Eddie became emotional over Brett Favre's retirement, while Mikey and Craig Gass turned that grief into a running argument about what an athlete loses when his career ends. Craig supplied the show's biggest comedy pieces by recasting Blair Witch Project and Napoleon Dynamite, filling a chaotic Hollywood Squares game with celebrity voices, and recounting how he choked on steak in front of Christopher Walken. The crew also fought over a Lost episode, Boston Rob's road rage, Southwest's missed aircraft inspections, gender-based trivia, and whether Dr. Steve Brule's vinegar advice was funny. The tone turned serious when Mikey highlighted Sierra, Ray Ray, Liam, and their families during the Children's Hospital Radiothon, and when Sky reported on a mother pressure-washing her toddler as punishment.
What happened, in order

Eddie admits that Brett Favre's tearful retirement announcement made him cry, while Mikey and Craig Gass tease him and debate whether Favre is grieving the end of the identity and camaraderie football gave him.
Boston Rob's Road Rage
Boston Rob confesses that he chases down careless drivers to stare them out, then describes angrily pulling alongside a distracted businessman who crawled onto the highway while using his phone.
The Lost Fight
Eddie calls the latest Lost episode below average, prompting Sky to defend the revelations about Ben, Juliet, and Goodwin until the room argues over whether criticism of one episode counts as an attack on the whole show.
Cracks at Southwest
The crew reacts to the FAA seeking $10.2 million from Southwest Airlines after 117 planes allegedly flew long past inspection deadlines, arguing that the airline prioritized keeping aircraft earning money over checks tie
Walken in Blair Witch
In Craig Gass Theater, Craig performs Heather's terrified Blair Witch Project confession as Christopher Walken while the crew keeps interrupting his attempt to sound frightened with increasingly absurd acting notes.
Pacino Plays Napoleon
Craig Gass recasts the Napoleon Dynamite kitchen fight with Al Pacino as Napoleon, Sam Kinison as Kip, and George Takei as Grandma, turning the quiet sibling spat into a shouting celebrity-impression showcase.
Battle of the Sexes
Sky, Chantel, and Ashley face Eddie, Sean, and Boston Rob in gender-swapped trivia, with disputed answers about Vera Wang, wrong guesses about pregnancy and movies, and Azrael the Smurfs cat finally breaking the tie for
Celebrity Hollywood Squares

Choking Before Walken
Craig Gass recalls choking on steak while meeting Christopher Walken at Richard Belzer's roast, then being forced by Belzer to perform impressions until an irritated Walken bluntly acknowledged his talent and returned to
Children's Hospital Radiothon
Mikey uses the Radiothon to tell listeners about Sierra's spreading cancer and to interview Ray Ray and Liam's family about a liver transplant, hydrocephalus, repeated surgeries, and how Children's Hospital supports pare
Brule's Vinegar Cure
The show repeatedly plays John C. Reilly's Dr. Steve Brule advising people to put vinegar on smelly armpits, with Mikey mangling the Tim and Eric show's title while everyone argues over whether the clip is funny.
Pressure-Washing a Child
Sky reports that a Florida mother was filmed spraying her two-year-old with a self-service car-wash pressure hose as punishment, and the crew jokes about her spray-bottle excuse while stressing that the washer could inju

yesterday to get over $10 million in penalties from Southwest Airlines for flying unsafe planes. Eddie is here, but he is busy doing stuff. He's busy getting organized. And we're letting some listeners into the studio right now. We've got a full house today. Let me see, Rob. How many we got? Four? Four listeners? Two. Four? Yeah. Oh, I know, Ciara. I've certainly... Talked to her before through email. Antoine's a cool dude. I know Antoine from The Rock. Melissa and Enrique, they won on P1 Trivia. Enrique. Enrique. Are you guys in here? Is everybody in here? What's up, dude? What's up? Where's Piera? Where's Piera? There's Piera. There she is. What's up, you guys? Nice to have you in here. We'll be talking to you here in just a second.
Let's see. Let's get this sucker rolling, man. 570-1053 is our phone number. You can call us at the beginning and end of every show. Open phones at the start and end of the show. And Craig Gass is with us again. He's going to be hanging out the entire show. Craig, we were just discussing. I said, right before you came in, I said to Eddie, I go... Craig does Cagney when he's introduced. I wonder if there's a story behind the Cagney. No, it's the dude from the Ten Commandments. Yeah, Shane. Yeah. Where's your Moses now, Shane? Yeah. Who was that? What is that guy's name? I don't know. Don't look at me, dude. I don't know what it is. Google it. Google it. Yeah. But I don't know what he's going to Google. Yeah. A bunch of cats will come up. Yeah. Yeah, Shane. That's Cagney, dude. That's right. We're sitting here in the kitty litter. We're not coming out. That's right, copper. I wonder if in the Ten Commandments it was James Cagney that played some role. Very nice. Try an IMD Mimi.
Now, is there a story behind that? Did something happen? It just comes naturally. Just obnoxious, see? That's what it is. Try to get me to get out of character now, see? This is hour number one. How you doing, Eddie? Stop that. Like your style. What if he couldn't get out of it? That's all he could do for the rest of the morning. Every character was just that. Where's your Tracy Morgan now? 5701053, welcome to the program. It's a Mikey show. We're going to go around the room. We're going to introduce everybody. We've got a full house, man. We've got tons of people in here today. Let's see. I'm Mikey. I'm the host of the show. If it was my choice, I would always live in a ranch-style home, meaning there is no upstairs. If it were up to me, there would be no upstairs. the spread out space makes me comfortable. Like living on a ranch. Living on a ranch. Living on a ranch. Living on a prayer, Shane. That's right, Cagney. Oh, no. That's right, miassi guy. Yeah, Shane. I'm going to stick a pen in your neck. You should. You really should, Eddie. I will assist you. Prison jank. Yeah, the reason that, you know how come we got stairs is because of lack of room. That's why we have stairs in houses. Yep. Uh,
I thought it was just to get upstairs. Yeah. No, it is not, Rob. It's a smaller footprint. See, lands at a premium, Rob. That's right. Robbie Shades. That's right. So they want to make it. Put it on top. They want to make small space. They could sell more space. Wow. And they'll give you plenty of room. It's just got to go up. Yeah. Because they don't, you know, not enough land. I don't think he does. Yeah, you know about small footprints, right? There you go, Sean. That's right. 5'8 and a quarter. We're size 11. Wait a second. He does not wear size 11. He does not wear size 11. You do not. That is a lie. That is a lie. It's a lie. It's a lie. It's a lie. I'm huge in Mira Mesa. 11 and boys. Even that's kind of small. Like your average boy wears a 16. Yeah. Take it easy, Paris Hilton. Thank you. That's right. So little. 570-1053. Give us a call. You can talk about anything you want. Eddie is our producer, our sports guy. He is 34 years old. He runs a very fast computer. That's the way he rolls. Yeah, that's right. Yeah. Anything new going on? I had an emotional day yesterday. Uh-oh. Oh, no. Watching Brett Farmer's conference. Oh, Eddie. Oh, Eddie. I was a mess. I'll admit it. It was a difficult...
Thing they listened to. Did you see it live? I watched a little bit of it live, but I was in the sports station's office, you know, their sports pit. Yeah. And there was other guys around, so I didn't want to lose it in front of them. If there had been nobody there and you were at home. Would I have cried? Yes. Absolutely. Absolutely. I did afterwards watching it. It's very difficult. In terms of moving you to tears, is it usually sport related? Absolutely. Sports can get you. Yeah. What about the daddy storylines in a movie? A little bit. I mean, not too bad. That is me, man. What if Brett Favre was playing the dad? Oh, forget it. Forget it. Brett Favre was your dad and he just wanted to play catch one last time. Stop it. Stop it. You're making me get all misty right now. Eddie, let me ask you a question. If it had been Brett Favre that played Michael Keaton's role in my life, would you not have laughed? I didn't in the first place. You did. No. You made fart sound effects. No, bro. We were in the theater and you said die already. Well, I swear to God I didn't do it. Well, you should never do that. How many years are we going to argue about this? I don't know.
Well, I'm not lying. Mike is. I don't know. This guy just wants to keep up with this thing. That's cool. Cut 15. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. Oh, no. Here come the waterworks. Here we go. I am officially retiring. Oh, no. From the NFL. Green Bay Packers. And as much as I've thought about what I would say and how... Is that where it started? What's he doing, Eddie? Looking down or what's he doing? I promised I wouldn't get emotional. What's he doing with his head? Who did he promise? For giving me an opportunity as well. He's putting his hand over his mouth. Penny. Oh, my God. That was gross. Is he choking? Choking back to tears. Eddie, don't you normally find this funny? Pause. Pause. Yeah, Eddie usually does laugh at the crying. This is what I'm fascinated...
And I want to ask you, Eddie, because you'll probably have a good insight into this. So what's he thinking about? That it's over. That his, you know, all the fun times. See, to me, I think Brett still wants to play football. He just doesn't want to have to go through the process of getting ready for the season. Right. I mean, the guy's, you know, an older guy. And he kind of needs to go through training camp and get his body ready for the season. And he doesn't want to do that. If he could just step onto the field and play and have fun, he would still be playing. But he can't. He's not interested in 110 degree two-a-days? No, not at all. He doesn't want to sit through film meetings. He doesn't want to deal with anything. He just wants to go play. But he can't do that. And so all of his friends that he has fun with and getting out there and competing... He's not going to have that anymore, and it's devastating. It's over. It's what has defined his career up until last year. It's what has defined his life. He just would not stop, and there was this kind of, man, the guy, love that guy, but, man, he should step down. And then he had this phenomenal season last year. And, yeah, it's time. I mean, will he ever be able to get that far? Probably not. I also see a dude.
that is experiencing an emotional death. So he's like, this is kind of like that first process of mourning. In fact, I think that there may have been a little period of denial where you're like, no, no, no, it's not over. It's not over. It's not over. It's not over. It's not over. It's not over. It's not over. He's probably scared. He doesn't know what he's going to do. Like Sunday he's going to come around and I'm not going to play football. What am I going to do? And do I watch football or do I make sure I get out of the house or what do I do? And what am I going to do, especially what am I going to do at like 140 in the afternoon on Sunday? Yeah. When I look at my watch and it's 140, what am I going to do then on a Sunday? Because I know where I'd be right that second. Eddie, you should reach out to him. I think he needs a friend right now. He does. I think he does. Don't give me a dirty look. Don't you roll your eyes at her. Don't you roll your eyes at her. I'm just saying. There was probably a flood of emotion thinking about like his dad. Mm-hmm.
His dad was a huge supporter of his playing the game. His dad passed away. I'm sure all these things came into his head. Because that's what I'm doing. I'm trying to think, what are the thoughts? I bet there's a thought of the first hoisting of the Lombardi trophy. The first time he did that. Or maybe that first touchdown in a Super Bowl. Because he's been there. So there was all of these things. And all of that is done. It's over. It's over. Unpause. This is Eddie, by the way. I hope that every penny that they've spent on me, they know it was money well spent. Yeah, Favre is composed. This is Eddie you're hearing. It's never about the money or fame or the records. Eddie, Eddie. I hear something I'll talk about. It's so weird to see Craig cradling him like that. Your accomplishments and things that... Eddie, just lay down. Fuck. Eddie was wiping his nose on his sleeve, too. It was never my accomplishments. It was our accomplishments. The teammates that I played with, and I can name so many. It was never about me. It was about everybody else. That is a tough one right there. Wow. There's more of it. We'll play more of it later on. He's very emotional. I mean, usually you see these guys retire. There's a moment when they kind of lose it. I mean, Brett was...
That was the whole thing. It was like that. It was tough to watch. I've been having this conversation all season long with people about how great of a season Brett was having. And I've had this recurring theme with every conversation. Every guy I've talked to said, you got your team that you love, and then you got that side thing for Brett Favre. You love that guy and you want to see him do well. And you never see that in sports. It's universal. He really is, and it's such a great story. He's very handsome, very rugged. Good-looking guy, stayed with his high school sweetheart. There's a story that he told... This is touching, Eddie. Yeah, you're getting to Eddie, Craig. Did you know, Craig, did you know Eddie's deal with Favre? No. Oh, yeah, Eddie's got a deal with Favre. Oh, yeah. He's gay for him. Yeah, basically. He loves Favre. Now I know you're gay. He's awesome. Loves Fabry. I think a lot of guys are gay for Favre. Probably. I mean, I would say that there's probably, the numbers get a lot higher as you move into the Midwest. Yeah. But Eddie appreciates the guy. I wish I knew how to quit you. I don't want to quit you. I mean, dude, the guy, you know, when his dad died, his dad wanted him to play. He went out and had the best game of his career on a Monday Night Football game. Yeah.
When his wife was diagnosed with cancer, he showed up at the next game with a shaved head in support of his wife. What do you think of that, Sky? That's pretty sweet, right? Oh, that's a gentleman. Yeah, women love that stuff. 570-1053 is the phone number. Sky's our news girl. She's got curly hair. She does like some gardening herself. Yes, I do. And free lunches. That's right. She enjoys both. You know, I knew. I knew. I knew. I knew. As soon as I got home yesterday, I was like, Eddie wouldn't let me help because he wanted to break it up. Did you get a free lunch yesterday? You didn't say anything. You grabbed it right away. And for the record, I paid last year. Okay? Oh, my gosh. I know they went to lunch for Boy Blunder yesterday. I paid for his last birthday. You paid this year. Next year, I got it. Next year, I got it. She's a good girl. We don't need the song. Loves her ganja. Whatever. Where did you guys go eat? We went to Bruco. She's so good. And Bill Kane, not even a flinch, not even a glance at it. Didn't reach for it? Nothing. Didn't reach for it. I picked it up. I paid. Did she reach into her house?
purse, though, to get her wallet. Right. Well, Eddie was holding my purse, so it was kind of hard. You're asking the purse. She looks the other way. Takes her wallet. I offered to help with the tip. Now the check's up to you. At that point, the girl's already paid. Well, he hadn't filled in the tip line yet. And he said, no, no, thank you. I got the four bucks. That's cool. Someone else gets. Wow. Wow. We call her free lunch. Shut up. I paid last year. I don't remember. Remember we went to Skrill? Skrill. Skrill would pick up lunch in San Jose at the Chinese place. When it was 19 people for $1.45. One time. I got this one, guys. Fellas, put your wallets away, please. This one's on me. Literally one time out of every day when we go to lunch. We go almost every day. Every day. One time. Let's go.
Gentlemen, stop it. I wouldn't dream of it. I've got this one. Unbelievable. You're unbelievable. I thought you were being a gentleman. We're up against a gun already. We're already four hours late. Let me introduce everybody else really quickly. Sean is our sound effects guy. Sean, give us an example of what you do. There you go. Ashley is our assistant producer. She does about a billion things. And she does. She works very hard. And I've been very proud of her lately. She's trying. She really is trying. Thanks, Ryan. And she's doing some good stuff. Let's see. Boston Rob. I get confused because there's seven people. That's a lot. It's a litter. It is. Boston Rob's 25 years old. He's getting married. He's not sure when. We're really not sure when, but we're proud of him. Thanks. And he's a nice kid. And I got road rage. Do you really? Yeah, real bad. Figured it out yesterday. Okay. How's that? Not good.
Does anyone else do this after someone cuts me off? You shoot them. No, after someone's an idiot on the road, I have to get next to them and stare at them and look at them and analyze them and break them down. And I did it three times yesterday. Three times? Yeah. People are idiots. It's like Russian roulette, man. I did it once yesterday. For real. You stared somebody down? I didn't stare him down. Oh, yeah, you did. No, I didn't. Be proud of it. I didn't. Wouldn't it be great if they were at the same intersection doing it to each other? They can't even tell through the silhouette of their tinted windows that they're eyeballing. That doesn't happen with me. It happens once a year. Yesterday was my day. Maybe because today he was going to bring it up. What happened with you? Real quick. Real quick. This guy's not going at a green light. I give him about five seconds. Lay on the horn. Starts to go stops. Gets on. We're getting on the highway. Won't merge. He's doing 35. So I book it around this guy like I'm going to pass him and then slam on him right next to him. Oh, yeah. Get him, Robbie. Grilling him. Yeah, buddy. And he's got one of the nicest cars I've ever seen. Doesn't know how to drive it. Some 45-year-old business guy on his phone with, and this is at night, with the light on in his car, not even paying attention to what's going on.
and if i was in my old car i would have got in front of him gave him a little brake check but i got a new ride yeah and i'm an adult i just drove off but man i gotta i gotta look at these people and figure out who they are because if i ever see him at starbucks i'm gonna sit him down oh yeah why so you could be an eye level You know, in his driver's license, you can see Rob's feet. That's how! I was behind a old model Mercedes yesterday. And in the back seat behind the passenger is a young kid, probably 17 years old. And right in front of him in the passenger seat, another kid, probably 17 years old. We're at a red light. Passenger rolls his window down and kind of... Flick throws out the window, up in the air, a, I assume, empty can, tin can of Altoids. Oh, lost it. Idiot. And I went, wow, that's really disrespectful to everybody. I just thought it was disrespectful to everybody in the world on planet Earth. And so I just shook my head. I thought, man, that is a bummer.
That's just a bummer. So we're going, and I'm not doing the, you know, let me ride you or any of that stuff. I'm just driving normally. Try it out. No, I did, Rob. It was called my 20s. Oh, all right. You should come with me sometime. Anyway. So about two miles later, we make the same turn, and he's turning. right into a place and I'm going straight, but we stop behind people. There's another red light. We're all stopped in the same place. And I look over and he gets, and the driver is a guy that's probably in his mid fifties. He's got on a baseball cap and a white, you know, he's got the white goatee. So he's probably dude's dad. And he gives me the, what the F and like, what, what, Oh, that's, Oh, yeah. And I thought, wow, that is too bad right there. I wish I was with you. Rob, you're not going to change him. I would give him a shot. No, no, no. But you're not going to. I mean, the truth is, you're not going to change that guy. I wasn't going to change that guy. And I was thinking to myself, now, I want... Change how his guy looks, though. All right. Oh, my God. I love that guy. Horrible. Yep, yep, yep, yep. Let's see. And then Zeth is 22.
And Seth is the youngest guy on the show. Very nice kid. Never heard of him. And he is very tall. He's six foot three or six foot four. Which one? Three. Three. Six foot three. Guy could be an NFL quarterback. In fact, he's taller than a few of them in the NFL right now. There is a vacancy. That's right. Eddie, sorry about that. I'm sorry. He wasn't a vacancy. Shot you a look. Uh-uh. 570-1053 is the phone number. Not today, Craig. Give us a call at the beginning and end of every show. Somebody was on hold, but they waited too long. Okay, let's see. Here we go. P1 Paparazzi is on the line. Eddie has pushed his microphone away. He's pushed himself away from the console. Pushed himself away from the console, but it's okay. I like paparazzi. Paparazzi's a P1, a Hall of Fame P1. He's been listening forever to the microphone. And paparazzi, what's going on? A couple things. One is I think that you guys should have eight members on the show and says seven. Craig Gass should be an official member. He's a very funny guy. Can you imagine a show with eight people on it? I can't imagine a show with five people on it. We got seven. Go ahead, paparazzi.
