The show covered several major bits. The Ellen DeGeneres dog adoption controversy was debated at length, with the crew ultimately concluding that Mutts and Moms was legally in the right since Portia signed a contract, though the agency's handling lacked compassion. Tough Love with Eddie featured brutal advice to letter writers, including telling a man who admired John Gruden that he was gay. Cheaters Hotel called Elise's boyfriend Drew, who gave Elise's name and turned out to be at a client lunch, exposing the jealous friend Vanessa as the real problem. Sky's interview with NBC's Andrea Kramer went badly when Sky admitted she didn't know who Kramer was and mentioned a 'would you do' website, leading to a defensive Kramer and extended post-interview roasting by the crew. Boston Rob ate balut for the first Bizarre Foods segment and threw up repeatedly, especially after crunching a beak. Ashley and Boston Rob premiered their duet parodying Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow's 'Picture.' Eddie did a comedic bit as 'Pedro the Cricket' from Cricket Wireless. The crew also debated Stephen Colbert's presidential run and a Maine middle school offering birth control to 11-year-olds, with Mikey arguing

It is 6-0-5. A co-defendant in the O.J. Simpson case says that bringing the guns to the Vegas hotel room were O.J.'s idea. The ALCS returns tonight. Manny Ramirez says if the Red Sox lose, it's not the end of the world. Bob, agree or disagree? Oh. Agree or disagree? I missed the one he had said. Oh, Eddie was just saying. Manny Ramirez said if the Red Sox don't win, it's not the end of the world. Um, I should probably talk to him about that. I can't believe it's already Thursday. Seems like it snuck up on me. Well, let's get this puppy. We have so much stuff today. We have so much stuff today. We just got to do a quick introduction and get rolling. 570-1053 is our phone number. Open phones, beginning and end of every show. You can call in about anything you want. Seven people on the show. I'm quickly going to introduce us, and I also want to tell you what a P1 listener is. I'm Mikey. I'm the host of the show. I'm 37.
Eddie's 34. He's our producer and our sports guy. Sky is 29 years old, but not for long. She's our news girl. Sean is our sound effects man. He plays sound effects. And he is 37. Ashley is 24 years old. She's our assistant producer. Boston Rob, 24. Screens phone calls. And Zeth does about 100 million things. He's a utility guy. And he's the youngest guy on the show. He's 22. That's right. Cute. So much stuff to do on the show today. Yeah. So much stuff coming up in the future. I told you yesterday, November 1st is the day that Boston Rob gets the DNA results and finds out if he's a dad. Wow. Wowie Zowie. Little Poppy. Little Poppy. Oh, that's so cute. A mini mini.
That's so cute. That's right. But today we're going to do something called Tough Love with Eddie. Has anybody ever heard of Tough Love with Eddie? Wow. Hi. One of my favorites of all time. Tough Love with Eddie. Great. We're going to do that. It's an advice segment. People write in. My best friend Eddie kind of takes those letters and gives him some real advice. The volume of the letters doubled last week. Really? Yes. Wow. That means he's helping. Wow. I don't think that's what it means. Wowie zowie. What else would it mean? They want the love. And they don't want to be pacified. They need the truth. They need the truth. They want to be punched in the face. It's called tough love. They know what it is. It's called tough love. Tough love it is. Tough love. We're going to do something today called Cheater's Hotel. Have you ever heard of that? Just got to chill. Yeah. Well, it's when a husband, a wife, a boyfriend, a girlfriend thinks that they're...
husband or wife, boyfriend or girlfriend is cheating. They write us an email. They ask us, can you call them and do Cheaters Hotel, where you call people and say you're from a hotel, offer them a free night stay and ask what name you'd like to have put on the gift basket. So we'll do that. I just hope this isn't all too good to be true, hee hee. Also, is it NBC? Yes, NBC's Andrea Kramer will be on the program. Yes. That's right. From Football Night in America. She's going to be on and we'll talk to her some NFL stuff. We're going to do a, for the first time today, something that will be a regular feature on the Mikey Show. It's called Bizarre Foods with Boston Rob. Sounds good already. Where each Thursday, Boston Rob will eat something bizarre.
Well, we figured with the success of guys like Anthony Bourdain going around the world and eating interesting foods, why not take the opportunity to do the same thing right here on the radio? Love it. Maybe he will enjoy the foods. Maybe. There's their delicacies around the world. Oh, no. I always did want to travel. There you go. Hey, listen. Rob, today you will be traveling to Asia. Oh, no. That's the one place I didn't want to go. Specifically, the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam. Yeah. Oh, wow. That's a great trip. I don't... I never wanted to go there. What a trip. I was talking about, like, Europe or Africa or something like that. Take some pictures while you're there, right? Yeah. I'd love it. It's really going to be great. I think he's going to love his trip. No. Get your shots. That's right. Get your shots.
Today, Boston Rob is going to be eating a wonderful delicacy called balut. Oh. Oh, no. What is that, Mikey? What is it? What is it? Yes, I don't know. Oh, no. What is that? Well, Ashley, I'm glad you asked. What it is is a fertilized... Duck Egg. So we'll get to that a little bit later on. We're also doing Tone Deaf Karaoke today. We've got a great bass today, guys. That'll be great. That'll be great. Time for all this stuff today? There's a lot going on. I know. I'm not even done. By the way, Tone Deaf Karaoke, that's Ashley singing and listeners trying to figure out what it is she's singing. Speaking of Ashley singing, as everyone knows, Ashley and Boston Rob have had their share of problems lately with one another. I don't know if P1s have noticed, but it's been a while now since they've gotten along really well. And so they've gone into the studio and they have recorded a song together.
Just like Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers. That's very nice. Yeah, they've done a duet. And it's, you know, to the song Picture by Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow. It's a great song. It is a great song. Beautiful song. And the song is called Don't Want to Fight Today. And I think we're really going to think it's beautiful. I think we're going to think it's really beautiful. And so we'll premiere it a little bit later on. So as you've noticed, it's a pretty full show today. Wow. It's a pretty full show today. 570-1053. Give us a call. Anything you want. Comments, questions. Whatever. Whatever you got. Mikey's show. Hello. Hello. Oh, hi. Hi. I just want to say I'm a really like. Loyal listener to The Mikey Show. You are a very loyal listener to The Mikey Show? Is that what you're saying? Yes. What is your name? Douglas. Douglas, would you consider yourself a P1? Yeah. How old are you, Douglas? Fourteen. Fourteen years old. Does that make you a freshman in high school? No. Are you in the eighth grade? Yeah. Cool. Cool. Where do you go to school? Lewis. Which one?
Lewis Middle School. It's in San Diego. Lewis. Lewis Middle School. Awesome! How do you like school? Do you like it or no? Oh, it's fun. I'm getting A's in all my classes. Is that a kid? Oh, that's awesome. For real? Are you really? Yeah. How do you do that? How is that done? Yeah, seriously. Daddy, Mike. Yep. I just listen to the teacher and all that. Wait a minute. And I'm being completely serious, Douglas. I'm not, I'm not, there's no jokes being made here. So what you do is you listen to the teacher and then, and then when you do tests and stuff, like you just get, you get good grades. Yeah. He applies his knowledge that he learned from the teacher. So you, man, I could have done that. And you do all your homework. Yeah. You don't only. You didn't say anything about homework. Well, tell him, Douglas. Yeah, I do all my homework. Oh, you didn't mention that to me. Okay, wait, wait, wait. So you do all your homework. How often do you get homework? Every day. Wow. When do you do it? Whenever I get home. Okay. Now, does that mean that as soon as you get home, you do the homework? Yeah. What time is that usually? Three, three o'clock. How long does it take? Maybe like 30 minutes. For real? For an hour. Okay. So it takes 30 minutes to an hour. Yeah.
Is it cool if I ask you some questions about this, Douglas? Because, honestly, I didn't do that, and I want to know how it's done because I want to do it with my son when he's older. Is that all right? Yeah. Okay, so it takes you anywhere from a half an hour to an hour. Yeah. Where do you do the homework? In my room. And when you're in your room, do you have a television on, a radio on, or a computer on? I have this channel on. You have what? Oh, okay, you have the radio station on. Yeah. Okay, and it doesn't distract you to have the radio on? No. Okay, now let's talk about the desk, because I'm assuming you do this at a desk, right? I do it on my floor. You do it on the floor, for real? Yeah. For real? Yeah. Okay, but how do you, like, write and stuff like, like, are you sitting, like, Indian style? Oh, no, I have, um, this one placemat thing. Yeah? And it has, like, a cushion on the bottom.
Okay, okay, okay, so it's, okay. You got to get a cool floor pillow. I have to go right now. Oh, man, Douglas, you got to call us back because I want to. All right, all right, man. Thanks. We didn't even get to ask him about, like, the tasty babes at Lewis. Seriously. Eddie, he's 14, Eddie. Yeah, damn right. Yep, warm it up. Man, I really. Fuck Sky. I really wanted to ask more questions. I'm turning 30. I'm not 14. No, but we know what happened. Eddie, what is that? When you were that age. P1 Josh. Oh, my God. What's up? Very true. Well, you were talking about movie scores yesterday, and I tried calling in, but I couldn't get through. But I want to get your take, Mikey, on the score for John Carpenter's The Thing. That's Ennio Marconi. Whoa. Look at that guy. Nerd alert. The music in The Thing is extraordinary. It's chilling. It's perfect. It's perfect in every way. In fact, I'll tell you the scene to really listen to in that movie that's great, where the score is great, is when they first fly into the abandoned Norwegian camp and they're going into the building and they're just finding the empty...
uh, ice shaft where the thing had blown out of it. Listen to the music in that scene and you'll realize how brilliant that score is. It's fantastic. My personal favorite is just like the last like two, three minutes when it's just, uh, Kurt Russell and, uh, the other guy just in the, I don't know, they're about to die. And you just hear the creepy music just coming in. Yup. Yup. Hey dude, I agree with you a hundred percent. That movie is phenomenal. Definitely. Thank you very much. Phenomena. We got to get the music from The Thing. I don't know if they offer it on a soundtrack or anything, but the music in The Thing is great. I'll check it out. Like Tony the Tiger says. It's great. Mikey Show, hello. Yeah, I had a question for Eddie. Yo. Who would win in a fight between Chuck Norris and the most interesting guy from Dos Ducati commercials? That's a fantastic question. That's really good. I will really have to think about that for a second. He's spraying a lot of brains with that one. Because the Dos Equis guy can bring it. That guy can bring it. I mean, he's beaten up old villages before. But Chuck Norris just kicks ass wherever he goes. I may have taken a slight edge to the Dos Equis guy. Well, he has never lost. Just for his beard.
His beard is slightly better than Chuck Norris's. It's true. I don't know if Chuck Norris has ever lost a fight. But the Dos Equis guy, he has not lost. Ever. He has also never lost when it comes to winning the hand of a woman. This is true. Thank you. Wow, that was a great question. Really good question. Who knew that this Ellen DeGeneres dog thing Dude. Make her cry again. Yeah. Eddie. It's hysterical. No. Well, the meltdown that she had was two days ago. And so yesterday, she was on the show explaining the meltdown. Cut to. Long, long story. I'm going to just truncate it. Found a loving home for it. It's been about a month now. The people that have the dog, they've had it for about 14 days.
Precious, precious dog. And anyway, it's been taken from them. And back to the rescue place because I don't have it anymore. And so I guess it's better to be in a rescue place than in a loving home with children that love it and have become attached to it and now are crying every night because the dog is gone. So that's what happened yesterday, why I couldn't just come out here and just say, hey, what about shoes? I just can't do that. that you know that's just not who I am you see who I am every single day and I I that that's my button you know you hear the expression you know push my button and uh you know that feeling when somebody pushes your button and uh and I try to see the big picture I really do I try so hard to I read all the books I I listen to dvds on the way to the you know show every day and I I read the four agreements and the power of now and a new earth and bridges of Madison County I read all of them and I try every day to be a good person and a compassionate person and i don't want buttons i don't i really want to get to the point where i have no buttons at all i don't want a velcro or a zipper i the woman who works for uh the company she's a co-owner the company that took the dog away it's called mutts and moms yeah cute like i didn't really know that there was like a company like the pound besides the pound
Like I knew there was dog breeders and stuff, but I didn't know that there was places like mutts and moms. I just didn't know that. I guess they're just like kind of like the pound, but better. How do they get the animals, mutts and moms? Because the pound gets them because they're strays. I wonder where mutts and moms gets their animals. That'd be interesting to know. They have a website. I don't know. Let's check it out. Go ahead. There's actually a funny story about that. As soon as my wife and I heard about it, we wanted to send them a nasty email because we were really upset about it. So we went to their website, and on the page where you can contact them, there's a spot for their email address, but they had removed it. Okay. The next day we went back, and they had completely removed the website. Now their whole website is gone. Oh, wow. They must be getting, you know, swamped with. Well, Skye was telling me this morning before we went on the air. Well, here, let Marina Batkiss, that's her name. She's the co-owner of Mutts and Moms. Let Marina Batkiss tell you what's going on. Cut nine. People are being so cruel to us. Since her email address has been made public, Marina says she had to shut down her website and that she's getting death and arson threats.
I've gotten emails that they're going to find me and hurt the dog out from my hands and, you know, beat me up and whatever. Now, the thing is, is I told Sky, I think this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This Marina Batkiss could very easily make the case that Ellen has, you know, turned her life into a living hell, that she's not getting any sleep. It's ruined her business. I think that there's a case to be made. But see, the question would be, I guess, like, well, did Ellen ever say mutts and moms? Yeah, who was the first person who publicly said mutts and moms? And maybe that's the person that you go after. Yeah. So I just kind of tried to find their website. And there's this website called petfinder.com. Basically, it links you to a bunch of different other websites to help you find pets. Pet Finder has issued a statement that says, Mutts and Moms has chosen to temporarily inactivate their website on PetFinder.com because their email inbox and voicemail are overwhelmed. Then it goes on to talk about how they help find pets and blah, blah, blah. Mutts and Moms, not so good.
Here's more of Marina Batkiss on Good Morning America. Cut five. If Ellen wants to start her own rescue group, then she can decide where the dogs go. Who is she to say who's a good home and who's not? And who is she to say where I should place my animals and how I should do this? I don't tell her how to run her show. Same thing. I mean, guys, this lady's got a business and it's her right to choose how to run the business. Yeah, you're 100% right. But I'm just like. It's kind of a messed up way. It's weird. Yeah, it's weird. Like, I mean, if the dog did go to a loving home, then why the hubbub? Well, here's what. Yeah, because that's what her business is supposed to be about is finding loving homes. Well, here's something that I didn't know. What? Cut eight. Ellen didn't. It was her girlfriend, Portia. I have a contract inside. Portia signed it. And Marina claims she went over the clause with Portia that insists the dog be returned to the agency if it didn't mesh with their home.
You know, Mr. Rossi said, yes, I will return it if anything goes wrong. Portia is Ellen's wife. And she apparently agreed that if anything went wrong, she'd give the dog back. There you go. Well, yeah, I think legally this woman is totally in the right. The mutts and moms is legally totally in the right. But anybody with a heart, common sense, compassion. You know, especially if your goal in life is to find good homes for dogs would kind of look at what this woman did as questionable. Well, I wonder if this is like if that was like little tiny print and that Portia didn't even know that that was there and just thought it was like a waiver. And oh, yeah, I'll sign that. Well, she said she specifically went over that clause with Portia. If she did that, then come on. That's what the woman just said. I mean, if she did that, then come on. You know, if you know going into it.
hey, give the dog back if there's any problems, and you don't do that, you're kind of in the wrong, man. Especially if you agree to it. For sure. It's one thing to throw your hands up and be like, this is so mean of you, blah, blah, blah. Yes, I agreed to that, but let's forget that I did. That's not cool, right? Actually, it's mean of Ellen. to have given it to that other family knowing that that was the clause. Yeah. But we haven't heard from Ellen in saying that she did remember or Portia remembered going over that. Let's say she didn't. Let's say she didn't even know that her wife went over that with mutts and moms. As soon as she found that out, you got to go, oh, man, that kind of blows. Like, I didn't know my significant other did that. Now that I know my significant other was told that and agreed to it and we didn't do it, it's kind of our bad. But even though it's their bad, I mean, it's clearly their bad if what this woman is saying is true. But isn't it showing such a lack of compassion on the mutts and moms the way they handled it after the fact? I think it's this. I think it's, hey, listen, I'm mutts and moms. Hey, listen, I want to take emotion out of this and all that kind of stuff.
That's why I go over this stuff with the people beforehand because I don't want because we this is what we know us at Muts and Moms. We know that when it comes down to it and it comes down to the nitty gritty, you're going to have tears. You're going to have blah, blah, blah. And it's going to become an emotional issue. I want to like stave all that off. I don't want that to happen. So before that ever happens, here's the agreement. And, you know, you understand. And the person goes, yes, I understand. Now it's a lack of compassion. That's what the lady's trying to avoid by going over this. I don't want that. Of course it's going to look not compassionate. But my position is at Muts and Moms that I need to be the person who decides where the dog goes. You can't give it away. And I understand that now, mutts and moms. But why, when this all came down and went the way it did, why didn't you allow these people to try and adopt the dog and get a proof through you? Why did you just take it away without even giving them a chance? Is that the deal? Yeah. Okay, wait, wait, wait. I thought that the deal was she took the dog and then they started filling out the paperwork. The dog has been removed from the home and given to a third party. Oh, it's already given away to another family? According to what I read, yes. Oh, wow.
And I haven't read anything that said that these people were allowed to try and adopt the dog. It was just taken from them and given to someone else. Well, I will say this. If, okay, like let's say I take the dog and go back to work with the dog and somebody comes in and they're looking and that dog is perfect for them, they should absolutely be allowed to take it. You know whose fault it is? If you want to be angry at somebody, be angry at Portia not communicating. Hey, Ellen, here's the deal with our new dog. Which, by the way, Sky, you've told me a million times, it's kind of irresponsible as a pet owner to do what they did. You took a dog when you had cats and, oh, they don't like each other? Got to get rid of it. Yeah, you're giving it to a nice family that really loves it and everything, but don't do that in the first place. And then don't make the place that gave you the dog the criminal. They have rules and regulations that, by the way, they went over with you, that you agreed to, and now you're on TV crying and making a fuss and making me look bad? Dude, I got death threats now over something I went over with you. I explained to you the situation, and now I'm the villain? I'm only doing what I tell you I'm going to do before going into it. Now that I'm hearing the whole thing, I'm kind of like, man, I kind of feel bad for...
marina bat kiss i agree with you 100 that's the company's policy they instituted that policy to protect those animals because if that's their business is to find good homes for these people they don't want people just to all willy-nilly take the dog realize they don't like the dog and then give it away it's their policy uh when we come back i'm gonna play you a voicemail From Ellen DeGeneres' PR rep threatening this marina belt. Oh, wow. We'll play it right after this. Stand-up spotlight on Rock 105.3. I'm getting over the flu because I have nieces and nephews. They carry germs. West on the 94, a little slow now from Federal to the 805. And coming up out of the South Bay, plenty of breaklights developing on both the 5 and the 805 northbound right now out of Chula Vista and the National City on both these freeways. There is an accident involving some injuries northbound 15 just before Ocean View Boulevard.
