Mikey described how his and Rebecca's planned day in bed disappeared when Jake came down with the flu, while Boston Rob recounted the 115,300-person Dodgers exhibition at the Coliseum and the cast settled a caller's Padres-ticket dispute in favor of the caller's son. The show repeatedly mined its own cast for comedy: B-Rob parodied Mikey's Mr. Big karaoke, Sky outlasted Ashley and Rob in a 45-minute Dumb Chick Challenge, Boston Rob defended his invention and bar ideas, and Sky vented about her husband's recurring apple-butter explanation. On politics and identity, they mocked Hillary Clinton's contradicted sniper-fire story and argued with P1 Sarah over whether Mikey was whitewashed and responsible for teaching biracial Jake more Mexican history. News talk covered Joe Francis finding old Ashley Dupré footage, Al Gore's clash with climate skeptics and his own energy use, and a Black Mountain Middle School threat that pitted safety-first instincts against the warning not to live in fear.
What happened, in order
Jake's First Flu
Mikey and Rebecca's planned do-nothing vacation day vanished when Jake vomited, caught the flu, and became so limp and uncharacteristically cuddly that Mikey found the experience frightening.
Hillary's Sniper Story
Mikey and the crew mocked Hillary Clinton's claim that she and Chelsea had dodged bullets on a trip after calm arrival footage and the pilot's account contradicted her.
Dodgers at the Coliseum
Boston Rob described attending the Dodgers' 50th-anniversary exhibition at the Los Angeles Coliseum with 115,300 fans, a 201-foot left field, and a 61-foot net.
The Stolen Padres Seat
When P1 Padre Fan's friend tried to give a sold-out opening-day seat to another buddy after the caller had displaced his son to accommodate the friend's wife, the cast ruled that the son should get the ticket back.
Mikey's Mr. Big Parody
B-Rob turned Mikey's earnest revival of Mr. Big's “To Be With You” into a parody about his old jean-jacket era, leaving Mikey amused and humiliated.
Cesar Chavez Confusion
After Mikey confused Cesar Chavez Day with Julio Cesar Chavez and Oscar De La Hoya, his father explained the labor leader's work and P1 Sarah accused Mikey of being whitewashed and neglecting Jake's Mexican heritage.
The 45-Minute Dumb Chick Challenge
Sky, Ashley, and Boston Rob stumbled through questions about Afghanistan, Mel Blanc, Pluto, Benedict Arnold, and palindromes until Sky finally won for P1 Vicky by identifying Aruba.
Boston Rob's Big Ideas
Boston Rob guarded a website idea he was developing with his fiancée's cousin while the cast mocked his earlier socks-in-a-box dispenser, custom-cookie shop, and dream of opening a Boston-themed bar in San Diego.
The Apple Butter Loop
Sky explained that after 11 years together her husband still repeatedly asks whether she knows what apple butter is, and she finally snapped when he launched into the explanation again.
Ashley Dupré in the Archive
The crew discussed Joe Francis discovering seven hours of old Girls Gone Wild footage of Ashley Dupré after offering her $1 million, despite her having used a fake name and identification.
Gore and the Electric Bill
Al Gore compared man-made-global-warming skeptics to flat-earthers, while the hosts pushed back by ridiculing his former $12,000 monthly electric bill and arguing about whether his solar retrofit came only after he was c
Threat at Black Mountain
A dated death threat found at Black Mountain Middle School prompted extra police and a blunt debate between keeping children home because it was better to be safe and refusing to live in fear.

If the funny bone is this, you know, very long funny bone, Skye has a couple of places in my funny bone that she can really hit. It's always the stupidest stuff, too. It's the stupidest stuff that makes me laugh. For whatever reason, you calling me McGinty was always funny. Just the goofiest stuff. Well, look at this. We're back in the studio. We're back in the studio on a Monday, March 31st. Look at us. We all come limping in here. Right. We're the worst. I know it. Monday, it's the last day of March in 08, and it is 6-06. Chelsea Clinton is making news for saying that her mom would be a better president than her dad. Wow. It's opening day, everybody. Is everybody excited? The Padres taking on Houston tonight. Jake Peavy versus Roy Oswald. Good stuff. Baseball's back. Yes. As soon as you said that, I was like, oh, well, I won't be able to see that. Well, no, it's sold out. No, I mean, I won't be able to see it on television. Oh, how come? Because all I have is DirecTV. I just switched to flat-out DirecTV. Yeah, me too. And I thought to myself, when I did it, when I canceled the cable, I thought, well, you know, I remember I canceled that cable two days after the regular, well, after the Padres season ended. Yeah. I said, I'll deal with this when, you know, I get there. Well, I guess I'm there. Well, you guys can come over to our place. Yeah, because you have them. Well, we have to have both, just in case the Giants are ever playing the Padres. I'm telling you, man. Smart. I'm telling you.
And he won't watch it besides that, right? Because he likes the Giants? Oh, that's the only time he'll watch it, yeah. He's smart! Just for that one instance. The guy that helps me with my Mac, I got this Mac guy, and he does the computers for the Giants. Oh, hello. For a bunch of their players, because a bunch of their players went Mac. And so... For the Giants? Yeah, for the Giants. Wow. Because it started with this one Giant, and so he was helping them. Yeah. And so all these other... players were getting Macs and they were like, hey dude, who's your guy that helps you? And so he went to spring training and he was like working with Zito. Holy cow. Awesome. And a whole bunch of them. A whole slew of them. They're all Mac dudes now. And that's what I got. I got my desktop at home and my laptop now are both Mac. And I really like it. It's really fun. I'm getting carpal tunnel with that stupid mouse in my hand all the time. Our number, 5701053. We were off for a week, so all last week was the best of the Mikey show, and it's nice to be back in the saddle again. Although, just talking to everybody, you know, when I came in this morning, I'm finding out we all had, like, you know, health stuff going on. Eddie is sick. He's sick, right? You got bronchitis?
Acute bronchitis, upper respiratory infection last week. You don't give yourself enough credit, dude. It wasn't acute. It was hot, dude. It was sweet. It was really fun to spend my week off dying. But she sounds so sexy. Thank you very much, guys. Thank you. The pipes are luxurious. But the good news is the doctor says it will only last two more weeks. Oh, come on. Are you kidding? Hey. Hey, that's great. Come on. A month worth of... Well, did you tell him you're a doctor and that you have a different diagnosis? What's your diagnosis, dude? What's your diagnosis? My diagnosis is sexy voice. That is accurate. And there is no cure. There's no cure. There's no treatment for that. Lucky for us. Wow. Yeah, man. We had this plan. I know it's hot in here. Where is the air controlled for this room? It's right by the door right there. I bet Zeth changed it while we were gone. It says 55. Does it really? Yeah, I sent a help desk by it. It's hot and it's stinky. Yeah, it doesn't smell great. It smells like guy, right? No, there's a specific trash can that has had to be ejected out of the studio due to its vominous smell. Somebody puked in it. That can't be true. What? Go smell it. Yeah. We had to put it in the hallway because this whole studio smelled like vomit this morning. Awesome. Welcome back.
This place is great, right? Nice to be back. That's really great to be back. Where I sit, because, you know, I came back and everything was in a weird spot, so I'm clearing it up and I'm lifting papers. I'm finding caps to beer bottles. I'm finding open things of ointment. Ointment? Like what kind of ointment? Like oil? Like what's it called? What was on the tube? Like it looks like what you'd get out of the like emergency medical kit that would have like a little thing of like neosporin in it. So there's vomit, there's beer bubbles, and there's ointment. Mm-mm-mm. Damn you, Budweiser. Someone was having some sort of party in here. I don't know what was going on. I'll tell you what, I say spring cleaning. Let's get it done, right? Come on, let's get some spring cleaning done around here. Take a pressure washer for this whole place. That's right. You're fired. Seriously. Well, so last week we were off and on Thursday and Friday my wife and I had planned on taking Thursday and Friday where we didn't do anything.
And the plan was we were going to stay in bed and we were going to sleep and watch TV. And that's it. Sleep, watch TV, maybe read a little bit. And that was all. And so the plan was we were going to have my mom come over and she was going to watch Jake in the daytime because Rebecca's pretty busy with that, with the watching Jake stuff. That's what consumes her day. And I got my own stuff going on and then I take him at four o'clock. Well, on those two days, my mom was going to watch Jake during the day and then overnight. her mom was going to spend the night and monitor him on the monitor. While Thursday came, and this happens for a lot of people, what happens? You get into a groove where you're going, oh, I've got all this free time. I really need to catch up on some things that I've been neglecting because I've been busy with other things. And so on Thursday, her and I unfortunately did a lot of that, and we were finally able to chill out at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. But it was so much that day was lost. So her mom spent the night, and we were both, we made a commitment to each other that the next day, none of that. Just bed. That's it. So the next morning, Jake wakes up. Her mom goes to take care of him, which we're stoked about. Rebecca doesn't have to get up. And he vomits. Everywhere. He's got the flu. And he requires Rebecca. And there was no way she was going to say, hey, mom, just take care of it, will you? Of course not. You can't do that. You got to care for your baby. And so let me tell you something.
This is a first for me. There's many people listening out there. You got kids. You've been through this. I got to tell you, one of the worst things that I've experienced yet as a parent, Jake, you get to know your kid's personality. My kid, he's a rambunctious little dude. He loves to run and giggle and just get into stuff. And you kind of take it for granted. And here's another thing about his personality. He's not a cuddler. He doesn't really dig it. He doesn't want you all up in his kitchen. He wants to be free, unencumbered of you. Don't tether me down, pops. I got stuff to do. But let me tell you, on that day, he was sitting on her lap. And he's always trying to crawl off the lap. He's sitting on her lap. His head, he can't keep his head up. And he tries to put his head up, but it keeps falling to the side on his shoulder. And his little eyes are droopy. And every once in a while, he'll just moan. There's nothing like that for a parent. It's one of the hardest things you have to go through. When you look at it, you just go, oh, it's so sad and pitiful. So it was like that all day Friday. Then Saturday, perked up a little bit. And then he'd go through little moments. And then Sunday, he finally was starting to, yesterday, he's starting to make a comeback. And hopefully today, he'll be completely okay. But man.
Just, you know how it is. It's like we feel when we're sick. He doesn't know what will make him comfortable. Is it my leg over here, or is it my arm on my head? Or is it if I put my foot behind me? He can't find the right position, whatever. But it was the first time that we dealt with sickness with him. We just haven't been there. We haven't gone down that road yet, and it was tough. Especially for me, because that's my personal hot button is his comfort. Sky is our news girl. And how was your week? What was your week all about? Just a lot of landscaping. Like, I mean, it's so lame and boring and not fun. But, you know, at the end of the weekend, we got a lot done. You know, we got a lot of these rock retaining walls put up. We actually have grass in our backyard. It actually is starting to look like a backyard now. You know, we had the prison labor over for a couple days, Rob and both Zeth over helping. Yeah, Rob and Zeth from the show. Yeah. You should have had them wear striped clothes, like striped pajamas. That's crazy. I mean, just for the funny factor, you should have had them wear striped pajamas. Making big rocks into little rocks. Yes. So, you know, not much fun, nothing really exciting, but did get a lot accomplished, so that was cool. That's cool. Yeah.
Shawnee, oh boy, is our sound effects guy. Hi. And he's in San Francisco, if you can believe that. He's not in the room with us. He's in San Francisco, but we see him, certainly, because he's on a camera. We see the little window with the camera, and there he is. Oh, yeah. And look at that. He's playing with the camera now. He's doing funny things with the camera, and we're all uncomfortable. We got a big day tomorrow. That's right, a big day tomorrow. It's his birthday. That's right. Sean's birthday is tomorrow. It's April Fool's. I joke about you, Shawnee. Yeah, how about that? We don't need to celebrate or anything. That's right. Big day. It's not a big deal. It's not a big deal, really. I like that, Ashley. Yeah, what do you think, Sean? He jokes on you, huh? There you go. And happy birthday. And he will be turning 38 years of age. Holy cow. I don't know. Right. Why don't you know? Well, there's always an option to that. You may decide that that's not the case is what you're saying. Well, what I'm saying is, you know, you can always take yourself out and you'll never actually reach that age. That's really weird. I found out that Sean's wife finally let him get HD DirecTV.
All this time, you know, he had the HD equipment. Well, he had the HD TV. He just was watching it standard. Yeah, all I had was standard death. What's the matter with you? What do you mean, what's the matter with me? Just do it. I can't just do it. Yes, you can. Dude, I live with a woman. What are you talking about? But you had all people. I thought you, like, invented that. That's right. You know, we... What was it like? Well, I mean, you know, it was like my birthday, and it actually was my birthday. And because it was my birthday... She finally relented, and now we're going to get it, so I'm really happy. Oh, you haven't got it yet? No. I got permission, basically. There you go. There's one phone line lit up right now, and I'm going, huh, I wonder if all of our listeners are gone. Where are they? Did we take the week off and they all left? I know. Where are you? P1s. 570-1053. We're sorry if you had to listen to... Something different? What? We played good stuff last year. Yeah, yeah, I heard some of it. I was tuning in every morning. It was good. I heard some stuff. I thought, that's a good show. I'll listen. I'm into it. I'm a P1. P1 is somebody that's a Mikey show listener. They turn their radio down, get to the point, they don't cuss. That's a P1. Ah, look at that. There they go now. There they are. Here's a phone line starting to light up. Ashley is our assistant producer. She is so cute. She's 24 years old. She's bubbly and full of life.
What does your t-shirt say today? What's up? Jabbawockeez? It says Jabbawockeez. I did not. Eddie, what is Jabbawockeez? Are you asking me? I don't know. I don't know. It sounded like a Star Wars thing to me. To me, it sounded like Star Wars. Yeah, I thought Jabbawockeez. Oh, yeah. Don't they play in the cantina? How dare you. Okay. Where have you been? Ashley, what are you up to? What would you do? First of all, shout out to Jabberwockies. Yeah, dude. They won America's Next Best Dance Crew, their local SD patrons, and they're freaking good. Hey, wait a minute. Was that an MTV thing? Yeah. Randy Jackson's America's Next Best Dance Crew, they won. Yeah, check it out. Do you know anybody on them? Well, I'm actually going to meet them because they're having a meet and greet, but I know their friends because that's where I got this shirt. That's the guy that does my, the Mac guy I was telling you about? Mm-hmm. His name's Wes. His friend is in that. I didn't even know it existed. Which one? You don't know his name? No, I don't know. But I didn't even know the show existed. And he was like, hey, dude. He goes, my friend Jabberwock, he just won this Randy Jackson show where he dances and stuff. They're insanely good. They dance? Like what? Hip-hop? So damn good. Yeah. Well, every week was a different challenge. Like one week, probably my favorite routine that they did was like Michael Jackson week when like the big Thriller CD came out. Right. Which was a couple weeks ago.
They killed it. So, like, they have to do, like, the Michael Jackson, like, you know, vibe, but they have to put their own Jabbawockeez, like, vibe on it, too. And it was money. Is she speaking in English? That's right. Did I miss? I can't wait to meet them. What's going on? Like, you don't understand. I'm freaking out. I can't wait to meet them. Hey, let me tell you something. I wish I had known that show was on, because you guys know. That's what I'm all about, man. I know you are, Mike. I'd have been all over that, man. And the thing I like about it is I'm able to sometimes I'm able to watch it and be like, I should have probably done that. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like right now, my hips are going crazy. Oh, man. Yeah, they're flying all over the studio right now. Yeah, you're pop-locking and dropping it like a mofo, right? I hear this. I just, I can't help but move. What's weird is I pass gas when I do it, which is strange. It's uncontrollable. That's what it is. It's really weird. Yeah. 570-1053. It's not easy. Oh, we got to talk about Hillary later. I heard she's whacked out, man. Oh. Dude. I didn't even, because I unplugged. I unplugged last week, right? I unplugged and somebody told me, did you hear about Hillary saying that she went to, now I'm on shaky ground because I don't remember the exact location, but she was telling a story. She was saying that her and Chelsea visited this war-torn land.
and that they were dodging bullets when the plane landed and they got out of the plane. They were dodging bullets and stuff. They show footage of that trip. She gets out. Her and Chelsea are smiling. They walk off the plane. Some little girl's there to hug them and everything. They talk to the pilot of the plane that flew them in. The pilot goes, it was totally safe. There was nothing. So they went to war-torn Maui? Exactly. Sounds dangerous. Incoming! So then she's faced with the footage. And she says, well, you know, I've been to so many places that sometimes, you know, sometimes. We're both right. Exactly. Exactly. This is very personal for me. The bullets are very, yeah, look out, man. You're going to get shot at the bullets whizzing through the air. Run for your life. Boston Rob is our, he's our phone screener. He's a good guy. He's a good guy. My wife paid him to do stuff I don't do. Set up furniture and build things. This guy's making a lot of money. I know. He worked for the Mikey Show all vacation. Seriously. I broke my back all week and I loved it. You must have made some good dough. I did. There you go. He is, yeah. No, Mike, I do it out of kindness. The love of you guys. Yes. In hugs. You know what I do it for? Mike smiles.
That's what I work for. B-Rob is 25. He's engaged. And he screens phone calls for us. And he's also a songwriter. He does a bunch of songs for the Mikey Show. So what did you... Did you go to that baseball game? Did you read my email? I didn't. I haven't read it yet. Have you ever been to the Coliseum in L.A.? No. Okay. It's... Oh, wow. Wow. Okay. Here we go. You ever heard of a place, a couple streets, Martin Luther King Boulevard and Crenshaw? Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yeah. That's where it is. That's South Central, Rob. It's your people, right? It's your people. I'm not so much. You're African American, aren't you? No, I really realized that this weekend. He wishes he was this weekend. No, well, I practically changed my name to Muhammad Rabi. Wow. Just to fit in. My buddy had to turn in a Richie X. That's great. It was, it was. That's right. Come on. A couple of black guys yelling at me, telling me to leave by the 4th.
Oh, wow. And I told them I'm going back to their house after to drink beers on them. He did. It ain't cool being no jive turkey. You're crazy. It was amazing, though, because at the Coliseum, they did it as, like, the 50th anniversary for the Dodgers and all that. 115,300 people, the most ever at a baseball game. Come on. Dude. No way. It was incredible. Did you even see the field? Oh, it was weird how they had it set up. Left field was 201 feet. They had people on the field. So was there tons of home runs? Yeah, there was quite a few. There was like three or four. But it was 61 feet high. They put a net up. So it was kind of like a green monster. I got to bring the pitches in and show you guys. Yeah, bring me the pitches. This crazy guy. I love going to away games, but dude, I'll never go to South Central again. You should have stopped at a liquor store. Honestly, we were looking for one. I found it at Albertsons. Smart. I had to get some beers for tailgating. For sure, yeah. Hey, what do you black guys drink? I want to drink it now. You got any old E? He's smart. Oh, I love that. A little ghetto champagne. I wanted to really try it. They got these little chain restaurants called Louisiana Fried Chicken. My buddy wouldn't stop for me. I just wanted to try it.