Second question I have is for Craig Gass. I'm wondering, how often do you change your routines at comedy clubs and stuff? I've never been to a stand-up comedy club because my one fear is from seeing YouTube videos of other comedians and stuff, every time they're at a different venue, it seems like all their bits are the same, the same order, same everything. I'm just afraid I'm going to get a repeat of what I saw on YouTube. The show I'm going to do at 4th and B, half of it I've never done before here in San Diego, especially the opening. We've got this ridiculous opening, this Christopher Walken thing that we've worked out. Because 4th and B is a big place, so we've got sound and light, so we worked out this really ridiculous opening to the show. Year after year, I guess your stuff, it depends on the comedian, but for me personally, I would say every year probably about 20% of it is new. But there's stuff that I have to do on stage. And then in San Diego, there's stuff that I have to do when I'm here because I have to acknowledge some... That was a very unfunny answer about a comedy show. And that's not supposed to be funny. But, yeah, if you come down... If you were at the Sarah Silverman show last year that I did with Sarah, Zach Galifianakis, and me, and what was the name of that other comic? I don't know, but it doesn't matter. He's going to perform at the show tomorrow, too. Oh. But...
But half that material will be completely different. And then there's going to be a weird opening. And then a very interesting closing. Craig is extremely funny, man. He is one of the funniest guys I've ever met. And he is dirty. Dirty. Now, let me, I just want to say, I've been begging him to make it clean enough so that I could go, but he's just, he's got a very different sense of humor. It's my old sense of humor, but he is, he's a funny guy, but you need to know that he's, you can't be easily offended. Yeah, a lot of great comics. Some special guests showing up tomorrow night at 4th and B. And you get the tickets at Ticketmaster. You can call 4th and B at 619-231-4343. And I'm also previewing material for my first celebrity roast, which comes out in May. There you go. It's the roast of Gene Simmons. Wow. Oh, I'm excited for that. Last question I have for Craig is, can he do any impressions of any of the members of the show? Of the show? Of the show.
Can you do any impressions of us? Can you imitate me? I think the easiest one to do, well, Boston Rod would be the easiest because that's just the dialect. Ashley, I haven't even tried. Yeah, dude, I would love to see you do me. I would love to do a whole break where you would do an imitation of me. Well, to do Ashley. Genius. Well, when you start to think. I've heard one person ever do me. Genius. Woody used to do, when it was BC and Woody, now it's BC and Clint, but Woody. would do a genuine impersonation. And it was fun to listen to because I would go, yeah, sometimes I do that thing. I do do that. But I had to hear somebody else do it, you know? There are a couple of words in everybody's syntax. Yeah, and like for me, I start with a couple of words and then I build out. For Christopher Walken, it was, little man. I don't know why, but that was the two words. Little man. Little man. I kept saying that over and over until I was able to talk and say other words besides little man and cow. And with Sam Kinison, for some reason, it was, oh, you jerk. You're such a jerk. And I just started there. Because when I say jerk, it sounds like I'm drunk. You jerk. Oh, you jerk.
That's so good. And with Al Pacino, it was a line from a movie that you've been trying to get me to see, but I've only seen 20 minutes of it, Gary Glenn Ross. Right. And it's Al Pacino saying, so now you got to get angry with me? And I don't know why, but those words just, they just came right out. So now you got to get angry with me? That's great. And then eventually I started to move away and develop a soul. Oh, yeah. Whoa. Well, there's that great line that Alec Baldwin, who was my partner on Las Vegas, said, do you ever do your impressions for the people you do the voices of? Do you ever go up to them and do the voices right to their face? And I said, yeah. They try to get me to do it for them. But you know what's weird is when I do the voice for them, they always feel really weird about it. And Baldwin goes, it's because you take a part of their soul. I go, what? How is it that you take a part of their song? But with Mikey, the only two words that come to mind right now, if I think about Mikey, and I don't even know if this is going to make sense, but I picture you just kind of pausing and going, I wonder... And I don't know why, but does that make sense to anybody? Am I crazy? Sometimes that's the deal. I wonder... You're always very deep in thought, and that's the only words that come to mind.
Give me some time. Yeah. It'd be great. It'd be great. Well, we're going to be doing some Craig Gas Theater today. Yesterday, we did something called Hollywood Squares. If you missed it, we'll do it again. You'll get a chance to hear Hollywood Squares. We'll play Hollywood Squares again. And we're going to do Battle of the Sexes again. So we got... Who's coming in? Chantel? Chantel. My mind just went blank. Chantel is coming in, and she's going to play with the girls, and it'll be Eddie. It's our week. Eddie B. Rob and Sean. You mean Team Awesome? That's right. Team Awesome. Stop calling yourself that. That's not your name. Eddie calls the guys Team Awesome. You need to come up with a team name. We're Team Better Than You. Wow. How about that? I think you guys should come up with something feminine. Yeah, I like that. Team... Tampon. Team Tampon. Team Tampon. Team Tampon. It's very feminine. It's certainly not masculine. Team taller than Rob. Wow. Something like that. Something like that. Right for the jugular. Right for the jugular. A mini-mini. He won Russell. Russell, are you there? Excuse me. I just wanted to call in to give you guys a compliment. I've been stuck in Norfolk, Virginia for the whole last month listening to...
Man Cow, and you guys just have an incredible show. I mean, Mikey, you're the best host. Eddie, you run a real tight ship. These other shows that are out east, they just talk about stuff that does not even matter. There's no flow. They play music constantly, and you guys are just the best. Thank you, man. Can I just suck up to you for one second? Hey, everybody. Eddie's giving me the break sign. Eddie's giving me the break sign. I know I'm not supposed to be here for another hour, but I was actually having this same discussion with some friends of mine who do a lot of radio. A friend of mine at AAB met last night. I'm not going to say his last name. His name is Brett F. He's a nice guy. He was a nice guy. Athlete. He's really into painkillers. Hey, man. Don't say it. Well, he's in recovery, so it's all right. And I'm not saying his last name. I'm not saying his last name, but there's a great meeting at a Denny's right on Garnett. I didn't even know they had a meeting in the back room, but we were just saying, your show is amazing, Mikey. It's absolutely amazing. Don't let anybody tell you anything differently. I'm Tom Arnold. And I'm on Wikipedia. Microphone's going off. I appreciate it. Wow. It's at the Denny's. All right. Thank you, Tom.
So on the show today, a little Hollywood Squares where, yes, Tom Arnold will be participating. Oh, no. No, I think so. We're also doing Craig Gass Theater today, which will feature the voices of, well, Christopher Walken will be playing the role of the girl Heather in the movie Blair Witch Project. Oh, wow. That's odd. The famous scene where she's crying into the... Video camera. I gotta say, before we go into that. Yes, go ahead, Mr. Walken. I don't understand the concept of fear. Yeah, I know, which is kind of weird because in that scene, Heather is very afraid. Crying. I'll see what I can do. Okay. Can I bring my cowbell? And then... It gets even better because then we're going to be doing a scene from Napoleon Dynamite where Napoleon Dynamite's role... Imagine if Napoleon Dynamite's role had gone to Al Pacino. Wow. Imagine what that would do like. Interesting. I've always wanted to play a dweeb. There you go. This is your chance. Oh, yeah. And so that is coming up on the show. And also...
We're going to be telling you more about the Eddie B. Rob video game challenge that's going to be going on for their next challenge. And all kinds of stuff. And we're also helping out the Radiothon. Do you? Do you or don't you? You do? Okay. Commercials for Jägermeister. A guy comes out of a hedge. He's covered in mud and blood. He's holding one high heel shoe. I just eat a stripper? Jäger. There you go. To the point. Direct. Another one. Can you do another one? I think you can. A little girl is sitting on the swing.

I went to Sleep Frame, got myself one of the freaking nicest mattresses there. They gave me it for less than half a bite. What kind of mattress?
I got the Sturgeon Foster Silver Dream. That's the one I have. That thing is supposed to be like $69.95 or something. No. I think I got it out the door $28.50. I got it for $3,200 and then somebody else at another store beat up my price. So they came back and beat it by 5%. That's nice. And they gave me free mattress cover. What is it? What size did you get? A twin? Or what did you get? I got the California King. Oh, you big pimp. Ashley's in. Oh, dude. It's pretty comfortable, huh? I'm still waiting to get it. I have a roommate that's moving out soon and it's going to go in that room. Oh, it's the greatest bed ever. That's the mattress I sleep on. It was so freaking comfortable at the showroom. with another edition of Craig Gass Theater. And so what we do in Craig Gass Theater is we recast these movies. And so this time, instead of Javier Bardeen playing the role of Chigurh, it's going to be none other than Tracy Morgan. Oh, wow. Is there something wrong? You asking me? Is there something wrong with anything? Is that what you're asking me? Spider looks at him, uncomfortable, looks away. Meh, meh, meh. I'm serious. There don't be anything else. You just asked me that. You just asked me that. The Mikey Show continues. Welcome back to the show. It is 641. Ashley Simpson says she was not drunk during her radio interview. She was just uncomfortable with the hosts of the show. The freak is back. Javon Curse returns to his old team, the Titans. Welcome back to the show. A little bit later on, we're going to be doing some Hollywood Squares. Oh. And what else we got coming up? In just a little bit, we're going to do some Craig Gas Theater. So you're going to hear Craig doing the voice of Napoleon Dynamite, only it'll be Al Pacino playing the role. Awesome. Playing the role of Kip, Napoleon's brother, Sam Kinison. Oh, my God. That was my favorite.
And if you remember this scene in the kitchen when they're fighting, the grandma is there for just a second, and George Takai will play the role of the grandma. You were able to get, Takai. That's right. That's huge. That will be fantastic. That's coming up in just a little bit. So, thank you very much. I heard four people got kicked off American Idol last night. What? They had to get down to the top floor. Holy cow. So they're now to the top 12? Yeah, they're finally to the top 12, so we finally get to go to the normal, you know, on-stage performances. Yeah. So six guys, six girls. Yes. And are they all real good? I think all the guys are real good. There's a couple of girls that are not very good. Yeah, the guys are definitely better than the girls this year. When you say they go to the normal stage, does that mean the Kodak Theater? Is that where they perform? I know they do the Kodak Theater for the finale. Okay. I'm not sure that's where it's at.
But now at least it's where it's kind of the big stage with the big lights and all that stuff where it looks like a big production. Right. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So is that next week or they started? Okay. Next week. Got it. Is it true that one of, I have a clip here that says Blake Lewis performed. So what, did he come back and perform? Yeah. He's a big star now. Yep. Big time. You sold like 14 albums, so... That's 14 more than you, dude. That's true. That is true. Actually, that's not true. That's not true. The best of CDs I may have outplayed. It's so true. Wow. Face on someone's face. That may be true. Hey, T-shirt, enough. Nice. Yeah, Sean's rolling T-shirt today. He's not doing a button-up. How was the television show Lost last night? The television show Lost. Oh, cute. Oh. Eddie, don't. Whatever you're about to do, I don't want to hear. No, I'm ready. I don't. I'm not enjoying your face. Eddie has theories is what I'm saying. I need to hear that. I just thought it was a below average episode. What? See, see what I told you. Did it really reveal anything? It was just kind of, eh, okay. It was one of those set up episodes for like the next two.
I hate those. Now, wait a minute. Now, Sky, you seem upset, but when it's a show that you enjoy, they can serve you a turd on a platter and you're still good with it. Yep. So last night you liked it. I loved it. You were still in. What was the big moment? What were you so into? The affair with Goodwin. Hello. Who cares? A character that nobody cares about? The fact that Ben believes that he owns Juliet. Okay. Who cares? The fact that Ben is... has the gas to kill everyone on the island. Let me hear that scene. Who cares? Let me hear this. You know, he owns everything. Cut 12. You knew this would happen. You sent him out here because you knew this would happen. You wanted this. You wanted him to die. Oscar clip. You're asking me why? After everything I did to get you here? After everything I've done to keep you here? How can you possibly not understand that you're mine? Eddie, that didn't do anything for you? So... Take as much time as you need. Let me get this straight. Ben's creepy? Oh, my God! But we didn't know that Ben had this romantic thing for Juliet and that he's willing to kill off anybody who comes in the way of him and Juliet being together. Listen, you're taking this the wrong way. I love Lost. You're attacking us. Well, then maybe you should start it off. Maybe you should complicate it.
before you attack. I thought it was a very below average episode. For the best show on television. Yes, yes. Well, maybe you should have said that. I think we already all know that. Some people don't. Whatever Ben said. You're very aggressive today. I don't like it. Well, I'm just saying. I'm very emotionally involved in the show. Okay, but he's got an opinion. And it's like, you know. I'm being attacked. I don't want to bring this. I know. It's like you're a Nobel Prize winner and you speed on the freeway and we're going to attack you for that? Come on. You do so much good that you're one little bad. Okay. That's a really good analogy. Okay, we'll look past it. That's awesome. Well said. Emotionally involved today? Like once every 30 days, mostly involved. Wow. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. No Craig. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I got to get out of here. That was not a good look. So here is the deal. So everyone knows it's daylight savings this weekend. We're springing forward this weekend. Are we sure? I haven't heard anything about this. I haven't heard anything. We're springing forward. For real? Yeah. 2 a.m. Sunday morning. Yeah. Yep. Yep.
Great. Doesn't affect the comedy show. Saturday night, still at 8.30. Fourth and B, 8.30. Saturday night. Tomorrow night. Not for the easily offended. Not for the easily offended. You guys that I got you those little clocks, you don't have to worry about a thing. Nice. They set themselves. That's good. That's right. I still have to change my five other alarms. Yeah, we got a bunch of clocks all over there. Isn't that a... bummer man you gotta go throughout the house and change the microwave yeah you gotta change the microwave doesn't do itself no rob the microwave does not do itself i just got a new mic you plug it into the wall though bro so satellites can't figure out how to get into my wall like they do everything else oh how about this if you fly southwest airlines luckily none of us do right Except for all of us. Except for everyone. Except for me on Sunday. Other than every one of us listening right now, none of us fly on Southwest Airlines. No, we all do because A, it's cheap, and B, they fly from San Diego to everywhere. Pretty much. Well, they just went through some records and they were looking at these Southwest planes. Yeah, so a few of them are unsafe to fly and have been unsafe to fly. Don't tell me that much.
For real, I'll never fly home again. What's the big deal? I'll never go see my family. It happens. If by a few of them, you mean at least 117 of them, then yeah. Whatever. Yeah, we only have 100 planes, but yeah. What percentage of the flying force is that? I don't know. I don't know, dude, but if it's 117 planes. Hold the boat. That onboard comedy, I think we can overlook this. That's true. That is true. I mean, yeah, what's a little unsafe plane when one of the air waitresses is making jokes as you taxi in? If you can get a song out of it. Yeah, right? If you can get the whole plane to sing you happy birthday, then why not, right? Why not? All right, guys. Is everybody ready to sing the guy in the fifth seat happy birthday? Let's all do it. Happy birthday to you. Shut up. How about a clever ditty to She'll Be Coming Around the Mountain? That's a good one. I hate that stuff. Where they do a parody of it. I love it. You are flying Southwest Airlines. Let's have fun. You are flying Southwest Airlines. Let's have fun. You'll be dying within minutes. You'll be crushing. Shut up.
I'm flying Southwest on Sunday. Which could make tomorrow night's show a very special engagement. That would be my last show ever. Exclusive. So yesterday, the FAA initiated action to get $10.2 million of penalties out of Southwest. I guess their planes flew for about 30 months after government inspection deadlines had passed. Instead of penalizing them, how about fixing them? Well, see, that's the thing. They were supposed to get these government inspections to make sure the planes are safe and don't have all these cracks in it. But Southwest is like, no, we're good. We'll wait. And they went 30 months past the deadline. And so now the FAA is like, since you're not going to follow the rules and let us inspect your planes in the right time, we're going to penalize you $10.2 million. It's like nothing to them. I know. Now, what do we think at all? boiled down to for Southwest? Southwest says the FAA penalty is related to one of many routine and redundant inspections on our aircraft fleet involving an extremely small area in one of the very many overlapping inspections. Okay, but isn't that like Ashley Simpson saying, I wasn't, there's nothing wrong with me. I was fine.
Right. So we believe that, right? That's what we believe. Well, they're saying that the problem was just this annoying thing that they're always checking on. The cracking skin of the shell of the plane. And so basically what they're saying is, so everyone else can do this. Right. Like United and every other airline. But we realize that this is dumb, so we're not going to. We're good. I mean, I guess that's what they're saying, right? It's ridiculous. Here's my question, though. Yeah. Are we all, as a collective whole, are we all going, we don't buy that? Are we saying we don't buy that? Because I think that that's what I'm saying is I don't think that's why you're not doing it. But if I do say that, then what do I think they're up to? Is it that they don't want to pay? labor to have people doing the right thing? Is that what we think? Well, because they have to ground their planes for the inspections. Oh, and they won't make money. It takes time, yeah. And the reason that these inspections are mandatory is due to two fatal crashes involving planes, the Boeing 737s, due to these cracks. Oh. Yeah. That's really not good. I'm never going home.
Ashley's walking to the Bay Area. I'm done. I'm never flying again. I hope I'm flying on one of the less cracked planes. That's cool. This is going to be their new slogan. It's now time to fly out of the aircraft. Ouch. Ouch. All right. Well, let's do this then. You are now free to move about the airspace. Yes. Flap your arms. Right. We got a P1 lunch going on one week from today. So one week from today, we'll be hanging out with you at Joe's Crab Shack. And we'll be there from noon to one. Calamari. Yeah, calamari. Love it. Do they do straight fish? Yeah. They do? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I love it. Depends. We'll switch it up sometimes. Well, I worked there for three years. She got to know the ins and outs, you know what I'm saying? Built a relationship with them. Let's do this. Well, first of all, I want to let you know that we're going to be doing more of the Brett Favre news conference. And listen, emotionally it's tough, but we got to go there. But when we come back, are we doing, yeah, let's do a little Craig Gass theater. Oh. When we come back. Yes. What would it have been like if Al Pacino played the role of Napoleon Dynamite? You'll hear it next. The Mikey Show is on. I just love this show. I listen to you guys every single day. Rock.

Some special guests. Some surprises. Some great local comics. Joe Charles. Joe Charles is going to be there tomorrow night. And some surprises in a very special opening with Christopher Walken. Wow. A very special opening. Shocking. Speaking of Christopher Walken, we thought, what if we're going to do Craig Gass Theater, and we thought, what if Christopher Walken had been given the lead role in the film The Blair Witch Project? Oh, my. I'm going to set the scene for you because in the Blair Witch Project, you remember that they were out in the middle of the woods. They're lost. All they've got is this video camera. And while they're out in the woods lost, all of these strange things start to happen. I like this music. What's the music from Blair Witch? I don't like it. It's really freaky. Now, let me set the scene for you. They've been out wandering in the woods, right? For days. I'm going to have to try to be scared. Yes, that's right. I'm giving my best shot, Mike. I'm not going to make any promises. That's okay.
