It was announced yesterday that Madonna will be performing in San Diego for the first time since 1985. Well, the Padres actually jumped out to a nice lead yesterday. It looked like they were going to get off this night finally. Until the Braves came back to win 5-4. I wonder if the Padres will win again. Ever? Yes. I predict they will. I hope that they win again. Yeah. There is nothing right now that is showing us that that may happen, that they may win again, but I'm going to hold out hope that they win a game again. There is hope. There is hope. And the hope comes in the form of two words. Jake Peavy. It's on the hill tonight. All right. Back home, taking on Colorado. So they always have a chance when they have Jake Peavy on the mound. In Star Wars Episode IV, it was Luke Skywalker that was the new hope.
No hope. But I digress. Do you think she ever really, you know, showed her stuff? No. I don't either. She was bored with the whole thing. Yeah, Eddie, of course, talking about Princess Leia. His sister, Luke's twin sister. Sister. She never really did anything, though. Like you thought, oh, when Empire Strikes Back comes out, she's going to like, wow. Well, you didn't really know that he had a sister until the end of Empire. Oh, yeah, so maybe you were thinking Jedi. Jedi, for sure, Jedi. She jumped into the sandals. Doing the whole mind trick. Using the force. Yeah, nothing. Like, oh, I kind of think I hear Luke. Oh, let me go get him. Yeah, right? He's hanging off of Cloud City. Like, that was how cool she was? That was it. That was all she did. I mean, she could wield a saber if she wanted to. All right.
She's got Jedi in her. Nah. They're like, nah, I'm good. I'll hang out with Han. I thought Natalie Portman did more stuff as her. Now, Natalie Portman played who? Her mom? Her mom? Yes. Yeah, I think she may have had a little bit more spirit. Well, you know, she was more into, you know, the weapons, definitely. Shooting guns and stuff. Yeah. Wow. Maybe she just never took Leia. you know, shooting enough and Leia never developed the same. They never met because she died in childbirth. Oh, boy. Color me embarrassed. I knew that. I was testing you. Oh, really? Is that the deal? 570-1053 is our number. You can give us a call at the beginning and end of every show and talk about whatever. Now, I'm going to go around the room real quick, introduce everybody, and we'll get into it because there's a ton of news, a ton of audio, plus it's Friday.
So we got Chantel coming into the studio later. And my friend Chris is hanging out in here again this week. And Shawnee, oh boy, is flying in later today. Yeah, dude. Wow, the lighting. Wow. He's at home. He's at home. Yeah. Are you at home, Shawnee, because you're catching the flight later? Yes. Do I sound different? Oh, God. He does sound different. Well, you kind of have a country twang going on. That's weird. That's right. That's what happens with that microphone. Oh, it does? That's right. He does have a country. It's kind of weird. It's the processing. So, yeah, 570-1053. Tomorrow is a huge day. See, there are days in, like, let's say, I don't know how long the Mikey Show will be on the air. I hope the Mikey Show's on the air another 20 years. So let's say that in the year 2028. There's going to be historical days in the history of the show. Tomorrow's one of them. May the 10th, 2008. Qualcomm Stadium. The sticker strike. This is going to be ginormous. It's going to be... You know, I was thinking about it this morning. And I was thinking to myself, I know that the San Diego Police Department said that they're going to help. I hope they're ready. And I'm just talking about traffic. That's all I'm talking about. Because last year, we shut...
down Interstate 15. There was a sick alert because of what was going on there. Here's what I'm freaked out about. At 10 o'clock, they say they're not opening the doors until 10. Because they don't want people to get unfair advantages and things like this. If they do that, Friars Road and 15 and every way into Qualcomm is going to be crazy. So they're going to have to figure that out. I was thinking, how early do I need to arrive to get around all the traffic so I can get in? Jay hasn't talked to us about special entrances. We've got to go in the side door. The side door of Qualcomm. There's the side door? I don't know where it is. You go to the Sets Wood. It's by the wood gate. It's by the trash cans. We're going to walk over? Yeah, Eddie, you're walking, right? Thought about it. Are you going to cook us breakfast first? What the hell? Well, if I'm going to your place, I mean, I'm going to your place in the morning. What are you guys talking about? A little bacon, a little hash? Yeah, we'll have a sleepover tonight. And then go for breakfast. No, I don't know any of this. That's a great idea. Hold on, hold on. I'll bring cookies. Ashley will cook dinner. Definitely not this. I'll bring cookies. Eddie, you want to hear what Ashley cooked last night? No, I do not. No, I do not. From the email that she sent me about last night, ladies and gentlemen, Ashley's dinner.
She made herself a delicious dinner of feta cheese and avocado salad. A quesadilla with black beans, I'm sure, out of a can. Organic black beans from a can. Avocado and tomatoes. Like, I would imagine a rabbit smelling this and going, I'm good. Homemade tortilla chips with homemade salsa. What's up? Homemade tortilla chips? You made them? So she must have got, you know, corn tortillas, right? You got corn tortillas. And then you cut them into triangles. Well, not triangles. I did like the longer type. Oh, like tortilla soup, like strips? Well, the way that it really happened was the entire bag of corn tortillas, just the very edge broke off. So there was like 10 chips that were like a strip, right? So I'm like, what am I going to do with these? Waste them? Cook them into some tortilla chips. Yeah, dog. Put a little EVOO on each side. What's up? Put that on everything I'm finding out. Wait, wait, wait, wait. No. Wait, wait, wait, wait. No, no, no. Put that on everything. Wait, wait, wait. Take that brush and paint it on anything. No, no, no. Help the cooking. What did you do, Ash? I took the corn tortilla strips. Yes. I took some EVOO and I painted it on each side. With a brush? Yeah. And then what did you do? And then I put them on a baking sheet.
I put a little Pam on, and then I put them on a baking sheet, and I baked them at 450 for about 10 minutes. Hang on. Hang on. They were delicious. Hang on. Dipped me in a little salsa. Wait. I want to make sure I got this straight. What's up? I cannot handle this. What's up? You took the tortillas, the corn tortillas. Yeah. You painted olive oil on them. Yeah. Right? A little need to die. Yeah. Then put them on the tray and sprayed them with Pam? No, I sprayed the tray with Pam. So they don't stick. And then you put them on top of that. And then I put them on the baking sheet. I put the baking sheet in the oven for about 10 minutes on 450. You're smart. They're delicious. What did you do with them when they came out? I dipped them in some of my homemade salsa. That's the homemade salsa I made. Where you take some Roma tomatoes and you chop them up. And then there's this packet of salsa spices that I got at Henry's. You stir it together. You chop up some red onion and some tomatoes. Homemade salsa like that. Bam. It's delicious. All right, next, Eddie B-Rob Challenge, Loser Dinner at Ash. I won't compete. I'll ride the bike. I'll ride the bike. That's unreal. So good, dude. Let me tell you something. She likes to cook. What are you going to do? I'm getting good, too, by the way. I'm getting good. Oh, my God. I'm Mikey. I'm the host of the show. And I am 37 years of age. That ruined my day.
Oh man. You guys are not, you guys, we've talked about this before. You don't relate to angry eating. I've had angry eating at, you know, it only happens every once in a while. Well, it started when I was a kid and it was when my mom would make something that I wasn't into and I felt that she was being lazy when she made it and just didn't care. And the, and so the anger, you know how anger's hurt, sadness, fear. Well, my, I think it was hurt. I was like, why, you know, why don't you take time for me? To make me something that I would really like. How come you're not taking time for me? And so when I would eat it, I'll give you an example of angry eating. An angry eating dish that she would make. Sloppy Joe's. I always put Sloppy Joe's. Sloppy Joe's is great. Now, Eddie, when I met Eddie, introduced me to the reality of Sloppy Joe's are great.
And I tried to say it like a mantra. Sloppy Joes are great. Sloppy Joes are great. But I couldn't get out of my head. Mom no liking me. Mom no liking me. So you equated sloppy Joes with your mom not liking you? Total like ghetto sloppy Joes. Sloppy Joes in between like home pride buttered wheat bread. No, no, no, bro. Your mom made you. Stop it. You know what you're doing. My mouth is watering. You're saying that with full knowledge that that's not the way it's supposed to be done. Well, you know, traditionally Sloppy Joes are served on hamburger buns. Of course. But are they in a pinch? No, no, no, no. Hey, the pinch happened every time it was the pinch. Maybe she preferred it like that. Why you gotta be the hater?
You should appreciate the food that is on your table that your mother and God has provided for you. Stop it. How dare you. I mean, where do you go from there, right? Like, what can you do? What can you do? Yeah, you're in a corner. They were great. Okay, they were great. A heavenly meal. They were great. Okay, whatever. So, Sloppy, just so last night, I ate for dinner leftover Pat and Oscars. Oh. Yeah. So I took the chicken and I stuck it in the microwave. It came out. It was like a racquetball, only harder. You know what a racquetball is like, right? Oh, yeah. It's pretty tough. Yeah, this was like that. Yeah, this was dense. Very dense. You know, when you put the white meat in your mouth and you chew it, and you chew it about three times, and then you realize it's like, ew. Ew. Please stop. I can't.
A little dry, maybe? A little dry. A little dry. A little dry. So I was doing some angry eating. Translates into hurt. So you were angry at yourself? Eddie, come on, dude. Why didn't you make dinner? Why didn't you make dinner? I don't understand. Why didn't you make dinner for yourself? I don't know. I am happy for the food. The nourishment. The nourishment. On my plate. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for opening my eyes to this. My pleasure. And you are my friend. Glad I could help. Eddie's our producer, our sports guy. He's been my best friend for about 20 years. And he is 35 years of age. What did you have for dinner last? I shouldn't even ask. I don't want to hear it. I cooked a delicious chicken and vegetable stir fry in my wok.
That sounds good. It was fantastic. I tried to make the fried rice like Benihana, and I can't get that taste perfect. I'm getting close. Did you use the butter? Yeah, I made garlic butter myself. Wow! And put it into the rice, because that's what they do at Benihana. I pay attention at Benihana. You know what they use, and I think that this, you can't... This is what I learned about Benihana. You can't get too fancy. You can't do fresh garlic. They don't. I think they use it out of that jar from Christopher Ranch garlic. Did you? Me too. Did it taste like it? No. Really? No. I don't know what the exact flavor I'm missing is. Love. Dude, I gave it a lot of love. Trust me. It's not right there, but it still tastes fantastic. I want that fried rice from Benihana. It's so good. Did you bring in leftovers? No. What's up? No, I didn't. You know what? You wouldn't like it because it tastes good. Don't yell at me. I'm not yelling. I'm not yelling. It's Fun Day Friday. No, you're my bro. You're my bro. It's Fun Day Friday, Eddie. Skye is our news girl. She is 30 years of age. And today marks yet another good hair day, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you. Thank you. Gorgeous. I've worked very hard. That's right. Skye.
Skye is 30 years of age. Her favorite television programs are Lost and The Office. Thank you. Both of which were on last night. Eddie watched them. Yep. I assume you watched it, Skye. I did not stay up for Lost. You did not? No, it's on too late. Can't stay up until 11. But I did watch The Office. But I really want to talk to you because I have questions and I have theories about last night's show. Well, we will talk tomorrow. Another head scratcher, Mike. Well, this is why it's a head scratcher. The reason is, well, here we have literally thousands of people listening that want to discuss Lost with their friends, The Mikey Show. Now, we will not. The reason that we won't is our friend hasn't seen it yet. Thank you. She should leave the room again. Leave the room. But this upsets her. Is this all right? Why does this upset you? Tell everyone. Because. A part of the conversation. You need to start staying up then. I cannot stay up until 11. Yes, you can. I'm a little baby girl, and I need to get my sleep. Don't act like that. I can't stay up until 11. I do it. Well, you're a crazy person. That's true. Was it good, Eddie? That's true. Don't say what happened, but was it real good, Chell? It was very good. You should say it was terrible because you build it up for Skye, and then Skye comes in the next time and says, eh. Yeah, she's ridiculous when it comes to that, but.
It was a good episode. A little transitional. You know, one of those episodes where you kind of wait for the next episode to kind of get your answers, but crazy stuff happened. Crazy stuff. There you go. Shawnee, oh boy, is 38 years of age. That's horrifying. Well, he just doesn't remember until I say it. And then when I do, he's like, oh, that's right. That's so old. You know, and so anyway. Shawnee O'Boy is a germaphobe and does not like to touch others, is generally turned off by them, and it is part of the reason that he is not here in the studio. He broadcasts from San Francisco, and we see him on a camera. So he's coming into town tonight, and we'll see him, and then he'll be out at the sticker strike.
Meeting and greeting all of you tomorrow. True. I'm going to take the day off tomorrow. No, you're not. You're going. I'm taking a personal day. It's going to be fantastic. Ashley is America's chef. Oh, thank you. Thank you, Mike. And she is also the assistant producer of The Mikey Show. 24 years of age. Loves to cook. Has a passion for it. It is my new passion, too. She likes it a lot. I'm getting good. No, Eddie, she feels it. She's getting pretty good at it. But we hear what she means. I know that. Well, just because you don't like it, Eddie, doesn't mean that other people wouldn't like it, okay? It's not always about you. I don't know. I think that might be what it means. No, no. I disagree with respect. Well, your techniques are different. That's all I'll say. All right. Tomato, tomato. Absolutely. That's right. I prefer tomato. Yeah, she cooks with a lot of tomato. Caribbean, Caribbean. Wait, no. I mean, it's all good. There you go. Boston Rob.
He sits in another studio. He screens phone calls. He's 25 years of age, and he's also a singer-songwriter. Yeah. He's written a song about his mother, Adeline. What? Okay. You know, Sunday is Mother's Day. This is the greatest song I've ever written. Wow. Wow. Ever. Quite a statement. Better than Brady? Oh, yeah. Well, this one's good. This one is to the tune of Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond, only it's Sweet Adeline. Oh, that's fantastic. And we're going to call her. We're going to get her on the phone, and we're going to have him sing to her Sweet Adeline. We actually have a recording of it, so she'll get to hear the actual produced thing. That's cool. Now, see, I think she might. shed a tear over that one. I know Adeline. I think she might. Even though it's funny and she will be touched that her son did such a thing and may shed a tear. So tune in for that. And that will be at just about the end of the 7 o'clock hour. And then we have Roosevelt Zethian Oates III Jr. Esquire. And last night...
Zethian Oates was doing laundry. And Zeth, tell the class what happened. He found the bunny. The bunny, yes. He came home a couple nights ago and there was a bunny in a box. Found the bunny in the dryer. What's in the box? No bunny in the dryer. No bunny in the dryer. But I did slip on a puddle and land flat on my back. That's right. Are you okay? Yeah, I'm fine. It didn't hurt. I was just mad because I was wet. It wet his back. It was a puddle. What was the puddle from? It was because where the washers and dryers are via a water heater, and the water heater was leaking, and I slipped on it. Approximately how much money, Eddie, would you pay to see that on YouTube? As much as I have. Yes. Oh, man. It's a lot. P1 Philly's Finest is in the studio with us right now. He was the winner of P1 Trivia, and he is 27 years of age.
And let's see, what does he do? He works with kids age kindergarten to five at Linda Vista Elementary School. Also is a KCR DJ at SDSU. What is a KCR DJ? What does that mean? KCR is the student-run radio station there, and I run the pregame show, which is 8 to 10 on Thursday. For the Aztecs? No, it's actually more of a kind of a prepare to go out. Kind of thing. I play a lot of party music and stuff. There you go. Awesome. Very cool. And are you from Philadelphia? Is that the deal? I am. Very nice. I didn't expect you to be so warm in the studio. So hold on. Let me take this off real quick. Oh, no. Uh-oh. He's got on his Cleveland Cavaliers jersey, Boston Rob. Hey, Riz, how you doing? Good. How are you doing? Two to nothing, huh? How's that? It is a strange time to get a Cleveland Cavaliers jersey on. Freaking out. Hey, I ain't freaking out over here. No, I'm not, Eddie. This is the only time you come awake. Yeah, I'm a hothead right now. He actually just woke up from a nap as soon as he heard Cleveland Cavaliers. Wow.
P1 Philly's Finest this past Monday was named 2008 Greek Man of the Year by the United Sorority and Fraternities Council. What do you think about that? How about that? Very nice. So you weren't part of the drug bust? No. I would guess not. Not if you got that award. Good job. What fraternity are you in? I am part of the Gamma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Gamma Phi Epsilon. It's a multicultural fraternity. Very nice. Very nice. And how do you win? I mean, do people nominate you? How does it happen? Nominated myself, actually. Nice. That's the way to go. That's the best way to get it. Exactly. And there's a panel interview of about two people that I had to talk to about my achievements and my goals and things like that. That's cool. That's cool. Congratulations. Thank you. I won the same award with Lambda Lambda Lambda. Is that right, Eddie? Is that right? That's from The Revenge of the Nerds. Lambda Lambda Lambda? Yep. And Omega Moo. Okay. P1 Gunslinger? Hello, Gunslinger. Is Gunslinger there? He's always there. He's always there. Oh, no. He's not there. He's not there anymore. P1 Andy? Yeah, what's going on, Mikey? What's up, dude? I got a question for Eddie. Yo. Why isn't NHL hockey on TV more than what it is now? Oh, no. Oh, no. I don't know if we should address this. You know, okay, Eddie, before you answer.