Probably a good move on your buddy's part. There's one liquor store that we finally found. Which one of your brothers wants to show me how to eat soul food? It looked good. It looked good. And I was hungry. Let's go get a haircut. It's a good barber shop right here. But we stopped, right? It's high and tight. Right before that. I like boys to men. Can you cut the pot right here? Do the lines in it? Yeah. Wicked. Matching with the eyebrows. Can you guys teach me some basketball moves? Could you just etch the word Boston into the back of my head? You know, to match the throat. With an Uzi? Wow. It was crazy, though, because at one point, when I was trying to get my buddy to stop, which he was not having it, we get to this corner, and there's kind of like this little rally going on. I didn't even really realize what it was, and I kind of look over. And it's all these guys in like authentic African get up. You know what I mean? Like, I don't know what you call it, but it's all the different. I would call it African get up. Yeah, I would. Yeah, it's authentic, legit. And a couple of them playing like the djembe drums and one's on a megaphone yelling something about the white man. And this like 15 year old kid holding up a sign that says they lynched Mexicans too. Oh, wow. And it had two hanging Mexicans on the sign and it was just out of control. That sounds like a party.
There was a liquor store right there. I had to get some beers. I'm so glad he's alive. Me too. And then finally, Zeph is the youngest guy on the show. He's 23. He's got a lovely gal named Kelsey, and I remember that name because I had to say it three times. That's right. After you asked me about four times. It takes me a while, you know. Well, Seth. That's the way my brain works. I got to hear it a few times. Hey, let's take phone calls. What do you say? Let's take some phone calls from people. P1 Paparazzi is on the line. Oh, man, that was fast. I mean, when we're talking speed of Eddie's face dropping, that was a quick one. First call back? Yes. First call back? Oh, that's right. You know what, Eddie? I figure, why would we just dab our feet in the pool? Just jump in. I don't even want to swim today. But after a while, you get used to it. After a while, you get used to the water. I'd rather not. Paparazzi is a friend of the show. Especially after our confrontation on Friday. I just don't feel like... Are you talking about K1 Speed? They should rename it P1 Speed. They should. Yeah, they should. K1 Speed in Carlsbad. It's an indoor racing place, and Eddie was there. What was the confrontation? Paparazzi, you are there, right? Yeah. Okay, what was the confrontation, Eddie? I mean, first thing, I walk in the door. Paparazzi's in my face trying to say he wants to call a truce and this and that.
And I'm just like, listen, dude, I don't even, please, I just walked in the door. Can I at least say hi to my friends first before I get confronted by paparazzi? Paparazzi, what was your take on that situation? Apparently he wasn't interested. Wow, well, you're right. Give it time, give it time, paparazzi, give it time. Yeah, try not to analyze that. Paparazzi, what were you calling about? I was wondering if you had a chance to talk with Sean Merriman about his car getting stolen and all that stuff. Dude, like I said, I've been unplugged for a week. Oh, that's crazy. Did you guys hear something? No, no, what? So he has some classic Mercedes that's worth like $180,000, and it was stolen, and then it was found in another part, like I think in the South Bay somewhere, up on blocks with all the tires and rims gone and ablaze, like just totally worked out. What? Now wait a minute. Now wait a minute. Is this the one, does anybody, okay, Sky or Paparazzi, did you guys see this vehicle on the news?
I didn't get to see it. I just heard about it. How about you, Sky? No, I just heard it, you know. Because I've seen one of his Mercedes. I don't know if it's the same one, but the one that I saw is like an SUV-type Mercedes, but it's the old kind. It looks like the old SUV vehicles from the 1930s. Oh, wow. You know, but that's the style today. Like, this is a big thing today. It's very boxy. It looks like a square. It's a Mercedes, but it looks like a square. You know who else has one? Andrea Lake that was on The Apprentice that we know, friends of the show. She drives the same one. It's got a lot of horsepower, and it's a Mercedes, but it looks like a tank almost. And I saw that one, and it was really cool because the inside of it was all custom upholstered, and it said lights out on the seats. Oh, wow. It was nice, man. It was really nice. But anyway, I don't know, man. I didn't know anything about it. This is the first I'm hearing of it right now. I'm wondering if I caught the person who did it. Eddie said it's probably the Patriots. You never know. You never know. We got no hostility. It wasn't us. There you go. But I don't know. We'll look into it, paparazzi. We'll see what we find out, man. Cool deal. Thanks. All right. Thank you. P1 Elroy is on the line. What's up, Elroy? Hey, good morning, gang. What's up, dude? What's up? It was a long week without the Mikey show. Aw, man. Well, we're glad we're back.
I mean, yeah, there was the reruns and everything, but, you know, I've been listening for about six months now, and the stuff that was playing last week was, you know, a bit older. And I tell you what, you guys are a kinder, gentler Mikey show. Yeah. And my favorite bit from last week was when you all had Rampage Jackson. I heard that. That was so awesome. I heard it during the week, and I heard it on Saturday morning. That was the best part, hearing it twice in a week. How much fun is that guy? That guy was awesome. Oh, he is fun. He's from the UFC. You guys got to get him back. I cannot wait. On Wednesday, he is going to start The Ultimate Fighter. He's going to be a coach on The Ultimate Fighter. Oh, wow. With another great character, Forrest Griffin. He's the opposing coach, and those two are going to fight each other. I mean, I just can't wait. That's going to be just entertainment. For those of you that don't know, that's a reality show. Or they follow these guys around and they turn them into, you know, they take a couple of big-time UFC fighters and they turn them into, they have them coach a team each side. Right. It's great. It's going to be great. Starting on Wednesday. Yeah, man. Hey, thanks for the call, dude. Thank you, guys. Welcome back. Thank you. P1 Matt, what's up? Matt. Matt. Matt. Matt. I was just wondering if any of you guys caught opening night of baseball last night. I did not. I did not. I happened to see our commander-in-chief get...
Get booed. Get booed in Washington. No way. You want to hear it? He threw out the first pitch for what? For Washington. For the Nationals? For the Nationals, yeah. We have the audio if you want to hear it. Yep. It's cut eight. And here to throw out the inaugural pitch at Nationals Park to mark a new era of Washington baseball, the president of the United States. Oh, wow. Very popular president. Most popular. They're not booing. They're saying George. No. Well, that doesn't. The phonetics, though. It's crazy. They're saying June. Wow. That is not good. That's news to me. What does he say? I mean, maybe he's not speaking. He's just going out there and throwing. Yeah, he just threw out the pitch. Oh, can you imagine, like, how that must feel? I mean, he's a president, for crying out loud. He's got to be thinking in his mind, of course he's going to get praise just for being the president.
What must it take? Aye, aye, aye. All right. Thank you, Matt. I have a duty. Matt! Thank you. One more call and we've got to take a break. Eric, are you there? Yes, Mikey. P1, Eric, what's going on? Hey, how you doing, Mikey? I just wanted to talk to you about websites out there out here, Sky, doing landscaping jobs. It's called HirePatriots.com. It's free for job posters and the military as well. and get on there and do weekend jobs for the military, help us earn some extra cash, you know what I mean? Oh, that's cool. So it's people that are in the military that are looking to make a little extra dough. Yes, sir. That's cool. And what's the name of the website? It's HirePatriots.com. There you go. I get a similar site. It's HirePatriotFans.com. That's a good one, too. Come over and drink some beers and sit in your lawn. All right, one more because this, I think, is important. P1 Padre fan has a very important question. Go ahead, P1 Padre fan. Hey, guys. First off, good to have you all back. Thank you. I got a question. I need some advice on the show here. Got in the game tonight. You know, it's sold out. I have four tickets. My wife and I are going. My son is a good Padre fan, too. And he had a seat in the game as well. And my best friend, we've been going opening day for about 15 years. Right. And I told him, I said, hey, you know, you're good. I got your seat for you. We're ready to go. He's like, all right, good, good, good. He goes, but my wife wants to go. I really want to have my wife go.
Yeah, well, let me talk to my son and I'll get back to you. So I talked to my son and he's cool with it. And we talked about it because I have season tickets, you know, so he can go again. Right. I called my friend back and said, OK, you're good. I got two seats for you. We're straight. Gives me a voicemail last night about 1030. Leaves me a message and says, hey, you know, just want to let you know, Rob, we're good. Going to the game. It's going to be me and my boy Mike going. And to me, I listened to it this morning. I'm thinking, wait a minute. I just told my son he couldn't go so my best friend could take his wife. And now he's using that other seat to take one of his friends. I just kind of want to know how you guys would handle that. What's the proper etiquette to take care of this? Well, my question is, why do you have to tell your son that? That would hurt him. Well, my son, he's not a huge, huge Paddy fan. No, no, no. Wait, wait, wait. Hang on a second. Hang on. I don't need to know that. I'm just going to ask you. Why do you have to tell your son that? That would hurt him. Tell him that he's not. He already did. What do you mean? Yeah, I don't think that's the question. That's not the issue. The son already knows that the kid's going? No, no. His buddy's going. Yeah, I know.
That friend's gone. And he's taking his son. No, he's taking his wife. Oh, he's taking his wife. He wanted to take his wife. Got it, got it, got it, got it. Yeah. He wanted to take his wife, but instead he's taking his son. He's taking his buddy. No, he's taking one of his friends. His buddy is not going to take his wife. He's going to take one of his friends. Yeah. Okay, and you're wondering, you know, with your son, how do you deal with that? Because your son doesn't get to go. Have the son take the wife. No. Yeah, I'm very confused. I'm very confused. Here's the deal. It's as if, you know, me and Debra asked you to go to the game, and you're like, hey, dude, I really want Rebecca to go. Right, right, right. And I go, oh, okay, that's cool. You know, I'll just tell Eddie Jr. that he can't go, and you and your wife can come. Right. And then you call me and leave me a message and go, hey, dude, Rebecca's not going to go now, but I'm going to bring Zeth. And I'm like, well, but I told my son that he couldn't go so that you could bring Rebecca. Eddie Jr. just got jacked over. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I didn't say you could bring Zeph. I said you could bring Rebecca. That's an easy one. Listen, I was half in that story, and I apologize, but that's an easy one for me. You didn't offer him tickets to his friend. You offered him tickets to him and his wife, and he said yes. Now, listen, the truth of it is that that would upset your son, and it's not right. And so it's very easy. You tell him that.
You say, hey, man, that's not right. You know, my kid, he really wanted to go. And so, you know, we made this concession because it's for you and your wife. But if it's not going to be you and your wife, then it's got to be my kid or whatever. Right. You know what I mean? Yeah, he's out of there. Right, Eddie? Yep. Eddie agrees. I mean, kind of looking bad, thinking he was going to get two seats. Yeah, there weren't his seats to give out. Yeah, you can't do that. Those are your seats, dude. You can't do that. All right, I get it. We've been opening Dave Martin for a long time, so I figured, oh, you know, it's good. He's a good guy. I know he's going to come through with it. And I said, well, let me just do him the favor. I'll get his wife on the seat so that way she could go as well. And then I get that voicemail, and it just kind of made me feel uneasy about it because, you know, he's my best friend, but I just didn't know how to explain it to him. I think that explaining just exactly what you said to us is perfect, dude. Thank you. I appreciate the call. And anybody can call. 570-1053. We'll take a quick timeout, but this is what we got on the show today. First of all, B-Rob did a new song, and we only played it once. So we've got to play B-Rob's new song. It's hysterical. Even though it's making fun of me, it's pretty funny. We're also going to do something today called the Dumb Chick Challenge, which is pretty funny. We'll do some P1 trivia, and the way that the P1 trivia works is that somebody will win the chance to come in here on Friday and just hang out with us the whole show long. And don't forget, you can text us at any time. 35253 is the phone number, and Dane Cook in the Stand-Up Spotlight. The Nike Show Stand-Up Spotlight.
Here's the other reason we had a breakup. Because she kept wanting to bring our cat to the dog park. And you don't do it. It's a dog park. That's our club. We don't want cats down there. She'd be like, why? Why can't we bring the cat? It's simple. Because nobody wants to hear people calling their cats. Because dogs have cool names. You're out there, Beast! Let's go. Titan! Titan, come here! Right? You don't want to hear people out there. Captain Majestic. Captain Majestic. Simple sensations. Simple sensations. Look! It is time for you to do this, man. You're looking for a job, then the Border Patrol is it. Now, how many times have you probably heard your family members say to you, oh, man, I got this idea for a job for you. I got that idea. And you're like, I don't want to hear it. I understand that because sometimes when it's coming from a parent or from a family member, you just don't want to take it from that direction. But what if I have an idea for you? And this may be good. I'm talking about the Border Patrol.
And they have a website, borderpatrol.gov. There's a lot of cool opportunities for you, and it's not your average, everyday job. These guys are doing stuff that I think you'll think is very fun, from riding around in ATVs and doing patrols on ATVs to doing big drug busts and stuff like that, because you're working for the Department of Homeland Security. It's pretty cool. You could be doing that infrared camera operation. It's an interesting job, and it pays pretty good. And so I urge you to go to their website. They're hiring right now. Border Patrol dot gov. B-O-R-D-E-R-P-A-T-R-O-L dot gov. Guys, if you've ever hesitated to buy the woman in your life a gift of fine jewelry, consider this. Nothing says, hey, look over here at this tire store, like a giant inflatable dinosaur on top of a tire store. But its power isn't limited to tires, carpeting, car dealerships. You name the business, and a giant inflatable dinosaur on top will command attention. Much respect, giant inflatable dinosaur. Of course, whether or not the people looking are actually in need of tires or carpet or a new car is another question. Rock 105.3 Traffic. by Sleep Train Mattress Centers. Not a bad start from Monday. Back to work on our freeways here this morning. Starting to look kind of light. A lot of the state workers have the day off today for Cesar Chavez Day, so that could be a positive thing for our Monday morning commute right now, just keeping a few extra people off the freeway. You are seeing some brake lights, though, out of Escondido now on the South 15th, from the 78th down to Felicita, and then starting to see reduced speeds as the volume picks up here through their construction zone in Rancho Bernardo down towards Carmel Mountain Ranch. The coaster ride, South Ponce out of the 5th, has got a bit of a tight ride already out of Encinitas now towards Solana Beach. And we have a power outage here along the 56th, Carmel, Sermonville Valleys, and Torrey Pines. So some of the intersections could be dark because of the power outage there. The Car Drama 21 was the number one movie this weekend, making $23.7 million. The Final Four is all set, the first time in history that all number one seeds advance to the finals. Our text number is 35253 if you want to text us. Want to let you know that we're going to be doing the Dumb Chick Challenge within the next hour. Got some text messages here from you P1s. This one says, I had such a great time meeting you guys at K1 Speed. Thanks for being awesome. It's P1 Demi, Supermom's daughter. This one says, welcome back, all of you. Couldn't hear the show last week. Working out of town, so I was having withdrawals, LOL. Much love and respect, P1 Chris. This one says, hey, Mikey, those boxy Mercedes are the G500s and G55s.
So we got to figure out, Sky, does it say what model he... Not that I read. The only thing that I read that gave any specifics was that it was a classic and it was worth about $187,000. It's probably an OG 56. What's up? What's up, y'all? You know what I'm saying? Eddie's talking. Because of the numbers. OG. That's Olive Garden. That's right. That's OG. Straight up Olive Garden. Nice. P1 Nice Guy is on the line. What's up, Nice Guy? Hey, Mikey. How you doing? What's up, dude? I'm doing pretty good, actually. I was actually hoping to ask Eddie a question. Go ahead. Yeah, what's up? Hey, Eddie, are you playing on seeing that new Indiana Jones movie? What do you think? I'm an American. Well, yeah. I mean, of course I am. I'm going to marry it. You're going to marry it? I'm going to marry it. Have you seen the trailer yet? Yeah, I'm engaged to that. This is weird. No, the trailer's good. It looks cool. It looks great. Nice guy. What do you think?
I think it looks really awesome. It's just I don't want it to get talked about like Rambo did. Everybody's like, you know, he's a little old. Well, totally different, dude. Totally different. I didn't know that we were talking about Rambo. I was. I said that Rambo thing looked like a turd. Yeah. But the Rambo thing wasn't directed by Steven Spielberg, bro. You know what I mean? It's all about who directed. And the sequels to Raiders of the Lost Ark were all pretty good. And so, you know, Rambo was who cares? Yeah. Thank you, brother. That's a jam right there. You guys know that Aloha Airlines is done? They filed for bankruptcy. That's the airline that we would fly when we would go to Maui. Oh, really? Yeah. They're done. That's crazy. That's crazy. Today's the last day. They filed for bankruptcy on the 21st. And they say, you know, rising fuel prices as well as strong competition, especially with this new carrier, Go Airlines, which is just kind of like, you know, mainly an island hopper while you're there on the island. Right. So Aloha Airlines, done. That is a bummer. Yeah.
The other big one is Hawaiian Airlines, so probably everybody's going to switch over to doing that. Barack Obama is asked about his relation to Brad Pitt. Did you guys hear this while we were on the break? No. You ask me, it seems like the media will, they'll do anything to make Barack Obama look fantastic. So they did genealogy. They found out that he's related to Brad Pitt. Come on. I'm like, oh my goodness. But didn't they also do genealogy that showed he's related to Cheney? No, no. They said that, what's her name? Who's the guy that's running for Republican? John McCain is related. They said John McCain, they said, is related to Laura Bush. And they said that Hillary is related to, who's Brad Pitt's wife? Angelina Jolie. Angelina Jolie. What? I haven't heard anything about somebody in Cheney. Yeah, Cheney and Obama. This was probably, I don't know, four months ago. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's right. That's right. That's right. They said they're distantly related. But here he is talking. Oh, Brad Pitt. I like that.
Here's Barack talking about it. Cut one. I understand that you're related to Brad Pitt in some way. Wow, you're related to Brad Pitt. I guess we're ninth cousin something removed or something. Isn't that fascinating? I think you got the better looking side of the gene pool. I was saying just before you came out, maybe we shouldn't say this, but we thought you were very sexy looking. Oh, I see that. Nothing like your grandma saying you're sexy. Sexy time. 570-1053 is our phone number. Well, there it is then. That's right. He's got my vote. Yep. Duh. This should be pretty telling. You know, they asked Al Gore, who he supports in the presidential race. I mean, that should be a no-brainer, right? Yeah. Well, I was the vice president for the Clintons. What do you want from me? Cut 12. So let me ask you, who are you supporting? Yes. That's what you said to him? I'm trying to stay out of it.