All you have to do, Christopher Walken, is just try to get into the character of Heather. Okay. I'm Heather. I'm Heather. Yes, you are Heather. And I'm scared. Well, yeah, you've been wandering around the woods for days and you're getting lost and you're being stalked by some sort of strange being. One of your friends is gone. One of your friends is gone. I'm a woman. Yes. I'm probably, I'm a period. Yes. Christopher, I don't know. But you guys have to understand, Christopher Walken has to do what he can to get into the character, the mindset. He's a woman, so he's trying to get himself in the mindset. I gotta live and breathe fear as a woman. That's right. So after being chased out in the woods by what looks to be some sort of weird ghost or apparition or something out there, she finally decides it's, listen. It's time to make peace my peace. I got to do it on the camera. I have to record this moment. She flips the camera on and says this. I just want to apologize to Mike's mom, Josh, your mom, and my mom. I'm sorry to everyone. I was so naive. I was very naive. I was stupid. And I shouldn't put other people in danger for something. It was all about me and my selfish motives. Very scared. She doesn't sound that scared.
I'm trying to think. Let me think. Let me think. Kobe Bryant's hotel room. There you go. I'd be fearful. I'm so sorry for everything that's happened in spite of what Mike says is now my fault. Because it was my project. I insisted on everything. I insisted. Sorry. The... The scary music ran out. The scary music. Wait, there you go, Christopher. Sorry, your motivation is back. Drop the boom on my face. Your motivation is back. Everything had to be my way, and this is where we ended up. It's all because of me that we're here. I love you, Mom. Dad. I'm so sorry. Mom and Dad. It was never my intention to hurt anyone, and I hope it says here I begin to hyperventilate. Yeah. As mucus streams from my nostrils. Yuck. Here we go. Here's the next slide. Look, you can just see the camera with the night vision right up Christopher Walken's nostrils right now. Buggers coming out. I am so scared. What was that? I'm scared. Close my eyes and I'm scared to open them.
I'm probably going to die out here. Every night, we just wait for them to come. I'm sobbing. I'm full of fear. I don't think you're supposed to say that you're sobbing. But in between every few lines, Christopher Walken will smile, which is strange. Which makes it even creepier. That lie, sort of, mysterious smile he'll give, which is strange. We'll overdub the sounds, the crying. Crazy vagina noises. Now he's producing the film. I don't think there's any vagina noises. Now he's producing the film. We'll overdub the fear in the post. Okay. There you go. That is. Well, that's what. Is that it? I'm not fucking for that. I'm very serious. If you listen really carefully, it was like I was on my period. It was. It was. I think just because you're playing a woman doesn't mean she's on her period. I think there was bears all over the place.
Are you guys ready for the Napoleon Dynamite scene? This is a scene from Napoleon Dynamite where Napoleon and his brother Kip are fighting in the kitchen. It's the best scene ever. It's the best scene ever. And this time, instead of Napoleon being played by that actor. Johnny Eater. Whatever. Instead of being played by him, the role of Napoleon Dynamite will be played by none other than Al Pacino. I'm going to play a doofus. That's right. Oh, yeah. The role of Kip this time will be played by Sam Kinison. Whoa. Yes. Oh. I'm going to play the role of Kip. That's right. Interesting. And the role of the grandmother that's talking just for a little while to Napoleon will be played by George Takai. That's fascinating because originally he was supposed to be the grandma in the movie. What happened to that, George? I was doing a rescue mission to my homeland of Malaysia at the time, so I couldn't be there. I couldn't be there at the time. So let's begin the scene. All right. Kip is sitting at the computer looking as if he hasn't moved all day deep in concentration.
Grandma is in the kitchen as Napoleon opens the door and walks in looking disgruntled. I love the way your sandy hair floats in the air. To me, it's like a lullaby. I'm just flying by. Oh, so high. Like a kite tied to a stake. Yeah, that's a wonderful little poem you're doing there. Thanks, Grandma. How was school, Napoleon? Worst day of my life. What do you think? Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, Napoleon, but I want you to see if Tina wants some of this food I've made. Yeah, right. Kip hasn't done flipping everything today. Look, Napoleon, tonight, me and your... Kip, listen! What? What? William!
What do you want, Grandma? Pay attention, please. I'm trying! Please try a little harder if you don't mind. Tonight, me and your aunt are going to go visit some friends. I hate her! Now, before you go getting all flipped out on me here, just remember tonight that we're going to be visiting some friends and we're going to be back, but not until tomorrow. We're getting a little low on stage. Oh, we had stage! We have steak every day, practically. But I got Lyle coming over tomorrow, and he can take care of it. Yeah, so what's there to eat? Well, Napoleon, why don't you knock it off? Oh, wow. Make yourself a dang quesadilla. Fine. I'll be back. Fine. Fine. Napoleon, I'll be back tomorrow. Stay home. All the frickin' chips, Kip. Napoleon, don't be jealous. You know I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know I'm trained to become a cage fighter. Yeah, since when, Kip? You got the worst reflexes of all time. Yeah? Try and hit me. Go ahead. Go ahead. Hit me, Napoleon. I dare you. I dare you. Go ahead. Try and hit me. You jerk! What? I said come down here and see what happens if you try and hit me.
Such an idiot. Yeah, let me see what your best move is. See what you got. Ding dong. Napoleon slaps Kip. Living here is like living in hell. Ladies and gentlemen, Napoleon Dynamite. I like that movie better. Yeah, that was a good one. I like it a lot better. Let's do this. Very well done. Very well done. Another Craig Gass Theater. We're also going to be doing Hollywood Squares because look at all We'll be right back.
And my sponsor says... I got a question. Don't talk about your sponsor. I got a question. He's a nice guy. I should introduce you to him. Is the caffeine why you're twitching right now, Tom? Because you seem very jittery. Very jittery. You know what? A lot of people say that about me. They say, you know, Tom, you come off a little strong. You seem kind of twitchy. You don't have any talent. They say that. They do say that. They don't say twitchy. They say hi. Believe it or not, you'd be surprised how honest people are when they know your face. Thank you. Thank you very much. I love you, Michael. I love you, too. What are you even talking about?

Unlimited calling. Unlimited anytime minutes. Cricket Wireless. Rock 105.3 Traffic. Brought to you by Sleep Train Mattress Centers. Overall, the picture looks pretty good in our freeways here this morning. Getting by with a light commute. There is a problem, though, on the Silver Strand, though, coming out of Imperial Beach. Heading north here into Coronado. An accident just before the Coronado Caves has lanes blocked. And that's why you're probably stuck in the middle of that backup right now. The 5 might be a better way to go. Actually taking that for a change here. You will find the usual kind of a slowdown. Up past the South Bay Freeway, a bit into National City, but certainly not as bad as that Silver Strand is right now. The 805, that's one good-looking freeway here as well. Coming out of the South Bay, a brief glitch near Imperial Avenue. A few more brake lights into North Park, and then you're on your way. Out of the East County, West 94 on the King Freeway, a clear ride all the way into downtown. Your West 8 commute, starting to see a bit of a slowdown now from Spring Street down towards Lake Murray. And then from there, it's pretty nice all the way into Mission Valley. Heading south in the 15, some brief slowdowns here as well. Auto Parkway kind of off and on down into Rancho Bernardo. The coaster ride on South On 5 staying tough as usual out of Encinitas into Solana Beach. I'm McLaurence on Rock 105.3. Justin? Yes. Are you there? Yeah, this is Justin. Tell me your AIS story. Oh, this is... I've been listening to Mikey's show for a while, and I've been hearing, you know, AIS this, AIS that. And so I called him up two nights ago, and...
The guy told me that he wasn't going to be able to probably not, you know, meet my deal with my current insurer. So he called AIS. They said, we don't think we could probably do better. He said he probably couldn't, but he beat him by 50 bucks. So I'm saving $584.12 a year with these guys. I have a great driver's record, you know. That's pretty awesome, dude. Yeah, they did it. That's pretty awesome. See, so the AIS thing is for real. Yeah, definitely. You know, I didn't know what to believe, but I called him up just in case, and it's working. There you go. Thank you, Justin. All right. Well, thanks, Mikey. I really appreciate it. I appreciate you letting me know, dude. All right. Anybody that wants in on that can do it. 1-800-777-4AIS. 1-800-777-4247. See, you don't have to be where you're like, oh, I'm right about to renew, blah, blah, blah. You could be right in the middle of, you could have just signed a deal with an insurance company. You could do this and save money. And Sky was like, oh, but I don't want to have to go canceling and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. No, no, no. They'll do it for you. They take care of everything. They cancel your old thing. It's 1-800-777-4247.
Make their case. Faceboy's about to make his case. I'm nervous. For why he is in a band that writes and records music about Harry Potter. Actually, last Saturday, we had our first show. Well, listen, let me tell you something. And you've got a big crowd, right? We had about probably 35 people, yeah. 1987, I played CBGBs with my band, the Urkel Jerkels. Wait a minute. No, you didn't. Yes, I did. Yes, I did, Mikey. Don't you judge me. Don't you judge me. Don't you judge me. We all have big glasses on, and we sing songs about articles. That's just not true. Mikey Show. For the ladies, I got to keep a hood. It's a Mikey Show. It's 721. Letters have been sent out to colleges in California and surrounding states reminding them of our beach booze van if they're coming here for spring break. The Eagles release linebacker Takeo Spikes. Takeo. The Keto. The Keto. Is he the bass player? That's Tom Arnold in the background. Shut up. Tom, just wait your turn, buddy. Let me let you know something. We're going to be doing a P1 lunch. And it's going to be one week from today. It's going to be at Joe's Crab Shack in Mission Valley. It'll be noon to one.
And Eddie and Craig are doing a video right now. It appears to be a rap video. They're a little off beat, but I'm not even going to go there. Yeah, I wouldn't. So, love to see you out there. It's going to be one week from today from noon to one. And so come out and see us. How about we do some of this? I have been very... I'm trying to be very unbiased. I don't want to be biased. I'm glad that we were working on that. I don't want to be unbiased. In fact, I'm going to... I told my dad that I really wanted to do something to recognize a nice female. Ladies, what do you think of this? I'm going to recognize a female right now. This person... Well, listen. This person was really, really kind.
To my dad, and I thought that this was really cool. My dad got a new hearing aid. And he's happier than I've seen him in years. It's the coolest thing in the world. And he has been talking about this particular girl that he just thinks is an angel. So I want to make a point of saying thank you to her and how nice she is. She works down at the VA ear clinic where my dad gets the hearing aids. And her name is Daniela Mercado. And she's really sweet and she means the world to my dad. Like he talks about her all the time. And she's an audiologist and she works there at the VA and she's meant so much to my dad. And so because she meant so much to my dad, I wanted to say thank you to her because he said that she's a listener. Oh. and she's a P1, and I wanted to personally say thank you to her because now my dad says he can answer the phone with a hearing aid on. Wow. Which apparently he wasn't able to do before. He used to have to take the thing out, and he had to talk on one very specific and special phone, and so now he can keep the hearing aid on, and her name is Daniela, and I just thought it was really nice, and I wanted to say thank you. I heard that she's even cheering for Team Awesome. Hello? No, she was. I heard she was. Well, maybe you need a hearing aid. Whatever. Really? Yeah. I think we have a
Now, let's be team like sass, you know. Team sass? Sass. Yes. Sky, Ashley, Chantel. Short for sassy, you know. Yes. Sky, Ashley, Chantel, sass. Yes. Perfect. I like that. Are you guys in? I think so. Why not put Ashley first and then you're two guys? I'm just trying to figure this out, guys. Whatever. Whatever. We're so lame. That's why we're team awesome. Awesome. Let's do this. Now, it is Skye, Chantel, and Ashley versus Eddie, Sean, and B-Rob. You got my name right. You know, this morning you had a little trouble. I'm glad I'm working it out. I had a brain fart. I had a brain fart. And she told me off the air. She said, sorry, he's not going to do it. I got to get gifts, presents. Flowers. Flowers, you know, the whole deal. Put him on blast. Skye, do you remember who started first last time? Was it guys or girls? I believe it was a boy.
All right. That means girls get to start. Girls get to start this last week. Yeah. It's true. It's true. Come on. It's a marathon. All right. The girls get to start. So here is your question, ladies. Now, the way that this is going to work is we are going to be building each week. Last week, the guys won. We're going to be doing this for months. Right. And whoever wins the most out of the three months that we do this is going to have to or gets to watch. the other do something embarrassing. And it's going to be dressing up somehow. They're going to have to wear something stupid. Something really ridiculous. And who's keeping track of all this? I have no idea. I have no idea. Don't you fudge the numbers over there, Zed. Love that hat today. Looking good. He's gay, ladies. Let's begin asking the ladies. Sky, the question is to you. Your question... Your question is... Yeah. Who played the boxer named Butch in Pulp Fiction? Who played the boxer named Butch in Pulp Fiction? You got this guy. Who played the... You can't steal. This guy's thinking about it. I think it might be in there. Well, Samuel L. Jackson was in the movie, but he wasn't a boxer. He was like a detective or something. She's working through it.
And then... Skye, it was not Muhammad Ali. I'm going to tell you that it was not. And Cassius Clay? Stop it! Fine, his regular name, Cassius Clay. Sorry. What's his name? Ving Rhames? Ving Rhames? That is incorrect, Skye. Wasn't he in that movie? You're down already. It's a hard one. It's so easy. Look now. Who was it? Butch was played by Bruce Willis. Bruce Willis played the boxer. He was a boxer. He was a boxer. Thought you were talking about the dog, Mike. Are you stopping in there? All right. Sorry, girls. That's okay. Sorry, Team Sass. It's okay, guys. You got to snap after you do it. Eddie, we will begin with you. Oh, okay. Eddie, which of the following is not a type of makeup? Which of the following is not a type of makeup? All right, all right. Eyebrow pencil, lip liner, Exfoliator. Concealer. Which of the following is not a type of makeup? Eyebrow pencil. Lip liner. Exfoliator. Concealer. Okay. And he's working through it. He's working through it. Take your time. He's working through it. I was just wondering. He's thinking. Come on, dude. Chantel's getting in the kitchen. Love it. Well, the eyebrow pencil is. The lip liner is.
It comes down between exfoliator or concealer. I'm going to say exfoliator. Well, of course. That is correct. Yes. Because your question last week was about exfoliating. Yeah. And what does that have to do with anything? I still don't know what it is. Chantel. Yes. Are you ready? I am. Oh, by the way, you can put it on the board. It is. It is. Put it on the board, please. That's a really hard question. Chantel, your question is, what song does Maverick sing in Top Gun? What song does Maverick sing in Top Gun? What song does Maverick sing in Top Gun? Oh my good gosh. What we do is, we ask the girls questions that most guys know. We ask the guys questions that most girls know. I don't know mine.
What in the world? Look at Chantel. She is so deep in thought right now. I really can't remember. I just remember him riding on a motorcycle with some blonde-haired girl. So you don't remember? Wait. Okay, I'm waiting. I'm going to give her a chance. I'm going to give her a chance. It's the least you can give her after forgetting her name. That's true. Thanks. I'm going to give you a few more seconds to make it up to you, Chantel. Oh, my gosh. Is it Chantel? Am I getting the name right? Is it Chantel? Does it matter now at this point? I mean, just as long as you remember something with an S. Let's see. I really good. When was that made? Before I was born. I'm sorry, Chantal. Eddie, B-Rob, what was the song they sang? You never close your eyes anymore when I kiss your lips. Was I born when that song came out? No, you are. It doesn't sound like that, Chantel. Chantel, it's You've Lost That Loving Feeling. You lost that loving feeling. You lost that loving feeling. You lost that loving feeling. Sit down. This is embarrassing. They should be deducted points.
All right. No, no, no. That's a medley. That's a medley. And that's not right. Boston Rob. World. Yeah. What up? Come on, Wicked Awesome. Boston. Okay. Rob, your question is. All right. Here we go. How many weeks is the typical pregnancy? Oh. How many weeks is the typical pregnancy? That is a good question. Weeks? Can I write down math, Rob? Because I've got to figure out months into weeks. Are you dreamy? Rob. Because nine months. It's that Tom Arnold movie. Nine. Hold on. Hold on. Nine times four. Rehab is 28 days. I was in jail for... Yeah, four weeks. I had to wait six weeks for the paternity test. Divide by the three strikes rule. Crap, I don't even know what nine times four is. Oh, jeez, dude. You're doing great. I mean, amazing. You're doing awesome. Yes, awesome. 32, and then four more. Rob, five seconds. 32. Bring up, Rob. 36. That is incorrect. Nice job. Good. Way to go. The typical pregnancy lasts 40 weeks. The typical pregnancy.
Last 40 weeks. Now, some ladies do before, some ladies do after, but the typical is 40. So we should have a happy medium. I was talking about the ones that push them out early. Right. Ashley? It's all right, dude. Don't worry about it. You got this, Ash. You got this. Ashley, your question is? You know I'm getting it wrong, so. No, you're not. No, you're not. That's Ashley. Sky and Chantel's answer, there's no way in hell I'm going to know this. You're going to know this. You're going to know it. I feel it. I got faith in you. Go ahead. Ashley. Give it to her. What is Batman's real name when he's not in disguise? Chantel looks like she knows this. Chantel looks like she knows this. I think Sky. I know this, yeah. Sky knows this. I'm only telling you that, Ash, because if you get it wrong, they're going to be really mad at you. They're going to be real privately. We love her regardless. All talk trash privately. We don't do that. Stick her headphones off. That means she's thinking. She's got the headphones off. She's thinking. You got it. Come on. Ashley is thinking. She is thinking. It's in there somewhere. It's in there somewhere. She's mouthing bad words. I don't know what that means. I'm not really sure what that means. Not a good sign. Now she's putting the headphones back on. Is it George Clooney? Hey! Okay, Micah Keaton.