Here in the South Bay, so watch our backup around that. I'm Rick Lawrence on Rock 105.3. The Mikey Morning Show continues. Featuring Mikey. If it involves danger, I try to avoid it. Eddie. That's it! I'm a simple man. Guy. Respect me. Sean. I invite everyone with just a little bit of enthusiasm. Boston Rob. I hate the Yankees. You know this. And Ashley. The conversation, too. Oh, my God. Save that clip. The Mikey Show's on. 105.3. The Mikey Show at 638. Two escorts from Hawaii were in court yesterday testifying that they were hired for sex with Randy Duke Cunningham. The Yankees tell A-Rod if he opts out of his contract, they will not negotiate with him. Let it go. Nice post, Eddie. Thanks. Let it roll right off your shoulder, don't you know? Mikey, let's cut to the chase. It seems that we need to look at this adoption company closely. It's all about selling the dog once again. Follow the paper trail. Money, money, money. That's what's up. Ellen, cut him out of the money loop. Loving home my foot. P1 Sharon. Good day. Subject is Ellen dog thing is because the new home has children that are too young.
Says Mikey, the reason that they didn't allow them to adopt a dog afterwards was because the new home has children that are under 14 years old. The company's policy is to not let small breed dogs go to families with children under 14 so they don't get hurt. Folks, if that's a policy, what are you going to do? You don't agree, Ash? No, this is tricky. Unfortunately, I'm trying everything I can to be on Ellen's side. And I was up until you just read that email. And now I'm like, oh, you know, does it make you think that it's kind of not cool to take it to the air? Yeah. You know, because, you know, she was taking it to the air as a like to get what she wanted, get what she wanted. Yeah, for sure. And that's very unlike Ellen, which is why I had her back. I just figured that this really was one of those cases where she had she was in the right.
But, yeah, that's jacked because, you know what, if they gave in to Ellen, then that means that they would give in to anybody else. You know, they'd have to hold that same standard with everybody else. So there really sounds like they're not doing anything wrong. P1, paparazzi with a pretty decent question. Go ahead, paparazzi. Yeah, I'm curious as to how the parents or moms and puppies or the moms and mutts. What is it, Sky? Moms and mutts. Mutts and moms. Mutts and moms. How did they find out about the fact that Ellen took the dog to another family without her saying anything? Because as far as I know, she didn't say anything on the air until they took the dog away. That's a great question. I don't know. She told them. She told them on the phone. They called and they asked her, how is the dog doing? And she told them the truth. Oh, wow. I had something else I wanted to bring up. I don't know if you guys heard anything about it. Is it on topic? Is it on this topic?
Not on this specific topic. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't switch topics on us, bro. We're on a roll. All right. You'll bring us to a screeching halt. All right. Thanks. P1 Chris. I heard that they said the family that Ellen gave the dog to had actually applied to take over ownership of the dog. And that's how they had tracked down where the family lived in order to go confiscate the dog with the police. Well, it sounds like that's how they found out then. That's what I heard, too. Yeah, I heard the same thing. I haven't heard anything about this called Ellen. Well, they said they called, like Ellen called, they called to check up. Ellen said, yeah, I gave the dog to them. And then they actually applied to takeover ownership. And that's how they said, that's how they knew where the person lived to go get the dog back. Okay. That's what you're hearing too, Sky? Yeah, yeah. That, you know, they actually, because they knew that Ellen gave the dog away from Ellen's own mouth, but they didn't know where the dog was. until they got the paperwork from the people. That's where they got the address so they could show up with the cops and get the dog. And, Skye, the dog has already been adopted? Yeah, that's what I'm reading this morning. They says Iggy, that's the dog's name, Iggy. Iggy has since been placed with a new family. That's the most popular dog in the world. Letterman should have the new family on TV. P1 Brian? Yeah, I mean, I heard yesterday on TMZ that the chick already filed a lawsuit, that the chick owns Muts and Moms.
Sky, are you hearing anything about a lawsuit? No, I just went through multiple pages of TMZ because I did hear that. Pictures of the girl standing there where she went to the courtroom? Yeah, she filed a police report for protection, not a lawsuit. A police report for protection to document the death threats. She's getting death threats and all kinds of stuff. Yeah, that's different than a lawsuit. Come on, you guys think a lawsuit isn't coming? Please. And not only can you go after Ellen, you can go after whatever production company runs the Ellen show. What about the network? Well, I think, isn't it syndicated? Yeah. So you can't go after ABC or NBC. It's all different, wherever it is. P1 Gunslinger. Hey, good morning. How are you today? Good, man. I have a big problem with Ellen, the fact that she ran that clip. It's not a live television broadcast, so she could have opted out for not running her little snivel fest she had there. Yes, she decided to keep it in the show. Correct, and therefore it brought so much attention. It might have leaked out had TMZ or someone got a hold of it. I'm sure they would have leaked it out.
This brought way more attention to it because it was on every newscast and now it's blown out of proportion. I think the mutton mom lady does have a legitimate case as much as I'm against people with frivolous lawsuits. This one's not frivolous. Correct. Dude, I mean, if you're getting death threats and people are saying they're burning down, they're going to burn down. And you know what? Some of them probably aren't kidding. But is that Ellen's fault? So Ellen does a show where she talks about her life, just like we do here. And this is something that really happened in her life. And if she didn't say, hey, contact these people. If she didn't say, hey, send them death threats. If she just told what happened to her, is she in the wrong? Except for the fact, you're right, that she's allowed to talk about what happens in her life. Except for the fact she's negligent. And I think that they can prove in court. How? Because they went over a contract that they agreed to. So at that point, if you give the dog away, you're now negligent. So what if... So you can't go on the air and villainize me, which I think they can prove easily that she's been villainized. What if Ellen says, I wasn't aware that that was in the contract? Too bad. It's in the contract. But she didn't sign the contract. No, but your life partner did or whatever.
You know, your roommate. They should have discussed that before she went on the air with it. Absolutely. Because the thing that sucks with Ellen now is she has to take a stand. And if she's in the wrong, then she's caused a lot of unnecessary problems. Ellen knew she was giving the dog away. Portia knew they were giving the dog away. If they didn't have that conversation, that's their fault. Yeah, I think that the court would be like, well, sucks to be you, but pay up. Cut four. And I just, I don't, this has become so insane. It's not even, it's just the dog just needs to go to the family. It's like the fight should just be, it should not be about anything. But the whole thing that people rescue animals to find a good home, you know, that's all, it just needs to be in a good home. That's all that you're supposed to do is put a dog in a loving home. You're right, Ellen. I guess what Mutts and Moms is trying to say is, that's not your call. The truth is, and I don't think anybody will disagree with this, a lot of times you think you're giving a pet to a good home, and it turns out that it isn't the greatest home. You know, Sean gave me a cat one time, and I ended up giving the cat away. You know, it wasn't the greatest home. Not to mention the fact that I was a raging alcoholic at the time, and nobody knew about it. I tried to drink the cat.
I encouraged him to drink the cat. Yeah. Stop. I tried to do a shot of cat. Hated that cat. And I love that the, you know, she's like, I can't believe how crazy this is. Well, you go on the air and you hysterically cry. Like, what do you expect is going to happen, Ellen? No kidding. Cut three. And if you have a normal job and you're having a bad day, you go to the bathroom and you cry in the bathroom and you put drops in your eyes and you come out and you go, I have hay fever. And, um... But I'm on TV and my producers say I can't do the show from the bathroom because it's not sanitary. And the acoustics are horrible. And don't get me started on the lighting. Ladies, fluorescent overhead lighting. Don't ever do a show in there. And then there's three seats. And I'm not going to keep a door open for you all to see. The biggest reason I can't do the show from the bathroom is there's no room to dance. Thank you, Ellen. It's so dumb. Everyone gets it from dancing. Yeah, my wife loves the Ellen DeGeneres show. It's so good. Really? It's so good. She loves it. She says that she thinks that Ellen is super funny, super genuine and real, and she loves, loves, loves when Ellen dances. She loves it. Oh, yeah. Why? That's a great question. If I had to take a guess, I think it's because of all of the other things that I said before.
combined with the fun of the dancing. Well, because she's, like, awkward when she dances, and that makes it fun. Well, she's funny, like, with everything she does. Yeah, she's goofy when she dances, and I think she makes most women feel like, oh, it's okay to be me, because she's a normal chick, and she's dancing, and she's fun. I want to be her friend. I want to be Ellen's friend. I want to give dogs to other people. It's a dream of mine to give dogs to other people. And then get in trouble for it and start a fuss. I want to be irresponsible. So there it is. The Ellen DeGeneres tale. Alright folks, we'll see you tomorrow. That's a little exhausting. Still on the fence about it. We're just getting started. I'm going to wait. Dear Mikey, I can't believe all this stuff about a dog. It's a dog, people. Get over it. Yours truly, Michael Vick. Oh, my God. He probably shouldn't be coming. I don't think he should come. I mean, I think that right now. I mean, he's got obvious opinions. Yeah, you know what I mean. Don't you think it's kind of not the right time? Brain assault. Let's see. Did I mention that Boston Rob's eating balut later?
What is that, Mikey? Did I mention that? What is that? What is balut? Yes. Oh, balut. Balut. Oh. It's a delicacy. It's a fertilized duck egg. Oh. It's a duck fetus. Oh, God. And it's hard-boiled, so. Oh, thank God. That's delicious. Yeah. Oh, man. Do I have the music of that part of the world? Yes. Where is it? Dark blue, middle, kind of to the right. Dark blue. There it is. This is what the music will sound like. There we go. Is that the duck? It's our balut eating music. Making you hungry, B-Rock? No. It really puts you in a peaceful state of mind. You're throwing up to this later. It's mind over matter, dude. Come on. Now it comes to balut, man. You don't know. I've seen it. You don't know how it tastes. Come on. Do a little Thai cheese.
Put yourself in a good space. Get ready. Whoa. I love it. So that is going to be on the show in just a little bit. Why don't we do this? Why don't we take a quick time out? And then when we come back, we'll do something called tough love with Eddie. Yeah. This is where people write into the show and Eddie gives like advice. It's an advice segment. Only it's not. He's not. patronizing you with what you want to hear. No placation. No placation. He's going to tell you the truth. Next. Mike was here. The Mikey show continues. Mike is a 5'3". Honey, I'm back. Hi, baby. Who was all here drinking beer while I was at my mom? Nobody was here drinking beer. Oh, come on. Tell the truth. I saw the beer cans in the trash out front. Beer cans? Where? Show me. What do you call these?
Those are cans of Tecate Light. That's not beer. That's cerveza. Oh, come on. Beer, cerveza. It's the same thing. No, no, no. Beer and cerveza is not the same thing. Of course it is. Is it the same thing if I say te quiero or I love you? It's not the same. You see, just like amar, querer is not the same. Beer and cerveza is not the same either. Hmm. I know what you mean. Sorry, honey. Te quiero. Tecate Light. Mexico's number one cerveza light. It's not beer. It's Cerveza. Enjoy Tecate Light responsibly 2007. Cervezas Mexicanas, White Plains, New York. I took my three-year-old in there, which is typically a bad idea because she doesn't have the ability to self-calm herself yet. I digress. But my point is that they made it so easy to figure out which mattress I wanted that I ended up buying one at Sleep Train.
I really wanted the Beautyrest world-class Paris plush, but it was out of my budget, which is why I felt I needed to buy a used one. Go play soccer. Who said that? I sounded like Ashley. It's hit or miss with you, Eddie. I did not say that. What is that supposed to be? Well, sometimes your advice is really good and sometimes it's really jacked and you attack me and Skye and Rob. That is not true. That's not true at all. No. It's part of the advice.
This segment is about healing, Ashley Sky. It's about healing. But see, we don't write in for advice, so I don't know why we get it. You're good examples of a lot of stuff. I'd just like to say I appreciate the free advice I do get, though. That's true. Thank you, Rob. You get it. Good kid. Our first letter. Our first letter reads, Dear Eddie, Dude, you're the oracle, but I also know you slayed chicks back in the day. I don't know if I would say that. Well... Easy, Rob. I'm married now. Me and my friend Steve go out every weekend and it ain't happening, bro. We can't even get a chick to dance with us, let alone take them home. My friend Keith slays chicks every weekend. But he's rich and looks like John Gruden. Wait. We ain't that lucky, bro. So can you help out? Signed, P1 Baromir. Okay. Yeah. Dear Slade, the best for last.
I feel like the doctor who is walking out into the waiting room right now to give the bad news, you know? Like, first things first, I need to let you know before anything, you're gay. Okay? Either that or just flat-out pathetic, but let's go with gay. Second, anyone who signs their name with the not-so-well-known character from Lord of the Rings... is not going to slay any chicks. Okay? That's Baromir. That's Baromir? Yeah. Oh, my God. Unless you meant it like they're a dragon, which now that I think about it makes way more sense to me. Here's some advice. Don't say slay anymore. Thank you. Dude, P1 Paparazzi thinks that's creepy. You know what I mean? Wow. And, oh, yeah, I almost forgot. John Gruden. John Gruden, the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. So let me get this straight. You think your friend is having luck with the ladies because he's rich and looks like John Gruden. Yeah, dude, you're gay. Not only are you gay, you're gay for John Gruden.
And that's your barometer for hot, by the way. Not Brad Pitt. Not Clooney. John Gruden. Look, Legolas. No. That's not his name. You're right. Bear in there. I forgot. You need more help than I can provide. So if you want my advice, start watching SportsCenter with your clothes on. There you go. Wow. See, it's already. That was a good one. Well, no, but he didn't help at all. I gave advice. I gave a lot of advice. What piece of advice helped him meet girls? Watch SportsCenter with his clothes on. Do you not hear? Do you open your ears? Well, the whole thing, you were calling him gay. He wants to meet girls. It's called tough love. Whatever. Slay. That was genius. Our second letter reads. Bring it. Please don't encourage Ashley. I really enjoyed that. Hey, Eddie. Yeah. I don't know what to do. And you seem to be... Well, it was the email, so you were responding. Oh, I thought you were talking to me. I'm like, what up? I'm reading the email. Hey, what up, Mike? What up? So casual. Hey, Eddie. Yeah, man. No, no, no. Back to the email. Oh, wait. I gotcha. I don't know what to do, and you seem to be the only one I know with lots of experience with beatings. I love my wife. I'm out already. Oh, no. Ashley's out. Ashley, I haven't even said anything yet. Let him finish. Gosh. I'll be over here. Chill.
Says, I love my wife, don't get me wrong, but geez, what a beating. My father and I love to go hunting. We have all my life. But now that I'm with this new girl, she's trying to keep me from going. She's now threatening to withhold sex if I go. Saying that she can't be intimate with someone who's a, quote, murderer. What can I do to show her that it's cool? Thanks, Eddie. Signed, P1 Kevin from Santee. Eddie? Dear some like it shot. Now, listen, I've known Sky and Ashley for several years, which I believe qualifies me as a quote unquote.
beating experts. I have a diploma hanging in the office. And if there's one thing you can count on is that a beating never changes her stripes, okay? There's no better way for a father and son to bond than over a 4x4 Mossberg drawing down on a 12-point whitetail. You know what I'm saying, guys? I do know. You guys know what I'm saying? Well, some of you. Unfortunately, the beating doesn't want the father and son's relationship to be all that it can be, they would prefer it to be stunted over a hunk of tofu and a field green salad. That's not true. By the way, 72% of all vegetarians don't speak to their fathers. Did you guys know that? That's a fake statistic. That is a fake statistic. He should be hunting. You just made that up right now. They should all hunt. It's sad to think that most women would prefer their men to have shallow relationships with their father rather than to suck it up and let their man do what he's naturally drawn to do, blow stuff away. You know what I'm saying, Skye? No, I don't. I don't really.
Skye, you know what I'm talking about. No, I don't. I'm sorry, bro, but if your chick isn't cool, just like Skye isn't cool, you know what I mean, then it's time to move on. She hates you just like Skye. Find a normal chick instead. I don't hate anyone. What are you talking about? You hate this guy. I do not. I don't even know that guy. Awesome advice. That was good advice. For no reason. Worst advice ever. For no reason. Hope that helped. Fake statistics? Our last letter. I looked it up. Okay. Our last letter reads. Dear Eddie, first of all, I would just like to say thank you for taking time out to heal San Diego. Oh, really? Eddie, don't let the beating get you down. No, I try. It's difficult. Is that in the letter? It really is. It really is in the letter. I'm reading right from the email. It's very difficult, though. It says you're doing a great service. Anyway, I'm 46 years old and recently divorced. I want to start dating again, but the only girls I find attractive are in their 20s. Wow. Why waste time with girls my age? I did that for 20 years. Now I'd like some fresh talent. Any ideas on how I can meet some of these delicious treats?
Some yummies. It's signed P1 Greg and Rancho Bernardo. Eddie? Yes. Dear Going Gray Anatomy. First of all, thank you for recognizing my efforts. Finally, somebody says it. Now on to your Pervo questions. I want to wrestle you so freaking bad. You are a to catch a predator waiting to happen. I mean, Chris Hansen is listening to your email salivating. Blank my blank and blank you. Exactly, Chris. I mean, wanting to date girls half your age is natural, but unless you want to pay for their college tuition, it's unlikely, okay? So stop drooling over your daughter's girlfriends and start hitting the cougar bars in La Jolla. Wow. Have you ever seen a man's blank? And even those oldies but goodies probably won't date you either because... They're cruising for fresh, young, delicious treats. Oh, wow. So, good luck on your quest, but just remember, if you enter a young gal's kitchen, you met on the internet, and the girl tells you she's changing or baking cookies, run. Yes. Right, Chris Hanson? Yes. He's completely shaved in his private area. Thank you, Chris. That's all we needed to know. Thank you very much.
I don't think anyone was held today. Oh, there it is, Skye. Can you hear it? Can you hear it coming up? No. I don't hear anything. It's the sound of healing. You're welcome, San Diego. So if you are thinking that maybe your boyfriend or your girlfriend or your husband or your wife may be cheating and you want it figured out. You can go to our website, MikeyShow.com, M-I-K-E-Y-S-H-O-W.com. There is a place to fill out a form there for Cheaters Hotel. And if we can, we'll help you out. What we do is we call your significant other and we say that we're calling from a hotel in San Diego, want to offer you a free night's stay. We're going to give you a free gift basket. All we need to know is the name of the person you're bringing. We'll put that on the gift basket too.
