Mikey and the crew moved between grim local stories and long comic arguments, beginning with Terrence Keel's fatal crash and later questioning whether Steve Foley's $5.5 million settlement could cover what he lost. The show's strongest caller debate came when a 22-year-old defended secretly marrying a 19-year-old, while Mikey argued that their ages, rapid personal change, and decision to hide the wedding made the marriage dangerously premature. Ashley and Mark sparred over how he treats Sammy, and Zeth's suspended license inspired an on-air betting pool for the date of his arrest. Plaxico Burris revisited the Giants' Super Bowl win and defended Eli Manning's quiet leadership, while lighter set pieces covered the beach-drinking loophole, bullfighting, Courtney Maltz crying over WALL-E, Sky's trivia victory, and Joey Chestnut's hot-dog eat-off with Takeru Kobayashi.
What happened, in order
Terrence Keel crash
Mikey and the crew react to former Charger Terrence Keel's fatal Scripps Ranch crash and the report that partygoers had urged him not to drive.
Secret young marriage
A 22-year-old caller reveals that he secretly married his 19-year-old girlfriend, prompting Mikey to argue that both will change dramatically and that the hidden wedding proves he expected his family's objections.
Roughhousing the dogs
Ashley accuses Mark of headbutting, dropping, blanketing, and secretly feeding Sammy, while Mark and the hosts debate whether the behavior is playful or harmful.
Zeth jail pool
Zeth admits he owes $1,100 in fines and keeps driving without a license, so Mikey, Eddie, Sean, Ashley, Boston Rob, and callers place bets on when he will be jailed.
Beach booze loophole
A caller and the hosts describe Fourth of July drinkers exploiting San Diego's beach alcohol ban by floating just off the sand, then argue over whether the rule was absurd or responsible for a peaceful day.
Plaxico after the Super Bowl
Plaxico Burris discusses his Giants championship ring, Tom Coughlin, Eli Manning's calm leadership, the winning Super Bowl drive, his ankle, and his expectation of a new contract.
Bull rider or bullfighter
Mikey, Eddie, Sky, and callers compare the danger of bull riding and bullfighting, with Sky recoiling after learning that matadors wound and kill the bull rather than merely wave a cape.
Crying over WALL-E
A news clip introduces Courtney Maltz, whose tears at the WALL-E trailer led Pixar to invite her to its wrap party, while the hosts struggle to understand the reaction.
Dumb Chick Challenge
Ashley guesses that a brick fell on Isaac Newton, Boston Rob misses questions about meat-stamp dye and a castrated bull, and Sky wins the trivia game with her steady two-point strategy.
Steve Foley settlement
The hosts call Steve Foley's $5.5 million Coronado settlement inadequate after comparing it with his lost football earnings, medical bills, legal fees, and taxes.
Hot dog sudden death
Joey Chestnut and Takeru Kobayashi tie at 59 hot dogs before Chestnut wins a five-dog eat-off, leaving the crew fascinated and disgusted by competitive eating.
Cat held for ransom
The hosts recount a Florida woman stealing a family's cat and demanding it in exchange for the dog they had legally adopted, conduct that brought theft and extortion charges.

It is 6-0-8. Former Charger Terrence Keel was killed Friday night when his car crashed into a block wall in Scripps Ranch. Randy Johnson dominates the Padres, striking out 10 as the Padres lost to Arizona 3-2 yesterday. I didn't know about this Terrence Keel thing, man. I just read that this morning when I came in. That's very sad news. Terrence Keel was a guy that was in trouble for the codeine cough medicine that he was sending to Texas. It sounds like kind of a troubled kid and he was killed on Friday night. Was he driving too fast or what happened? Well, witnesses say he was driving too fast, driving on the wrong side of the road. He had just left a party in Scripps Ranch where witnesses say people were asking him not to leave and not to get behind the wheel of a car.
When he ended up going into the cinder block wall, people from the party ran over to try and help with flashlights thinking that he had been ejected from the car. We're searching all around. Couldn't find him. Well, it turned out he was underneath the car. How did that happen? Well, I've read that he was underneath the car. I believe he was ejected and then the car landed on him is what I read. Terrible. Yeah, so they were getting a helicopter to come in and take him, but he died in an ambulance before the helicopter got there. Cut 39. All we have at this point, we have not done the calculations that's under investigation, but we have witnesses saying he was going to a high rate of speed when he struck the curb and flipped the car. That's too bad. That has such a terrible effect on team psyche and everything when they have to deal with that with a teammate dying, and that's too bad. Terrible story. Well, he was an ex-teammate, so he was no longer on the team. I'm sure he's got good friends still on that team. And witnesses say that there were probably Chargers at this party, Chargers players. So, of course, everybody's wondering, well, what was his blood alcohol? What's up with that? They say toxicology tests will take about six weeks to come in. Wow, what a sad story. That's just a sad story. And certainly the biggest news story it looks like here in San Diego.
And I told the friends here, I said, man, I must have really been disconnected this weekend. Seriously, I didn't see any TV or whatever. Sky, I can never give you any BS about that sunburn again. Oh, were you a victim? What happened? Oh, man. It was yesterday. Yeah. I was just dumb. Yeah. I took a can of the 32 SPF or whatever, 30, whatever it is. Yeah. I just took it and I went, you know, on my back thinking, oh, yeah, I'm good to go. No, I didn't. It didn't do anything because I didn't rub it in there. Right. I just sprayed it. So my back is a mess. It's bright red like a lobster. Owie. I said to my wife, you know what to do. Okay. You don't need to. But, yeah, it is a painful sucker. Are you going to be able to make it? I don't know, Eddie. All right. Oh, shush. I don't know. Remember he just said he's not going to be able to give me grief anymore. I asked a simple question. I don't know why. Why are you attacking? There's no reason to attack Eddie. Who is griefing? He just wants to know. I'm concerned. He's concerned about me. Friends in 08. Okay. It hurts so bad. I don't know what to agree, though. I don't. I have no idea. I'll have you take a look. I have aloe in my... Well...
I mean, if you can sit still and you're not. It's got to be fifth, right? Go get a big golf cup. That's right. I got it. Take care of this. But definitely do not re-expose it today or you will be in the future. Somebody get Esther's phone number. Wait a minute. I'm going back out there, but I'm going to put clothes on this time. I was in the nude yesterday, obviously. Obviously. Obviously. No, but I can go out there with a T-shirt, right? Yeah, just keep it covered. That was so dumb. I was out there for so long. Rebecca comes out. She comes out there. And I was dizzy and nauseous. I'd been out there for so long. Sky was doing it too. You were out there yesterday too, right? Yeah, we were out in the sun pretty much all weekend. Yeah. I got so much done and everything. And I had so much fun. And finally, I said, she goes, jump in the pool. So I jump in the pool. The pool seemed like it was 145 degrees. It was like jumping in a hot tub. And I get out of the pool. And I said, I just have to do a couple. Because I did. I had just a couple of things to finish. And I was done. But I had to put some stuff out for those stupid snails. Gross, disgusting snails. I had to put some stuff out for that. And I just had to do a couple of things. And she finally gave me the, all right, you're done. She said, go inside. Good wife. It was hot. You should try moving when it's hot. No, I don't want to.
Especially to... We're, say, where you live, right? We say what city. I live in East County. Not in East County. It's hot, right, Eddie? Well, my favorite part was the 40 minutes I spent in the attic. No, no, you didn't. Oh, in the attic at your current place. Yeah, yeah, yeah. At your current place. But still. That was a blast. I came out and it looked like I just got out of a swimming pool. Rob was helping me and we were just... Disgusting. Oh, Eddie. I'm surprised he didn't lose all body weight. That's true. Rob looks like, you know, blowing away in the wind. Yeah. No kidding. It was crazy. Happy anniversary. Thank you very much. Today's Eddie's first wedding anniversary. One year ago today, he was getting married. Oh, my gosh. Time flies. It does fly.
Do they have a name for this one? Is this the paper or the scissors or the rock? Paper. Well, there it is. So, yeah, Eddie's got his first year. Are you guys going anywhere or doing anything nice? Yeah, we're going to dinner tonight. Not someplace good. Awesome. Real sweet. Very nice. Yep. Romantic. It is. We'll see. That first one's very... We'll see. You guys are probably exhausted. You probably just want to sleep, huh? Brutal. You order in. The order and the fancy food. Pizza. Be fine by me. Oh, man. How long did it take up in that attic? I don't know, Rob. What do you think? Probably about a half hour. Yeah. Just about. Yuck. So are you out of your condo yet? No. Nope. No. Still kind of like half and half. I'm an idiot. On Thursday, I went to call SDG&E to change the, you know, turn on the power and stuff. Right. And they're like.
Yeah, okay, well, our next available appointment is next Thursday. And I went, what? So you just would have had a call earlier is what you're saying? Yeah, you know, I didn't even think about it, you know, because, I mean, every place I've ever lived, it's been a condo or an apartment complex or whatever, and the power's already on. You just switch your name. So I wasn't even thinking. I just called and figured, oh, they'll just flip a switch and you're good. And they're like, no, we got to come out there, and the next appointment is next Thursday. We can't attend. move in fully until the power's on, so it sucks, man. We're just like half moved in, and it just blows. What a bummer. Yeah, it really sucks. What about firework time? Did you have nice firework time? I didn't even... Friday, we packed all day and took stuff over there and did all this crazy stuff, and we sat down finally on the couch, and we were hanging out, and I started hearing these noises, and I'm like, what's going on? And she's like, it's the 4th of July. I'm like... Holy cow. I didn't even remember. Really? I didn't even watch one second of fireworks. I didn't either. It was crazy. I heard them going off. It sounded like the Gaza Strip. Yeah. That's cool. Sky says that on Friday she had the parents over and they had lasagna and fireworks. I read that and it made me hungry. That sounds good.
I made, me and the boo made a lasagna. Was it good? Lasagna for 80. Yeah, I really liked it. You didn't do that goofy thing like where you used turkey meat or anything, did you? Oh. Like, come on. Yeah, and the hubby has not let it go because he believes it wasn't as flavorful because we used turkey. Well, it's not. It's not. My wife does that. We also used Italian sausage. Turkey's Italian sausage? No, no, regular Italian sausage and, you know, a bunch of other junk we threw in there. My wife's the same way. When she makes stuff like lasagna and spaghetti, she's got to use it. Oh, I could see on Ashley's face. It's all the difference. It's got to be what she does. Makes all the difference. You're right. Yes. Sure does. Disgusting. Much less taste. It's like calories or taste. A lot of the time, which do you prefer? I say don't do it. Taste every time. For calories. If you care that much, don't make lasagna. I still think it tastes because you get so immune to the new taste that you don't even remember. When I taste old beef now, it's like...
She gets immune. It's like super, yeah, it's super greasy. You should buy brand new beef. It's part of the problem. The old beef is terrible, I agree. She's got beef from 87. You should not eat that. So we do the lasagna, and then we go out to watch the fireworks, because if you walk down my street, you could see the fireworks from Grape Day Park, and people from all of... Grape Day Park? It's a park in Escondido where they do the big fireworks show. It's up with the name of that place, right? There's grapes all over the place. So people come from like all over Escondido and actually go up to that street to watch the fireworks. And so all the fireworks shows around the county start at 9. I checked on the website. That one starts at 9. We're all good to go. 9, 910. Oh, come on. 915, 920. Everybody starts to leave. Everybody's pissed off. Oh, must be technical difficulties, blah, blah, blah. And then there was this one carload of people that didn't leave, but like everybody else left. And so we start walking back to the house and we go to these, we, my mom, you know, she talks to everybody. She starts talking to these people and they go, oh yeah, we came up here last year. The fireworks don't start till 930. And I'm like, really?
I'm like, because everywhere says 9 o'clock. Every other show starts at 9 o'clock. She's like, yeah, 9.30. And I'm thinking, you let all these poor people leave. You didn't mention this to anybody. So by the time the fireworks show started at 9.30, it was an awesome show. Everybody was gone. There were like five people hanging out up there. And at 9 o'clock, there were probably, I don't know, 30 people. How long did it last? I don't know. It was a good like 20 minutes, I'd say. That's cool. Yeah, it was pretty cool. But I felt really bad for everybody who left. Is there like a... Here in San Diego County, is there, like, a firework show that's known for being, like, the biggest and brightest and most extravaganza kind of thing? I think the ones down by the water. Yeah. Like, I think lots of people like to be in, like, the Point Loma area because I think there's, like, one at, like, SeaWorld and then there's one in Coronado. There's one in Del Mar, I know. Yeah, Rob saw one at the fair. Yeah. Yeah, the fair. Fair ended last night, right? Mm-hmm. Thank God. I didn't get to go. I didn't get to go this year. No corn, man. No corn bros for me. That's crazy. Now what? Now the races are probably going to start pretty soon, right? The ponies. Get those ponies running. My boyfriend is so excited. Is he really? Does your boyfriend like that? He's freaking out. It's like his favorite time of the year. Yeah. Rebecca wrote me an email yesterday, said she wants to go a couple times this season. We didn't go at all last season. We really love it, though.
We love going to those races. I don't get it, but I'm going to go this year with him and try to get it. I don't know that anybody really gets it that much. There's no science to it. If there was, then you'd win all the time. But you never know which one of those horses is going to come in first. Let's see. Let's give the phone number up. 570-1053 is a phone number. I have surgery on Thursday, so it's a short week. We work. Today, tomorrow, and Wednesday. Thursday morning, I have surgery. And we're off Thursday and Friday. Then next week, vacay. Okay. Vacay. And then the week after that, we're back. But I'll be broadcasting from my house. The rest of the show will be here. It'll sound normal. It'll sound like it normally does. And, yeah, we'll be good to go. But I want to let people know. 5701053 is a phone number for you P1s. We had a big, long three-day weekend.
That's pretty cool. Yeah. It's nice to be able to sleep in on a Friday. Dude. But it was crazy. I woke up Friday morning, turned on the news. It's probably like 8 o'clock in the morning. Yeah. Don't bother coming to the beaches. All the beach parking lots are already full. There's a sig alert issued on the 5. By 8 o'clock, they said people were lining up to get into beaches at like midnight in their motorhomes. No. Really? Yeah. Midnight. Wow. Especially Silver Strand in Coronado. That's crazy. Because that's what you can still drink at. So they said at midnight there was like a line of people waiting for the gates to open the next morning. That is nuts. The bay was dead. Yeah, Ashley wrote and said that the bay was like real easy going. Oh, it was chill. Really? There was so much space on the beach you could have like set up five huge tents. We got there, like we cruised in by like noon and there was like... Plenty of spots. We souped up on one place and went out to the water, and everybody was like... What does that mean, Nettie? She souped up. She was cooking up soup, I guess. She made some soup. Why would you want soup on such a hot day? It's so hot. It's so hot out there. No, no. Was it like Molligatani or Italian Wedding? Molligatani. What was that? What were you making? I don't get it. What about PB? Did you see any of PB or anything? Because I was wondering if that was going to be weird with the no drinking stuff. I say by the...
down by the bay we were in the bay the whole day yeah but the genius part of the bay the bay partiers was they just all went into the water. So there was, like, people in floaties and rafts. There was even, like, a blow-up trampoline in the water. Boats, like, yachts, or maybe not a yacht, but nicer boats. All just, like, anywhere from, like, 10 to 100 yards into the water, and then just people getting wasted. So why? Because you're allowed to in the water? Yeah. I mean, there was literally... How much sense does that make? There was literally rafts tied up, blown up, like, probably 10 people per raft, probably, like, 10 rafts. tied together, about 20 yards out, people just drinking. And the cops were like, all around, just like, like they couldn't do anything. They did that, though? They were like, well, they were doing that because somebody was making soup on the pizza. They're strange. 570-1053 is our phone number. Beginning and end of every show, we do open phones. You can call in about anything you want to.