She knows it. I know. I don't know it. When you hear it, you're going to recognize it. Shut up. It's Bruce Wayne. Wow. Bruce Wayne. That's okay. How embarrassing. 0 for 3. Oh, man. We know how to count. I mean, Boston doesn't, but we do. Chill out. Chill out. Chill out. Chill out. Still early. Still early, guys. It's all my fault about it, man. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to pick up you there. The question for Sean. Sean, Vera Wang is famous for what? Okay. Vera Wang is famous for what? Are you there? Look at his face. Right leaning. Can you repeat the question, please? Yes, I will. Vera Wang is famous for what? Seriously not nowadays? You're a wang. Special number four. Oh, oh, wedding dresses. Son of a sucker. I don't know if this is going to count. I don't know if this is going to count. No, that doesn't count. The answer is she is a...
fashion designer. Does she do wedding dresses? And she makes perfume. But you say, what is she known for? Well, she's known for being a fashion designer, so is that a... She has done wedding dresses, but she's known for doing fashion in general. So then we're right. No, you're not right. That is not a point. That's tough, because... Okay, okay, okay. Thank you. They must be in sync over here. I'm going to count that one as an incorrect audience. So she's not known for wedding dresses. She is not. Is what you're saying. She's not known for that. Google it, Sean. No, I want to know. Is she not known for wedding dresses? Well, Sean, if she was known for that, she's also known for perfume. I'm just curious. She is known as a fashion designer. Right. First and foremost. Is she known for wedding dresses? Well, hang on a second. I mean, that was the question. I'm just, you know, I'm just saying. If you had said, if you had said she was known for, say, perfume. Okay, but that's not what she's... Right. You know what I mean? I understand. I can see. I can give a really good example right now. No, thank you. Don't do it. Let's take a time out. And when we come back, when we come back, yeah, who is leading? There's no need to ask any questions. Who is leading Zeth? That would be Team Awesome. With a big one point. It's Mikey. The Mikey Show is on. Guitar Center's guest.

This is Tom Shane, and as a direct diamond importer, we go straight to the diamond cutters in Antwerp and Tel Aviv and look at every diamond with our human eye, individually, one at a time, evaluating its color, cut, and clarity. We go to such lengths while many other jewelers order their diamonds from a computer sight unseen because ours is the only possible way to select those diamonds with superior sparkle and brilliance. Why would you do this? You're not sounding very sassy. P1, Ashley. Ashley, are you there? Yeah, I'm here. Go ahead. I also graduated from design school. Oh, I'm sure you did. Oh, great. I've been designing wedding dresses for about 10 years before she started designing anything else. Where has she been? Okay, guys. P1, Ben, are you there? Ben? Yeah, I'm here. Thank you. We just found out you were weird on Lost. We just found that out last night. And the first thing that popped up is that she is known for her wedding gown collection. Wow, look at you there. Well done. Too late. Thank you. Point Sean. Point Sean. It's already been put on the board. It's already been put on the board. Impermanent marker. Thanks so much. Thanks for calling in. Nope.
That's not what Mike had on his sheet. Thank you very much. Whatever. Well, I had fashion designer. Exactly, so we're going to use that. It turns out she's a wedding dress, a wedding dress thing, but we're going to stick with fashion designer. Thank you. I love this game. There it is. Thank you. So where did we leave off? Are we going back? Are we starting with the ladies again? That's where, yes. We will begin with the ladies. All right, ladies, we'll start back with Skye. What up? Skye, your question. Maybe they'll get one right this round. Your question is, Skye. No, you didn't. Really? Skye, what year did Janet Jackson have the famous wardrobe malfunction in the Super Bowl? Okay, hold up. Skye is thinking. 1842. I'm trying to remember if we were in San Jose or if we were here in San Diego. Yeah, we landed on the moon. 87. Okay, I don't know 100%, but I'm going to guess.
2004. That is correct, Skye! Way to go, Skye. Congratulations. Thank you. It's all tied up. Not really. We got robbed. No, you didn't. Back to Eddie. Eddie, a woman that breastfeeds the baby of another woman is known as a what? Pervert. I think we should count that as a yes. Honestly, I think that should be... Good. That's a thing? That is a thing. A woman that breastfeeds the baby of another woman is known as a what? I know that happened in the hand that rocks the cradle. Okay, wait a second. That's just creepy. The only time I ever saw it. That's just creepy. In a couple of internet videos. Okay. Built camel. Take a shot. That's all I got. No, give him a point for that. Really? That is incorrect. Built camel.
A woman that breastfeeds the baby of another is known as a wet nurse. Who said that? I like Mel Camel better. I've heard of that before, but I would never have done that. That's what it is. That was your dad's line in that movie, right? That's right. Wet nurse. All right. Chantel. That's me. Your question is, what type of car does James Bond drive? What type of car does James... It's a BMW. It's synonymous. Yet another way to ask it. What type of car is synonymous with James Bond? Why is Roadster coming to my head right now? But I'm going to say, what is that car called? It's a BMW. It's a Corvette. That is incorrect. What is it? Incorrect, Chantel. James Bond is known for that cool Aston Martin. Oh, I don't even know that. I didn't even know that.
Whoa. Sorry, mama. Prius, Mike. I mean, I don't know. Ask me something about a Honda or something. That is incorrect. Yes, it is not a Honda Accord. What is it? It is not a Honda Accord. It's a hybrid, dude. It's an Aston Martin. Yeah, it's green. What in the world? Boston Rob. Oh, no. Come on, Riz. We need this point. Come on, math question. Give him a math one. Here we go. Rob, who played the character Miranda Priestly in The Devil Wears Prada? Oh, good question. You know this one. Who played the character Miranda Priestly in The Devil Wears Prada? Right? Ain't that a book? Yes, it was a book, but it was later a movie. Come on, Rob. You know this. Or not. Same thing with Gone with the Wind, Rob. At one time it was a book and then it became a movie. Rob, I'm trying to... Dude, I like... Come on, buddy. Who played the character Miranda Priestly? Well, I'm going through people in my mind and... Well, no, I'm not really. Okay. I'm just really thinking Elizabeth Hurley. I don't know why because she's hot and older. Five seconds, Rob. No, ten seconds. You are electric, Rob. You're electric. Hold on. Sorry, Rob. Dude. I have no idea. Today's just
It was not a great day. The answer is Meryl Streep, bro. Yeah. What? Meryl Streep. Meryl Streep. She was like the most famous woman in the movie. Yeah. Real good. He did that one, Rob. I'm sorry. Okay. He got a nomination. Or won even an award. Ash, you got this. Ash, you got this. I feel it. What's his score? It's one to one. Eddie, are you calling me an anchor because I'm fat? He would never do such a thing. That's what I thought it was. I'm sitting way too close to him. Because I do need to drop some wings. No, I need to drop some wings. You're beautiful. Rob, I need at least 10 more pounds, right? That's right, Rob. You're beautiful. What's the score? All right, Ashley. Yeah, what is the score? We're all tied up. Come on. We're all tied up. Ashley, your question is, what was former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura's nickname when he was a pro wrestler? Oh, look at Chantel and Sky are dying. They know this one.
There was somebody that was in Minnesota. Can you repeat it? Yes, I can. Can she have an A, B, and C? No. We can't do a multiple choice. Corvette. Now. Ashley. Shut up. Your question again. What was former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura's nickname when he was a professional wrestler? Yeah, I still don't get it. The wrestler. Take your time, Ash. Don't let him get to you. Take your time. Yes, but we only have till 10. No, no. I don't know. Oh, Ash. Wow. He was known as... Cyclops? No, it was not Jesse the Cyclops Ventura. It was not that. It was not. He was known as Jesse the Body Ventura. Love you. That's right. It's okay. Come on, Sean. We can win. Sean, your boy. It's okay. I can't disagree. I can't disagree. We're going to charge a girl in here for crying out loud. Sean, your question is...
Sean, where did Tom Cruise and Katie tie the knot? Look at Sean's face. Sean got a look on his face like, what the? He's blinking a lot. Sean, where did Tom Cruise and Katie tie the knot? Oh man, this one you could tell is a chick question that he is having a hard time. It's really hard. A church. That's correct. Give us the point. Sean, can you be a little bit more... Are you looking for a city or a country? Geographical location, please. No, that's not it. That is not it. Whoa, he's dancing. Kind of like that. Five seconds, Shani. Oh my gosh. I could see it in my mind, but I'm going to say...
Germany. That was a great answer. Lovely. Morocco. John, that is incorrect. They actually tied the knot in Italy. The beautiful city of Italy. I guess that means we have a tie. Is that correct? We have a tie. What we do is we go to a tie breaker. The way that the tie breaker works is I'm going to ask a question that is sort of universal. It's not attached to a sex. It's not a guy or a girl question. It is simply a trivial question. I don't like this. I don't like it either. If you know the answer, you may interrupt me. If you get the answer wrong with your interruption, the point goes to the other sex. However, if you get the answer correct, you win. Then it goes to you. So what do we yell out? Your name. Okay. Yell out your name. Be careful, Rob. Say Chantel. Again, I'm going to remind you. I'm going to remind you. If you interrupt and your answer is wrong, then the point goes to the other sex. Are you ready? What was the name of the dog in Fraggle Rock?
No one. Maybe nobody knows this. Nobody knows this. Silence amongst the room. Okay, let's try again. Let's try again. Let's do another one. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. What was the name of the cat in the Smurfs? Eddie. Eddie, got it. Ezreal. That is correct. Yeah. Just for the record, I was saying Eddie's name, too. I don't know. I got confused. Oh, did you? Congratulations. Josh, a lot of cartoons. Josh, well done. Wow. Eddie. Impressive. Wow. I saw you. raising your hand to say Honda and you know it. On the rock. Time. George, today's your lucky day. You're the Prize Squad's lucky $10 million winner. Smile for the camera.
I've been waiting a long time for this. So, George, what are you going to do with your $10 million? Yeah, yeah, can you guys move aside and make way for the Subway sandwiches? Subway sandwiches? What Subway sandwiches? Excuse me, excuse me. Look out, please. Subway sandwiches coming through. But, George, George, what about your $10 million price check? Not now, guys. It's time for lunch. Now, here's something you may have missed this morning on the Mikey Show. We're going to do Craig Gas Theater, and we thought, what if Christopher Walken...
had been given the lead role in the film The Blair Witch Project. Oh, my. It was never my intention to hurt anyone, and I hope it says here I begin to hyperventilate. Yeah, get into it, bro. As mucus streams from my nostrils. Yuck. Here we go. Here's the next slide. Look, you can just see the camera with the night vision right up Christopher Walken's nostrils right now. Buggers coming out. Gross. I... I'm so scared. I'm sobbing. I'm full of fear. You don't sound like you're sobbing. The Mikey Show continues on The Rock. Welcome back. It is 8.01. The FAA took action yesterday to get over 10 million in penalties from Southwest Airlines for flying unsafe planes. Brett Favre made his retirement official at an emotional press conference yesterday. Aww.
Some of that audio coming up in a little bit. By the way, I want to remind people that Children's Hospital has got the Radiothon back and we urge people to call 1-800-258-0007. 1-800-258-0007. Say that you're calling on behalf of the Mikey Show and give to it, please, because it means a lot to us. It means a lot to those kids. They want me to remind you that you can use your credit card to do this. Now, here's the deal. If you were to pledge $15 a month to a child. Yeah, that's not bad. It isn't bad, and it is going to make the most gigantic difference in a child's life. Children's Hospital, what they do here, is just amazing. And we're going to have some kids in here in the 9 o'clock hour telling us how their lives have been changed for the better. as a result of Children's Hospital. And that is going to be, it's one of those cool things where it's just cool to listen to. It's fun to listen to. It's inspirational to listen to. You walk away from it going, oh, that is such a cool story. And so we're going to be doing some of that in the nine o'clock hour, but please call 1-800-258-0007 and donate on behalf of the Mikey Show to the seventh annual Radiothon Children's Hospital. Craig Gass is in the studio. Yes. Hi, Craig. Yes.
Hi, Craig Gass. Craig, did you hear that awesome win by Team Awesome? I have. I did. That's pretty cool, huh? Everyone in the building's talking about it. Yeah, I bet they are. I was in the sales department. They were talking about it. There's a crowd of people in the reception area. Nobody's here but us practically, bro. Yeah, there was, well, from what I saw, there was like a whole bunch of people out front just sort of, you know, chanting and wearing T-Moss and T-shirts. I think the whole thing of flipping the cars over out front and lighting fires was like, dude. I mean, the victory should be enough. I heard the win is actually helping the kids at Children's Hospital. I heard that too. So you know what? You guys, thank you. You're welcome. You guys, thank you. Team Awesome, thank you. You guys are good people. You're good Americans. In fact, next time. I heard that Team Sass does not support the troops and Team Awesome does support the troops. That's what I heard. That's common knowledge.
Well, let's do this. I'm Team Awesome and I support this message. Thank you. I want to say thank you to this Restaurants on the Run. They are so cool, man. They get it. They do get it. They will deliver right to your home from a bunch of cool restaurants. I'm talking about Rubio's, El Torito, Togo's. They will bring Togo's to your house. Dude, I'm in. All the way. They will bring Chevy's to your house. They'll bring Pat and Oscars to your house. Breadsticks, please. Dude, I'm telling you, man, this place is awesome. It's restaurants on the run and their website is ROTR.com. And where's the food from today, Zeth? Grinders. Great food from Grinders. And so they brought in like scrambled eggs and really cool scrambles. And if you want that kind of stuff, you can have it for breakfast by going to ROTR.com delivered to you. The delivery thing is unbelievable. Sean, Hollywood Squares music, please. Let's do it. Ladies and gentlemen, let's do a little Celebrity Hollywood Squares with Craig Gass in the studio. Yes. 570-1053. We need two P1s to participate.
And 1P1 is going to be the X. 1P1 is going to be the O. Celebrity Hollywood Squares, ladies and gentlemen. And today, it's movie trivia. Movie trivia. Much more fun. Now, we will give them tickets to see Craig tomorrow night. Yes. I got to remind people, it is not a clean show. He works blue, they say. Do not bring your children. Yes, it is a dirty show. But Craig says, you know, don't be easily offended. You'll love it. Absolutely. I'll guarantee you'll love it. I'll guarantee it. Oh. If you don't think it's one of the funniest comedy shows you've ever seen, as long as you're not easily offended, I'll give you your money back. Holy Toledo. I'll be in the audience after the show. Oh, you're crazy. Yeah, you are crazy. Well, I used to say, if you don't think it's one of the funniest comedy shows you've ever seen, I'll let the entire audience kick me in the nuts. Wow. Yeah. I'll go with either or. Did they do it? Of course not. No. Everybody loved it so much. Everybody had a great time. Everybody had a good time. There you go. What I'm saying is Carrot Top won't give you that kind of guarantee. I will. It's true. And I promise you you'll have a good time. And there's going to be some great surprises at the show. Carrot Top might outbench you, though. He could. He definitely would. He'll probably outbench you. Carrot Top was in the roast that we did with Gene Simmons. It's coming out in a couple months. Was he wearing eyeliner? Yes. Permanent.
It's permanent. It's permanent eyeliner? He's got permanent eyeliner. Tattooed on. And he got tagged. Why do you suppose that he wears permanent? Have you ever spoke to him? Have you guys ever spoke? He's actually a really nice guy. I've run into him a few times and he's really nice. So have you guys spoke and talked about life or any of that stuff? Just about life in general? A little bit. We're supposed to hang in Vegas. We're supposed to be doing some shows with Louis Anderson in the next couple of months out in Vegas. And he wants to hang when I get out there, I guess. I think he's a fascinating person. I'm curious, what's the deal with the... muscles and the eyeliner and all that stuff. What do you think? I don't know, but he got tagged so much on that roast of Gene Simmons that when he finally was his turn to come up to the podium, he goes, I like to work out. What? I don't know. What? What? I like to stay in shape. What? You look more like a carrot bottom. Wow. Danny Bonaduce was there, and he got tagged so many times by people. He was the easy joke for everybody. There was a guy who said, Danny Bonaduce is here. Danny, it's so weird to see your face without the letters DMZ underneath. And then this guy goes, Danny Bonaduce, believe it or not, dating again. Right, Danny? It's a true story. He's dating again. He's got a girlfriend. His girlfriend's name is the most uninformed woman on the planet. Wow. Wow.
So, Danny, the Gene Simmons roast is a lot of fun. You'll love it. What is that? It's going to air the Tuesday after Memorial Day, and I'll be doing a lot of material from the roast at the show tomorrow at 4th and B. All right. Okay, well, let's do this thing. We are going to get P1 Giants fan on the line. P1 Giants fan, are you there? I'm here, Mikey. All right, dude, you're the X. All right. And let's get your opponent on the line, and that is P1H2O. H2O, are you there? Yes, sir. You are the O. Right on. And we're playing Hollywood Squares. Let's go through and quickly introduce everybody. Say hi to the celebrities. Let's go up to the upper left square. It's Mr. Gilbert Godfrey is with us today. Hi, how you doing? Good to see you, Mike. Upper center square, Mr. Al Pacino, how are you? Hi, I see you. Oh, yes. Upper right square, Mr. Christopher Walken is here with us today. I'm sorry I didn't get to capture any fear. Middle left square, Adam Sandler is in the house. Hey, what's going on? Good to see you. All right. And look at that, in center square, again, it's Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. How are you guys? Hey, guys, with Pat Newman. That's right. All of this can be seen, by the way. There's a streaming video of this at kissonline.com. Okay, thank you very much. And center right square, Mr. Owen Wilson in the house. Hey, buddy, what's going on? Here he is, Owen Wilson. I'm alive. I'm totally alive. I know a lot of rumors, but I'm alive. Bottom left is Tom Arnold. Hi, Tom.
Good to be back. Mikey, all my friends. Sky, I love you and I miss you. Eddie, please give me your phone number. Lower center. Lower center square. Let's say hello to Tracy Morgan who's in the house. That's right. Hi, Freckles. And finally, lower right-hand square, Mr. Dennis Miller and all of his references are here today. Mikey, I don't have a lot of time. Kind of pressed for time, so let's get through it. We'll do it quickly. Thank you. Let's begin with you, P1 Giants fan. You are the X. Where would you like to go on the board? I'll go with Christopher Walken. Christopher Walken? Christopher Walken is the upper right-hand square. Chris, welcome. Hi, Mikey. It's great to see you. I thought he did a great job earlier, by the way. I tried, yeah. A lot of my actor friends said that I did an awful job. That's true. They have said about Christopher Walken, as a matter of fact, if you go to his Wikipedia site, it says that he's one of the most gifted thespians of all time. Oh. That's right. That's right. Thank you. Mr. Walken. Yes. Mike. Your question is... Mikey. That's right. What member of the Monkees...
a holdout for nearly three decades, rejoined the other geezers for a 1996 album. Again, the question is, what member of the Monkees, and he was a holdout for nearly three decades, finally rejoined the other geezers for a 1996 album? Dr. Sayers. It was not Dr. Zayas. Dr. Zayas was in the Planet of the Apes, so it's a ridiculous thing to say. What I just did, Mikey, is called a funny make-em-up. It was a funny make-em-up. You made up a joke. It's a funny make-em-up. That's right, Mr. Walken. I told him. I told him about the right stuff. It's good stuff. Great stuff, Chris. Get out of there. You didn't. And if you want to hear more of that, I'll be opening the show thanks to you. I'm going to be part of the big gig. There you go. But I'd say the real answer is Davy Jones. P1 Giants fan, do you believe that it was Davy Jones? Agree or disagree? I'll agree. You are incorrect. It was actually Mike Nesmith. Mike Nesmith.