Getting Al Gore to talk about politics these days is hard work, believe me. But as a party leader and uncommitted superdelegate, his staying out of it isn't easy. Are they calling you every minute? Not every minute. No, a lot of pressure, though. We unplug the phones for this interview, so I can't say with authority. No, they both call, and I appreciate that fact. And what about the idea of the honest broker who goes to the two candidates? And helps push one of the other of them. Kind of a modern boss tweed. Except his name would be Al Gore. Who's boss tweed? I'm not applying for the job. Oh, I got it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That guy, he was always on the tail. They could not escape that guy as much as they would try. How telling is it that he will not say, I support Hillary Clinton? Yeah. He's not going to say anything. It's like John Kerry not supporting John Edwards. I mean, it's like, that's a slap in the face. It's a total slap in the face. I wonder how Bill Clinton feels about his daughter saying that Hillary would make a better president. Yeah, that's pretty bad. That's what she said, right, Skye? Yeah, it was Friday in Pennsylvania, and Chelsea was, you know, talking on behalf of her mother, talking about health care and stuff like that, and was asked.
if she thinks her mom would make a better president than her dad. And she said, yes, she does. And then when Bill later in the day was asked, hey, did you hear what Chelsea said? He said, yes, I heard. And he also agrees that Hillary would be the better president. Well, he better agree. Well, of course. I mean, what can he say? No, she sucks. I was the best. You know what I mean? Plus, he owes her one. He owes her a lot. He owes her a lot more than one. More than one, yeah. The Eddie line is ringing. It is? Oh, gosh. Every time we talk politics. Hello, what's up? Hello, Eddie. How are you? Oh, Barbara. We talk politics and automatically you call in. There she is. Yeah, this is Barbara, right? Right, Barbara, we know what's going on. Well, I'm sick of hearing about all this genealogy, and I'm sick of hearing about Brad Pitt and Barack Obama. Isn't that exciting news? Yeah, I think it's exciting news. I just wish that the media would report on the other part of the genealogy. What have you heard? Well, I was on genealogy.com. Oh, yeah. And I was doing some research on Barack myself. It looks like he was related to Hitler. That's not true.
They were second cover cousins removed. Yeah, you're just trying to make them look bad. That's right. And I was looking up Hillary, and Hillary's a direct descendant of the Lord our God. No, that's not true. That's not true. So I thought that was pretty fantastic. Listen, I know you want Hillary to win, but you can't make up stuff. Well, it's just the truth, Eddie. I'm just trying to get the word out there about Hillary Clinton. She's a wonderful woman. And we know you like her a lot. And everybody knows Hillary's slogan, if you can give birth, you know your worth. And that is a bad slogan. That is a bad slogan. Very, very wonderful. And you guys know the slogan of Barack Obama is, I hate Jews. No, it is not. No, it is not. Don't say that. That is a bad thing to say. And so, dot, dot, dot, and so, dot, dot. No, no. And so, dot, dot, dot. Okay. Thank you, Barbara. That Barbara is a strange lady. Well, she's a firecracker, I tell you. She really is, man. She gets crazier every time. Every single time we talk to her, it seems like she's just a little crazier than the time before. Our phone number is 5701053. Our text number, 35253. Call us, text us, say hi. We want to talk to you. So, come on already. Hey, you know what we should do next? What? Play that new B-Rob song.
We'll play that new B-Rob song. B-Rob did a song when I was younger. Talk about it, Mike. Yeah, tell the story. It's like behind the music. You know how they have those little booths that you can go to and record a song in the booth like karaoke, and they put it on a cassette tape? Yeah, I was with you. Yes, Eddie was with me, and I recorded a Mr. Big song, okay? And it was a long time ago. I was a kid, okay? Oh, my God. Well, Rob thought it was so funny that he did a parody song to make fun of me. And we'll play that next. You've been turned away by other stores. And that kept me a little healthier than it really does. And it speeds up the recovery time when you do get sick and all that good stuff. So there's some residual effects of...
of working out besides weight loss and feeling good about yourself and all that stuff. And, you know, nice weather is right around the corner, so you've got to get into that bathing suit shape. And the best way to do it, I'm telling you, is Frogs Fitness. They have the best classes, all kinds of different classes. They've got this new cranking class. They've got this gravity class. They've got hip-hop, dancing class, spinning, everything you could possibly imagine, plus yoga and everything else, Pilates. And, you know, you could just... Go and check it out because it is great. And me personally, when I work out there, I like to do the cardio, and I like to watch TV when I'm doing the cardio because it makes me work out longer. Talk about it. That's what I like. Well, they got four San Diego locations, and to find one near you, go to their website, frogsfit.com, or give them a call today, 877-FROGS-FIT. From the Cricket Wireless Studios, Mikey Morning Show. Main show friends, dude. Yeah. Show business. That's true. KIOC San Diego's Rock. Rock 105.3 Traffic. Brought to you by Sleep Train Mattress Center. Hey, we've got a good-looking ride out here. It's a Monday, back to work, but not back to work for a lot of state workers. They've got the day off today for Cesar Chavez Day. So that's keeping the roadways rather light, actually, quite a bit. You will find some traffic, though, down the coastline on South Montana 5. A little tug of Encinitas down towards Solana Beach. South 15, seeing a few brake lights as well. Here's you coming your way out of Escondido from Otto Parkway down to Villa Rancho Parkway. And then some intermittent slowing to the construction areas here in Rancho Bernardo and Carmel Mountain Ranch.
East County is looking fantastic. Westbound 52, 894, they're all looking good. And the 5 and the 05 northbound out of the south, they are also moving well. 805 is still back, except though out of Kearney Mesa, heading up over the 52. Adam McLaurin's on Rock 105.3. The Mikey Show continues, featuring Mikey. I am a fan of infomercial products. Eddie. When I don't eat, I become crazy. Yeah, you like turn into the whole sky. I grew up in a family where we give toast and holidays. Sean. Really bothers me when people cannot operate technology, which I consider to be, like, normal. Boston Rob. At 24 years of age, I can't grow a beard. Nah. And Ashley. I use your dick. That makes total sense. The Mikey Show's on. It is homo. 105.3. The cell phones can be more dangerous cancer causers than cigarettes. Take me out to the ball game. It's opening day, baby! Yeah! Andre is opening up against the Houston Astros tonight. Nice. Everybody put on your... Oh, by the way, our text number here is 35253. We're going to be hearing an 80s song from B-Rob in just a second that he's redone. So I used to like 80s music. In fact, I... Well, yeah, I still do. I still do like 80s hairband stuff. In fact, if there's a band that comes out now that can do like an 80s sound, I'm down.
I'm down, my brown, is what I say often. I like even when a band can recreate the 80s sound. Everybody put on your spandex, fellas. If you want to do the lipstick, that's fine. But I don't particularly, that was never my, I never, it was not my cup of tea. I don't recommend it. Not my cup of tea. I was not, I just, maybe some net. Maybe some net. Leather pants, flowery, long sleeve, button down shirt, you know, velvet, like flapping, unbuttoned to the navel. Nice. you know more hair than crush it and just like you know what I'm saying long curly hair and then just rock out this is a new band listen to this sound I laughed so hard when I heard this and then I was like I'm 100% in I wish I had a fan blowing my long curly blonde hair do you like my Eddie do you think that these leopard pants are slimming well I like the fact that you stuffed them with a kielbasa I did not hear that That's not you. I didn't do that. I didn't do that. I didn't do that. To Vienna. I don't use a lighter, so I just hold my cell phone up, you know, and I just wave it back. That's the way things are now. Yeah. 570-1053 is our phone number, and so 80s music. What is that? 80s rock. Who is this? That is a band called Disciple. Come on. I swear. It's White Lion. Dude, I'm telling you, too. So when the children cry.
It so is. I laughed so hard when I heard this song and I was like, I think I want to hear it again. It made me think of Metal Shop. You know the band Metal Shop? Metal Shop is so funny when they do like the slow motion video on stage. They have these giant jet fans that blow their hair and they move like they're in slow motion. So, yeah, I used to like me some, you know, 80s hairband stuff back in the day. Well, I guess. I mean, yeah, I guess I do. I do. And Eddie, you know, we were compadres to hang out. And yeah, Eddie didn't do it. But I went into one of those booths and I recorded a song. I thought it was really cool. It was. It was good, man. We listen to that thing all the time. That's right. Was it this one? Was it this song? No, it was not this song. I so wish this was me. I can't do it. It's pretty good.
Was it this song that I recorded? Was it I Sit On You? Was that the song? It wasn't I Sit On You either? I didn't do this? It's been a while. Thank you. Thank you very much. No, I sing Mr. Big, and the song for Mr. Big was, what was it, Eddie? To Be With You. To Be With You. This was from a couple weeks ago. We were on the air, and the folks here encouraged me to sing. Live version. Sing and do a live version. And recreate what I had done back then. I'm going to pause this just for a moment and tell you, I can't listen to the whole thing of me singing. It's really, really humiliating. It's like running out of the shower naked to go grab a towel. That's what it feels like listening back to it.
Shameful. So that is... I thought your face was red because you were hitting those high notes. Apparently you were embarrassed. Yeah, that's hard to hear back. But that was from a couple of weeks ago. So B-Rob, being the comedian that he is, such a stand-up, decided to go back in the studio and record a new song all about me. You love to use hip words like rad. It's true. It's true. That this song was so cool. So come on, Mikey. Now you're sober. Your jean jacket phase is over. When you sang this song, you had no clue that this song would come back. Watching the Love Boat and Hill Street Blues. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's funny. That's hysterical. Showing off your L.A. guns. with confidence. You know you did it more than once. Stone-washed jeans and drink and tab playing songs on your Walkman. I heard you say, hey clown, that's my name. Don't wear it out. So come on Mikey, you're no poser. Thank the Lord those days I owe you. And you sang this song you had no clue. I don't know which one's more embarrassing. That this song would come to haunt you. Watching the
That was a little pitchy. Oh, no, Mike, come on. That was a little pitchy. My new version is so much better. Oh, stop saying that. It's, like, not even funny. You should do it again. No, I shouldn't. P1PI. P1PI, what's going on? Hey, man, that music just, doesn't it make you think of high school jean jackets, mullets, and rat tails? It does, it does. I was not a part of any of that, though. You had a mullet. It makes you think of a high school sweetheart. Yes, well, let me tell you. The 80s stuff. That will have to come back. You know, it's been gone since the early 90s. But eventually, don't you think the spandex and long... Because everything comes back again, right? Well, the spandex has come back. It has? For girls. Leggings? Oh, oh, oh. But what about dudes dressing like chicks? Oh, well, that... That's Pokemon. You go to certain kinds of towns and stuff like that. You know what I'm saying? Like, you know, in the 80s, it was all about, like, you know, dudes in rock bands wearing makeup and spandex and having the long hair. That's been gone for a while. Like the mullet. Aquanet. Yes, the aquanet. No, mullet. Rat tail. That's right. Thank you for the call. Ah, kids these days, they don't get it. That's right. The mullet a different time? Well, the mullet, the rock bands didn't rock the mullet. They did not. The fans rocked the mullet. Yes.
You know, the rock bands had the big hair that they sprayed with the Aquanet. Teased it out. Teased it out. Me and Mike had the mullet, you know. You want to know what's his hair? I like how you still can throw it back there. You got to get it out of your shirt. Yeah. You got to get it out of your collar. Grab it with your thumbs. You kind of flop it out a little bit. Flop it out. Yeah, dude, check that out. Well, the ridiculous thing about the mullet was is that you didn't really have the rocks to go all the way. That was the deal with the mullet is that, you know, you couldn't do the whole thing. You couldn't do the whole lot. So you had to be business on the side, party in the back. That's right. Well, you look at me from the front. You're like, oh, that's a clean cut, dude. And you turn around. You're like, hey, what up? I could party. Look at that rock star. I'll never forget when me and Mike lived in Rochester, New York. I went and got my hair cut once, you know, and I had the mullet. And I walked outside and it froze. My hair froze. Because it was so cold in Rochester. The back of my hair actually froze and you could actually break it off. Yeah, because it was freezing outside. And so when they sprayed your hair with water, it was bizarre. By the time you get to your car, it's frozen solid. All of a sudden I started getting a headache and I'm like, what's going on? That's how freezing cold it was. Imagine us two dudes trying to be cool with mullets in Rochester, New York. Well, we were cool with those in Rochester.
They still wear them in Rochester. Oh, really? Yeah. Oh, man. Well, you know, the Camaro is still real big. You know what I'm saying? Good times. 570-1053 is our phone number. Apparently, Jamie Lynn Spears, 16 years old, pregnant, right? She's 16 and pregnant? Yeah, she's turning 17 at the end of this week. Well, they photographed her wearing this big diamond ring on her ring finger. So she has not issued a statement yet saying that she is officially engaged, but she is wearing a nice-sized diamond on her, you know. Wedding ring finger. Is she back together with that guy that she was her boyfriend that got her pregnant? The baby's daddy. Yeah, the baby's daddy. Yeah. They're back together. Well, yeah. I don't think they were ever officially off. I think that was all part of the rumor mill. Oh, they're on. They're off. Oh, he's cheating. Oh, she's cheating. You know. So that's who we are assuming gave her the diamond ring. Right. There you go. Eddie, is there any, because I don't know anything about basketball. I didn't watch any of the college basketball tournament during the break. What's the deal with? It's the final four now, right? Yep. Is there anything... Winthrop. Is there any surprises, or is it like... Yeah, no Winthrop this year. What? Yeah, they didn't make it, Sky. Oh, man. Sky had them in the final four, right, Sky? She had them winning the whole thing. Oh, the whole thing. She had them winning the whole thing. Yeah. What happened? All right. Well, it's pretty crazy, actually. For the first time in the tournament history, all the number one seeds advanced to the finals. So you got Memphis taking on UCLA and North Carolina taking on Kansas. So it should be pretty fun. Pretty fun to watch, you know, all the best...
teams going at it. Who would you pick to win the whole thing? I love the way UCLA is playing right now. North Carolina, though, is unstoppable. I think North Carolina is going to take the whole thing. I just saw that someone named Denny Hamlin, I know I've heard the name, he's a NASCAR guy, but he just won in Martinsville. He beat Jeff Gordon. Yeah, Jeff Gordon made a little run at the end, but he held him off. Denny Hamlin, he's the guy, he races for FedEx, and you see him in all those FedEx commercials. How many guys in NASCAR are named Daryl or Denny or Dale? Yeah. There's a lot of Dale, Denny's. It's a very popular name in the deep south. Yeah. And I mean, this guy did this thing a while back where she was telling us like names that were really popular. And what's funny is like half of them were Mexican because my people are really populating the earth.
You're taking over. We're taking over. You got your own holiday today. Yeah, today is, what is today? Congratulations. What is today? No, no, no. What I meant to say was, what I meant to say was, ladies and gentlemen, happy Julio Cesar Chavez Day. No, dude. That's a boxer. It's a boxer. No. It is right. No, it is wrong. It is wrong, Eddie says. He says, no, Mike, that is wrong. That is incorrect. Whose day is this? It's Oscar De La Hoya Day. It is Oscar De La Hoya. Ladies and gentlemen, happy... Yes, it is. It is my day today. No, it's not. That's like a woman, everyone. That's right. I hope you enjoy my fishnet stockings I'm wearing. They're uncomfortable. On this wonderful Oscar de la Hoya day. It's not your day. You deserve it. I am the golden boy. You are. You're a good little fighter. I am a good little fighter. Why do you sound like Haji? Well, I sound like Haji from Johnny Quest. And the reason I do is because Mike can only do one voice like that. And so the voice...
So the voice will work as Haji or Oscar de la Hoya. Yeah, not your voice. Oh, no. Oh, my God. So today is Cesar Chavez Day. That is correct. Today is Cesar Chavez. Great day for your dad. That's right. My dad must be. So get my dad on the phone, Ashley. Let's ask my. Si se puede. Yeah, si se puede. I got to call my dad and say si se puede. My dad is really into the Mexican culture. We were hanging out on Friday. And he talked to me, I'm not kidding, 20 minutes about, like, Aztec culture. At least 20 minutes. How the Mayans created everything. Yes. Yeah, you like anything cool? Oh, no, I did not. He talked to me about how they slept with this culture, and thus the bloodline began this culture, and then that culture brought in this culture. And then they're related to Brad Pitt. Yes.
Somewhere in our bloodline, we're related to Brad Pitt. Congratulations. Yeah. I'm really stoked about it. Awesome. The resemblance is uncanny. Yeah. Most of you that meet me, the first thought that you have is, man, it's like I'm standing in front of Brad Pitt. Yeah, a little bit. It's weird. It's weird. Yes, it does. Thank you. Yeah, let's get my dad on the phone and ask him about his Caesar. Is anybody off today? Yeah, this is like a federal holiday. So no mail comes. Government people are off today. Banks, I think, are closed. We're not going to go. Okay. Oh, really? Taco stands. No, taco stands are open, right? Are you sure? I think the taco stands are open. They should get the day off. They should. No Rubios today. I don't know what Cesar Chavez was known for, but my father does. Oh, Michael. And so we will ask my father. Miguel. You need to learn this stuff. I know it. It's very important. Hello, Dad. Yes. Did you know that today is Cesar Chavez Day? You know, Mike, I forgot. Well, he's older. You know, he's older. Oh, did he? Well, I know. Dad, listen, we know that this would be a very important day for you because Cesar Chavez meant a lot to the Mexican culture. Yeah. Tell everybody what Cesar Chavez did because, you know, I know, obviously, you know, but I want everyone else to know. I want everyone else to know. What did he do, Pop? Well, you know, he got into the unions. There's a lot of people in those days that...
There was a lot of abuse in the field. Yeah? He was one of the ones that made the movements to curtail some of that. Like, you know, before they used to hoe the weeds and they used to stoop over a lot. And he changed those to... How do they do it now? Well, they do them with hoes, but they're big. Not that language, will you? Don't start talking about that kind of stuff on the air. It's a family show, Pop. I didn't work at that place. You don't have to start talking about hoes on the air. Stereotype. Yeah, that's right. Machinery has replaced that, but... But, you know, they changed a lot of things, like the, what do they call those things that they spray so they'll kill all the bugs? Pesticides. Pesticides. Yeah, and there was a lot of kids that were being affected by it. That's right. Thank you for bringing the room down, Paul. Revolution! Dad, do you know what they say today? What's that? Do you know what they say today? Uh... You're catching me. I just woke up. Dad, they say... I know you. Are you sick, Pop? Yeah, the little germ bucket gave me his dad. Oh, Dad, come on. Did he really? The baby germ bucket? Yeah, the baby germ bucket. Dad, are you throwing up? What's that? You're not throwing up, right? No. Oh, good. Yeah, my son's got the flu. I tried to be real careful for nobody to get anything, but what can you do? I just...