If they say someone else besides your significant other, they're probably cheating. It's called Cheaters Hotel. We got an email from P1 Elise. P1 Elise, are you there? Hi. How are you doing? I'm doing pretty well. I'm going to get some information from you. And is this your boyfriend or your husband? This is my boyfriend. Okay, what's his name? Drew. All right. How old are you, Elise? I am 27. Okay. How old is Drew? He is 26. All right. Ooh, an older woman. Oh, wow. A little bit. Elise, how long have you guys been dating? We've been together, I guess, for about a year and a half now. Mm-hmm. Yeah, I don't know. It's going well, except I'm kind of freaked out a little bit because my girlfriend told me that she totally saw him. eating lunch with another woman. Did he tell you about it? No, he didn't. He didn't tell me about it. And the thing is, I know his friends. He's got a lot of really cool guy friends that we've hung out with and everything. But I'm like, who could this girl be? Could it be a co-worker? Yeah. Maybe.
I think so. I mean, he doesn't talk about his work a lot. Did your friend say that it looked like, you know, more than just a business lunch, like it was something intimate? Well, she didn't say a lot of details except, you know, it was a really nice restaurant. It looked fancy. And, you know, she was totally just blown away by the fact that she saw him out with his other woman because she knows that, like... I've tried to get him to go out to lunch with me or to take a break during the day to go out with me, and he doesn't do it. We've actually, you know, Elise, it's interesting because on the show, we have discussed in the past whether or not friends, specifically girlfriends, should tell their girlfriends about, I saw this with your husband. I saw this with your boyfriend. Now, me personally, I'm not down with that stuff. You don't think so? Like, as a friend, you should let me know? My take on it is that you never know. And there's something about it that's a little bit gossipy. Now, Sky is the other mindset and says girlfriend's got...
Yeah, and if he's not doing anything wrong, then there's no problem mentioning the fact that you saw him having lunch with another woman. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't think there's any problem with mentioning that you saw him at lunch with another woman. I think there's a problem being the girlfriend saying it in the first place. Like, as the receiver of the information, I guess there's nothing wrong with you going to your husband or whatever. That's your deal. I'm saying the first deal is the problem I have. The, oh, I saw this, I'm going to go say something. Yeah, because it's very, you know, gossipy. It immediately will cause, she's calling us right now, Skye, saying that her boyfriend's cheating. And I don't mean to insult you, but if you were secure in your relationship, and if it was a relationship where there weren't any other signs of this, then your mind wouldn't go there. You would just be like, oh, hey, I heard you were having lunch with somebody who was that. I don't disagree with you. I don't disagree with you, Skye. But let's say we got... We got this guy that's receiving the information who goes to her husband and says what she heard. That's guy I'm fine with. I'm not fine with this guy that sees something and goes to the girlfriend and says, here's what I saw. As the receiver of it, what are you going to do? You're receiving information. As the person going and...
But you're stating a fact. I don't think you're, oh, dude, the other day I saw your dude having lunch. That's not what's in your, that's not what it's about. And I doubt her girlfriend just said that. Yeah, that's not the spirit of it when any girl does it. That's not the spirit of it. I mean, she's a good, really good friend of mine. And like, I don't know. You know what I mean? It really, she says she just wants to look out for me. Well, you know what? Let's take that aside, Elise. And let's talk about what you kind of. feel anyway is your vibe let's take this conversation with your girlfriend out of it have you had a vibe have you felt like maybe there's something something going on little shenanigans the thing not I mean not before I heard this I didn't really think I mean we really I we're having a great time I'm having a great time I don't think that I mean the only things are like I think you know he doesn't talk to me a lot about his work he doesn't um like I you know I said I try to get him to You know, take me out. And, you know, sometimes he really doesn't want to go out that much. So I don't know if that's like maybe he's bored with me or he's going out with somebody else. Now, Elise. Your mind starts racing. Elise, you don't think that there's anything strange about having a perfectly good relationship with your boyfriend. And now you have suspicions solely based on something your friend told. Like, I was.
I was thinking maybe you were going to say to me, oh, yeah, I've had these vibes, I have these suspicions, blah, blah, blah. You cheated in the past. But it's solely based on your girlfriend. Well, but the thing is, she's really, I mean, she's been my friend for a really long time. I've known her. Is she the jealous type? Before we got together, you know? So I feel like that's a trusted, I mean, even though I. Yeah, but she told you she saw him having lunch. It's not like she said, yeah, I saw him leaving a motel. I mean, you know, lunch isn't. Or, like, they were making out at lunch. It sounds like they were having lunch. You know, Ashley brought up a... Why didn't he take me out to, like, lunch at a fancy restaurant? That's a great question for him. For him. That's a great question for him. But, Elise, Ashley brought up kind of an interesting question. Is your girlfriend the jealous type herself? Um... And is she single? I don't know. Is she single and, like, you know what I mean? Well... In this happy relationship and... She's not, she's kind of been going, honestly, she's been bouncing back and forth between these two guys. She's not. No, no, but I'm just saying, is she, is her personality type like the jealous, insecure type? Yes or no? Yeah, a little bit. A little bit. Boy. Because that has a lot to do with it. Yeah, that's a great point. A lot to do with it. Yeah. Really? Like, how so? You think, like. How so?
Well, if she's the jealous type, then she could be pulling this out of her butt, blowing it out of proportion. She could just be trying to stir the pot because she doesn't like that you're in a healthy, good relationship and she's not. Girls are messed up. Girls are whack like that, for sure. For sure. Now, I will say this. I will say this in defense of the friend. I do find it strange. He didn't mention it. He didn't mention to her that he was at lunch with another girl. Yeah, he hasn't told me, and I've really tried to do that thing where I, you know, ask him about his days and see what's going on and everything, and he just won't open up. He won't say anything. He won't mention it. Like, wouldn't it be a big deal to him for him to not mention it to me? You know, in my life, and I'm married. It's different. I'm 37 years old, so I... I don't have drama in my relationship with my wife. And I think part of the reason that I don't is we're pretty up front. If I'm going to go to lunch with a woman and that woman's name is not Sky or Ashley, then I give my wife the heads up. In fact, I ask her if she's cool with it. And 100% of the time, she is. But I think that the reason that she's cool with it 100% of the time is because I ask.
And she would do the same thing, and I don't care. But it's kind of cool to know that your spouse is respectful enough to go, hey, is it cool if I go to lunch with, if I have lunch with so-and-so? The answer is always going to be yes. Well, that's the thing. Like, I feel like I'm worried that he's seeing somebody else. Like, that's one thing. But I'm also worried because he's not, like, it's just so weird he wouldn't talk to me. You know, or tell me about it. Now, before we make this phone call to your boyfriend, Drew, Elise, we're getting a couple of calls from listeners that are concerned. Okay. P1 Jocelyn. Yeah. I mean, personally, I would think your friend would approach your boyfriend first to see if there was anything going on instead of maybe stirring the pot and making something out of nothing. Can you imagine that, though, Jocelyn? Like, her friend walking up to the two of them at lunch. Well, maybe that wouldn't be weird, right? Not if you know him. Not if you know him. I totally would do that. I would totally do that. Yeah, like, hey, you know, just kind of nonchalant. Hey, I was walking by and I saw you and I figured I'd stop in, you know, to say hi.
You could read body language, that's for sure. I mean, if he got all creeped out and uncomfortable, that'd be kind of a... Well, and he should introduce you. Yeah, yeah, he would introduce. Like, oh, this is my co-worker. Right, this is my wife. This is my mistress. This is my mistress. It's kind of a good point. I don't know, Elise, what do you think about that? Did you find it strange or did you ask your friend, hey, how come you didn't go up and say hi? You know, I didn't even think to ask her. I just started like... all these things started running through my mind. What do you think? Like, how I've got to try and, like, see if he tells me about it or, you know? What do you think now, after hearing that, do you, what are your thoughts on it? You know, does it not surprise you that she didn't, or do you go, man, that is weird, or I wish she would have, or what's your thought? Well, I kind of, I guess, I, I guess I wish I had, like, absolutely. I so want to talk to her friend. What, Ashley? What is that look, Ashley? I don't know. I feel like Elise is just like... I don't really get her. There's so many... I feel like you say that you didn't think at all that he was cheating before this happened, but you totally just like...
Jump to that conclusion the second your friend told you. You didn't really ask her. You definitely didn't ask your boyfriend. You're just coming right to us. And I just think it's all kind of interesting. Well, let's. Wouldn't you be upset? I mean, wouldn't you be upset? Wouldn't you wonder about it? Like, especially if he's not talking to you about it or telling you and you're trying to. I don't know. I personally think trust is the number one thing in a relationship. If you don't have that, you don't have a relationship. Let's do this. We're going to take a quick time out. When we come back, we're going to call Drew. I'm going to say that I'm calling from a hotel. I'm going to say, Drew, you've won a free night stay. We're going to give you a free gift basket. We're going to put your name and the name of your guest. And if he says Elise, then it's all good. If he says someone else's name, it's not all good. I hope he says me. Hang on the line, okay? Okay. I cannot wait for this. Right now... I can lean either way, you know, because I do think it's weird he didn't mention it. Take a break, come back, and give Drew a call.

After Cheaters Hotel, we are going to be premiering the new song from Ashley and Boston Rob. Oh. It's to the tune of Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow's picture. It's called I Don't Want to Fight No More. Made with love. Made with love. Yes. Also coming up this hour, Andrea Kramer from NBC's Football Night in America. And then next hour. Boston Rob and our first ever Bizarre Foods with Boston Rob. Today, on the air, he will eat Balut. A hard-boiled duck egg with the duck in it. The duck is in it? The duck's in it. That is offensive. The beak is the best part. That's what they say. They do say that. They do say that. I will save that part for you. P1 Elise, are you with us? Yes. Okay, here's how we're going to do this. I'm going to call Drew, and I'm going to offer him a night stay at the hotel, give him a gift basket, and say, I just need the name of your guest. If he says someone else's name, that's not good. If he says your name, that's very good. Now, I need to remind you of a couple of things, Elise.
Being a P1, you probably already know this, but if he says a name other than your name, Elise, please don't curse. And I need you to stay quiet right up until he says another name or your name, period. So don't make a sound until he says a name, okay? Okay. And when he says the name, don't worry, I'm going to talk. You can talk. Everybody can talk, okay? Okay. Okay. All right, here we go. Hang on. Hang on. We're going to call him. Okay. Deep breath. Stay quiet, Elise. Your call has been forwarded. We're getting a voicemail, unless I dialed it wrong. Now, do you know if he's available right now, Elise? He should be. Sometimes he's bad about his phone. All right, let me try again. Hang on, okay? Hang on. Stay quiet. I mean, he may be seeing a caller ID. I'm trying to block our number. Hi, can I speak to Drew, please? Yeah, this is. Hi, Drew. My name is Steve. I'm calling from the Orion Hotel, San Diego's newest premier high-rise hotel located in the heart of the gas lamp. And someone you know entered you into a drawing that allows you to spend one evening for free in our hotel, courtesy of Orion Promotions. Congratulations.
Okay. I'm not giving out my credit card number or anything. You don't need to. There's no obligation, and you don't need to purchase anything at this time. It is a completely free night stay. Our hope is that you enjoy your stay, and you're going to want to stay again, and the next time you're in the gas lamp, you will look to the Orion Hotel to be the hotel that you stay at. How did I win this? Somebody put your name into a drawing, and you could start asking your friends who... entered you into this because one of your friends entered you into the drawing and you won. And like I said, I never won anything. Well, and the cool thing is now you, you mentioned your credit card. The only thing is that when you arrive to the hotel, you'll have to pay for incidentals and tax, but that's the only thing that you'll pay on the room. When you show up to the hotel, they'll emboss your card. And the only thing that you'll pay for is mini bar and phone charges and the tax of the room. And that's it. You have up to 30 days to pick the night of your stay. And what we do is, as an extended gift to our guests, we give you a complimentary champagne and strawberries gift basket. And that's it. Congratulations. Nice. All I need to do is get from you the name of your guest. We've got your name. We'll put the name of your guest. And we'll emboss that on a card that will go inside the gift basket. What name would you like us to put, Drew? Elise. E-O-I-S-E. No, Drew.
This is Mikey from Rock 105, and you're on the radio right now. It's Mikey at Rock 105 and the Mikey Show. And we actually have Elise on the line right now. The reason that we were calling you, Drew, is we do something called Cheater's Hotel. And the idea behind it, Drew, is that we call, we say we're calling from a hotel. I'm not really calling from a hotel. Elise was concerned that you were going to give someone else's name. Elise was suspicious that perhaps you were cheating. Hey, sweetie. Oh, janked. That is janked. Drew, can you hear Elise? Elise, go ahead. Say something. Hey, Drew. Hey, honey. What's going on? Well, I'm excited. I was worried. I was worried that maybe you were seeing somebody else or, like, going to lunch with another woman. Why don't you tell them why, Elise? Well...
Drew, Vanessa told me that she saw you. She saw you out at this fancy restaurant with another woman for lunch. Of course. And I just... Elise, when did she say that this happened? When did she see them at lunch? Like, it was early last week. Drew, does that ring a bell? Yeah, I had a client at lunch. And did you hear him say, of course, Vanessa? Yeah, what's that about, Drew? Did you hear him say that? Drew, what is your thoughts on Vanessa? She's jealous, huh? Elise has known Vanessa for a long time, and she's great friends with her, but Vanessa's an idiot. Oh, wow. Uh-oh, name-calling. And there you have it. All she does is, like, get into other people's business. She's a drama mama. No, listen, Drew, she's just looking out for me. She just wanted to let me know. Drew, it was a client that you were with? She's really looking out for you.
making you think ridiculous things. She's not looking out for you. She's looking out for what interests her. I know that girl. Drew, this was a client lunch, and you were at lunch with a client of yours? Yeah, it's actually my boss's client, but he had two lunch meetings, so he passed. What do you do for a living? What do you do, Drew? What do you do? I'm in sales. You're in sales. This is so crazy. Unbelievable. Give me a break. Why didn't you tell me about it? I even asked it. She tried to find out, and you wouldn't say anything. It didn't even cross my mind. It's my job. You know me. I'm not going to go on talking about my job. Yeah, Elise, do you know that people who work in sales normally have client lunches all the time? But only with men. They're the only people in the workplace. No, well, I don't know how much he goes out to lunch. I mean, I know he goes out sometimes, but... Yeah, because if you would have mentioned to us that he works in sales, we all would have been like, well, duh. I was thinking he was like in construction or something. Right, yeah, definitely. Elise. Drew, are you okay with it because you blame Vanessa or are you upset that Elise did it? I guess both, but...
Seriously, Vanessa's going to be the end of us. See, that's crap. No, that's... Elise, take a stance. She's just trying to take care of me. Like, I don't understand why you don't like her. Gee, I wonder why. P1 Chelsea is on the line. Are you there, Chelsea? Yes, I am. Go ahead. I was just going to say to Drew that it sounds like Elise is kind of a beating. And she's kind of looking for a way out of the relationship. If she was so easy to jump to conclusions, and maybe you guys should reevaluate your situation. And she's so easily influenced by her friends at her age that maybe that's not the best thing to stay together. Elise, are you trying to get out of the relationship? Oh, my gosh. That girl totally doesn't know what she's talking about. I'm not trying to get out of this relationship. I love our relationship. I'm not trying to get out of it, but I want to know if I'm... You know, why he doesn't tell me about stuff. Like, I want to know about his work. Well, at least something I want to know, why didn't you ever directly ask him? I mean, you said you tried to get it out of him, but it doesn't sound like you ever point-blank asked him. Why did you not feel comfortable doing that? Well, I don't want to accuse. I don't want to sound like I'm accusing him of anything. But you can't. You are. You are. You are, though. P1 Brenda was holding.
I don't know. Drew, Elise, I guess you guys have some things to talk about. And Elise, I'm telling you, I think it's a bad idea to take the word of Vanessa without, you know, at least some more questions for Vanessa. You know what I mean? I guess. I mean, to think, to ask Vanessa, like, Vanessa, why didn't you say hello to him? You know him. Why wouldn't you say hi? Well, and I think the better thing is, is it sounds like Drew's pretty cool. I mean, I don't know him, but it sounds like he wouldn't have a problem with you asking him point blank next time. Hey, P1 Kyle is on the line. Kyle, are you there? Yeah, hey. Hey. I just wanted to say something to the girl that's talking about you's hotel thing right now. Uh-huh. I've had friends before that say they're looking out for me and all that fun stuff, but then they'll just flip on a dime, man. You can't.
really always trust what your friends are telling you. It's a horrible thing to say, but it takes, you know, you get screwed over a few times before you realize it. I appreciate the phone call. Rob, put that line two on hold. Get that line two on hold. Should I just, like, now what? Should I just, you know, talk to the doctor? Now what? There is no now what. Linda, are you there? P1 Linda? Hi, I'm here. Go ahead. You know, I'm an outside salesperson, lady, and I go to lunch all the time. And I don't tell my fiance every day, I'm going to lunch with so-and-so. I'm going to lunch with so-and-so. He trusts me. It's my job. And Drew, it sounds like you need a new girlfriend. She obviously doesn't trust you enough to go about your day and do your job. It's just crazy. She sounds really young. She's older than Drew.
She's a year older. That's what we thought was kind of interesting. That's crazy. Elise is 27. Drew's 26. Oh, my gosh. She's a grow up. Well, maybe this is a good learning experience for her. Maybe she learned a lot today. She's not well right now. And I feel bad everybody's bagging on her, but maybe she learned a lot today. Leave her alone. Leave her alone. Why don't you leave her alone? Leave her alone. Thank you. Hey, Drew. Sorry about the mix-up? Yeah. Don't let Vanessa ruin you guys, Drew. Drew, are you pissed? A little bit. I mean, come on. You have a right to be pissed. This is pretty ridiculous. Drew, thank you for coming on the air with us, and I hope you work it out. You're much cooler than I would be. Elise? Yeah? Elise, you got some work to do. I guess. Everybody's saying that I'm doing stuff wrong. No. Well, duh. Elise, just don't let Vanessa control you and Drew's relationship. Yeah, listen to Ashley. She's got a call-in show at nighttime. New Chargers wide receiver Chris Chambers got his uniform. He's going to wear number 89. Really? Yeah. Israeli army isn't messing around. Dude. Yeah. Like the paparazzi says this guy is crazy. First of all, don't try and talk to him. Don't ask him his name. He will not acknowledge your presence. He will not smile. His facial expression will not change. One of the photographers says, quote, this guy means business. He's deadly serious about his job. He approached me recently while I was waiting for Lindsay outside a dance studio and left me with no doubt.