Before you answer, all I want to do is I want to try to put a couple of mattresses to the freight train before it hits him. So just, sir, so you know, Andy, have you ever heard Eddie comment on the NHL on the Mikey show before? No. Okay. Are you sitting down? Good. The reason why hockey is not on TV more is because... Brace yourself. People. Hate it. It's not popular in the United States and it kind of sucks. Yes. I think he gets the point, Eddie. I think he understands what you're saying. Is he adding a comma? Even with the horrendous ratings it gets, you can still find it somewhere on some channel. You know, don't fret. I think another way to say that, Andy, is that people, you know, the ratings aren't high. They've tried it. They've tried to get it going here, but it just doesn't happen, man. It's terrible. People are, you know, that's a matter of opinion. Well, by most of America. Clearly. But the deal is, Andy, just like any business, ABC, NBC, CBS, they're just like any business. If people watched it, they'd put it on television. All right. There you go. He's satisfied. He's all right with that. P1 Stop the Bleeding is on the line. Oh.
How are you doing? Good, man. What's going on? I've been listening to you guys for a long time, ever since you guys were on at night, and just had a general question. What is your guys' routine after you guys get off the air, and how do you prepare for each show? You know, we've done this as a topic before, what our routines are like. As a matter of fact, the last time we did our routines was actually kind of recently, sometime in the last six months, I think we did it. But before that, we hadn't done it for a few years. And we were listening back on the air to what our routines used to be like a few years ago and what our routines are like now. When we get off the air, it's like totally different people. You know, I had a son. My son, Jake, was born. He turns 20 months old today. And so our routines are real different. And so, yeah, it's the funniest thing. It's the funniest thing to hear what we do.
570-1053 is the number. You can call us at the beginning and end of every show and talk to us about whatever you want. It's an open forum. P1 Nerd is on the line. Greetings from Azeroth. What's going on, nerd? Well, just want to let you know that P1 Danny has got the whole P1 site crew coming. We have at least... We're rolling 15 people deep tomorrow. Nice. Two hours early. Nice, dude. You guys have a pre-breakfast planned, right? Yeah, we have a pre-breakfast, and it's going to be very exciting. We can't wait to give a big group hug to Sean. Don't say that. Aw, Sean, they love you. Shut up. Sean doesn't like to joke about it, even. No. All right, well, we can't wait to see you tomorrow, man. Yep, see you there. All right, we'll see you later. There was a robbery at JCPenney, and they're offering a reward. I'll tell you how much that reward is for when we come back. It's a big show today. Our text number, 35253. Our phone number, 5701053. Today on the show, Boston Rob pays off a bet. He lost at Bocce Ball and Horseshoes.
to Eddie. So today he's going to be on a tandem bike wearing a little pink outfit with Ashley riding to Starbucks. Rob's Mother's Day song is coming up in a little bit and also we're going to be doing something called the Know Your Mom game. Myself, Eddie, Sky, we'll be calling our moms and we're going to have to leave the room, right? Because questions will be asked of our mother that we're going to have to know the answer to? Or how are we going to do it, Eddie? feel comfortable with the three of us leaving the room? You don't? No. We can't put somebody in charge like Seth or something? Eddie's just imagining. I'm having heart palpitations. Deep breaths. Deep breaths. So what I think we'll do is have them, our moms answer the questions off the air so they don't change their answers. Okay. And then we'll answer them on the air and see if they match. Okay. So we're going to be playing, in honor of Mother's Day being Sunday, we're going to be playing the Know Your Mom game. Tomorrow's a sticker strike. Enough said. Mitch Hedberg in the stand-up spotlight. Stand-up spotlight. A rotisserie is like a really morbid Ferris wheel for chickens. It's a strange piece of machinery. We will take the chicken, kill it, impale it, and then rotate it. And I'll be damned if I'm not hungry. Because spinning chicken carcasses make my mouth water. Like dizzy chicken.

And when they experience something that they don't know about, which isn't often, they can go on there and figure it out.
Amco is the only place you want to go. It's Amco. Double A. Beep, beep. M-C-O. Back to Mikey. My wife's name is Rebecca. I'm married up. Thank you very much. Eddie. I know I'm particular. Sky. I'd be ingested with herpes. Sean. The doctor in the face. I'll support him for my whole life. I'll bleed for him. I don't care. I love my team. And Ashley. Not many things annoy me. At all. The Mikey Show's on. Rock, rock, rock. 105.3. How about that, Eddie? How about some of that right there? Nice. Welcome back to the show. It is 6.38. Seven students have pled not guilty to drug charges. These are the SDSU students. NBA playoffs. Boston goes up 2-0 over Cleveland. And San Antonio wins game three over New Orleans. But the Hornets have stirred up two games to one. Eddie, what's your favorite Pearl Jam album? Oh, no. How do you do this? Which one?
Eddie, which one of your kids is your favorite kid of all? I can answer. Versus. Is it? Yeah. Is that the one with a glorified version of... I get it. Is that it? Yeah, that's it, right? Versus is good. Versus is a great album. Let's see. 570-1053. You can still call us if you want to. So, yeah, JCPenney. They're offering a $20,000 reward. Wow. What happened? Well, Wednesday night, it was about 2 o'clock in the morning, the JCPenney and North County Fair Mall in Escondido was broken into. They broke in, smashed all the jewelry cases, took about $100,000 worth of jewelry from that store. I guess nine similar break-ins have been reported at JCPenney's across the state, and they say that so far the loss is... It's $20,000. I've got to do it. Rob's right there. I'm making the call. So, so far, they believe that JCPenney's losses as a whole from all the break-ins is about $2 million. Oh, my. Just JCPenney's? Yeah. Weird, huh? Skrill. So, the Padres had a good lead going, and then they let the Braves come back. I don't understand. How many now, you said? Well, as of yesterday, they had lost 16 of 20, so this is 17 out of 21. That's a lot. Yeah. Well.
Best good time to start a comeback. Brandon Webb is doing very well, meanwhile, for our rivals, the Diamondbacks. Why? Because he's 8-0 now as of yesterday. Sounds like he's a good pitcher. Yeah. Mike. He's real good. And they score enough runs for him to get wins. Yeah, do they give him run support? Yeah. Think he got eight runs yesterday? That's a lot. That's a lot, yeah. Like two. Two runs would be good. Two. Two would do it. Two would usually do when Jake's on the mound. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Doesn't usually happen. It's hard to do, though, I guess. Well, not really. What is the deal with Hillary Clinton and why she's coming under fire? Well, so I guess she was doing an interview with USA Today, the newspaper, and started talking about the reason why she would have a better chance of winning if she went up against John McCain versus Barack Obama winning. All right.
hardworking Americans, white Americans, is weakening again and how whites in both states who had not completed college were supporting Hillary. So Hillary's basically saying, hey, the whites have my back. Really? So that's why it would be better for me to go up against McCain. What do you think of that? What do people think of that? It's a weird thing to say. Yeah, because you can't really get the, I don't really get the context without it sounding that it's racist. I don't understand the context. I am ready to rumble. Stop. I bet you I know who this is. Hello, Barbara. What's up? That's not really. Hi, guys. I'm a part-time Hillary supporter, full-time black woman. Did you hear what Hillary's saying? Yes, she's saying that white America would support her, which is the truth. There is nothing wrong with stating the truth. But what she's not saying is that she got my vote too, girl. Thank you. Well, no, I don't understand how that matters. You are white America. Well, I was chilling yesterday with my girls getting my nails did. You got your nails did again? It's amazing how every day you get your nails did. I get my nails did. I mean, they should last a couple weeks. Yeah, but you know me, girlfriend. I got to be on the...
On the tip of everything in society that... What? This is so offensive. Anyway. Anyway. You were saying... Why don't you guys lay off Hillary for one day? Right. How's that? Just maybe you did it for one day. We didn't say one word about her. Clinton, for one day. But Barbara, you're... You know that Hillary invented sneezing, which actually helps the body? Each time you sneeze... You realize how stupid that sounds. You realize how. Ridiculous. She was going to Yale. She was in a biology class, and she said, what do you guys think of that? And everybody was like, wow, that's interesting. And then it swept across the country next week. That's what you're going to go with, Barbara? You know, Eddie, you are such a denialist. That's not even a word. You know what I mean? No. You're starting to slur. You are. A little bit. A little bit. Yeah. Am I slurring right? When you slow down, it doesn't matter. You slow down. This doesn't really help you at all. Well, y'all be tripping, and I'll talk to you soon. I'm really tired of that lady. Yeah, right? I'm starting to like her. We have to report on the news. Well, this is the thing I don't understand. You're making it worse, right, Barbara? If you call in when we're talking about the Hillary stuff, you only make it worse because you draw more attention to it. You know what I mean? She's going to drop out any minute. Mm-hmm.
Oh, that must have really upset Barbara. I know. I did it on purpose. I did it on purpose. Barbara doesn't like that. Meanwhile, Cindy McCain says, I will not release my tax returns. No, no, no. And people are not a fan of that. She says, even if her husband wins and goes to the White House, she will not release her tax returns. Why should she? Well, I guess that's something that's always done, you know. But most couples file jointly. So, you know, by releasing one person's tax return, it, you know, therefore releases the other. But Cindy McCain and her husband file separately because she's got all that skrill, you know. So, and she says, no, I will not. I will never. Good for her. I'm in trouble. Hello? What is your problem? Whose problem? Who has a problem? I hang up the phone, and I'm a good P1, so I had it turned down when I called in. Uh-oh. And I hang up the phone, and I turn the radio back up, and there's Eddie with this whole, she'll be dropping out any minute. Who said that? You know what I have to say to that, Eddie? What? Step off. Okay. Oh, wow.
She told you. That's true. I do need to step off. Step off before I kick you to the curb and a one and a two and a one, two and to the left, to the left. She always sings this song. It's the only song she does. I know Beyonce because that's all I listen to is Beyonce. You don't know the words. Everything alone in the box to the left. Don't you bother. That's my stuff. Did you know it? And you better not get rough. Okay, see? That's not how it goes. Isn't it gangsta? All right, see you later. Later. Bye. It's Barbara. It's the only song she knows, really, is that one Beyonce song. She didn't even really know that song that good. That's weird. Papa John's in Ohio is offering 23-cent pizzas in honor of LeBron James. Let's talk about this. I saw that. That's crazy. Well, here's what happened. Papa John's in Washington, when the Cavaliers were playing the Wizards, they had these shirts made up that said Cry Baby on them about LeBron. Yeah. And upset a lot of people. Right. You know, made people mad. Right. And so now the Ohio Papa John's are doing this, you know, special thing, or they did, I guess, where they offered one large pizza, one large topping pizza for 23 cents, and they were just overridden with people. Yeah, like a line, like, around the block. It took you, like, four hours to get a pizza. Yeah, you had to, like, wait in line four hours to get your 23-cent pizza. Oh, my gosh. You could have gotten in line.
eaten, and then been hungry again by the time you got your pizza. That's true. That's absolutely true. That's crazy. Madonna is coming back to San Diego. We're not going to say where. We're not going to say where. It's been a long time. It's been a long time since she's rock and rolled. Yep. So she will be coming back. We'll tell you where she's going to be in just a little bit. It looks like Liv Tyler. And her husband are separating. How long have they been married, Skye? Gosh, it doesn't say, but I'll look into it. But, you know, I know they have a son and he's, you know, at least like three or four now. So, you know, it's been quite a few handful of years that they've been married. But they released a statement saying that, yes, they have officially separated. But, of course, remain devoted parents to their son and requesting their privacy and respect at this time. Do you guys hear the hollow? Hey, if you have tinted windows, don't go to Mexico. If you have tinted windows, don't go to Mexico. At least don't go through TJ because it's banned there. And they say that even if you're American and you go there and you got those tinted windows, they're going to pull it off.
Yeah, if you have an aftermarket tint, they say if the glass itself, you know, has because some cars come with like a light tint on the glass. But what they're really after is the aftermarket tint. Right. And that's something that you can pull off. So they'll pull you over. Regardless of where you're from, but if you're in TJ, they will pull you over. They have checkpoints set up. They'll have you remove it. If you don't remove it, you'll be fined. You have to pay a tow fee, a storage fee, and then you have to remove the tent before you can retrieve your vehicle. And I'm sure that won't be a lot. I'm sure that will cost like two or three pesos and you'll be good to go. After paying that very low fee. So they're hoping this will reduce crime in the Tijuana area. Text number is 35253. Our phone number is 5701053. And Boston Rob and Ashley will be riding a tandem bike together this morning. So cute.
It's darling. It is. It really is. That's a perfect word for it. I'm excited. It's absolutely darling. Skye, this one's for you. What up? Skye's a big fan of the Dave Matthews band. Yeah. What does that mean? Skye, what does it mean, tripping billies? What does that mean? Well, it's open to interpretation, Mike. It's a drug reference. I know it. Is it about, is tripping billies like when your friend Billy's high? Seriously, I don't know. I think it is. 35253 is the text number. The phone number is 5701053. Sticker strike tomorrow, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Qualcomm Stadium. $200,000 in cash and prizes are going to be giving away that thing tomorrow. Rob and Ashley on the tandem bike later this morning. So, yeah, in Temecula.
There was another coyote incident. Now, update us, Skye, on what's happened so far. Well, in the last week, there have been like three major incidents in Southern California in regards to coyotes. Basically, the first one was last Friday up in Chino Hills when a little girl, a toddler, was playing in the sandbox at a park. Her mom turned her back or her nanny or whatever turned her back and looked back and a coyote was dragging the toddler away. A few days later at that same park, a guy. Me and my wife would be like damaged for life. Like I would have to see a shrink for the rest. Just to witness that? Yes. Of course. That's horrifying. And then. And then Sunday at the same park, a dude was there. His little boy was playing in the park, and he was there, you know, talking to other adults. And next thing you know, he sees a coyote coming out of the bushes and stalking his son. Oh, boy. And ran over there, and the coyote ran off. And then just Tuesday up in Lake Arrowhead, a two-year-old girl was playing in her front yard. Her mom went inside for a second, came back out, and saw a coyote with the baby in its mouth.
The baby down the street, she ran after it. The coyote dropped the toddler and went away. Well, we're now finding out that on Wednesday in Temecula, there was a bit of an incident with a coyote. These coyotes, they're getting brave, man. What's going on? The park rangers believe it has to do with the wildfires. They're displaced. Yeah, they're displaced, and they're coming into where we live to find food and stuff. And sometimes when they're looking for rabbits or whatever, they stumble along toddlers and dogs and cats and what happens. So coyote drug use is not on the rise or anything like that? No, that's not. Not that I've read, at least. But so what happened in Temecula on Wednesday is... There was one at an Applebee's. That's right. Great. What's next? So I guess, you know, this doggie was playing out in its yard, and all of a sudden the babysitter sees the doggie, like, book in through the doggie door, and then the next thing you know, the coyote comes right in the doggie door after and is running around the house. And so the babysitter is, like, taking pillows and whatever she can find and throwing it. And I'm sure that the coyote isn't freaked out.
Cue up the Benny Hill music. I'm sure the coyote is not freaked out that there's a person chasing... Oh, there you go. So the babysitter is throwing stuff at it. And finally the coyote goes back out the doggy door and back outside. Coyote runs into the bathroom. Old man runs into the bathroom. Nurse comes out of the bathroom. Dog runs out of the bathroom. Coyote's on Acme roller skates. Rockets on them. Exactly. So how did they get it out, Skye? How did they get it? The babysitter just started throwing anything, you know, like pillows and whatever she could find at it because she didn't want to, like, go towards it, you know. But she's throwing stuff and, like, you're supposed to do, make noise, be big, you know. And the coyote ran out the doggy door and I guess they said it was a younger coyote and waiting. So it didn't know any better. And waiting outside in the bushes was its mother. No. Get out of here. Yeah. And Chamecula. Dude. That is scary. So, you know, they say, hey, you know, don't leave food or water outside. Like, if you have a dog, don't leave your dog's food and water on the back patio because it'll attract the coyotes. Obviously, if you have young ones, always keep an eye on them when they're playing outside, especially if you live in areas, you know, where there are coyotes. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we do. Which is a lot of areas around San Diego County. Yeah.