You know, a rotten night, but I feel a lot better now. Yeah, they say it's one of those quick... And I shouldn't have given my dad something to drink out of one of Jake's bottles. That didn't help. I gave him a sippy cup, and that didn't help it at all. Didn't help the situation. So, all right, Dad, Pedialyte, all right? Just take lots of Pedialyte, and it'll cure it. Dad, today what they say is, si se puede. Oh, yeah, si se puede. Si se puede. You know, he was quite a guy. He was a big reader. All right. A big reader. He was. He was a big reader. He liked his motorcycles, too, eh, Danny? Is that right, Dad? Did he like his motorcycles? I don't know about that one. Neither does Eddie. I think he just said that. I think he just said that, Dad. That's right. Pop, I love you. I love you guys, too. All right. Thank you very much. He loves us guys. Never says... It's a very hard thing to say, I love you. He was a big fan of the B-52s. That is not true, Eddie. That's not true. He used to eat a lot of natural food. Until he learned most people die of natural causes. Yeah, I went to Supercuts and, you know, it just looks really, really good. It does look nice. See, Amy layered it this time and it's got a nice part and everything and I think girls are noticing and that is killing Jill. I see. Rock 105.3 Traffic. Brought to you by Sleep Train Mattress Centers. We're getting by with a fairly nice ride out here this morning. You will find some heavy traffic in some spots, but I'm really no surprise where that's at. You've got a lot of the freeways up to speed, though. A lot of state workers taking the day off for Cesar Chavez Day today, making the freeways a little bit lighter than usual.
No major problems. Just the usual slowdown here on South Point 5. But events need is down towards Solana Beach. Your South 15 ride is a little bit tight from the 78th of your Rancho Parkway. And then it kind of scatters through the construction areas here in Rancho Bernardo and Carmel Mountain Ranch. Westbound 52 for the time being. Right now seeing a bit of a tight ride coming out of Santee as you head up to the top of the summit. And then again past Santo approaching the 15. The westbound 8 hasn't been too bad this morning. But a few brake lights now around the College Lake Murray area. And you've got... 5-8-5 northbound, moving very well down to the south bay on up to the city. 8-0-5 stacks up pretty good, though, once you get into Kearney Mesa, approaching the 163 up to Governor Drive in the Golden Triangle. Down with Lawrence on Rock, 1-0-5-3. Sky, we live in San Diego, so it is our responsibility, it's our right, to own a cool pair of sunglasses. And there's only one place in San Diego to go to get those cool pair of sunglasses. It's Sunglass and Optical Warehouse. Yeah, I did hear that it's a new thing, that they're actually planning on deporting people out of the county of San Diego if you aren't representing with a nice, cool pair of shades. Yeah, big ups. Get out. Get out if you don't wear a cool pair of sunglasses. Yeah, big ups. Yeah. And here's the deal is if you're a P1, you go in there and you say, hey, what up, people? I'm a P1. I listen to the Mikey Show. They'll give you an additional.
10% off the lowest prices in town already. That's great. And not a lot of people are aware that, you know, of course, Sunglass and Optical Warehouse, they got all the coolest sunglasses around, but they also are the leader in prescription eyewear, too. So if you need prescription frames for your sunglasses, this is the place to go. It's the only place to get a pair of sunglasses in San Diego. What's the website, Sky? SunglassOptical.com. The Mikey Show. Now something you might have missed. Jeff Garland's in the studio. You know him. Do you like food, Jeff? Do you like to cook? Well... Can I say something? That's the first dumb question you've asked. But number two, do I like to cook? That's what I meant. No, I like when it's there in front of me. You do? I'm a big fan of sitting down and here's your food. Whether it's my wife, a friend, my friend's wife, a restaurant. Big fan of the food being laid down in front of me. What's your favorite kind of food? Wow, that's like saying to me, which particle of air do I enjoy breathing? The Mikey Show continues. Rock 105.3. That was actor-comedian Jeff Garland, who was in the studio. The guy's on the TV show Enthusiasm. What is it? Curbed. Yes, Enthusiasm's Curbed. Curbed. Curbed. Enthusiasm it up. He plays Larry David's friend, Jeff. He does that in real life, too. Welcome back to the show. It is 737. Miley.
Cyrus was the big winner this weekend at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, winning favorite actress and favorite female singer. Kansas beat Cinderella Davidson yesterday 59-57 and Memphis whips Texas 85-67 yesterday to advance to the final four. When you get Eddie and Sky kind of loopy at the same time, strange things can happen. It is, uh... It's a Mikey show, and you can text us at 35253 if you'd like to. We're going to be playing the Dumb Chick Challenge here in just a moment. Some of the texts that we're getting. Mikey, you featured the group Cutlass on your show, and I ended up buying the album, and it's awesome. Thanks. You guys are great. P1 Trent's mommy. Hey, guys. Today is only a state holiday, not federal. That's from P1 Banshee. Sorry. Why is she yelling? She's a fancy. She's screaming at the top of her lungs. She's screaming. Next one says, government is working today. I work for the government and sadly I'm here at work. Signed, P1 Little Latte. Or is it Little Lot? I think she says Little Lot. I called her a latte one time and she threw one in my face. Just Little Lot. And then last says, hey guys, missed you. Good to have you back. Signed, P1 Confidence. Love, it changes you.
570-1053 is our phone number. Key one, Sarah. Hi, how are you? Good morning, Mr. Esparza. Good morning. I'm so disappointed in you. You've become so whitewashed. Everything, you, a Mexican man, not knowing Cesar Chavez, I mean, that's just like... Wait a minute. Did you have to go Cesar on us? He just went Cesar on us. Like, man, you got such good enunciations. Your Mexican-ness is what defines you. Not exactly. Yeah, he did. I just found out. He helped to make machines to pull stuff, and he got the unions. No, no, no, no. I'm being serious. He got the unions all squared away. He was helpful to the hoes. Yeah, my dad said that. He liberated the hoes. I think it's great. I think it's great what Cesar Chavez did for everybody.
But this term, this whitewashed thing, what, explain, Sarah, you're Mexican, right? Half, yes. You're half Mexican, okay. And half white. She's mad at me, and she's only half. Yeah. Now, tell me, what does whitewashed mean? It's just you, like how you marry up and these little comments. Okay, wait, wait, wait. Now, hang on a second. Hang on a minute. Hang on a minute. One at a time. We got to go one at a time. We got to break these down. Let's break down the barriers. Please, break them down. Sarah, the first one you said was that I will say on the air that I married up, right? Yes. Now, you assume that the reason I'm saying that is because I married a white woman? Yeah. Okay, well, let me clarify. Let me splain. Let me splain. I say that because I'm not very good looking and my wife is very beautiful. Yes, that is true. Yes, and I'm not... I'm agreeing with you. I'm agreeing with you. So what I'm saying is, is that I would say that if I were marrying a beautiful Mexican woman, I would say I married up.
Really? Okay. No, she didn't believe me. She didn't believe me. She thinks it's because she's white. She says it's because my wife is white. Okay, and what was the next thing? I'm so out on you right now. I know it. I know it. I'm going to win you back. I'm going to win you back. You get a burrito, Mike. I'm going to win you back. Yeah, I'll have some carne. Now, wait a minute. Okay, so the first one was that I married up, and obviously I did that because I married a white woman. And then the next one, what was the next one that upset you about my whitewashedness? Is this the way you are sometimes? Like, when you go, oh, it's driving by, and I see some gardeners, and they were brown. You just, I don't know. Wait a second. Hang on a second. That is the next quote. That is the next quote. That is the next quote. That is the next quote. That is the next quote. That is the next quote. That is the next quote. That is the next quote. That is the next quote. That is the next quote. My goodness. My goodness. Translation. Mike says that the gardeners are brown. Well, but Sarah, Sarah, I've never said gardeners are brown. I mean, that sentence, I've never said that. Pull the tape. You said it once. Pull the tape. Pull the tape, she says. I said it once. Well, wait a second. I mean, my gardener is brown. Yes, I know. But listen. Okay. I'm just saying, you know... Jake is, you know, he's biracial. And I think that you should, you know, kind of like be like, okay, Jakey, here are some of the people, Mexicans, that did do some good for us and did help us out and break down the walls. I've got a question. I've got a question, Sarah. Yes, sir. Should a white man that is married to a white woman that have a little white baby, should they do that with their kid too? Tell them about Cesar Chavez. Okay, then that's the deal. Like, everybody should do it. Not just me. You have a distinction. Like, hey, Mike, you're brown, so you should be telling your half brownie that, you know, Cesar Chuff... That's racist, Mike. That's racist, Sarah. Listen, no, but... Why are you so racist, though? Oh, I did, though. I did. I turned them. I already turned them. They've been turned around. Thank you. Felicidades to everybody. Thank you.
Yeah, Feliz Navidad, Mike. Feliz Navidad. Thank you. And I would like to say to you, Sarah, si se puede. I would like to say to Sarah, Felix Trinidad. Thank you. I wanted to say that too, but he already took it. I was going to say it too, but thank you. I wanted to say to you, Steve Esparza. There you go. Thank you very much. That's the warmest of greetings. That's the warmest of greetings. When you say to a Mexican friend, ah, hello, Steve Esparza. Steve Esparza to you. P1 Andrew is on the line. Hello, Andrew. Hey, what's going on, bro? What's going on, dude? Hey, you know what? I've been listening to you guys. Oh, my goodness. Hey, where is my refresh? Hey, Ash or Rob, Ash or Rob, can you put up my redneck bed? I've wanted to play it three times this morning, and I can't find it. No, no, no, dude. Wait a minute. I'm not saying that you're a redneck. I'm not saying you're a redneck. Talk about being a racist. Andrew, wait. Hang on. Hang on. No, I'm not. You guys are taking me to be a racist. I'm not a racist. Stop it. Don't you remember the message of Steve Esparza? Thank you.
No, the reason I say that is because I'm not saying that you're a redneck. I'm saying I want to play redneck music when I talk to you. That's all I'm saying. That's all I'm saying. Please. Please. Way better. I'm from Wiley. Do you remember Wiley? Or did you know where Wiley was? Oh, man. Wiley's great, dude. I used to live in Wiley, right? I was on the trailer. I'm Wiley. Yeah, remember that time, man? There was a big old brownout throughout the entire county. Yeah, dude. Yeah, man, I worked in Tarrant County. I worked in Plano County. Tyler. I just got back from Guam, and I listen to this. We have a lot in common. Are you Mexican? No, I'm pretty light-complected. Anyway, you just got back from Guam. Yes, yeah, me too. You just got back from Guam, and? And, you know, I listen to you guys in Dallas. I hit the button that says, I'm glad that doesn't happen. you hit that button. No, we can't say that word on the radio. They use it a lot in Dallas. That's a problem. You guys are homosexual, right? Because you're from California. Dude. Hey, I hate brown gardeners too much. No, I don't hate brown gardeners. I don't hate brown gardeners. No, I never did that. I never did. Uh-oh, uh-oh. Wait a minute. What is going on now?
What is going on now? What is going on? We're having fun. What is going on? Here's what you do. Scott, you're going to be good today. Yes, Scott. I is a little loopy. I am awesome. I'm ready to go, Sean. This one's for you. This is for your birthday, Sean. A shout out. A shout out. You can't. That's right. 570-1053 is our phone number. And the idea of the Dumb Chick Challenge is we take the three dumb chicks on the show. Sky, Ashley, and Boston Rob. And what we do is we ask them general knowledge questions. The questions are rated one through three in level of difficulty. It should all be ones, really. That's true. They're really easy. Well, ones are extremely easy. Threes are a tad tougher. Like fifth grade level. Yeah. Yeah. So 5701053. And...
You call us, you pick the person that you believe will win the Dumb Chick Challenge. And then if they do, they win a prize for you. Eddie, what's the prize today? Well, we got some snowboarding tickets, some Mount Baldy tickets. Hi, Nate. Why are you after me today? Like, why are you coming after me so much? That was actually my nickname in ice. Hey, hey, hey. Eddie, that is inappropriate. Hey, guys. P1 Oscar Chavez is on line one. Oscar? Oscar, are you there? This guy's got this ridiculous grin on her face. Will he stop pointing at what Oscar referring to? P1 Oscar Chavez, are you there? Yeah, who would you like to select in the Dumb Chick Challenge? You want who? Robbie. You want Robbie O'Shades. Hang on the line. Hang on. Next up is P1 Vicky. Vicky, who would you like? Oh, look.
Not a good choice today, but I'll do my best, girl. All right, hang on the line. And then finally, P1 Combat Welder, you get Ashley. All right, Mikey. All right. Now, I have no idea who started this game the last time we played. I'm going to take a guess, and I'll say that Sky started and Ashley should start this time. Is that right? No. Or Ashley started last time, and that means that Boston Rob should. Yeah, the Riz. Yeah. All right. Boston Rizzy. All right, all right. Yeah, he has a wonderful... Ever. But I watched a lot of Jeopardy last week. A lot of Jeopardy. Well, here's how the game works. You've got to get five points, and the questions are rated one through three. Ones are easy, threes are hard. And if you can't get the question right, somebody can steal. It's pretty cool. So, Boston, Rob, what would you like? Give me a three. Oh, a three-pointer. I hung out with this kid who's going to UCLA grad school this weekend, so I think a little rubbed off. Yeah, that should have done it. Oh! All right, Rob, what is the substance in plants that gives them their green color? Oh, you are a riot, Mike. Before I even got the question out. Give me the real question, Mike. The substance in plants. You're an arborist. Yeah, dude, you're not an arborist. I'm not an arborist. I do know this. I remember this from when I was a little kid. Skye, I think, may have this one. She's rocking back and forth in that movie.
Kind of knowing way. And Ashley, it looks like, may know it too. And if he gets it wrong, the first person to yell their name out... I thought we weren't stealing anymore. Oh, we're not? Yeah, when we said that last time. We decided we weren't going to steal? Yeah, because it makes the game go too fast. Remember that whole discussion? I don't remember. I don't recall. Okay, Rob. It's got to be some kind of plant pigment. Yeah, yeah. Photosynthesis. Take your time, Rob. Work it out, bro. All morning, bro. The sun tanning. Yeah. Rob's looking at the ceiling. Work it out, Doc. He's closing his eyes. That's not good. I'm going to give you five more seconds, Rob, since we've been here for four minutes so far. Oh, boy. It's great radio. Hollywood tans, Hollywood tans. Sorry, Rob. That's going to be an incorrect answer. I'm thinking color, color. Rob, chlorophyll. Oh, yeah. Chlorophyll. It's the thing that gives the plants a green color. Nobody cares about that. All right, Sky. Okay, Skye. Well, Skye's got this thing. That was not easy. She takes a two-pointer, a two-pointer, then a one-pointer. She's going to switch it up today, though. But today she'll do it differently. She's feeling a little crazy today. So, Skye, what would you like? A one, two, or a three-point question? I'm going to go with the three. A two. All right, Skye. Your two-point question. Well, you knew the three-pointer, so you're going to kill this, obviously. Thank you, Eddie. Take one. Skye.
What do we got, Mike? You are playing for P1 Vicky. I am. And your question is, Skye, also known as heartburn, in what medical condition does stomach fluid go back up into the esophagus? Skye just stuck her tongue out like you just grossed me out. Vomit, Mike. Very close. Or barf. Very close. Because the medical word is barf. Very close. Upchuck. Yeah, come around. It is acid reflux. That is correct, Skye. I have that. Do you really, Ash? Yucky. I've got something like that. Yeah. You've got the acid. Do you ever have to take anything for it? Well, I've never been to the doctor for it. Self-diagnosed stuff. But I'm not allowed to eat. I can't eat Mexican food. And I can't eat pretty much anything greasy or fattening because it will make me burp uncontrollably. But now, haven't we seen you eat all of those things? How do you blame that on your dog? Yeah. No, no, no, no, no. That's when I fight. Oh, oh. I do. Oh, that's a whole nother topic. Ashley was sharing with us a couple of weeks ago how she'll pass gas and blame it on the dog. That's disgusting. That's why she got the dog. That's right. So that she could fart more freely. Maybe she could get a dog for your burping. Oh, my God. Is that that parrot again? My puggle has gas and it's because I forgot it. My pet burpsy. We're working on it. Yeah.
Her nickname is Tootsie McToots. But no, honestly, ever since I, it was post-rehab, I could totally, no, pre-rehab, I could totally eat Mexican food. And I think it was because it was sopping up all the alcohol. But now, post-rehab, I have not been able to touch Mexican food. I'll burp uncontrollably. That's really fun. Hey, do you take anything for it? Do you take anything? I do have a boyfriend. He's falling in love with me. Back off. He told me he loves my birds and my farts. I don't farts. You are a catch. I don't. Ashley. I didn't say it. What do you want? I did. I said it. A one, two, or three point question. We don't care, Heidi. A two pointer. You want a two pointer. Straight and narrow. Here comes your straight and narrow two-point question, Ash. What country ranks first in alphabetical order? What country ranks first? In an alphabetical list, what ranks first? So, like, what's on the top? Yeah, what country? If you made an alphabetical list of all countries. Work it out, dog. So, is that correct, though? One more time, one more time. If you were to make an alphabetical list, what country would rank first?
Alphabetically. Oh, country, not state. No, country. Oh. Cleared up, people. They rang. Look at that, her sky. Like, she's going to get in. Those skies there. She's like, hey, don't help. Fine, Alaska. Is it country? ABBA? I remember that somewhere. I think it's ABBA. Guys, I'm almost... Oh, she's taking her headphones off. We're distracting you. Oh, no. Hey. Is it Aardvark? Yeah. Is that state or country? What? Uh, Artie. No, he's an agent. She's still got those headphones off. Yeah, don't do it, you guys. Come on. Stop it. Well, Alabama is the state. Archie Bunker. Absence? Avril Lavigne. Avril. Avril Lavigne. What about Archileno? That's a province.
Argentina? Ashley, it's a good guess. It's a good guess. Wow. Ash, that's incorrect. You had a little acid reflux? No. Argentina. Ashley, the correct answer is... The correct answer, Ashley, is Afghanistan. I would have got that if you guys had... I know. We started with the aardvark and all that stuff, and next thing you know, Argentina. Boston Rob's next. Boston Rob, you get to pick between a one, a two, or a three-point question. Give me a two. What are you booing me for? You're a two-point question. I'll make you a fan of mine. Rob, your two-point question is, what is the name of the voice actor who did the voices for most of the Warner Brothers cartoon characters like Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck? That's so stupid. It doesn't affect his personality. Should someone this tan know? Just in the face area. Come on, George Hamilton. You can figure it out. I love it. All right. Frank Oz did all those Muppets, right? Frank Oz did the Muppets. Dude.