As people know, Ashley and Boston Rob have had their share of hard times together. We have? There's been a lot of enmity between us. Yes, enmity. Enmity. What? Enmity? Enmity. No, no, enmity. What is the definition of enmity? Entity? Well, I know it means... Like, typically mutual hatred or ill will towards each other. But you're reading off of a screen. I don't understand. I am not reading. You aren't? Positive, active, and typically mutual hatred or ill will. Wow. Well, that was really... I think it's a word I know off the top of my head. Well done. Well done, Ashley. Enmity. Enmity. Well said. There's a lot of it between us. I'm going to have to save that one. Enmity. Well, because of this, they went into a recording studio together, and they put together this.

It's wonderful. Okay, thank you. Boy, that thing about...
Him not doing anything and me not firing him, that's... Well, it really rings. Really rings true. Maybe love. Yeah. Well, listen, I'm happy for you, too. That was awesome. Congrats. Thank you. On the phone with us right now, sideline reporter for NBC's Sunday Night Football and Football Night in America, it's Andrea Kramer. How are you, Andrea? Wow, it sounds like you guys are having a heck of a party. Can I come in, too? Yeah, exactly. It's not bad. We're having a good time. Well, listen, we got two people on the show that don't get along very well, but they made a little song, they sang together, and now everything's great. Isn't it amazing what happens when we can all come together? Are we going to sing Kumbaya as well? Exactly. Exactly. That's next for the parody songs. Andrea Kramer is on Sunday Night Football, and you got one of the coolest jobs in the world, Andrea. I remember that right before opening week, This season, when the Chargers played the Bears, I was out at camp and I was getting to see, you know, what was going on at camp and watching practices and stuff. And I remember, wait a minute, I think it was a New England game. Yeah, it was. It was a New England game. New England game, right. Right.
And you were here for the New England game, and it was really cool getting to see you during that practice, getting to talk to all the different people and interview all the different people. It must be a little bit of a dream job to be able to go from city to city every week and get to do this for a living. Yes, it's a great job. Remember, I've been doing it for a while, so it's not something I sort of get daunted about. I've been covering football for a really long time. But, you know, it's a great opportunity. You're working with the best people in the business and Al Michaels and John Madden, not even close. And that's a huge part of it, too. You know, it's funny because people ask me a lot about making the transition into NBC and to Sunday Night Football. And, you know, you don't mean to be trite, but, I mean, we are a team just as much as the NFL franchises. And even in our schedule, it's remarkably eerie. you know, so similar. And it's about the people that you work with and everybody coming together and putting out what I think is the best product out there. I mean, you know, we concentrate on the game. You know, we don't let the game get away from us. And, you know, we tell our stories, but it's always in the context of the game. So it's been great. Andrea Kramer on the line. Andrea, what's the best and worst part of the job? Well, let's see. We're in Denver this weekend. Rumor has it it could be 10-degree wind chill. Oh, really? 97 pounds.
Oh, wow. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It just answered your question. Yeah, exactly. So the weather, I mean, you know, I'll tell you a funny story. Last year, before our wild card game, Dallas at Seattle, we're sitting there, we're having production meetings on Saturday, and, you know, there's Bill Parcells, we're sitting in a meeting with him, and behind him are these gigantic bay windows. And there, it's no kidding, there's about 50 mile an hour winds, and the rain is literally coming down sideways. And I'm sitting there going, the first time all season, I said to myself, How the heck can somebody be expected, you know, to work at their peak efficiency in those kind of climactic conditions? Next morning I wake up, bright sunshine. It was unbelievable. We dodged a bullet, and that's how it was. But really working in the elements, I think, is the most difficult thing. That and the fact that, you know, it's really a crazy job. I mean, think about what this job is all about. You've got 65,000 people screaming at you. You've got somebody in your ear telling you, come on. You're trying to watch the game. You're keeping your eye on the sidelines, looking out for injuries, getting a pulse as to what's going on in terms of frustration or just the feeling that's happening. It's really a crazy job, but it's extremely invigorating. And let me tell you, those games go by, and it's unbelievable. Andrea, my sports guy, Eddie, got a question for you. Yeah, I consider, Andrea, you are the best sideline reporter in the business by far. I mean, bar none.
I have your address, Eddie, so don't worry. Thank you. I appreciate that. That's with an I-E. But do you look at some of these other sideline reporters they're putting out now, like on, I won't even say names, but there's certain sideline reporters I see, and you just know they're putting them out there just because they're pretty girls now. Well, you know what? I can really only speak about what's going on in the NFL, and in my opinion, You know, think how bizarre it is that there's only four of us in the entire country who do this, who report on the NFL for the networks. There's four of us. I think it's four of the strongest women that, forget about just women, four of the strongest reporters that you've ever had out there. You know, my dear friend Pam Oliver over at Fox, Susie Colbert and Michelle Tafoya at ESPN. Everybody's got their own style. But, you know, you're talking about seasoned professionals. People have been doing this for, you know, 15, 20 years. We're all in our 40s, and we're experienced, and we're not over the hill, and I think that everybody works really hard, and I think that we're all following in the steps of Leslie Visser and really doing her proud in terms of what's been out there for the NFL. As for colleges, there's such a glut of programming. There's so many games, different levels of access, different responsibilities. I can't really speak to that, but certainly for the NFL, I think it's a great group, and I'm really proud to be associated with the other women.
Skye, my news girl's got a question for you. Hi. Okay, so I have to be honest. I'm not a big football fan, so I don't really know who you are, but my hubby watches football, so I just Googled you right now to find an image of you to see if I recognized who you were. And, you know, obviously being a woman, and you probably get this question a lot, you know, what it's like to be a woman in such a male-dominated field. And I was wondering, is it, like, do you get more crap or disrespect from... fans or from co-workers because when I just googled your name right now I googled your name and NFL and one of the top links that came up is would you do Andrea Kramer you know and I assume if I google that's real professional I appreciate that no no I'm just saying you know this is like the attitude of some men out there and I think if I googled a male sportscaster I don't think that would be one of the links that came up and I was just wondering your feelings on that or is that something that you like just totally put aside and you're not even going to acknowledge and you're just going to do the best job you can. I've been working in this business 20 years. I'm sitting in my office. I've got a couple of Emmys here. I've got all kinds of awards. I mean, you know, my work speaks for itself. I mean, if the viewers are interested in that way, then good for them. But, you know, I don't think as Michelle, there's a really nice story on us in the New York Times magazine a couple of weeks ago.
And Michelle Tafoya, I think, had my favorite line in there. She said, I Googled myself once. It was terrifying. I'll never do it again. I mean, you know, you can say that about just anybody. You know, you're opening up a Pandora's box for me in terms of what's on the Internet. Oh, I didn't mean to do that or make you feel uncomfortable. I'm giving you my opinion. You asked me for it, so I'm going to give it to you. You know, I think that you can say and write anything. I think that we're all professionals. I'm very lucky that I have not encountered any kind of sexism either in the locker room or amongst my peers. I think that any time you're a woman in a male-dominated profession, there's going to be people questioning you. And, you know, as I tell young women that are coming up in the business, you have to wear Carter. You have to make sure that there's basically no margin for error. And, you know, you keep your blinders on. It's just that simple. Anybody can write anything they want, and they're certainly entitled to their opinions, and some people thrive on it. And what I found over my career is that the viewers are pretty savvy. They're smarter than you think, and they can figure out people who are there just to be a face, and they're people who are there because they're knowledgeable, because they have passion about whatever they're covering, whether it's football, baseball, or entertainment, whatever it is.
And that's always the feedback that I've gotten that, you know, hey, it's great to look at a pretty face for about 10 seconds. But then when you realize that there's nothing meaningful coming out of her mouth, you want to change the channel. Andrea. I think that, you know, I think that that's my attitude towards it. Good for you. That's awesome. We're talking to Andrea Kramer. She's a sideline reporter for NBC Sunday Night Football. Let's talk some straight up football. Is there a player that you look forward to speaking with because you know that that player is going to be a great interview every time? Are you talking about locally in San Diego? No, no, no. I mean anybody in the NFL. Not to have it hit home too much, but somebody that I enjoy tremendously is LaDainian Tomlinson. The guy is just such a professional, and he's such a great guy to talk to. And I know that early on in the season, obviously, he showed a tremendous amount of frustration. So what? He should have been frustrated. The guy's getting shut down. Right, right, exactly. It kind of always amazes me that, you know, the media picks an athlete apart when he's honest. Then they attack him when he's not being honest. I mean, what do they want him to do? Hey, gee, we just got run over by the Patriots. I'm thrilled. Exactly. You know what I mean? The guy should be upset. So I love talking to LaDainian. I think he's great. You know, I've watched him mature both in terms of...
you know, his football persona and his, you know, public persona since he's come into the league. But, you know, another guy who I just was with last Sunday night, you know, won the game for the New Orleans Saints is your former quarterback, Drew Brees. He's another guy that's great to talk to. Coming up, there's just a San Diego theme here. Former San Diego in John Lynch, who we have Sunday night in Denver, just spoke to him last night. Tremendous to talk to. So there's, you know what? The NFL gets a bad rap because you've got the Pac-Man Joneses and you've got the Michael Vicks who dominate the headlines, but there's so many good guys in the league, guys that you know of, a lot of guys that you've never heard their names, and hopefully they make names for themselves on the field and not for off-the-field transgressions. But I think that that gets overlooked quite a bit in the game today. For the most part, I would venture to say that the players are pretty darn good guys and people you like talking to and enjoy being with. Eddie, you got a question? Andrea, one other thing I want to ask you about is you've done so many interviews with Terrell Owens. What is your impression of Terrell Owens, sitting down with him one-on-one, and particularly stuff that we don't see? Right. Well, you know, my...
My philosophy has always been the same throughout my career. And that is, you know, I always joke that the bad boys have always liked me. You know, whether it's Randy Moss or Tara Lowens or back when he was coaching Buddy Ryan. And my thing is, you know, I don't go by reputations. I go by the way somebody treats me. If somebody's a jerk to me, then, you know, that's going to obviously color my perception. If somebody's a professional. But what I don't do is I don't go in with preconceived notions. And it's interesting because, you know, I think I'm the only reporter that ever. You know, we hear so much about Terrell Owens and his grandmother has Alzheimer's and this and that. I think I'm the only reporter who's ever gone with him. You know, went to his house in Atlanta. We went down to visit his grandmother in Alabama, spent some time with him, you know, did a very sort of heartfelt story. The interesting thing is that two weeks later, I then went back to San Francisco and did a story on how he and Steve Mariucci were basically at each other's throats. I think that, you know, that's something that I've been able to do, which is, you know, at the right time and in the right place. bring something out about the athlete that you don't know, but then when it's necessary, you know, to put him on the spot and, you know, get him to talk about some of the more controversial aspects of his personality. You know, I think that Terrell Owens changed quite a bit when he left San Francisco. You know, the whole T.O. persona and things like that are going to happen. But, you know, I just mentioned a few minutes ago a Michael Vick and a Pac-Man Jones. Terrell Owens has never been, never had any off-the-field transgressions.
Yeah, that's true. I mean, as much as everybody says, it's true. He hasn't failed any drug tests. The guy is, you know, is he his own personality? Yeah. And can he be a pain in the butt to a quarterback? You know, just ask Jeff Garcia or ask Donovan McNabb. But, you know, what are we asking our guys to do? Are we asking them to be angels? Are we asking them to be good guys? Or are we asking them to be performers? Andrea, we're running out of time with you, but I would be nuts if I didn't ask you. When you do the reports for HBO's Real Sports, what is Bryant Gumbel jotting down on that pad of paper? Jotting down notes because he's trying to make sure that he asks you all the right questions. You know, I'll just say very quickly, we have no idea what he's going to ask us. Really? No idea. I mean, you know, he's come from a live TV background from the Today Show. You have no idea what he's going to ask you. And so, you know, he likes it that way. He likes that live field of things. But, yes, he's really writing stuff down. I've admitted it. Andrea, have you considered writing a book about your experiences with these interviews? Yeah, I've gotten so many offers to write a book. I wanted actually to write a book when I was pregnant, you know, because going through a season, you know, football season pregnant, was just one of the absolutely most unbelievable experiences of my life. But, you know, who knows? It may still come out. You never know. Thank you so much. Andrea Kramer, Sunday Night Football this week, Pittsburgh at Denver. I appreciate you taking the time to come on and talk to us.

During the break, we were all like, you know, freaking out with the Andrea Kramer interview. What the hell was that? Well, Sky was like, you know, whoa. And I said, well. I said, this isn't your fault, Sky. You know, you didn't know that Andrea Kramer, she's like about as big as it gets in the business. Again, I have no clue. I don't watch football. I don't know. And so I think that there were, and Eddie said, well, there may have been multiple levels that she was offended. Yeah, I was just trying to talk to her like a normal human being. I didn't know that I had to talk, like I had to tiptoe. And...
See, I'm a little torn because there was I felt like before you even asked her a question that she was already sort of offended. Like when I asked her, what was it? You know, this must be a dream job getting to go to all these different cities and do this thing. And she almost seemed offended then when she goes, well, let's keep in mind, I've been doing this for 20 years. Wasn't the response I was expecting. I thought she was going to go, oh, yeah, please. Who wouldn't love doing this? So I already kind of got that there was a little bit of a defensive. tip going on there. She's not well right now. But at the same time, I kind of get how when you say I don't know who you are and when I googled your name, it comes up would you do Andrea Kramer? I'm sure, you know, for her It might be a little insulting. Well, it's a fact. I know, I know, but it's not necessarily a fact that you had to point out. You don't get how that may be considered rude? You don't get that? Like, not to a normal human being, maybe somebody with an ego. A normal human being is booked on our show as a guest, and you say, oh, I don't know who you are. You don't.
Like if you were on somebody's show and you thought, oh, I'm a celebrity who's booked on a show and they go, you know what? I don't know who you are. You wouldn't go, oh, well, that kind of sucks. If I'm on Desperate Housewives and I'm being interviewed by a group of women who are all in and then one of the dudes goes, to be honest, I don't really know who you are, but my wife watches your show. I would get that. I get that I'm on a show for women. I kind of agree with you. You know, I get that. I kind of agree with you. The only thing is... And I said this. Now, wait a minute. This is hilarious. I kind of see your point. Don't face me, bro. I do kind of see your point. Now, internally, I think when you say, I don't know who you are, internally... It may be a little bit of an ego blow, but she may be like, eh, whatever. I'm over it. The next question is, so I Googled your name, and it comes up, would you do Andrea Kramer? She's like, okay. I get it. Come on. So I'm on whowouldyoudo.com. Is this Howard Stern? No. In other words. I mean, it's a fact. And the fact is, when I Googled John Madden, that's not what comes up, and that was my question to her. I get your question. I understand it. Well, why is she so?
pissed oh i wanted to yell at her i wanted to yell at her wait a second wait a second yeah i mean i guess basically what you're saying is hey andrea this first google thing that comes up is really interesting it's would you do this chick i've never even heard of before i mean really i mean her about the inconsistency in her business and what she deals with. I thought that was a legitimate question. Should have just added like a personally, I wouldn't do you, but I voted no and 94% of other people did too. Shut up. That's who I am and you're nothing. Now Sky, now Sky, now Sky. I'm used to not censoring myself to our guests. I love it. I didn't know that I used to tiptoe around certain guests. We shouldn't give her any junk about this. Hey, listen, Skye, what did I say to you in regards to it? Yeah, you were like, dude, you didn't say anything wrong. I fully support you. And then we had a discussion. But it just sucks because, like, I feel bad.
I don't feel bad that I upset her. Like, I couldn't give two rips. I think she has a stick upper, you know? Yeah. But I feel bad because Eddie works hard to get these connections and to, you know, get these guests and to form these relationships. And I don't want to, you know, I don't want to tarnish that. Plus, Eddie told me his personal feelings that he didn't really appreciate what I had to say. He thought what I had to say was rude. And that makes me feel, you know, I feel bad about him. It takes brass balls. So I could give two rips that Andrea What's-Her-Name is upset. But, you know, it sucks that, you know, it was a bummer for Eddie. Well, listen, it's part of what makes you very unique. I'll say. Definitely unique. Whatever. Because the good news is you're fired. I wish she was just like Ted Mugen and I could have just yelled at her. Well, you know, I think that she's like... Guys want to talk some Chargers? No, no, no. Let's continue to talk about would people do me. No, no, no, no. Let's talk about that. You are going out. I was backing up my question. No, no, no.
That is a fact. Andrea Kramer's like, no, no, no, no. We'll get to Pittsburgh-Denver eventually. But, okay, so your question about would you do me. I'm sorry, I thought she was a real human. Who am I up against? Who would you rather? Let's break it down. Me or who? Yeah, me or Michelle Tafoya? I'm voting me. Okay. I get you. But you put me up against Susie Kobler, I'm going to lose every time. And I get it. I'm a girl in a guy's business. Let's talk about that. I'm a girl in a guy's business and how rough it is. As I polish my Emmy. Right. That's right. Yeah, she had to drop her. At that point, she's explaining to somebody that's never heard of her. You know, I actually am a journalist. know that. And she's never fielded that question before either. Dude, if someone would ask me that, I would not be shocked for a second to hear that question. You don't have Emmys. Hey, you're a woman working in a male-dominated field. You don't have an Emmy. How do you feel? You're not in an office polishing your Emmys. Well, I have a Honey Baked Ham Award. That is true. You do. You do have that. I should have dropped that line.
Stephanie, are you there? Yeah, I'm here. Go ahead. I thought Sky was completely like, her question was cool, you know what I mean? And then she definitely had to stick up her bum. Like, I don't know, I'm sitting in a big office looking at Emmys. She didn't say big. But she did say two Emmys. Yeah, there was a couple. Yeah, one just one. Get it straight. Andrea, I've never heard of her before, too. Like, I'm glad Sky like... comes where I'm coming up. Thank you for saying that. You should interview her too then. The sad thing is now everyone knows her from whowouldyoudo.com. No! You guys are so hard. Loser of the day or something. She's worked so hard to shed that image. 20 years and 20 years later. You should have said, hey, so just curiosity, who did you have to sleep with to get to where you are? 20 years shattered in one fair swoop. I'm sorry I'm a normal person. One five-minute interview ruins 20 years in the business.
