don't know. It's not like one day there's a problem or there's no problem and then the next day there is. It happens very gradually. And if anybody is listening and they're dealing with addiction, then you know that.
If you go to mikeyshow.com, at the top of the page, there's the word help. And you can click there and get resources for alcoholism, depression, eating disorders, addiction to pornography, all of that stuff. Which, by the way, I've experienced every single one of those things. And more. The same brother who I have so much respect for. told me that. I was at his house one time, he had friends over, and I was drunk, and I broke a glass, I remember. And I remember being so embarrassed that I did that in front of him. And then a few years later, I was addicted to the point where I had to turn off phones and isolate completely. But in 2003, I completely surrendered and asked Jesus Christ,
to come into my life and change me. And I was sincere, man. I meant it. I needed him. I was desperate. And he did. He did because I was really desperate and meant it. I didn't have my arms crossed and I wasn't daring him to do it or challenging him to do it. I was desperate and I needed him to do it. And he did. And he changed me and he continues to change me every single day. At the end of the show, I play a song that hopefully the lyrics will mean something to you. This is from Switchfoot's new album. And it's called Restless. Have a great weekend. We'll see you again on Monday. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. The Mikey Show's out.
Run dry for the other side The world that I've always been denied Running hard for the infinite With the tears of saints and hypocrites