What? What am I supposed to know here? The Looney Tunes? Daffy. Daffy dude. I don't know, dude. I thought they didn't even speak. Wasn't that like the silent cartoon? What are you talking about? Bugs Bunny? Oh, yeah, yeah. He did talk. That's right. See, that was South Park. That was at the Looney Tunes. Ed Warner? Yes. I don't know. Ed Warner is incorrect now, but I'm sorry. Ed Norton. Did he do the voices? Ed Norton. What about his brothers? Ed Wood. Yeah, or one of his brothers. One of the bros. No, Rob, it was Mel Blanc that did those voices of all of us. Yeah, whatever. Big poppy. Let's go. Come on, Skye. Skye, come on. Go for the win. Go for the win here. Take a three-pointer. You can win right here. Don't do it. I'm awake, and I would like a two. Oh, you were insulted by that. Did that offend her? Yeah. No, I'm good. I'm just letting you know I am. Eddie, I'm looking at this question. I don't know, man. What? What's up? How dare you? She knew chlorophyll. All right. Thank you. This is a tough one, though. Thank you. She's got it. Skye, what was the pseudonym? She's already shaking her head. She's already shaking her head. You're already being cruel. Right, dude?
What was the pseudonym of the secret source who leaked information about Watergate to Woodward and Bernstein? That's the easiest question you've ever asked. She's got her mouth open. She's like, oh, she may know this. I do know this. She knows this. Oh, yes. Deep throat. Yes. Yes. Wow. Because you know that movie with Michelle Williams? I believe it's called like. Dick, is that what the movie's called? And then there's like a misunderstanding, and then they think that they're deep throat, but they're just making cookies and walking the dog. We get it. You watch Big Brother After Dark. Holy cow. Wow. So, yeah, that is correct, Skye. It was Deep Throat. That was the... Thirst and Dunst and Michelle Williams. There you go. Or was that riding in cars with boys? I forget. I forget. Something like that. Ashley's playing with her bangs, and we now go to her. You guys just win. Ashley, what do you want? No, she needs one more point to win. She needs one more point to win. So, Ash, what do you want? A one, two, or three-point question? How many points do I got? Well, you don't have any yet. You don't have any yet. You don't have any. I got nothing? Go for the win. You could be on the board with a three-pointer. Yeah, you're going to use it. That's true. Yeah, all right. So, Ash says, yeah, let's do it. Give me a three. Give me a three. Ashley.
In 2006, Pluto was redefined from an official planet to this. We talked about this. It's no longer a planet. That is correct. Wait a minute. They redefined it. Instead of being a planet, it is now... Pluto Nash. So now you want to know what Pluto's about? Great movie, by the way. Yeah, what is it now? Well, listen, they used to say that Pluto was a planet. But after 2006, they redefined it. It's now a country. The enemy. Hey, don't help her. Small. You can't help her out. Little. It's little. Little. Little Star. Stupid. Little Star. Little Dipper. I don't know. Little Dipper. New nickname for Rob. Actually, Little Star and Little Dipper are incorrect. Galaxy. They redefined Pluto as a dwarf planet. And yes, that's what they did with Rob. They said the dwarf planet. Rob is Rob. Eddie, what's the score? Who's leading? Well, Sky's the only one that has scored so far. She has four points. She got four points. All she needs is a one-pointer. Rob didn't know Mel Blanc. No.
So, Rob, what do you want? A one, two, or three-point question? Well, give me a three. She's giving the thumbs up on that one. A three-pointer, Rob. Wow. Oh, yeah. Gutsy. Stretch it out, stretch it out. Rob, your three-point question is... I know it. He's like... I look good, don't I? My goodness, you look like Cesar Chavez. It's weird. Are you wearing blackface? No. That is not PC. That is not PC. You're going to get people mad. I thought Al Jolson was screening phone calls. All right, Rob, your three-point question is, what was the communist symbol used on the Soviet flag? Oh, yeah, Mike. The sickle. Right? Motorcycle? Popsicle. Icicle. You know what I'm saying? Is that your final answer? Well, hold on a second, because now you're not going to give it to me.
Mike, wait. No, it's absolutely not. Mike, give me five minutes. Hold on. Wikipedia. Mike, just give me an hour and a half, please. And I will answer this question. It will come to me. I'm going to say three stars and a sickle. That is incorrect. How is that incorrect? How is that incorrect? Have you ever seen the Russian flag? How is that wrong? Have you ever seen the Russian flag? It's like a baseball bat. It's a little bit more than a sickle. Rob, that's incorrect. The answer is the hammer and sickle. It's a hammer and sickle. When you look at the flip, it's a hammer. It is. That's an arborist and sickle. That's a good question. Thank you. Next up is Skye, and she can win it with a one-point question. So, Skye. I'd like a one. You got it.
Here is your one pointer. Sky is now dominating this game. I know it. What happened to Rob? Remember, you used to be real good at Dumb Chick Challenge. Yeah, I know. So good that we kicked him out for a little while. Yeah, because he was cheating. Oh, that's right. I forgot. There it is. Ashley should get a point for that. That's right. No, do not put her on the board. Rob, your one point question is... That's ridiculous. Eddie did index finger to nose, pointing at Ashley with left hand. I like it. I like it. He's saying, I got you, dog. Yeah. Well, Skye's good. Here is your question, Rob. It's Skye's good. That's Skye. No, I'll take it. Skye, your one-pointer is in the Revolutionary War. Why? Skye, I think you might get this one. Once you hear the context, you might get this one. In the Revolutionary War, who was labeled a traitor for switching sides and plotting to surrender to the British? Come on. Simon Cowell. Simon Cowell. It was not Simon Cowell. Archuleta. Are you for a head face over your head? Like Ted Danson over here. A young Ted Danson, that is. Oh, what's that dude's name? Oh, you are the worst kind of person. This is awful. It's in there. It's the basis of our country. Yeah.
There's like a combo of names. Yeah, why don't you take the number four? This guy was labeled a traitor for switching sides and plotting to surrender the British. I keep wanting to say William E. Newman, but that's not right. That's not right. William E. Newman. He's a traitor. His name is synonymous with being a traitor. You're right. That's why it's a one-point question. Oh, no. The fact that you know what synonymous is is pretty impressive. That's right. Was he a day trader? Was that what he was? He was a day trader? Oh, my gosh. Sky, three seconds. There you go. It was a quick three. Really fast. Sky, the answer is... Benedict Arnold. Oh, no. Oh, and then she said it. Oh, that is a huge joke right there. Right at the end. All right, Ashley. Come on, Ashley. You'll do this. You're going to do it right here, Ash. Ashley, what do you want? A one, two with all her bangs are in her face. I don't know about this. She's got a big smile. It's so pointless. Come on. No, Ash, you can do it right here. You can wrap it up. Anybody else? I couldn't wrap it up. I don't have... Take a five-point question. Come on. Let's do this. Yeah. No, you get a one, two, or a three. What do you want? Well, I guess just a one because it doesn't really matter. No, no. Come on. Let's think high. Give me a three, guys. You want a three. You want a three.
Ashley, your three-point question is, what was the name of the first Walt Disney cartoon to be made with sound, and it starred Mickey Mouse? What was the name of that film? Oh, oh, oh, oh, I think I know. Ash has got a smile now. She's perked up a little bit. What is it? Yeah, what was that called? That very first cartoon that they did with sound and Mickey Mouse was in it. What was the name of that thing? Alabama Sim. I think that it was the... I think that it was the one with Mickey Mouse and the choo-choo train, right? Monsters Inc. I saw this movie. I think I do know this. I want to come in second place. Dangerous Liaison. Mickey Mouse comes to town. Uh, Misery. Was it Misery starring Ratatouille? It was the Queen starring Helen Mirren. Break into Electric Boogaloo. Was that it? Was it Pluto Nash, man? Flashdance starring Irene Cara. Nine and a half weeks. I just saw it this weekend.
I just saw it. Wonderful film. Ben-Hur. Starring that guy. Ben Dover. A whole other movie. Sky, you seen that in Cinemax? Is it Red? Just saw it, Ashley. I gave my answer like 10 minutes ago. What was your answer? Oh, you missed this? Mickey Mouse is coming to town? Mickey Mouse is coming to town? She just looked at Eddie like, what? Really? What? What do you want from me? What's up? That is wrong, actually. The headache from that answer is Steamboat Willie is the name of them. She just rolled her eyes like, are you kidding me? That's a real answer, guys. I take it. That's going to change my life. Mickey Mouse rides a boat. Pretty close. Pretty close. Yeah, like, I think I farted that and blamed it on my dog, okay? Rob, a one, two, or three-point question. Oh, good Lord. Give me a one. A one-pointer? All right, all right. Give me a three. All right, here comes... What do you say? Eddie likes to confuse him. What? Answer something.
Here's your three-point question, Rob. Three? Well, wait. Rob, where would you find the Great White Way? South Compton, Mike. I was just there. No, that's definitely not the Great White Way. I was looking for the Great White Way out of there. Holy mackerel. I can tell you where the Hershey Highway is. Hey, dude. This is ridiculous. Eddie's now flipping his fist and giving it a thumbs up. That's ridiculous. Oh, man. Ridiculous. Come on, Rob. Look at this guy. Yeah, you know. He's so tan. I look good. It's healthy. It's good for your skin. Get the first layer off him. Oh, it's a great white way. Are you for real? This is not like... Come on, just answer. Just say something. This is not happening to me. Mike, all I need is four hours, bro. I'll get it. Because I think it's something in Russia. Give me 20 more minutes and I'll give you the answer. Come on, Rob. You got it. Take your time. Really think about it. It'll come to you, Rob, if you just think about it for five more minutes. Mickey Mouse is coming to town.
Rob, three more seconds. Okay, okay. South Russia. That is not... South Russia. One of the more popular... No, Rob. South Russia. What are you talking about? No one's ever heard of that. Rob, listen. Broadway. Broadway in New York. They call that... The Great White Way. That is racist. Maybe you called it that. You're from the East Coast. You love New York. I hate it. It's true. Sky, what do you want? A one-pointer? You want a one-pointer? Like Benedict Arnold? Skye. Oh, it's the worst. Skye, who played the title role in the TV series? Okay, she's already looking at me. I'm already concerned. She's already concerned. I'm concerned. I'm concerned. It's going to be from like eight is enough or something. Wait a second. What? Skye, who played the title role in the TV series? No. No, Mike. Did you? Wait, she... Tongue to the roof of the mouth. What does that mean? Now she's tilting the head. Big smile. Benedict Arnold. Shut up. I know, he was in different strokes. I believe. Just saw a film on Cinemax called Gidget last night. Oh, really? Where's the verb? Please, guys. I believe it's Mary Tyler Moore.
We're never going to... Is that not right? No. No, Sky, that is not right. The woman who starred in the title role of Gidget was Sally Field. They're like the same person. What? They are. It's right next to Invesco Field, right? Ask anyone. Oh, this is the... Maybe we should have done this deal. You've got to see Ashley's expression right now. Ashley's like, are you kidding? It's back around to me. Is it really back around to me? Not today, Mike. She just slammed her head against the microphone. Eddie's giving her the hand signal for a one-pointer. Eddie's giving her the hand signal for take a one. Take a one. What do you want, Ash? You're smarter than her. What would Jabberwocky do? Jabberwocky. Yeah, dude. What would Jabberwocky do? Jabberwocky shot. There she goes. She's popping her collar. There you go. Come on, Ash. What do you want? One, two, or three. You got one pointer. Here's your one-point question. Oh, my gosh. Ashley, what's a group of fish called? He's cool. Congratulating her. She got one right. Ashley, one point. Congratulations. Thank you. Good job. Oh, thank you. Eddie, what's the score? Oh, does it matter? I won. Buston Rob has zero points. I won.
Sky has four, and Ashley won with one point. This is the longest dumb chick challenge. Outrageous. Outrageous. Can we go back to stealing? Seriously. Rob, what do you want? A one? A one? You really just want a one? A one? Yeah, he feels like it. You can do it in his face. I'm doing a three. You're calling me out on that. No, I get it. I'll do a three. Here's your three-point question, Rob. Yes. Absolutely not. Bring it. Rob, what's the name of the billionaire who created Virgin Records and Virgin Airways? What's that guy's name? I do. Yeah. Give me a minute. Dr. Seuss. Hold on. Or give me ten minutes. Don't we always give you a minute? Don't we always give you like three or four? It takes me a second to process. There's a lot of stuff up top, all right? There's a lot of stuff. Why does he act like such a hothead? I just don't like when people are ignorant. Who is the name? What is the name of the billionaire that created Virgin Records and Virgin Airways? The Great White Way. Richard something. Give him a second. Sir Richard something. Sir Richard gear. I thought it was gear. He's got the gray hair. Sir Richard of Nottingham. Sir Richard Billingsworth. Sir Richard Dreyfuss. Let him make funny you take your time on this story. That's right, Rob. Just think it through, buddy. Sir Richard dollar cents. Come on, Rob.
Sir Richard Ramirez. I'm going to get this wrong. The name of the billionaire who created Virgin Records and Virgin Airways. You've got it. If you're talking on an off day, you're probably going to... You are the dumbest person ever. Sir Richard from sales. Come on, you got it. Richard Branson. What? That is correct. Yes. You got it. It's Sir Richard Branson. You now have three points on the board. You're only one behind Sky, but Sky's going. Sky can wrap it up right here. Skye could wrap it up right here. Skye. Go take a two. Skye, your one point question is. Make it an easy one this time. Your one point question is. Skye, a word spelled the same forward and backward is known as a what? Ooh, ooh, like Hannah. She's like, I know this one. Dude. She's looking at the ceiling. She's thinking. She's got her hand up to her mouth. This is not happening.
Don't do this to me. Sky. Oh my God. A word spelled the same forward and backward as known as a what? She used up all her smarts on the other questions. That's right. She's out. It's called reverse. That's a good one. A forwardsy backwards word. It's all the old up down word. The old mirror word. Reflecto word. Tops and tailsies? Come on, Skye. Frencies, backsies. Yes, it's the frencies and backsies. I don't know. Oh, Skye. They call that... It's called a palindrome. It's a palindrome. That is crazy. If he does that. If he does that.
Sky has missed three one-pointers in a row. Ashley. Ashley. Here comes Ashley. Come on. You got a one-pointer. What? Sky? Sky missed it. Sky missed it. What do you want, Sky? You got one last time, remember? Yeah. Let's do it again. You're smarter than Sky. All right. Give another one. Yeah, I want another one-pointer. All right, Ashley. Overall, getting by with a fairly nice commute as a lot of state workers get the day off today for Cesar Chavez Day, and we've had a lighter commute than usual because of that. There are some rough spots out here, though. There's a new accident westbound 78 here just past Nordall Road in San Marcos. Watch for a bit of a backup around that. You've got South Ponce of the 15 looking great out of Escondido. Just a minor intermittent slowing. through Rancho Bernardo and Carmel Mountain Ranch because of construction there. The Coastal Rides, southbound 7 to 5, still busy out of Encinitas down towards Solana Beach. Westbound 52, still a bit tight past Santo Road to the 15. East County, west 894. They're looking fantastic as well. Both the 5 and 805 northbound clear out of the South Bay. 805 still backing up, though, out of Kearney Mesa from the 163, but that's a slow crawl up to Governor Drive in the Golden Triangle. I'm Rick Lawrence on Rock 105.3. Mikey Show, hello. Hi, this is P.1. Tell me about what happened with you and AIS. Ashley told me that you were waiting to tell me. I had SR22 DUI a couple years ago, and my insurance through Farmers was... I kept hearing you guys talk about them on the radio, so I went down over there, and they saved me like $300 a month. I was paying $450. I pay about $145 now. That's incredible. And that's full coverage with SR22 filing and everything. I had a lot of these military guys calling me, telling me this stuff. AIS will hook you up, man.
They saved me over $3,500 a year. Yeah, that's fantastic, dude. Well, congratulations. All right, thank you. I'm glad we were able to help you. 1-800-777-4247. Easier way to remember the phone number, 1-800-777-4, the number 4, AIS. They will hook you up and they will save you money. Broadcasting from the Cricket Wireless Studios. Flaky Morning Show. Wow, whoa! Really? Yes. Oh, my. KIOC San Diego. Something you may have missed this morning on the Mikey Show. Oh, Barbara. We talk politics and automatically you call in. There she is. Well, I was on genealogy.com. Oh, yeah. And I was doing some research on Barack myself. It looks like he was related to Hitler. That's not true. Hitler.
They were second cover cousins removed. Yeah, you're just trying to make them look bad. That's right. And I was looking up Hillary, and Hillary's a direct descendant of the Lord our God. No, that's not true. That's not true. I thought that was pretty fantastic. Listen, I know you want Hillary to win, but you can't make up stuff. Everybody knows Hillary's slogan, if you can give birth, you know your worth. And that is a bad slogan. The Mikey Show continues on The Rock. Welcome back. It's the Mikey Show, and it is 8.35. Aloha Airlines announced that they'll be ending all passenger service after today. This is such a great coincidence because today is opening day, and the Pod Squad is here. That's nice. It's a coincidence. We're going to be talking to the Pod Squad here in just a second. Let me read you some of the texts that we're getting at 35253. That's our text number if you want to text us for any reason. And if you're not in the Mikey Show P1 Text Army, just text the word Mikey2.
3-5-2-5-3, and we will get you all dialed in. This text said, hey, did Skye get her Dave Matthews Band tickets for this weekend? Signed, P1 Mish. Skye? For this weekend? That's what it said, and I thought I saw on Ticketmaster that concert's in, like, August. Yeah, they may have gone on sale this weekend, but I'm part of the Dave Matthews Band fan club warehouse, and so I pre-ordered my tickets months ago. Please, please. Skye, you don't go everywhere. time though, right? Yeah. You do go every time? Every time they come to town, except for last time where I had the tickets and didn't go and wanted to die. Do they have opening bands or do they just play by themselves? Yeah. Is it usually the same guys or is it always different? Always different. Do you ever see the opening band or do you go when they start? It depends who it is. Who was the last one? Last one was Damian Marley. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. He's good.
Next text is, Mikey, don't feel bad. I'm Mexican. And not only did I not know about Cesar Chavez's birthday, I also get called a coconut. Brown on the outside, white on the inside. I've got that before. I hear that all the time because I am Mexican, but I don't speak Spanish. The next one says, welcome back, Mikey Show. I'm so addicted to your show. I went and bought an iPod and FM tuner so I can listen while on job sites. That's P1 Tattoo Collector. Mikey, so glad you guys are back. Don't ever leave again, please. Last week went in slow motion without you guys. It's like having decaf coffee. Welcome back, signed P1 Shy Girl. And the next one says, hey, Mikey, it's P1 Zector. Where did Ash get her Jabberwocky shirt? Ash, where did you get that sucker? She loves it. You can't say? I don't know if I want to give it away. Why? Because you don't want people to have it. It's like an exclusive shirt. And also, like, they're so hard to get and come by. And, like, I'm getting another new one, like, soon, like, tomorrow. I've been trying for weeks. I can't find them anywhere. I went to eBay. I don't want to give away the name because then tomorrow I might not get the new shirt before anyone else gets it. Just saying. Dude, I don't want to pull my own stuff. But, Eddie, you know how many people want that Jabberwocky shirt. The next thing you know, there's a run on them. I will say it because I got to represent the Jabberwocky. What is it again? I forgot what it is. What is Jabberwocky? It is the...