Just for reference sake, just for reference sake, I want to make sure I have this straight. Normal people ask what it's like to be Googled and find who would you rather bang.com. I'm representing the normal people. The normal people want to know, what do you think about this? Yeah, it happens a lot. Hey, Andrea. She's not well right now. Hey, Andrea, that is how you do that, okay? You Google it. I felt bad for her because that was the first thing that popped up. She didn't even know until you told her. Why don't you try that this weekend with Ben Roethlisberger, Andrea? Yeah, exactly. You know what happened when I Googled you? Hey, yeah, hey, Ben. Big Ben. Hey, Ben, guess what? I Googled you. First thing I found was how ugly you are. I'm just curious. How do you deal with that? It's not the same. You were on fugly.com. I did not tell her what the website said. If I would have told her what they said, that would have been rude. I'm just talking to you like a normal person, bro.
What does it feel like to be on Fox League? If I would have told her what that website said about her, that would have been rude. Oh. Thank goodness. You're brutal. Brutal. It would have been, and that's why I didn't. It's a good thing you were being polite. Thank you, Sean. Skye, how about this one? Hey, you're a woman. You're very successful. You know, how did you do this? You know, how did you get to where you are? That wasn't my question. You're an inspiration to us as women. I don't even know who she is. How could she be an inspiration? Not my question. That wasn't my question. My question was. It was her being scrutinized by the fans when her male counterparts don't go through that. And I believe that website backed up my fact. Well, there you go. Thank you. It is what it is. Totally appropriate. Send me my Emmy. One and done with NBC Sports. Thank you very much. No, don't say that. That's not true. All over with. Now, I am trying to figure out if we have a Michelle Tafoya on at some point. I'm not saying anything. Oh, no. Come on. Now, wait a minute. It's your bag. You might as well. I'm done. It's your thing now. It's your fetish. Michelle, I just Googled your name, and you came up on BigTeesInSports.com. And that would suck as well.
And so I'm just curious. Oh, by the way, though, I have no idea who you are. Yeah, see, that shouldn't be the first thing that comes up. Like ESPN should come up, sports articles should come up. Maybe that shouldn't be the first thing that comes out of your mouth. It wasn't. The first thing was... I don't know who you are. That's what he was talking about. That's what I meant. Sky is moving back the women's movement one question at a time. Shut up. I am not. I'm trying to further it. Oh, my God. By bringing her back down. No, it's by exposing the inconsistency. Let me take you down a couple pegs before I get into this. You're not that cool, okay? First of all, I don't know who you are. That's not how I said it. Second of all, if you were a real journalist, cool stuff would come up. But let me tell you what came up. when I googled your name. No, sports stuff should come up. So tell me, how do you deal with that crap that you don't know about? Think about that for the rest of the day, Kramer. Think of all the people that would rather do anybody but your AK. What is the percentage chance that she repeats that question?
Like later today, she's having dinner with someone. Oh, yeah. She's on her speakerphone with her assistant right now retelling the story. Let me tell you about Kios FM. Never want to go on there ever again. The subject of the email is Andrea Kramer. And I'm going to tell you right off the bat, the email is from attorney Vanessa. Oh, here we go. I was so excited to hear the interview until she turned into a major B. Thank you. Skye's question was very valid, and if Andrea beating Kramer had stopped her yapping for long enough to listen to Skye's entire question, maybe she would have been able to answer it in a more educated manner and not jump down Skye's throat with her sarcastic, way to be professional. Right. Lame. I don't like Andrea Kramer anymore. Please tell Skye she did a good job. Thank you, Vanessa. What firm does she work for? Don't get it in Clueless? No, she gets it. Wow. Well, so definitely very, very different opinions on the Andrea Kramer interview. Hey, Mikey. The Mikey Show is on. I just want to say I love this show. I listen to you guys every single day.

The first step in the process is to cool it down to about 35 degrees. Then the filtering begins. The first time it goes through the filter, many of the impurities are removed, any elements that may leave a bitter or harsh taste. Then it gets filtered again, and it starts to get smoother. Its fresh flavor begins to develop. The third time we filter it, almost all of the impurities have been removed, creating a beer of remarkable clarity and pure golden color. We then cold filter it for the fourth and final time. And, oh yeah, smoother than a Tahitian pearl, baby. Miller Genuine Draft, y'all. Experience beer cold filtered four times for smooth flavor. Rock 105.3 Traffic. Brought to you by Sleep Train Mattress Centers. Well, traffic is starting to improve on our freeways here this morning, especially out of the South Bay and it's 805 northbound. That's looking pretty good up to National City. Still quite heavy, though, from Mesa College. That's pretty tough. Heading up off, there's an accident. You're climbing up next to Boulevard, adding to that slow ride. Once you get past Governor Drive and the Golden Triangle, you're pretty much back up to speed. Westbound side of the 94, that's a big improvement here. Just a minor delay now from 32nd Street left over into downtown. Coming out of the East County on the westbound 8, still a bit tight in the Cajon Valley around Greenfield Drive. Slows again from Spring Street out towards Lake Murray. One more time from the 15 to the 805 freeway. South 15, coming out of Escondido, that's still tough once you get into Rancho Bernardo. From there, it's pretty heavy all the way down to Mercy Road and Poway. The coastal ride southbound 5 stays tough as well from Poinsettia Lane in Carlsbad. down to the racetrack in Del Mar. I'm Rick Lawrence on Rock 105.3. Now back to the Mikey Show. Thick. Featuring Mikey. I refuse to give up fattening food, yet I am committed to joining the gym. Eddie. I mean, I'm into comics and I'm into, you know, like I like it. Sky. I like to support the minority. Sean. Yeah, dude. No, Sean. Bust her up. You know, I got moves. I got the ice skater. And Ashley. I'm brilliant. My love is pure. Ooh, the Mikey Show's on. What?
Ow. Rock 105.3. Who's T-Pain the best? Are you out of your mind? I know Akon. He's doing songs with my wife. He's doing songs with everybody. T-Pain is too, dude. If T-Pain is on the hook of any song, it's like the fattest song ever. Word to that. I was just blogging. And his verse is always like the kick. He's respectful to the media. He's respectful to the public. And he's a good kid. T.P. is the dog. T.P. Well, guys. No. No. My mouth is doing that.
Throw up, salivate. Come on. What do you want me to say? Mine doesn't matter, bro. It's 839. TMZ is saying that Britney Spears has had her visitation rights with her kids suspended until she complies with all court orders. This will help you, Rob. ALCS returns tonight. Beckett versus CeCe Sabathia. Oh, my God. Now I'm really going to throw up. Go. You got this. You got this, Robby. Sean, don't play that. Sean. Sean. No. Sean. Sean. Sean, I don't like that. For real. This is a bad time. This is a bad time. Sean, don't play that sound effect. Tell him it's as bad a bad move. My mouth is just filling with water. He doesn't care because he's not in this room. Can Sean see me on this camera? Let's make sure he can see me. Oh, man. Sean, I don't like that. I'm not joking. Dad just got mad at you.
I have told him off the air. I've told him on the air. I said, you know, don't play that sound effect, please. And he's told me before I did, I erased it for real. And then I hear it and I'm like, oh. God. This is our first ever Bizarre Foods with Boston Rob. I don't even know if I want to do this. Like, it sounded like such a good idea when we came up with it. Bizarre Food with Boston Rob. This is where we have our very own Boston Rob. Come on. Eat foods from around the world that are unusual. Shake and bake, Robbie. It could be delicious. Shake and bake. I've never been to the Philippines. I'm willing to give it a shot. I was serious when I said I wanted to travel the world and kind of try stuff like this, not balut, but I'm willing. If you were in the Philippines and ate this, it would be disrespectful. My mouth is watering so much right now. It's like coming out of my mouth right now. Shake and bake. I said to Rob off the air. I can't.
I said to Rob off the air, I go, don't throw up. Please. Please. And he goes, how do you want me to not throw up? I have a question. What? I hope I don't. Don't make it be Andrea Kramer type of question. I hope I don't offend anyone at whatever network. I don't know who you are, Rob. So do we. But I've never seen Bizarre Foods. Yeah, and you Googled it and it came up. Would you rather have sex with this show or this show? Andrew Zimmerman or Angie Bourdain? So does he just have to take a bite of it or does he actually have to eat the whole meal? He's got to take a big bite. So a decent taste. I'm going to see what I can get in my mouth. Don't give me that. That's what she said. Don't take a little nibble and be like, that's all I can do. I'm going to give it my all. Big bite. And by all, I mean enough of it. That's what they say. I'm going to tell you what. Listen, this is Rob's first bizarre food.
Today, we take a trip to Asia. I don't want to go. No. Yes, that's right. Today, Boston Rob will be eating Balut. Balut is a fertilized duck egg with a nearly developed embryo inside that is boiled alive and eaten in the shell. They are considered delicacies of Asia and especially the Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Get that up. Yeah, please. Now, this bit scares me to death because I'm like, now, does this appeal to any human being besides the average man? Because to me, I'm all in. But we know. That our ratings, we got men and women of all ages. You know what I mean? And as every woman turning the radio off, are people interested? Will you listen to this, Smashley? Smashley, would you listen? I'm intrigued. I want to see... Thank you. Thank goodness. Popularly believed to be an aphrodisiac and considered a high-protein hearty snack. Balut are mostly sold by... Did you say high-protein? Yes, I did. I'm using anything I can get right now to work me through this.
Bro, low carb. All right. All right. Popularly believed to be an aphrodisiac and considered a high-protein hearty snack, but loot are mostly sold by street vendors at night in the regions where they are available. Well, that doesn't sound safe. You know how they check to know when they're ready? Eddie, come on, dude. It's cool. It's cool. They have a light, and you shine the light, and if it shines through, it's translucent. It's not ready. If it's dark, the embryo's ready. To eat. Oh, my God. Balut is often served on the street with beer. Oh, my God. I just got the wicked willies, dude. Balut is often served on the street with beer. Can I get some beer? The Filipino... In case of Sammies. The Filipino word balut roughly translates to mean wrapped. Or disgusting. Ready? No. No way. I can't. What?
Oh, it's so cold. They can't even heat it up. You don't heat up a hard-boiled egg. She's a baby. I don't eat hard-boiled eggs. I don't know. I'll crack it a little. How? Eddie, is that the way it's done? Like, do you crack it? Yeah, you crack it. Crack it and peel it like a hard-boiled egg. Does he add some salt and pepper to, like, season it with? Salt peppers here. They don't do it like that. Says who, Sean? Asia. Oh, God. This is so messed up. This is erroneous. I can't believe you guys are making me do this. Erroneous. All right, let me give you... You want some salt and pepper? Yeah. Crank that. Get up on this. Oh, my God. What? Oh, my God. I can't look at that. I can't look at that. Get a picture. Oh, dude. I can't see it. I can't see. Oh, my God, dude. What the hell? His hands are shaking. His hands are shaking. He's shaking. I can't do this, dude. He's shaking. What the hell? What is that? We're videotaping and Robin. I can't tell you. Why is it all red and jelly like the S is that? It's red and looks like jelly. Why? I think this one went bad. It didn't. I think this one is bad. Wow. I think this is bad. Should I smell it first? No. No. No. No. You probably shouldn't. I'm not kidding you. Do not smell it. Take it like a shot. Plug your nose and just toss it. No. Is it?
That's not supposed to be. Wait, wait, wait. Stop. I'm completely serious. Is there a trash can over by hand? Yeah, right in between. Jay, what's going on? I'm telling you, I don't think this has been cooked. Should I open the other one and look at the other one? No, no. What we need to do is, if we want to do this, they got raw ones, apparently. They didn't give us the cooked ones. There was a communication barrier when we were talking to them. No way. To the people in the Philippines. That doesn't look right. It's supposed to be like a hard-boiled egg. It should look like a hard-boiled egg. So there's some that are raw and some that aren't? They gave us a raw one. That's probably blood. No, that is blood. Let's do this. Do I just take a bite? No, no, no. Let's take a break. Let's take a break. Just boil it. Can I get some cheese on it if we're going to cook it? Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Before we go to break, I want to talk to people. 5701053, who has ever bought Balut? Now, you guys bought it at like an Asian grocery store, right? Okay, so I want to know people that have ever bought it and know what you do. Do you buy it, you take it home, and you boil it? Is that the deal? Mikey Show, hello.
P1 Triangle Choke. What's up? Hey, dude. Hey, tell Rob not to eat that crazy red one. That thing ain't cooked. Yeah, I don't know. Wait a second. Today's my last day on Earth. Wait, wait. P1 Triangle Choke. Oh, my God. P1 Triangle Choke. Let me ask you a question. What's up? Have you ever had Balut? Yeah, like 15 years ago. It's been a while. Okay. Now, when you had it, was it like hard, like a hard-boiled egg? Yeah, it was, like, firm. It wasn't jelly-like. It was cooked. Okay, then this is wrong. Then this thing is not right. We got to get it right before he eats it. Mikey Show, hello. Yeah, they don't cook it. You're supposed to bury it in the ground, and then they let it marinate for a little bit. No, they don't. Come on. Get out of here, you. Please. Mikey Show, hello. Marinate. Yeah, they can totally eat that raw. Like, traditionally, you crack a hole, and you slurp it out like a little. No. No. Come on. We're not making them do this. No way. That's not true. No way. Mikey Show. Hello. Hell no. I've never bought it before, but I want to tell you guys how to eat it. Okay. Okay. Down the throat? Like, what are you going to... She's going to tell us how to prepare it. Go ahead. Go ahead. Sorry. You take your spoon and you tap the top of it to crack, you know, the shell. Uh-huh. And you just peel the top half and eat it like pudding. Just take your spoon and just scoop it in and eat it.
No, come on. That can't be the way to do it. Now, the ones you guys described is not right. You don't eat it. It's not supposed to be jelly in red. It's supposed to be firm. Yeah, when I've seen it on, like, Anthony Bourdain or Andrew Zimmerman, like, it's never looked like that. And I've seen, like, stuff on National Geographic about this. Right, right. It's never looked like, like, that looks like a, like, soft, melted jelly bean. Right. With veins. It's like red jello. Jay, Jay from Promotions is here. Jay, what can we do? We'll go boil it real quick. We'll get it all set up. How do we know when it's done? Thanks, Jay. I don't know. It's like an egg. When do you know when normal eggs are done? Jay. I got it. We got this. We'll be right back. We'll go get it handled. Okay. Look at Rob. He looks so messed up right now. Oh, my God. I'm going to throw up. He looks so messed up right now. I don't blame him either. Mikey Show. Hello. It's like someone's hanging brain. Hello? Mikey Show. Yes. This is P1 Balot Eater. Balut. Balut. Balut. Must be an expert. Go ahead. I am. Yes, you're on the air. Thank you. You know what, Rob? Don't eat that, please. You can get a stomachache for a year. One year? That's it. Mikey Show, hello. Hello? Yes, you're on the air. Hi, this is P1 Asian boy. Uh-huh. The way you have to eat that stuff is you've got to boil it correctly. It should have a little bit of yellow. It's like a normal egg. Uh-huh. It'll have a little bit of white on it, too. Okay. But you'll see a duck in it.
The lady who said you had a scoop of Alex's pudding, you totally have to do that. But you have to do it with a little bit of black pepper and a little bit of lime. A whole lot of beer. But it does need to be hard. Now, let me ask you, P1 Asian boy. When you buy them at the Asian market, you are supposed to take them home and cook them yourself? Is that the deal? Yeah, you got to boil them. Okay, we didn't know that. We thought they came already boiled. We didn't buy them from a street vendor. Yeah, the street vendor's cooking for it. Oh, my God. Get me out of here. That's what I was saying. We heat that thing up. Just throw it in the microwave for a couple minutes. I'll be fine. Oh, you are awful. You stick. I think he's over his fear. I just want to do it. Like, let's get this done. I don't want to wait anymore. They're cooking it right now. We'll come back and do this. I just wanted to thank Mikey this morning for staying on the air. You know, it's my one day off during the weekend. You guys totally rock. Dude, I appreciate that, man. The Mikey Show continues on Rock 105.3. Don't try to talk him out of it, people. It's local. Because when Cal gets something in his head, it comes right out of his mouth. Trade me that old car.

Now, back to the Mikey Morning Show featuring Mikey. My handicap is I eat too much, but... Eddie. I'm a real spiritual person, you know. Sky. We all know I'm not the slowest driver. Sean. Someone shut the woman up. Boston Rob. You know, my paycheck will go to putting gas in my car and smoking cigarettes. And Ashley. I am not dumb. The Mikey Show's on. Talking and jaw drop. Rock 105.3. Welcome back.
It is 8.58. The woman who runs the dog adoption agency that Ellen got her dog from says she is now getting death threats after the fallout. After a year-long suspension, the NFL reinstates Packers wide receiver Corrin Robinson. Go sit down and tell me. I don't know. Freaky out. Well... I looked up Balut on Wikipedia. Why? Why are you doing that? Why, Rob? You've got to psych yourself out. Why would you? No, I just wanted to see if it looked like that. You wanted to make it worse for yourself. Just the double, triple jacket. No. It looks like... They're cooking it. Okay. Dude, he just handed me what he printed out. It's awful. Rob, why would you do that? I know all about this stuff anyways. So why would you look at it? Because I just had, I don't know. I don't know why I looked at it. It's like putting your toe into the cold pool. I do that. You do that. Yeah, I do. Oh, well, I guess that's just your style. I'm telling you, man. It's only going to make it worse for you. Oh, well. What am I going to do? This is crazy.
Mikey, I googled Skye to see an image of her and a website came up. Would you do Skye? But due to lack of interest, the site was shut down. Do you have a photo signed Andrea Kramer? She's trying to get back to you. Obviously, she's trying to get back to you. You're not going to throw that away, are you? I better throw that one away. Give it to Skye. If you actually, the subject is Andrea Kramer. If you actually look more closely at what comes up when you Google her, it's not even a real website. It's just some guy's blog. And that's actually the second thing that comes up. The first is her entry in Wikipedia. Not when I did it. Not in her travels. I Googled her name with NFL afterwards. So maybe that was the difference. What if you just Google Andrea Kramer? I thought I did, and I didn't see anything come up, and that's why I added NFL. So she doesn't exist on the internet unless she put in NFL? Let me try it again. How could nothing come up? It just was blank. Yeah, the first thing is McDermott, biographies, Andrea S. Kramer, partner in the law firm, blah-de-blah-de-blah. And then, you want to come up? Dear Mikey, Sky's questions just upped my uncomfortable level by 10 points. Oh, that's why.