Trying to give it away. Everybody knows Davey. He's a little punk that will do every tour. That's right. That is true. He does, Mr. Walken. Mr. Walken, have you ever been to a monkey show before? I've never been to a monkey show, but I've seen Weird Al on every tour he's every time. Wow, that's cool. P1H2O. I love his Michael Jackson spruce. P1H2O is sending Morse code to us right now. What's going on? Is he in a sub? Yeah. Did you call us from a space station? P1H2O is... Let me see which one of them that is. It's P1 Giants fan that's making all that noise. Giants fan, what's up with your phone? It shouldn't be anything. Your phone is buzzing. You drinking a lot of orange juice out there, P1 Giants fan? That's Tom Arnold. Hang on a second. Tang would have been the funnier joke. Tang probably would have made some more sense. P1 H2O. Yeah, let's go with Tom Arnold in the lower left square. All right, thank you, buddy. Tom Arnold in the lower left square. Good to see you, Mikey. And some great news. I just found out.
Tom, don't do it. A brand new season of Roseanne that's been released on DVD, and it's going to come out by sponsor. No, don't go to that. I've been telling you to keep that stuff off the air. He's a good guy. All right, here we go. He's a musician. He actually played one of the biggest bands of our time. All right. Stop it. Tom, here is your question. You like Southern Rock? Tom Arnold, what Francis Ford Coppola movie sees Marlon Brando blather the line, horror has a face, and you must make a friend of horror? As a side note, I'd like to say that I actually... sent a script to Marlon Brando and he had to return my call. I swear to God, he's dead. First of all, he's dead. He's been dead for years. Is he dead? Yes, he's dead. Oh, I didn't know that. Yes, he's been dead. Oh, then I shouldn't feel that bad. Yeah, he died in 2003, so he's been dead now for about five years. Oh, is that right? Yeah. All right, what if I get that back? All right, I'm going to say the answer to that question, and who's competing for this one, P1 who? P1H2O is waiting for your answer. P1H2O, I'm going to say that
Was the movie Apocalypse Now? P1H2O, agree or disagree? Disagree. You are incorrect. It was Apocalypse Now. That's my movie. That is my movie, H2O. It was Apocalypse Now, P1H2O. I'm sorry. Man, do I love cocaine. Okay, wait a second. That's neither here nor there. Don't say that. P1 Giants fan. Okay. Back to you. Where would you like to go on the board? There's nothing taken. Nobody's scored a point yet. I'll give you a painkiller if you come back to my square. No, you will not give me a painkiller. Nothing too crazy, just the kind of... P1 Giants fan, what would you like? Gilbert Godfrey. Gilbert Godfrey is located in the upper left-hand square. Mr. Gilbert Godfrey. Gilbert, I can barely see your eyes. You're always squinting and smiling. Sure. Well, it's because... Rubbing his hands together for some reason is weird. I'm very nervous. Okay, all right. Why are you nervous, Gilbert? I'm nervous because Tom Arnold keeps looking at me. I think he's high. Okay. Your question, Gilbert Godfrey, is... What David Lynch movie did a few filmgoers attend expecting to see Bobby Vinton's life story?
What David Lynch movie did a few filmgoers attend expecting to see Bobby Vinton's life story? That would be Night of the Living Dead. That is incorrect, and that's a stupid thing to say. I want a real answer from you, Gilbert Godfrey. You know that's not the answer. What do you think? What David Lynch movie did a few filmgoers attend expecting to see Bobby Vinton's life story? Expecting to see Bobby Vinton's... Life story. That's right. Gilbert Godfrey up there. Wait, we see him about 20 feet in the air up there in the upper left-hand square. Mikey, would it be Blue Velvet? Let's see. Gilbert Godfrey says, Blue Velvet, P1 Giants fan, do you agree or disagree? I'm going to agree on that one. You are correct on that one. But you never get it. We've been waiting all day for it. Good Lord! This game's going to go on forever. P1H2O. Yes, sir. Let's go Christopher Walken in the upper right hand corner. All right. Christopher Walken in the upper right hand corner. Very popular. Just so you know, only one square is taken at this point, and it's Gilbert Gottfried up in the upper left hand. So we're going upper right now. Christopher Walken, welcome back. It's great to be here, Mikey. Thank you. You're very welcome. Let me come on and tell my jokes. That's right. You're make-me-ups. What kind of a bee makes milk?
Every day. You said that joke every single day, Christopher Walken. What kind of a bee makes milk? I don't know. What kind of bee makes milk? A booby. Pow! There you go. Booby pops. There you go. Kick it right in the ass every time. That's right. All right, Christopher Walken. What rap star got his name from the observation Ladies Love Cool James? What rap star got his name, Ladies Love Cool James? He does it like it's a joke. He repeats it back like it's a joke. Like it's a make... Christopher Walken, what rap star got his name from the observation Ladies Love Cool James? Did you hear about the Pollock? Oh, come on now. Come on, Christopher Walken. Go with the answer. You've told this joke already. I'm going to say it's L.A. P1H2O, agree or disagree? You are correct. There it is. You and Circle gets the square. P1 Giants fan.
There you go. Center square. He's going for the center square. Paul Stanley and Gene. That's right. It's Gene Simmons and they're in full makeup. They're sitting here in front of me. It's Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley and they are in the center square in full makeup. That's right. And I want to say that there's a brand new line of Kiss Chili just came out. You always say that Kiss Chili must really be pushing that hard right now. Unbelievable chili. Imagine 20 minutes after you eat Kiss Chili, you actually hear from your stomach, you hear, you wanted the best. Thank you, Gene. Gene's actually so old that real blood is coming out of his mouth. That's good. I like that, Eddie. What is your question, Matthew? Here is the question, Gene. What Mayberry resident once hijacked a bull when he'd had too much to drink? Vinnie Vincent. No, that's a rock star. That's a rock star. You're just naming people you know. Naming people I fired. Okay. All right. Fine. Fine. Oh, no. That's P1 Giants. That was P1 Giants. And that's who we were... Oh, no. That was actually P1 H2O. Oh, and you hung up on the other... Well, I thought it was Giants fan because his phone was messing up. Hey, both contestants, call us back. The question for Eugene was...
What Mayberry resident once hijacked a bowl when he'd had too much to drink? Was it Ozzy Osbourne? No, it was not. I'm going to say it was little Opie, Ron Howard. You're going to say it was Ron Howard. Ron Howard's character, known as Opie, one of the classic TV shows of our time. That's right. Got really drunk at the age of seven. Seven. P1H2O is back on the line, but it's actually Giants fans' question. So H2O, you're there, right? Yeah. Okay, we got Giants fan back as well. Giants fan, are you there? I'm here. All right, one more time. I'm going to have Gene Simmons give you the answer. Question was, what Mayberry resident once hijacked a bull when he'd had too much to drink? And Gene, you said what? I said the character's name was Opie. It was the Ron Howard character. Cute little kid, Opie. P1 Giants fan, agree or disagree? Agree on that. That's a good choice. It's actually incorrect. It was Otis Campbell. The town drunk. X gets the square. That means that he needs only one more in the bottom right-hand corner to run the game. And by the way, you're welcome. P1, H2O. Yeah, let's go for the block in the lower right with Dennis Miller. There you go, Dennis Miller for the block. It's good to see you. We can get moving.
Sorry that we've kept you so long, Mr. Miller. It's okay. Your question is... Go ahead, Mikey. Please hurry. I am hurrying. Whose guitar version of the Star Spangled Banner was featured in a 1996 Iowa ad? Iowa is a... Eight? It's a kind of electronics, Iowa. Yes. Iowa is where they hold the first caucus. Whose guitar version of the Star Spangled Banner was featured in a 1996... Iowa TV ad. Easy. I'm going to say it was me on Guitar Hero. No. That is no. I don't know about that. Sometimes I feel like I can play guitar and get up there, but get late night. I'm more disoriented than... Britney Spears in a tilt-a-war with an inner ear infection. Thank you. That's Dennis Miller smiling and waving his head at the camera. Thank you, Dennis. I'm going to say the name of that guitarist was Slash from Guns N' Roses. And let's see. P1H2O, do you agree or disagree? Agree. That is incorrect. I'm sorry. How dare you? It was actually Jimi Hendrix who appeared in that ad. That means P1 Giants.
P1 Giants fan, you can end it right now by going to Dennis Miller. Would you like to do that? I'm going to go with Dennis. There you go. Dennis, your question is... Let's hear it, Mikey. Who was the first feline featured in Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous? Again, who was the first feline featured in Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous? Jackie Collins. Say what you want about Jackie Collins. That girl's harder to get off than Martha Stewart on a bed of dirty sheets. Whoa! All right, well, that's Dennis Miller. And let's see. Dennis... First feline. The first feline. Who was the first feline featured in Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous? Trying to think of the name of that cat. I'm going to say Simba. He is saying Simba. Giants fan, P1 Giants fan, do you agree or disagree? I disagree. That's a good choice because the answer is Morris the Cat. P1 Giants fan, you are a winner. It wasn't Simba. It was not Simba. What kind of an answer is Simba? Well, you know, it was a bad one, Gilbert Godfrey. P1 H2O. I don't get to talk at all. Sorry about that. No, Tracy. Sorry. Say.
PY Giants fan, you are a winner. You're going to get to go to Craig's show. It's you and all your friends. Hope you're not easily offended. You just won, bitch. Hang on a second, Giants fan. 805 still backs up though out of Kearney Mesa, approaching Balboa, heading up towards Governor Drive and the Golden Triangle. Out of the East County, the West 94 has a minor delay left over here in the downtown. Westbound 8 also still a bit of a glitch here, approaching the 805 freeway. She made that right-hand turn onto that freeway. And the Eastbound 8, we had an earlier accident on that ramp to northbound 163. They shut down that ramp to remove that crash. As a result, you're still back down at a hotel circle to that 163 transition. West 52, that's a nice-looking ride at a Santee right now for you. The southbound side of the 15, also a nice-looking commute here down the stretch. Southbound side of the 5, still have a tight out of Encinia's in the Salona Beach. I had a chance to meet up with a couple of these Border Patrol agents and I'm telling you, There's a very genuine excitement and passion for what they do. They really enjoy it. And you can see it when you talk to them. They were in here telling me all about what it's like. They said it's very exciting. And you're not just sort of sitting there watching the border, which is what I think we all think. I don't know why we think that, but we kind of do. We go border patrol. Yeah, so what do they do? Park their car and just kind of watch for illegals to cross. It's actually a little bit more.
uh, exciting than that. And you get to make Skrill. That's right. You make pretty good money. Dude, yeah, you do. Well, you can make like 40 grand. Starting out. P1 Piera came in today. I just want to say hi to the P1s that came to stop by. Piera came in here, and we had P1 Antoine come in here today, and P1 Melissa, and also P1 Enrique, whose wife was in here last week. His wife won last time. How does it work? You get in, and how do you get to be in here? Trivia.
Monday, we do trivia, Mikey Show trivia. So you've got to answer questions about the Mikey Show on Monday, and the winner gets to come in. But they were both pretty cool, and so we let them both come in. And it's somebody's birthday today, right? Whose birthday today? Is it really? Oh, very nice. Happy birthday. You're Melissa, right? Yeah, Melissa, happy birthday. Happy birthday. You're 27 today? Yes. There you go. Wow, you can vote now. And I'm going to get you pregnant. Tracy Morgan. Tracy Morgan, be careful. You know, you've gotten in trouble for that before. All I need is a shoehorn. Okay, wait a second. Now, here's the deal. P1 Melissa is a branch coordinator. Says here you play piano. Is that right? How long did it take you to learn how to do that? I started taking lessons when I was eight. I took them for about six years, so I don't play as much these days. You could sit down and do it, though. Yeah. That's pretty cool. Tickle the ivory. There you go. And you're learning guitar. Yeah, my boyfriend plays guitar, and he's trying to teach me. There you go. And it also says that you were in the Marines? Yeah. Whoa. Check it out. So you had to go through boot camp as a chick. Oh, yeah. Was it tough?
Oh, yeah. It was probably the hardest thing I've ever done physically. Did they give you the option of going through boot camp as a guy? Tom. Tom. That's ridiculous. That's Tom Arnold asking a ridiculous question. Tom, you don't have a choice, Tom. You're either a guy or a girl. You've got to go through whatever you are. I had some experiences when I was on painkillers. No, wait. Tom, it's always about the painkillers and all that stuff. It's not your time, Tom. It also says here that P1 Melissa believes that she is very good at guessing the tone-deaf songs. Oh, yeah, right. Alright, if that's true... That means we're friends. If that's true... Here we go, Melissa. If that's true, let's test you right now. Are you ready, Melissa? It's going as if I've never, ever, ever heard this song before. Oh, wow. Whatever. Let's try it. Are you ready? Here we go. It will not go have no release. So do I. You might not feel alive. Nothing in my life is free. It's free. Title or artist, Melissa. And Piera's raising her hand next to you. Not so easy anymore, isn't it? In fact, a couple of people in the studio, a couple of P1s feel they know this. Melissa? Piera, what was it? It was Corn Freak on a Leash. That is correct. Wow. Serious? I didn't get that at all. Yeah, well, it's hard to.
It's kind of hard, too. You want to try another one? Yeah. Let's try another one. Let's give you another one. Here we go. It is Cheryl Crow. All I want to do is have some fun. I think it's a lot harder than it sounds, but anyway, there it is. So all of you guys, welcome to the studio. It's nice to have all of you in here. And Antoine is somebody that is a really cool guy, too. I know Antoine from The Rock Church, and he's a coaching consultant for Anthony Robbins. His wife and him run their own indie record label, and it is called R.E.A. Entertainment. Is that right? Oh, then he can sign Ashley.
There you go. Hey, what do you think? How much more alternative can you be? Yeah, what do you think, Antoine? Do you think maybe you could sign Ashley to a recording contract? I mean, you'd have to do it quick because I'm sure a lot of people want her. We'd like to talk to Ashley about that. There you go. Here's what I'm thinking. A video. I have lots of flavor. I'm thinking a video. I flow. You know what I mean? Keep it really gangsta. There you go. We'll talk about my client, B-Rob, after this. Yeah. We'll talk to B-Rob about it. We got a lot of stuff in the works. Look out for his demo. We're working on it. That's right. That's right. That's going to be pretty good. So, Craig, I want to talk to you about a few things because Craig's got a lot of interesting stories. Oh, yeah. In his travels, Craig Gass has met quite a few people, and he does voices of everybody. You've heard him on the show. He's a personal friend, so as a matter of fact, last night, Craig had his favorite thing, one of his favorite things in the world. Craig doesn't eat a lot of things. He's a very picky eater. He's like my wife in the sky. Kind of messed up in the head. So he won't eat very many things. My wife is very similar. They are very similar. And he loves the burger at Pamplemousse. Yeah. It's one of his favorite things. I do. In fact, when I'm into something, I'm really into something. I'm actually staying at NBC Suites for the breakfast. Are you serious? They're cooked for the breakfast. Come on. Is that true? Yeah, it's true. One of my favorite foods is...
When I come down here, round table pizza. I started last night. I go right for it. Round table's great, and so is pick-up sticks. Oh, thank you. The cream cheese wontons. Talk about it. What is it about the Embassy Suites breakfast that you like so much? And you're being completely honest when you say, listen, the reason I stay there is because I enjoy that food. Well, number one, that it's free staying there. As ridiculous as it is, I mean, I can afford food now, but I still think it's great. But also, they're cooked to order eggs and there's sausage links. So what is it, like a buffet? Yeah, it's a buffet. It's a buffet. Well, no, it's part buffet. Well, it depends. Some Embassy Suites are different. Yeah, oh man. Some of them are buffet style. Some of them are, but they always have a cook there to cook whatever you need. French toast or whatever. Question. It would seem that this would be a very typical breakfast that you would get at a lot of places, but this particular, they do it in a way that you enjoy a lot. Yes, absolutely. Is there anything specific about it that you kind of go, I like that? Their omelets are really good. It's like at different places, like when I go to Denny's, it's always Moon's Over Miami. The Moon's Over Miami just...
That's your thing. That's my thing. You love the moons over Miami. You're a fan of sandwiches and pizza. Love pizza. Love sandwiches. It's the main staple of my diet. Will not do, well, used to not do salad. In fact, the first time he ever had salad was he was in his 20s. First couple times that I had salad. No, in my 30s. It was in your 30s. Got lightheaded. I got lightheaded the first couple times I ate salad. That's right. But who amongst us can't say that? The only reason I ate a salad. is because about 10 years ago, I started eating Mexican food for the first time. I started going to Taco Bell and getting Taco Supremes with extra sour cream. And there would be some green stuff on there, the salad stuff. And I thought, well, I eat that. It's called lettuce. Well, but that's how I have to have it broken down for me. A friend of mine explained to me that I could eat a ham and cheese sandwich because I love ham as a topping on my pizzas. You're not the only one. That was Skye. Skye, we understand. She likes ham. He said the word, the magic word. And the weird thing is, the last couple years, after my career has actually started, I get invited to fancy restaurants all the time. And I just know to get anything with chicken in it, I'll like it.
And I've started eating steak for the first time because, you know, it's basically a hamburger, but better. Yeah. So someone explained to me, dude, it's, you know, steak. You like burgers. When did you try steak for the first time? About five years ago, six years ago. How old are you, Craig? I just turned 38. Wow. Craig came to our house. He's staying with us. That's great. Quick story before we get to Christopher Walken. He's staying with us. And I made spaghetti. I make a pretty good spaghetti. It's a spaghetti. In fact, the night that I made it, when Craig was coming over, I actually took some special care. What I did was, I went out and I ground my own stuff. Grounded veal. Look at this guy. Ground the beef myself. Awesome. Because it's really fresh that way. Ground veal. Ground chuck. Ground... He actually killed the cow. Yeah, exactly. Wow, that's not easy. So I made this really very sort of decadent spaghetti sauce. I make spaghetti and went first when Craig got there. Cut the garlic razor thin. That's right. Almost using the little thing to cut the thing so thin with the garlic. Wow. Gotta cut the garlic so thin. I think it's crackling chocolate. You got me standing there?
So, as soon as, but as soon as Craig walked in and he came in the kitchen, I could tell that he, you know, it smelled like stuff was cooking. And you can instantly tell that there was a level of anxiety. There was a level of anxiety and he was like, hey, what are you, you know, what are you making? Like real friendly, very friendly. Because he knew he was coming for dinner. Didn't know what. And I had even said several times, like, you guys want to go somewhere? Yeah, yeah. No, let me cook for you. I'm like, we can go out. No, dude, let me cook. I want to cook for you. I want to be a nice meal. We'll sit down with you. Yeah? And he says, okay, yeah. Now my wife, who is the exact same way, she instantly recognizes the body language. Right. As, oh, oh, he's like me. Oh. He's one of us. He's one of us. Weirdo in the midst. And so when we sat down to dinner, he was, you could tell it was like he was coming out of his skin. He just, he didn't know what was, this is what was bothering him, I think so much. And you can tell me correct. But I think that the thing that was the most uncomfortable was, I really don't know what's in here.