But we just put a sign out front that says no solicitors, no coyotes. They've been reading it because they haven't. Don't go the other way. I haven't had one soliciting coyote in like four weeks. Well done. You're smart. The last one we bought, Time and Sports Illustrated. And you shouldn't because then they tell their other coyote friends, hey, that dude's buying subscriptions and then they won't stop. You know, Rebecca wanted Sports Illustrated, so what are you going to do? Gotta be careful. I say it's global warming. You can never really... Well, it's easy to blame everything on that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That is a good one. It is a good one. Or gas prices. Yeah, it's gas prices, dude. It's always going to be gas prices. Let's see. Why don't we do a little movie word association? You're going to win. I cannot win. I came in here and I told him, you know, if you lost, you're ready to lose a game. Oh, I'm rad. Sky, you won last time? No, she only won last time. She's won. I think she won the first one. It was. Wow. Oh, no, Mikey won the first one. I'm good. I think I won them all. No, but wait. I think I won them all. But I know Sean has never even gotten one right. That's true. That is true. Sean's always out first round. But he loves movies. Yeah, he's seen every movie. I think it's too much pressure. Is that it? I think it's the pressure, yeah.
The pressure gets to him. Oh, Shawnee. So here's how the movie word association game is played. You call us at 570-1053. And what you're basically going to do is pick the person on the show that you believe, through a process of elimination, will be the last man standing in a movie word association game. So let's say that the word is battle. Then you have to be able to come up with Battlestar Galactica or words. Movies with the word in it. That's all. It doesn't have to start with it. It's got to be in it. Battlestar Galactica wasn't a movie. It was a movie. It was a TV show. It was a movie before it was a TV show. I saw it in the theaters when I was a kid. What? I did. You're going to have to start Googling stuff. That's right. I got to look that up. I don't believe you. I don't believe you. It is the truth. Battlestar Galactica was an old TV show in the 70s, and they made a movie about it that was terrible. Really? You know who was in it? Huh.
Green. His last name was Green. He used to be on Bonanza. Yeah, he was on the TV show. Yeah, he was in the movie, too. Really? Yeah. Wow, I did not know that. So you come up with a word. Like, let's say I give you the word. Let's say I give you the word kill. Kill Bill. There you go. Look at that. You just got to come up with that. I'm sorry, I just came out. You know what? You're not playing. Okay. I was just. Just relax over there. I don't know. Tell you what, man. You cannot. Jeez. All right, 5701053 is the number. P1 300 is on the line. Hey, what's up, Mikey? How you doing, man? Pretty good. How's it going? Pretty good. Who do you want? I'll take Eddie. All right. On the line. Whatever. P1 Maria. Yes, I'm taking you, Mikey. You got it. Hang on the line. P1 Throwdown. Who do you want? I'll take Sky. There you go. Hang on. Let's see. P1 Jason. Hey, Mikey. Who would you like? I'm picking B-Rob. You got it. Next up. P1 Ben. How you doing? Good. Who would you like? I'll take Ashley. She's really good at this game. There you go. He's got Ashley. Thanks, Eddie. You're welcome. And then last to pick, P1 Poo 2. And who would you like? I'll take Sean. You got it. Well, we're having problems with Sean. I don't know if you want to get him on the phone or have Chantel sit in for him or what, but Sean's the Zephyrs. Chantel, you get to sit in for Sean. Yes. Oh, no.
Eddie, all of your dreams. You know you're happy. Stop it. All your dreams just came true, Eddie. You're so excited. Oh, snap. So excited. So this is the order that we go in. We go in the same order. So it'll go me, Eddie. Let's go Chantel. Okay. Let's go me, Eddie, Chantel, Sky, Ashley, Rob. Stop giving me the eyes. That means you gotta follow me, girl. Yeah, he's trying to see what he's doing. He's already trying to psych you out. I'm getting my head. That's right. Okay. You're not Barbara. Stop. All right. Let's do this. Last man standing is the winner. Eddie, what's the prize? What are we playing for these people? I believe we have another Discovery Channel store gift certificate. There you go. Nice. $25. And Zeth gives us the words. Okay. So, yes. Now, this is going to be tough because we usually... Do you want him to stand over here near my mic? Zeth? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Come on over here, Zeth. Come be close to me, little Zeth. Oh, whoa. I know I'm old and creepy, but... I never said that. Yeah, you did. No, I didn't. Why is this happening? Stop fighting, everyone. That's the Eddie line right now. Hello? Hey, it's Dr. Wayne calling in. How are you this morning? Why are you calling in? Well, I was just going to say I actually have a studio here in my Trans Am.
And I use it every once in a while to record my thoughts. So if Seth needs a microphone, I'll just drive over in the Trans Amps and have no problems with him using it. We're fine, and he's fine. I'm not going to charge you a price to use my studio. I could be renting it out to 80s bands and whatnot, but I won't do that. Just this one time, he can use it. No. No, thank you. Seth, you making the party we're having over at the house this weekend? No. It's funny that you ask about it, Seth. Thanks. Well, it's a theme party is what we're doing. I love them. Yeah, it's going to be a theme party, but what we did is I told the wife, you can have a ladies' night out, we'll have a guys' night out, only it's going to be a guys' night in. We're watching the movie 300. Oh, that's really homoerotic. What are you talking about? That's one of the greatest movies of all time. It's one of the greatest guy movies of all time. We're all going to get all fired up and arm wrestle and do shots and watch the movie. What? Well, Chantel seems like that seems pretty fun. Yeah, not anymore. She just said not anymore. So uninvited. Uninvited then, I guess. Uninvited. So anyway, when you come over, it's a theme party. Everybody dresses like Leonidas. Oh, that is really creepy. It's going to be a lot of fun, guys. No. We'll talk to you later. Weird. Oh, that guy is weird. He's Dr. Wayne. He's really weird.
I don't know what's so weird about a studio in a Trans Am. I mean, I think that kind of sounds... That's perfectly normal. I think everybody has that. All right, so we're going to begin the word association game. We go around our circle. It goes me, Eddie, Chantel, Sky, Ashley, Rob. It's a game of elimination. If you can't come up with a movie within five seconds, you're out. It's going to be tough, though, because Sean has usually got a timer going. Can we have him back? Give me another couple seconds. Okay, okay. Right now, Rob is like Scotty in Star Trek. Very worked out. Just a few more minutes, sir. I'm trying to get him fired up. It's the ISDN line, sir. Give me just one minute. We don't have one minute, Rob. I'm trying to get the ISDN line one. You've got to get Sean back. Oh, there he is. There's Sean. Shawnee, oh boy. All right, Shawnee, I'm going to have you run the deal, but we're still going to have Chantel play. Oh, that's fine. And so, movie word association. We begin with me each time. What is our first word, Zeth? Movie starring Will Smith. I am legend. Men in black. Chantel.
Independence Day. Will Smith movies? iRobot? iRobot. Hitch? Yes, Hitch. Come on. Chantel's out. Amateur. It's me, it's Eddie, it's Skye, it's Ashley, it's Rob. And we start with Eddie this time. Go ahead, Zeph. Movies with a city in the title. Escape from New York. What happens in Vegas? What happens in Vegas? What? Coming out today. Oh, Ash. Philadelphia. Detroit Rock City. It's a movie. To Live and Die in L.A. 310 to Yuma. I Love New York. I'm good. Is that good? I'm sleepless in Seattle. Is I Love New York? Does that work? No. I don't think so. We got to do IMDb. Oh, jeez.
I've never heard of that. Yeah, you guys know the movie I Love New York, right? Starring the city of New York. It's a great TV show. Oh, yeah, TV show. Is it there, Sky? I'm seeing TV shows. Oh, you're done. Sorry, Sky's out. But then I set up. We actually had a good rally going for a second. That's right. Until Sky blew it. All right, so now it's me. Eddie, Ashley, and Rob. That's it. Get it, Ash. It's down to me, Eddie, Ashley, and Rob. What is our word, Seth? Movies with the word... Oh, you will, Ash. Yeah, you will. Hold on. See, this is what always happens. What happens? She freaks out. She freaks out. She's freaked out. She's freaked out. All right. She's ready. Movies with the word road in the title. Long road to you, man. That's the quickest anybody's ever been out in the history of the game. I mean, are you first? I love it. She claims to be good at this game. I love it. Remember how she felt mad she got at us? Three tender road rules. So now it's me, Eddie, and Rob. Oh, no. That was brutal.
Cracking under the pressure. Me, Eddie, and Rob. And we start with Rob. Oh, no. Let's do it. Calm down. Movies with the word baby in the title. Three men and a baby. Baby mama. Close your mouth and get it out. Come on. What are you doing? Do it, because I got one. Gone, baby, gone. Yes. I win. I don't know how this game works. Rob. Rob. Why? It's between me and you, buddy. Oh, no. It's between me and you. It's between me and you. All right, I start. You start? Yeah, I start. All right, good luck. Good luck to you, sir. Movies with the word men in the title. Men in black. Oh, men in black, too. City of men. City of men.
Men. Men, the movie. You had just said three men and a baby. There's more than that? Well, you said it for the last category. You could have said it again. Oh, that was the last category? She's so dumb. Did I win? What about Men, the movie? No one saw that? Idiot. I don't know what movies you're watching. This is the Mikey Show. So you're the guy who pooped in my tuba. Tomorrow we are out at Qualcomm from 10 in the morning to 1 in the afternoon. It's going to be fantastic. It is our big sticker strike. We're going to be putting stickers on your car. And let's talk about this for a second. We're going to be doing... We're going to be getting into Battle of the Sexes here in a minute. But I want to take some time. Take the time, Mike. I want to let people know what we're doing out there tomorrow. This is a huge event. I said this earlier, you know. We have historical moments with the Mikey Show. Tomorrow will be one of those. The first one was definitely a historical moment. Yeah. And what we're doing is from 10 to 1 tomorrow out at Qualcomm.
We are going to be having cars come through and we're putting the brand new limited edition Mikey Show P1 Army sticker on people's cars. And you see them all over the place. But you've never seen this one on a car because we haven't put them on one yet. I'm going to tell you, we have not held one in our hands. We're not going to till tomorrow. They're in boxes. It's like Fort Knox, man. Geraldo can't even get in. A friend of mine just went to Iraq. And he goes, hey, can I take some of those stickers with me? And I go, dude, I'm not kidding. I don't have them. We're not going to have them in our hands until we're out there. So that's tomorrow. So it's cool enough that we're going to be giving away the brand new sticker tomorrow and putting the brand new sticker on people's cars. But... We're also going to be giving away over $200,000 in cash and prizes. That's right. So here's what we're going to have. We're going to have envelopes. When you go through, you get an envelope. Every car. That's right. Every car that goes through gets an envelope. Every envelope will have two prizes in it automatically. One, a $50 gift certificate toward a good neighbor tattoo.
You'll obviously have to be 18 to use it. And don't forget, they don't wash off. We recommend the throat. Yes. Well, Rob has one on his throat, as he calls it. And it says Boston. He doesn't realize it's never coming off. You also get a free car wash from Mossy Toyota. Very nice. Now, everybody gets that. Every single person that comes through and puts a sticker on their car gets that. Awesome! How would you like to win a flat screen TV from Encinitas TV? I would love that. That would be awesome. How would you like a $2,500 gift certificate from audio card towards audio video equipment? Yeah, I would like that. Yes, I would love that as well. How would you like season tickets to the Chargers? Oh, come on. Yeah, I'll take it. For the 2008 season. Who wouldn't? How would you like a $1,000 gas card? I would love it. Chantel is in on that. Chantel, we better see you there tomorrow. Good gosh. Coming through there to get a sticker. How many times can I come through? Just asking. One person is going to win a Kawasaki 2008 Ninja 250R from House of Motorcycles. It's going to be huge. It's going to be huge. It's tomorrow 10 to 1, and we're broadcasting live out there. The entire staff of the radio station is going to be broadcasting out there.
Rock 105.3 moves to Qualcomm tomorrow. It's going to be ginormous. So if people want to hang out, they can. Yeah, absolutely. Come out there, hang out with us. Basically, what happened was Qualcomm said, if we're doing this again, we can't have anything else going on. It can only be you guys out there that day. It's probably going to be on the news. Out of control. That's amazing. Pauly's Pizza Station. I know Pauly. What? I didn't even know. Pauly came in. Great guy, man. I've known Pauly for 10 years. Really? I've known Pauly for 10 years. Wow. And he's got a pizza place. And I want to encourage people to go down there and try his pizza. Smells so good. Very. 1050 Park Boulevard is where he's located. And the number. what Barack is cooking. 619-231-0300. Located at the City College Trolley Stop downtown. City College Trolley Stop downtown. And Pauly's from Brooklyn and so Pauly knows pizza. That means you gotta fold it over when you eat it. That's right. Hey Pauly, you should make a commercial where you're like really, you know, Brooklyning it up.
And being like, hey, Paulie knows pizza. My name's Paulie, and the one thing I know is pizza. Make sure you call it pizza. Yeah. You know, because that means you're really, really from the East Coast. So that's awesome, dude. Thank you so much, man. That's great. And are you guys, oh, wait, a couple text messages. 35253 is the number. False alarm. Mikey, I love it when I pull up to a light and the person next to me is laughing. You know they are P1s. That's P1 Kimmers. Thank you, Kimmers. We appreciate that. Mikey, this one goes out to Rob. So close in movie trivia. Just like your pats. No, don't go after him right before this game. He's going to get in his head. He gets all hot. He'll be all right. No. Mikey, how early? Can we get to the sticker strike to line up? P1 Fuzzy. I'm not touching that question with a 10-foot pole. I have no idea. Better safe than sorry, though. Oh, man, Ashley. Now look at what you're doing now. He's got it, Mons. Mikey Showbath, love the sexes. Girls. Cheaters. Last week, they should have lost. I'm just going to say this one last time.
time. It was part of the song. Get over it. You're lost. There's nothing you can do about it. Just let it go. Breathe. Rob was right. That's all I have to say. We were inundated with calls and emails for a week. For a week. It was two weeks actually. It was two weeks. Stop it. It hasn't even been. That's the extent of it. Oh, wow. By the way, I just want to let you guys know that are listening. There's a lot of people listening right now that are like, wow, what is going to happen to the losing team here? Because they are so into it. Something big must be on the line. We don't know. We don't have a clue. It'll be bad. It'll be bad. Whatever it'll be will be bad. And so the loser doesn't want to be a loser to have to do that. Yeah, so guys get ready. Last time, who did we start with, Eddie? We started. Guys started. Okay, so the girls get to start this time. And we'll start with Skye? Yes, Skye. Get him, Skye. Okay, okay. We'll start with Skye. Stop looking at her like that.
Stop it now. You think that he is... You're not my boss. Chantel, do you think that Eddie is psyching Sky out? He's trying is what he's doing, and he's not looking very good doing it. You do not look good. I know what turns are on. All right, Sky, here we go. Oh, I'm so distracted because I'm so turned on. I don't know what to do. I'll give you a little blue steel. All right, Skye, here is your question. Now, for those of you that never heard Battle of the Sexes, guys get girl questions, girls get guy questions. Skye, your question is, what was Al Pacino's character's name in Scarface? Skye is looking at Eddie like, might as well have just asked me geography. Smile on her face. You know two plus two, right? It's easier than that. We win. Skye is thinking. All I keep thinking is Tony Soprano. Which obviously is not the right answer. Which is obviously not the right answer. You might want to try it. Tony Montoya. Skye does this thing where she will look at the person that she's saying and she's like, are you going to give me something here when I say this? Will my... My answer is... Scarface. I like it.
Wow, Sean, that sounded weird. Sean, hit that wrong buzzer again. It's like Ashley at night. The correct answer is Tony Montana. I was so close. Yeah, you said Tony Montoya. I was so close. I hate all of you. Yeah, we almost accepted Al Scarface, though. Oh, that's weak. Eddie. Oh, I'm going? Yeah, you're going. It's your turn. Come on, Eddie. Bring it. Just for that? What? Eddie, what popular book series for teenagers was adapted into a TV show for the CW? Oh, yes. Gossip Girl. That is correct, Eddie. Whoa. That is correct, Eddie.
in Chantel's business. He's right up in Chantel's business. This is what they do every week. What happened? Oh, she's standing up now, Eddie. She's standing up. I'm going to sit back down. That got him. That scared him. He sat back down. Whatever. It's cool. It's all good. Let's go see, we're up 1-0. You're up 1-0. And now what's going to happen? Chantel. Type down. Chantel, I'm happy to announce to you, you get multiple choice. Come on, mama. Love it. You got this. Don't get it wrong. Your multiple choice question is. Right now. Yes. What tournament is not part of tennis's Grand Slam? You get three choices. Okay. What tournament is not part of tennis's Grand Slam? Is it A, the French Open, B, the Australian Open, or C, the Euro Grand Prix? What tournament? Oh, no. Chantel has a look. She may pass out. I'm reading. Stop it. I'm going to reread the question. What tournament is not part of tennis's Grand Slam? That would have been a great question for Ash. Ash loves tennis. Don't look at her. Don't you look at her. I thought she could... Okay. The possible choices are A, French Open, B, Australian Open, or C,
Euro Grand Prix. I'm going to go with C. Euro Grand Prix. You are correct. Oh, no. She's right up in Eddie's business. She's right up in Eddie's business. He's the most competitive I've ever seen in my life. The most competitive I've ever seen in my life. You cannot turn into the horse. Stop it. It's as long as you go. Pass it around. A total guess. And it was right. I really did. Really? She used to play. She's made up. That's not even a real thing. Here it comes. Are you mad right? Here it comes. I think the answer to that question is yes. Come on, Sean. No, no, no. It's Boston Rob. You can call me Sean if you want. Come on, Sean Rob. Can you recap the score for us, please? I'm just wondering. All right, here we go. It's one to one. Are you ready, Rob? Thank you. It's one to one. Yes, I am. One to one. Rob, your question is. Oh, no.