You guys, it is a singing troupe that travels the... Don't even knock this. Yes, they do. I'm not knocking. I'm saying I don't know. I was saying, I tried from the beginning to say, it is a barbershop quartet. Really? You wouldn't think that that's popular these days. It actually is. It actually is pretty popular, believe it or not. Really? And they tap dance. They wear those plates on the bottom of their black shoes and they tap while doing sword throwing. It's not easy. It's not easy. Ash, go ahead. The Jabbawockees are a local San Diego dance crew that just currently won the Randy Jackson America's Next Best Dance Crew. They're off the chain. They're off the chain. Are they not Pod Squad? They know what's off the Jabbawockees. And I get to meet them soon and I'm freaking out. You guys know the Pod Squad. The Pod Squad, they're the guys that are out there. The ladies. Are there guys on the Pod Squad? Yeah, there's some guys on the Pod Squad. And what they do is... During what time or part of the game do you guys go out there and fire out the t-shirts into the crowd? When do you guys do that? Bottom of the fifth inning. Bottom of the fifth inning. There you go. And so you've seen them before. They're out there and they're having a good time and they're getting the crowd all pumped up. They aim those cannons right at people's faces. I've heard they do that. Especially babies. Wait a second. I've never heard that they do that. Yes, they do. What are those things? Is it some sort of an air cannon and it fires the t-shirts out or what?
That's all it is. It's just the air cannon as you shoot out the little Padre squishy balls and t-shirts. That's it. So what did you guys, you guys are in here today. You're wearing your Padre gear. And what were you here to tell us? Today's opening day. It is opening day today. And unfortunately, it is sold out, but that's okay because it's on TV. And we have a seven-game homestand coming out. So be sure to come. Seven games? Seven games. Oh, wow. That's cool. I didn't know this until right now. The Padres, for every Sunday home game, they're going to wear the camo uniform. Really? Yeah, I didn't know that. That's awesome. Those are my favorite. That's very cool. Awesome! That's very cool. Maybe somebody from the Padres will get me one. Every Sunday home game. I'm still waiting for ours. Well, what they want you to do is, you guys are also telling people that you want the faithful to wear their Padres stuff for Friday, or for Friar Fridays in San Diego. every friday during the off season so you want everybody to do that right that's right we want our fryer faithful to support our team so every friday you know if it's casual fridays at work why not why not support your padres gear we do yeah yeah yeah for sure and uh the ticket programs are pretty cool you guys have uh different things to kind of help people out if they want to get uh certain games on certain nights and that kind of thing right right it's uh
There's a program called the Flex 13 program. It's like a mini, mini season ticket package. You can go on to Padres.com and pick out which games you would like to make up a total of 13 games. And then also something that's new this year is called the Bases Loaded Ticket. That's about $45, and it's the same price as the tickets were last year. And if you go to Padres.com, once again, you can find out what sections that price applies to. But the bonus with this ticket this year is that $20... you get $20 worth of concessions. So you can use that in the Padre store. You can use it to get your Nigel, garlic fries, garlic fries. Yeah, Rob, that's like grocery shopping, though. For real, for real. That's my ticket. Yeah, Rob would love that. No, that's pretty cool, you know, because you could go get, and it works at any of the concession, right? That's right. Any of the concessions and merchandise. They got the best concessions there, man. I love those garlic fries at Gordon Biersch. I love getting the Rubio's fish taco while I'm there. Even Skye has had it and enjoys it. Well, Ralph Rubio himself had to come in and bring it, but she likes it. It's embarrassing. My wife always has to have a churro. She's always got to get a churro. The Randy Jones barbecue. That's good, too. That's good, too. That's right by the park in the park, right? Yes. That's where one of them is. There's also one on the main concourse, too. Nice. They got some good stuff out there. What up? What else? Tell me about the two-for-one days. How does that work?
Two for one days, there's seven games, seven weekday games. I think you even won this Thursday. Yes, yes. Thursday's a day game and 105 start. And you get two tickets for the price of one in particular seating areas. And there's also two for one hot dogs that day also. That's nice. I love it. Very, very nice. So tonight is opening night. Astros. It's Astros? Yeah. So Jeff Bagley, I guess, will be stepping in. Jeff Bagley will be batting first. Hall of Famer. Yeah, he bats first for the Astros, I believe. You are correct. I'm not going to correct you. And so it should be a wonderful, wonderful evening. Yes. Now, Eddie, Astros are real good, right? They're all right. Weren't they like in the World Series a couple of years ago? Well, that was like three years ago. Was it really? Yeah. Okay, well, they're not so good. Let's beat the snot out of them. Yeah, they should. You've got Jake Peavy on the mound. Yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, and what else, ladies? What am I forgetting? All right, well, tonight what's really cool is we're saluting the firefighters all through the pregame ceremony. We're having 300 firefighters from 63 different stations within San Diego County are going to hold a giant flag that covers the entire outfield during the pregame ceremony. Really cool. We're also having four helicopters do a flyover.
Two from the Navy and two from just San Diego County that were part of the first response team for the San Diego fires in October. And we're also having a fire chief from Escondido is going to be singing the national anthem. Very nice. Are dogs allowed to go? Are dogs allowed to go? Ashley would like to know, can you take your dog? I'd love to come. But she can't go anywhere without the dog. Here's the deal. Let me explain. I need to bring my dog. She needs to take her puggle. She has to take her puggle. In case she has gas. No, no, no. The deal is that Ashley is going through this phase with her dog where the dog is just starting to come out of the kennel. Yeah. And so it's a very delicate time. What's your name, young lady? My name's Kelly. Kelly, you can relate, right? I can because I have a pugwawa at home. Oh, yeah. Well, who doesn't? A pugwawa. Has pugwawa. It weighs four ounces. It's really cute. It's really cute. You carry it in your pocket. It can be deadly if you don't get treated. Well, they're poisonous. So that's what you need to know going in. But Ashley, I'm sure that you could find a sitter. You could find a sitter. This is what you could do. Be really nice. But you know what, guys? There's three ladies in here. How did you guys become
the uh pod squad how did you get to be on the pod squad well believe it or not it was actually an application process just like any other job yeah so they're hiring one day yeah no actually most of us probably either asked somebody that was already on the squad or knew somebody in the potter's organization yeah you know i happen to go up to somebody at the game and just say hey how'd you do that now do you guys get to meet players and stuff or because that would seem like a be a cool french benefit is getting to meet stars and stuff like that We sometimes do interact with players if we do community appearances, and they happen to be there as well. But for the most part, we don't really interact with them. And you have to be really shy and introverted to be a pod squad girl. Very shy. It's a definite prerequisite. Not outgoing. Yeah. How do they, like, test your enthusiasm? Because when you see somebody come in, you don't know if they're really an enthusiastic type unless they're, like, jumping all over the room and stuff. Well, you go through an interview process. You submit the resume and then an application, and then they bring you into the organization. And they sit you down for about an hour-long interview, get to know you, get to ask you certain questions. Really? See how you respond and put you in different situations and scenarios to see how you might react. What a trip. I had no idea that they would do that. Yeah, slingshotting is not a prerequisite. It's a skill you learn. Yeah, it's something that you pick up after time. Well, that's pretty cool. The pod squad, they come in here when we're doing opening day. And today is opening day and seven games.
that they're going to be doing right here at home. That's pretty cool. Ladies, thank you for coming in. Thank you for having us. Everybody, get out there and support your pods. Very nice to have you guys. Go Padres! Go Padres! Eddie, are the Padres going to do good this season, you think? I'll wait until Jen leaves. No, come on. They're going to do great. They are. They're going to do great. They are. They're going to do good. I'm sure they're going to win the World Series. Eddie, come on. I think they're going to do great. They're going to do good. They are. They're the best. I love the Padres, man. I want them to do good. Khalil Green, another year with Kevin Kuzma. This is a great team. No, they're going to be awesome. I bet you they're going to win the division, I bet. Why is Eddie so down on the pods? I'm not down on the pods. I love the Padres. I'm the biggest supporter of the Padres. I mean, first the crack about the beer and now this. Eddie's going to kill you. Eddie is going to kill you. I'm just saying. Because he feels bad. I love the Padres. And they're the greatest franchise ever. And I plan on buying a dozen roses for Jen and Regina. And I'm going to go to every game. That's right. Nice.
We love the pods and we love you guys. Thank you for coming in. Thank you, guys. Yes. All right. We got a whole bunch of stuff we got to get to. What? Oh, yeah. I'm sure. That's right. That's right. You're in for it, Eddie. That's a pod squad. There goes my... I was going to replace the Dancing Grounds crew guy. Yeah, that's right. And now I lost that job. His name is Eric. Way to go. It really is. Wow. It really is. Good for you. I'm a big fan. I love the pod race. You're in the know. Oh, that was so rough. They just left the studio. Oh, that was so... What happened? Well, Eddie feels bad. I can tell he said the thing about the beer, and then he goes, oh, no. And then Sky... Oh, I thought it was funny. I thought it was funny. I thought it was funny. It was a good one. The Padres didn't think that was funny. And to be honest with you, I love the Padres. I have questions... There's question marks about this team this year. Yeah, I want to know. I want you to tell me. I want to know. You know, it was hard to answer it with her right there. Well, I'm out of the loop. I'm out of the loop. But listen, their outfield is not good. It's a bunch of young guys. And I shouldn't say it's not good. They're unproven. Yeah. And so if they are good and they have big seasons, then the Padres are going to be great. Because their pitching staff is still great. I don't know who's out there. Last time I checked, it was Brian Giles was in right field. Brian Giles is coming off an injury. He'll be out there eventually. But they just got a bunch of kids that they're bringing up and hopefully are going to play well. And my camera's gone. So he's not in center field anymore. Who's playing center?
Harrison, I believe, is in center. Harrison Ford. Harrison Ford is in center field. And he's getting up there, but he's still... Jabberwocky in right. That's right. Jabberwocky. The Jabberwocky. I know, but Jabberwocky is in right. Are you being real? Yes, he is. Yes, I am. Yes, he is. Yes, I am. Now, how do you feel? Thank you. I feel really dumb. You should. You got me on that one. So they did those... I didn't know that this existed. What? Apparently, there's something called the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. I didn't know this existed. Come on, Mike. Happens every year. You watch it every year. This was the 21st annual. Well, Siley Myrus was a big winner at this sucker. She did really good. Whatever her name is. She got Best Female Singer is what she went up there and accepted. Cut 20. Congratulations. I really appreciate this. First of all, for Nickelodeon and of course Kids' Choice Awards for having me here tonight. I'm so excited. Thank you. I don't want to get signed, but I am excited to be here and

Thank you guys. I love you guys so much. God bless you guys. Have a great night. I saw this thing on Entertainment Tonight where her dad said that somebody was stalking them. Did you see that? It was real mad. Billy Ray? Yeah, yeah. Billy Ray Cyrus was on there. Whoa. It's really upset. Okay. The other big story that I want to tell you about is this thing, and this is breaking news. This happened over the weekend, and most people were texting about it. Jack Klugman is suing NBC. Okay. I know I got a text from Sean about it. Yeah, that's right. Well, that's the only person that would text about it. Jack Klugman. He was blowing me up. Sean, I don't know if you've heard this, but Jack Klugman. He got a Quincy blast. That's right. He's very upset, right, Sky? Oh, yes. Sean watches Quincy. He's got, like, the DVDs. It's not on DVD.
Are you kidding me? Nobody would buy that. Season one through one. Of course it is. Dude, I have it on my iPod. I transferred it to my iPod. He didn't do that. He didn't do that. Absolutely not. I don't believe you did that. I absolutely did. Steve, you shouldn't play in that game. Now, I know how important it is to you. What? There could be a risk. How much of a risk? A great deal, maybe none. Nobody could be sure. No, you're wrong. He just said so. You don't know if there's any risk. Steve, listen to me. We're not saying that at all. I don't want to hear it. My father cares about me. My father does. He loves me. I'm not going to do anything to let him down. You understand me? Now, he was a dog insurance investigator. He was the coroner for the county of Los Angeles. He was CSI for pets, I think. Whenever there was a pet crime, he would go. He's a medical examiner, Mike. What is he mad about? I think he likes the show a lot, and so when we don't get it right, it's... No, I mean, what is Jack Sullivan? Oh, yeah. Sky, what was he upset about? Well, he's currently 85 years old, and he claims that his contract with NBC entitles him to 25% of Quincy's net profits. That's $8.50. Just give him the $10. Run on! Uh, Mikey? Hello? Never called in before, but I love your show, and you guys rock. Oh, that's awesome. Yeah!

So does that mean that Chris Cornell will have, like, a hip-hop sound? Well, it's possible. Yeah. Put some beats behind that? Yeah, what up? I don't know. I mean, when Timberland mixed with OneRepublic, who's definitely not hip-hop, I mean, they came up with Apologize, which was a huge hit. Apologize. Apologize. Apologize. I like that one. That had a bit of a hip-hop vibe to it. Absolutely. Well... Do you guys know, would you guys like to take a guess at the average amount of debt? What did she say? He hates me today. Why? That's a lot. Is it credit cards? Credit cards, college, cars. The college thing's out of control. Out of control. Talk about it. The government should do something and say, you can't do this. You have to charge people a certain amount and not more. And the interest rates are out of control.
Robbie O'Shades, did you get financial loans? Yeah. You did? Yeah. When you went to Hawaii? Yeah, when I went to school in Boston. That's what I'm paying off right now. Boston College? Yeah, come on. Well, if it wasn't... Yes, no. You went to Hartwell. Yeah, yeah. It was BC. I'm just thinking of all the schools in Boston. You went to MIT. All three of them. I did go to them. I pay them roughly $200 a month. It's only for the interest. My bill stays the same because the interest is so high. I'm like, I'm just going to pay the interest for the rest of my life. You're never going to get your full amount. Don't laugh at that. Yeah, I'm going to have $1,000 to throw around and give you for a second though. Hey, that didn't even help me out. I lost a dumb chick today. Why don't you invent something? I'm trying to with you laughing at all my ideas. Actually, I came up with some stuff. Stop it. Stop it, Rob. Boston Rob's take on... What, Rob? What did you come up with? Well...
I don't know if I want to tell you guys. Nobody ever steals your ideas, dude. Nobody steals your ideas. No, me and my buddy are going to start up a website that we're going to hope we're going to turn into a magazine slash free paper. We're going to call it Google, and you go there. You search engines. You get it? You actually search for engines. Yeah, it's crazy. Yeah, like engine parts. Yeah, you know, like your carburetor. You type it in there. Yeah, type carburetor, Mike. Go ahead. It's a search engine. Sorry, Rob. I can't believe nobody thought of this. You don't deserve this. Yeah, you type in catalytic converter. Nope. Let's see. Let's search this engine. Let me type this in. I'm going to search this engine. Let's see. Fan belt. Oh. Enter. Well, okay, no results there, but let's go. Hang on. Oiler. Let me take the UH off. P-N. P-Y-A-N. Did you mean... You guys are jerks. What did you... Come on, Rob. Tell us. What is your latest... What do we got? Come on. Come on, Rob. Come on, Rob. Come on, Rob. It's a boxer dispenser.
It holds your boxes. That's ridiculous. That is out of control. You don't need the sock dispenser. You stick your boxers in your drawer. Why would you need a dispenser for that? Don't you do that with your socks? He came up with the sock dispenser idea. Socks in a box, dude. It's not a sock dispenser. No, this is a website and a magazine for the tanning adult maker. Well, he is so tan. He really is. He looks so good. It's called brown sugar. No, guys, it's a special device that cooks stew. It's really good. Stew in a box. I'll wait until it's launched. Yes, it's called stew in a box. Stew pot. Rob, come on. I want to know. No. You're not going to tell us your invention? When it's up and running, I'll give you guys a side. But it takes so long to get to that point. No, it doesn't. My buddy can do it real quick. Oh, my buddy. You always have a buddy. He's always got a buddy that's going to be doing something. You can do anything. Like, what do you do for yourself? I'm the idea, man. I'm the idea guy. That's what I do. I come up with the ideas. But you don't have good ideas. I just need investors. I please want to know what this one is. Please.
No one will steal it, I promise you. Yeah, trust me. He's got that look on his face like, no, dude, this one's really good. Rob, come in here and tell me. I'm going to turn the mic off and I want you to tell me in my ear. No, listen. I'm going to play, listen. It's a website. No, I'll tell you the basis. Okay, go ahead. It's a website, but it's like a... Because you guys are going to laugh at me and I'm... Shut up, Sean. I promise. No, I don't want him now. Oh, come on. What is it? Uh-uh, because... Uh-uh. Uh-uh. It's... Me and my fiance's cousin, we're going to do... There's fiance's cousin. That's his buddy. Like, you know how this happened, right? There was a barbecue. Oh, yeah, oh, yeah. There was a grilling out. Yeah, lots of beer. And a bunch of beers. Lots of beers. And they say, you know what, man? I had this idea for a sock drawer. And then that guy's like, dude, I have ideas, too. Yeah. No, he said that he's been reading. Let's have an idea relationship. He's...
We're an idea match. We're an idea match made in hell. My idea would like to date your idea. We'll call it the Wicked Idea Store. I'm going to catch you, Eddie. It's based on a search engine. It's called wickedidea.net. Dot org. Dot org. We're coming up with a whole new thing. It's like .Rob. Yeah. A box for everything. Yeah. Wicked cool .Rob. Check it out. I like that. Wicked boxes. Really catchy. I can't wait until it launches. I'm going to add. No. During commercial. No way. Yes. I want you to come in here. Come in here, Rob. I'm not. During break. No. Please. No, because all I'm going to do is get laughed at and stupid. And then I'm going to get discouraged. And none of my inventions are going to come to fruition like all of them should have. I am it to me. I am it to me. We'll be right back. Great show, everybody. Great show. How about the hand notepad where you actually put... No, I already thought about that. Dude, it was a glove. It was a glove. Disposable writing gloves. The glove looks like a little post-it note. Yeah. I like it. And you write on your glove. And then, at the end of the day... You take it off and you transfer it to your calendar. Oh. Well, how do you transfer it? You write it again. But the key, Mike, is they come in a box. That's right. Yeah. Everything has to come in a box. Simple man. For the simple man. Yeah. Nice. Like I wanted to do a box in a box. Let's say you got to ship something and you need a box. You go to the box. You go to the box in a box. You open up the box and there's a box in there.