The garlic bread was awesome. Yes. I remember the garlic bread. But he was looking at the spaghetti with his sauce and he's like, you can tell he doesn't know what's in it. So you don't eat pasta normally? Look at that face. Even now he's uncomfortable. So the next morning he was scheduled to appear on the show. He never showed up. He threw up all night long. Now, I got to tell you, 24 hours. There was seven people that came to dinner that night and it was... Delicious, and nobody got sick except for Craig. But I think that the reason that he got sick was there may have been a little psyching out going on. Well, that's what happened when I was a kid. When I was a kid, if my mom tried to get me to eat something that didn't look or smell appealing, I would psych myself out. My body would just reject it. Right. My mom is told by my doctor, let him eat what he wants. When he gets older, he'll get accustomed to eating a wider variety of foods. I never did. Up until the age of 23, I can count on one hand everything I'd ever eaten. You've eaten more just in the time I've met you. You've tried new stuff. I'm starting to now. Here's the weird thing. When everything first started to kick in, every agent, manager, network,
person, casting director, they all wanted to meet with me. And I did this because I had no money. I would set up one meeting a day with people. One meeting a day. I could only see one person a day. It would have to be at 6 p.m. and it'd have to be at a restaurant because I knew they'd pay for it. Really? And I started getting good with eating with utensils because I'd never eaten with utensils before. Always with your hands. It was always fast food. It was always fast food that he would eat with his hands. In fact, the first roast I ever did... was one of the first times I had ever eaten with utensils. And I'm sitting there, and then here's this awkward moment that happens in the middle of it. Richard Belzer wanted me to come and attend and be a part of his roast. So I bought a suit, my first suit that I'd ever purchased, and went to the roast, and he wanted me to sit at his table for dinner. And I'm sitting with a bunch of celebrities, and with a fork and a knife and a piece of steak. And I don't know how to cut the steak. So what I would do. How old are you? This is five years ago, six years ago. I'm 31. Okay. All right. And so what I would do is I'd go, oh man, is that Gilbert over there? And they'd all look and I'd start gnawing at my, trying to like cut my steak. And then I'm trying to, every time everybody looks in one direction or another, hey, there's Alan King. Hey, there's, you know, whoever, there's whatever.
I would start trying to cut my steak. And then at one point, I'm not paying attention, Richard Belzer stands up and goes, Chris! No, come here! Do you know Craig Gass? I'll scoot over. Sit between me and Craig. Do you know Craig Gass? Come here, come on, say hi to Craig. And I look up, it's Christopher Walken. and he's coming towards me, and I have a fork and a knife in my hand. It's like you're riding a motorcycle. And I don't know, like, I almost, I looked at him, and I almost stabbed myself in the face with my knife. Yeah, because you're holding it like you would handlebars. But I'm still holding a big piece of steak on my fork. Right. So I bit off the steak, and I put the fork down, and I stood up, and I inhaled, and I put my hand out, and I inhaled a huge chunk of steak into my windpipe. Oh! And I start choking. And every time I open my eyes, I see a watery image of Christopher Walken standing in front of me going, are you okay? Do you need some help? And I was like, I can't get this. I finally managed to dislodge this piece of steak out. How did you get it out?
Uh, I just, I just started, someone, you know, Christopher Walken gave him the Heimlich. Christopher Walken's giving you the Heimlich. I finally, I cough it out. I sit down. Everyone wants to talk to Chris and he's clearly annoyed. Oh no, wait, wait, wait. Wasn't it, this wasn't like a real, were you able to do it without anybody noticing? No, no, no. Everyone knew that something was wrong. Everyone's like, are you all right? Are you all right? My buddy Scott, who was with me, kept hitting my back. So was it embarrassing? Oh yeah, oh no, it was like tears are streaming down my face. And you, Hawk up a big piece of steak. And I hawk up a steak, which I hold in my hand. Oh, wow. Wow, sure. What are you going to do? So then I sit down. Walken is disgusted. And people are trying to talk to Walken. And he's just, he's trying to, he's like, look, I'm going to eat that. I'm going to eat. Let me eat my food. And Belzer starts bothering him. And he goes, Chris, Craig is a comedian. And he does amazing impressions. And the whole time, Chris is cutting his steak. He's not even listening. And he goes, Chris, can you just look? for one second okay chris watch this okay craig he does i know you've heard people do impressions of you but you gotta hear craig craig do your impression i go all right uh i'm basically i can do this voice i don't even know if it's that good but i basically i talk like this and every once in a while i say the word cowbell and chris looked at me and he said wow and then he went back to mistake oh my god
And then Belzer is like, wait, wait. Was the wow, like, wow, that's really great, or wow, I don't care? I don't care. I don't care. Goes back to a stake. And then Belzer goes, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Chris, can you hold me one second? And he goes, Craig does. Have you ever heard anyone do an Adam Sandler impression? Watch it. Okay, Craig, do your Adam Sandler impression. I go, I don't think he wants to hear this. He goes, no, no, no, no, he's fine. Chris, will you look up for one second? Look at him do his, and I go, oh, my God. I go, hey, I know his voice, and I don't want to bother you. Because it looks like I'm distracted, but Rich is making me do this, and I'm sorry. And all he said, Christopher Walker looked at me and he went, that's amazing. Went back to his food. And then Belzer keeps pushing and pushing. He goes, wait, wait, wait. He goes, one more. He goes, Chris, Chris, one more. He goes, do your Sam Kinison. Watch this. Close your eyes and just listen to Sam Kinison. I go, man, I don't know if this is uncomfortable for you. I know it's uncomfortable for me. Oh, oh. And it's a whole table full, right? And everyone's looking at me now because I'm screaming like Sam Kinison. And Christopher Walken goes, hey, I get it. Shut up. I get it. You're talented. It's back to his food and keeps cutting. Leave me alone. Very uncomfortable. Christopher Walken will be a part of the opening. Wow.

They also do cooling systems for your car. AMCO's been in business since 1964. They are the world's biggest transmission place. So if you have that check engine light on in your car, this is where you should be going. They do a complete car care. It's not like they just do a couple of things. A lot of people, the misconception is, oh. So, Mikey's talking about this check engine light thing. That's the only thing I can go there for. It's complete car care. I heard they only do transmission. That is not correct. That is not correct. They do oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, cooling. They do it all, lady. Wow, I was misinformed. You were misinformed. So, I would take it in there. I would do this, too. I would say that if you take your car to a dealership, they're probably going to go, yeah, I think it's time to replace the whole thing. In fact, they'll probably try to sell you a car. Don't do it.
Don't get stuck replacing things. Go in and just fix things at Amco. You don't have to replace. That's just the way they get you to spend money. Amco is, will you do the beep beep for me? Sure. Double A. MCO. Hey, I'm Brett, and I'm here with my friends Carrie and Amanda, and we are the Miller Lite Spokes Trio, here to introduce San Diego to Miller Lite's new brewer's collection, a trio of craft-style light beers. This trio features a blonde ale, an amber, and a wheat-style beer with real craft beer taste, and each with only 110 calories and 6.2 grams of carbs. Try an amber next time you're out. Its smooth, malty, refreshing taste goes great with a basket of spicy wings. Or next time you get sushi, try a crisp, clean, citrus, wheat-style beer. Blonde is the boldest with four different kinds of hops to create a rich aroma, perfect for a backyard barbecue. These beers are for light beer drinkers who would like to try something beyond the normal light beer, but still want something refreshing and drinkable. All three Miller Lite Brewers Collection beers, the Blonde Ale, the Wheat, and the Amber, are now available in San Diego's local grocers.
And be sure to order one next time you're at your favorite bar, the Miller Lite Brewers Collection. Craft beer, done light. Now here's something you may have missed this morning on the Mikey Show. The Red Sox and Jonathan Pamplebon agreed to a one-year deal. Talk about it. Pampleban. Pamplebon. Pamplemousse, a good restaurant. Named after the pitcher. Could be. We are trying to get people to do something really great today and participate in the 7th Annual Radiothon. It's to raise money for a children's hospital. I'm going to give you the phone number. Hopefully you will call. and donate some money, 1-800-258-0007, 1-800-258-0007. And if you pledge $15 a month for a child, you could be making a big difference. They do take credit card. For those of you that pray, I will ask you to pray. For those of you that do not pray, I will ask for your good thoughts. This story is, we're going to be talking to a couple of success cases of some kids that were a success. We're going to be talking right now to somebody that wrote me, and her name is Amber. Are you there, Amber? Yes, I'm here. Amber wrote me about a little girl that she knows that's three years old, and she is dying from a disease called neuroblastoma. And what is neuroblastoma, Amber? Neuroblastoma is a common cancer that affects children five and under.
Usually it's something found in one and two-year-olds. Typically a three-, four-, and five-year-old is not found in. Usually it's a little bit more fatal at that age. Now, Sierra is this beautiful little girl, and she's three years old. The cancer began... In the side of her abdomen. But it has started to move and to spread. Her parents are not looking for people to give money. And luckily the people over at Children's Hospital are absolutely wonderful. And they've been, you know, she's been going there to get treatment. But what they're really looking for, for this little girl, is prayers. Isn't that right, Amber? Yes, it is. And currently the... things are not very good for her. And so I got this email from Amber and she said, hey, will you ask your listeners to pray for this little girl? And I said, I absolutely will. And the reason is because I believe that there is power in more than one person praying. And so hopefully there are thousands and thousands and thousands of people that are listening to the show right now that will do just that for this little girl. Her name is Sierra.
And she's very ill. And her mother's name is April. Her father's name is Scotty. And they would really appreciate the prayers for her. This little girl's birthday, it will be her fourth birthday on the 17th? Yeah, March 17th. So 10 days from now, this little girl will be turning four years old. And so I just want to ask people to pray for a miracle. for little Sierra. Just remember that name. And whenever you're doing your prayers, pray for this little girl named Sierra and just pray for her to be healed and for a miracle to happen and for something great to happen. I certainly hope it does, Amber. And I just want to thank you for coming on the air and letting us do that. You're absolutely welcome. And you can find her story also in today's newspaper, the local North County Times. Oh. Okay. She's in the North County Times today. Yes. And there is not a website or anything like that set up, is there, Amber? No, we are trying to get one up for donations of her chemo and everything. Because her parents are having a hard time paying for some of this stuff.
Yeah, with the treatment, the parents do have to stay at the hospital, and unfortunately, they're not able to go to work. Oh, man. With everything else going on, and they do have two other children they have to take care of, it's builders just backing up. Fortunately, we're lucky that Children's Hospital does continue treatment. They're not going to deny her any kind of medical care. Maybe there's somebody that's listening right now that really touches, and they're real rich. And they hear it and they go, you know what? I want to pay for that. And, you know, I could certainly put them in touch with you if somebody decided that they wanted to do that. And Amber, I just think it's so... Amber is just a friend of the family. Oh, wow. She's just a friend of the family. And I thought that was so cool that she kind of had it in her heart to do that. And it's not a relative or anything like that, just somebody that she really cares about, and that's what we're supposed to do is care about other people. So I think that's really, really great, Amber. I appreciate you coming on, okay? Well, thank you very much. God bless. Thanks. Bye. See you. Let's get some of these kids in here. I'm going to talk to some little kids from Children's Hospital. If you want to make a donation.
You can do it by picking up your phone and calling 1-800-258-0007. We are encouraging listeners to participate in the 7th Annual Radiothon, which is going on, and you can make a donation. $25, $50, $100. The richer you are, the better. Make a big donation, man. It will pay off for you. I'm telling you, man. It almost, to me, feels like it's kind of my responsibility being a San Diego resident to donate to Children's Hospital. It's always been my charity that I do stuff for. And, you know, I think it's amazing that there's a place like Children's Hospital. Hopefully you'll never need it. But if you ever do, man, thank God they're there. That's right, man. Look at this. We got a couple of people coming into the studio. Is that Ray Ray? Hi, Ray Ray. I love this little girl. She is all fired up. Oh, dude. She is awesome. So, Ray Ray, is that your daddy with you? Yeah. Now, you call him daddy or dad? Dad, both. You call him daddy and you call him dad. Depends on your mood. Just depends on what mood you're in, right? Yeah. And Ray Ray, how old are you? I'm eight. Eight years old. No, Ray Ray. And tell me a little bit about your story, Ray Ray. Well, when I was born, we found out that I had a disease in my liver called biliary atresia. And so I had to have two liver transplants. My first one was from an organ donor that didn't work. And then this guy right here, my dad.
He donated. Which guy? Wait a minute. What guy? That guy right behind you? No, he's not ugly. He is not ugly. He's a fantastic little man. Look at me. He's handsome. Look at dad's blushing now. You got dad blushing. You got dad blushing. Now, let me ask you, Ray Ray. Explain to us, you know, the people that don't know exactly what that disease is. What does that do? It makes your liver stop working? Well, it means that my liver isn't working how it's supposed to. Okay. And so you got a transplant. Yes. And it didn't work. It didn't work. So my dad had two of them. The first one was from the liver donor, like I said. How old were you, Ray Ray? She's looking at her dad. Six months. About six months. Oh, you were six months old. A little baby. Just a baby. A little, little baby. So what happened with the second transplant? Well, my dad, he gave me part of his liver and now... Part of that is still in my... Get out of here. Really? Wait a minute. Your dad gave you part of his liver? Yeah. Oh, my goodness. Yeah, that guy. So, wait a minute. So, are you telling me that right now, inside your body, there's a piece of your dad's liver inside your body? That's exactly what I'm saying. That's cool. That's really cool. Now, this time it worked? Yeah. This time it worked. This time it worked. Because it was your dad. Yeah. Now, how long ago was that, Ray Ray?
That was about nine years ago. I'm almost nine. My birthday is March 12th. It's coming up. Oh, my gosh. Yeah, nine years ago. Almost nine years ago. When is your birthday? March 12th. There you go. And so do you... Are you going to get a car for your birthday or something? No. Oh, no, not yet, huh? I'm going to get a cell phone, though. Oh, come on. You want a cell phone? on a cell phone. Now, are you going to take pictures with the cell phone? No. What are you going to do with the cell phone? Text message? I don't know. Hook it up to a laptop and play games on it? There you go. I love it. I love it, Ray Ray. That is awesome. Ray Ray, you don't remember any of this stuff, right? You were too little when all that happened. Yeah. I don't think I knew, but I remember what my... What my delivery room looked like. It was big and gray. You remember your delivery room? Yeah, because I saw a picture of it. It was big and gray. Gotcha, gotcha. Now, let me ask you, Ray Ray, do you ever have to go back and keep testing to make sure that you're doing okay? I do. Yeah? Because I keep having all these procedures. Yes, I'm a little scared at first, but then...
Once I'm out, once I'm asleep, it's just fine. Now, what about the people at Children's Hospital? They're just the nicest things. They're nice people? Yeah, very nice people. They're really nice. And so when you go in there, are they pretty cool about making you feel like you're not scared anymore? They calm me down. They calm you down. They take good care of you. But I'm scared of that mask, dude. You're scared of the what? The mask. The mask. Oh, yeah. Big and hairy. Listen, I'd be afraid of that, too. I wouldn't want to put that on. It's bad and hairy things. Exactly. Not very pleasant. I don't blame you. I don't blame you. That's Ray Ray. Ray Ray is eight years old. She's sitting in here with her dad, Mark. Let me talk to Mark for a second. So, Mark, as a parent, I'm just talking to you as a parent. That must have been an extraordinarily scary time for you guys. It was. It was. It's sort of surreal. I mean, that was just the beginning of the journey, really. And Ray Ray takes it so well. How proud are you of her that she's just so rambunctious? She's great. That's great. That's so great. She also had open heart surgery. I almost died. Okay. You probably used that a lot there. She had open heart surgery here at Children's as well, two days before Christmas in her second year. In her second year.
And that all went good. It went fantastic. Thanks to the wonderful folks at Children's. I mean, we've spent a great deal of our life there. And she's had more than 20 surgeries and countless procedures. As a matter of fact, this morning we just came from there. What did you do there this morning? Blood draw. She has to have lab work. Was it okay? I love it. You love it? Wait a second. Come on, Ray Ray. I'm used to it. So you don't get scared? No. Really? at you. They give you a lollipop or something? No, my phlebotomist is so nice. That is great. You gotta love her. She's so great. We brought you donuts. Yeah, we brought you donuts. There you go. Very nice. That is Ray Ray. I think there's a couple of sprinkles. Get out of here. Ray Ray and Mark, thank you guys very much for coming in here. Let's talk to Liam. We're going to talk to Liam and Joanie. Where is Liam and Joni? Liam and Joni, and tell me a little bit about what your guys' story is and how Children's Hospital has affected you guys. Right in the microphone here. Well, my son Liam is now nine years old. He's had probably over 100 brain surgeries. We kind of quit counting after 75. Well, yeah.
It was a tick thing that we didn't want to keep anymore. But he still goes back on a regular basis. He needs Children's Hospital for other things. Like recently, he's had orthopedic surgery. He's had an accidental fracture. What is the issue? What is the diagnosis? Liam was born with hydrocephalus, which is excess fluid on the brain. It's like your brain's plumbing kind of backs up. So what they do is they insert a mechanical shunt. And shunts are mechanical, so like anything, they wear out or they break down after a while. And Liam's first shunt only lasted a few days because he ended up with an infection. So anytime you have surgery, and I know Ray Ray knows this, there's always a risk. And Liam's had suffered a few of the risks along the way. So he's had four brain infections and hence he's had all the surgeries and all the shunt replacements. So he's had, like I said, we quit counting after 75. Most of those were before he was two. As a result, it's cost him a few things. He's blind and he's developmentally delayed. How old? He's nine right now. Normally, he's an extremely happy little boy. I think he's being a little shy this morning. There's a lot of people here. I think he's flirting with Ray Ray. He's giving her the eye. Ray Ray's getting the cell phone. I got a question for you. As a parent, when you go into Children's Hospital,
I know that they are obviously very geared towards making the kids feel comfortable. What about the parents? How are they dealing with you guys? Oh, my God. Where would we be without them? There's something magical about a children's hospital. They really understand that it's not just the kid. It's the whole family. They understand that moms and dads, I'm going to get emotional. Oh, man, I'm kind of feeling that way just listening to it because I got a son. So, you know, they just they understand. They understand that we're scared. Yeah, it's OK. Hey, listen, this is an emotional topic and I want people to call and listen, as a parent of a little boy, I know how it is. Let me give you the number 1-800-258-0007. It's 1-800-258-0007. And, you know, if you could pledge. $15 a month, you could really make a difference in a child's life. But I'm going to ask you really boldly, if you could give $1,000 a month, it'll make an even bigger difference. If you're listening right now and you have the kind of money where you can make that kind of a donation, I'm asking you, please, to do it. And when you do it, all I can tell you is, and there are certain things that I can tell you with a little bit of certainty.