So give us a call. I hope you guys want some of these veggies that I'm growing because I'm telling you it's going to be a good, I'm going to have a ton of food, man. What do you got? Bring it. Okay, let's see, Sky. What do you want? Well, I got hot peppers. I know you like that. I'll have it. Eddie, you in on hot peppers? All right, so I'll have some of that. My favorite thing, though, is I don't like tomatoes, but I like heirloom tomatoes because they don't taste like tomatoes. Right. They're like mellow tomatoes. Okay. That's what it says right on the thing. It says a regular tomato has got a lot of acid content, so it's got that tomatoey blech. But an heirloom tomato is kind of sweet. It's got like a sweet, mild tomato flavor. It's real good. So I'm growing two of those. I've got oregano and thyme. I've got all kind of onions going on. Avocado? Well, that's trees. And I do have a couple of avocado trees. But what else did I plant? Oh, and then yesterday I planted lettuce because I'm Mexican. Yeah. And so my little brown hands. Yeah, that'll work well. Oh, yeah. You know, they work well picking. They fit right around those. Picking the lettuce. Yeah, they fit right around the little lettuce and I can pick it.
Gently. What about ground turkey? Yeah, I'm going to grow some ground turkey in there, you know? Whatever. So it should be real nice. 570-1053 is the number. P1 T-Rex is on the line. What's up, bro? Hey, what's happening? What's going on? I wanted to ask the Oracle a question about that damn page Jackson fight this weekend. Oh, yeah. I didn't see it. Eddie, did you see it? Of course. What happened? The winner and new light heavyweight champion of the world, Forrest Griffin. Get out of here. It was one of the most entertaining fights I think I've ever seen. It was really fun to watch. I mean, it was back and forth. Every time Rampage hit Forrest, I mean, Forrest looked like he was done. But Forrest Griffin, I mean, almost broke Rampage Jackson's leg. No joke. Like, he may have a fracture. I don't know. I haven't heard yet. Oh, wow. Why? Because Rampage wouldn't tap out? Well, no. He was doing leg kicks. Oh. And it was like, I mean, he couldn't even walk. It was crazy. Oh, my gosh. So it went back and forth, and it went up the full five rounds, and they gave the decision to Forrest. So, pretty nuts. You know, your girl in there, Miss UFC, she slept through it. Oh, that's awesome. That's right. Ashley napped.
Right through the UFC bout. This is the worst story ever. This is a crazy story. I think my bubble bath like roofied me. I'm not even kidding. Mr. Bubble put a ruby in your dress. That's right, dude. Mr. Bubble had his way with her. I souped up my TV to pay-per-view 801. Why is she using that souped up so much? I don't know. You guys are overanalyzing the word. You're making soup in the bath now? You're overanalyzing the word. I got it all ready to go. Got it. Got it. Got my TV all ready, but I didn't press buy. Like, I was going to buy it. I don't know why. I just had it. Already, 801. Went in to take my bath. I was going to come out, buy it, watch it. Right. So get in the bath at like 630. Put this new sleep aromatherapy bubble bath in. I'll say. Dude, the bubbles were like up.
good foot and a half in the air. It was crazy bubbles. You put too much. I guarantee she didn't read one direction. Didn't read one direction. I put a grip of bubbles in there because the bubbles were like a foot high and I was in there for a good half hour and it was telling me to breathe deeply so I was breathing like my yoga breathing like really getting into it. She likes to breathe. I love to breathe. That's right. I love to breathe. She's told us that before that she really loves to breathe. People don't breathe enough. So I got out of the bubble bath. I got out of the bubble bath and I was like all of a sudden so tired. I'm like I'm going to lie down for a sec. Go to my bed. Towel's still around me. Lie down on my bed and I'm Out. Wake up at 1 a.m. Man, you're like an infant. Out. Wow, I want the name of that stuff. Yeah, no kidding. It was nuts, Sky Bath and Body Works. Well, you know you can get the replay, right? Can you? That's what I want. Hey, is it more, is it like really reduced in price? No, it's the same price. Oh, really? What? When is that? They run them all the time.
Yeah, like, you could do it right now. It's just, I can't believe they charge a full price. Yeah, that's kind of crazy. Yeah, they should be reduced, but... Okay. P1 Hydroponics. Yes, sir. Hey, Mike, before I get into my thing, your lettuce won't really grow right now. I know. It's a little summer, so it's going to go straight to, like, blossom, so you might have to pick it early. You know, the guy told me yesterday that the only... I don't know why they're selling it, but... Yeah, they do that just to make money. He said that it's a little hot right now. Yeah. It's a little hot. Yeah. What am I going to do, though? Make soup. Make soup. Soup it up. I'll soup it up. I should just pull it and put something else in there, huh? It's not going to grow, is it? It'll grow. It'll just go straight to blossoms. It'll pick it as a baby. What do you mean? It'll turn into flowers? Yeah, it'll just, like, shoot straight up. Instead of staying really short, like, it'll grow, like, a foot and a half tall and, like, not put out any leaves and then just go straight to flower. Who knew? Me. Oh. That is true. So what's going on, Hydroponics? Not a lot. Hey, I got married like two weeks ago, Wednesday. And I kind of did it in a secret thing and didn't tell my family until about three or four days ago. And they flipped out. They are so pissed. And I was just wondering if it was rightfully so. How old are you? 22. How old is she? 19. How long have you guys been dating? Like nine months. Oh, I disagree with that marriage.
He hid it from them because he knew they wouldn't be down with it, and he knew they wouldn't be down with it because they are reasonable people. No way. It's just that if anybody talks crap about my wife, I would drop my family in a heartbeat. Anything bad that they would have to say. So cute. Aw, thank you, Eddie. You bet. And we get it. You love her and everything. Absolutely, but you think it's the wrong decision? Of course it is, dude. You're not Sky. You're not Sky, bro. Sky's got a question. Okay, so I understand people go and elope, and I get that, but why did you wait so long after you eloped to tell people? Because you knew they were going to hate it. Yeah, I knew they were going to freak out, and like I said, I would drop my family in a heartbeat. We heard, dude. It's the greatest love of all. It's the greatest love of all time. Oh, boy. Dude, why wasn't she just your girlfriend? Why did she have to be your wife? Because I wanted her to be my wife. I understand what you want. I'm asking you why it was necessary. It wasn't necessary. It was just something that we wanted to do, and so we went and did it. Why do you think that? I'm just asking you a straight-up question here. You can answer it however you choose. Yeah.
Why do you think people make such a big deal about people getting married at a young age and not to do it? Why do you think that is? Because it's a life commitment. It's no joke. Like, I'm not doing this for funsies or anything. No, I didn't think you were. I didn't think you were doing it for funsies. I'm just going to explain. I'm going to explain this to you, brother. Explain it. You see, dude, in five years, the woman that you're married to... Is going to be a different human being. I mean completely. Philosophically. Emotionally. Everything about her will be different. And probably you too man. You changed so. Nobody says that. See if you're super lucky. If you're really really really lucky. You'll defy the odds. But the odds are stacked so far against you. But you may defy the odds. But I'm telling you dude. It's so. It's so difficult to have. This is what happens. I mean, already when you were telling me I would drop my family, the drop of that, like all I heard there is emotion, emotion, emotion. And so you're filled with all this emotion. But see, pretty soon you guys now you guys live together, right? Yeah. Yeah. You just moved in and you guys have an apartment, right? No, I got a house. You got a house.
And what do you do for a living? I work in farming, agriculture. There you go. A couple of hydroponic greenhouses. Okay. So right now what we have is puppy dogs and rainbows. Because you guys, that's why they, why do you think they call it the honeymoon phase? That's why they call it. We've already had her blown up fight when we were dating. Oh, yeah, dude. Let me tell you, let me tell you. It's nothing. It is different. It is different, different, different. But, you know, you guys, you made the decision, and now you're married. Just don't get divorced. Is she pregnant? Absolutely not. No. No, that's so funny. Sky, everybody in my family, everybody that I've told so far. Sure. At 19, yeah, that's kind of the first thought. Man, oh, man. That means not when you get pregnant. Well, no, Guy. Getting married at 19, then that's the first thought. Yeah. You see? No. Yeah, 19, man, you are a child. You're a kid. You're a kid. Baby. My mom got married when she was 17. Wow. My dad was 19. Shocking. And they changed together. Now, they wanted to divorce one another about a billion times.
And I have asked them, what's the secret to be married 51 years? They said, well, when we wanted to get a divorce, we didn't. Right. Now, it's a lot tougher to do that in 2008. It's a lot tougher. People's mentality changes. Like, Scott, how old were you when you got married? I know you were young. I was 22. 22. Okay, see? So I don't feel as bad now. Yeah, but she was 70 inside. Yeah, that is a fact. It's true. When I first found out she was doing it, Scott, I'll tell you, I was very against it. I thought, man, it's the worst idea. And he told me the exact same thing about the you're going to change and, you know, you'll be very lucky if you change together, but most people don't and you're going to be a different person. And then I was crying. I don't remember you crying. You must have done it behind my back. I left the studio and went and cried. And then that is why you apologized to me every year on my anniversary. That's right. Now, Skye defied the odds. Skye defied the odds. Honestly, she really did. I mean, she was different than every 22-year-old I had ever met. And at the time, she was because I just met her. I didn't know her that long. And so I didn't know she was 70.
But she was and, you know, very mature for her age. And it worked out. But let me tell you something. Had she been 19 years old, I just said, forget it, please. You know, but who knows, Matt? Call us. We know your anniversary. Yeah. Call us on your anniversary. When did you get married two weeks ago? What was the date? June 25th. June 25th. Call us June 25 of 09. Okay, you got it. All right. And every year that you stay married, I'll give you a big apology. I mean it. And if I ever get divorced, I'll give you a call and you can say, I told you so. I won't say I told you so, but boy, we will take a moment to talk about what happened. All right, dude. All right, you guys got it. I love you guys. Thank you. All right, man. We'll see you later. Eric got married the same age, right, Eric? Yeah, Mike. I was married. I was 22. My wife was 19. You know, she changed around probably like last year. We've been separated for eight months, and it cost me about $50,000 credit card debt, you know, and a whole bunch of heartache. I wish I just would have waited and listened to my dad. It's important to listen to your dad. Right. It really is important to listen to your dad. I wish that guy the best, but, I mean, he has no idea how much that girl is going to change, you know, in two years.
I'm going to say to my boy, once he's able to understand, I'm going to say to my boy, son, if you are a smart young man, if you want to be wise, listen to your old man. A little bit of arrogance in the medical community. I think we could all live without. Like when you go to see the doctor, you don't see the actual doctor first. You must wait in the waiting room. There's no chance of not waiting. That's the name of the room. The doctors are all back. Oh, we can't take them now. We've already got this room. And you sit there, you pretend you're reading your little magazine. You're actually looking at the other people. I wonder what he's got. That guy's a goner. Then they call you. You get very excited when they call you. Because you think now you're going to see the doctor. But you're not. Now you're going into the next smaller waiting room. Now you don't even have your magazine. Now you got your pants around your ankles. You're sitting on that butcher paper they pull out over the table. Sometimes I bring a pickle with me and I put it next to me right there on the table. I don't know. In case the doctor wants to fold the whole thing up for a to-go order. True food for causes. Sports. Boston Rob. Bostonians are tight-knit people. And Ashley. Well, I'm actually, like, awake and, like, alert. The Mikey Show's on. Anyway. Rock 105.3. Oh, yeah. Hey, it's a Mikey Show Monday morning. It is 6.46. After weeks of rumors, A-Rod's wife is filing for divorce, claiming that he's been having affairs, including one recently with Madonna. Adrian Gonzalez is named to his first All-Star game, the only Padre to make the team. Madonna and I, we would not make a good couple. Well, you don't speak Chichewa. I don't speak Chichewa at all. Not even at all. She's a little older, you know. Obviously, I don't speak Chichewa. She's got the David Letterman thing going on. You know, with the teeth. She's all into Kabbalah. I don't know what we talk about, really. We really have a lot in common with Madonna.
What does Alex Rodriguez have in common with Madonna? Yeah. It's another weird question. The same manager. Yeah. Oh. Yeah. Do they really? Yeah. Maury. Oh, wow. Maury. Well, yeah, because all this news has been great. Maury's Wigs, right? Maury's Wigs, yeah. Yes. Great manager. Good manager. Yeah, well, there's been these rumors about A-Rod and Madonna for a couple weeks now and about her getting a divorce and about him getting a divorce. Well, A-Rod's wife's lawyer finally spoke out over the weekend saying she's filing divorce papers today. And his wife's lawyer says that, yeah, Madonna is the most recent affair he's had. And so Madonna issued a statement yesterday saying that she only knows A-Rod through their manager. And she's brought her kids to a couple games, but they are not romantically involved. And she is not getting a divorce. divorce from her husband. The movie director guy. Guy Ritchie. Guy Ritchie. He's British just like her. I read this and I just started laughing. I don't even know what this is about but it says Eminem is being sued for a fight at a strip club urinal. Like that's a real headline. That's real. That's actually real.
So I guess this actually went down two years ago at a Detroit area strip club. And this guy has just filed a lawsuit claiming that he was assaulted by Eminem. And when he's asked how the assault went down, he said all he did was approach Eminem at a urinal and ask for his autograph. Well, like T-Rex did. T-Rex did that. To Troy Aikman in the urinal. He didn't get beat up. He did not. No. You shouldn't, though. That's a bad place to punch somebody. That is gross. Why would you want to? Come on, T-Rex. You're in the urinal. Do your business. Just do your thing. Meet him outside. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So this guy says Eminem punched him for no reason after he approached him at the urinal. Oh, boy. And has filed a lawsuit for $25,000 worth of it. No, he didn't. No, he did. I'm stupid. You know the old bachelor Andrew Firestone? Remember that dude? He's handsome. Yeah, he's got a winery. Firestone Winery. The dude got married. That was a restaurant in the gas lamp. Yeah, a real nice one, I think. Which one? Do you know which one it is? I can't remember, but it's pretty good. Is it like steak? What do we got? It's like a high poofy-doofy. It's foofy-foofy. It's foofy-doofy face. No, he married some...
model from Jurgislovakia or something. It's beautiful, Dan. Really gorgeous in the fall. Definitely. So it wasn't a chick. It wasn't Jen, the chick he proposed to on the show. Surprisingly, that didn't work. But yeah, they were married Saturday. What is her name? Ivana? Of course it is. Of course it's Ivana. Bozlofvik. Bozlofvik. Well said. Bozlofvik. Humpalot. That's right. Ivana. It's because the sea is silent. That's why it's pronounced. Mohammed Ibrahim Fuad El-Shawai. To be married? Yes. That's amazing. Wow. This is an amazing thing. That's the truth. Okay, so there was a poll that was done where they were asking people, what's the first word that comes to mind when you think of presidential candidate? Wow. This is so stupid to me. I'm so irritated. Of course, of course, of course, of course, of course, of course. It's Obama. Right, Skye? It's Obama.
No, so if I say John McCain, what's the first word that comes to your mind? Oh, I thought it was when I say presidential candidate, what's the first thing that comes to mind? Okay, so let's guess. John McCain. Old. Yes. One in five people blurted out. War hero. Old. So that was the most common thing for McCain. Hero. How about, well, no, Eddie, it was old. Hero. the majority of people said. And how about when you hear Barack Obama? Change. Change. Yes, Ashley, change was one of them. There were two words that were most commonly used. One was change. Perfect. African-American. Bad for the country. Those are more than one word. Oh, sorry. I don't think you'll get the second one. Disaster. Do you want me to tell you what it is? Yes. What? Outsider. Outsider? Yeah. One was change and the other one was outsider. I don't even get that. Side of Washington? I don't know. Oh, hello. Hi, Barbara. Hi, it's Barbara calling. Hey, guys. Missed you. Doing fantastic. I just heard this stuff about the first word that comes to mind when you talk about the different candidates. Yeah. You know I am a full-time Brooke supporter and a full-time black woman. That's different. You used to support Hillary, but. Yeah. Interesting. Anyway.