Don't get discouraged, man. No. Dude, you think it's ridiculous. That's a good idea. Patent pending. Rob, what was another invention besides socks? No, come on. What was the cold stone thing? The cookie stone. Cookie stone. That is genius. I would have went there every night last week. He wanted to have a store. That you go in there and you have them bake you. You pick out the ingredients. You make your own cookies. They'll mix up the dough. Because in this day and age, everybody has 20 minutes to wait for cookies to bake. Cookies don't take 20 minutes. No, they don't. At the minimum, Ash, 11 minutes. What's the quickest? What's the quickest you could do some cookies? Seven minutes. Oh, really? Normally how I cook them because I like them soft. Seven minutes? But on average, it's nine to eleven minutes on average. Thank you. Not to lie. I think that burns them. Well, think about it. You know, you go through McDonald's, you get your food in approximately a minute and a half.
This is for people at the mall. This is just 11 times that. It's called Mrs. Fields. They actually already have it. It's already made. Who's going to say, I want chocolate chips? Nobody's going to say that. Well, Rob's idea is that you get them fresh right out of the oven. It's just that you have Mrs. Fields. Guys, I got another idea. Check this out. It's called breadstone. Okay. You go and you pick out the dough and they'll make your loaf. How about steak stone? Yes, it's steak. Patent pending. Patent pending. How about box stone? How about Thanksgiving turkey stone? Oh. As long as we're on the topic, me and my buddy are going to open up. My buddy. No, no, no. Come on. My fiance is cussing. We are opening a bar out here, a bar slash restaurant. We've been tossing around name ideas. Yeah. We're going to. Eventually. I mean, one day in like three to five years. Now, tell me why- After you pay off your pledge loan that you were talking about? Whatever. Whatever. What would be the idea? I'm not going to be getting the money. I need to find investors. That's the key here. How will it be different, though? How will it be different? You're a bar and grill. How will it be different? Tell me- It should be wicked awesome, dude. It's going to be-
It will have my name attached to it. No, no. My name, just for the record, you know, it's probably not going to be on the books or nothing like that because you can't do it. I like to be paid under the table. You know what they say. You know, you can't vomit where you're living at or whatever. No, no, no. You can't urinate where you think. Because there's no real good Boston buys out here. Yeah, because we live in California, buddy. That's a good point. I didn't think of that. I didn't think of that. That's a good point. I did not think of that. Did your research show you that? There's a huge Red Sox fan base out here. San Diego. Yes, but there's a huge Red Sox fan base. I went up to L.A. this weekend. You know what would do good? It's a Padres bar. I like what your ideas are. You're an ideal woman. Yeah. Yeah, maybe something with the Chargers. Fine. I won't tell you the names we threw on. Yeah, you know, because first we're going to open up, like, a Devil Rays bar. I like it so far. We're going to test the market. We're going to test the market. Like, we'll open a Detroit Lions bar first. See if that goes well. The Saskatchewan Rough Riders. Yes. We're seeing if that goes well. Hey, Howard, you guys. There's a big CFL fan base here. Hello. No, where is it? Let me pick the room. Yeah, dude, I went to two CFL. You did it.
No, you didn't. Orange County is not San Diego. There is a huge Boston fan base. We have a lot of connections. We just opened a Charlotte Hornets grilled cheese sandwich. Listen. You like the Hornets and you like grilled cheese. There's a huge fan base for that. Dude, we did a research project that said people like the Hornets and grilled cheese. What's crazy is that the Hornets aren't even in Charlotte anymore. That's crazy. All right, well, where are they? It's great. It's a movable place. Yeah, but they like the Hornets. That's all. They like the Hornets and they like the grilled cheese. It doesn't matter if they're from Edmonton. It's a win-win. Yeah, dude. No, and we were discussing it this weekend. We get the food and stuff shipped out from Boston because they make it different there. Don't. Don't. That's retarded. You're not eating there for free. We'll have our white potato chips shipped in. It'll be great. That's right. And smart food. I love it. Whatever, dude. I want to hear some of the names. I want to hear some of the names. No, I'm not giving the names. Absolutely not, dude. Absolutely not. No way. Come on.
Give us one. No. Just one. Just one. Just one. Something nation. Oh, now he's mad. He's got to look at anger. No, that's not it. Yes, it is. I'm not giving you any now. No. It's called the faithful barring grill. No. Big poppies. I like that. It's trademarked. I don't want many repoppies. All right, here's something delicious. The bloody sock. That would be one of the drinks. Well, we... A margarita? We tried to trademark Kurt Schillings, but we couldn't. That might actually work. It was bacon. That might work. I'm really pushing for it. Like, Kurt Schilling. No. You got... Come on. No.
No, you got an idea. What is it? What is my name that I'm really pushing for? The Appletini Monster. No, it's the Green Monster. I really want to push. That's not trademarked at all, I'm sure. You spell it with an H at the end. Yeah, yeah. There's little loopholes. There's little legal loopholes, Eddie. Look into it. You are so smart. It's called I Love New York. How about Yankee Town? No more names. How much? Own. It's called Own. Yeah. I want to say 75% of all of these names came up during tailgating at the last baseball game he went to this last weekend. So what? Believe in kids. Believe in God. Look at you Nostradamus over here. Wait until I open this place. It's going to be the rippinest place in town. I'll get a senior discount by that time. The notes on Boston Rob's hand have a name. It's the Irish Palm Pilot. Mikey, to B-Rob's defense, there's a big Boston fan base here, myself included. If he opens a Boston bar and grill, count me in. Boston food is the greatest. Thank you. Mikey, Boston Rob should name his bar 18 and... Signed, Big El Kahuna. Oh, yeah, no kidding. B-Rob should name his bar 18 and 1. That's signed... Oh! We own the Chargers. We own the Chargers. Whatever. Yeah. Next one says... Make sure I give a free round to all Chargers fans. There you go. There's a Boston-esque pub in Oceanside called... Rob, do you know? Hooligans. That's right. Oh, so there already is one here? Yes. Well, I think there's a few, actually, Eddie. There's probably one closer to San Diego. I know there's one in Oceanside. Those are players, aren't they? Players. Boston, the Boston bar, but hey...
You know what? There's always room for one more, I mean, in a big city, right? Are you sure about that? A good one. What do you call it, Rob? I, personally, I'm not a big fan. It's right next to that Falcons bar, so you just go see Atlanta Falcons. Because there's so many Falcons. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? Isn't it called The Curse? I'm sorry? What's that? A little fine word. That's cool. That's not good. I'll be the first one in life. This one says, Boston Rob's a clown. I'll make it a goal in my life to cause trouble at his bar in San Diego. That's cool. Hey, Rob, write this down. Write this next one down. Rob can call his website, Wickedpedia. Rob's actually writing that down right now. That's from P1 The Firm. 570-1053 is our phone number. The text number is 35253. I think that we should do a little of this. Do you know who's got to say? Who's most awful? Who's a German fool? Who's got nothing? If you think you're in the B1 trivia... I threw away mine. Why don't I throw stuff away? I threw it away. I threw it away. Yeah, I reprinted it, dude. Is it on those? No! No, that's gross. Sorry about that. I'm sorry. I mean, first Jack Klugman, now this. We can play that.
No, it's okay, Sean. You don't have to play the Quincy clip. Steve, you shouldn't play in that game. It's important to this team. But there could be a risk. There's so much of a risk. No, you're wrong. He just said so. You know if there's any risk. It's a scene from Quincy. The guy means a lot to him. I know I'm the boss, but... I know, but he means a lot to him. You can tell. He loves Quincy. Oh, yes! This is so boring. Yes! Well, Eddie, I mean, it's a show about a dog CSI. He's not a dog CSI, dude. He's a medical examiner. Yeah, he's a medical examiner for pets, parrots. He's not. He's for humans, dude. He solves crimes. So he's on Animal Cops. Yeah, he's on Animal Cops. I lost that this weekend with my dog. That story was so good. It's not Animal Cops. Hello? Dresses like a caveman. You guys have seen the commercials. No. It's really good. No. All right, so P1 Trivia works in the following way. We get somebody on the line like this person, P1 Apple Butter. Now, he's on the line right now. Apple Butter, are you there? Sky, have you ever heard of Apple Butter? Apple Butter, are you there? Tell everybody what Apple Butter was. Sky, don't you know the story? Yeah, Sky knows. Basically, it's Mr. Sky's favorite food and a very sore subject for Sky because she...
He brings it up a lot. He brings it up a lot. He wants to make sure she knows what apple butter is and how it's made. But sometimes he forgets that he's already had that conversation with her. I mean, yeah, we've been together for like 11 years. I think we've covered apple butter. So sometimes he'll be like, you know, he'll see it on TV. He'll say, hey, honey, you know, do you know what that is, that apple butter? And normally I can just laugh at him, but one day I was in a bit of a mood and didn't find it so funny. Now, you know, it was kind of an innocuous question. He said, hey, hon, you know, have you heard of, you know, we should make this meal and we could put apple butter. Do you know what apple butter is, honey? And she bit his head off. She just was not having that question. Skye, what did you say back? Did you go, I know what apple butter is? Well, it's just one of those things where, you know, the blood is just boiling inside. And then I just kind of spoke to him with the teeth clenched. And basically explained to him, yes, yes, you've explained it to me. Yes, you've made me try it. Yes, multiple times. We've talked about how it's made, where it comes from, what you can put it on, what it goes good with. It is not fun to have Skye mad at you. It is not. She hates you today. It's been a really rough morning from start to finish.
I'm just lucky to be alive over here, so, you know, don't piss me today. She's right. Oh, okay. Now, when you say that to him, does he go, oh, that's right, I did tell you about that. He just goes, okay, you know what apple butter is. Until the next time. That's right. P1 Dank is on the line. Hi, Dank. How you doing? Good, man. All right, let's get some info from you two fellas, all right? I want to find out what kind of fans you are. Apple butter, how long you been listening? A little more than two years. How about you, P1 Dank? Closer to three. Two years in a day. Apple Butter, how old are you? 22. How old are you, Dank? 25. Looks like Dank's got the edge in age and listenership, but we'll see. We'll see how much they know. They've got to get to five points. First person to five points wins. You've got one, two, and three-point questions. Ones are easy, threes are hard, and the winner...
Comes into the studio on Friday, hangs out with the show in the studio, gets a backstage pass, and gets to see all the happenings behind the scenes. Yeah, Friday fun day. It is. It's a pretty popular thing, and people really want to do it. That's what we call it, Eddie. No, we do not call it. Yeah, we do. Let's start with P1 Dank. Dank? Yep. Would you like a one, two, or three-point question? I'll start this off with a two. All right. What is Eddie's favorite movie? Wow. Dank. Close to three years, he says. Yeah. Dank. I know your dad was in Godfather. Godfather 2. Godfather 2, excuse me. Nurse. Nurse. Don't make it so hard, Dank. Yeah, you're making it way too hard. She's right. You're overthinking it. God. Five seconds. I can't do it. Sorry, Dank. Sorry. No, thank you. Dude. No, thank you. Star Wars, bro. Come on. He has cereal boxes that he hasn't even opened because it's a collector item.
I would say, on average, Eddie probably mentions that that's his favorite movie two times a week. All the time. I mean, it's so obvious. P1 Apple Butter. Let's start it easy. Let's go with a one. Oh, Apple Butter. This is already deflating. Your question is, who is Ashley's roommate? Oh, good gosh. You mean besides her dog or just her dog? The question is, who is Ashley's roommate? That's weird. I'm going to have to say, I don't know. I don't get it. It's a trick question. She lives alone. She doesn't have a roommate. That's worded really weird then. Well, it's a trick question. He's supposed to say, well, Ashley lives alone. It's a well-known fact. I don't know. That threw me off because of the dog and stuff. I'm going to be honest with you. Listen, I'll tell you the truth. If dude had said her dog, I'd have accepted it. I would have too, which would have made the real answer inaccurate, which thus...
Completely throws out the whole question. I gave it to him. All right, well, I guess you don't get it then, bro. What happened? P1 Dank. What do you want? You want a two-pointer. Your question is, name at least three P1 Hall of Famers. Name at least three P1 Hall of Famers. P1 Paparazzi? That's one. That's one. He's not. He's been evicted. P1 Turtle is one. That's right, too. That's right. And... Just one more. P1... Whoever you say next is going to have bragging rights in those forums all day long. And P1... God, what's his name? So far, you got Paparazzi and Turtle. And the people in the P1 forums are livid that those are the two P1s you came up with.
Because they know that they're more famous. They're saying, I'm more famous than that person. Five seconds. P1, uh, not P1 Brad. I know that, but... Sorry, bro. Oh, there's a million of them, man. Spaceboy. Spaceboy. Quimby. Danny. Nerd. Nerd. T-Rex. T-Rex, yeah. I mean, there's a lot of them. There's a lot of them. Sorry about that. Joe Eatata. Joe Eat... P1 Joe Eatata. Oh. Apple Butter. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. If you want apple butter. Matt Damon. You want a one, two, or three point question. Matt. Let's go with a two, Mikey. You want a two pointer. Matt. Your two point question is Matt. Okay. Boston Rob. Oh yeah. Currently takes clippers to his head. What hairstyle did he rock before that? The mullet.
I mean the mohawk. Hey, steal it. I'll steal that. That is incorrect. You're an idiot. Whoa, Rob. That's it. Whoa, Rob. With all due respect, come on. Whoa, Rob. You screen these guys. Can I steal that? Oh, wow. There is no stealing. But you can answer it. Dreadlocks. That is correct. He had dreadlocks, for goodness sake. They were not good. They did not look like dreadlocks. They looked awesome. They didn't. They didn't. Terrible. In four years, they grew two inches. That's true. That's all they grew in that amount of time. It looked like a medical condition. It's true. It looked like he had ticks. No. Okay. Who just went? Apple butter? So it's over to Dank. Apple bottom jeans. That's right. Apple bottom jeans. P1 Dank. Apple butter. Dank, are you ready? Yep. You want a two-pointer? Yeah. Your question is... Who are the three participants on the Dumb Chick Challenge? Ashley and Rob. That is correct. Somebody's finally on the board. Thank you. Finally. Finally. Finally they are. Finally. They're on the board. They can finally put it there. I'm not living up to the potential. Apple butter? You got it. What do the boys call their team in the battle of the sexes? Think about it. Think about it.
Say what? Team Awesome. You are correct. We got a tie game. You mean the undefeated Team Awesome? That is true. Awesome. Awesome. The girls have not won yet. It's tied. It's tied two to two. Eddie just looked over at Ashley and Ashley had a look on her face like, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know. I don't care. P1. I don't care. P1 apple butter. Apple bum jeans. Apple butter. You just went, so I need to go to Dank, okay? Good one, Mike. Dank, you ready? Yep. What do you want? Do you want a one, two, or three-point question? You want me to go for the win? Yeah, dude, do it up with a three. I'll try it. All right. Man. Your question is... Some of these are really hard. I'm looking... Okay, I got it. What kind of dog did Ashley just get? Small one.
I need the breed. That's kind of true. She's really fat. I need the breed. What kind of dog did Ashley just get? I got it. Hey, careful, guys. Careful. What? Don't say any bad words. Don't say any bad words. What kind of dog did Ashley get? I need the breed, Dink. The Boston Terrier. That is incorrect. His name is Boston Rob. That's right. Oh, that's right. Ashley, what's the answer? It's a puggle, half puggle. Pug half beagle, and I call her a piggle because she's fat. That's right. Thank you. She's a puggle. Puggle. Okay. Stop talking. I love her. P1 apple butter. I miss her. Go with another two, Mikey. You want another three? Another two. Oh, another two. What major purchase did Eddie just make? Computer. That is correct. Wow. I didn't even know that. Wow. Eddie got a look on his face like, what did I get? What did I get? What did I buy? A new car? Eh.
So the score is four to two apple butter. It's over to you, Dank. You need three points to pull out a win. I'm going to go for three again. Go for three. What movie does Mikey always try to reference when we take guesses at lists? Mike. Easy. Godfather 2? Dude. That is very incorrect. That is very incorrect. Listen more to the show. That is very incorrect. I always make reference to the movie. Kramer vs. Kramer, which is a great movie. It's a really... Dustin Hoffman, Nell Streep. It's a fantastic one. Best picture in 1981. My favorite scene was at the very end when Dustin Hoffman is on that stand and he's looking at her across that courtroom and he's... Shut up! P1 apple butter. You just need one point and you win this game. What member of the Mikey show was featured on a national? television show. Hey, that's a trick question, Mike. Eddie, calm down. Eddie, calm the hell down right now. That's a trick question. Eddie, first of all, when I ask the question, Eddie immediately looks over and he points at himself and he's like, it better be me. It better be me. Me and Lo, we shared a dressing room and we took craft services together with guest star Angie Hardman looking up.
There's nowhere to look it up. Yeah, where are we going to look that? AngieHarman.com. She'll remember me. That's a lot to her. That was a trick question. You're lucky you got that right. Apple butter. And no respect. Congratulations. You're a winner, dude. And Rob was a cop. That's right. Four times. Dank, I'm sorry about that. Well, you could try again some other time, man. Apple Butter, you're coming in the studio. Hang on the line. Very well done. That was so funny. You had to see Eddie's face. I'm serious. Who wrote that question? I have no idea. No respect. Eddie is shaking his head right now. I can't believe it. You guys hear about Jack Klugman? Did I tell you that somewhere?

To get the word out on your business, you might consider hitting the streets in a chicken costume. Man handing out flyers? Avoided. Chicken handing out flyers? Embraced. What is it about the feathers and floppy orange feet that makes people more open to taking those flyers off your hands? That's not a rhetorical question. The answer is pity and not an interest in what the flyer you're handing out is actually selling. Not so with what your ad in the AT&T Real Yellow Pages is selling. Because nothing could beat its power to reach potential customers at the exact moment they're trying to reach you. So, when they need you...

But he did it out of sequence. He hit it. This ought to be good. Mick Jagger and Keith Richards talking about their current relationship on the Today Show cut 41. This relationship is so talked about and has been for so long. Where does it stand right now? How would you describe it after all these years? That's an enduring friendship, really, I suppose. You know, you have ups and down moments, and I think you have a kind of special feeling for each other when you spent childhoods together. There's another thing about the movie that comes out is that, hey, this bunch of guys have been together since they were like 19 or 20 years old. It's a hell of a band. They're in their 70s, right? What? They have to be in their 70s, right? That was bad. 70 million.