And there's certain things that I can tell you that are a matter of opinion. And what I'm about to tell you is, I just hope that you can hear in my voice the sincerity that what I'm about to tell you is fact. If you give in this way, you will receive blessings back that will overflow your barns. Overflow. I mean, it will absolutely pour over. You won't have room enough to be able to fit what will come back to you. when you do something like this. So the number is 1-800-258-0007. And this is the seventh annual Radiothon that we're doing. And if you want to go to the website, it's www.helpsdkids.org. And there's certain things that people just have an affinity for and just feel a passion for. And one of them is this. And if you're listening right now and you're a parent,
You can understand how welled up she got right now. And I had to take one of those moments right now where I was like, okay, I'm going to get this together. I'm going to get this together. Because having a boy myself, it's very hard to describe. I almost don't like using the word love because I wish there was a different word. Because what we feel for our kids is a little, is stronger. It's much stronger than the word love. Oh, the power of that is once you become a parent, the rest of your world forever changes. Your focus changes, your devotion, your ability for patience. It's so crazy because before I had a kid, I would hear those things. And to me, it was very, it was just words. I heard it and I knew that intellectually that made sense. But something happens. Oh, your heart forever changes. I have a theory on this. I believe that there's something chemically that happens in our brain when we hear the cry of our child the first time when he or she is born. That something chemically is altered in our brain, that there's a chemical in our brain that's never been used until the little bones in our ears shake by the sound of that cry. And when that happens, I believe there's a chemical that's released in our brain that's never been released in our body before. So if you don't have a child right now,
that chemical has not been released in your body. But when it does get released, it's a feeling of love that is so burning hot intense that there really are no words for it. And so if you're a parent, you know exactly what I'm talking about. And if you don't, all I can tell you is you probably will at some point. Please, 1-800-258-0007 is the phone number, and just make a donation. Eddie, man, you nailed it, dude. You nailed it when you said, we all live here in San Diego. We're so lucky, and it's right in our own backyard. Yeah, I mean, I'm not a parent yet, but the fact of the matter is, I thank God that there's a place like Children's Hospital, because when I do become a parent, if I ever needed a place like that... Yeah, it's amazing that it's here. Yeah, I mean, there are people that don't have the benefit that are living in, say, Orange County or just living anywhere outside of San Diego. And when something goes wrong, they're probably trying to get their kids to Children's. And so being right here in the backyard, we can just go right to Children's Hospital. We're used to seeing it off the 163 or off the 805. I urge you to call 1-800-258-0007.
Thank you so much for coming in here. I just wanted to check with Ray Ray to see if she can read the news. Yeah. Because we may have an opening. That's right. That's a good one, Eddie. And thank you to Liam and Liam's mom, Joni. Thank you. Thank you, Ray Ray. You're welcome. Very nice to have you. Thank you, Mark. Help keep little Ray Ray's phlebotomist nice. That's right. Donate. It's now time for Dr. Steve Brule.
This is Dr. Steve Bruhl on Bruhl's Rules. Good. And it's Bruhl's Rules for your health. Good update. And he is now going to discuss personal hygiene. Cut 50. Bruhl's with Channel 5's Dr. Steve Bruhl. Hi, I'm Dr. Steve Bruhl. Another one of my Bruhl's Rules that you can't live without if you want to stay in school. Do you want to smell your body parts? Smell you under your arms? Under your armpits? Just put some vinegar on it. Why didn't you think of that? What? What the hell did I just hear? What the hell did I just hear? What did you just hear? It was Brule's Rules. I mean, come on. Um, okay. Good advice. Brule's Rules, as you know, is from the TV show, Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job. This is what I do. I sit on it. Oh, that's a jam. Sean made us aware of this TV show. It's called Tim and Eric Awesome Job. Oh, come on. Mike, really?
First Chantel and now this. Way to go. Great. I digress. It was called Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job is the name of the TV show. That was John C. Reilly as Dr. Steve Bruhl. 415. And Bruhl's Rules. And the time he was telling you that if your armpits smell, just put some vinegar on it. So why didn't you think of that? So why didn't you think of that? I have to hear it again. Cut 50. Rules with Channel 5's Dr. Steve Bruhl. Hi, I'm Dr. Steve Bruhl. Another one of my Bruhl's Rules that Can't live without if you want to stay in school. Do you have smelly body parts? Smelly under your arms? In the armpits? Just put some vinegar on it. Why didn't you think of that? You gotta add a pow. That's right. It's not funny. You guys want to hear a mash-up? Oh, I love mash-ups. Is it better than a make-em-up? It's better than a make-em-up. I got a mash-up of a whole lot of love and drop it like it's hot. Oh.
Cut 49. What is a part of our humor? People love it. It's like Snoop Dogg was out with the devil himself. He has new movies that are coming out into the theaters. Yes, I do. Yes, I do. Yes, I do. Very nice. All right. Coming out today. Yeah, sweetness. 10,000 BC. Think about Eddie. Watch that face. Which is so weird because that's how old BC is. Eddie, you're not in? Eddie, are you out? Are you out on 10,000 BC? 10,000 BC, Eddie. Dude, let's listen to the clip before you are out. Cut 48. We, the people of the Agile, hunt the mightiest of beasts, the man. 10,000 BC. He is great. Yeah, I don't buy it. They spoke English? Perfect English. Because we hunt together. Proper English. As one. It wasn't even invented yet. What do you want, subtitles? Yeah. We will join our brothers and sisters on the mountain of the god
And convince them to fight with us. Together. As one. There's like seven guys there. Role playing makes me horny. That's awesome. Here's Stephen Strait. He's one of the actors from there. Tell us all about the script. Cut 46. I killed a dinosaur for you. I thought it was incredibly original. Essentially it's a love story that has all this action and adventure around it. And I just found that incredibly unique. And I thought it was really cool. Is that brontosaurus scaring you, girl? A little bit. A little intimidating. I'll go kill it for you. Aw, thanks. I don't know that there's actually... There's no dinosaurs in this, Tracy. That's... Velociraptors? No, no, no, no. 10,000 BC is like... It's big mastodons, I guess, is what they're showing. Sabertooths. Sabertooths and mastodons. I don't know that there's any dinosaurs, really. club you over your head. Drag you to my cave. Put on some Barry White. In your cave? Some Lionel Richie, girl. I just got a visual of you, Tracy, wearing skins. Is it me you're looking for? Because I wonder where you are. And I wonder what you do. And I want to tell you so bad, Freckles. I love you. Wow.
Doesn't that make everybody horny? No. I put on my loincloth and kill them dinosaurs for you, girl. There's no dinosaurs, Tracy. That loincloth needs to be bigger. What else have we got? We have the bank job out today. Oh, that looks good. Yeah, Jason Statham. What is that? Based on a true story, right? Yep. Cut 38. I know you, Terry. And I know your mates. They're in BC. You've always been looking for this. And then it makes sense of everything. I have it for you. Is this the guy from Crank? Yep. Caveman got crazy. Yeah, the transporter and the transporter 2, Mike. Yes, yes, Sean. That's great. We know Jason Statham. Is that how he says now? Yeah, Mike, that's him. Cut 40. Desperate men do desperate things. Yes, they do. I think there's an innocence as much as there is a criminal side to Terry. I mean, he's just wanting to make a better life himself and the family. Yeah, right. Yeah, it's Billy Idol, right? Yeah, right. Rock and roll forever. Turn it up to 11. Yeah, right.
It's not easy to deny it. Yeah, right. Love the movie, love drugs, love all of it. Oh, wow. Alcohol and the ladies and ripping off banks. It's my favourite thing. Very nice. Rock and roll forever. That's right. Cut 41. They're basically robbing a safety deposit bottle. The people that have these safety deposit bottles usually keep within them things that they don't want people to know about. MI5. are trying to create a robbery uh themselves to protect their bad stuff so the fact that people might think terry and his cohorts are bad people i think you have to look a bit deeper Is that it? What else is coming out? And one more movie out today. We have College Road Trip with Martin Lawrence and Raven Simone. Oh, look at that, Tracy Morgan. That sounds good, right? From the Cosby Show. Little Raven's all grown up. Yes, she is. Listen to her talk. Cut 45. I definitely identified with it. Having a father and a mother who were, you know, largely in my career and having to kind of that one day say, hey, you guys, I want to kind of do this on my own. I want to...
you know, become in charge of my own career. That was my personal college road trip type situation. That's adorable. I can't wait till Gary Coleman grows up and see what he sounds like. He's like 49 years old, so, you know. Quit your shit. 49. Nobody going to believe that. What is he, an Oopa Loopa? No. No, he's not an Oopa Loopa. Oh, wow. Here's Martin Lawrence talking about working with Raven Simone, cut 44. I was a fan of hers, and she seemed to be a fan of mine. My ass! My ass! You know what I mean? We could talk about anything, you know, and everything was just cool. The way we come off on film is kind of how we genuinely started feeling about each other off camera. Yeah, you so crazy. So, Eddie, wait a minute. You don't want to see 10,000 BC? Are you out? Yeah, I don't want to see it. Is it look goofy? Yeah, I look really bad. You're talking me out of it. I mean, listen to the way they talk. But it's a movie. It sounds stupid. It does sound stupid, but I like the visuals on the commercial. Yeah, the visuals look so good. Stunning.
It's like Transformers. You go for the visual. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You turn it on mute. You just enjoy the look. Why are you attacking me all day? I'm not attacking you. You're just shocking me today. You're shocking me today. I thought I knew you. You guys want to hear more of the Brett Favre press conference? Come on, y'all. Let's just have some Krispy Kreme. No, no, no. We had to do it. Let's join hands. But Eddie's very vulnerable right now. We can because we haven't gone to it. We haven't said the rest of it. Piling on. Cut 16. To be thought of as one of the best players. Don't do it. to be mentioned within an organization that has players like Reggie White and Bart Starr. It's like he's sitting in front of the Godfather's desk. Very tough. Hang on, Mr. Pacino. Hang on. I am honored. Everyone knows that How special this is. I truly appreciate the opportunity. Uh-oh. As they say, all good things must come to an end. Wow. That was emotional. Eddie Salpacino. Eddie Al can help you. I don't know. He wants to talk to you. Eddie, I know your heart is heavy on this. Why is he holding a scotch? On this sad... On the rocks.
When a great warrior has fallen, we must all rise up. On any given Sunday, any team can win any game. It sounds like that weird speech that Craig gassed it on the next best thing. I was thinking that too. Football is a game of inches. Guys, Al Pacino's talking. I'm sorry. Real little respect here. Yes. One inch too fast, you miss. One inch too slow, you're gone. He's drunk. And in a game of inches, every inch counts. He has on. It's weird. This is our great day to resurrect our hero. Yeah. Ed Carton. I am sad. I am sad. This city. In an Elmo shirt. It's so weird. And a tie.
This city, it was a palace. It was a palace. Could it not be a palace again? I ask of this great warrior. Why is he in makeup? I don't know. Why did he grow out that Hitler mustache? Do not worry. Eddie. One day, our hero will rise again. Do not be afraid to go into that dark night. He's got a button. He will return to capture our heart. He's got his fingernails. It's weird. He's got a button that says Snoopy rules. Well, he does. We must rise. Toilet paper. Rise. It's so embarrassing. Rise. Measy was in the bathroom. Barn door is open. On the wings of this fallen angel. You guys hanging brain. Okay. Until this city is our palace again. Thank you. Wow, that was beautiful. Wow, you really helped our friend Eddie. That's nice. I don't know how to do that. Do you have any more glasses?
That was the great Al Pacino. I love when Al comes in here and he talks to us in this way. Very inspirational. Yes, definitely. So this should be good. That's fantastic. I really like it. Scrunchy is a nice touch. What they call business on the side, party in the back, I think is what they call that. Movie, my agent said it's going to be big, Joe Dirt 2. Yeah, I think you're perfect for the role. so let's listen to this together Mr. Pacino's in here along with lots of other celebrities I'm here buddy I'm right here you haven't acknowledged me it's a celebrity this is Lindsay Lohan and her well actually Lindsay Lohan's 14 year old sister Allie you know they're doing that reality show right the parents are doing the reality show well she's explaining here about the new show cut 17 well you're gonna see me singing recording my album and I want that feeling of standing on that stage, being in that concert. It's just something I've seen my sister do and I love. Holy cow. Okay. So it's like, you know, I guess it just, it starts, you know. Starts at a young age. That young girl right there, I actually met her in a baby stroller at an AA meeting. She went to her first meeting.
Her first words were, I have a problem. I have a problem. That was her first words. And we wheeled her right in. Thank you very much. She did 12 steps. She fucked her first step. That is a true story. I say that is not a true story, Tom. That's a true story. I can prove it. No, you can't. At 4th and B tomorrow night with a chalkboard and a disco ball and a copy of the Eddie Murphy Raw album. Wow. Here's more Allie Lowen talking about the rumors that she'd like to clear up. Cut 18. I think it will diffuse, like, a lot of rumors and, like, all silly stuff that is said about me already when I'm just coming out into the light. Yeah, that's not true. Whole family has the same nose. No one has said anything. There are no rumors. did say the thing about the... Yeah, but that rumor just came out. That just came out. I can prove it with a can of tuna and two sweat socks right now. Wait a second, that is the stupidest thing. Sounds gross. Here is Michael Lohan talking about Lindsay's deal, cut 19. He tells Axis Lindsay is staying focused on her recovery. There's tests and there's temptation and I'm just, I'm very confident in where Lindsay is and where she'll be. And how much money I'll make.
Very confident that I'll walk away from this with a lot of money. I can prove this with a slice of ham and a promotional shot of a headshot of Ruth Buzzy. Did someone say ham? No. I wouldn't. I mean, I can still. I wouldn't go there. I still know you're there. I'm looking at the audio sheet here. Yeah, I'm sure you are. Let's see. That ham's good. I still know you're there. Sky, you shouldn't chew with your mouth open. Sky's commenting on ham. Shut up. Mike, you mind if I call out a track number? A track number? What is Tom Arnold's doing? What are you talking about, Tom? Can we play cut number 34? The whole world with the puppeteers kind of fascinates me. Molly Shannon cut 34 there. They were like very serious puppeteers. Thank you. Thank you for the clip. I appreciate it. Call out another clip. Now, I want you to think about what you just heard, Mike. Go ahead. And tell me, do I have a problem? Okay, this is Whoopi Goldberg.
Talking about her old friend Patrick Swayze, who we now know is sick. So she was on The View talking about when she did her role with him in Ghost, cut 33. When I won my Academy Award, the only person I thanked was Patrick. I totally forgot to thank the director whom I also love, which was Jerry Zucker. But I remembered to thank Patrick because having not said to Jerry Zucker... I'm not making a smoothie unless you put Luke Goldberg in there. That's how I got the job. Did he know you? Who? Patrick. Is that why he chose you? What? He knew about me. He didn't actually know me. The view has now taken a petting suit. The whole show. Which one is Hasselbeck? Resistance. But people were resisting me. And he was right, though. He's resisting me. I'm not doing it unless she does it. And you won an Oscar. And I won an Oscar because of Patrick Swayze. So baby as always. And now this. Thank you. I don't know who this gentleman is, but he's clearly crying out for something. What do you do? Can I put out a plug in between each verse? No. You have nothing to plug.
Plugged it all. Plugged your Wikipedia page. That's Sam's Ford Show archives. That's only on YouTube. I've been Tom Burrell to YouTube. This is the Mikey Show. I don't know where he is. He's invisible. That's because the thing is on delay. I didn't see him in the camera for a second. It's KIOZ San Diego is what we know. Oh, KIOZ. There again. Double KIOZ. Welcome back. Let's see.
Thank you very much. We're good, Sean. Thank you. Third time's a charm. And, well, there you go. Hey, Mike. Hey, y'all. Yes, Tracy Morgan. What's going on? That's a good question for you. Showing off. Go ahead, Tracy. What's happening? I don't know much about rock music, okay? Right. I don't understand the music you play. Yeah, yeah. In fact, I hate it. Well, we don't play any music. We're on a talk show, but it's okay. Go ahead. Okay. But that dude, in that picture up there, in that poster, is that the drummer of Def Leppard? No, it is not the drummer of Def Leppard. It's just that the... Well, first of all, Tracy, it's me. It's me. It's me, Tracy. And the second thing about it is you're looking at a picture that's been cut off, and so it looks like the arm is missing, but it's just that it's been framed. I've never noticed that. So the arm is not missing, it's just that it's been framed. Because I don't know. I don't know the difference between Def Lappin and Lady Skinner. No, Tracy, for goodness sake. It's all devil music to me. That's Tracy Morgan. This weekend is Daylight Savings Time, so spring forward this weekend. Mm-hmm.
Sunday, 2 a.m. Yep, you've turned your clocks to 3 a.m. You lose that. Yeah, so we're losing an hour of sleep, which is the worst. It is. I'm going to be extra grumpy on Monday, Sam. Let's see. They're sending out all those letters to colleges about the San Diego booze ban. They don't want people drinking on the beach. Yeah, lots of kids, lots of college kids come to San Diego for spring break. We're getting close to spring break time, and they're saying, hey, if you plan on coming to San Diego, just remember you can't drink on our beaches here. That's why I'm drunk. That's already in effect. Yes, dude. Take your sex and drugs somewhere else, Shane. Say hello to the Billy Club, pal. Ladies and gentlemen, it's a message from James Cagney about the beach. That's right, copper. I'm going to be stuck in my hotel room with my booze and my girlfriend, who's promiscuous. Try to get me, Shay. Going to be fornicating and drinking. And watching Jerry Springer. It's James Cagney if you were alive in 08. Try and YouTube this, buddy. Shay. Who wants to battle rap, Shay? Battle rap?
What is battle rap? Battle rap. Ask Eminem, Shane. What is that? Maybe you lived on 12 Mile. Oh, I get what you're saying. You go back and forth with the rap. For the first time, equity has slipped below 50%. Yeah, they say now more people owe more on their home than what they have in equity. Try getting your money back now, Shane. I'm begging you. Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Craig Gass. Yeah, yeah, Shane. Fourth and B, tomorrow night. Shane, B, it's a ticket master, Shane. Two, three, one, four, three, four, three. Oh, my God. Shane. Special guests, local comedians. Look at Ashley and Rob are really getting into it. They're starting to do theirs now. Like at the final level.