Well, once I realized that she didn't have a snowball's chance in hell, I was going to go with... So you flip-flopped. That's cool. I flip-flopped, and now I'm flip-flopping all the way to the White House with Barack Obama. Yeah, well, what's the first thing you think of when you hear Obama's name? Champion. Really? Champion of what? Champion of everybody, large and small, big and fat, skinny and sweet. Sweet and sour. Sweet and sour? That doesn't make sense, Barbara. I have a question for you guys. Oh, boy. Okay. Am I flying right now? Yes. I am. Yeah. I love that. Oh, my goodness. What do you got working this morning? What kind of cocktail? You got a Fourth of July buzz left over? Let's see what we got working over here. Oh, no. Let's see. I've got my antis, I call them. Yes. And I'm usually rocking those about 4 a.m. I get up and take the antis. Rocking those, by the way. Mm-hmm. And I've got my Zannies. I've got my Zannies here. And what else? She's on the air. Barbara, can I ask you guys a question? Yeah, go ahead. Are we on the air? Yeah, we are. The whole time. So you heard us on the air and then you called us.
to go. That was Barbara. She supports Barack Obama. She's kind of our political correspondent. She's really good. That's weird. Really, really good. We should look into that. That's right. Adrian Gonzalez has been named to his first all-star game. That's awesome. Only Padre to make it. That's not awesome. He's good. He's injured for a lot of the years, so he didn't make the team. Whatever. Who should else have been on there? Anybody? Nobody, Mike. Seriously. PV would have been my choice, but I mean, no. What about Khalil Green? What about him? No, he isn't. Come on now. Look in the paper today. It's a story about how Khalil Green is... The headline is, What Became of Khalil Green? He's still on the team. I don't know. Does anybody know that? That's just terrible, man. He's not doing good. Aye, aye, aye. That must not feel good to read that. He's hitting .226 right now. The Padres sure are disappointing. You can say that again. It's been like this for so long. Aye, aye, aye, aye, aye. Wouldn't it be great if it was just something that we were used to, that they were just winning all the time? That would be rad.
It would just be nice if this season they got on a hot streak and won like 10 in a row or something like that just to kind of get back and not be the worst team in me. Rob, how are your Boston Red Sox doing? We're doing pretty good. First place? No. Second place? Yeah. Behind the Yankees? No, we're like seven games above the Yankees. We just split a series with them 2-2. So the Yankees aren't doing very good? Not really. This is the Tampa Bay Rays. They're the best team in the East right now. That's crazy! The Devil Rays? Yeah, let's see how long that lasts. They're a young team, and I don't think they got it. Well, you've been saying that now for a couple months. I love Rob's sports and talent. That's right. So professional. There's a new survey out with the best and worst cities to build wealth. Best city to build wealth. San Francisco. San Jose, I mean. Technology.
I mean, you have to take into consideration to be able to sock money away in your savings account. The cost of living has to be cheap. Dubai. Mexico City. These are U.S. Mexico City. Again, these are U.S. cities. Again, these are U.S. cities. Okay. Oh, I got it. Santa Fe, New Mexico. Albuquerque, New Mexico is in the top five. Price of living, you know. What about chocolate? Jacksonville. Yeah, what about that place? Fred Durst says, what about Jacksonville? What the hell? That's Fred Durst. He wants to know, what about Jacksonville? Not on there? What? Whatever. Indianapolis. Houston. Mexico. There is a... Dallas. San Antonio. She's trying. Austin. There's a place in Texas. I said all the states, the cities. You did not. I said every one of them. You said them all. Amarillo. El Paso. Come on, lady. What else is left? It's a smaller city. Starts with a P. Plano, dude. Plano, Texas is the number one city to build wealth in America. Number one. If you want to...
Get your savings account together and move to Plano. That's a great place to start a business. Why? To build wealth. Because cost of living is so low and salaries are decent. So you can sock away in a savings account and you can build wealth. I see. What's the worst place in the U.S. to do that? The worst place, number five, San Francisco. Number four, Honolulu. Number three, Los Angeles. Number two, Washington, D.C. And number one is New York City. I bet. It's a billion dollars to live there, man. Oh, yeah. 5701053. Oh. And see. Hi. Hi. I'm telling you, the Border Patrol could be exactly what you need. The cool thing about it is that you work on a salary, but if you go over 40 hours a week, you get paid for that. That's cool. You get paid while you're doing the academy, which is good stuff. And there's a lot of misconceptions about the Border Patrol. You're not just sitting there watching the border for illegals to come over the border. You're doing all kinds of exciting stuff. You're doing ATV patrols. You're doing infrared camera operation. You're riding horses. You're getting trained in tactics. It's cool. Border Patrol dot gov.

Skye takes a thing of iceberg lettuce and hunks it up into a bowl. And then she, you know, what's traditional when you do a wedge salad is blue cheese dressing. Oh, yeah. And she doesn't have blue cheese. I always have to tell them to leave the blue cheese off. So what do you put, like, what dressing do you use? Ranch. When I'm in a restaurant, it's ranch. She is something else, right? Wow. What's wrong with ranch? Ranch is fine, but blue cheese is a thousand times better. No, it's not. It's stinky cheese. A thousand times better. It's stinky, moldy cheese. Oh, jeez. You're eating mold.
Thank you. It's delicious, Skye. It's mold. You've never probably even had it. Oh, I've had it. Do you ever have sour cream? Eddie, when's the last time Skye tasted blue cheese dressing? I have. Never. Oh, they sneak it in sometimes. Like they'll accidentally put blue cheese instead of ranch. And I like, I don't even have to put it in my mouth. I get it up near my nose and I know it. And I scream and cry. That is true. She's like a child. That's true. We had friends of the family over for 4th of July. And it was so funny because I could tell that my wife was uncomfortable with the way that our friend Gene was roughly playing with Jules. Aww. Oh, that's funny. I can relate. Yeah, I don't play anywhere. You guys get freaked out when people play with your pets differently than you do? Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. I was like, rough him up, man. Drop kick him. No. Ash, do you, do somebody mess with your Sammy differently? I have a boyfriend. Perfect. I love. The guy's perfect so much. He does that. He'll, like, pretend to be roughhousing with her and toss her across the room. Oh, I'm sure. Oh, okay. Get him on the phone. You don't exaggerate at all. I don't. He will take Sammy and go, oh, you're going to, and throw her.
I will not. Get him on the phone. I don't believe that. That sounds dangerous. Yeah, you think it's really bad for her hips. Especially when she's obese. It's physically impossible to throw that dog. That's true. He couldn't pick her up. No way. Unless he's like a champion weightlifter. A lot of strength in the legs to do that. But that's got to be dangerous because her feet or her legs are about two inches and then her body is gigantic. Right, a big old sausage. She's a giant sausage of a dog. Yeah, but people get all freaked out because you have a certain way that you do stuff with your dog or your cat. Yeah. And when people come over and they jack with that, it really upsets people. To me, it would be like somebody coming in and roughhousing with your kid. When it's your kid. Stop it. When it's a child, people don't do that. You know what I mean? There's a line. It's because it's a human being. Well, yeah, there's a line. But for some reason, when it's an animal, they think that they can, like, go full board and start roughhousing with them. And it's like, hey. They like it. The animals like it. Yeah, they love it. I bet Sammy loves that. Well, kids like to roughhouse, too. But people know, you know what? There's a line, you know. Doesn't Sammy love doing that? No, and she does not. How do you know? How can you tell? Yeah, you can tell.
Because then he'll do the thing where he'll take our comforter and put it over her head and pretend to be playing hide and seek. But really, he's suffocating her. And he's doing it on purpose. He's playing the suffocation game. I don't think he'll die in the blanket. He can't breathe. And he's laughing. And I'm like, gosh, you are the worst. I got something that... My girl's sleeping, so it should be fine. What do we have here? Spicy meatball. Right? I get a regular collar for my dog. You know what I mean? It's just plain red, whatever. It's got a name tag and all that stuff on it. Yeah. And we went out. What kind of dog? It's Black Lab. Okay. What is your dog's name? Wednesday. Your dog's name is Wednesday? Mm-hmm. Why? I didn't name her. I got her. And it was already named Wednesday? Yep. You didn't think about changing that? No, if she's got a name for that. She wasn't a puppy when I got her. So you didn't want to confuse her. Her brother and his sister on the road. Aw, Wednesday. Wednesday. They were left on the road. How do you know their name? They were left on the road. A P1 had saved them, gave two of them away, and then the last one he couldn't find a home for. So he had her for a while. Yeah. And he named her Wednesday.
By the time I got her, she was already full grown. I didn't even know you had a black lab. I knew that you had that guy. I don't have another dog. My brother has a German Shepherd, too. Didn't you used to have a pit bull boxer or something like that? Yeah, that was like three years ago. But when I was homeless, it was just me and the dog living in my car. True story. Yeah, that's a really sad story. I used to bring her into work all the time. People would get mad because there would be a pit bull. Wasn't his name Meatball? It slept on your couch, right? It was a dog? You're getting them confused. You're getting them confused. With what? I don't... So now you have this black lab. Yeah. So we go out about two weeks ago and she made a purchase all on her own of a diamond studded collar queer thing. Your fiance did. Your fiance did. Yeah. Is it real diamonds? Of course. I wish I would have robbed my dog. She'd tell you about her and you just noticed. Put him up, Fido. She told me. I was there when she picked it out. I didn't think. Sounds gay. Why didn't you say to her, hey, I don't really roll that way. I didn't think she was going to cough up that much money. The call was like 10 bucks or something. I was like, you're going to be crazy to pay that much. Oh, broke the bank, huh? $10, dude. I mean.
Takes me one hour to make that. So I didn't, well, we had originally seen it like a month ago. But why'd you let her do that though, Rob? It's your dog. It's your dog. I got no control over certain things, fellas. Well, you've heard Rob's kind of whips. He is totally whips. And he loves it. Totally whips. I do love it. And I am whipped and I love it. Oh, yeah. I'm very whipped. And for me, that's a battle. She wants me to wear the collar, too. Yeah. Hey, call us at 570-1053 if you have an issue. Issue. If you have some sort of issue with your people doing stuff with your pets. It's caused, like, big problems with me and my boyfriend. Oh, come. Will you stop? Why do you go, Mark, don't do that. I would say Sammy is, like, the number one reason that we fight. It's, like, our only thing that we even really fight about. That's completely untrue, but go ahead.
She says the craziest thing. Everything else is a complete lie. Hey, listen. Can I finish? Hey, man. You guys are tripping. It's the only thing we've ever fought about in the history of our relationship. We'll have discussions. We'll have altercations. Okay, but I will full on. Yeah, we'll physically fight. He's so mad at him with this whole Sammy thing because he does the thing. We'll punch each other in the face. I hate it when he gives her people food, right? And so behind my back, I told you guys how he'll like behind my back, like regurgitate people food into her mouth when I'm not looking. Again, thinks it's hilarious. And I don't stand for this. Don't stand for it in terms of letting her tell the story again or the wording of it. This guy. Get him on the phone. You know what he does. No, he doesn't. He doesn't do that. He chews the food. He chews the food. Yeah, and regurgitates it. He doesn't regurgitate it. Like a bird. Chews it up and then... That's different. Regurgitating means... Okay. Okay. So... Well, she got you there. Yes, she did. 5701053. If you regurgitate... Dude, I would be mad if a girl I was dating fed my animal people food. Well, you're training it to be a certain way. And if you do that, all hell breaks loose. You're ruining everything.
Thank you. I don't want my dog begging for food every time because you're not here. I don't want my dog begging for food when you're here. Or chewing up the comforter because she thinks it's the devil because it always attacks her. Oh, because he attacks her with the comforter. Yeah. So now she has a thing for the comforter. Yeah, she thinks it's a game and she will try to rip up my comforter now. Yeah, the boo has had multiple talks with me because he believes I abuse Tango. How? Well, you know, like... It's hard to explain. It's going to sound really bad. But you know how you can like, I don't even know how to word it without sounding like an animal. Okay, like you know how sometimes you can like pat a dog on its like back part and you kind of hit it. And it makes like a loud noise, but you're not like. punching the dog or anything. I do that to Tango. I do it to Jules. And Tango loves it. Right on the hip part. And he actually pushes into it because he loves it. But it makes a loud hitting noise. That's because you're punching it. The boo's always like, stop hitting him. And I'm like, he loves it. And he's like, you're hitting him. If he didn't like it, he'd run away. Well, of course he would, Mike.
That's the other thing he will do. It's he'll headbutt Sammy. And he thinks she likes it. Headbutt. He will headbutt her. Maybe that's him calling. He will grab her head and go, bam, and headbutt her. And he's like, she likes it. And I'm like, no, you're giving her a concussion. He acts strange with a dog, doesn't he? I think it's hysterical. Doesn't that sound like he acts strange with it? A concussion? P1 Desiree, what's a P1? The P1 is someone who listens to the Mikey show exclusively, gets to the point, doesn't cuss, and turns other people on to the Mikey show. I have a lot of respect for you. Instantly like you. There's the one that goes on to the Mikey show. I have a lot of respect for him. There you go. Who turned you on to it? My husband. What a good man. Yes. Are you turning people on to the Mikey show? Yes, I talk about it all the time. That's good. I mean, that's how you do it. You just talk about it to people. You just tell them. Hey, did you hear this? Did you hear this? And you'd say that enough. It finally bugs them and they start listening. Exactly. So, who do you know that does stuff? My brother, he used to, before I got married and we used to live together back at my mom's house, I had this chihuahua that I got and Kiki was her name. Aww. And he used to come into my room and he would do several different things to her. He would roll her up in high rug.
Little burrito. That's funny. You have to admit, Desiree, that's funny. Desiree. Come on, that one's funny. Not if the dog doesn't like it. How do you know the dog doesn't like it? He's laughing hysterically a bit. You can tell. It's like her eyes were going to pop out. They already looked that way. I mean, come on. He was screaming, adios mio. What else? What else would he do? And then he would grab her, and he would bite her ear just hard enough so she would, like, yelp. Yeah, see? Ew. My dad would do that. My dad used to do that. To the kids. Oh, that drives me nuts. Yeah, to my mom and me. Oh, wow. If they're yelping, they're not the funniest thing ever. Oh, man. This is kind of funny. It's kind of funny. Oh, you're scary, my dog. It's kind of funny. Oh, that's not cool. Yeah, no. He was mean to her. My brother used to blow in the dog. We had a lab, and he would put his mouth over the dog's nose, and he would go... And she would go... That is so mean. Her cheeks would go... I'd cry. And she thought it was funny. I'd cry. She would laugh hysterically at our dog. Yes, she would. Is that Mark on the line? Yes. He's really tired. He's tired. Hi, Mark. He just woke up. Hey, good morning. She tells us that you have the strangest behavior with Sammy.
When she was explaining it to me, it sounded a little malicious. Yeah. Yeah, she was saying, like, you'll take Sammy and headbutt Sammy. And throw him across the room. Her. Her, Sky. Throw her across the room. I'll drop her from waist level, maybe. Yeah. But I will headbutt her. Yeah, I have headbutted her. Now, what is the deal with the headbutting? Like, is it wrestling? Are you wrestling? Or what are you doing there? Yeah, it's more of a playful thing. It's a playful thing. Are you trying to kill the beast? Ashley says you practically give Sammy a concussion. No. You do it so hard. Oh, come on, Ashley. It can't be good for her skull. I'll tell you what's not good for her is the feeding her the people food. No wonder she farts, you guys. You know how you always are saying, Ash, that she has a terrible gas? Mark, do you regurgitate your food into her mouth? No. Yes, you do. That's what Ashley says. Oh, my God. You're telling me that you've never chewed up a bite of food and then behind my back fed it to Sammy? No, I do that with my dad's dog. Okay. Lies. Lies.
So, Mark, you put the food in your mouth and you chew it up and then you drop, like, what do you do? Do you spit it onto the carpet? What do you do? He thinks it's the funniest thing in the world. Mark, you sound weird. I've never done that with her dog because I take it for a walk in the morning and I see it sniff other dogs' poop. See, he doesn't do that, Ash. That's crap. You can tell he's telling the truth. Wow. Ashley's giving us a look like, yeah, right. I thought the honest caps were on. That's what I thought. I thought we were dealing with honesty or what? No, we are. We are. And as some of these things I'm being accused of, I can't even believe. I mean, are you kidding me? She is the best. I mean, are you kidding me? I'm sorry. What's going on? We just got... Eddie just got a delivery. Eddie just got a delivery of M&M's. It's his anniversary. It's his anniversary. They're white M&M's, and on the M&M's are some sort of like, almost like they do on a silk screen. It looks like somebody silk screened these white M&M's with a portrait of Eddie and Debra. Today's his anniversary. Hey, that could be you, Mark. It could be you and Ashley. I'm not so sure anymore, Mike. Oh!