It was spelled wrong on my sheet, so I typed it in wrong. Whoops, sorry, Andrea Kramer. Oh, no. Well, yeah, on my sheet, it's spelled K-R-A-M-E-R, but I guess it's actually K-R-E-M-E-R. But how do I know? I don't know who she is. So the bottom line is... So it doesn't come up that way. Yeah, it turns out you're not as lame as I thought you were. Wow, you're a very respected journalist. Who knew? How insulting of me. Oh, no. At first, I thought you were just a loser people were voting on. Hey, Mikey, my wife is Filipino. She's been trying to get me to try balut for as long as I've known her. You buy the balut raw, and you're supposed to boil it to the consistency of a hard-boiled egg, and traditionally, they eat it with vinegar or salt. There you go, Rob. It's going to be delicious. Here comes Jay. No! It can't be ready. It can't be ready. Here comes Jay. It can't be ready. No way. It's ready? Oh, my gosh. Oh, God. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Oh, dude. Why did you break it up like that? Wait, wait, wait, wait. Why is it broken up? Why did he do that? Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. That smell is bad. So he put it in the microwave to cook it. I knew it. That's how I cook everything. And the first one exploded like you wouldn't believe. And we learned a lesson and we put the math together. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God.
Hang on, hang on. I see neck. Everybody be quiet. I see neck. First of all. Oh, my God. First of all, Missy, I am very sorry. And I'm not kidding. Because this is brought into the studio and it doesn't smell good. What is it smelling? Oh, no. I'm sorry, dude. Come over here and take a whiff of this. Let's just get it over with. You smell your own breath every day. What do you smell? Is it smelling like rotten egg or what does it smell like? It's not. It's like rotten fetus. How do you know a rotten fetus smells like? I just imagine. All right. Come in here. Come in here and smell this. Rob, let's do this. Rob is about to eat some balut. Let's get some salt. Can I get some salt? Can I please get some salt? I know that sounds ridiculous. Yeah, I'm sure it'll really help. That's how they do it. Traditional Asian cuisine. I'm giving him salt. I'm giving him salt. Can I go in Ashley's studio? No. Yeah, come on, Skye. I want to go over there. Okay, what part do you want me to take a bite of? I want to paint a picture. Eddie is completely turned around not looking at him. Skye has her sweater up over her nose and is looking at Eddie.
Nobody's even looking at him. I can't. Is this the first and last time we're doing this bit or what? I love it. I can't look, but I love it. Since you're the only one that can look and you're not even looking at this, tell me what part you want me to take a bite of. Listen to me. I want you to take your fingers. I'm okay. I can watch. Salt it up. Don't make it all salt. I'm not. It'll just taste like salt. P1 Allen. P1 Allen, are you there? Yeah. Okay, what did you want to say? I want to say that when you crack the shell, there's going to be a little juice sitting at the top. Too late. Too late, too late, too late, too late, Alan. This thing has been hard-boiled in a microwave, and it's on the plate right now. Oh, my God. The only bad part is when you feel the little bones crunch between your teeth and you get a little feather stuck in there. Okay, thank you. That was uncalled for. Thank you. So it's like chicken noodle soup, bone in. There you go. I'm having a hard time. You can do it. Wait, you're not even doing it. You can do it, Rob. I'm having a hard time. Oh, wow. That is really boring. There's feathers. Stop it.
Stop it. Sky, there is feathers. No. That is really warm. Mike. Do it. Just do it. Put it in your mouth. I'll watch on the camera. Oh, my God. Mikeyshow.com. I'm doing this for the socks. I'm doing this for the socks. Send a blast. Oh, my God. You can do this, dude. You can do it. I think that's an eyeball right there. Get video of all of this. He's chewing. He's chewing. He's chewing. He's chewing. Rob, you got to get it down. You got to get it down, Rob. You got to get it down. You got to get it down. I can't even listen to this one. Okay. How does it taste? This is so great. How is it? Hey. Do you need some pancakes with that? Hey. I love how none of us are looking. I'm watching him in the camera. I can't look at him lying. Come on, Henry. You want a leg? His head is in the trash can right now. So it's pretty good, right? Hey, yeah, there you go, Henry. How's it taste? You want a wing? Stop it. What is it? Too salty? It's crackling chopped liver. It's crackling chopped liver.
Rob just got sick in the trash can. Rob, I told you not to get sick. I'm trying not to. Take another bite. Would you like another? Want another bite? Why not? Here he goes. He's doing it again. He's doing it again. He's doing it again. Oh, my God. Hold on. Let me. Hold on. My mouth keeps filling up. With water? Yeah. I don't think it's water. I'm trying to. Oh, my God. Horrid. Horrid. Oh, my God. I don't know what I just bit into, dude. Welcome. Welcome. The best part, it was the beak. Something crunched. Something crunched. Exactly. It's mostly crunched. No, no. That can't go down. It's a duck. That doesn't go down. My body's rejecting stuff now. So messed up. Balut is considered a delicacy of Asia and especially the Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam. It's popularly believed to be an aphrodisiac and considered a high-protein heart attack. You feeling horny? Are you horny? You don't know that you say that a little. I'll tell you what. Mikey's show will be right back. I'll have to say if we can. On Route 53. Hey, San Diego, get ready.

Yeah, I just want to ask B-Rob if he really liked it. B-Rob, this guy would like to ask you a question he would like to know. B-Rob? Stop, because it's creeping me out. Did you really like it? Yeah. It really sounded very, very exciting for me. I kind of turned on. No, it's an Indian guy for some reason, which is weird. I mean, why would an Indian guy be calling...
To talk about balut. I'm not Indian. I'm a bakla. Filipino bakla. I believe him. Then I apologize. Mikey Show. Hello. Mikey. Hey. Dude. What's up? You should have did this yesterday, man. Where did that come from? Mikey Show. Hello. Mikey Show, hello. Yeah, I wanted to do... But you know that, what is it, the live baby octopus thing's legit. It is legit. Where do you get it? You can get it from any Asian market. My girlfriend's dad is Korean. He ate it in front of me one time, and I almost made my, you know, it ruined my whole day. You ruined my life. It's garbage. Oh, Missy just wrote us an email. She says, feel free, and it's all in caps, feel free to stay on the air until the smell of that disgusting cuisine has wafted out of the studio.
See you around noon. Love and kisses. Missy. Missy. It's not that bad now. It's not that bad now, miss. Smells faintly of Budweiser, but that'll never get out of this place. The gentleman, not the beer. People are suggesting ones that we do in the future. They said Rocky Mountain oysters. That's a no-brainer. That'll be done for sure. Raw. Dear Mikey, I can't even tell you how nasty that was. And the sad thing is, I couldn't get enough of it. What made it worse was I was sitting at my desk trying to eat a breakfast burrito. Which, by the way, had egg in it. And then I threw it away thanks to B-Rob. That is just brutal. Say that on the air. Say that.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. When I was walking in, I saw our program director, Shauna, and she said that it was so disgusting that she herself had to change the station. No! Thank you. I love you, Michael. I love you, too. What are you even talking about? The Mikey Show. Rock 105.3. I'm a nerd. Eddie. I speak fluent all in a... Mmm. Sky. It's just ham. People eat it all the time. Yeah. Sean. I don't want to lose to these bulls. Boston Rob. The best. I am a big Mikey Mock fan. Mikey Mock. Yeah. Mikey Mock.
And Ashley. For the record, when I talk, people do think I'm really smart. All right. The Mikey Show's on. Nerd alert. Rock 105.3. Do you like it? Is that what you're saying? No, ridiculous. Do you like it? Yes. Take that shirt off, though. Welcome back. It's 930. Two escorts from Hawaii were in court yesterday testifying that they were hired for sex with Randy Dukes-Hunningham. Kobe Bryant returns to practice with the Lakers and still dodging rumors that he cleared out his locker room. All right, so I want to tell people about the P1 Text Army. You can get on the P1 Text Army by texting the word Mikey to 35253. 35253.
Now, we have been having an issue with Cricket customers. Right. But we're going to work that out. In fact, I think Pedro is going to talk to us about it. Really? Well, that's good because we really need an explanation from that guy. For sure. Because I know there was some concerned Cricket users that want to be part of the army, the text army as well. So I believe we have. Pedro on the phone with us any second now, which will be wonderful. I do not see him on the line yet. We're struggling to get him on. He's very busy. Obviously, they're working all the way straight through the night to make sure that this can be hooked up so Cricket users, Cricket subscribers... Can get the P1 text army. Exactly. Yeah. Which is very important. Yeah, it's very important to cricket. And I'll just keep talking until we get that page roll on. Yeah, any second. I know I'm talking like it seems like I'm trying to fill, but I'm not. No, you're not. I'm telling you it's important. No, not at all. You're just passionate about this. Listen, there's a lot that needs to be said about this text army. Duh. And the cricket customers. Yes. Who are very concerned.
Well, because they're important to us. It's important to cricket. It's important to a lot of people. Crickets have a lot of arms and legs. That's true. What was your point with that, Eddie? Well, in case people didn't know about crickets. They make wonderful sounds. In fact, I think we have some sounds. Sean, maybe. This is what a cricket sounds like. Really? Not our cricket. Our cricket is Pedro. Yeah. I'm serious. I am not padding here. I'm just telling you guys some information you need to know. These are just cricket facts. We're not feeling. We're not stretching. At all. Okay. At any second, we will have the Pedro on, who doesn't sound like that. No. He is actually a Hispanic cricket who speaks with a bit of an accent. So I believe any second now, we will have Pedro on the line. Do we have Pedro on the line? Do we have him on the line now? Pedro, are you there? Yes. Pedro, are you there? Okay, Pedro apparently not there yet. So do you know any more crickets? They're green. Crickets tend to be green, sometimes a little brownish in color. Oh, really? I didn't know all the ones I saw were green. Yes, and they have large heads.
I see them hop around like they live in bushes and then they'll just hop out. True, true. I know that there are certain animals that feed on crickets, which I don't appreciate because I'm a fan of crickets. I'm a fan of cricket wireless because they don't put me in contracts. And or make me pay for text messaging or picture messaging. Well, it's really random that you just randomly brought that up right now. Because I'm a huge fan of Cricut Wireless, too. I don't know if you know, but I have a Cricut phone that I use. And due to their unlimited texting, me and my husband, we actually text a lot more now than we used to. Which you never did before. No, we didn't. That is fantastic. And you do it because you're a frugal lady who doesn't like to pay for things. That's true. I appreciate the word frugal. It was nice of you to use that word. Or cheap. No, Sean, we're not using those words. We're very friendly right now when we're just randomly talking about cricket. Anyway, what else can I tell you about certain things? Crickets are not furry like a dog. Oh, really? I don't think so. Oh, I didn't know that. That's an interesting new fact. Wait a second. I'm just getting word. I think we have Pedro on the line. This is great.
Oh, guys, that worked out perfectly. Yes. Yeah, we hear you've been very busy, Pedro. What's going on? I'm trying to get the text messaging worked out for you guys. For the P1 Text Army? Yeah, I'm here at the factory, at the Crikey Factory. Is that what those noises are in the background? Yeah, they're working hard to try to get the text messages up to speed. And while they're at it, they're going to try to fix communication between Mikey and Ashley on the Mikey show. That would be wonderful because it was apparently very poor. Well, you know, the deal is, and I don't mean to speak for Mikey. Uh-huh. Pedro the cricket. But he thinks he communicates something with her. Yeah. And then come to find out. Yeah. Not communicated so much. Not so much. But the good part about it is that the audience gets the benefit. First and foremost. Yeah, because, you know, on the Mikey show, and again, I don't want to speak for him. But his philosophy is quality is job nine. Oh, no. It should be job one.
Anyway, Pedro, I'm glad to hear that you are working hard on fixing the text army for the Cricut customers. Yes, very soon. Oh, there we go. Very soon, Cricut customers are going to be able to join the P1 text army. And at that point, everybody that is a Cricut wireless customer will be able to start to be getting up. Well, that is fantastic. Oh, we're so happy to hear that, Pedro. Thank you very much, Pedro, for calling in. Yes, thank you. And the P1s now know a lot about crickets. Yeah, that's true. A lot about cricket wireless. Well, there went the factory. Where'd it go? Everybody's on a break. Everybody went on break. Hey, peace out, Pedro. Have a nice break. Okay, well, that was wonderful. Wow. What an exclusive. Pedro the cricket calling in. That was great. That was awesome. And crickets are a lovely creature. Yeah. I'm a huge fan. Anyway. Hey, Mikey. What's up, bro? Oh, are we back on the air? Yeah. Oh, no. We have been. We have been on the air. We've been on the whole time. The whole time. Sorry, guys. I was in the restroom. Oh, that's crazy how that happened.
Wow. Pedro called in. Yeah, you missed Pedro. Yeah. Really explained everything very well. It was cool. We're good to go. You should have heard his factory. It was awesome. That's so cool. Sounded real busy. I have to know. And let's go ahead and pull the curtain back. Oh, no. Wait. What do you mean? Ash. Yeah. What happened? What happened? What happened? What happened? I think I just didn't understand. Really? I thought that I did, and I didn't. She keeps saying to me while I'm in her studio, she keeps going, you have to turn your microphone on for people to hear you. And I'm like, I'm on the phone. I'm on the phone. I got completely turned around. And then she was like, that screwed her up. You could tell. I was so thrown off. I'm on the phone. Like, what for, man? And I knew that I would. I didn't have enough think process with it, and I totally got confused. Well said. I think we should replay the song, Rob and Ashley's song. Oh, yeah. That was good. Oh, yeah. Okay. That would put everyone in a better mood. Well, yeah, because I know that a lot of people didn't get the opportunity to hear it earlier. The deal is that Rob and Ashley, they fight a lot. Have a lot of enmity. Yes, as Ashley says, they have a lot of enmity. Enmity. That's not a word. Enmity. Enmity. E-N-M-I-T-Y. Yeah. Mutual hatred for each other. Enmity?
No, enmity. How do you spell it? E-N-M-I-T-Y. Yeah, enmity. Oh, come on. Oh, no. She's been saying enmity. Enmity. That's what I said. Brutal. Here's Rob and Ashley's new song. Having a work with a dumbbell. Wanna crack a joke, but I can't. She on her meds, or is she, uh, since someone get ever seen a human so sweaty? If it keeps up like this, we better build an ark. Let's not fight today. And please don't cry today while you're crying funny. Truth is, it's not true.
It's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Want to fight today? It's new from Ashley and Boston Rock. Love Diddy. Love Diddy. Hey, Mikey, I just watched the dance-off from the 28-hour show, and I must say, although I do not normally like redheads or beatings, Sky's dance was very sexy. I didn't like that. Well, thank you. Honeybake never looks so good, signed P1 Disco Greg. Honeybake, I don't know. I wasn't. You were honeybaked. Yeah. Well, thank you. Good morning, everyone. The duet of B-Rob and Ashley has to go on the Best Of CD. It just absolutely has to. That was the greatest P1 Stacy already. As we said, if you want to join the P1 Text Army, text the word Mikey to 35253. 35253. 35253. And you can get all dialed in. P1 Adam is on the line. Adam, are you there?
Yes, I am. Go ahead. Hey, this is B1 Adam. I just wanted to let Sean know, and everyone know for that matter, that tonight on G4 TV, on Attack of the Show at 7, they're going to have a bowling match between Star Trek characters and furries. Oh, my goodness. Wow. Did they make that show for Sean? Yeah, really. Oh, my. Sean, are you hosting? It's going to be pretty funny. They showed a little clip last night. Are you aroused? Wow. Guys. Legitimate question. First Andrea Kramer, now this. Like, what the hell? Those are like your two favorite things, dude. Yeah. Dude, if Matlock showed up, oh, man. And then Quincy rolls in. Damn. Forget about it. Yeah. And Marcus Welby sits down for a card game. Best day ever. Enmity. Just so you know, Ash. Enmity. That's what I said. Well, you said enmity. Enmity. What is it? No, you're seeing it. You're doing it again. Oh, no. Enmity. What? Enmity. You are brutal. Enmity. Mutual hatred. I'm not hating. Is she talking to me? Saying that's what it means. That's what it means. Oh, mutual hatred. Oh. Yeah, she was using it to describe her. She was trying to. Incorrectly. I did not use it incorrectly. She's a little incorrectly. Mikey show. Hate it.
This is P1 Matt the Marine. What's up? How are you doing? Just back from Iraq. And I got to tell you, I missed this show. You just got back from Iraq and what? I missed this show the whole time I was over there. Dude, I'm glad you're back, man. Thank you. Now, don't forget, turn new P1s onto the show. Get new people listening. I would appreciate that. Always. The Marine audience is growing daily. I'll tell you that. How old are you, man? I'm 28. Yep. That's cool, man. Thank you. I appreciate it. No problem. You always got to be turning new people on to the show. Faux show. Faux show. Barack Obama was on Jay Leno. Cut 14. I have to ask you about your family. Dick Cheney, you and he are eighth cousins. Yeah, how about that? Not kissing cousins. No, no. Did you know about this? I actually did know. People have been doing these genealogical studies of me, and I've got all sorts of rogues in my background. You're always hoping for kings and great leaders. That always happens. You're always related to Alexander the Great. That's what you're hoping for. Cleopatra or something. It turns out it's the cattle rustler. Right, exactly. There it is. Yeah, they're like eighth cousins or something.
Wait till I tell you this story about what's going on at this main middle school. It's coming up here in just a second. It's basically how they're going to start offering birth control to students. Middle school? Middle school. No. I'll fill you in in a minute. Jimmy Kimmel has been kicked off and banned from Monday Night Football. He's not welcome back. Wow. He is not welcome back. Damn. Eddie told me about it. I didn't actually see it when it happened, but this was the moment. He was invited up into the booth. So Jimmy Kimmel rolls up into the Monday Night Football booth with Mike Tirico, Tony Kornheiser, and Ron Jaworski. He's sitting up there with these guys, and he says the following thing on live television. Cut 28. First-year coach Bobby Petrino. Giants started 0-2 looking for their fourth consecutive winning to get within a game of the Cowboys in the NFC East. Also like to welcome Joe Theismann watching from his Liverpool with steam coming out of his ears. 10 for Harrington, who is
That wasn't uncomfortable at all, was it? Lots of laughs in that booth. Yeah, definitely got a big laugh out of all the guys there in the booth. Yeah, the producers of Monday Night Football called Jimmy's remarks, quote, classless and disappointing. It was cheap. I agree. I agree. Wow. Well, listen, Jimmy and to a certain extent, his lady friend. Sarah Silverman, they are the shock jocks of the comedian world right now. I just don't know how he thought that was going to go over well. Well, yeah, see, I was actually thinking the same thing as I was driving in. I was thinking to myself, now, did Jimmy Kimmel think that he was going to say that and the guys were going to go, oh. Like, oh, come on, Jimmy, oh. Like, no, they're not going to do that, man. They probably feel bad. Yeah. Yeah.