What is the name of the piercing most common in females that is placed off center in the upper lip that is meant to resemble a beauty mark? Sky, do you know that one? I don't know what the name of it is. I know the piercing he's talking about. There's a name for it? There's a name for it. What? Oh, wow. What is the name of it? I got to work through this because I'm thinking it was like nicknamed like Cindy Crawford or something like that. Crawford. Crawford. What? But where's the multiple choice for us? Oh, stop it. Exactly. Stop it. Isn't this the piercing that Zeth has? It's called the oath. Come on, Riz. You got it. Yeah, Rob is putting his index finger where it belongs. That'll help. It's not really helping him. You got it. Come on, Rob.
Mike, if you just give me eight and a half hours, it will come to me. I'm just going to say... Five more minutes, Mike. Just five more minutes. Cindy Crawford piercing. That is incorrect, Rob. You're close. It's the Monroe. It's not the Kathy Island? No, it is not. No, it is not. And we go back over to the ladies. It's Ashley's question. Bring it home, Ash. Come on. Ash, your question is, what is the movie Road Warrior a sequel to? For every guy in America, this is a no-brainer. Like they're saying it before it's out of my mouth. Ashley, your question is, what is the movie Road Warrior? Stop it. A sequel to Chantel is going to... She's going to come out of that seat. Ben-Hur. That is incorrect, Ashley. I'm going to have to count that one as incorrect. Good try, though. Good try. Wait, it made Chantel good try. It could be. The Road Warrior was a sequel to Mad Max. What the heck is that? Mad Max. Thinking things up. Shawnee, oh boy. Yes. Your question is...
Come on, Shawnee. Shawnee, what is the name of a type of woman's shirt with a single strap around the back of the neck instead of straps over each shoulder? Shawnee has a look on his face right now. Shawnee has a look on his face right now that says... Is he in pain? Faces can sail a thousand ships. Can you repeat? Yes, I can. Sean, what is the name of the type of women's shirt with a single strap around the back of the neck instead of straps over each shoulder? You look mortified, Sean. Oh, now he looks terrified. What is going on? Yeah, the face is he just saw the ghost from Ghostbusters slime somebody. You got it. Only thing.
I can think of is a halter top. That is correct. Really? The score is... I'd love to play that game. It's a great game. Whatever. What was the score? Teddy's score is two. No, you're not supposed to dance. You know you're not supposed to do that. It is two to one. Team Awesome. Team Sass only has one. We will take this musical interlude to take a break. And when we come back, round two.

I should be getting it today. I called my insurance company yesterday to insure it, and they wouldn't insure it because I haven't had a motorcycle endorsement for three years. They referred me to Progressive, and Progressive wanted $1,400. I called Geico. Geico wanted $1,013. And then I remember, you know, AIS from the Mikey show. So I called AIS and they gave me insurance for $829 a year. That's awesome, bro. On a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja and never having a motorcycle endorsement on my license. Be careful on that thing, will you? Oh, I will. All right, brother. Thank you for the call. You're welcome. Now, that story is not unlike my story. Only mine was with a car.

Ryan, what's the deal? You went to Amco? Yeah, actually, I took your advice. Last week, my check engine light came on, and I heard the radio ad yesterday morning on the way to work, and I went to the Mission Borge location, and Nick hooked it up. He found out that my number three spark plug wasn't firing, so I told him, hey, you know, I can fix that myself, but I told him, you know, even though he wasn't able to do the service on my truck, that he has my service down the road for when my transmission goes out. Because he did that for free, right? Yeah, he did it for free. See, I mean, how can you not respect that? You didn't end up having, and most people, they would have charged you just to tell you that. And then, you know what I mean? And now that guy's got a customer for life, and that's basically what Amco's philosophy is. Amco diagnoses you for free, just like this guy. It's double A-M-C-O. Now something you might have missed. At work, when Sean goes into the men's room, and this is when he goes into the stall, and he needs to sit down. I think that's a pretty easy way of putting this.
And in order for him to feel comfortable, sometimes he needs to take off clothing. He's a large man. I mean, he's six foot three. So he's, you know, he's got a lot of girth. And he prefers to take off one of his shirts. There is a shirt that you wear that is exposed to the world. And then there is another shirt which is not exposed to the world. I see. I'm trying to point out the differentiation between the two. You should have a potty gown. No. 5-3. Chris. Stop it. What do you think? Should she try this pizza? Chantel says she's been working on her. No. She's got bad angel over there. I'm going to be good angel. What do you mean? I'm supporting her. You're nasty. Shut it out. You were making out with your pizza. It's so good. I had to give it a kiss. But you know she's on a diet and she's trying not to eat the pizza. She's double fisting over there. Now.
My trainer would be so proud of me. Yeah, but Chantel. You're staying strong, girl. Yeah, but Chantel, I mean, when are you really going to get the opportunity to have a pizza that's made by a guy? Who cares? You'll regret it. Momentarily, this will be phenomenal. Hey, I'm just saying one bite's not going to kill you. I mean, what's the big deal with that? It's not about killing you. You're going to be down on yourself. One bite. One bite. You're going to burn off one bite walking to a parking lot. Stop it. You can't do it. How about if I chew it and I spit it in? I'm not a baby bird. I'll be like a bird. Oh, my God. Welcome back. It's 747. Maria Osman is blaming Billy Ray Cyrus for the Vanity Fair photos of Miley. NBA playoffs last night saw Boston go up 2-0 over LeBron and Cleveland. What up with that? Welcome back. All right, let's get back into this. It's so funny. You've got to hear what happens during the commercial because Eddie and Sky start to argue about, I would have got that right. No, I would have got that right. Well, I knew the answer to that.
So we got Team Awesome and Team Sass. Team Awesome is the guys. Team Sass is the girls. Team Awesome has two points. Team Sass has one point. So let us get back to it. Last we were here, it was the guys. So we're going back over to the girls. And it comes back around to you, Skye. Thank you. Your question is. I cannot focus. I'm so sorry. You just have one piece of pizza, Chantel. I'm on a diet too, Chantel. Chantel, I have a suggestion. Why don't we get your trainer on the line and just tell him that we're going to have one bite? That's all? Just one bite? But why even allow your palate to taste it? You know what I mean? Because it's just going to. Because it's good. It's going to open up the door. But Skye, she'll have one bite, then she'll be satiated. She'll be like, that's all I needed. That's all I needed. Right, Chris? She'll feel totally satiated. No, I'm telling you. That's a terrible thing to say. That's totally wrong. It's totally wrong. Oh, my gosh. Hey, you know, it's like the old saying. Leave her alone. It's like the old saying. One bite, I might.
One bite, I might. Oh, my gosh. Chantel, I'm going to diet to you. It's fine. Be so proud of yourself. Say, girl, you were strong in the midst of the greatest voices on radio when you stood firm. This stuff is healthy, right? Yeah. That's spinach. That's spinach. There's no calories in it at all. That's his specialty, the spinach one. It's so good, Chantel. And that's white meat chicken. Oh, my. Covered in ranch. Hello. Both pieces, probably five calories. Easy. Times. 200,000. All right. How many thousands watch you in uniform? Done. She retired. Go ahead and eat that. Eat the whole pizza. But she's working on other opportunities. I am. So we need to stick to the plan. Long-term goals. Nope. I have a photo shoot in a week and a half. I can't do it. Oh. Stringly. Stringly. Stringly. Stringly. I'll finish these off for you. She just wanted more friends. Oh, my gosh. You did good, girl. You could be proud of yourself all day for that one. All right, Sky, you ready? Yes. Sorry, focus. You know, Chantel, they say that hunger really is harder to ask questions. You know, when you get questions, it's harder to think if you're hungry. Leave her alone. Anyway, Sky, your question? Yes. At what golf tournament does the winner receive?
The green jacket. Oh, for goodness sake. For goodness sake, Skye. Okay, I think I know, but I don't know if this is like the name of a group of tournaments or if this is like one thing. Work it out, girl. You know this. I know you know it. I know. Is it the Masters? That is correct, Skye. That is correct, Skye. These questions are so easy. Obviously not. A halter top? Come on, stop it. For the record, Ashley just called Skye the smartest woman alive. Well, it's true. Thank you. One of them. She's a genius. Eddie, it's back over to you. If she could name another golf tournament, I would be impressed. The U.S. Open. I'm impressed. They're coming to town. That's the only way you know this. That's true. In your face. I would like to... Go to Team Awesome. And Eddie, I want you to take all your thinking powers, put them together. Pizza power, really. Whatever. Really try to get this one right. This is going to be tough for Eddie. Eddie in the movie Sleepless in Seattle. Where was Meg Ryan's character supposed to meet Tom Hanks' character on Valentine's Day?
That's so weak. This guy is so irritated. Whatever. You can sit down. You can sit down. What are you doing? What are you doing? Eddie is rowing. Eddie's rowing. Why is he rowing? It's a victory town. Whatever. Sit down. Eddie's rowing the victory town. Sit down. Sit down. They were supposed to meet where I got engaged, Mike. That's right. The top of the Empire State Building. Oh, Eddie got it right. Look at that. Whatever. Whatever. Oh, that pizza is good. We now go to Chantel. Come on, Mama. Stop it. Chantel, fight through the hunger pangs. Fight through the hunger pangs. It's not that I'm hungry. It just smells good. Chantel, what boxer pioneered the rope-a-dope? What? You just made that up, right? Yes, you did. How dare you? I did not make that up. You just wanted to rhyme some words. You had to do that. Seriously. What boxers? pioneered the rope-a-dope. Rope-a-dope. There's soap on a rope. Should I accept that? Where do you go from there? The rope-a-dope. Talk about it. I don't know what a rope-a-dope would do. Can you tell me what exactly is a sentence? A rope-a-dope. What boxer pioneered the rope-a-dope? You know, they say that a
Eating a piece of pizza really does help this side. Stop it! You would have got this right if you would have eaten a piece of pizza. Just take an educated guess. Okay. Sky? What? I didn't say anything. Just be quiet. Oh, would you be quiet? I was quiet. Hello, I'm trying to think here. Oh, that's the hunger talking. I don't know. I want to say Muhammad Ali, but he's too old. I'm like, that's not my final answer. Please, don't make it. So I'm going to go ahead and go with, I don't know, Mayweather? That is incorrect. Mike. Chantel. What? Are you ready? It's going to be bad, I know. Muhammad Ali. No way. Oh, my God. Wow. He doesn't even know shut the front door. I should get half a point. He pioneered it. He pioneered it. Dang it. He pioneered it, Chantel. He pioneered it. That one's going to leave a mark. That one's going to sting like hunger pangs. Wow. We go to Boston Rock. I think I can afford to get one wrong. The score is 3-2. The score is 3-2. Team Awesome. I'm still stuck on that. That one's going to bug you. It's like that pizza pizza. Shut up. Really? Really right now?
Your question is, what cosmetics company is a major sponsor of America's Next Top Model? Are you for real? You watch this, Rob. Come on. I space out. I stare at the ceiling while I'm just alone. I have to. I can't take it. What cosmetics company is a major sponsor of America's Next Top Model? Ever. I'm just going to go with the most prominent makeup I've heard of and go mad. Wait a minute. Okay. Eddie's making faces. I know it. I don't know the answer. Whatever. I don't know the answer. I've never watched that show. And Sean didn't know what a holter top was. We know. Oh, my goodness. We know. Rob, I need an answer. Eddie, stop it. I need an answer. Eddie's just smiling and popping his head up and down. I don't know the answer. I'm thinking cover girl. That is correct. Yes. He was saying Mac. I was gonna. He was saying Mac and then Eddie. And then I figured Mac isn't for models. Covergirl, like, they gotta cover up all their ugliness. I didn't know the answer. I didn't do anything. But you shamed him out of Mac. Yeah, whatever. Over to the girls. The question is... Garbage. You're garbage. The question is for Ashley. Look at here now. Ashley. Ashley. Yeah? Your question is, in baseball...
What is the honor given annually to the league's best pitcher? Talk about the easiest question ever. It doesn't even really matter. You mean like a pitcher of milk? Can you say the question again? I zoned out. I can. And I appreciate your honesty. Thank you. Ashley in baseball, what is the major honor given annually to the league's best pitcher? MVP. That is... A soluble pitcher. Incorrect. Incorrect, Ash. What? Thank you. That is incorrect. It's called the Cy Young Award. It's the Cy Young Award. Can we check the score? Rope-a-nope. Yes, we can. I can't believe that. It is... I can't believe that. That's just wrong. Just wrong. We're still going to ask a question to Sean.
Oh, here comes the fake I don't know the answer and then the right answer. Sean? That must irritate you guys. My favorite part of the show. Keep doing it, Sean. Who is singer Brandy's little brother who is also a musician? Come on, that's like easier than... I don't know. Are you serious? Little brother? Yes, who is Brandy's little brother who's also a musician? I don't understand how you can't know this with all this stuff out there about this. Well, he's just fake. He's fake not knowing. He'll know. Shawnee looks perplexed. It's the exact face he made last time before he answered halter tops. He should know this. Shawnee. Same confusion. Oh, ponder it. Come on. Need an answer, Shawnee. I will say, I really don't know this one. No, Mario. I don't know. It's Ray J. That's incorrect. You win. Whatever. Good job, Sean. Whatever. Whatever. I just want you to know that I knew both of my answers today. I just want you to know that. Yes, I did. You blew it. Ladies and gentlemen, Team Sass 2, Team Awesome 4. Our text number is 35253.

That is their job. They do do that, but they do a lot more than that. These guys are doing reconnaissance. They're doing ATV patrols. Boston Rob is a very, very, very sweet young man. We know this. And so, because Mother's Day is coming up, in fact, Mother's Day is on Sunday, we thought that we would get his mom on the phone right now. And he calls her mom. Hello, Adeline. Hi. How are you? I'm just fantastic. Now, are you in New York right now? Yes, and can we all say happy... Happy Mother's Day from New York. Absolutely. Happy Mother's Day from New York. The girls are here. That's right. Happy Mother's Day from New York. Happy Mother's Day from New York. Oh, that's so cute. Thank you, ladies. Yeah. Adeline, where do you work? I'm working at Metro Group at a law firm. We represent at least a third of the largest steamship lines in the world. Oh, look at that. Yeah. That's fantastic. Well. As you know, your son is a singer-songwriter. In fact, he recorded some music when he was a kid, when he was 12 years old. I don't know if you remember this, Adeline. Oh, yeah, bring it up. I don't know if you remember this, Adeline. I do remember, ladies and gentlemen, he was in Battle of the Bands, sponsored by the Boston Phoenix.
Yeah. No, no, no. Not that one, Mom. No, it's a different one, Mom. That was a different band, Isaac. What was that, Rob? What was that? I told you guys. I've been in bands my whole life. I know, but what is this one? There's a radio station that sponsored about all the bands, and one of my bands competed in that. What was that band all about? What kind of music? Breakdance music? No. No, no, no. I played drums in that band. It was between metal and ska. I see. What was the name of the band? Prisoners of Society. Unlike other prisoners. Which are prisoners of... Interplanetary. Yes, interplanetary prisoners. Mom. Ma. Yes, darling. What he's talking about is, remember those tapes that you had of like the JFK Cuban Missile Crisis and all that stuff? Yes, yes. Yeah, remember when I recorded all of them? Yes, I do remember. You know, that's how Robert got his talent. Robert. Yes, Robert. Robert is her son. He used to do my dubbing for me. That's right. And it must have been such a surprise when you went to listen back to those JFK Cuban Missile Crisis tapes and there was Rob rapping at 12 years old.
That must have been great. That's why he named his dad Prisoners of Society. That's right. That's right. That was like eight years later. Well, Adeline, Adeline, we would like to present a song to you. Okay. And Rob wrote this song himself. And we are going to play the finished version now for you. Are you ready? Oh, my God. I can't wait to hear you. Happy Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day, Mom. Love you guys, too. No, no, no. Listen, listen, listen. Adeline, listen. You got to listen to the song, Adeline. I wasn't planned, but I can't begin to thank you. So here's a song for the best mom. I was so young. Oh, wow. And you took the time to teach me to cuss out drivers that cut me off. Unexpected? Mom.