Why don't you test it and pop the question? That is great. Are they all pictures, Eddie? They have our anniversary date on them. That's really adorable. Happy anniversary, Eddie. Thanks, brother. Come feed him breakfast, Mark. Come on down. That's right. Thank you, Mark. All right, guys. All right, we'll see you. Mikey, one day my pet bear escaped, and when I caught him later, I found someone had fed him peanut butter. Who does? That's right. The guy that worked on our show claimed that when he was in Boy Scouts that he had peanut butter on his face. And in the middle of the night, a bear came and, like, licked it off his face. And he says he doesn't know that that's what they told him. Because he was asleep. And he didn't wake up. He didn't wake up when this happened. We come back. I'm going to play you this audio of this woman in Minneapolis that cries every time she sees the trailer for the movie Wall E.

Rafael Nadal talks about his victory. Can you describe what you felt when you just fell to the floor when you knew that you were the Wimbledon champion? Well, it's impossible.
to explain what I felt in that moment. So just very, very happy for winning this title. My favorite tournament for me is a dream, playing this court, but winning, I never imagined something like this. So very happy. Thank you very much, everybody. Yes. Where's he from? Spain. España. Okay, welcome back. Let me see Zeth's ID card. No, not cute. Opposite of cute. Please, Mike, have a talk with your new son. How did they even let him do that? I mean, why? Why would anyone? What did he do? I basically took the picture like a first grader trying to force a smile on a glass portrait. You know, he's making the face. You're a freak. How did they let him do that? Are there rules against what you can do with DMV pictures? Nope. How do you know?
Because I've been to the DMV. Oh, really? They'll let you do whatever you want, Rob? Yeah, pretty much. They don't care. Have you seen the people that are taking your picture? They're just like, yeah, stand right there, stick your head up, whatever. So if you want to, you can stick your tongue out? I would imagine. By the looks of this, you can. Yeah, you're not supposed to be able to alter your look. They tell you to smile. That's the extent of it. And you know, nothing puts a cop in a better mood. Yeah. Then this right here. Pulling over that guy. It's an ID card anyways. Yeah, this is not a driver's license. This is an ID card. He's not allowed a driver's license, Mike. If they pull me over, I'm screwed either way. He's not allowed a driver's license? No. Why not? Because of all the fines he's incurred. They took his driver's license away? Yeah. That's why he had to go take that picture and get an ID card. That's not very responsible. Yeah.
No, no. You don't say. To have your drivers. No. How long until you get it back? When I pay the fines. So as soon as they're paid, you can have a driver's license. Yeah. That's going to be a while, Mike. How much? How much? Oh, dude. You guys want to guess? You know, right? Yeah, I know. $300. No. Yeah. $1,000. More. Come on. What? Oh, my gosh, Seth. How long you last? You are the worst. $1,100. How much? $1,100. Oh, that'll only take you three years to make it. Take food stamps? Something. Yeah, he's not paying that anytime soon. Right. But does that technically mean you're not allowed to drive? Yeah. I don't have a driver's license. Yeah. So what happens if you get pulled over and you don't have one? Because you get pulled over all the time. Basically, from what I know, they'll put me in jail and take my car. So when did you lose it? The paper I have says April, I think.
And then I didn't know. Do they take payments? I don't think so. He doesn't think so because he hasn't. Wouldn't you look into that? Well, I did. I went to the DMV and I got the paper and it told me how much I owe and I have to go up to Temecula. Temecula? Yeah, because one of the fines is up there. So I have to go up there and try to take care of it. But I guess they took it on April 19th. Okay, we need to do a little game where we pick the day that... Zeph gets thrown in jail. Oh, that's a good game. What's the date? This is a good game. Okay, today is July the 7th. I like this. Two months. I'll give it two months. I'm going to go August 15th. That's a lot. Today is July the 7th. Good guess, Eddie. I say September the 7th. August 4th. Should we write these down? Yep. Sean? I'll say November 15th. Man, you are forgiving. Shut up. He gets pulled over like every other week. I understand. What did you say, Mike? I said September 7th. Ash. August 20th. Boston Rob. July 18th. Jerk. We will now let a couple of P1s call in and take guesses. And the person that comes the closest will win the prize.
570-1053. You get to bail Zeth out. That's what you win. I like it. He is a clown. Oh, man. Clown. Brutal. Did you get your radiator fixed? Yeah. You did? Yeah. Was it a P1 that did it? No, I did it. Okay. How did you do it? JB Weld. What is that? It's this stuff that you mix together. Yeah. You just put it over whatever you need to stop, like the hole in the pipe. Yeah. And it worked. You didn't get magic putting? Nah. No? You've got to wait for it to come in the mail. That's what he was talking about the other day. Magic putty? Magic putty. It comes with a real-life elf, by the way. That's so cool. Ordered every day, and we'll throw in an extra. That's right. Super hook. Yes. Whatever. Seth said he almost got hit by a car this weekend. Of course. Yeah. Okay, so we were in traffic coming back from Mission Beach after the fireworks, and it was not moving at all. It took us three hours to get from South Mission to the roller coaster. Shut up. It was bad. Nobody was moving. Shut up. So everybody got out of their cars, and we're all just kind of standing there talking because I had friends in a car, two cars up. Yeah. So I'm walking up there talking to them, and my friend goes, turn around. I turn around real quick, and there's a car pretty close to me, like five feet away.
And they were coming down the shoulder. Like, there's no cars in there. It's, like, a shoulder. And they were just coming down. Like, these idiots are, like, hanging out of their car. Like, almost hit me. But, like, I got out of the way because my friend said, look out. Like, if she wouldn't have said anything, I probably would have been hit. Mike almost got hit by a car, didn't you, Mike? I did? Remember, you sent me a little text message. When was this? Was it Thursday? I think it was, oh, no, it was Friday morning. Why didn't you bring that up? Well, because it's topical. We're talking about topics about getting hit by a car. Why don't we have our own little stuff that we don't have to pull the reins? I'm just saying. Speaking at a school. Oh, that reminds me. Mike sent me a text. It's true. It's the truth. Sky's mom's right about those electric cars, man. See? See? He's hit by a hybrid. Listen, I don't like saying it. I don't like it mean. I don't like admitting it. But I thought you had eyeballs. Remember, that was your argument. Don't people use their eyeballs? You know, Skye, I'll be honest with you. What I didn't like about it the most is that it scared the heck out of me, and that made me mad. Yes. You know, anger is hurt, sadness, and fear. It scared me, and it made me mad. What happened? I feel you. I was getting in my car, and the car next to me was one of those stupid cars.
Those clown cars that people might as well get out with big red floppy shoes and a big nose. And the car started backing up and I saw it out of the corner of my eye and I turned and looked and it was backing up right next to me and it scared me because it's dead, like no noise. The only noise you could hear was the very faint of the wheels going over pavement. But I'm telling you, there wasn't even like a... Nothing. It doesn't make a sound. You would think that it would make a whine or some kind of a sound the electricity. Nothing. It was creepy. And it irritated me. Sure. And so I texted Sky. I said, okay, your mom's right about those stupid cars. Here, give Zeth his ridiculous ID card back where he's making a face in it. Space Boy, are you there? Here. Take a guess when you think that Zeth will go to jail.
The incarceration will occur on September 1st. All right, you got that, Rob? Or who's writing them? September 1st. September 1st. Space Boy. All right, Space Boy, thank you. All right. P1 Croc? Yes. Take a guess. July 25th. Ooh, that's close. Not bad. Thank you for the call. P1 Benji? Yeah, I guess July 22nd. There you go. Thank you very much. Somebody will win. You got the information for them, right, Rob? No, I thought you were going to put them back on hold, but... Call us back, guys. That's fine. Call us back, and then we'll get your information. And if you called the day that Zeth gets his thing, there you go. Way to go, Zeth. So then Zeth goes to see his friend's band play at Soma. It's their first headlining show. He shows up late. They're sold out. I mean, everything. Hey, Charlie Brown. I mean, everything. Good grief. Now, he's got a look on his face right now like, sorry. I mean, why me? I mean, I just, sorry. Why does this always happen to me? Oh, good grief. His friends got him tickets, and he had to sit in his car for three hours and wait for them. Come on, Charlie Brown. I don't know.
Eddie? I don't know. It wasn't my fault. It was your fault, though. If you were late, whose fault is it? I wanted to leave. My friends drove. I know, but you were late. You were late. Well, yeah, he said he got a ticket for me the night before when he bought them, but he didn't. So he lied. Yeah, basically. That's a good friend. Seth and Ash, I think both have strange friends. Nothing personal. I don't really have any friends anywhere. Nothing personal. Well, remember you had that imaginary Asian friend. She moved. Margie. Margie. Margie. Margie. Then she had that friend Jillian. Oh, she's coming into town. Down the hatchet. That's bad news. For a week, dude. For a week? Dude, get this brutal. Get this brutality. Sorry, Mark. Listen to this brutality. Dude, Amy Winehouse would be a better gag. That's right.
Calls me up. She's like, when am I going to come into town to visit you? And I'm thinking, like, she'll come in for a weekend, like, whatever, like, a couple days. And I'm like, I don't know. Like, maybe a good time for you to come in would be when I'm on vacation. Like, thinking she'd pick a couple days within this time frame I give her. I go, the 10th to the 17th, I'm going to be in town. Off, you know, she's like, awesome. Calls me the next day. All right, I booked it. 10th to the 16th, I'm coming. Oh, my. So your entire vacation is going to be. Oh, no. And you know. And it's like I had so many things planned. The stories are already going to come of like what. Let's take guesses on the date that she kicks her out. Yeah. The drama. I had so many things planned. There will be a fight. There will be drama. There will be. Relaxing, tying loose ends. Like I didn't want to deal with anything this vacation because it's been so busy. And now it's like I'm going to have to be playing host. This is the friend that. Talked about black guys' anatomies in front of my mother-in-law on Easter Sunday. She's crazy. She's now dating a 40-year-old with two kids, and they're talking about marriage. She is a... No joke, dude. That's crazy. Yeah, she wants me to be the maid of honor. I'm like, okay. Mikey Show, hello. I had a discussion topic. Yeah?
I want to see what Mikey and everyone thought about that alcohol van over the weekend. Yeah, I was actually asking about that earlier. I wanted to see, you know, how it went. Well, what they were doing on the day was allowing people to get in their boats and their rafts. and you can drink just as long as you weren't touching the sand. So crazy, man. It's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Yeah, it was nuts. So people were just going out on rafts in the middle of the water and drinking. Ten yards out. Actually, I saw, dude, there was a bunch of people that were grabbing their boogie boards. Anything they could float on. Anything that'll float. Anything that'll float. They're out there. I mean, not to say that I didn't take part in it. It was actually kind of cool, but I mean, next year, what's the point? That's what everyone was saying. Next year, it's going to be like Lake Havasu here. I wonder if a lot of people got...
ticketed and arrested and all that stuff down in PB. Either way, you're going to take drinking off the beach. People are going to find a way to drink. You've got the lifeguards floating around telling you it's okay just as long as you're not touching the sand. But dude, wasn't everybody peaceful? It was a peaceful day. I was there all day and there wasn't one problem. It was super chill. Everybody was high on weed. I didn't smell anything. Yeah, no, I watched the news on Friday night, and they were saying that the beaches were actually very, very peaceful and, you know, no real problems, and they believe it has to do with the alcohol ban. So it's good. It's working. I think we're going to be talking to Plaxico Burris right now. Oh, hello. From the world champion New York Giants. Rob, you better stay out of this. Stay out of this. Stay down, Rob. That's right. He's a wide receiver. For the New York Giants and was on my fantasy football team last year. Oh, how'd that go? Not that bad. Yeah. It wasn't that bad. Was he good for you? He wasn't that bad. Yeah. I know he had that ankle injury like the entire season. I don't know how he played on it. He's got a new book out. Did you know that? Yeah. It's called Giant. The Road to the Super Bowl.
Yeah, I got a lot of stuff I want to talk to him about. No, I don't know anything about football. So is this guy like a young guy? Is he more of a vet? He's a middle-of-the-road guy. I think he's been in the league about six, seven years. Has it really been that long? Yeah, because remember he played with the Steelers for about four seasons. Oh, that's right. And then a couple years ago signed with the Giants. That's right. He's only been with the Giants a couple years? Yeah. Okay. I forgot about that. But yeah, I want to talk to him about Eli. Oh, boy. I know. Eli's not popular here. We don't like him here. Is he popular anywhere? Yeah, is he popular in New York? Even in New York, is he the toast of the town? I mean, seriously. His name's not Peyton, and that's a problem. That's a big problem. It's a big problem for him. No! Not even popular in his own house. Okay, okay, Rob. Rob, please. Man, Rob does not like Eli Manning. Would that guy have... any commercials if Peyton wasn't his brother? Dude, have you seen that stupid commercial where him and his brother are in a licking contest? Oh, yeah. What? Talk about it. The Oreo League, and they're going to start a league where they're eating Oreos, and they're like... No! They get into a lick-off, and I'm like, come on. You've never seen that commercial? No. It's brutal. I want to ask Plaxco about that. Like, dude, how much...
stuff do you give him about that commercial? No way, Jose. That doesn't make Oreo sound appealing to me. It doesn't, right? Watching Eli Manning lick an Oreo, you're not dying to buy... Oh, thank you. Him and Peyton Manning get into an Oreo licking contest. It's just weird. I want to ask him about Tom Coughlin. You know, because Tom Coughlin's their head coach, and they say he's mean. Really? Well, not just that he's mean, but that, like, see, these players, especially the veteran players, they don't want to be treated like they're kids. And he's, like, real tough, disciplinary. You know what I mean? Well, a couple years ago, he had this whole thing where if you weren't 10 minutes early, then you were late. And veterans like Michael Strahan and guys like that were, like, you know, they were late. They were early, but they were technically late.
And got fined. He went so far as to fine them. And they were furious. Well, I don't blame them. So Coughlin had to kind of change his ways a little bit. They revolted. The team got together. They were like, screw you, dude. The team got together and they, you know, when he wasn't in the room and they said, we got to pull this guy over. Yeah, good for them. And tell him that he's ridiculous. Well, that is ridiculous. He helped out Tiki Barber, though. He taught Tiki Barber how to carry a football. Because Tiki used to fumble all the time. No. Coughlin. Oh. Yeah, Coughlin stopped Tiki's fumbling. Taught him how to hold the ball. I had written him a couple of emails, but he wasn't listening to me. Oh, really? What'd you say? I just sent him a photograph of me holding the ball appropriately. And the little caption said, do it like this. There was a nerf, though. That is true. It was a nerf football that I showed him with. He wasn't going for it. This Christy Brankley divorce is really... Oh, it's real ugly and stuff. So public. Yeah, there's a part of it to me that I just kind of go, hey, you know, we don't want to close the door already when you go to the bathroom. That's what it's like. Yeah, that's what I say. Yeah, Sky does that too. But it's kind of like that. Like, I mean, I don't need to know what your doo-doo is. She feels wronged and she wants the world to know it. Yeah, what is that saying? Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Yep.
My dad taught me when I was a little kid, don't really get them too upset. That's probably good advice, Mike. They're way worse than the dudes. The ladies will come at you, man. Do you up. But this is Christy Brinkley's... Oh, we got him. It's time to talk to Plaxico Burris. Plaxico, how you doing? You got on a Super Bowl ring right now? I'm spending eating the championship breakfast. What's a breakfast of champions? Really? Do you put sugar on the grits? Turkey bacon. Do you put sugar on the grits or do you just eat them plain like that? Salt and pepper. Is it scrambled eggs? You make this plaques or do you have a lady that does this for you? Your lovely wife. How about you? Lucky. Has the ring ceremony taken place yet? Okay.