They probably feel bad that Theismann's gone. They were probably friends with him. And they all worked in that booth together. A lot of times they get to know each other pretty good. So that's the deal. Manny Ramirez, cut 26. We conference every day. It doesn't matter how things go for you. We're not going to give up. We're just going to go play the game, like I said, and move on. It doesn't happen, so who cares? It's always next year. It's not like the end of the war, so. Oh! Rob. How's that feel, Robby? That son of a... Rob. Yes, man. Eh, whatever. Whatever. I'm glad he has that attitude. I'm going to write him an email today. It's always next year. It's always next year. Hey, man. Man. Oh, man. I got bigger fish to fry. Like what? Selling your grill, Manny?
Come on, guy. Hey, man. Get with the program. What are you, Mr. Boston fan over there? Yes, I am, actually. Okay, well, let me tell you something, man. Why don't you go out there and stop hitting into double plays tonight? How about that? Okay, okay. You're so funny over here, okay? I'm not trying to be funny. I eat the home run. Yeah, we were down by four runs, and you celebrated like we were up by six. Hey, can I ask a question? I don't know. Can I ask a question? You can, actually. What's such a big deal, this World Series, man? What's such a big deal? It's your job. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No more. Yeah, it's kind of boring. No more of the baseball. Where's the passion? Hey, I got two words for you. Been there, done that. Well, wait, Manny, that's not two words, though. I pass on grass. Yeah, man, whatever. What? We did it in 04. Get over it. I don't want no more rings. Who cares? My hands are heavy. That's got to be fun to listen to as a Red Sox fan. Wow. Ouch. How do you cheer for that guy? I mean, ouch. It hurts, but I do. He's awesome. It hurts, but it feels so good. I've heard that.
Sky, if this Colbert thing turns out to be ridiculous, I am going to have to chuckle in your direction. Well, I've never heard it. I know, but this morning when we were discussing it, you were like, I don't know, I think he could be serious. Well, he's taking, like, steps like he's serious. Well, yeah, but don't you think that that's kind of supposed to be funny? Like, that that's supposed to be funny that he's taking the steps? You know, like, remember when Howard Stern ran for the governor of... New York. Like, it was kind of funny. He actually did it, but it was like a joke. It was funny. Yeah, when I read the headlines, I immediately like, oh, he's full of it. He's full of it. He's full of it. You know, oh, that's funny. That's funny. And then last night, like, I forget what I was watching. It was like the world news or something like that. And they were reporting on it. And they were like, well, yeah, they reported on Stern running for governor. Yeah. And their take was, we're just going to have to wait and see if he's really serious. But don't you think that that's like tongue in cheek from TV? Like, and we're going to have to wait and see if it turns out to be real. I don't know. I mean, my first instinct is it's a joke. That is my first instinct. This morning when we were talking about it, you were like, I don't know. I mean, he's actually taking steps and filing paperwork, but I don't believe it's actually going to go through, but he's making it look that way. Cut 27. Well, after nearly 15 minutes of soul searching. Oh, yeah. Pause. Pause. Pause.
He's definitely running for president. He's definitely running for president. Because the way it went down is he was on The Daily Show. Now, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart comes on right before his show. And so he was on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and he said he was considering running for the White House, but he was waiting to announce his final decision on a more prestigious show. And then funny. And then 15 minutes later on his own show is when he makes this announcement. Right. And then he also now he said he's running for president. And he also said, but only in South Carolina. And Sky's still like, I don't know, though. It's possible. I think he really might. Yeah. Sky, you did. You were like, hey, Mike, it could be like, we don't know. I mean, technically he could. You know, he's taking. Technically, he's taking all the steps. She's better than Quentin Jammer. Let's put her on the field. She backpedals way more than he does. But my instinct is it's a joke. My instinct is it's a joke. Unpause. Nation, I shall seek the office of the President of the United States. That sounds real. No, I did not say it sounds real. That was the very first time I heard it. But you did say that, hey, I'm getting the feeling that this might be for real.
No, I did not say that. I said he is taking the real steps. So it could technically go either way. But like I said 12 times, my instinct is it's a joke. It can't go either way. It can't go. It could. He's taking the steps. So it could if he wanted it to. But obviously it's probably not. It's probably just a big old joke. Probably. Probably is. You guys are gay. Come on. What the heck? Back where I'm from, a retarded guy could never have this much fun. It's Mikey. Rock 105.3. Tape of kid songs to play in the car. $8 on debit card. Trip to post office for stamps. $33 on debit card. Nothing against gay Mexican crickets. It's just that he sounds like my gay Mexican cousin. Signed, P1 Julian. I don't know.
I don't know why he sounds... I know he likes the ladies. Trust me, we've got picture messages. For free. For free from him before that say that, exactly. MikeCricket.com slash San Diego. Hey, Mikey, please cut Ashley some slack. She is using and pronouncing enmity correctly. I've been familiar with this word for years since it's used in the New World Translation of the Scriptures. Love you, Ashley, signed P1 Chincher. Ash, say the word. Enmity. Can you say it slowly, please? Enmity. That is incorrect. It is not incorrect. It is. You're pronouncing it with an M. You're saying enmity. No, I'm not. And it's actually pronounced enmity. Well, you did it. You just did. It's pronounced enmity. Enmity. Exactly. That's what I said. No, it isn't. Ashley. Pull the tape right now and play it back. There you go. Now you've got it. That's what I've been saying. No. This is why I don't learn new words. You guys are the worst. Ash has been pronouncing it E-M. Can't win if I do. Can't win if I don't. Ash, say the word slowly. What? N-M-A-T. There you go. Now you've got it. Oh, now I've got it. No, you didn't. I have.
But you did. I did. But my darling, you've been saying it wrong the whole time. I have not. I am not well right now. I would like to speak to every man listening that could potentially be Ashley's husband. Oh, my God. At some point down the road. Let her win. You're not going to be right. This woman is always right. She will not ever back down. That's not true. She normally is right. No, she is not. That's not true. Dear Mikey, if you want some bizarre foods for Boston Rob next week, just to ask Ashley to bake something. You're alone. I like your baking. Speak on how you like it. How you loved the lemon cake ever. You loved the lemon cake. Flavor alone. Speak on how my chocolate chip cookie was the best cookie you'd ever had. Best thing ever, Josh. You said that. Yeah, that was P1 Josh that wrote that in. Josh, I disagree. Brilliant. Don't, like, do the fake. You're doing the same thing. You're doing a bit. That's F. I love Ashley's baking, period. I don't know how much better I could put it. You're doing a bit. Stop pretending you don't like it. Yeah, Mike. Yeah. Oh, no. I can't win. Hey, Mikey, whoever has been handling the phones is a butthole. I have not heard that word in so long.
I think that person was under the impression I wanted to talk to them. I didn't think it was cool to just say, I'll pass the message on. Where's the P1 love sign? P1 pissed off. Now, I wonder what he wanted to say. Yeah, you butthole. Because the thing is, is that Rob is the phone screener. Rob is the phone screener. And it is his job to listen to what people want to say and then go, you know what? That's not going to make the best radio. That's not very interesting. That's not very compelling. And I trust Rob because I know, and you've heard me say this a million times, you either get it or you don't. Rob gets it. Well, I'm hoping that, I don't know who this was either, but I'm hoping it was the guy that called in and seemed kind of upset because on the Jimmy Kimmel comments, he wanted to say that he thought they were inappropriate. And I said, okay, anything else? And he said, I didn't like them. And I said, okay, I'll...
pass that along. Rob, good job. I hope that was him. If it was someone with something brilliant to say, like a breakthrough in research of something. The guy is from a Nextel. He wrote from his phone, you can call me at 570-1053 and I'll put you on the air, but Rob would have been right in not letting that go through because we basically said that and that's not very interesting. Yeah, there's sometimes that people just want to reiterate what you guys have discussed. Well, and here's the deal. If the guy was calling in to say that, but he had, you know, some sort of expansion. A take. A take, you know, some way that he wanted to, you have a take, don't suck. If he had some sort of a take, he had some sort of a different spin, something he wanted to expand upon. If he said, if he wanted to come on the air and say, Andrea Kramer, no good. I'm down with it. I think those are good comments. I support my girl, Sky. Thank you. You know, whatever. You want to make a comment, go ahead. But you got to have something. You can't just say, I didn't like that. It's boring. That's all. I finally got an allowance. Oh, yeah? It was so modest. Congrats. It was so modest. I got a $40 allowance. I haven't gotten an allowance for a long time. We're saving money wherever we can. Now, I'm trying to decide where to spend the $40.
Because it's really difficult. It's not a lot of money. And a guy like me likes toys. Choose wisely. So I've already made the decision. I'm almost positive it's going to be a movie. Transformers. See, that's the thing. Did you get it? Yes, dude. Yes. I haven't spent the money yet. Oh, but you didn't buy Transformers on Tuesday. And the money. Oh, okay. So I don't know if it's going to be Transformers. What else is out there? Well, there's also a game that it's an old game. It's available on the Wii. Which I... And it looks really good to me. No. And he says no. Come on, bro. No. No, but Wii's easy. Wii's easy. It's a no-brainer. Wii. The Wii, right? It's garbage! Yeah, the game is called Trauma Center. Yeah, and you're, like, operating on people. Just get Operation and get Transformers. There you go. Operation? I gotta spend money on that, too, if I got it. Yeah, you can get both, though. I don't know. It's a big debate in my head. Just get a credit card.
Eddie. Yeah, that's free, right? Yeah. Hey, Mikey, big fans. Sky's comments earlier during the Andrea Kramer interview were really inappropriate. Regards, Jimmy Kimmel. Okay. Irony. Amity. In my tea, Eddie. Get it right. Mikey Show, hello. Yeah, Mikey. What's up? This is P1 Fruity Pants. What can I do for you? Hey, I just wanted to say, I don't think that Boston Rob could have that kid. I don't think it's his. Why? Because he's a Patriots fan. He's probably queer. It's ridiculous, sir. It's ridiculous. It's a good point, though. This guy's calling him in the name Fruity Pants and he's calling me queer? Hey, you can't help what you're named. Thanks, honey. That's what I'm saying. You can't help what your parents name you, bro. I can't help I'm a Pats fan. The guy's just jealous. He's probably a Dallas fan. Sorry about the loss last week, pal.
Or now maybe he's a Cleveland fan because all of a sudden there's Cleveland fans here. There's always next year. P1 Os? Dude, I thought you were backing me up. That's what Manny said. What's up, Os? Don't repeat what he says. Hey, what's going on? I was on CNN.com and I found a link to one of the three British scientists that discovered the DNA double helix. One of them today, I guess, in a report, he was going to a British university, and he was about to debate whether or not black people are actually smarter than white people. And later on in his discussion, he later includes that people that have worked with black people have a tendency to know that they're not as good as the white workers, like intelligence-wise. I don't know. It's a really funny article. It's crazy to think that. This guy just printed it for me. Nobel winner in racist claim row. Let's see. A British museum has canceled a lecture by Dr. James Watson, a co-founder of the DNA Double Helix, after he claimed black people are less intelligent than whites in a recent newspaper interview. Watson, who won the 1962 Nobel Prize for his part in discovering the structure of DNA, provoked a storm of criticism after his comments were published in the Sunday Times. The eminent biologist told the British newspaper that he, quote,
was inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa, unquote, because, quote, all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours, whereas all the testing says not really, unquote. That's pretty crazy stuff. That's crazy! That is nuts. Yeah, he sounds crazy. Sometimes crazy people, you know, like... They say that Einstein didn't speak until he was three years old. He couldn't talk until he was three. Yeah, like when you're smart on another level like that, sometimes... Look at that Russell Crowe dude. Yeah. Beautiful mind. Well, I mean, Russell Crowe was the actor in that movie. Right, he knew exactly who I was talking about. That was a documentary. That's not Russell Crowe, so smart like that and boiled his kid in the bath. I know, he was acting. Holy Toledo. Good actor. Talk about a paradigm shift for me. Russell Crowe, not crazy. Well, I mean, nobody said that. That's crazy! Hmm. This guy says Stephen Colbert running for president, 08. Does he have your vote, Skye? Well, it's not confirmed yet whether it's a joke or not, but we're assuming it's a joke. Oh, it's not confirmed. Don't say stuff like that. Find confirmation for me that it's a joke.
And I will apologize to you. It's called common sense. Well, yeah, common sense leads you to believe it's most likely a joke. That's the confirmation. Well, I said most likely, not definitely. It's a difference. She can't be wrong. You can't be wrong. Jimmy Walker was on Letterman. Dynamite? Yeah, he was talking about the BET Awards Cut 19. So I go through the magnetometer. There's an insertion. Pat down, Dad. Give me the pat down. I'm clean. Yeah, of course. And I said, I'm thirsty. I need something to drink. They said, we're out of drink right now. But we're coming up with us. Is there any food in the house? They said, there's no food. But we will have food. Oh, good. And we have some fruit inside. So go get some fruit. So I go look at the fruit. Watermelon. No. Oh, my goodness. So I'm waiting for the food. chicken comes aboard. Tasty. Tasty. Turn is coming by. She puts the Popeye chicken on the tray. You know, we've got to have a tray. We just can't get it out of the bag like I does normally, you know. And I said, well, let me get a piece of this Popeye. She's walking by. The other intern slashed my hand and said, don't eat that chicken. That's for Snoop. Oh, no. And that was Snoop's chicken. They don't mess with Snoop's chicken. Dave sounded like he didn't know whether or not it was okay as a white guy to laugh. Yeah. I can tell, yeah.
Hey, Mikey, I think Ashley's a great singer. Why don't you guys give her a break? You guys just can't spot an obvious talent. Regards, William Hung. That's my boy. William Hung. Nice of him to write in. Thank you, William. We have William Hung singing the very famous baseball song during the seventh inning stretch right here in San Diego. Sean? Buy me some penis and cracker jacks. For those of you that are hearing that clip for the first time, I'll translate. He said, buy me some peanuts. No, he didn't. I heard it. No, no, no. I'm just letting you know what the lyrics to the song are. Buy me some peanuts and crackerjack. That may be the lyrics, but that's not what he's saying. Buy me some peanuts and crackerjack. I understand clearly what he says. No, no, no, no. Does he know that's illegal? He has an affectation. An affectation? He has an affectation. That was very clear.
It's true. That did sound clear to say one thing, but actually, in reality, he was trying to sing the lyrics of the song, and it came out, and it sounded different than the way he intended it. Buy me some penis and cracker jazz. That's clear. Thank you. That's why it's important to enunciate one singing. It is true. One singing. Look at me, Ashley. Say that word again. N-ma-t. You got it, man. You got it down. I've had it with you guys. A voice. Is there a new voice? I don't think I've heard that one before. What was that one, Ash? What? I liked it. A new report says that San Diego is one of the safest places to live in America. After watching the news, man, I agree. I see stuff going on. You guys see that guy that walked into the restaurant back east and he put a gun to this guy's head? They're showing it on the Today Show today. Oh, the McDonald's thing? No, I don't think it was a McDonald's, was it? A KFC thing? It was a KFC? I didn't actually know what it was. Yeah, I looked it up.
Well, dude walks in with a rifle, man. He's got on a mask. He's got on gloves. And he's holding a rifle. And he has the owner or the manager of the place trying to open the safe. And the guy's so nervous he can't open the safe. Dude holds the gun up to his head. And you can hear the audio clear, by the way. A lot of these videotapes of surveillance are not clear. You can hear this one perfectly clear. You hear click. Guy tries to shoot him in the head. No. Gun misfires. Oh, my God. And so when he goes to try to reload, this dude grabs the muzzle of the gun and wrestles with him for five full minutes. Finally, this big robber guy says, let go of the gun and I'll leave. And this guy's like, yeah, right. He's not doing that. So he kind of wrestles him out into the main part of the restaurant because it's closed. Nobody's in there. And gets him close to the door and the guy finally makes a run for it. But it's one of the scariest pieces of video. I mean, it's terrifying to watch because you know that he tried to murder him. It just didn't work. And so this guy, you know, and a lot of us are watching and they were saying on the Today Show, are you crazy? You know, what made you do such a thing? Try to rustle a gun away from a guy that's trying to kill you. He says, it's my only hope.
If he's already pulled the trigger once. There's no question, no matter what I did, he was going to kill me. Right. So I had to go down fighting. I guess I don't blame him. I think probably any of us would do that. Let me tell you something. The people that are in charge of Hannah Montana, it's very clear they get it. You either get it or you don't. And it's very clear they get it. They realize that they have a cash cow here. And I wouldn't even have thought of this, what they're going to do. But it's brilliant.
Skye, tell everybody what they've decided to do with Hannah Montana. Well, if you don't know, this Hannah Montana Miley Cyrus concert that's going on right now is huge. I mean, it's selling out everywhere. They're doing like investigations because tickets sold out so quickly that they think they're shenanigans. So obviously there's a lot of kids who are heartbroken that they can't go to this show. So what they've decided to do is they will, the director, the same guy who does the high school musical, will record the first couple concerts. of her tour. And then he will, you know, edit it, put it together, and then they'll release it in movie theaters in 3D. Movie theaters. For kids who can't afford to go to the concert or who can go to the concert but just want to see it again, you know. It's brilliant. I mean, everybody will take their kid to that. Then you put the 3D element into it and every kid that didn't want to go before, now they really want to go. Yeah. So they say February. We can expect that. Hey, Mikey, B-Rob must have been famished from starvation when I tried calling in. This is the guy that Rob wouldn't put through. Same guy? Same guy. Wow. I'm getting the same email address. This is him writing me again. He said, I wanted to comment on your view about Jimmy Kimmel. What I was trying to say was, I felt if they brought him on as a comedian, then that's what they should expect to get. Sorry if that was incomprehensible for B-Rob.
I'm also sorry that I'm at work and unable to call in. Rob? What's up? Now, did he say that or he did not say that? If it's the same guy, then no, he did not say that. Well, let me ask you. Did anybody call in and say that, but you didn't let him through? Not that I recall. All right. You don't recall, huh? Senator Craig. Yeah, Senator Craig. He is not gay. He never has been gay. But there was one phone call that stood out specifically because I had a, like... explain to him that, okay, I'll pass that along. But I just gave you the exact comments, and then I said, did anybody call and say that? You said, I don't recall. Yeah, because I would have put them on hold for that. Michael Corleone did this, and Michael Corleone did that. So I said, yeah. There you go, Rob. Yeah, the guy called, he said that. You know, Jimmy Kimmel. And I don't even remember what he said after that, you know? He said this. He said Jimmy Kimmel said that. He said Tony Kornheiser said this. And then Michael Torrico said that. And then he said, yeah, call back ladies. That's a miscrackling chopped liver. Pass it along to the bald guy. The NFL has reinstated Corrin Robinson. Yep.