Do we know? Let's see. Let's hear this. Cut 40. Same thing. I'm sitting there listening to it, and I'm watching the movie the other day, and I'm thinking, in the audience, in the front row of the balcony is President Clinton, Senator Clinton, and her mom. And there you are singing, give me reefer when I want to get high. Any thought going to that? That was funny. Did you look up at them at any point? No, I just had a look. I could see them, as you say. They were all lit. I don't know if they got the irony of the moment. But it was there. It was there. Okay. The girl that slept with the New York governor, her name is Ashley Dupree. And apparently she had been on Girls Gone Wild. Well, she'd signed a release to be on Girls Gone Wild. So now the guy that is like the Girls Gone Wild guy, Joe Francis, he's using it. And he's like, you know, I don't have to pay anything. You already signed away your rights. And so anyway, this is Joe Francis talking about it. Cut 31.
Luck Gone Wild on the very day he was released from an 11-month jail stint, the man behind Video Empire tried to sign the ultimate girl gone wild, Jersey call girl Ashley Dupre. We made a million dollar offer for attorneys and they were demanding more money. Ashley's reluctance was Joe's stroke of good fortune. I basically said, has anybody checked to see if we shot her? That's Joe. We typed her name in the database and there she was. There she was indeed, and not just a fleeting glimpse either. Seven hours of video like this. Joe told her Mario Lopez. Seven hours? She left a lasting impression. She told me Girls Gone Wild was her dream in life to do. And I said, well, you're in the right place. So did this dream relationship go beyond the professional and get even more intimate? Not at all. Not one bit. No, thank God. Ashley gave the cameras a wild time, but she also gave them a phony story. She gave a fake name and a fake ID. There you go. Then how did they type her name in the database? Yeah. Well, I know that when the story first broke about her and the governor of New York, there was lots of different names. Kristen, Ashley, lots of aliases. So maybe they tried the different aliases. What a strange story. Let's see. So Al Gore was on 60 Minutes. They were talking about all kinds of stuff. But one of the things they were talking about,
is the global warming thing and how there are people that are still skeptical about global warming cut 15 and there's still a lot of skepticism about whether global warming is man-made i don't think there's a lot i think well there's pretty impressive people like the vice president he said there we don't know what causes it you're talking about dick cheney yeah yeah But others. No, the vice president of Sears. And they say we don't know what causes it. And why spend all this money until we really, really know? I think that those people are in such a tiny, tiny minority now with their point of view. They're almost like the ones who still believe that the moon landing was staged in a movie lot in Arizona. And those who believe the earth is flat. That demeans them a little bit, but it's not that far off. Al Gore used to have a $12,000 electric bill. Oh, darn. Per month. That's true. But he's really into the global warming thing. Yeah. Yep, he's fixed it all up, Mike. He's all solared out now. Yeah. Because he got caught. He did, Eddie. He did. He got caught. No, he was just in the middle of some renovations. You don't know. I do know. You weren't there. I was. I was up on that roof installing those panels. You don't know. Let's see.
Sky, what were the big movies over the weekend? Well, the number one movie was 21, making $23.7 million. Cut 50. Face cards are worth 10 points. The closest to 21 wins. If you go over, you lose. If the dealer goes over, they lose. It's a game of memory. Cards drawn are the past, ones to come are future. Is that a high school person? It's beatable. Are you talking about counting cards? No, I'm talking about getting very... Very. Kevin Spacey has a certain... To lunch. He has that very, like, kind of arrogant... Pompous. Yes, that's it. Pompous. He's got that pompous sound. Cut 50. This is him talking about... This is him talking about being in the movie with this kid, Jim Sturgis. Cut 53.
For lack of a better word, there's a bunch of geeks at MIT with, like, pencils in their pockets, and they're going to school every day, and they're taking these courses, and they're incredible minds. And their lives are, you know, in many ways, set and routine. And then on a Friday night, they get on a plane, and they go to Vegas, and they can become anybody they want to become, and they live these entirely different lives. The face card. I take my craft seriously. Yes. Mickey yells at Ben for losing 200K at 51. I am not your father. You are not my friend. You are not scary. This is a business. You were only as good to me as the money you make, and right now it's not worth a hell of a lot. You're going to give me back everything you want. That sounds like Broadway. I can't do that. That money was for Harvard. I have made you so much more than what I just lost. It doesn't matter, Ben. You had very clear instructions, and you didn't follow them. You didn't do your job. You weren't counting. You were gambling. Now play the clip.
I am not your father. You are not my friend. This is a business. You were only as good to me as the money you make, and right now it's not worth a hell of a lot. You're going to give me back everything you lost. No, no, no, I can't do that. That money was for Harvard. I made you so much more than what I just lost. It doesn't matter, Ben. You had very clear instructions, and you didn't follow them. You didn't do your job. You weren't counting. You were gambling. Days of our lives. So much better. That sounds like I was so bad. Sounds like an audition for it. Yes, yes. They didn't get the parts. More accurate. They didn't get the parts. They did not. Passions. That guy is a... Isn't Spacey... He's Academy Award nominated. Is he a winner? Holy Toledo. So good. Number one movie. What else was out? Let's see. Number two was Dr. Seuss's Horton Hears a Who.
Number three was Superhero Movie. That was a new one. What is that? Who's in that? It's like a spoof on all the superhero movies. That's funny. Sean, you did not see that. No, I didn't go see it. But it looks real good. No, it doesn't. It does, actually. I'll see it this weekend. Number four was Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns. Number five, Drillbit Taylor. I've never heard any of this. Was that the opening weekend? Drillbit Taylor? No, I think... No, I think this was the second one. Who's in that? That's that Owen Wilson movie where he's a bodyguard. Oh, yeah. For kids. Horrible reviews. Number six was Shudder. The one with the... Oh, the scary movie. I see dead people. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Seven, 10,000 BC. Eight, Stop Loss. Anyone stop loss? Never heard of it. Yeah, Ryan Filippi, Channing Tatum. Never heard of it.
Number nine, college road trip. And number ten, the bank job. Did you guys hear what happened to President Bush when he threw out the first pitch at the Nationals game? I heard he wasn't good. Check this out. Cut eight. And here to throw out the inaugural pitch at Nationals Park to mark a new era of Washington baseball. That's Boy Blender. Yeah, they're not booing. They're saying Bush. They were. I heard it say boo-wash. I thought they were cheering for Ruben Studdard. Oh, they're saying George. Oh. Boo-orge. That's news to me. How deflating that must be. I have a duty. Let's see. Possibly sound. What? Ryan Seacrest accepting the favorite reality show person on the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. Cut. 22.
Thank you guys very much. Thank you so much. Just stay there. Just hang. I want to thank everyone who watches American Idol each week, year after year. We're very proud to do a show that appeals to all ages. And I can't wait to share this blimp with two out of three judges. Thanks for watching, guys. He won for Best Reality Show for being the host of American Idol? He accepted the award for American Idol winning Best Reality Show. I gotcha. That is the Best Reality Show. P1 Little One is on the line. Yeah, I saw Stop Lost yesterday, and it was an intense movie. It was more like a documentary than anything, but it's really depressing to think that those soldiers have to go through what they go through, and it made me cry the whole movie. That's just what the doctor ordered. Just what America needs right now. Just what we need, yeah. Oh, that sounds depressing. And it only finished 8th? Yeah. I need a good, funny movie. Yeah. I want to see The Love Guru with Mike Myers when it comes out. You do? Well, he plays, he's pretty, I think he's funny. And he's in this movie. I don't know about this one. Yeah, this one looks stupid. Does it look dumb? Yeah. Well, I'm wondering if there's going to be like any backlash. For what? Well, I guess there's some people that are like checking it out, right, Sky?
Yeah, well, I guess some Hindu groups are already demanding an advanced screening just to make sure that Hinduism or Hindus in general aren't being made fun of in this movie. Well, that's the point, though, right? Yeah. I mean, the point of it is that they're making fun, and that's what makes it kind of humorous, just like Tyler Perry makes fun of black people. The only problem is that Mike Myers isn't Hindu. If he were Hindu, it could be... Does Tyler Perry see it? I don't know if that's a good analogy. Well, here's the deal. Tyler Perry's movies have fun with the black culture. And I think that this movie is probably going to have fun with the Hindu culture, but you've got to be the culture in order for it to be PC. I see what you're saying. I've got to be Mexican to make a movie that makes fun of Mexicans or I'm racist. Right. You know? And so that's what it's probably going to turn into is they call him racist. Well, Paramount Pictures says that the love guru doesn't aim to offend anyone. And they describe it as a satire created in the same spirit as Austin Powers. That's the deal. I mean, come on. It's the spirit of it, right? The spirit of it is that it's for fun. It's not meant to be like hateful or hurtful. It's just supposed to be fun. I'll be offended if it's not funny. Yeah. Got that right.
Hey, I think Gwen Stefani's going to be with No Doubt again. It's a word on the street. That's his idol. Awesome. True, Eddie. That is true. Yeah. Gwen was blogging the other day talking about how she is back working with the guys from No Doubt again and how neat it is to kind of close this chapter in her life of the dance albums and all the solo tours. And she's, you know, very inspired right now being pregnant with her second baby and being in the studio with the guys from No Doubt. Yes. reinventing yourself yet again. She's awesome. She's Ashley's idol. I wonder if Giada De Laurentiis' daughter will be pretty. Yeah. Most likely. I don't doubt it. She's a very attractive lady. Yes. Jade Marie is the baby girl's name. She was born on Saturday in L.A. Why not? You guys ever heard of Vitorin? Yeah. Vitorin. They got commercials on television. It doesn't work. What? Gotcha. Yeah, they were just messing around. Why not? Well, they just did this big test on the drug. They say, yeah, it doesn't really do anything to improve heart condition. Oh, great. What? Yeah, they say after years, they just came to the realization after a failed trial over the weekend that Vitorin, it does reduce key risk factors, but it doesn't improve heart disease. And that's what it's supposed to do. That's crazy!
They say you've kind of been wasting your time with that one. And they can sell that and say that it does? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, I mean, so technically I can sell Tic Tacs and say that they cure whatever, right? Well, I mean, if they were in the testing phase, if your Tic Tacs were still in the testing phase. Oh, then they're in the testing phase, and you can get them out of the trunk of my car this morning. Okay. I wonder where he's going to get those. Uh-huh. A new study says cell phones are more dangerous than smoking in terms of cancer. I knew it. Well, come on. Stop smoking your cell phones. No, I don't think that's... But I can't. I don't think that's what they mean. Yeah, a new study out shows that cell phones held up to your head can be more dangerous, more cancer-causing than smoking. Might as well smoke, too. They say that the reason that... up until now this hasn't been proven is because it takes about 10 years they say for you to get the cancer from when you start using the phone to uh when you start showing symptoms of the cancer so they're now saying that they've had significant amount of time to actually do these tests and these new tests are showing that yes cancer brain cancer what are we supposed to do you gotta call your wife uh they say try to avoid using handsets whenever possible how am i supposed to communicate with rob then
Text me. That's what I do. That's what I'm saying. It's the only way I can... I am fighting cancer by texting. It's the only way I can talk to the guy. Yeah, well, they say even in France and Germany, they already have warnings out, and they, especially in France and Germany, you know, discourage children from using cell phones because... Kids shouldn't have them anyways. Because they're on it, so I don't know. When they're asking people to avoid the handheld ones, I'm assuming, like, kind of maybe what you have in your car, Mike, like the Bluetooth through the speakers. The Bluetooth. Cheese whiz! I don't know. Hey, it's good for kids to have cell phones for safety, though, Rob. Yeah, yeah, but just those walkie-talkie cell phones, whatever those are. Oh, the Nextel? Yeah, just the Nextel. Only Nextel's for kids. Our neighbor goes... Did you guys hear about this whole thing going on with like middle schools and junior highs about oral sex and it's like a big thing right now and that they're saying that like it's okay because they're not having intercourse and they're still staying a virgin. What? Have you heard that story? No, I don't know. No, no, it's not like one of the things, but it just came in my mind because me and Rebecca were like, no, where did you hear that? She's like, we're talking about it on the news, but we didn't watch anything last week. Yeah, I didn't either. I don't know if anybody's heard about that, but it was like a thing that I was like, is that like a deal?
And really, how would it be different than any other time? I think that kids have always kind of been dumb that way. They say that. You know what I mean? In middle school? Well, what is middle school? How old are you in middle school? Are you a teenager yet? You're like 11 to 13. I mean, I don't know, man. tough times. Not Skye. I mean, Skye said that when she lost it. She invented it. Yes, I invented it. That's right. I invented girl sex. That was me. This is very personal for me. I like your work. It's easy. It's easy. You're so dumb. I'm a big fan, too. I can't lie. All right. Yes, Eddie, you are right. Thank you. You know, it hurts, but it feels so good. Okay. This guy's very graphic. You're a dirty girl, Scott. You're a dirty girl, Scott. Oh, no. Covered everything. I know you'll like him. I love him. All right. Covered it all, Mike. Speaking of middle schools. My name's Scott. What's happening?
Black Mountain Middle School Rancho Penasquitos, they're on high alert after a threat was made. Where was the threat? It was found Friday in a bathroom there on the campus, and it said, quote, going to kill you all 3-31. Today is 3.31, so they stepped it up, brought in extra police protection, and Friday sent out a message to all parents via phone and email just to notify them that the message was found, but they're taking all the steps. I don't care if it's a prank. My kid ain't going to school that day. No way. No way, man. Let it be a prank. I don't care if it's not for real. No way. Plus, it's Cesar Chavez Day. Plus, it's Cesar Chavez Day. They should have the day off anyway. Well, Sky, what if it was for real? Then you'd feel terrible. Well, of course I'd feel terrible if my child was murdered. But, yeah, I don't know. You can't take the chance. You can't take the chance, but at the same time, we can't live in fear. No, I say we can. You say we should? I don't say we should, but we can live it that way if we so choose. Better safe than sorry. I say better safe than sorry. I heard that. Why does Ashley hate me today? I thought you were yelling me. But I thought that you hated me. I'm not fighting!
Now, Seth, on the other hand. That's a totally different story. That's what I was going to say. All right, we got to get out of here, you guys. Come on. It's time to wrap it up. Wrap it up. I'll take it. 5701053 is our number. And you can call us at the beginning and end of every show. And you can talk about whatever you want. It's totally up to you. It's an open forum. That's why we call it that, for crying out loud. These are the things that we learned today. We learned that Boston Rob integrates well with the African-American community. Oh, he's wicked awesome. Good time. Mike, you should come with me next time. I'm good. I'm good. I don't want to be in the bad part of Compton as where you are. Better safe than sorry, Mike. Better safe than sorry. I'd rather... And all my Red Sox gear, too. That's right. I didn't stick out at all. He had a bunch of guys yelling at him. Weird. Telling him that they were going to beat him up and stuff. Kill him. That's funny. Wait until I bring the video. The videos are awesome. Hey man, my birthday is a week from tomorrow. I'm trying to see if I can come in on Friday for my birthday present. Yeah, birthday. Uh-huh. Write us an email, bro. Write you an email? Write us an email. That way I don't feel the pressure to say yes or no on the air. I can say no.
in the email and I won't feel bad, you know? Or you could say yes in the email. I could say yes in the email and I'll feel really good. Be like, hey, pat on the back. Hey, look at me. Look at me. I'm a nice guy. Nice guy. You are a nice guy. So, yeah. That's my birthday. Write us an email. It's my birthday. Eddie's birthday is April 8th. That's a week for tomorrow. Yeah, that's right. It's a week for tomorrow. Dude, you're going to be 30. Shut up. Dude, you don't need to do that. 30 what? 30 what? 29. 30. Zero. Zero. What a joke. I am, though. Eddie could have a kid as old as he was when I met him. I met him when he was 12. Stop it. That's crazy. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. Eddie, you're officially in your mid-30s. I got a week. It's a week. You look good, though. Sean's birthday tomorrow. Let's talk about that. Yeah, Sean's birthday's tomorrow. He's turning 38. Yeah, what does that make him?
I'll make some an April Fool, dude, okay? Yeah, dude. It's a clown's day. Yeah, look at that. Happy clown day. Oh, what do you know? Time to go. Hey, happy clown, all right? What are you going to go do? Put on your big floppy shoes? Yeah, bro. Get out of your car with you and all your friends. Yeah, 50 of you guys piling out with big floppy shoes. Dude. Hey, look at this. Look at this flower I got on my lapel. Oh, yeah. Squirt. Wow. Right in my eye. Got you right in the eye, dude. I'm a clown. Fool me every time. Mikey Show, hello. Hello, Rob, Rob. This is Mikey. Mikey, holy crap. Oh. Oh, goodness gracious. From Park Place Liquor. Hey, it's the guy from Park Place Liquor. Yeah, what's going on, you guys? Hey, I just wanted to let you guys know about a movie that came out. You guys didn't mention, but it's a really, really good movie. Was it in the top ten? Uh, no, but it should be. Come on. It's under the same moon. Under the same moon. What is that? Come on, it's an independent flick. It's really, really good. What's it about? It's about two hours. Two hours. I love that joke. So good. What's it about? It's about this single parent that basically illegally crosses the border from Mexico and lives in L.A. and is trying to get money to bring her kid.
in from Mexico to help him go to school, but she wants to do it the right way, like with a passport. That sounds good. I would watch that. It's so good, man. I cried the whole time. Oh, that's really feminine. Hey, stop it, dude. I carry screwdrivers, remember? No, that's right. I forgot about that. That's very masculine, man. Thank you for the call, bro. It sounds good. I'll watch that. I forgot the name already, but I'll... Under the moon, too. Under the Tuscan moon. Yes, that is it. Mikey Show. Moon's over Miami. Oh, I love that movie. Go ahead. You're on the air, please. Hey, what's up? It's Pugh and Palomino. Hey, what's up? Hey, not much, man. Just wanted to tell you guys about a couple of restaurants that I went to last week when my little brother was in town. All right, let it. Really great places, one of which I'm sure you guys probably have never heard of, called Chateau Orleans. It's a Cajun restaurant in Pacific Beach. That sounds good. Yeah. Not sure of the website or the address. You get that mufaletta? Yeah, you get the mufaletta over there? No, I got the Cajun Chicken Cordon Bleu. It's the chicken breast stuffed with jack cheese and crawfish. All right, what else? What's the other restaurant? Mr. Tiki downtown. Some of the best sushi I've ever had. Nice. I think it's on Fifth and Broadway. And it's just called Mr. Tiki. It's an awesome sushi place. Well said. Thank you. I appreciate the call. Thank you.
We have to go. But the lovely and talented Missy will be entertaining you next. Today she got double shots. It's on the nooner today. Enjoy. We'll see you back here tomorrow morning at 5.30. The Mikey Show's out late. Love you, Matt.