And what do they do? Do they bring all the rings out in beautiful mahogany box or what? They bring Tiffany boxes. It has a name on it. World champion New York Giants has a name on it. No. Did you shed a tear? No, I didn't shed a tear. You're too manly for that. No, I didn't shed a tear. You did not shed a tear. I did not shed a tear. I shed a tear after the game. How did that ring look on your hand? Oh, it looks phenomenal. You know, it's heavy. You know, that's one of those things where it's kind of obnoxious kind of stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But, you know, it's a wonderful piece of hardware to have. Don't get me wrong. Did your wife love it? Oh, she loves it. She wants one of her own. I said, well, go out there and put a helmet on. So funny. That is so funny. So Plax, yeah, he's got a book out called Giant, The Road to the Super Bowl.
Now, do you dish in this book? Because that's what we want, man. Really? Honestly, it's what we want. Let me tell you something. If you come and read this book, you probably won't put it down. There's no going around the elbow. I don't know any other way to tell my story other than to be factual about it. Do you talk about your relationship with Coach Coughlin? I talk about my relationship with Coach Coughlin, my relationship with Coach Cowell, with Coach Saban in college. I pretty much... Which of those three that you just named, which of those three did you have the best relationship with? Well, we're talking to Plaxico Burris. We were talking about this right before you came on the air about Coach Coughlin. There's a rap, you know, that the players got together. They had to kind of have a revolt where they were going, hey, man, you can't treat us like kids here.
to work with each other. Plax, how many balls will you catch this season? Oh, man, you know, I want to have a high. You know, I haven't caught more than 78 balls in a season. I want to get to the 80s and the 90s. Come on, 100, man. Tell Eli, man. Yeah. Tell me the ball more, dude. Tell me the ball. It's just something that, you know, as far as myself, you know, I'm not going to catch 110, 120 balls because, you know, guys are going to focus on, you know, you just have a sales over there all day. I mean, but a lot of my balls are... Oh, I know that, Plax. I had you in fantasy football last season. Do you think you'll have a better season this season? I like you.
Go ahead, Eddie. Yeah, Plaxico, leading up to the Super Bowl, you know, there was all the talk about the Patriots being the greatest team of all time and, you know, being undefeated and all that stuff. How did you guys stay focused and not fall into that hype? You know, not making any mistakes and don't turn the football over. What about that Oreo licker, Eli? Talk to me about Eli. I was so happy for him to win that game in the fashion that he did. It's tough here, Plax, with what happened here. You know about that? Let's talk about it. It's a demeanor, though. You know, the demeanor, Plaxco.
with Eli is very sedate. It is? It's quality because, I mean, he's always on the same wavelength. It's like he plays well. If he doesn't do as well as he wants to, he's the same. And you don't, you guys don't need, you don't need the rah-rah? You don't need a... They wouldn't be able to go out week in and week out and perform. And this is the thing he's been through. And you're telling me, Plax, that you don't need a guy that goes in there and gets you guys all rah-rah'd up. I don't think we need it. I mean, we have guys that do that, you know? It's just not a part of his character. I mean, listen, you can't argue with it. You got the hardware to back it up. That's right. So let's talk about the last drive in the Super Bowl. I remember standing on the sideline. I looked up at the guys in the huddle. I was like, hey, it's several times before. I was like, let's get it done. And I was like, that's why I'm here, man. Let's get it done. Did you ask for the ball on that throw, that touchdown throw? We caught the same play twice. I got double cover. We caught it again.
Hey, what was it? How's your ankle? Because you played most of the season messed up with a messed up ankle. Look at this. I'm looking forward to it. Plaxico Burris, by the way, he's got a new book out called Giant, The Road to the Super Bowl. What about this contract stuff? I'm looking forward to get my mind out. Like I said, I don't want to go anywhere. I love where I play at. I just want to make sure that I'm stable. I want to be here. I don't want to go anywhere. Give me a percentage of chance that you'll be ready. Contract done by training camp. 99.9. There it is. I don't want to go anywhere, man. Training camp starts in a couple weeks, so we've been looking to get it done, I don't think. There you go. Plaxico Burris. He's got a new book.
It's called Giant, the Road to the Super Bowl. I want to pick it up because I want to know all the inside stuff. Who's the toughest corner in the league to beat? I would say Terrence Newman. Wow, really? You're not going to beat him. Plays for the Cowboys guy. He's a guy who's always going to be tight in coverage. You're not going to beat him. Really bad player to beat. Do you hate playing in Texas at that stupid? I love it. It's one of my favorite places to play in the league. How come? I just love the Dallas fans. Funny. That's funny. What's your favorite meal, Plaxico? Chicken, broccoli, and rice. So healthy. Stop it. I love it. I have to eat rice like everything they do in the season because that's the only way I can keep weight on. Steamed broccoli. I love yellow rice. Yellow rice is like my downfall.
Ooh, that's good. And then... An Oreo. An Oreo. I like them. That's right. Get an Oreo-licking contest with your boy Eli. All right, listen, Plaxico, you're a lot of fun, and I want to encourage people to get your new book called Giant, The Road to the Super Bowl. And thanks for taking time, man. We appreciate it. I'll take it easy, man. Y'all are the weather out there in San Diego, man. Thank you, Plaxico. Bye, bro. We'll see you. That's Plaxico Burris. He's an interesting person. Thank you. Text us, 35253, or you can call us at 570-1053. And when we come back up, I promise I'm going to play that wall-y lady that cries. That's going to be so stupid. She cries when it's a news story. We've got a couple of things to be aware of, though. There's a one-injury crash here, an overturned car in the westbound. Ramp to Rosecrans in South 5. You know that ramp that comes out of Hotel Circle in the west state. That ramp is partly blocked. People are getting around it, but it is blocking some way. And so just watch for a backup to Hotel Circle in the westbound state. And a traffic alert has me, and she's advising you to avoid it, actually. Other than that, though, the rest of our freeways are looking pretty good, man. The south was over the 15. Jammin' all out of Escondillo. Just a slight delay here as you come down to the 56, down in towards Poway. And then a brief delay towards Miramar. A guy has filed a lawsuit against Eminem claiming that he was assaulted by the rapper when he approached him for his autograph when he was at the urinal. The Indians trade former Cy Young winner CeCe Sabathia to Milwaukee. I gotta tell ya. I heard some new Eagles song over the weekend, and it was not good. A new one? Yeah, they put out an album, like, not that long ago. Yeah, Hell Freezes Over. No, no, no, not that one. That came out, like, ten years ago. This was, like, a new studio album. Yeah, the one they sold at, like, Walmart. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Dude, this song was a... Uh-oh. Did it, like, do the leads, or...? It was a lot of, like, harmonizing, and...
Dude, I was like, hey, Crosby, Stills, and Nash called. I don't even think we have it in the system. It's that good. Dude, we don't have it. Yeah, it was called Bitter Creek. Oh, it was so bad. I have a... Oh, come on. You guys ready? Yeah. What takes more guts? Being a bull rider or a bull fighter? Oh, that's stupid. Okay. Because I want to go, oh, it takes more guts to be a bullfighter. But why? Because you can die? Well, duh. What about the other thing? You can die being a bull. And how often do you hear of them actually dying anyway, the bullfighters? I think I got it. I got mine. Eddie. I would rather, see, I put myself in the position of the fighter or the rider. And if it was me, I would rather be the rider. Because I'm kind of in control, sort of.
At least of what's going on. I can jump off it if I had to. You know, if I fell off, hopefully the rodeo clowns will help me out. I have a little bit better chance. If I'm a bullfighter, oh man, I'm freaked out. Like that's, I couldn't handle that. The only downside to being a bullfighter for me is that my butt would look really fat in those little bullfighter pants. Oh, I didn't even think of that. Didn't even think of that, right? No, no. Like how are you going to look in that bullfighting costume? It works for me, yeah. It would be kind of like it. Yeah, I'd like scrumptious. Scrumptious, by the way. Scrumptious and yummy. Yeah. Skye? Okay. Let's all just calm down a little bit. I don't think anybody's... No, Eddie, please. Okay. Just take it down a little bit. See, Eddie's already freaking out. I'm sorry. Hey, I'm going to say it, and I don't need you getting all worked up over there. Okay. I think. I would be the bullfighter. PETA, get him on the line. Well, I prefer to be neither. She would kill bulls, Eddie, with a sword. You're going to kill them. You don't kill them, do you? You do, too. You kill them. I thought you just wave the cape. It's a fight, bro. It's not a slap fight. I thought you just wave the cape. Yeah, I thought you just wave a cape. You thought you were just waving a cape out there. Go to Spain, see what happens. I don't want to go to Spain. So do they actually, like, hurt the bulls? With multiple swords. What? Are you guys lying? I've never heard of this. They put the sword through the heart. Not only do they do that.
First, they stick them so that the thing hangs out. They stick them with pokers. How is that legal? Well, it's not legal here, but in Spain. No, then I'm not doing that. Sky would take the sword and then jam it right through the heart. Why did they kill them? Part of the sport. I thought they just did the cape and then they run around in a circle. And then they take the heart out right there. pumping in his hand and he eats the heart right there in front of the head. I think that was like apocalypto. I think that was apocalypto. Do they eat the bull after? No, you don't eat bull. Uh-uh. You throw the shell away. You can. You throw the shell out. So I guess I'm a bull rider. Too late. You already said that. No, I didn't know. I was happy. Bull killer. I thought I was just playing with a red cape and doing the tango. I'd be a bull fighter myself. Really? I think that bull riding is too dangerous. I think it'd be fun. Well, yeah, what I don't like about the bull riding is that's why I went with the cape flaring, but I guess I had it all wrong. Broken legs, broken arms, broken everything. Kicked in the head. And when you're on your feet, you can run. But when you're a bull rider and you fall off, then you cannot run. If you have petite feet, forget it. You are not going anywhere. Don't even try it. Try being a bull rider or a bull fighter.
With a pair of these guys. Good luck. Good luck. This song is called Bantique Feet, and I hope that you enjoy it. There's just no doubt about it. P1 Crash. What's up? Hey, dude, it would be way better if you're the bullfighter. It's a lot easier than the frickin' bull rider. Don't look easy. Well, it's because if you're the bullfighter... You're like the third guy who's had his turn on the bull. Really? Yeah, because I used to live right across the street from a bullfighting ring in Spain in Wolva. And what they would do is first they've got the guys on horses with pikes who stab the bull to weaken his shoulders. Then they've got another guy who stabs him a couple times more to weaken the bull more. Then the bullfighter comes out and kills the bull finally.
Yeah, that's what Sky wants to do. It's like in Gladiator when they put the shiv in his side before they sent him out there. It's like, that's not a fair fight. That's what you want to do. That's what Sky's into. It's on bullfighting.com all the time. You're so mean. That is not cool. It's got like 50 pairs of those pants. I had no idea. I had no idea. Call me his murder! Call me his murder! Call me his murder! How can the people of Spain allow this? Would you fight your bull? Did you fight your cat? No. Yeah, they should do cat fighting, but like bulls. I like it. Like little horns on the cat. That is hilarious, Mike. And they let all the cats into the bull fighting ring. As long as you can kill them. Yeah, dude. You have a little cape. Little tiny cape. Ole. You're so dope. P1 Cody. Hey, yeah, I was just calling. I heard you guys talking. My uncle was actually a famous bull rider back in the 80s. He's Lane Frost. They made that movie eight seconds about him. Oh, wow. That's right. That's how long Luke Perry's career was, actually. Oh, wow. About eight seconds. I thought it would be a lot harder to be a bull rider than a bull fighter because you're actually strapped in there. You tie your hand real down and down real tight. I think those dudes are crazy, man. Yeah.
I don't know why they do that, by the way. Don't they, like, tie their testicles or something like that to make the bulls kick? Yeah, they wrap it up against their stomach, and that's what you tie your hand up with, so your hand is actually attached to the rope that they take the testicles up with. That's crazy. Wow. Why? And you want to do that. I don't want to do either. Both of these are so cool. That's all she ever wants to do. You are the worst kill bulls. How would you like someone to do that to you? Why do you hate bulls? Why do you hate them so much? They're creatures. They're God's creatures. Yes, they're creature good. Then you want to crush their nuts. I don't want to crush their nuts. Terrible. You're a bad person. Awful human being. Doesn't that freak you out how they take their glove and they like... Every time I see that, I'm like, dude, you're not going to come off easy. It's going to be messed up. I know, but then they're like hanging there. And that stupid thing's kicking and everything. And they're attached to it. I'm like, bro, why'd you do that then? What'd you tie yourself to it for?
Because he didn't want to fall off. He wanted to stay on it, and he did, though. He didn't want to. But then when he was trying to get off of it, he couldn't. And then that dumb clown comes out there. The clown. What's a clown for? The clown's to get the attention of the bull. Yeah, he makes balloons for the bull. He's like... Hey, Bull, check this out. Hey, Bull, you see this flower? Come smell it. Yeah. Squirt. Squirt. Gotcha. You're great. Can we add a third profession? What? Into the arena of these. Someone that runs with the Bulls. That's right. I would do that for sure. Is that going on right now, I think? Yeah. This morning was the first. There you go, Mike. Get out there. Right before your surgery. Today was the first of eight days. Nine members of the crowd were hurt and two were drunk. You don't know that. You know they were drunk. Percentage of chance those guys were sober. Ten.
I would agree. I'd say there's a 10% chance that those dudes were sober. And two bulls were actually hurt as well this morning. They were drinking as well. They were drunk. Sky tripped them. And they fell and got trampled. Sky was out there tripping the bulls. She's throwing banana peels on them. No, you wouldn't. I would not. Mikey, bull riders tell for the point of being a fighter is to keep the bull away from you. A bull rider's job is to stay on the bull. Nanny, nanny, boo-boo. I ain't doing either one. Yeah, me neither. Bull rider. Eight seconds. Bull fighter. Fifteen minutes with a bull. Ooh, that's a good point. Bull fighter takes more guts for sure. I don't want to do either one. No, they're both cruel. That's scary. They probably stink in there. They should be outlawed. Do you think so? Dude, which stinks worse? The inside of where they're riding bulls or fighting bulls? Or the inside of a tauntaun. Right. I thought they smelled bad on the outside.
On the outside. On the outside. She's 3,000 miles from now. A bullfighting ring or a tauntaun? Those tauntauns stink. They're so stink. You know what it is? It's that they don't have any regulation over where they keep them. What are they feeding them? There's nothing growing on Hobbes. Nothing is. They have to import all the food, which is expensive. It's not cost-effective to keep a Tauntaun. Tauntaun feed. Tauntaun feed is so expensive. They grow halfway across the galaxy. Anything organic is going to make them stink. I blame it on ethanol. You do? And they poop everywhere, those Tauntauns. They poop everywhere. You cannot housebreak them in the whole way. Hey, trust me. I had an uncle that tried. He could not housebreak them. And I said, yeah, he's cute. But he's... He's pooping everywhere in the house. And he chewed up the furniture. It was terrible. Text us at 35253. Call us at 570-1053.

you by Sleep Train Mattress Centers. Right now, we've got a busy ride on the westbound 8. In fact, the traffic alert has now been issued for the district of freeways stemming from the 163. You're in single digits over to that Rosecrans and southbound 5 exit. There was a bad overturn crash on that ramp involved with some injuries. It's really causing a major backup here, so you're being advised to avoid it for good reason, that's for sure. Other than that, though, the westward freeways are looking pretty decent. The southbound side of the 15, a minor delay down through Poway at Tetelian Parkway. The coaster ride, South 5, still just a wonderful from Oceanside all the way down to the border. Westbound 52 looking great to the Santee and to Kearney Mesa. The West 94 King Freeway clear into downtown. And even the 585 northbound out of the South Bay, man. They're pretty much clear shots from the South Bay all the way up into the city. So enjoy the ride. I'm Rick Lawrence on Rock 105.3. It's another Mikey battle of the sexes. The question for Eddie is, Eddie, what is the makeup tool? Eddie is so irritated. He just... Eddie, what is the makeup tool that women use to fill in their eyebrows to make them appear thicker and or darker? What is the makeup tool that women use to fill in their eyebrows to make them appear thicker and or darker? I would have guessed Sharpie, but I don't know. Mikey's show continues. Rock 105.3. 839.