How long has this guy been out of football? One year. Oh, my. But Brett Favre is a big fan of his, and he's supported him the whole time, and he's handsome, and he's good enough for me. TMI. So he's happy to have him back, back in the fold. Yankees tell A-Rod if he opts out of his contract, they're not going to negotiate with him. Yeah, this is pretty crazy. He has an option where he can become a free agent, or he can stay with the Yankees under his current contract. But, you know, his agent obviously wants to explore the free agent market. And, you know, they can probably get more money and all these things. And so the Yankees basically said, okay, well, you do that. We don't want you. We don't even want to be a part of it. Well, it doesn't matter. I'm sure the Padres will pay whatever the price is. That's a good one. For A-Rod. We'll be right in the mix. You know A-Rod will be a Padre next season anyway. For sure. Yeah, we're big spenders. That's right. That's how the lineup will go. How will the lineup go? It'll probably be Marcus Giles leading off. And then maybe even his brother Brian Giles batting second? Well, you know, Brian Giles is batting first. Then, you know, we'll throw... What about Barry Bonds? Are they picking him up, too? Don't be ridiculous. Yeah, that's dumb. Come on. I thought that's what we do. We buy the high-priced players. You're ridiculous. Oh, my bad. Isn't it pathetic that, like...
To say that is such a joke. Like we might as well be saying, yeah, you know, we're going to fly to the moon. It's the same thing. The thought that San Diego would ever sign a gigantic name like Alex Rodriguez. All right, so I said I was going to tell you about this. In Maine, a middle school is now offering birth control to their middle school students. Yeah, there's three middle schools in the Portland, Maine School District. And they voted last night, the school district committee voted 7 to 2 last night to approve offering birth control in their health center. So that means that things like the pill, the patch, stuff like that will be offered to girls as young as 11 years old. No. No. They say that in their city of Portland, Maine, there have been 17 pregnancies reported in their middle schools in the last four years. Now that's the 17 that they know about. So obviously that doesn't count miscarriages, aborted pregnancies, stuff like that. So 17. Are you on birth control or are you sticking with condoms?
So basically to be able to access the health center at their middle school, you do have to have a permission slip signed from your parents. But then once you get that slip saying that you can have access to the health center, the health center has a privacy thing with the kids. So the parents don't know what they're going to the health center for. It could be for Tylenol or it could be to get put on the pill. Oh, boy. That's gross. What's the problem, man? I don't, like, I'm hearing this. It's a surprise to me. So I wonder, well, if somebody would tell me that knows. Well, dude, you know, it's the same thing here in San Diego County. You just don't know about it. Like, I don't know. What do I know? Well, and what's a trip to me is the health center at one of the middle schools in this district has been offering condoms out of the health center since the year 2000. Oh, they figured we're just offering the kind they don't like. They don't want rubbers. Yeah, so. You know what, guys? This is me talking to the school board. Hey, guys, I've really thought about this. We're offering the 11-year-olds condoms, and we all know that doesn't feel as good. No. So let's offer them something that'll make the intercourse feel better. And, you know, make them more susceptible to STDs. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The increase of spreading that. Oh, well, you're obviously being sarcastic.
Yeah. That's the most ridiculous thing. So it's obviously very controversial and the parents of these kids are very split. You know, some of them think it's a good idea to have all the options out there and some of them think this is crazy and this is something that should be taken care of in the home. What do you think, Sky? Oh, man. I don't know. Don't tase me, bro. I really haven't had time to think about it. Like, I don't know. Don't know. Like, I get the theory behind it. You should be in a cage. I get the theory behind it. And I think the theory behind it is a great idea. Animal. What? Wait a second. You do not know immediately that's ridiculous. I'm sorry I'm a realist. I'm sorry I'm a realist. And I know that kids in middle school are starting to have sex. And I know that these middle school kids aren't talking to their parents, the majority of them. It's the same thing as like, okay, give them beer then.
No, but do you think that this is the best solution, Skye? Well, I'm trying to think what a better solution is. I'll tell you what I would. You want to know what I would do? The kids could go to Planned Parenthood, but the likelihood of them doing that isn't... They're 11. You want to know what I would do? What? Then I'm not kidding about it. This would be my tactic. Okay. I'm the superintendent of the school district. I'm going to call a mandatory meeting of all parents. Every parent must be there. Auditorium, okay? And I put the statistics up on a, what do you call it? A projector, overhead projector, everything. And I say, listen, some people in our community would recommend that we give out birth control to these kids so that they're not getting pregnant. And to me, that's sticking your thumb in the dam. You know what the problem is? You're all looking at yourselves. It's all of you.
Get your freaking acts together and start parenting. Period. Now get out of here. Absolutely. Bunch of jerks. And you think that would fix it? Oh, I'll tell you what. It would get people thinking. Nobody's done that to them. The dumbheads whose kids are out there screwing. Nobody's done that with them. Bring them in there and go start being a parent. Your kid could get pregnant. Have you talked to your kid about having sex? Because if you haven't. You're all to blame. I don't want to put rubbers in our school district. So talk to your kids so that we don't have to put rubbers and so that we don't have to hand them out. And so we don't have to put kids on the pill. Be a parent because we all know the reason that they're getting pregnant is because of lack of parenting. Absolutely. Sure. Absolutely. The parents aren't being parents. They're just like putting their head in the sand. And I don't want to talk about it. You got to talk about it. You got to say to your kid, hey, listen. We just went to this parent-teacher conference tonight, and we got our you-know-what's handed to us by the superintendent. And I'm talking to little Johnny now. And you know what, Johnny? The guy's right. We haven't had a talk we need to have. We're talking. Now, as a person that was once a kid, I realize I understand kids are going to do what kids are going to do, but this is a community that obviously needs to be kind of shaken.
Yeah, but if the parents are apathetic about parenting, what makes you think they're going to show up to your meeting to get scolded? No, you're right. You're 100% right. You make it mandatory and say your kid will get expelled if you don't show up. Is that legal? I don't think so. I think as a superintendent, you get to make a lot of calls. I don't know if you can do that, but I see what you're saying, Sky, but you can't go, oh, well, I don't think they're going to show up, so I'm not going to do it. No, no. You know what, man? You give it a shot. Yeah, yeah, definitely give it a shot. Call those parents in there and tell them, this is despicable, you guys. I also think it would be good to have an orientation or not an orientation. I have a thing with the kids, too, and have... scare them with knowledge. Like, have statistics of diseases. It's true. And have pictures. Hey, man, kids react to getting scared. And go, hey, just want to let you know, go ahead and get on the pill, little 11-year-old, and go have sex. But, you know, you could get one of these diseases. You know? It's true. And scare them with knowledge. You show them stuff. Yeah. Yeah, enmity. You have that for the rest of your life. Like, you got to be careful. Hey, P1 Pandas Lose is on the line, and...
Panda Sleuths. Oh, finally, Panda Sleuths. Yeah, I just want to say, those little, like, teen, like, youth-to-youth clinics, like, already exist here. There was one in front of my high school, and they're completely confidential. Your parents don't even have to know about it. I'm 22, and I've been involved with it since I was 16, and I get my birth control for free. And my parents barely found out about a year ago. And all they need is for you to sign in and tell them what you need. And most of the time, like... Now, you do realize that Sky is talking about 11-year-olds here. Middle school. Yeah, no, I know. And there's a middle school right down the road from it. And they can show up. And all they have to do is sign in their name and tell them what they need. And that's all. That's it. It's completely confidential. And, I mean, I got involved with it. because, you know, I wanted birth control. But to tell you the truth, like, I look back on it now, and it's way too easy for these kids to get all this stuff. They'll offer you anything, the patch, the birth control, the pill, the shot, any...
You name it, they'll offer it for you. Or you could just walk in and be like, oh, I just want condoms. And they'll hand you a brown paper bag, and they'll hand you condoms, lube, flavored condoms, whatever. They'll just hand it to you, no questions asked. So PandaSlews, if this service wasn't offered to you at the age of 16 or whenever you started going there, would that have stopped you from having sex? To tell you the truth, I think so. Because, I mean, I've seen kids. You know, the youngest girl of my friends that got pregnant was, like, at seventh grade, and that scared the crap out of me. So, I mean, to tell you the truth, if that hadn't been offered to me, I probably would have thought about it more, you know, to go or, you know, to do it or whatever. But, I mean, it's way too easy. Even for me, I mean, I hid it for my parents for, what, like five years? You know, it's way too easy. Because you just show up and then they give you whatever you want. Thank you for the call. It just seems so irresponsible as adults. To go, oh, well, you know what? They're doing it. We better make sure they're doing it safe. First of all, it is not our jobs as adults, like responsible adults, to facilitate. If we're doing our jobs, we're telling them don't do it.
We're not facilitating doing it safe. We're not facilitating. It's that same. It's the same old argument we've had about booze and kids and drink at the house and blah, blah, blah. Giving clean needles to drug addicts. Yeah, man. So what do you think about in the sex ed classes receiving information on where you can get this stuff for free? Is that OK with you? No. It is not, man. What you do in those sex ed classes is you tell people how it all works, like how what you how to prevent pregnancy. Why abstinence is a great idea. But you don't let them know where to get the stuff to prevent pregnancy. No. That's an adult thing, man. That's not for kids. Since when is it the school's responsibility to educate our children to teach them where to go get condoms? It is, though. That's the parents' responsibility. It is, but if the parents are not going to do it, then at least the school is. It's not the school's responsibility. They're there to educate, not to supply. Hey, how do you think those parents probably got pregnant in the first place? They probably weren't having safe sex either. What do you mean? What do you mean? What do you mean, Ash? Well, I'm just saying, like, my mom is a teacher in a district. It's elementary school, but still. It's a district where the parents are...
On drugs and in jail and they're not taking care of the kids. And a lot of those kids were born when the parents weren't ready to have kids. Right. Which is the irony, you know. So it keeps going like in a circle is what you're saying. So if the parents are going to sack up and raise a kid, my mom is not just a teacher. She's a therapist and like an educate, you know what I mean? Like practically a parent to a lot of these kids. And I'm telling you that what I think the solution is, is not to patch the problem. You don't patch it. You fix it. I agree. Here's what you don't do. You don't not make an attempt at fixing it. Or if in your attempt to fix it, your attempt is strictly to hand out rubbers. I agree. And that's what they're doing. They're just handing out rubbers. The attempt needs to be both. It needs to be the knowledge with the rubbers. It needs to be the knowledge of exactly everything that is sex. With the diseases and the pregnancy and all the really bad things that come with it. Oh, man. I am so against it. Especially at 11. I mean, every time I hear that, I go, you've got to be kidding me. I think birth control is ridiculous. Condoms, I think I support having condoms available. I support that. Because some of those kids are going to do it no matter what. And if they pick up a condom first, that's saving a lot of potential drama. I'll tell you what, man.
Very controversial. It is. And I wish that parents could like. Raise their kids. Hey, listen. And I know. I mean, I get the reality that some parents are going to be bad parents. They're not going to do it. I get it. I understand that. That to me doesn't mean that you go. It's like saying, well, listen, we know that these communities exist where people are doing drugs. That's just the way. That's the way they were brought up. They have kids and they're going to do drugs. And so, you know what? Since they're going to do them anyway, let's make sure they have nice clean pipes. Let's make sure they have some good quality weed that's not like laced with stuff that'll kill them. Let's make sure that they've got needles that aren't going to give them AIDS. Let's make sure. No. How about this? How about we get into those schools and we try to give them what they weren't given by their parents? We try to give them education instead of giving them rubbers. How about we teach? Because the parents aren't doing it fine. We'll give it a shot. But I don't think that we teach when you're going to, you know, when you're going to smoke weed, here's how you do it the right way. You put it up to your lips and when you pull it in, make sure you don't blow it out for 10 full seconds. Otherwise, you won't really get it in the long. No, don't teach them stuff that we don't want them doing. So, OK, so are you cool with.
Because I'm trying to figure out where that line is for you. So we established that you're not cool with them getting information on how to get birth control. Are you cool with them getting information on how to use birth control? What's the difference? Well, one is saying, here's the address for Planned Parenthood around the corner. And the other one is saying, this is how you put on a condom. Well, Skye, if I'm against one, I can't be okay with showing how to put a rubber on if I'm not even okay to where to get them. How can you be for one and not the other? I think you can be wanting them to be educated about how to use birth control versus telling them where to get birth control. Like, you know what I mean? I think that what you teach kids is that if you have intercourse and you're not using protection, you're going to get pregnant. But you don't teach them how to use it. Let me think. No, I think that you do educate about birth control. You do tell kids that this is how you don't get pregnant. Okay. Yeah, I think that's responsible. But then you say, if you do want to start using birth control, that's a conversation with your parents. Yes, yes, because I think it would be irresponsible to tell kids not to have sex. You shouldn't be having sex. And here's what's going to happen if you do have sex and it's unprotected. I don't think we put our heads in the sand and pretend that birth control doesn't exist. But the message is not, here's how to have sex.
Have it real good. Wait. And keep from being pregnant. I don't think anybody says have it real good. Some real good sex. I don't think anyone said that. Without the drawback of a Bible. Okay. Against that. 5701053. We got to get out of here. I know. What a great show today. You know what? We didn't get through. It was crazy today. Oh, man. We didn't get through so much stuff. I didn't even tell you Kirsten Dunst doesn't wear deodorant. Oh. Absolutely. Ashley wears deodorant. Eddie, she wears deodorant. It just doesn't work. It does work. Oh, no. Last time I checked, I don't smell. No, you do not smell. But you do have a reservoir happening underneath your armpits. Yeah, but that's not my problem. That's neither here nor there. It doesn't affect your guys' personal life, and it certainly doesn't affect mine. It does. It does not. It does. Come on, Eddie. I have a lot of enmity to you. Shut up, Eddie. What?
Don't tell me to shut up. Shut up, Eddie. They say that Surrey Cruz is a spoiled baby. Oh. Because of Scientology, too, they say. Yeah, she's, you know, she's started with all the Scientology stuff, they say, from birth. Like, she wasn't given formula or breast milk. She had to drink some concoction of barley water or milk and corn syrup. Barley water? I don't know why. This is what I'm reading. Give the kids soda like Brittany does. And then they go on to say about part of the parenting of a Scientologist is to always be positive and supportive so you don't use the word no. You can't use it at all? Yeah, I guess not. And so they say that basically Suri gets whatever she wants. If she fusses before bed, she gets to stay up late. What about daddy? Daddy, can I kick you in the nuts? You can't say no. Yeah, they say you shouldn't scold your children, but instead explain that bad behavior is the wrong action for them to choose. Genius. You know, this thing that Rebecca loves is all these decisions that she gets to make with Jake in terms of like what he's going to eat and how he's going to, you know, what clothes he's going to wear and all this stuff. And I see.
Not only how important it is to her, but how much she really loves it. And I'm thinking, this Katie Holmes, can you imagine like you're a mom, but you don't get to make decisions that are like fundamental to motherhood. Like, sorry, hey, hey, sorry. I know that you thought it would be a bonding experience to breastfeed your child, but no, it's not going to happen. Barley water. Barley water. I feel bad for Katie Holmes. But you never know. I mean, maybe Katie's totally in on this philosophy. Maybe. You know, we don't know. She's brainwashed. She's brainwashed. I'm with Missy, man. When Missy first said that, I thought it was the craziest thing I'd ever heard. Missy said, I'm telling you, I think that this woman has been brainwashed by the star of War of the Worlds and Top Gun. And I think she might be right. 570-1053. Give us a call at the beginning and end it. Clear them out. Clear them out because we're going to do open phones and people can call whatever they want. They can call about it, you know. Clear them out. Yeah. Emnity. Wait. Emityville Horror. Shut up. What's the word, Ashley? Look at me. What is it? Oh, my gosh. What is it? Look at me. Emity. Yeah. You know, Emnity. What I've been saying. No. All morning long. No, you haven't. You crazies.
Mikey show. I know you guys are talking about this birth control thing. And I didn't hear anybody mention the human factor. I mean, your kids are going to make their own decisions. You're going to guide them in their decisions. But ultimately, they're the ones that are going to make the choice, right? Yes. I mean, that's that's the same for a five year old as it is for a three year old as it is for a 40 year old. Ultimately. You're going to have little kids, if you say don't do that, they may make the decision to not listen to you and do it anyway. But it's your responsibility to do the right thing in terms of guiding them. Drop the knowledge. You can't control them. You can't make sure they do every single thing you want. But you do have a responsibility to try to do the right thing in terms of guiding them. Well, absolutely. You have to guide them. Ultimately, they're the ones making the choice. They're the ones that are going to put the pipe to their... Doesn't that go... They're the ones that are going to put the condom on their... Doesn't that go without saying? I mean, that goes without saying. Like, yeah, duh. Like, of course that's going to be the deal. Yeah, I don't understand what, like, your point is. I don't know. My point is that you guys kept saying that you can't believe that parents are letting this happen and parents should be parents and all that stuff, and you're putting it all on the parents.
at this point. I think we're saying the parents can try. You know, dude, that you know that there is a gigantic segment of that parenting population that's not doing anything, bro. Oh, well, absolutely. I mean, that's a given. That's all I'm saying. The ultimate thing is that I just wanted, my point was that they are going to make their own decisions. That's true. I mean, that's true. They are. I mean, as much as you tell them that they're going to get a disease or they're going to be hooked on drugs or they're going to be a loser or whatever. My point is you've got to tell them, man. You've got to tell them. We realize it's out of your hands, but you don't have to be giving your 11-year-old condoms. Yeah, well, I don't know. Well, thank you, bro. I appreciate it. I appreciate it, man. Hey, no problem. Thank you. Mikey, speaking of, Boston Rob gets the DNA results on whether or not he's a father on November 1st. Mikey Show, hello. Hey, this is G1 Devin. What's up? Hey, I just wanted to comment. I just got out of class, and I just got back from, or just started listening to you guys right off the bat, and you guys crack me up every time. Thank you. I just, that's all I wanted to say, just comment that you guys are the best. Thank you very much, bro. I appreciate it. All the time. I wish Sean could play that. What's up, dude?
It's P1 Marcos, dude, and everybody needs to listen because I was statistic. I'm a 29-year-old full-time father of five. Wow. And you don't need rubbers. You need guidance, man. You need an equilibrium of everything. But most of all, it's be involved. You know, you've got to know where your kids are, what they're doing at all times until they're 18 years old. Thank you, bro. I appreciate it. It looks like Eddie's equilibrium. Eddie! Equilibrium! Education is key. Tomorrow's going to be a fun day. Yeah, something, Ashley. Lovely and talented Missy's next. She got lost and found today. Songs you haven't heard in a long time and may never want to hear again. But you can call her, you can request what you want to hear, and she'll probably play it for you. We'll be back in here tomorrow morning at 5.30. The Mikey Show is out late.