The best mom. Chacaronis. You cheered me up when I was blue. Hypes on that guy. You call me Robert. Whenever you get angry. Like the time I started throwing rocks for a hobby and broke a bunch of car windows. Mom. Wicked awesome. Thank you, Mom. You love me, but hate my tattoo. You only do that in concert, Rob. I don't mind. He doesn't actually put that in. That you thought it was funny to give me a Johnny Damon blanket for a gift after he went to the Yankees. It still hurts, but I love you anyways, Mom. So wherever your mother might be this weekend, give your mom a big hug for me. And remember, love your mom. Love your mom. It's fantastic.
There's not a dry eye in the house. Oh, my God. Swelling with tears. Mom, don't cry. Adeline, did you enjoy that? Oh, my heart. Please, please, can I have a copy? Yeah, yeah, I'll email it to you, Mom. Oh, my God, my heart. Oh, sweet. Happy Mother's Day, Mom. I love you. Robert, you are my rock of Gibraltar. Oh, that's right. I went to Sleep Train so that I could have a reference to compare used mattresses on Craigslist. I took my three-year-old in there, which is typically a bad idea because she doesn't have the ability to self-calm herself yet. I digress. But my point is that they made it so easy to figure out which mattress I wanted that I ended up buying one at Sleep Train.
I really wanted the Beautyrest world-class Paris plush, but it was out of my budget, which is why I felt I needed to buy a used one. The sales associate knocked off $1,213 and offered to deliver it today. We got this email. B-Rob, when did we get this? A couple days ago? Yeah, two days ago. Two days ago. That's awesome. Yeah, man. My wife, who is one month pregnant with our second child, will be pleasantly surprised tonight when she sleeps on our new Paris plush. She really deserves a good mattress to sleep on, and I can't wait to sleep on it with her. Signed, P1 Norfus. You want that to be your story? Sleep trains are everywhere. Check one out today. Featuring tough love with Eddie. Dear true bromance. It's beautiful to see people so in love. You are obviously heartbroken because your soulmate has left you for another. You just can't deal with the intensity and passion for each other that you have. I mean, what is he thinking? How could he want to spend time with his girlfriend rather than a sweaty, hairy, smelly dude like yourself? I don't get it either.
You need to step up your game and win him back. Maybe start sending him provocative pictures of yourself. Like you and a baby tea. Sipping out of a milkshake with two straws in it. And you know who that other straw is for, big boy. The Mikey Show continues. Rock 105.3. Let's do this. We've got to go back on the air here in a couple of minutes. Before we go back on the air. Yeah. Because I want to do this before we go on the air. Oh, what? Well, I know Chantel's on the phone. Oh, yeah, yeah. I just want to talk to her. What does she want? I don't know. We'll talk to her before we go on the air. Okay. Hey, Chantel. Yeah. We got to talk to you before we go on the air. Okay. What's the deal? Eddie, do you know why she's calling? I have no idea. Stop it. Okay, so I did some research and I'm not going crazy. Reggie Bush has this contraption that he used when training and it's called a free flow dough. He made this thing up.
It's not on the market yet, but it's called... Who cares, Chantel? Hey, be nice. I'm only saying because you thought I was really going insane. You are still making it up. I don't believe you. Yeah. Chantel, how do we know that you're not just making this up and you're trying to fool us? You know what? We're going to fall for the oldest one in the book. Well, you were going to wait until we got on the air and then fool us. Yeah, you were going to make fun of us on the air because we would have fallen for it and then you would have been like, just kidding. Gotcha. Gotcha. NFL Network. I did a feature on this and I was helping edit it. Name dropper. Oh, yeah. Excuse us. Oh, NFL Network. I promise. I just want you to know I'm not going crazy. Okay, big time. Listen. Chantel. Just because I know something you don't know. That's impossible. Don't be mad. Women have smaller brains than men. It's science. It's science. I'm telling you right now. You're lucky I'm on the road and I can't hit you. Chantel.
Yes. We've been on the air this whole time. Gotcha. We love you, and we'll see you next Thursday. Bye. Goodbye. That was Chantel. Did I get a time check? Did I do a time check? 825. If you drive to Tijuana, you should know that a ban on tinted windows went into effect this week. NBA playoffs last night saw San Antonio finally win a game. They won game three over New Orleans, but the Hornets still up two games to one. Is Ashley all ready to go? Where's Rob? Where's Rob? He's that little bumblebee you see right there. Oh, no. Are you kidding? I can't fit in this thing, dude. This is made for women. You got women's clothing. You have the same shape. That is the cutest yellow tie. These gloves are solid. That is the cutest little yellow, dainty yellow. This went from mom's proudest moment to the family's most embarrassing. It's true.
It's true. I don't know where you're supposed to be. He's such a clown. Come in here. Come in here. Come in here. Will you look at how cut he is? It's like watching an Under Armour commercial. He's in a junior Miss Small. Not in my house. Yes. Where did you get that, baby Gats? Look at this. I have to kind of walk bull-legged. His pets. Let me tell you, he works out so much. He's got breasts. You don't see anything, Skye. They're not called breasts. They're called pets, Mike. Is that the deal? Can I sit on your lap? No. Can you put your smoke somewhere else? Look where he has his smokes. Oh, he's got his smokes. So, check this out. Turn around. Turn around. First of all, he's got little. They are both. Ashley and Rob are wearing matching. They're wearing matching little bike outfits. They're wearing matching bike outfits and their little gloves are pink.
Their gloves are pink. But he's so stupid. He's wearing the biker pants pulled down so you can see his boxers. And Skye is like really like, I know you way too well now. Camel toe. So, Rob. Reverse camel toe. Rob. Rob, are you ready, Rob? You know how I know you're getting? In his little pink upper body, or his little yellow. It's not even yellow. His little yellow. Bumblebee from Transformers, all right? No, you're not that cool. No. In his little yellow shirt, he's got a pack of smokes rolled up into the sleeves. That's embarrassing. Anybody seen that sexual harassment poster? All right, all right, go, go, go. Are you taking these clothes back? Because your tags are still on. I mean, you can see them through your shirt. Do you have your helmets and stuff? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I got my helmet. Let me go get your... Oh, little pink. Oh, it's like hot pink fluorescent helmets. Very hot, Ash. Hot pink fluorescent helmets. Looking good, girl. Looking good. Look at her. But where are your helmets? And your cell phone. Okay, and I see the tandem bike outside. Oh, where is it? It's right here in this empty parking space.
Did you see the tandem bike? How are they going to ride that bike? I don't know, dude. It's a blue tandem bike. Now, just so for listeners that don't know what's going on, Boston Rob lost a bet to Eddie. They did bocce ball and horseshoes, and Boston Rob lost. Look at all the people that are shooting. I know, P1s are all coming to check it out. Yeah, a bunch of people are coming to check it out. And what we're going to do is we're going to put Boston Rob in. Boston Rob's in the back, right? Yes. Ashley's in the front. He hates the idea of tandem bikes. That's why we did this, because we had heard him say that he hates the idea of tandem bikes. But even more than hating the idea of tandem bikes, he hates when couples ride tandem bikes. Yes. And he hates Ashley. Yeah, and he hates Ashley. It's true. They argue constantly. And so we're putting them on a tandem bike together, and Ashley got to pick the outfits. Yeah. Oh, it's so funny. Yeah, so the outfits that she picked are these cute little yellow tops. I'm so mad we can't follow along the whole way. Well, it's going to be filmed, so we'll be able to watch it on the website. Jay is so lucky. Jay is the luckiest guy. I know. Look at his face. Maybe I should now. Should we send somebody with a cell phone on the bike? I mean, on the golf cart. Like Sir Chetty or something? Yeah, Sir Chetty. You want to go? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Call me from your cell phone. We'll put Eddie on the golf cart. Well, they're going to be on it, too. Who's going to be on it? Well, they're going to be on the hotline.
With their cell phone. Call me in the request line. Okay. Call me in the request line. What's the number? No, you're so funny. Oh, this is so good. I can't wait to see this video. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They're going to videotape the whole thing. And a bunch of listeners are calling and they're like, okay, who's it? Is this Ashley? Hi. Hi. Where are you? I'm walking with Eddie and Rob and the promo staff outside. Okay, cool. Am I yelling? No, you're not yelling. You're fine. Your levels are just perfect, Ash. They're just great. You're doing just great, kid. So you're going to be on the front of the bike, Ash. Okay. And Rob will be in the back. This is the best day of my life. Ashley, have you ever steered a tandem bike? Because it can be tough to steer, two people. They are tough to steer, Ash. Did you know that? What? Did you know that they're tough to steer? Yeah, yeah. I'll work it out, Doc. Oh, look at Rob. That's a public indecency ticket. Oh, my gosh. Seriously. Can he get a ticket? Yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, my gosh. If he drives by any minors right now, he's gone. Yeah. This is crazy. And he'll be listed on a website. Oh, that's ridiculous. Oh, that's so ridiculous. With his underwear hanging out and then the tattoo above, right below his belly button. And the pink helmet. Oh, and they're putting little pink dots.
Yeah, a little pink dice on the handlebars. I got tasseled to accessorize the bike. Accessorize the bike. Eddie, is that you? That's you, right, Eddie? Yeah. Okay, cool. So Eddie is on the golf cart. He's watching this. There's people, there's P1s in cars that I think are going to follow behind as well. That's fantastic. A motorcade, right? A motorcade. It's like a wedding. We should tie cans behind the bike. Yeah. And we should throw rice at them. Oh, Rob. Rob is so obnoxious. His tag is hanging out from the back of his pants. He's got to be as gentle as possible. Well, he's pulling it off, Eddie. Wow. Ashley's posing for photographs. Dude, that is a spectacle. That is a spectacle. Laugh out loud. I thought you said he has no testicles. That is also true. All right, they're getting on the bikes. Oh, my gosh. They're getting on the bikes. There's going to be an accident, Mike. Eddie, I don't think he does now. I don't think he does now. This is going to be brutal. Oh, there are so many people out there. This is going to be worse traffic than tomorrow. Oh, I know it. I know it. There's Scooby. There's detail. Dude, and they're loading like five guys in that golf cart because everybody wants to go. I'm in charge, Rob. Okay, here we go. Oh, here goes Ashley yelling at him. Rob's not pedaling. Ashley's doing all the work. Oh, Rob, what a jerk.
Rob is letting his legs dangle so that she has to do all the work. Remember when you were a little kid riding behind your parents and you just kept your legs off? Yeah, that's what he's doing. Eddie, so what do we got? This is a spectacle. They are going to get in an accident, Mike. Someone's going to get hurt. I am so afraid we're going to get a ticket. Yeah. Because there's going to be cars lined up behind them. They got a golf cart out there, and they're going to Starbucks. That's a busy intersection down there. We're not hitting the street. Oh, no. Oh, no. Hey, fire them right now so they're no longer on the show. Hire them if they make a vacation. Yeah, then I don't have to. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No liability. Okay, we are on the street. Oh, God. Oh, my gosh. I had no idea. Oh, I did. I mean, I didn't. No one could have foreseen this. Who would have ever thought? Mike, hear me? Yes, I can hear you. This is so much fun. Oh, I can't wait to see this video. We're going to post this video on MikeyShow.com, all of it. Oh, no. Oh, my gosh. Ashley, Ashley, can you hear me?
Eddie, can you hear me? Eddie, what are you seeing? What are you looking at? Yeah, I can hear you. His phone is breaking up. I'm going to try to switch him to another. I think he said people are everywhere. They have weapons with them. I don't think he said weapons. Eddie, can you hear me? Ashley, you're not in a boat. This is crazy. She has to get that down because if she gets two lefts in a row, it's over. Oh, it's bad. Yeah. That's right. Ash, can you hear me? What's up, Mike? Tell me what you're seeing. Well, we just made a lefty on Sealy Center. That would be great if you could shut up.
And we're about to go down the hill, Mike. It's a really steep hill. It is a steep hill. Who has the brakes? I do. This is bad. That is so awesome. I'm going to try to get Eddie back on the line. I care for you all very much. Eddie, are you there? Yeah, now I can hear you. Perfect. Okay. Yeah, Rob is still not pedaling. What? He's doing all the work. Horrible. Tell him to pedal. I want him to look ridiculous. He looks more ridiculous. He's just in one of those toddler seats right now. Yeah, I know. We had to put him in one of those strapping toddler seats. Right. Rob, pedal, you jerk. Guys, we are about to head on Arrow Drive where that super steep hill is. And a lot of traffic. I'm very nervous about this because there are P1s driving everywhere right now. Tell A, I want any P1 that's listening and that can see them honk your horn because I want to make, and it'll take eight seconds because we're on an eight second delay, but if you see them honk your horn, I want to let the world know that we got a bunch of P1s out there looking at this. Mike. Yes, Ashley. That's fantastic. Oh my God. That is fantastic.
That is great. This is so dangerous. Just to let you know, there is an Asian guy behind them on a bicycle who has no idea. Fantastic. It's like Forrest Gump when he just started to run. People started joining in. Oh, my. Dude. Eddie. Yeah. Are you on Arrow yet? We're waiting for the red light. Oh, wow. Wow. I'm so nervous for that handle. He just passed it. Mike. Yes. The legs are sick. Hey, Ashley, don't forget. Don't forget. You're the leader. So you can give directions to him. We're about to go down there. Fingers crossed, everyone. Okay, we're going to cruise. No pedaling. No pedaling. All right. Oh, this is the funnest thing ever.
Oh, my. Yeah, you might slow up a little bit, Ash. Slow it up a little. What is that? Is that the wind flying by? What is that? I think it was the wind. I think they just hit hyperspace. Oh, my gosh. You're going to die. Hey, don't go too fast. You'll end up in 1983. It happens. My eyes are watering. That was crazy. All right, we made it safely to the bottom. Oh, that was quick. Yeah, that was very quick. Rob did nothing. Eddie, was that a fireman? Yeah, it was that ambulance. Well, I'm glad they're on the scene. That is fantastic. I'm about to turn right. Go for it. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. This is the greatest thing I've ever heard. Middle of the road. Now I know what you mean about people watching NASCAR for the crashes. Yeah, that's what you're waiting for, right? We're driving with oncoming traffic right now. Wait. We're driving with oncoming traffic? Yeah, because the way the Starbucks is set up, you have to go left to get in, so they have to go against the traffic. Oh, wow. That doesn't sound safe. No.
Into the Starbucks. Yes. Yes. Success. Oh, that's the greatest thing I've ever seen. That's fantastic. Eddie. All right, Eddie. Yeah. Let's do this. I'm going to take a break. Okay. And then when we come back, hopefully they will have gone into Starbucks because, you know, I obviously want them on the tandem bikes to bring back drinks for everybody. Yeah. So call us back when you guys are on your way back. And don't forget, P1s, I want to hear you honking. They'll be headed uphill all the way back. It should be a blast. How are they going to go uphill? I don't know. Especially with Rob not pedaling. Rob will have to pedal. And he's holding eight drinks. Right? We'll be back. Vicky Show continues. Heart of Earth. Hey, I smoked a lot of pot for many years. Yeah? Sean. I almost shot someone in the face one time. I'm kind of the transient of the bunch. And Ashley. It's 8.46. It was announced yesterday that Madonna will be performing in San Diego for the first time since 1985. Jake Peavy on the Mount tonight for the Padres. Come on out and support him because it's on, baby. Comeback City. Hey, are you guys still there?
What are you doing now? Well, we have caused a ridiculous scene out here, Mike. Dude. We should have thought about where we were doing this. What's going on? Well, there's not a very big parking lot here, and you have to make a left turn to come in. This is like a mini sticker stop out here. Oh, no. Thank you, Mike. This is ridiculous. There's so many cars here. It's crazy. Can you tell Ashley and Rob that we hear them talking, but they're talking like at the same time? Okay. Well, we just took off. Okay. And now they're stopping traffic for us. Oh, my. Here we go. Oh, gosh. Rob, you're only allowed to talk when I say show, okay? Rob, can you hear me? We got a stop sign up here. Rob? Have you hit the hill yet? Rob, can you hear me? No, I can't hear anything. I can hear the lovely wind blowing in my ear. That's fantastic. Ashley, are you guys on the hill yet? We're not going to blow through a stop sign. Okay.
Something just happened. Don't ask. Don't ask. Don't ask. Don't tell. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Eddie, can you hear me? I don't think anybody can hear me now. I don't think they can hear you. Eddie, can you hear me? I can hear you. So what are you seeing? Describe what you're seeing. Okay. Well, we just decided to go the back way because there was no way they were making it up. I didn't know you were going to pedal. Oh, okay. And so we're going that back way, but there's still a giant hill they've got to get up there. They're going that back way by Walmart. Oh, dude, there's still a gigantoid hill. Oh, yeah. But there's less traffic, and so they won't die. That's good. That's a good thought. Here we go. We're going up the big hill. That's unbelievable. How sweaty you think Ashley is right now. Eddie, how fast are they going? So wait a second. I have a question. Do these tandem bikes, do they have like gears or do you just have to push really hard? I think you just go for it. There's two gears. There's an Ashley and then there's a Rob gear right now. And the second gear is broken. Yes.