Former Charger Terrence Keel was killed Friday night when his car crashed into a block wall in Scripps Ranch. That's for bringing the room down. Yeah, man. We were dancing, having a great time. Sorry. You're the worst. Sorry, everyone. Anthony Kim wins for the second time this year, winning the AT&T national title. That's a good song. I was driving home Saturday night. I was listening to the Sirius, you know, the satellite. You're so serious. I'm totally serious. They're merging, by the way. Yeah. That XM and that Sirius. Yeah, which I wonder what they're going to do with Stern and Opie and Anthony because they're both on two different things. It's good for the stock. They're a mess, by the way. What is? Dude, both companies are a complete mess. Are they? Well, what I'm talking about specifically is like customer service because we have one in one car and one in the other, and they're a mess, man. Yeah. Dude.
I called and they've got like hidden. They got accounts for me that they can't find and I'm getting charged for them. And I'm like, I said, I'm like, can't you guys put my name in there and find me? Right. No, we only do it by the phone number. And I'm like, well, how am I supposed to remember what my number was in Dallas? She's like, well, you know, that's what we do it by. Otherwise, we can't find it. Yeah, they're efficient. Sirius' stock is so bad. Like when we came here, you know, because Howard Stern was on before us and he left to go to Sirius. And so I figured, well, you know, kind of taking a career gamble, you know, so I'm going to hedge my bets. So I bought some Sirius stock and I also, you know, had this job. So I said, either way, one's going to do good. Dude, how much was it worth when you bought it? I bought it, I think, at like $8. I checked the other day. It's like $1.20. Oh, my God. No way. Yeah, isn't that crazy? Yeah, that's the worst. Good thing I didn't buy that much. Some of the programming is okay. Some of the programming is okay. It's just that when you need to do something with them, it's a mess.
Total and complete... Oh, somebody wants to correct us on bull riding stuff. Val, go ahead. Mike, how you doing? Good. Nobody ties any rope around any bull's testicles or anything like that. So that's not true? That's not true at all. It's a wives' tale. A bunch of wives got together and came up with that. They put a rope around his belly area like his haunches, and that just makes him a buck. What's his haunches? Right below the legs, the hind legs. Right by the testicles? By the testicles. Right above that. Right around the testicles. Sky hates bulls, so she said she would put her around his testicles. And then kill him. Death by testes. Yes. Punch him like a punching bag. That's right. He's there to help the cowboy. This guy's so serious. You're really serious. Yeah, I mean, take it serious. All right, brother. All right. Thank you. Cut 24. We've all cried during a movie. Yeah, even dudes. Crying during a preview for a film is a different story. See, this Minneapolis woman cried the first time she saw the trailer for Pixar's new movie, Wall-E. And she's cried every time since. Something about the robot stuck alone on Earth just seems to get to her. And something about that got to the folks who made the movie.
Heather Brown explains. This is it. When Wally says his name, this is what makes Courtney Maltz mascara run. Are you sad or are you happy when you're crying? I'm not sad at all. I think it's the fact that there's this little robot. He's all alone. He's developed this sense of curiosity. And there's something about that that's just so touching. She first saw it with her boyfriend months ago. My cheeks were so... Imagine that guy. Then watched it some more with her camera rolling. After the preview came out, every so often I would just impersonate Wally and she would tear up. So we tested her out. So are you ready? I think so. I have the tissues ready for you. Thank you. Oh, it's so cute. Courtney, I'm going to be honest. I don't get it. A lot of people don't get it, but a lot of people do. Her eyes were a little dewy, but that's not what really made her cry. You see, the folks at Pixar eventually found her video and told her it inspired them. So they flew her out to San Francisco for the wrap party. It was one of the most spectacular things in my life. To see this. Oh, wow. There's something wrong with that. This sea of people turn and clap at me for this silly video I did.
from a girl who doesn't usually cry at movies. Courtney told Heather lots of people have thanked her for posting this video on her blog because they had exactly the same reaction. Everybody's got a blog. I got one, too. We're all blogging. Everybody blogs, right? I wonder what my mom's blog says today. Now, what does Zeth get for crying? Yeah. We should film it. That's right. Let's put it on YouTube. It's not already there. Everything on YouTube. Oh. Oh, my goodness. I thought we didn't pass it. Yeah, I didn't pass it. We'll do it right now. Dumb Chick Challenge. 570-1053. I like the Dumb Chick Challenge. It's fun. Oh, that's weird. I know. You guys are thinking about it the wrong way. You love it. You love it.
That's the dumbness talking. That's right. Shut up, you jerk, buddy. Well, there's the three dumb chicks on the show. Skye, Ashley, Boston Rob. I don't want to play today. Skye's barely dumb. She doesn't lose it that often. Pretty dumb because, you know, Rob and you, you guys don't have one. I haven't won in over a year, Mike. Over a year. Wow. You're a pretty blonde girl with a loving boyfriend. Oh, my gosh, Mike. I love you. I love you so much. So what we do is we just, they have to get to five points. That's it? Yeah, just five. That's it. But the questions are hard. Seems easy, right? The questions are hard. They're extremely hard. Yes, I know. So easy. They are not so easy. What grade level, Eddie? Oh, good question. Fourth? Fourth grade, I think is about right. Stop it. That is not true. These are not facts. Eddie, not higher than?
Sixth? Not higher than sixth grade. Lies. These questions are not higher than the sixth grade. Okay. So they get, they either pick a one or a two or a three-point question, Lesser Sky, and then you always do 2-2-1. Yeah. And so call us, 570-1053, and pick who you think will win the Dumb Chick Challenge. Okay, but I don't want to play today. You're going to be great. You're going to be really good. P1 Kim. Yes. Who would you like to select? How about Scott? That's a good choice. It's a good choice. Hang on. Very good choice. P1 Scoot. I got Boston Rob to win. All right. Nice. But what about Ashley? That's great. Let's see. P1 Big Shot. Yeah, but Ashley's turn. That's right, dude. That's right. There you go. That's the attitude to have. Let's do. Eddie, who should we start with? We start with Ashley today. Ashley, come on. You can do this. Ashley's looking at Eddie. Her hair's getting long. You're crazy. It's getting long, isn't it? Okay. What are you going to do, Ash? Okay. I'm going to take one. Do you want one pointer? There you go, Ash. Yeah, you can do this. Come on, girl. Put the pressure on them. Shake it out. Shake it back. Ashley's got on a necklace, and she's got, what do you call those tops, Skye? What is that? They got a name? Hooker. Boobalicious. No, Eddie, that's not it. Boobalicious is the...
She hasn't worn any of the stuff I got her for her birthday. She didn't like it. She didn't like it. Is that it right there? I wore the entire outfit last Tuesday. I didn't even say crap. I even got compliments from Rob. That's upsetting to me. I looked great. I must have been depressed that day. It's like my favorite thing ever. Dude, the glasses, I wear them every day. Will you wear the outfit tomorrow? I just wore it last Tuesday, two-week roll. I have to wait. You have to wait two weeks? Two-week roll. Guys do not have that. I'll wear that. All right, Ash, here's your question. You ready? Yes. One pointer here. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, this should be cake, right, Eddie? Yeah, yeah, yeah. What fell on Isaac Newton's head, according to this story? What's what? What? What? Ash, you got this. Take it slower, Mike. What fell on Isaac Newton's head according to the story? He did the Fig Newton, right? She's squinting. That's not good. She's confused. I don't understand the question. What's the answer, Mike? I don't even know where to go with this, so I'm just going to say a brick.
Yeah, that's right. That's not right. We don't know. Let's see. If you tell her who Isaac Newton is, maybe then she'll know. He's the guy that came up with the theory of relativity. No, he didn't. Gravity. The theory of gravity. Brick. Oh, no. I have no idea. No, it was an apple. He's sitting there under the tree, Ash, and an apple fell on his head. And then he's like, oh, gravity. That's really cool. Yeah. You know that now. All right. Yeah, I do know that now. It would have been better if I had known... Isaac from the love boat? Yeah, Isaac, he was the black tie tender, right? Yeah, I'll take a Mai Tai, Isaac. That's what Phil understood. A bottle of Bacardi. That's right. Boston Rob. What will Boston Rob do? Look at this guy. Will he go strong with a three-pointer, or will he take it easy? Oh, he has an evil smile. Evil smile. He's got an evil smile. Yeah, let's go with a big three-pointer. Three-pointer question. I'm from Boston. Yeah. How about that game last night? No, no, no, no, no. Oops. I just read this question. Had no idea. Oh, no. Had no idea. That can only mean good things. Is it history? Uh-uh. Okay, good. Rob knows history. I wonder how many of us know this. Okay, I love it. This is a good piece of information. Let's see.
Boston Rob, what fruit is used in the dye for government inspectors' meat stamps? I knew exactly what that meant. I have a guess. I have a guess. Like, just picture the fat, the white fat on a piece of meat, you know? Right. Like, picture the big carcass hanging there, right? And you see this big stamp on there? I've seen that. I can picture it in my head right now. Like, grade A. Yeah. Yeah, and it says inspected by, you know, number four. Same person that I think inspects the underpants. That is a fact, Mike. Same assembly line. Same assembly line. Like Hanes go by and then the meat. Rob, what fruit is used in the dye for government inspectors' meat stamps? Oh, fruit. Is fruit in there? You said fruit, right? Yes. Richard Simmons. Well, at first I was thinking beets because beets have a great thing to make the eyes out. Don't try to get a reaction from us by saying that. Right, Scott? It's cheating over there. So I'm going to go strawberry.
I guess. I don't know. No, Rob. I mean, that doesn't even make sense. It's purple. It's purple? Yeah, but like, you know, Rob, like the inside of a strawberry is... Did you ever eat a strawberry, dude? Did you get the red all over you? Is that right? You never ate a strawberry before? But it's red, not purple. It's red. Red turns into a purple once it's already on the meat. Rob, it's... It's grapes. Oh, boy. Well... I didn't know that, but that's a piece of info. That is. Who knew that? Pomegranates, but probably not as many of them. It's not your favorite. Pomegranate's my favorite. Eddie, can you tell her? Ask anybody. You know pomegranate is not her favorite. She likes it. That is so untrue. She likes it. Pomegranate. Eddie, it's untrue. It's infuriating. But I can't take it. I have a candle in my living room right now that scented pomegranate. Fool. And juicing my covers right now. Did you say fool? Yeah. Yes, she did. Is she Mr. T now? Yes. Fool. Fool. I pity the fool. All right, Skye. You want a two-point question here, or what do you want to do? Of course. Nobody's on the board. Just everybody's. All right. That's zero, zero, zero. The score's zero? Yeah. Zero, zero, zero. Skye. Wait. Skye, how many times a year do penguins make?
How many times a year do they mate? Yep. I believe it's only once. You are correct, Skye. It's the March of the Penguins. That's right. Why didn't you get that one? Morgan Freeman. Because her base coat told her to go for one. If she'd have gone a two-pointer, Eddie, she'd have got that right. Dang it. She has a pomegranate candle, okay? That's her favorite fruit. It's her favorite fruit, Skye. It's not. Her favorite fruit. It's my favorite. It's not just because we mentioned pomegranates right now. Ashley, how do you eat a pomegranate? You can eat it however you want. You're a jerk. You can call Mark. What's my favorite? How do you eat it? Richard Simmons. You can cut it up and you can put it in your mouth. How else do you eat it? One. I'm not helping her. That's my base coach. Don't eat one. Of course. She's had the juice. The juice is good. Yeah.
It's her favorite fruit. She's got a candle. She's got a candle. It's her favorite fruit. What are you eating? That candle? No, but it smells good. Take a bite out of it. I'll take a bite out of you. Keep up with this crap. What do you want? A one, a two, or a three-point question? The nerve on this one. You got to screw loose. They're all loose. I'll take three. She gets them sometimes. I felt the urge, and I went with it. Sometimes she gets them, man. Watch me get it. Watch. I felt the urge. I just went with it. I'll watch. Ashley, what ancient Greek poet is said to be the author of the epic poems The Iliad and The Odyssey? I so know this. I so studied this. I studied this in Mrs. Jenny's class in sixth grade. She was a... She was on the Dean's List. I freaking studied the crap out of this in sixth grade. She was on the Dean Lister. It's a freaking dress and leggings. At SDSU, Dean's List. She knows. Give it to me one more time and I'll get it. What ancient Greek poet is said to be the author of the epic poems The Iliad and The Odyssey? Starts with an S. Yeah, Stephen King.
Seuss. Dr. Seuss. Headphones are off. Oh, no. I was thinking. It's in my head. Sean messed it up. Yes, Sean. Thanks for that, buddy. I'm going to say sad shit. Sagittarius. Sagittarius. I think we should give it to her. Sagittarius. It starts with an S, though, doesn't it? No. Maybe she was thinking Sam. Yeah. Unless his name is Somer. No, Homer Simpson sees. She works her way. Socrates. That's what I was thinking. It's not him. No. It was Homer. It was Homer. Don't. No. No. It's not Michael Crayton. Rob. Oh, let's. Oh, boy. Come on. Wait. What? What? What are you going to do, Rob? What are you going to do? Come on. How many points does this guy have? Two. Everyone just calm down a little bit. Let him do whatever he wants to do. Get on the board and put it in bed. I want a two-pointer. I want a two-pointer. Yeah. I want a blah, blah, blah. You're stealing Sky's question. I know. That's right. Taking those. Rob, what is a castrated bull called? Jeez. Oh, he's talking about me.
We're all about this topic today. She does it all the time. Shut up. You guys are the worst. Think about it. Talk yourself through it. Scotty Pippins. That's the only castrated bull you can think of. Is it called a Lance Armstrong? Bull. Cow. It's a female bull. He is so... He's something else, man. He's a female bull. He is cute. He's not cute. He is very cute. He's infuriating. Really good mover, though. A guy can move. Root strength. Stuff. He's so little. From one place to the other. Really small. That's right.
They are petite. That is very petite feet. That is not true. Petite everything. What is a test? I got no idea. When? Take a guess, Rob. This hour. Rob! A goat? Not incorrect. No, Rob. It's not a goat? It's not a goat. You rushed me. It's a steer. It's a steer. Whatever. Well, Skye, you've already got two points. You're the only person with any points right now. Yeah, that's fun. Stick to your strategy, please. I am. Stick to your guns. Even though I knew that last three, but it's not going to detract me. Easy. What do you want? It's not going to detract me. I want a two, please. You got it. Nothing about bulls, though. Skye, what type of triangle has two equal sides? Isosceles? That is correct, Skye. Isosceles. You're a genius. This guy is a genius. Thank you. She's the queen of the twos. She's the queen of the twos. I accept that I'm a genius. Eddie will never get her to not do this system. Especially when it works. When it works, talk to her. That's awesome. Ashley?
She's looking at Eddie. And Eddie's not even looking at her. He's waving her off. I don't even remember. It's infuriating. Infuriating. Look at me, fool. Look at me. Look at me, fool. Look at me, fool. Look at me, fool. Hey. You are tripping. You are tripping. Give me a two. Oh, boy. Play this game on my own. Shake and bake and win. All right, here we go. Shake and bake! Ashley, what fruit is packed? With the most calories. Oh, this is a perfect question for her. Shut up. She knows everything. She's a food expert. I don't need you. I'm going to. Shut up. Pack the most calories. Fruit. Okay, I totally know this. Not apple, not banana. Strawberry, maybe. I'm going to say that one. That one. Orange. Orange. It's an avocado. It's a good fat, though. It's a good fat. It's a good fat. Why is that a true question? Well, nobody thinks of avocado as a fruit. It's the truth, though. Nobody does? Nobody. No one ever? Uh-uh. Nobody. No, no. Single person. How about you, Rob? Were you?