Eddie's about to go down, see? Keep doing this and he'll finally go down. Eddie is seriously looking at Craig right now like, why are you doing that voice? I don't know, see? I don't know. Stuck in his voice. I'm glad you said that. Thank you for saying that. Thank you. Meow. That's not part of the game. Oh. So SeaWorld has had to take a couple of little seal pups because you know that La Jolla children's pool? They're always telling people... James Cagney. Are you really interested in the seal pups down at La Jolla's children's pool? I sure am, Mikey. What's going on over there with the seal pups, huh? Are they stuck? Do they need us to come get them out? Let's call them cuppers. Right now. Right now. My 68 and 72-year-old dad are loving this bit more than anything else in the world. You have two dads? Well, they've seen... I love that show. That was a great show, Shane. My two dads. Sky, what is the deal with this? Well, there were a baby seal...
at the children's pool in La Jolla that I guess had been abandoned and were malnourished. So SeaWorld had to come in and save them and they're now at SeaWorld being fed there. Give them a fish. Yeah, give them something. Well, they're just babies so they're being fed through a tube with a formula that contains that contains milk. They're being fed a mixture of fish oil and whipping cream. So they believe it was a group of photographers that came too close to the seals that made the mama seals take off and abandon their babies. Did you guys hear about this mother in Florida that has been arrested? Actually, I don't know that she has been arrested, right? Well, after seeing herself on the TV, she did go in and talk to authorities, but they are figuring out whether to charge her with anything. She'd been videotaped at one of those car washes with the pressure wash deal. Like the self-car wash? Spraying her kid to punish the kid. Oh, appropriate. Two and a half years old. No way.
Oh, she tells the cops. Held her kid down, gave her the king value clean out. Well, when she says to the cops, she goes, I do it all the time. I don't know what the big problem is. Did she not have any water balloons? Yeah, I guess. Resort to the house. The little kid smells like pine forest, say. Well, how does she smell like pine forest, James Cagney? Well, because that's the treatment she paid for. For next $3, you get the pine forest, say. Car washers. For $8.99, your kid comes out clean. $12.99, clean. For the record, it's dangerous. Those pressure washers aren't meant for the skin. Speak for yourself, sister. You don't know that, Skye. Well, I do because I just read all about it. Obviously, it didn't work. Because if she did it before, the kid acted up again. No, actually what she says she did, she says that she at home would use a spray bottle on the kid when the kid was throwing a tantrum. Oh, I use that on my dog. And she thought that a pressure washer, I guess, has the same effect as... Practically. Yeah. So they're deciding whether to charge her with anything, and the Department of Children and Families has come in to check out the child for evaluation. I drop a Tommy gun on my kid, Shane. Wow.
Tommy gun. Now, Boston Rob, if you can get up to Seattle in time, this may be something good for you. I'm listening. Good money involved in this, Rob. Seattle Research Institute is looking for volunteers who will be paid to be bitten by mosquitoes infected with malaria. How much does it pay? Up to $4,000. I'll fly that beat up Southwest Airlines for that. Well, Rob, the mosquitoes are infected with malaria. They're actually testing vaccines to see. Well, then call me Ebola and give me a plane trigger. I'll be bit by Zeth for four grand. He's got malaria. He's got much worse than that. He has AIDS. Malaria only lasts like a day or two, right? It's just like a high fever and then you're back at it. They say you will be supervised and you probably won't die, so that's good, but you can make up to $4,000. My voice is so low with this cold. Avril Lavigne has debuted her clothing line. Finally! What's it called?
Get off my bed. Yeah. I hate boys. It's called Get Out of My Room. Jerk. They don't list the name here, but they say. But I hate my dad. Yeah, it's called I Can Make a Fist. You're stupid. You're stupid. Her clothes will be available in the stores in July. She says. I can spit like a boy. It's a mix of reggae and skater styles. I don't have a belt. I use safety pins. But there's also. Boys can do. There's also fun and flirty pieces, so we can all look forward to that. Fun, flirty, yeah. Yeah, reggae and skater style. I fart and burp. That's a jam. That's a really good one. Let's see. Denise Richards is finally commenting on Charlie Sheen being so upset about the reality show. She says that it's not about him loving the kids. And not wanting them to be exploited. What is it then, Denise Richards? Well, she says it's that he's a very angry person, and it's him battling her, and he lost the battle, so now he just wants her to be a failure at everything. That's strange. You might have got to tell these dames how to just shut their mouth. That's true, James Cagney. Well, no, that's not true, James Cagney. You had it right the first time, Mike. 2008, Mike. Check it out. Think back in time. That's one of those deals, you know, Skyward.
Where you just go, yeah, you just say yeah. Whenever you hear it, you just say yeah. What did I just say yeah to? Yeah, that was really bad. It's applesauce. What? Looks like Jerry Seinfeld is returning to prime time. Dude, this is crazy. Because after Seinfeld, he said he'd never return to do another TV series. Sorry, what? But according to sources... Jerry Seinfeld is going to star in a show on NBC in prime time that's just like Curb Your Enthusiasm, but it'll be with Jerry. It's called On Board. I have the original concept for Seinfeld. What are they doing? It's a show about nothing. What do you call it? I don't know. I don't know. Why do they call them stairs? You can't stare at them. What is so convenient about a convenient store? Apparently, that's a big deal. And we are a big deal. And that's a big deal. Why does Denny's have locks on the door? They're open 24-7. No, we love him. You know what? Observational humor. I never watched Seinfeld. But if he came back to television, I would watch it. So he always thought, oh, because I didn't get into it the first time.
This time, I would be able to. So if he came back, I would watch. It's called getting in the ground floor, Shane. That's right. Eddie's had it. He's like, enough with it. I love when Ash does it. When Ash does it. It's pretty good. No, it's pronounced Rob. I'm being Rob right now in our game. Lisa Marie is pregnant. Yep. It's going to be her third child. She's 40 years old. She has a beau? Yes. She got married a little while back to some music producer guy. I heard she's giving birth to a pay killer. You did not hear that, Tom. Yes, I did. I did. That's what I heard. You never heard that. I heard she had such an intense addiction that she actually... You just made the... You can't even get it out. No, that is. Thank you. Appreciate that. John Mayer is blogging about his ex-lover to stop calling him.
This is weird. Now, everyone's speculating that this is in regards to Jessica Simpson, but he doesn't name names in his blog. He says, Dear ex-lover, perhaps you didn't understand the last time I told you to stop contacting me, so I'll do my best to spell it out for you. I do not wish to have you in my life anymore. I don't know how much more clear I can be about it. It would serve you best to move on with your life and find someone who could put up with you because I'm done trying. Hope this is enough closure for you. Goodbye. Who is this writing this? John Mayer. John Mayer? Yeah, he, like, blogs all the time on his website. You know, guys like that who write love songs have crazy women, like, counting them out. That is true. That's how they get all their material, bro. That's crazy. Bro. Come on, brah. You write songs like that, and you... Oh, but it's so good. You rocked my life, huh? You, John Mayer. Marry me, please, John Mayer. Marry me, please, John Mayer. You rocked my life. My life. That was Jessica Simpson right there. Really? Talking to him saying thank you so much. I know a guy who's a bodyguard. A bunch of big rock bands. He's worked with some of the biggest heavy metal bands the last five, six years. He's now working with Josh Groban. He says far and away the most psychotic fans he's ever met in his life are Josh Groban fans. Really? And he's worked with some of the biggest arena heavy metal acts on the planet.
He said that there's one, as an example, there's a girl who's a huge fan of his, writes some letters all the time. Josh Groban or John Mayer? Josh Groban. Similar to John Mayer in my book. Yeah. I guess. I don't know much about either of those. Are they? I thought John Mayer was like pop and that Josh Groban was like, oh, hello. Yeah, but in the way that ladies love him, it's similar. Yeah, but I thought it was young women that like John Mayer and like 50-year-old women that like Josh Groban. Same way, but different age? Is that what you're saying? Or same ages? Like young women go for Josh Groban? Yeah. Oh, I had no idea. And Josh has got people that write them all the time and say, I know you wrote that song for me. I just wrote him that last week. But there's one girl who's taking it a little too far. A girl who's smart, works as a lawyer, gave up her job, and moved into Josh Groban's building. Come on. In Los Angeles. And so they had to deal with her. That's crazy! Psychotic, psychotic women. Wow. I am not today, Sean. He's very sensitive today. He's having a tough one. Bad day, Freddie. 8.30 tomorrow night, Craig Gass at 4th and B. I can't believe that you didn't call me. I keep asking Craig to make the show cleaner so that I could go see it.
Ah, man, I'm trying to have fun. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, listen. He'll do a private show at your house. Exactly. He does. I was telling Sky, like, the only time I ever cleaned my act up was when I worked with Louis Anderson a couple months ago, and I'm supposed to work with him up in Vegas. What was it like you doing a clean act? It was like two minutes long. I was really surprised. I went, and he said, hey, you're going to work clean, right? You're going to work clean for my show? Oh, my God, that's so funny. Are you going to work clean? Oh, I love those voices. You're all dirty. Sean likes that. He just told me, oh, yeah. He had no pants on at the time. And I go, yeah. Now, he said this to Craig in a bubble bath. With a shower cap on. You know what, I gotta say, one of the first times I ever talked to him on the phone, and it was non-sexual at all, I just, I go, he goes, hey, what's going on? I go, what are you doing, Louie? And he goes, we're in a night town, what are you doing? He goes, right now I'm in the bathtub, I'll bet that's quite a sight. And we talked, and he was so cool, he's such a great comic, and he was such a nice guy, two other comics, and he gave me some gigs, and
And he said, you know, you can wear clean, right? And I said, oh, yeah, I can wear clean. He goes, okay, guys, I love what you do. I just want you to be dirty. And it wasn't until, and I shouldn't say this on the air, but it wasn't until the day of the show. But here it goes. It wasn't until the day of the show I thought, oh, I've got to work on my material. And I sat in my hotel room and edited every line of every single thing that I do. And I came up with. Two adverbs. I came up with 10 minutes of completely squeaky clean material. And I was shocked. I thought, you know what? And I'm going to wait until the roast of Gene Simmons comes out. How long is your act? Then I'm going to do it fourth and B, at least an hour. At least an hour. So 10 minutes has been whitewashed. The rest of it. Wow. Awesome. Well, listen, Craig is a good friend, man. I love when he's here. I like the first 10 minutes, but then he started humping everybody's face. Survey says. Thank you, Craig. Thank you, man. Craig will be at 4th and B tomorrow night. Man, go and see the show. I'm going to be there, too. Christopher Walken's going to be there. Tracy Morgan. I'm sorry, Eddie.
I know Eddie is going to be the rap side, and I don't know what that baseball bat has anything to do with this broadcast. 570-1053, beginning and end of every show, we do an open phone segment. You can call in about anything you want at the beginning and end of every show. So give us a call right now. I only have Ash. I got one, or is this an Ash or a Rob thing? Rob, there's only one of the testimony. Yeah, because we just don't have room, but I can swap it out. Yeah. We're using up stuff. Yeah. At a very fast rate. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Put them all up there for me. Put them all up? Okay. Well, it's the three of them, right? Isn't there three? Do we have three or how many do we have? Yeah, we got three. Mikey Show. Hello. Hello. Hello. Is this the Mikey Show? Yes, it is. Yeah, who's this? This is, my name is Celeste. I'm calling from San Pasquo High School. Hi. About the interview about the car wash. Did you want to talk about something that you guys are doing? Yeah, we're, putting on a car wash to raise funds for a funeral. Okay, real quick, okay? What's going on? There was a little girl that died recently last week and we're helping her mom raise money to pay for the funds and we're putting on a car wash. How can our listeners help? Excuse me? How can our listeners help? Car wash. There's a car wash tomorrow in Escondido at the Saturn of Escondido.
Across from Toyota Vescondido from 10 to 2. Sounds good. We'll try to send people down there. Thank you. You got it. Mikey Show, hello. Hello? Yep, you're on the air. Hey, how's it going? I got a question for Eddie. Yeah. Yo, Eddie, when's the last time you had a slice of Mountain Mike's Pizza Dog? Dude, I used to eat Mountain Mike's back in the day. I think there's one in Claremont. Yeah, there is. Yeah, there is. But I much prefer Round Table over Mountain Mike's. I apologize. Wow, wow. Don't hate, regulate. Peace out. I'm saying Eddie. I'm saying Eddie. Now Eddie's doing it. Why is he doing it? Say it's not so bad, Shay. I'm a little detective. Oh my God. Mikey Show, hello. Hey, it's Birdman. What's up, Birdman? I was just wondering, last year you said you had a sleeper at every draft. And I was just wondering who your sleeper was this year. Too early. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's March the 7th. Xavier Oman. Oh, yeah, that's who I was thinking. Come on. Good show enough. Yeah, Xavier. Nah. Mikey Show, hello. Hey, Mikey, you got a question? Go ahead. When's that luncheon you said you guys are going to have?
Well, it's actually called the Luncheon Bruncheon. The lunch is one week from today. And we will be doing it from noon to one at Joe's Crab Shack in Mission Valley. Hey, Ashley. What's up there, sugar bum? What is that? Hey, I was just curious if you wanted to hang up on a mic. Mikey Show, hello. Thank you. Jerk. Look at Rob, all defensive. Lady's honor. That is so sweet. It's a sleazeball. Polish your armor, dude. Mikey Show, hello. Good morning, Sandy. Good morning. Good morning there, pumpkin face. Hey, dude, I just want to tell you guys I had the bomb diggity show this week with that clown in there. Thank you. Thank you very much. We appreciate it.
We got very clown school with our clownish friend, and we enjoyed him this week. Question for Eddie. Go ahead. Oh, what's up? When are you going to ride that pony? What's that mean? Eddie, do you know what that means? I'm trying to think. Saying about how he'd ride on a pony. That's a callback from six months ago? Callback. I don't even remember saying that. Unfortunate callback. Tomorrow. Thank you. Thank you. Wrecked him. Nearly killed him. Ashley, what do you got? Just wanted to say real quick. Everyone come hang out tomorrow, P1s. I'd love to see you. I'm going to be at Cricket Wireless at 9625 Mission Gorge Road in Santee. Look at that. Noon. Shut up. Bro. What are you? I'm stomping on my ground right now. He just defended your honor. Remember? Oh, man. Shut up. It's her time, dude. Come on. Tomorrow, noon to 1.45 p.m. I'd love to see you, P1s. You want to come hang out at Cricket Wireless. Did he just say boring? What's your deal?
I thought you were on my side for a minute. Yeah, what's your deal there, Sugar Plum? Rob, do you have one too? What do you got, Rob? I'm going to be down in the gas lamp tonight, 8 to 10. Yeah, I'm not sure if I can say. So come grab a pint of Schmittix with me down in the gas lamp. Schmittix. Yeah, Mike, I'm going to go see Bank Job in 10,000 BC. If any of the few ones want to come out, I'll be at Oak Ridge Mall. Eddie, you got anything? I'm going to be at home. All right. Yeah, first. Sky, you want to plug anything? Yeah, I'll be digging ditches in my backyard. Yeah, so blog about it. Don't worry. Well, I already did. So if anyone's got a shovel, just come on over. Very nice. Yep. At the end of the show on Fridays, I do something called Give Them My Testimony, where I tell you about what has happened in my life and what things used to be like in my life and what transpired to change them. And right now, I got to tell you, it's one of the most interesting times to be giving my testimony, I think, than ever before. I've been doing this for a long time, but my family has been going through some really heavy challenges lately. Some really heavy challenges. And so I want to tell you a little bit about what things have been like for me, and I want to see if you can relate to any of it. Many years ago, I used to morally...
I was at a place in my life where I didn't really have any sense of what was right or what was wrong. I just sort of thought everything was okay. And I was drinking a lot. And that led to me drinking more and more and more. And eventually it got to the point where I couldn't stop drinking. It's interesting because I remember one time talking to my oldest brother about drinking. He goes, you know, we have alcoholism in the family. I said, yeah, I know. He says, does that concern you? I said, of course. That's why, you know, I try to make sure that I don't get to a point where I'm like doing it every day or something. The problem for me was, is that I didn't know what that day was, where it went from a point where I was drinking every once in a while or drinking too much to becoming a point where I was drinking every single day. And I had to, if I didn't, I would shake. So one day I was laying in bed and it was actually at nighttime.
And I knew that if I continued to drink the way that I was drinking, that it was going to kill me. And I just, I knew it like I knew the sun was coming up the next day. I knew that I was going to die. And so I asked Jesus Christ to enter my life and to change me. And sometime within the next week, I made that announcement to my friends here on the show and also to my family and to my girlfriend at the time, who is now my wife. And a lot of those people were crying tears of joy. that I was going to do that, especially my mom and dad. But there have been other points in my life where I have felt like I was completely alone. And I felt like I didn't have anybody in my life, even though I did. And so we do this thing on Friday where we play this song from a band called Third Day. And the reason that we play this song is because the song's about hope. And there are people that are listening right now that love The Mikey Show.
that are addicted to alcohol like I just talked about, or they're addicted to cocaine, or they're addicted to meth, or they're addicted to something. There are people that are listening that are going through things in their family. There are people that are listening that have eating disorders. And nobody knows about it. It's a secret. The only people that know are you. I used to have that. There are people that are listening right now that are victims of abuse but they don't want to tell anybody because they don't want their husband to get mad at them because their husband's beating them up. There are people that are listening right now that have been trying to have a baby for a long time and they can't do that and it hurts. The pain of that is very, very painful. There are people listening right now that God forbid have lost a child. There are people that are listening right now that have lost a husband or a wife or a boyfriend or a girlfriend. They're going through a breakup or a divorce.
And the pain of it is so, so painful that you feel like, well, there's nothing really, there's nothing for me to keep going for. You keep thinking as you hear this, sometimes you've heard this a few times. You've heard me do this testimony, but you go, you know what? He says that and he talks about all this stuff, but he doesn't realize like, I don't have anything. What am I going to do? Where am I going to go to? I don't have a boyfriend. I don't have a girlfriend. I don't have family. I don't have anybody that cares about me. I don't have a job. I don't have any money. absolutely 100% there is hope. And that's why I've told you, if you do that thing where you have nothing to lose, just remember before I say this, there are some of you that are listening right now that are about to be angry. And that's what I'm just going to tell you. Anger is hurt, sadness, or fear. So before I say this, and you get angry after I say it, ask yourself which one you are. If you admit that you're a sinner, you admit that you're doing things wrong in your life right now that are sinful, and then you say,
Lord, I'm really sorry that I did that. I'm sorry that I do those things. I'm really sorry. Please forgive me of those things, please. And you mean it in your heart and you have to, because if you don't, he'll know anyway. And then you say, after you're done saying that, you go, please come into my life and change my life. Change me. Please rescue me from who I am. Then you're saved from that point on. Now you have nothing to lose. If you're that person that I was describing, you have nothing to lose. And then you'll watch this thing happen where your life just starts to become transformed in this way that I can't describe on the air. It's kind of like that chemical thing that I was talking about when you have a baby that all of a sudden these things get released in your brain. And all of a sudden you feel this love like you've never felt before in your entire life. That's what that feels like when you have that kind of hope. The kind of hope that changes your entire life and your entire outlook. So we play this song by a band called Third Day and it's called Tunnel. And it's all about... Hope. Really listen to the words, and I know I say that every single Friday, but please listen to the words because it doesn't matter who you are or what you do, the words to this song will mean so much to you because you've either been there or you will be there. Missy's up next. We'll see you on Monday. Late. I won't pretend to know what you're thinking And I can't begin to know what you're going through Just remember