Ashley, are you a little out of breath or what's going on? Is Rob smoking? Yeah. Rob. Yeah, he should put the cigarette out. How much farther do they have to go, Eddie? I thought I just heard a siren. What is it, Eddie? Oh, great. We know nothing about this. Yeah, I don't know who you guys are. Mr. Policeman, if you're a P1, turn your siren back on. There you go.
So are they at the stop sign right now, right in front of Fry's? Yep. Okay. So that's like halfway up the hill. Are you kidding me? So there's a stop sign. So they're stopping right now. They're regrouping. But then they have the second part of the hill to go. Hey, guys, I need you back here in two minutes. Yep. We got stuff to do. Is that cool? Can you do that? You're doing great, Nass. You're doing great. You're making Rob look like a fool. You're the best. Yeah, there you go. Sky's sipping her coffee. Very comfortable. Yeah, she's very comfy. She's very comfy. And Chantel right now, somewhere in her car to mom's house going, you shouldn't have eaten the pizza. What is happening? That's the sound of asphalt on skin, Mikey. That can't be good. Hello? Are you guys there? Yeah, yeah, go ahead. Yeah, they're about halfway up the second hill. Oh, dude. I can't believe how many cars we're still hearing. And they're not even on the busy side of the street anymore. They're over on the other side. So, Eddie, is there just like a chain of cars following you guys around? It looks like a freaking convoy. Okay, hey, P1s, you got to use your horns. Help them up that hill, man. Yeah, the horn is like a motivational instrument. Oh, that's good. Think of it like a motivational instrument.
Dude, I can't wait to see this video. I can't wait to see this video. And you thought Rob's legs were white before. Oh, wow. Look what happened once the blood left him. There you go. Okay, we're getting pulled over. You're getting pulled over. Okay, hey, keep the phone on. If he tells you to put it away, just drop it down to your waist. Yeah, exactly. Jay, punch it. Let's get out of here. Punch it. They're in a golf cart. Punch it. Oh, and Eddie, remind Rob to use his alias. Yeah, right? Yeah. I'm using my... Okay, Ashley's doing hand signals that are wrong. Oh, great. Hand signals. Eddie. We're almost to the light where we turn the... That's what I was just going to ask. I wonder how far they are. They're in the home stretch. This is unbelievable, man. Where'd the cop go? Yeah, is the cop still there? Nice. We are now at Granite Ridge Drive. Nice. Yes, coming home. Nice. Come around.
Come to the back of the building so I can see what you guys look like. What you look like. We want to see how much you change since you left home. I want to see if you even look the same. Will we recognize you? Oh, now it's your head. Yeah, well, we knew this would happen. Ashley, you're in charge. You don't take that from him. Yeah, Ash. Tell him who's the boss. Right? I'm the boss. I'm the boss. All right, guys. We'll put her pulling in back into the driveway as we speak. This is fantastic. When they get back, tell them there's no film in the camera. They got to do it again. Let's send them around. Yeah, come around to the window. Want to see your cute little faces? Yeah, I don't know that we put batteries in that sucker. Oh, yeah. We're number one. We won. You won what? What did they win? They're not racing anyone. They're number one. I don't know why. I don't either. Yeah. Okay, we got cars coming back in the back lot. The dumpster's in view. There's P1 Scooby. There's you and Scooby. Here we come. Come on, Rob, let's try to beat the golf cart. Try to beat the golf cart. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening live to Boston Rob's Punishment, riding a tandem bicycle with Ashley in the lead, wearing a cute little yellow outfit. Yeah. They're turning the corner now, guys. Forgot about the pink gloves and the pink hat. That's true. Pink gloves, hot pink hat. Hot. Yep. Hi, Mike. Here they come. And we look good.
You can see the parade starting to fire. Here they come, ladies and gentlemen. And here they are. That's it. You guys are the best. That's it. Ashley's keeping on going. Why is she? Ashley, where are you going? Ashley, you're done. It's all over now. Second lap. It's all over. Come back. Yeah, you can stop. Second lap. Come back. Eddie, where'd they go? I don't know. Why are they going? And look at all these cars. What is this? There's a bus. There's a tour bus that's been following them. Look at all these cars. There's a parade of cars. Everyone's been led in here. There's no way out. 570-1053. Oh, my gosh. 570-1053. I'm going to hang up with you guys. Come into the station now. Okay, we'll be right in. All right, 570-1053. I want to hear from listeners that saw that. Yeah. That were out there and saw that and got to see the ridiculousness of it. They're all right here. They could gather around the window if you wanted them to. Right? That was fantastic. Oh, I can't wait. There's still a parade of cars going behind them. They're still coming. Here comes Eddie. We probably counted like 10, 15 already. They're just waiting to get through.
Andy looks like he's winded from being in the golf cart. Yeah. 570-1053. Ashley's high-fiving everyone. Ashley's jumping up. She can go again. Rob, I still can't see Rob. He's laying down somewhere out there. Oh, it's funny. They're all coming back into the studio. Mikey Show. Let's take some calls. Mikey Show, hello. Mikey, Scooby. What's up, Scooby? How was it? Dude, me, 300, and Taylin went out in the middle of traffic to stop the traffic so they can go to Starbucks down the hill. That's nuts. That is nuts. Yeah, it sounded dangerous. Yeah. I was worried about them going down the hill because Jay said the brakes didn't work. Oh, good. Scooby, Scooby, a lot of people. A lot of people. Oh, my God. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It looked like there was a lot. Everybody started pulling up into the Starbucks parking lot. Yeah. Look at Ashley. She's totally winded. Here's Eddie. Oh, no. Dude, Eddie, nice job on the road. How great was that? Oh, my God. Here's Ashley. Look at Ashley. She looks like she just went swimming. Bad hair day. She looks like she just went swimming. Dude, I felt so bad for her. Rob was doing this. Holding his legs up. Oh, look at that. She never stopped pedaling the whole time. Like she did on your big wheel. When it started to lose control, you just had to take your feet off. She's a champ. She pulled both of their weight. Yeah. That back hill. Yeah.
I wasn't thinking. I thought it was just that one hill, and then they had to go up the second hill. She looks like she was in a swimming pool. Rob, he's unfazed. He didn't work at all. He just went for a tour. He had a smoke the whole time. He did have a smoke. Dude, I got us up that hill. That's not what we heard. That's not what we heard. She's throwing stuff at the glass. Hold on, hold on. You can't tell me short on this. I stood up and pedaled up that hill. She's throwing stuff at the window. You can ask those guys. We have it on video. Good. Watch the videotape. I bet you couldn't do that, Eddie. I'll put money on it. This guy's being tough in pink. That's right. It's yellow, Mike. Pink gloves. Thank you. He's yelling at you with his hands with pink gloves on him. He's like, I'll change the topic. I bet none of you could do that. Stood up the whole time. You didn't do it either. You go watch the video, champ. I just stood up that whole time. I'm the reason. They should name that hill after me. They should name it after you? What? I killed it. Oh my God.
I crushed it. Holy crap. Ashley, you are a double. Way to go, Ashley. We're so proud of you. We're so proud of you, Ashley. That's so cheap. I mean, look at her. Yeah, she is sweating like mad. Unbelievable. She looks like hell. Be cool, man. You don't have to. You guys sound like whining little kids. This is The Mikey Show. Have you called West Coast Financial Services yet? Give them a call. They're number 619-453-9901. They are working with me to help me with my credit score and work with my debt consolidation. I got a lot of debt, and it's kind of buried me, but these are the people to call. Yeah, those pink gloves must have been expensive. They were. And, you know, the bike itself, seriously, I put myself into debt. Taking out the loan for the tandem bike and the bright yellow shirt that was practically see-through. Don't forget the pink helmet. And don't forget the surgery I'm going to have to have to become a man again. So if that sounds similar to your story, another service that they can help you with is foreclosure relief. I got to tell you about this because right now the economy ain't the greatest. Interest rates are going up and you might be having trouble or you might. You might be going to get a loan and you might be going to have trouble with mortgage payments. Listen, I am winded. Because, Eddie, you're a jerk. Because I peddled us up that hill. Why do you think it's hill Boston Rob over there? That's what it's called. So, for help with foreclosures, Rob. Foreclosure stuff. Yeah.
If you're late on a mortgage payment, if you need them to talk to your bank for you, don't wave at me, Eddie. They can negotiate with your bank. They can modify your loan. You can call them for a free consultation. You're a bad person. Watch that video. Let's go see you ride that tainted bike up that hill. I'll bet you 50 bucks you can't. What do I call for my free consultation? 619-453. Show me the 50. I got to go to the bank. 619-453-9901. Turn up the funny volume. Okay, now Vicky is a picker. She's the type that when she's eating, you know, out at dinner, she will reach over and get the food that is on her boyfriend's plate. Now she's dating this new guy. Now Steve doesn't know yet that you do this, right? Really, not yet. I'm trying to figure out how to get him to figure out that that's what I do. Now, I think Sky and Ashley may have advice for you of how you accomplish this goal.
Okay. Yeah, be like, hey, you know, do you mind if I have a bite of that? And then you take a little bite off his plate. If he says yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, and if he says no, he's a monster. Well, he's not going to say no. He's not going to say no. What the heck? Back to the Mikey Show. Rock 105.3. That was one of my favorite moments hearing that. That sounded insane, dude. Dude, when we were pulling into that Starbucks, it was like nothing I've ever seen. Because there were so many cars trying to look at it and, like, get into that parking lot. And, you know, there's oncoming traffic, so it was just backed up. Oh, man. Like, crazy. That is so awesome. Everybody was honking at us. I mean, oh, that was scary, actually. 35253 is our text number and our phone number, 570-1053. Mikey, I am one of SD's finest and wish I was working. I would follow them with lights going. Trying to get another officer to catch them. That's P1 Hottie on patrol. We had two ambulances out there. Thank God, because I thought Ashley was going to die. She did all the work. That's true. Mikey, I was there and saw it. It wasn't that B-Rob wasn't pedaling. It's that his legs can't reach. All right, I take it back, Rob. A mini-mini. I'm done with you. Hey, people can watch the video. That's right, they can. They'll see me standing up, pedaling up that hill. You were standing?
Mikey, that was the best. I've now seen all of Boston Rob I ever need to. By the way, I still have sweat on my hand from Ashley high-fiving me. Mikey, I can't imagine how wet her armpits must be right now. You have no idea, by the way. We've talked about this at length on The Mikey Show. Ashley has a sweat problem. She's always got sweaty pits. So it doesn't matter what she's wearing. It soaks through the clothing. And she has done everything you can think of. She's gone to the doctor. She's asked dermatologists. What can she do? Been on medication. Been on medication for it. And she came back right now. And it looked like somebody put sweat pancakes underneath those arms.
and she's wearing one of those bike tops like you're not supposed to be able to sweat through that stuff, right? Isn't that like the purpose of it? Yeah. She defied science. That's unbelievable. This one says, Mikey, I'm crying so hard over Boston Rob's new song. I hope you play it again. One of the funniest songs I've ever heard. I'm laying on the floor at work crying from laughing. That's P1 Big Fish. It was good. 570-1053. is our phone number. That was so much fun. Dude, I loved the way that sounded. It just was so crazy out there. It really was. It sounded nuts. P1 Skies A-Beating is on the line right now. Thank you very much. What's going on? Not much. How you doing? Good, dude. I just want to say, biker butts drive me nuts. Well, there you go. That's a little inspiration for Boston Rock. It really was nuts to butts out there. That's right. That's right. Guy was pedaling his little legs as fast as they could go. Well, not really, but... But okay. They were like little matchsticks turning in unison. Mikey Show. Hey, Mikey, what's up? It's 300. What's up, 300? Hey, that was awesome. Dude, I can't wait to see this video. We're going to load it on the website really quickly.
300. Was Rob not sitting out there smoking a cig? Yep, it looked good, too. It looked good. That's right. It's easy. Carb up. What? Carb up before that. Not sure what that meant. That's how you carb up. No. Never mind. Okay. You guys want to hear Snoop Dogg singing the theme song to One Life to Live? What? More than anything. That's right. Well, he was a guest star on One Life to Live this week. And he sang the theme song. Cut four. Traffic looks good. We should be at the club soon. Cool. The fridge is fully stocked. Help yourself to whatever you want, Mr. Dog. Call me Snoop. Check this out. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, dog. That was great. You love that? I want to do other ones, like Facts of Life. Now we can buy the soundtrack. That'd be good. Take the good, you take the bad. Yeah. Just sit right back and you hear it. Tale of a faithful trip. Oh, my gosh. Terrell Owens was on Conan O'Brien last night, and this was him talking about what he looks for in a woman. Cut 18.
You're single? What are you looking for in a woman right now? What's the ideal woman for you? My thing for trying to pick the perfect woman for me and a couple of my close friends, we have this little slogan. I'm looking for someone low-maintenance that looks high-maintenance, but really not. Okay. Well said. You want someone who looks high-maintenance, but in reality is low-maintenance. Okay, so what do you mean? You want them... We all know that they're really low maintenance, but what do you mean you want them to look high maintenance? Just, you know, I like the model type. You know, that's just the hot. Oh, really? Really? Yeah. That's different for a man. Way to go out on a limb there. She's crazy. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Here's the deal, Sky. Mike, what are you doing? Hang on a second. Hang on. Sky didn't see Lost last night. Well, yeah, dude, because it's on until 11 o'clock at night. Hang on though, Sky. It might as well end at 3 in the morning, okay? Now, wait a second. Now, just because you hear a clip doesn't mean that it's going to give away anything. It's just a clip. That's all. It's just a clip. Eddie, talk to me about... Fine. Ruin my life. Talk to me about loss last night. Ruin my work. You don't have to give anything away. Will you be giving things away if you say anything? Well, the major thing last night, I'll try and word it. I am. Okay. Is Locke, Ben, and Hurley were searching for the cabin. Yes.
Jacob's cabin. They found the cabin. Oh, okay. And Locke was the only one that went in. Uh-oh. And when he went in... Too much, too much. A couple of surprises. A couple of surprises. Cut 36. Oh. No, no, yeah. Take him off. No, no, no, no. Leave the studio. Leave the studio. Just for this break. I didn't watch it. Just for this break. Just for this... Man, I got it on TiVo. Go ahead and go home. No. Watch the show. People on Chris plugging his ears. Yeah, I got it on TiVo. Okay, we'll play it. Claire? Hi, John. Don't worry, I'm fine. I'm with him. Where's the baby? The baby's where he's supposed to be. And that's not here. That's Jack's dad. Oh, yeah. It's probably best that you don't tell anyone that you saw her. Why? Why is she? We don't have time for this. The people from the boat are already on their way back. And once they get here, all of these questions won't matter one bit. So why don't you ask the one question that does matter? Now, Hurley said, last week Hurley said it doesn't matter because they're all dead anyway. So what does that mean that Claire's there and Claire's dead? Claire's dead. In the show, she's not dead. No, no, she's not. She was dead. To me, she's dead. She died in the explosion a couple of weeks ago. And her dad, who is also Jack's dad, and they don't know that they're brother and sister.
It was in the cabin. And so, like, how can they see him? He's dead. Why can you see her? What is going on? Is he dead? Christian is dead, yeah. Jack's dad's dead. Yeah. You remember that. Yeah, I don't remember that. You don't remember that? Uh-uh. But he's dead. Yeah. What is going on? I have no idea. Chris, do you watch? Oh, yeah, watch. Yeah, yeah, watch. What is your thoughts? Ah, I'm confused. You don't watch. Deebo'd last night, so nah. First, I thought, you know, purgatory, that whole thing about a year ago. And now it's like, I don't know. Time warp. Can't get to and from the island. People want to find out. I don't know. Can I bring her back in? Yeah. Come on, Sky. Eddie, you know these things. You're writing this thing, aren't you? I'm not going to answer that question. You're sworn to secrecy. I can't say anything. You know the answers. He does know the answers. Why do you not answer that? It's bizarre, dude, what's going on. I don't know. Yeah, yeah, she'd come back in. That's what he does the rest of the day. I don't know any of this. Do you guys watch? Yep. Duh. Sky, was it bad or was it good? I enjoyed it. You've been saying that it's kind of, and Eddie too. Yeah. It's kind of bugged you. I mean, it definitely wasn't like one of the best ones, but it was a mediocre episode for them. Eddie, you see the clips? Yeah. What do you like? The 32 was pretty good. Michael doesn't like the potential intern Pam is talking to. They go to a job fair at a high school and nobody's visiting their booth.