Get on the board here, or what do you think will happen? Well, Sky's going to go for a one, so I'm going to try to take her question and hopefully mess it up for her. You're going to go with a one? You bet. What kind of strategy is that? Really weird strategy. I'm just burning your question. What if that works in reverse? Like, what if you take the hard one? It won't. There's no hard ones. And you could have had... I like it. You could have won. If he takes the hardest number one there is. I've gotten them wrong before. Are you ready? Yeah. Let's do it. As a way of showing team support, Green Bay Packer fans wear which Wisconsin-made product on their heads. Sky, would you have known this? Yeah. I'm glad I got this then cheese. That is correct. Boo! board. Give Skye a tough one. Skye. I'll take a one, please. That's a real surprise. Skye, what reptilian feature evolved into feathers? You would have the cheese question. Skye is a little perplexed on this one. I don't know this.
but I'm going to have to take a guess and say scales. That's correct. She's won 90. Kim, you there? Thank you, Kim. Kim, you won something. What did she win? Stone Temple pilot tickets. And a pomegranate. We're going to throw in a pomegranate as well. 35253 is our text number. We would love to get a text. Shut up. That's right. Get all the fleshy part off. 35253 is a text. Our phone number, 5701053. Have we gotten any texts today, Seth? Yeah. Okay, cool. 5701053 is our phone number. When we come back.
I got some great audio of that stupid Nathan's hot dog eating contest. I hope you've eaten breakfast. I hope you've eaten breakfast. What's a P1? P1 is someone that turns down their radio, they get to the point, they don't cuss, and they listen to the Mikey Show exclusively. That is correct. I love the P1R Mikey Show. Seriously. You were born that way. No, I know. What's your color? Is that the deal? K-I-O-C. San Diego's Rock. Five, three. Mycricket.com slash San Diego. The Mikey Show continues with Mikey. When I was eight years old, I kissed our dog on the mouth. Eddie. Take a look at this. Adonis body. Scott. Save that clip. Sean. I love it when black people make fun of white people. Boston Rock. Got a chick. Come on, lady. The Mikey Show's on. Yay! Rock 105.3. What's 918? Some breaking news.
It's just been announced that ex-charger Steve Foley has settled with the city of Coronado for $5.5 million. That's not a lot. Well, not when you consider his career. Right? Dude, no wonder he was upset. $5.5 million. Not only that, but I'm sure... Keep going, man. What was he suing for? Like 200-something, wasn't it? No, I thought it was like 48 when they did future earnings, 48 million or something. Let me see if I can find it. That seems low. And you know he's got to pay his attorney. Yeah, pain and suffering, like nothing for that? Yeah. I think he's like 50, 54, something like that. He's going to have to pay his attorney. And then I don't... See, usually with the lawsuits, you don't usually get the whole thing, right? Nope. You don't? No. Like, is that taxed? Something like that. Something. Dude. Like, I'm trying to think. I wonder how much actual cash money he will get. Look up and see what his contract was. Okay. Because that kid, I mean, he probably made more in his contract. For sure, dude. For sure. That is weird. Yeah, 5.5 million. Look, it's Winnie from...
The Golden Years. Is that what it was called? That show? The Wonder Years? The Golden Years. The Golden Girls, right? That's an old lady. Well said. They're showing all of it. No way! Jonathan Lipnicki. They're showing before and after pictures. You know, what those kids look like now. You know, the little girl from... Hey, it's B-Dub. Lipnicki, dude. Yeah, Lipnicki does look like B-Dub. If anybody knows what he was suing for the exact amount, it was a call. 570-1053 is the number. Mikey, rodeo clowns are called bullfighters. Didn't know that. Maybe that's what they call them. They don't call them rodeo clowns. Like maybe the name of them is bullfighters. That's stupid. Yeah, so basically what Zett did. That was your only text? No, he printed me the text. Oh, are they all good? Oh, yeah, they're great. I found the info. The next text says ham and cheese. What are you talking about? The next text says sky is weird.
That's a legitimate one. And the final text says, are you live? No. I hate these texts. Oh, wow. I think Seth picked those ones on purpose. I do too. To make it look like he's doing his job, but yeah. It's got to be better. Let the romance begin. You little text machiner. Get off your Fargan phone, man. You probably already deleted all the good ones. That's right. Well, you deleted them all. Make it seem like we're not getting any. Yeah, dude. 35253 is our text number. I know we're getting good texts. I know you people are better than this. This guy just gave me a look like Mike. You know that's not true. No way, Jose. You know that's not true. Oh, man, Mike. So real quick, do you want to know the Steve Foley stuff? Yeah.
So his lawyer said that he felt a $10 million settlement would be justified for Steve. And they say that his medical bills were over $400,000. And they say that, let's see, he had a contract with the Chargers for more than $3.6 million and expected to make $5.5 million from 2010 to 2012. So I guess they added all that up and thought $10 million would be justified, but he only got half that $5.5. And then, like you guys were saying, lawyer fees and whatever. That's not good, man. So you're left with... Eddie, what? There's like five of them I just picked out. There's good texts. Are they good? It's like, oh, you're no good, you're no good. They're all good. They're good. Yeah, there's some good ones. I want to hear these. You want to hear Kobayashi? No. No, I do not, actually. No, I do not. Oh, my God. Talk to me. Talk to me. I don't know if I may throw up. Hot dog eating contest. They do it every year. National Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Championship. It's real gross, too, because what they do is they dip them in water. He won like six years in a row. Last year, this American kid who is skinny, but he's able to do this. His name is Joey Chestnut. He beat Joey Chestnut. Joey Chestnut.
I enjoy chestnuts related to Pauly Walnuts. Pauly Walnuts. Don, I am almonds. Don almonds. Tony cashews. So Kobayashi does a technique where he separates and eats. He takes the hot dog out, eats the hot dogs, then gets the buns, puts them in water, and shoves them in his mouth. That's how Kobayashi does it. Chestnut just dips the whole thing in water and jams it down his throat. It's gross. It's vile, dude. It's vile. Well, I remember last year. No, no, no. I remember last year it was something like low 50s, like 51. Yeah, something like that. They ate like 51 hot dogs. I want to say the world record is like 63. Wow. And how long did they have? Well, last year, well, every year it used to be 12 minutes. Yeah. For some reason this year they shortened it to 10. Oh, my gosh. So it's still a long time. Let's listen. Let's listen to the final. You know what's funny, too? Take it seriously. Oh, yeah. This is the biggest thing in the eating genre. They make good money. Competitive eating. Competitive eating. They do make good money? Yeah, that's why they do it. Like, they train. Like, this is their job. They, like, train all year for this stuff. My husband watched a special on it. Oh, yeah. Did you ever see the inside? Do they make themselves get sick?
I don't know. Otherwise, do they do-do? I think so. Honestly. No, no, no. You know what I'm saying? Would they practice? I don't know. I don't think they'd like to go there. Yeah, I think afterwards some of them do. To practice, don't they have to eat 50-some? Yeah, well, here's the deal. I watched, I think it was Real Sports on Kobayashi. The world of competitive eating. Like a month before this competition starts eating crazy amounts of foods to stretch his stomach. Right. And he trains his stomach. Like he does like weight training with his stomach. He's like rich. Yeah. It's crazy, dude. Weight training with his stomach. What does that mean? Yeah, like he does, you know, like the medicine ball on his stomach and like a bunch of crazy stuff. Like I saw him at a sushi restaurant and he had stacks of those little plates, you know, that you get. The sushi come on, you know, like in little boats, you know, they come around. Yeah, so how is he skinny? Stacks. Because he works out nonstop, but he stretches his stomach. But he's working out all the time. It's creepy. Weird. Some in competitive eating go to the bathroom up to four to five times a day. I don't want to know this. But if you're Kobayashi, sometimes going to the bathroom can be much more work than one might think. HBO's Real Sports, Armin Kitean, has more on Doodle.
Okay, so let's listen to the last 45 seconds of the competition. Cut six. Can Chestnut catch up? Both of them are just pushing the envelope. The passion is raw out here. The Americans, of course, pull it for Joey. And the Kobe fans. And the Japanese pull it for their Patriots. Both are bouncing down the food. One dog difference with 30 seconds to go. This is amazing. This is probably one of the most exciting finishes in all of sport and definitely in all of Coney Island hot dog eating history right here. And we count the final 15 seconds now. There's a photo finish right there. How do you have a photo finish with the dogs? We've gone overtime before. It'll be the judge's call down there. What's in the mouth, of course, counts at the very end. They've got to figure out what happens.
One. What's in the mouth counts. So they're shoving. Oh, yuck. And their cheeks are like up here. But you have to swallow it. No. As long as it's in the mouth. As long as it's in the mouth. So listen what happened. Listen what happened. Cut seven. Here's the word. Never before in Coney Island have we come to a tie. That's crazy. It'll be a five-dog eat-off. That looks like the call. I don't know. Unbelievable. The fans not disappointed. The most evenly matched game in the history of Nathan's famous hot dog eating contest in history that goes back to 1916. Never before have we seen this. So whoever finishes the five first wins? Yes. Gross, dude. Dude, that's not cool. Just when you think you're all done. And you're just, you want to vomit because you're so full. Kobayashi, he always looks okay when he's doing it. Chester.
Looks like he was going to barf the entire time. I don't know how he does it. He looks like he's going to throw up the entire time. Dude, I cannot imagine how they put him in there. How do they get him in there? So here's... This is so silly, dude. It is. It is so silly, but I'm like so compelled. Cut eight. And Joey matches him. We're going for the last dog now. Kobayashi's pushing it in. Joey's pushing it. Joey Chestnut looks to be done. Joey Chestnut runs. Joey Chestnut. The passion is raw, but the hot dogs are cooked. That's the most amazing competitive eating contest I have ever seen. And Kobayashi has absolutely crestfallen. He brought everything he had to Coney Island today. He's a great competitor, a gracious man. But Joey, it would appear, is going to maintain that title. Tiger Woods just a couple of weeks ago. It's Joey Chestnut. He's the mustard belt. He's the champion of the Nathan's famous. Joey Chestnut has.
Now, it's true. Kobayashi now has to commit suicide with a samurai sword, right? Because he lost. He's got to do the samurai sword. Ketchup comes out. So I just Googled it, and the prize is $10,000. Ten grand for eating hot dogs. Ten grand for eating hot dogs. But that doesn't seem like, I mean, you can't. If you do a couple of those a year, you can eat those. Do you do? Oh, yeah. Those eating guys, they go all over the place. Yeah. How gross. And you use different things. Some guys do hot dogs. Some guys do eggs. Some guys do mayonnaise. I was watching the guy. Everything. Wings. Wow. 59 hot dogs each. Yeah. That's what they tied at. Yeah. So five more to that. Five more. 64 hot dogs. Dude, if we took 64 hot dogs and buns. No, we wouldn't. And we stuck them into a bag. It would really be gigantic. Yeah. So I'm like. And they always wear those big baggy shirts, you know.
I think they should have to do it topless. Right. I want to see it. How do they go to the bathroom then? You guys, come on. Tell me. You asked this question like five times. You're not thinking this. No, I'm not. And I don't even want to know. No, no, no. You are too. No, I'm not. 64 hot dogs. And you're telling me that you want to know if they have a normal BM or if they get sick. Think about this. If they try to throw that up, they'll choke themselves because they're not chewing the hot dogs anymore. They're swallowing those puppies. Can we talk about something else? You can't bark off giant pieces of hot dogs. That is interesting. Come on, Sean. Don't do that. Please. I'm sorry, guys. Oh, you guys are grossing me out. I know. Giant pieces of hot dogs. Eddie, stop. Stop it, bro. It won't come up. Stop. But conversely, that's got to be hard to digest and process. For sure. I'll be all backed up. You guys, like, really. I really want to know. And I know you guys are being, you know, Sky wants to know, too. I do not want to know. You're being childish. I would be happy to never talk again. Not true. That makes it fun. I know. That was kind of awesome.
Well, it's weird that she'd rather kill live animals. I know. Like if she lives to stick a sword through the heart of a bull. Yeah, and then eat it like a raw pepper. Are these pork hot dogs or beef? Is that pork? I challenge you, Kobayashi. Yeah, a Wiener schnitzel, so to speak. As it were. Yes, as it were. A ham adventure. A Wiener schnitzel. Let me tell you something, Kobayashi. You're in deep trouble, buddy. You can't take me, Messa. I'm a big fan of him. You're the best. You're a great lady. Justin, what's going on? Nada. No, this taco shop I go to all the time in Oceanside, they're having a taco eating competition. They're trying to do the invite out to chess on all those eaters. They're going to have a what competition? Taco eating competition. Taco. They make street tacos, yeah, right here in Oceanside. Those are little street tacos. Yeah, they're talking about, you know, having a competition. They have, like, the science posted. And supposedly they're doing a big invite out to, like, all the big eaters, like Chestnut and stuff. Does it say what the prize is? I know it's cash. I suppose they're working on it, but it's supposed to be a cash prize. Great tacos. I don't know. Yeah, I'm macking down as much tacos, I guess, as I can. So that should be pretty interesting. I don't know. You guys might want to know about that.
Oh, wow. They're showing the belly. Let me see, Rob. Put that back up again. Look at his belly, dude. Oh, man. And his belly's ripped. Yeah. Yeah. But it's, like, pushed out. Ew. Then what? I have to know. Leave it alone, man. Please. He still does that thing with his hair, too. Gotta let it go. He's got the yellow hair. Loser. That is not a good look, man. That Asian kid with the orange and yellow hair. It's what? It's funky. Nah, man. You should have a pacifier. He's possibly yellow monkey. All right. Eddie, do we have to break or are we good? Yeah, I got to break. Aw, dude. Get a hot dog. Come on. Let's see. What do you guys, which one should I do? Yep. Should I do somebody's watching me or I'm burning for you? Somebody's watching me. Rockwell, Rockwell, Rockwell. So good. Our text number is 35253. Man, that lady that was watching the trailer for WALL-E, like that didn't pay off to me that great. I thought that was going to be a much better clip. Probably visual. Probably visual. Yeah. Like when I played it, I was like, man, all that weight for that. I wanted her to really cry. Cry.
Cry, cry, cry, cry. When we come back, I want to talk about Rob and that wedding ring. For real. 35253 is our text number. Our phone number is 5701053. Dear people of the world, The Mikey Show is on. About two weeks ago, and she made a purchase all on her own of a diamond-studded collar. The real diamond? Of course. I wish I would have robbed my dog. The show continues. I'm on the rock. People that were thinking about renting the crying game this weekend, like finally getting around to the crying game. I totally was going through. Now we've read this article. Thanks a lot, CNN. This is a good song. I love Foreigner. Wait a minute. That's not Foreigner. Oh, I didn't think it was, but Eddie said he loved Foreigner. I was just saying. Nah, this is B.O.C. This guy was reading this article and the article was talking about the movie Hancock. And it was saying that there's like a twist in the middle of it. Yeah. And that they were going to kind of give you a spoiler. And hey, by the way, we're going to mention some other spoilers in this article.
And so we just want to let you know that we mentioned spoilers to The Crying Game, The Sixth Sense. Empire Strikes Back, Psycho. So if you don't want those movies spoiled, please do not continue to read. Those movies are old, though. Right? Good thing they put that warning. Yeah, for all the people that were really like, oh my gosh, that's who the mother is? Right? That's who Luke's father is? He was dead the whole time? What movie is that? No way. No way, Jose. She's a dude. In Florida, a woman stole a cat as ransom for her dog. Smart. Smart.
Not cool. You're smart. You gotta do what you gotta do. I guess this chick's dog ran away, her black lab, and it was at the pound for a while and another family came in and adopted it. And then they found out, the family that adopted it found out that it was this woman's dog. So they contacted her about, you know, possibly getting her dog back to her. But then they claimed the woman was a total jerk and was like cussing at them and rude and, you know, verbally abusing them or whatever. So they're like, we're not going to give this lady back her dog. She seems like a crazy lady. We've legally adopted it, you know. So too bad, crazy lady. So crazy lady comes to their house in the middle of the night and steals their cat. She sounds crazy. And then called the message on the machine demanding an exchange. Oh, that's insane. What was the exchange? The cat for the dog. Why didn't she just take the dog when she was there? Maybe the dog wasn't outside. That's a good one. I don't know. It's really weird. So the police have charged her with theft and extortion. What a weird person. Idiot. She's super different than most of us. Yeah. Most of us would not do that. That's weird. The fair ended last night.