And Michael wants like the cool kid. Yeah. And Pam is just talking to like a normal kid. Yeah. Cut 32. Hey, remember we talked about the car on the way out? Only the best and the brightest. He's nice and he seems interested. He's totally wrong. Hey. What are you doing? Listen, I don't think that a handsome, funny, smart, funny looking kid. You can do whatever you want to do. You could be a classy janitor or a cashier with dignity or a migraine worker. A migraine worker? Maybe for you, paper should be more of a hobby. Oh, wow. Quick time out. Are we on the air? Come on. Are we on the radio? Yeah. Cricket. Let me tell you something. Huge supporter of the sticker strike tomorrow. Well, the sticker strike is put on by Cricket Wireless. And they're going to be out there tomorrow. And they're going to have representatives out there saying hello to you. And the thing about Cricket is they got together. They said, this is what we want to do. We want to put together a wireless company that does all the stuff right that your company does wrong. Yeah, dude. Then you'll love us. No contracts? No contracts. You can come and go as you please, Mike. Text messaging as much as you want? Oh, I love it so much. And, you know, they did this because they knew that people are in contracts and get surprised by their bills, can't get out of the contract. It's the worst. So that's why they're doing this. Sky, what is the website? It's mycricket.com slash San Diego. It's just you and me. Nature. Yeah. It is lovely. Oh, who are you? It's 9-20. Snoop Dogg, Jessica Simpson, Janet Jackson, and more performed a free military concert in Del Mar last night. The D-backs' Brandon Webb goes 8-0, tossing a complete game yesterday. All right. Now, we're going to do something that we have never done before. I'm nervous. And we're doing it because it is Mother's Day on Sunday. Aw. Exactly. Eddie, I'm nervous. What are you nervous about? I'm not going to know any of this. Oh, you love your mother. I do. I love my mom, but I don't know that I know these. If you don't know them, it looks like you don't love your mom. Oh, great. No pressure. That's what she's going to think on Mother's Day weekend. Go ahead. I don't know any of this. Mom? Yeah? How are you? Good, good. Well, all right. We're going to get everybody's mom on the line. We've got me, Eddie, and Skye's mom. So that's my mom. And let's see. Lynn, are you there? Yes, I'm here. This is Skye's mom. Hi, Mommy. Hi, everybody. Very nice. Yeah. And finally, Peggy, are you there? I'm here. Peggy, it's nice to have you on. My mom keeping it gangsta. Gangsta. Hi, everybody. All right, now here's the way that the game is going to work. We are going to ask a question, and then we are going to try to see what the answer is for our moms, and we'll go to them and see if that's the correct answer. Yes, and we've made the moms commit to these answers in advance, so after we say what we think it is, they can't change their answer. Yeah, they've already given their answer. They've already given the answer.
So we already know. Well, we don't know, but yeah. Are you ready? Yeah. No. All right. Well, start with me. Okay. The question is, what was the maddest your mom ever got at you? Oh, no. There's so many for you. I've got Alzheimer's, so. Oh, boy. Oh, boy. Good yesterday. No pressure. All right, so. I think it was. Mom. Mom. Wait, Mom. Wait, Mom. You've got to give his answer first. Yeah, I've got to give my answer first, and then you give yours. Love her. All right. Okay. Love her. I would say, I'm trying to think like she would. I'm trying to think, what would she say? What was the maddest that she ever got at me? I think you've told several stories. Yeah, there's definitely some stories. I would say that the maddest that she ever got at me was when I lost my Cub Scout pin. I don't think. Mom, what did you say? I said when you didn't get your diploma from high school. Oh, okay. I guess we were going there. Disappointed our family. Yeah, Mike, I said when you disappointed the entire family. There was more disappointment than anger. The thing my friends still talk to me about. Well, Mom, we ask a few questions. There's more than one. We just got that one wrong. It's okay. We'll have a chance to make it up.
Eddie, how would you answer? What was the maddest your mom ever got at you? Well, luckily I was great. But I would have to say my mom would probably say something have to do with my sister, like a fight that I got in with my sister. More specifically. That's as specific as I think my mom would say. Peggy? Yes? What did you say? I actually said... Because, you know, he wasn't a horrible son. Talk about it, Mom. Because he was an angel. It was hard to think of something, but I got mad at him for injuring himself when he was playing with his friend Eddie across the street and got a nail stuck in his calf. I hurt myself and she gets mad at me. It was scary. It was scary for her. Yes, it hurt, sadness, and fear, Eddie. I thought he was a little brighter than that. Excuse me, mother. Did he graduate from high school? Hold on. I did not make the weapon. I wasn't the one that made the weapon, so I had nothing to do with it. That's irrelevant. Whatever. Well, we've got two wrong answers to start this sucker off. This is bad. This is bad. And Skye, what would you say was the maddest your mother ever got at you? Well, see, if you were to ask me, the thing I got punished the most harshly for was the time that I drove over to Santa Cruz without permission.
But we've kind of gone through this before, and it seems like my mom was more traumatized by the time she found me participating in illegal activities. I see. More specific, please. Yeah, more specific. Well, I think Skinner has already, you know, said it on the air before. But, you know, I was dabbling in some hydroponics. I love wheelies. And she found out. Oh, you're an eight-year-old drug dealer, I think, is what the deal is. No, I'm not. I'm not. You know, some basil, some things like that. Oregano. Some oregano. No, I thought it was marijuana. No, it sure wasn't, Mike. I don't know anything about that. I thought that was a story your mom already told on the air. So that's why you were trying to get into SDSU. Shut up. So I think that's what her answer will be. And Lynn, what did you say? Well, that was the first thing that came to my mind, but I didn't say it because I just don't want to blab it all over the world again. Too late. Again. Again. Mom, again, it's the key. Mom, again, it's the key. Too late, Lynn. Too late. So what did you say, Lynn? When she got in the car with a boy and drove to the beach. Oh, wow. Again, first answer. Hello. Hello. Was she 12?
Shut up. But the good news is your marijuana habit didn't come out again on the radio. Okay. That's the truth. I've since left that habit for all the officers listening. Yes. And next question is. So 0 for 3, guys. Good job. Yeah, 0 for 3. None of us got that right. Happy Mother's Day. And the next question is, how did your mom and dad meet? Question is, how did your mom and dad meet? My mom and dad met in high school. More specific, please. I don't know. They met in high school. What class was it? I don't know what class. Mom, what did you say? In high school. Yes. Yes, Mom. Somebody's on the board. Put it on the board. Good for you. Eddie. Oh, wow. I'm going to be very specific, and I don't know how my mom answered. Okay. Hide your pun. Okay, here's how they met. There was my mom's friend. Liked my dad. That was my mom's. The same story with my mom. My mom's friend, Irene, liked my dad. Yeah. My mom's friend liked my dad. And so her friend said, can you come with me to meet this guy? I really want you to meet him. Yeah. Well, my dad didn't like her. He liked my mom. Right. But my mom thought he was disgusting. Shut up. That's how they met. Are you serious? So what side of the family do you take after? I really don't know. Peggy.
What did you say? That's right on. Wow, there you go. Dead on. There's two correct answers. I have a question for Peggy. Go ahead. So how long did it take for him to woo you if you were disgusted with your husband at the point? Well, he was, yeah, he was kind of overweight and he was imbibing and was a little, you know, yucky. Imbibing? Is he hanging out with Skye? What's going on? Probably. On the radio. Took about six months. Wow. And finally, Skye, how did your mom and dad meet? I believe they met out in the Hamptons at a beach town. Yes, yes. They were at the East Wing. Yes, I believe they were drinking Chardonnay. No, they were not. They were chopper shopping and they ran into each other. They were probably doing cake stands more like it. It was ham at first sight. Okay, you had to go there. Replacing divots on the polo ground. It's not like that. Not ham's good. Is that right, Mom? What did you say, Lynn? Who's your chauffeur?
Exactly right. On the beach. Oh, look at that. Wow. Good job, guys. In the Hamptons. Good round. We know our parents. All right, next question. Yeah. And we'll go back to my mom. The question is, what is your mom's favorite movie of all time? Oh, wow. Oh, no. My mom's favorite movie of all time. Godfather 2, because dad was in it. That's awesome. That is awesome. Esther, you're the best. We've got to know the rules here. She didn't. Wow. She's kidding. She's making a joke. No, she wasn't. Wow. No, she wasn't, Mike, because right here it says Godfather 2 because Danny was in it. Oh, I know. You get no points. Oh, I know. Esther, you've got to wait until he answers first. Well, maybe we'll skip to the next question. I find that hilarious by the way. Yeah, that's hysterical. Yeah. Yeah, Mom, we've got to get that one wrong because you said it before I had a chance to, I didn't have a chance really to. To say it there. Mom wants you to lose. Yes. Wow. She's setting it up. You're going to get this for not graduating from high school. It's working, Danny. Oh, my God. I've waited 20 years for this day. That's right. Oh, my God. You ruined my life. All right. Well, let's just go to Eddie then. Let's go to Eddie. Eddie, your mom's favorite movie of all time. I have no idea. Gladys. Gladys.
I'm going to say Pretty Woman. Peggy. That would have been my second choice. Oh, really? Yeah, but Dirty Dancing was one. Dirty Dancing. You're so good, right? You get it. I knew that. I knew that. Sky, what would you say Lynn's favorite movie of all time is? Well, this is really hard because... Still smoking? Shut up. That's yours. Because my mom doesn't really watch movies. Anything Cheech and Chong. So I would have to say it is the Feingold Association movie, which I co-starred in. I believe that was her favorite. What is she doing? Well, I was a co-star, Mom. You're an embarrassment. Lynn, what did you say? That would have been terrific. Actually, it was tough for me because I'm not a movie watcher. Titanic. Titanic is a great movie. It really is a great movie. What a sweet answer. That is true. I want to see that fine gold movie Scott. Hold on, Jack. Sounds hot. It is not on YouTube. It is not on YouTube. We've got to get it on YouTube. We've got to figure that out. Yes, we do. Okay, Mom. Now, wait. The way that we do it is I ask the question, okay? And then I say what I think the answer is.
And then you tell us what you said. So go ahead and answer now. All right, Mom. Okay, so here we go. Here we go. What would your mom say is the best vacation you ever took as a family? And I am going to say that she would have said Hawaii. Mom, what did you say? You've already answered it. So what did you? That is definitely. The best vacation. Oh, wow. Is that what you said? Is that what you said? Yes. Exactly. Is that what she said, Ashley? She said Maui. Yes. Close enough to Hawaii. Man, I'm scared. She's like, listen, it wasn't Hawaii, but Maui. Maui. Yeah. I think it's hard to hear on the phone. Is that what it is? It's hard to hear on the phone. Okay. All right. Eddie?
What would you say your mom would say is the best vacation you ever took as a family? Well, all our vacations were pretty ugly because my sister was there. He doesn't mean it. He doesn't mean it, Peggy. We never did very much. We did the same thing every year. We would go camping. One year we did go to Disneyland, but I don't think my mom would say that. So I'm going to say camping. Peggy. That was my second choice. Mom! Oh, wow. Peggy, what did you say was the best vacation? Camping was always hard work. For you guys. The best one was our family, Lake Tahoe. We only had a couple of them where Beth actually was there, but they were good trips. I see. Well, Eddie, and in your face. I think your mom is trying to say in your face. That answer, Mom. Let's see. Let's see. Sky, what do you think your mom, Lynn,
would say was the best vacation you ever took as a family? Well, see, we used to go camping a lot as well, and that was always a lot of fun, but there was this... I never saw you there. Yeah. There's different places to camp. I don't ever see you there. But there was this one summer when my mom thought it would be a great idea instead of spending. To let me grow marijuana. And so we went to Jamaica. Instead of spending summer with my friends. Spent it with the bong. Shut up. The parents decided that it would be fun to take a cross-country trip in a motor home. Yeah, that was awesome. It sounds like you really love that trip. Great memories right there. I mean, it was, like, cool, and I think it was really cool for them, but, you know, the motorhome broke down. Like, Arizona was 100 million degrees. Like, all this stuff happened. I had to put a drip system in before I left home. Would you stop? I was a child. Please. Please. I was a child. I'm going to say the cross-country trip in the motorhome. Ah, yes. And, Lynn, what did you say? That would be absolutely correct. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. There it is. Yep.
Okay, Mom. Yeah? I'm going to ask the question, and then, and then. How does this work? Just make sure. And then, after I ask the question, then I'll answer, and then we'll go to you and see what you said, okay? Okay. All right, now, wait a minute. First of all, we've got to take a real quick timeout. What's the score? Well, the score is, Sky, are you keeping score? Yeah. Yeah, Mikey has two, Eddie has one, and I have two points. There you go. Eddie, come on, man. It's my mom's fault. Don't do that. Don't do that. Mom, you're doing great. All right, moms, I'm going to put you all on hold. Don't go anywhere. I'm going to put you on hold, okay? Okay. We'll come back for round two in just a second. Don't go away. Mikey Show continues on The Rock. She's not only your wife. And you say hit it. And then you come on and you say K-I-O-Z, San Diego. And then hit it when you hit it. And then hit it when you hit it. What is that noise? What is that noise? What is that noise? What is that noise? What is that noise? What is that noise? Sean, what was that noise? Sean, what was that noise? Did your sound effects machine go eat at Chipotle in La Mesa?
That's a legitimate question. Sean, do not operate the sound effects from your tub. Let's get the moms back on the line. Mom, are you there? Yes. Okay, good. And Lynn, are you there? Yep, I'm here. Okay, good. And Peggy, are you there? I'm still here. Come on, my ultimate comeback here. All right, here we go. Here we go. Let's do this. Okay, here we go. All right, we will start with my mom. And the question is... Better explain it. Yeah, explain it. Okay. What we'll do here is I will ask the question and then I will answer the question. Okay. Then we will go to my mom to see if she answered what I said. I got it. Okay. All right. Here we go. The question is, what would your mom say is the best present you ever gave her? Okay.
She just blurted out the answer. She said a diamond. And Jake. Yeah, I see. I see. And then she said, and Jake. The diamond wasn't her answer. Jake was her answer. That's correct. Esther. Yes. Mom. Yes? Okay, what you got to do here. You guys have a lot in common. Yeah, yeah. Mom, what you got to do here is you got to let me say the answer. And then after I say the answer. Then we'll go to you, and then you get to say what it actually was. Are we out of the game? Yeah, yeah, we're on the game right now. Okay, so that one is, I'll count that one wrong. What were you going to say, Mike? I was going to say a diamond. Were you really, though? I swear. Okay, because truly her answer was Jake. It was Jake, yeah. So I would have got it wrong, because the thing I was going to say was... At Kay's Jeweler, I got her one time this diamond that she was really happy about. And, yeah, so. Every kiss begins. But I forgot, Mike. Yeah, yeah, she forgot. It's okay, mom. It's okay. Wait for the answer. Yeah, yeah. Just wait for the answer, though, mom.
All right, let's go over to Eddie. Wow. Eddie, what would your mom say is the best present you ever gave her? This is really difficult because I give her great gifts. I see. I see. But I think she's going to say something from the heart. And speaking of heart, I made it in woodshop class. You are an angel. It was a heart that said, I heart you, mom, that she still displays to this day. That is sweet. That is what I'm going to say. And Peggy, what did you say? Oh, I missed that one. Oh, no. That was going to be your second answer. Don't tell it, you Heather. Come on. But the other one, what I said was really a great gift because she gave me a Joe Montana card. Yeah, I got her an autographed Joe Montana card. That was the best one, Eddie. That was the best one. You like that better than the homemade heart I made you, Mom? Eddie, Joe Montana's a celebrity. They were both very special. Very. Isn't that sweet? Shows you where I stand in line. She's like, so you actually made me something that said I hurt you? Really? I don't remember it. Very hurtful. Sky. I'm so sorry. Sky, what do you think your mom would say to the question, what is the best present you ever gave her?
I'm torn between two answers. One is this, like, emerald. And gold. One is... Mom, are you laughing at that? How dare you, Mom? Some of the homegrown? Anyway, all of you, I'm torn between two answers. One is the emerald necklace I gave her, and then the other one... It was made of pure... It was made from the bones of a leprechaun. But her favorite color is green and she still wears it to this day. But then the other thought is last Mother's Day when I donated a goat in her name. And that was, you know, very meaningful to her as well. I'm going to go with the necklace. Not the goat. Very good. Lynn, is that right? Yes, absolutely. There you go. That is correct. The coat. But the necklace I wear all the time. Yes. She's wearing it right now, in fact. But you're feeding a whole village with the goat. That's right. That is true. It was a meaningful gift. Okay.