I know. Never did. Fergie play? Yep, Fergie played. There was just over 1.2 million people this year, so that's just a little bit short of last year's record, but last year the fair was open one day longer. Oh, well. So, I mean, you can't even really compare. Barry Bonds. The people at the fair want to let you know that if you lost anything at the fair, they got a lot of stuff. They say they have over 100 cell phones, 65 pairs of glasses. I lost 64 pairs. I got to pick those up today. 60 sets of keys, 32 wallets and purses, cameras, baby shoes, a whole bunch of stuff. I've lost so much stuff. So if you lost something, you can send them an email to lostandfoundatsdfair.com. People lose everything. It's the worst. I got plans later now. What's the last thing you guys lost? Oh, man. My mind. Yeah.
That's a good one. My appetite. My friend lost a shoe last night at the concert. That happens. Dancing their feet off. You guys lose your keys a lot? I never lose my keys. I don't lose anything. You don't, Sky? I'm so anal retentive. Yeah. Ash, I bet you lose stuff all the time. A misplaced thing. Okay. I didn't lose the camera. No, no. Shut up. You did. That's right. I ain't missing, man. Things happen. You guys want to do this? Do you know who's most overweight? Do you know who's a germaphobe? He's got nothing to say. So if you think you're in the know, you could come to the studio. We'll play in P1 trivia. The Mikey Morton Show. The chicks never call. Call the granite lovers. We're going to call right now. Granite lovers.
570-1053 if you want to come into the studio on Wednesday. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's a short week for us because Thursday they're going to do my guts. Can you not say it? They're going to play with your guts. That's right. Yep. And then on Friday we're off and then next week we're on vacation. See ya. Yeah. He's going to Hawaii, man. Maui specifically. Maui specifically. It's very upsetting to me. It's really meaningful. Right by where you got hitched, buddy. Do you guys have different itinerary already laid out? Every day. Why? Do you not like to plan it like that? I would rather just go and chill and do whatever. But my wife's a planner, so we've got to have... What kind of stuff are you doing? Gosh, what are we doing? We're doing...
Skye, what are we doing? You're doing Mama's Fish House. Yeah. They're going up to that artsy-fartsy town. I know. Lahaina. Lahaina. They're going to go spend a day in Lahaina. They have a couple's massage plan. Now, artsy-fartsy is, I would not describe it. Because when we went there, there's a lot of art galleries. Yeah, yeah. You know, there's lots of art galleries, lots of bars. Oh, we're doing the luau. The luau. The big luau. The big luau. Yep, they're getting massages. Snorkeling one day. Snorkeling. Everything. The goods might. Gosh, darn it. Boy, that music really sets you right there, doesn't it? Oh, it just is awful to hear that. It puts you right on the island. Visually, you know. It's just like. Eddie, sit down. You see the ocean. You're not at the luau yet, bro. Eddie's doing traditional, what do they call that again? The Hawaiian dance. Yeah, that's right. He's got it, too. He's got it. Figured out. The hula. The hula. He's doing it good. It's like he knows what he's doing. I like it. I don't. I do not care. I think he should have on a grass skirt. That's enough for a girl to do that. That is not very well. Percentage of chance Eddie has a few Mai Tais and does that with one of the girls. 100% chance. 100% chance. 100% chance that he gets all rummed up. He's going to get all rummed up.
Come on, I don't act like that. You don't like drama or anything. Nope. It's gross. It's so gross. Child's play. Let's see, which would I rather do? Have surgery or go to Maui? Think about it, Mike. Make a rash decision. I know, I really have to think about it. Anesthesia followed by a scalpel in my stomach or... Think about the painful recovery. Yeah, let me think about that. Stitches or Maui? Mama's Fish House or no solids for a week? Yeah. It really is tough. Can you have both? Oh, I hate your guts. Get it? Your guts. Get it? Because his guts are going to be the ones that get the surgery. Oh, that's so awful. Oh, I can't wait. P1 Third Day fan. How are you? How are you doing? How are you doing, man? How long have you been listening? I've been listening.
for a long time. I go back to the blunder days, so it's been a while. Four years. That is four years, bro. I love him. How old are you? 30, what am I, 33? Cool. Something like that. So you've been listening a long time, dude. Long time. I remember some night show stuff a while back, too. I wasn't listening to the nights a lot, but I definitely remember you guys from a while back. That was 03. That was a long time ago. Long time. All right. Melissa is your competition. We actually got a chick. Melissa. What's up, Melissa? Hi. How are you? You're nervous. You're going to do great. Don't be nervous. It's all good. Let's see. I got your back. Melissa, how's that? Do you have her back? She's nervous. She doesn't have to be. All right. But how are you going to support her? How are you going to make her feel more comfortable? What are you going to do? I'm going to... I'm here for her spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. All right, Melissa, so if you need any kind of emotional or kind of spiritual help, then Ash is there for you, okay? All right, I get the point. How old are you, Melissa? I'm 24. And how long have you been listening? For about three years now. And happy birthday, Ashley, by the way. Oh, you are a jack. Thank you very much. Thank you. You are a diamond in the rough. You really are. Why is this happening? Third day fan, we'll start with you.
And it works just like the DCC. It works just like the Dumb Chick Challenge in that you've got to get the five points. You get to pick a one, two, or three-point question to get there. It's up to you how. Ones are easy questions. Threes are harder. And these are all Mikey Show questions. So you've got to really be a fan. Let's do a two. You want a two-pointer. Oh, here we go. The two-point question is, what member of the show once worked at Joe's Crab Shack? That is correct. That is correct. I would wear a t-shirt that would say got crabs. That's right. And I'm sure you didn't get any drunk guys going. That might have been me actually. That's right. Melissa, what are you going to do? Are you going to try to catch up here or what are you going to do? I want to go with a two. A two pointer. Your two point question is what P1.
Does Eddie have an ongoing feud with and basically can't stand him? Easy. You know this. Give me a second. Let me take my headphones off. All right. Yeah, she's taking her headphones off. It always helps. She's taking her headphones off. That'll help. Good call. I already like that answer. Press. Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on. Go with your gut. Put a pen up your nose. Who is this P1 that whenever this P1 calls in, Eddie rolls his eyes? Sorry, I'm coming up with a blank. P1 Melissa. That is not right. I don't care for her either. It's P1 Paparazzi. Oh, yes, of course. It's P1 Paparazzi that drives Eddie up the wall. Sound effect clues or something? No, no, no. Third day fan? Let's do it two. Go safe and do it two. I like it. Who is Eddie's favorite Star Wars character? Oh, jeez. Let me play with my bangs a little bit, and I'll say...
Are they dispersed evenly? Han Solo is incorrect. Come on. Chewy, bro. Chewy. Chewbacca, bro. That was my number two choice. Chewbacca. Thank you, Chewy. There he is. All right, Melissa. You can do some work here. You can get her done. No, I'm going to go for a two. Two-pointer. Let's see. When Sean used an episode of Iron Chef, For his last Sean TV, what was the secret ingredient they used on the show? I would say Costco ham. No, I'm just kidding, ham. That is correct. That is correct. It was ham. Ham. Ham. Ham. Ham. Ham. Ham. Ham. Oh, my gosh. He had me at ham and eggs. That's really funny. Score is tied, two to two. Oh, God.
Come on, Melissa. Third day fan. That was good, too. You got it. Who on the show does a Carrie Underwood impression? That is correct. Oh, I'm in trouble. That's a good one. Pressure on. Best impression ever, by the way. Thank you, Carrie Underwood. Wow. That's just like her. Talks just like that. No, she does not. No, she does. No, she does not. No, she does not. She does. Hi, y'all. All right. You and Melissa. I can do the whole Rob thing and go for the one point. Yeah. But that three doesn't really make sense. Thank you. I'm going to go with the three. You got it. Oh, look at that. She wants a three-point question. She's brave. Name two people on the show who are conservative and two people on the show that are liberal. Easy. Okay.
Well, I'm not sure if Ashley's voting this year. So, no, I'm just kidding, Ashley. I'm sure that Sky and Sean are voting liberal. And Eddie and Mikey are conservative. There you go. Like champions. That was all Ashley's support. That's right. Thank you so much. Yo. You're both coming in. We're up. Yeah. Third day fan. 10-foot show. Ben, Melissa. Congratulations to the both of you. Thank you, man. Mikey, why hasn't Neil Young been on the show lately? I miss his crazy personality. He went hot for teacher. Neil Young? Who is that? What is that? I think we know. Neil Diamond. Neil Diamond? Neil Young? Text us at 35253.
Call us at 570-1053. Mikey, I didn't go see Titanic because someone spoiled it for me by telling me that the ship sinks. Yes. They didn't put a disclaimer. When we come back, we're going to do the YouTube clip of the day. And it's armpit farts. Love it. K-I-O-Z, Sandy. And then you win. Gold medal. You win. Welcome back. Nicole Kidman had her kid. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have their baby this morning. She's been pregnant for like three years. Yeah, four years, I thought. She was pregnant. Well, she first announced the pregnancy in January. Of 04. How long has that been cooked? Yeah. So, would you like to know the name? Turtle. It was a baby girl. Who they have named... Jamba Juice. Sunday Rose Kidman Urban. Yeah, why not? Sunday Rose. Sunday Rose. I like it.
Oh, yeah. That's really stupid. Yeah. Of course. Sunday? What about Butthead? Was that taken? Butthead. Sunday Rose. Sunday Rose. That is furious. Kidman Urban. And she was born on a Monday. Oh, come on. That is so... Lost dog's name was Wednesday. Yeah. That's weird. Born on a Thursday. Mikey, my pits are so sweaty. Thanks for the physical support. Ash, that's P1 Melissa. Aw. Mikey, love the show. Just wanted to wish Eddie a happy anniversary. Oh, thank you. Let's see. This is in regard to Steve Foley's settlement. Mikey, an attorney on average takes 33% of the settlement. Then you're taxed on the full amount, including the lawyer's cut. Come on. Usually, if you win the case, the losing side pays the court fees. So depending on the tax rates in California.
Foley will probably receive a cash reward of 1.8 to 2.3. Oh, man. He should have let it go to a jury. Dude. He should have let it go. What was his contract for? Let me see. Brutal. See, I don't even know why he settled then. Because he can't play football, dude. Now he's done. Yeah, why did he settle? He signed, looks like a $10 million extension, like a year before this happened. See, now, even if you take a $10 million extension and you say he gets taxed like. 50%. It's $5 million in cash. Right. Well, and not only that, but future earnings as far as like coaching maybe. Sure. You know, I mean, he can't do anything anymore physically. Yeah. And that's what's his profession. It's terrible. Pain and suffering, nothing. Like, huh? That is awful. This text message says, B-Rob. I've been a San Diego girl my whole life, and I'm moving to Boston next month for school. Any advice? Lucky you. Don't go. Yeah, what are you talking about? It's beautiful in the fall. You heard me, guy. Stay away from my cousin dirty. Yeah, his name's cousin dirty. That's good advice. That's really good advice. I wonder where she's going to school. Mikey, P1 Val's an idiot. They do, too, tie a rope around the bull's testicles. Oh, this again. Here we go. Let's fight about it.
Mikey lets Seth know we're waiting in the Clear Channel parking lots. P1 Punch and John. So who's going to win if that's the case? I go $1. Yeah, that's B-Rob with July the 18th. Jerk. So B-Rob thought I'd be the soonest? Yep. Hang out, Seth. Seth and the Slammer. Take a bike. Take a bike. Take a bike, Mikey. Don't forget to wear your helmet. Okay, you ready to hear the YouTube clip of the day? Now it's time for the YouTube clip of the day. Cut 40.
All right, so we'll see you tomorrow. What the heck? I mean, really? Really, Sean? That was from Afghanistan. Oh, my God. I have all the YouTube clips. It's from Afghanistan. Like, I honestly, I hear stuff now, and I can tell when something is so Sean's humor. Like, that right there was 100% Sean. Yeah, that's probably like the 10th time Sean has heard that crying right now. Yes. Because he's laughing so hard. You know what he loves the most? That's what he loves. And how absolutely foreign it is. So weird. So funny. I love it. That's fantastic. All right. Well, it's time to get out of here. 570-1053 is a phone number.
Beginning and end of every show, we do open phone so you can call in about anything you want. Susan Olsen, who played Cindy Brady, showed up hungover and vomited at a Denver radio station on Thursday. Oh, that is so great. Yeah, she was promoting a comedy club appearance. I guess she does. No, come on. She's too great. Is that part of her routine? And she had got a little wasted the night before and had to abruptly leave the studio covering her mouth to go vomit.
Oh, she didn't do it on the air? And her 12-year-old son was in there with her. Oh, come on. And when she left the room, her son encouraged listeners to come out to the show and, quote, watch her drink like a pig. Talking about his mother. Talking about his mom. No way. Later, her manager defended it, saying... Her son should do the opening act. That Susan Olsen's condition was likely caused by the high altitude. Ah, yes. Here we go. And said it wasn't like she was shooting heroin or something. Oh, boy. That's a good one. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So it's totally cool. That's awful from start to finish. Right? Ugh. Cindy Brady, what happened? Get it together. Watch my mom drink like a pig. That's so sad. Now say seven silly swans went swimming. Tell me about it. Turns out she was just drunk when she did that. Let's see. There's a guy suing over being forced out of his job as an accountant for Rachel Ray's TV show over his eating disorder. Yes. So he was a former accountant on Rachel Ray's cooking show. They don't say specifically which one. She got 90. You're right. So he's suing for a million dollars saying that superior there would have.
acted hostile to him, saying things to him like anorexics are sick in the head and anorexics should not be able to work. So he said he complained about the behavior, but no action was taken. So he has filed a $1 million lawsuit against CBS television. There you go. All right, let's go. 570-1053. Mikey's show. Yeah, I wanted to get in a call at the end of the show. Go ahead. I just wanted to give Ashley, you know, peace of my mind, man. Seems like she's been falling off. That what's been falling off? That she just hasn't been holding her own, you know. You're not holding your own right now. Who are you to talk?
DCC. I mean, you just think it. The DCC. I don't know whether Sky's been pushing some ham on you or what. Yeah, you figured us out. I'm not all there. Definitely. For the record. Definitely. Thank you for your input. Keep your eye on her, man. Mikey Show. Hey, Mikey. It's P1 Rude Dog. What's up? Hey, you know, I wanted to ask you about the Steve Foley thing. Do you think he was a victim of himself or do you think he was a victim of a cop? I think he was a victim of both. I think he was a victim of himself for sure. And I think he was a victim of the cop. I think he was a victim of both. Yeah. Bad situation either way. Yep. I wanted to ask though. Yep. Thanks a lot, man. Thanks. Mikey Show. Hey, Mikey Show. Love you guys. And I think that caller was just bashing Ashley.
Had a little mix. A little too much. Sweet bird and wine. Sweet bird and wine. Sweet bird and wine. Sweet bird and wine. Yes. Hey, I got two questions for you. All right. Actually, more towards Eddie and B-Rob. Hey, you guys see the Forrest Griffin fight over Quentin Jackson? Yep, I didn't. Yeah, did you see him kick his leg in? Yeah. So, hey, for the next Forrest fight, should he come out with one of those big gold run DMC chains? Why? Because Rampage wears that big ghetto, you know, that big necklace. Now, Boris has to do with the white boy style. We're a big gold one. Yeah. By the way, I heard that Rampage came out and he had in a mouthpiece that said,
But all you saw was the H-A-M part, and so it looked like he had a mouthpiece and it said ham. I got a picture of it. Somebody took a screenshot and sent me a screenshot. I'm not kidding, Skye. I have a screenshot. I'm sure you do. I have a screenshot of Rampage. No, you do not. I promise you. I swear I do. We'll put it on the website. Oh, my God. I'm a big fan of ham. I love you. Thank you. Mikey Show, last call. Bring us home. Hello? We have to have an A call. Go ahead. Hey, Mikey, it's P1. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. What's up? Not much, man. I was wondering when you guys were going to do like another P1 party or something. Oh, dude, that is a good, that is a far out question.
That is a far out question. Probably as soon as, you know, we're all back and we're, you know, back in business. We'll do another one. Yeah, that'd be sweet, man. Hey, Matt Damon. Thank you, Matt Damon. No problem. Matt Damon. Matt Damon. Lovely and talented. Matt Damon. Missy is up next. She's got the nooner today. Double shots of Miss. Hey, Missy. And we'll see you again tomorrow morning at 5.30. The Mikey Show is out. Love your mouth.