Now, the next question is the last question. Oh, we have no chance. And it is a funny question. This is a funny question. Come on, Mom. Do it for pride. We will start with my mom. Explain it. The question is... You should explain it. Should I explain it again? Yeah, but talk directly to your mom. Okay, hey, Mom. Okay, now here's how this works. I'm going to read the question, and then I'm going to answer the question, and then after I answer, then we'll go to you and see what you said. Just right till you get Alzheimer's, Mike. I know it. Okay, so here is the question. Are you ready, Mom? Yes. I'm ready. And then tell me, go. Okay. Good. That is a good way to do it. I'll tell you when to say yours. Yeah. Okay. The question is, how would you say you are most like your mother? Oh, man. Wow. Now, the interesting thing is, is that I got to try to think. Now, what would she say to that? Yeah. How would she think that I am most like her?
I think she would say that we both love to eat. And, Mom, what did you say go? That we both like to cook. Oh, close. That's good enough. That should count. That's going to count. That's close enough, man. That was pretty good. Well, then there you go. That is a correct answer, Mom. That was pretty good. Correct answer. And let's see. Eddie, how do you think your mom would answer that question? How would you say you are most like your mother? Man, my mom's been off today. Leave her alone. Maybe you've been off. No, I intend. You know who I am. Oh, all right. I mean, seriously. It's all right, Mom. Hey, I'm supposed to be counting star tests right now. I don't even know what that means. Well, she's a teacher, Eddie, so she's supposed to be. Anyway. In other words, I'm doing you a favor. Why don't you buck up, soldier? My mom is not as competitive as I am. I see. That's true. Yeah. I would say my mom said we both put other people's needs in front of ours. Both put other people's needs in front of your own. Peggy, what would you say? Well, it's pretty clear.
I said we're very sensitive to family when it comes to family. Well, I will give him that. I will give him that one. That is not true. I'm going to give you that one. What did my mom say? Your mom said that you guys are both family-oriented, which I think is different. Sorry. Yeah, that's wrong. Whatever. My mom doesn't care anymore. Go do your tests or whatever. All right, Ed Skye. How would Lynn? How would Lynn answer that? How are you and Lynn the most alike? Oh, there really are a lot of ways when I started thinking about it. Eddie, no, we are not both crazy. We both despise food coloring. We hate it, actually. Stop it. Damn those electric cars. That's right. Okay, everyone, stop. So, oh gosh, I'm torn between the fact that we both like to help other people. We're kind of do-gooders. My mom a lot more than me, but, you know, I've been getting a little bit more involved every day. Both fans of the Kentucky Derby. Shut up.
And then, but we are also both kind of like control freaks. We both like have, you know, kind of be in charge. Yeah. Kind of, you know, run our households, keep things on track, these type of things. Yes. Hear me, boo? Shut up. I'm alone. But I'm going to say my mom went with a good-hearted answer and said that we both like to help people. And Lynn, what did you say? Absolutely. That we care about people who are less fortunate. There it is. Shut up. There it is. Well done. Who kept score? I did. Skye? Oh.
And the results, please. Coming in in third place are Eddie and Peggy with one point. Wow. Sky is looking right at Eddie. We know we lost. Looking right at Eddie. I still love my mom. That's nice. Thank you, Eddie. She's in tears. Thanks, Sky. Second place is Mike and Esther with three points. Hey, Mom, we got three points. But win a special award for all the laughs they provided today. Yes, that is true. Thank you. That is beautiful. And the winner of. Know Your Mom is Skye and Leonard Skinner with four points. How do you like that? Congratulations. That's right. I want a recount. Congratulations, Lynn. You guys know each other very well. Mom, you did a great job and provided some fun and entertainment. And thank you very much, Peggy, for putting up with this shenanigans. Sorry about your son. Thank you. I had a lot of fun. Thank you. We'll see you guys later. Bye. Bye-bye. Happy Mother's Day. No present this year for her. Well, you know, Rob came into the studio during the break. Oh, did he? Yes, he did. Okay. And he just wanted to remind that he does have a new song that he wrote for his mother, Adeline.
But we played it. Yeah, we played it earlier. Early once. And, you know, I just wanted to let everybody know that we did play it. It was good, I thought. Yeah, it was a good one. Yeah, it was really great. Sean was very emotional. Sean, do the... I think that what'll be great is that next Mother's Day we can play it again. That'll be really fantastic. Can you play it again? Yeah, well, think of it like an annual thing. It was so good that every year we could play it. The greatest hit. Yeah, absolutely. That would be neat. Once a year. Yes! There it is. Yes! There it is, folks. Turn it up! It is good. Turn it up! It is so good. Sweet Adeline. It's so good. It's so good, Eddie. It was a little good, huh? I wasn't planned. No, really. But I can't begin to thank you. So here's a song for the best mom. Wow, he really hit that low now. Thank you. That's really good. I was so young. Ooh. And you took the time to teach me to cuss out drivers that cut me off. Is that true, Rob? Did she ever teach you how to do that? You ever dream about that? Mom, the best mom. Yeah, get up there and get it. I will shout Mother's Day on me to you. Eddie, that's a Red Sox game. And made me macaronis. You're so pretty.
You cheered me up when I was blue. The pipes on that guy. You call me Robert. Whenever you get angry, like the time I started throwing rocks for a hobby and broke a bunch of car windows. Mom, wicked awesome. Thank you, Mom. You love me, but hate my funny to give me a Johnny Damon blanket for a gift after he went to the Yankees. It still hurts, but I love you anyways, Mom. Wow, that's so sweet. Don't worry about your mother might be this weekend. Give your mom a big hug for me. And remember, love your mom! It's M-U-M, by the way. M-U-M. Thank you very much. Imagine if that was sung by a human being. Wait, what do you mean?
Sky has new releases that are coming out this weekend. Got some new movies out this weekend. What do we have, Sky? I know everybody's been looking forward to speed racing. Ah, yes. Coming out. Cut 23. Yeah. Say no dead piece of metal. Car's a living, breathing thing. And she's alive. Telling you what she wants, what she needs. All you gotta do is listen. I'm with Eddie. Wow. Sounds terrible. It looks terrible. I want to close my eyes and not listen. Well, here's the deal. They say that this is a Wachowski Brothers movie, which is shocking. They did The Matrix. Yeah. It's a great movie. Why didn't they just make a cartoon instead? Yeah, yeah. I mean, it looks exactly like a cartoon. Well, the thing that I didn't get was live action could have been so cool. I thought so. I mean, they really could have done something cool with Speed Racer. But listen to what the guy that plays Speed Racer, Emile Hirsch. Here's what he says about it. Cut 25.
I didn't get behind the wheel of a car the entire time. It was all green screen. It was crazy. I mean, it was like being in warehouses with green walls everywhere. And imagining this whole fantasy world around you. It was a challenge. It was a mental challenge. A mental. Let me tell you something, dude. It means something when you're sitting behind the wheel of a beautiful car, okay? That's great, dude. That's all I'm trying to tell you. Why don't you say what you drive? That's all I'm trying to tell you, dude. I do every time. I'll tell you right now, I drive a BMW M3, dude. That's what it is, okay? That's so cool, man. All right, bro? You're so cool, dude. Hang on a second, Woods. You don't have to get so upset about it. I drive a beater. That means I'm a loser, okay? No, it doesn't, dude. You're talking about my friend. You're awesome. You're talking about my friend. You are my friend. You're rich, I'm poor. No, don't say it, dude. You're the king of the world, dude. Yeah, dude. I'm on the bottom. Can I ask you a question, bro? What? You're going to sit in my car with mud on your shoes like that, bro? I just got in. What do you want me to do, dude? What were you doing? Walking through like cow patties or something? What's going on? I was walking through cow patties. What are you doing? What are you doing, bro? What do you want me to do? Take my shoes off. I want you to get out of the BMW with the mud on your shoes, bro. That's ridiculous. You rub it in my face. I'm going to rub this mud in your face. Oh, no. Don't you touch that mud, bro. It's breaking down. Oh, no. Tired of you.
Well, also out today, we have What Happens in Vegas with Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz. Yes. Another good one. Saw previews for that yesterday on MTV. Looks really funny. Cut 28. I can do anything for six months. I cannot wear pants for six months, so you aren't up to it. Oh, I'm so up to it. And if you're trying to insinuate that I'm the one that can't do this, then you're sorely mistaken. Oh, wow. Okay, so it's settled then. All right. Think of it as a business arrangement. Be married for six months. Get $1.5 million. How hard can it be? I know how hard it isn't. Well, there it is. And what is it about? What is the movie about? About two hours. It's about two hours. It works every time. Is that really the only reason you ask? Yeah, what is that? They both have hard times like a breakup or lose a job or whatever. And then they both go to Vegas to let off some steam. They get real drunk. They end up getting married. But they don't know each other. They're strangers. And then they want to get a divorce. But before they go to get the divorce, one of them wins like $3 million on a slot machine. So the judge says, hey, you know, if you guys want any of this money, you have to try and work on this marriage and give it like.
like six months. Yep, because that happens. Realistic. So they have to try and... Let's go see Iron Man. That's more real. Yeah. Iron Man's the best. P1 Talon says he's seen Iron Man five times. Oh, that's awesome. And that he wants to see it again. I don't blame him. Yeah, it's a good time. It's really good. Yeah. Iron Man. It's awesome. Let's see. Is that it? Is that all the movies coming out? Yep, just two movies. 570-1053 is our phone number. Beginning and end of every show, we do an open phone segment. And I told you that I was going to tell you where Madonna is going to be playing in San Diego. Where is it, Scott? Yeah, Madonna hasn't been here since 1985 when she played at the SDSU Open Air Theater with the Beastie Boys opening for her. Can you believe it? Wow. Can you believe that, right? So she will be coming back to San Diego. Are there dinosaurs around back then? Right? Her Sticky and Sweet concert tour will hit Petco Park on November. That's really what it's called? Sticky and Sweet. Yuck. November 4th at Petco. Tickets go on sale June 1st through Ticketmaster. Prices range from $58.50.
to $353 plus service charges. Maximum ticket purchase. Do I get to take batting practice with that? Maximum ticket purchase. You get to watch it with Jake Peavy, like the whole concert. Six tickets per person. So there you go. Cheapest seats, $58.50. Rob, what do you got? I am going to be downtown a little Padres pre-Padres. Oh, yeah. So if you want to come hang out with me from 5 to 7, I'm going to be at the Gaslamp Tavern that's on 5th. And why is everybody staring at me like that? Because you talk like you're from New England. I'm sorry, dude. Go ahead. Maybe you guys didn't have such weird accents all the time. So the Gaslamp Taverns, it's on 5th and E Street downtown. And I'm going to have tickets to the game tonight, autographed Padre stuff, a bunch of stuff for you guys. Mikey Show, hello. Hey, it's P1 Gunslinger. Good morning. What's up, Gunslinger? Hey, I have two of these. Luke, I am your father. Yes, that's for... You are your father, Luke. Are you talking about old St. Toot? Yes, I am. Yes, he is. That doesn't even make sense. It's supposed to be like holiday. You don't make sense. Wow. How is that holiday? Strong statement. I mean, the whole joke was like holiday. Just give up. Mikey Show, hello.
Hey, what's up, Mikey? P1 Rude Dog. What's up, dude? Hey, I wanted to ask Eddie, what did he think about LT talking about retiring in about five years? This was from the Sunday conversation on ESPN, I think last week. It doesn't shock me. I think a lot of these guys kind of say that. They all want to go out on top. They all want to leave before they break down, but none of them ever do. So we'll see. Cool. That was pretty much it, bro. Yeah, don't worry, man. It's okay. Don't forget, tomorrow is the sticker strike. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Qualcomm Stadium, $200,000 in cash and prizes and the brand new Mikey Show sticker. Unbelievable. Mikey Show, hello. P1 Moneymaker, wanted to give a shout-out to Mikey, who visited my old pastor, Evan Lauder. Nice. Very nice, brother.
Also wanted to offer P1s free financial planning if they're interested. Free financial planning? Free financial planning. Okay. Well, the best thing to do for that is to go to P1site.com. They got, like, a thing on there where you can, like, blog and blog up the blog. Blog the space. Blog the space. Web it up. Buffer the web. Buffer web. Go on there and buffer it. Mikey Show, hello. Yeah, this is P1 Slow Daddy up in Monterey. I want to know how I get a sticker if I'm not going to be there tomorrow. That is a tough thing to do. You don't. You can't do it. The only way that people are able to get these stickers, bro, are to be at that sticker strike tomorrow. It's kind of what makes it the... Leave now, you'll be here in time. That's true. That is true. That's what makes it kind of a demand, and that's what makes it as big as it is. On Fridays at the end of the show, I do something called giving my testimony. Basically, what this is is where I tell you a little bit about what life used to be like for me and what life is like for me now. And the deal was that I come from a history of a lot of very negative stuff. I was telling my brother about this the other day. You know, my brother didn't know a lot of stuff about me. And we were discussing it. He goes, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I didn't know that.
And he said, you were talking about this on the radio? I said, yeah. I said, the reason that I did is it's important because I know that some of the stuff that I've been through is stuff that a lot of listeners have been through as well. The thing is, is that most people, they don't want to talk about it. People don't want to talk about it because it's embarrassing or maybe there's some kind of shame involved in some of the stuff. But it's the end of the story that kind of brings it all together. The deal is, is that when I was a kid, I was a victim of sexual abuse. And that was a very shameful thing for me growing up. And then when I got to be in high school and I was wanting girls to like me and they weren't, it was developing this sense of low self-esteem. And I got a little bit older and I was kind of carrying around a little bit of resentment. Because of that, and it's because I was still carrying around a big secret. And I've been working at this radio station now for 13 years I've been here. And when I first started working for the radio station, it was like my first exposure to being cool for the first time in my life. And I'll tell you, I'll be flat-out honest to you, man. I was so fake, and I was so phony when I was on at nighttime.
I was trying to be something that I wasn't. I was trying to be cool. I would talk differently. I was just trying everything I could to be cool when I was on the air. I was reaching, man. I did this thing where I went on the Howard Stern show because I made up that I smoked a bong in the studio. And I did it because I wanted to be famous and I wanted Howard to like me. Man, at that time, I wanted anybody to like me. I just wanted anybody to like me. You mix all those different elements together with a little bit of success and alcohol. And I was off, man. I was off to the races. In the last 15 to 20 years of my life, I've been through alcoholism, struggling with eating disorders. I've been through feeling depressed, feeling suicidal. I've been through so many different things in my life. I've been through times where I felt such painful loneliness, man.
When I first moved to Arizona when I was 18 years old, man, I felt such painful loneliness. And I know that there's people that are listening right now that are feeling painful loneliness because of a variety of different things. And I just want to tell you that there's hope. For me, it was accepting Jesus Christ into my life. And when I did that, everything changed. Everything in my life changed. My relationships changed. And still, even now, You know, I'm 37 years old. Things are still changing. And every day I'm kind of learning something new. But the thing that I can tell you about today that I didn't have then when I was going through all that stuff is happiness. I never had that. I never, ever had that. And I kind of was thinking about it the other day. I was saying, why did all that addiction stuff happen? Why did all the loneliness happen? Why did that ugly, secretive stuff happen? One of these days I'm not going to be here.
One of these days, the Mikey show, it's not going to be on the radio. I promise you that. One of these days, I will be completely forgotten. But the one thing that I really super hope, man, and I mean so much, is I really hope that before everybody forgets, I hope that the people that are listening right now that are going through things that are really, really tough in their life, just hear the thing that happened to me. And I say that because... hate thinking that people feel the way that I was feeling and all that muck. I felt so much loneliness, man. And I don't feel that today. I got a little boy and I got a beautiful wife and I love my friends, man. I can't even tell you how much I love my friends. I told Scott this morning how much I love her. And I didn't have that before. I didn't have any of that before. That was a process that happened inside of me.
On my website, if you go to my website, it's mikeyshow.com, M-I-K-E-Y-S-H-O-W.com. There's keyword section. Type in the word help, and there's stuff on there, man, for everything. If you're going through the addiction stuff that I went through or any of that stuff, man, there's stuff on there for everything. Depression, eating disorders, and there's a way to get to know God more on there too. I play this song at the end of the show on Fridays and the song is about hope. That's the key word because if you're in that stuff that I was just talking about, if you're in any of that stuff that I was just talking about, those feelings of pain, if you have feelings of pain inside of you or secrets inside of you or stuff inside of you that nobody knows about or maybe they do and you feel like you can't get out of it, that's the one word that you need. That word hope is so awesome and rad.
And everybody has it, man. You have it. Every single person alive. Everybody can have that one word, hope. For me, it was just letting them in my life and letting them do this stuff, man. This song is called Tunnel. And please, please, please, please listen to the words to it. It's by a band called Third Day. Have a great weekend. Come out and see us tomorrow morning at the Sticker Strike. We really want to see you out there from 10 to 1. Qualcomm, man. Lovely and talented Missy is coming up next. She's got free form Friday. And we'll see you tomorrow from Qualcomm. Live broadcast. We'll see you then. Mikey shows up. Later.
