Skye tried to teach Ashley why the economy was failing, and the crew later argued over whether Bush, Clinton, China, NAFTA, or the normal economic cycle deserved blame before jokingly naming the era 'the Greater Depression.' Mikey, Eddie, and the callers reacted to Seth Cravens's murder conviction and uncovered a string of painful childhood pet deceptions, capped by David's unbelievable story of two dachshunds named Zoe. Mikey announced that the show would broadcast from the Palms for The Ultimate Fighter 8 finale and give listeners two Las Vegas trips, while Ashley booked a Cheetos-eating showdown with Melissa. Other standout bits turned Rihanna's 'Disturbia' into a gas song, mocked a tool bag lost in space, blamed abandoned bonfire embers for the Santa Barbara fire, fought over Thanksgiving leftovers, and riffed on Hollywood children's names.
What happened, in order
Economics on a walk
Ashley tried to repeat Skye's walk-and-talk explanation of the housing crash, the military-industrial complex, and widening inequality while the hosts argued about spreading wealth and political blame.
Cravens found guilty
The crew reported Seth Cravens's second-degree murder conviction in the death of surfer Emery Kauanui and debated whether feeling happy about the verdict was justice or an uncomfortable reaction to another family's ruin.
Rocket went to a ranch
Rachel learned at 27 that her parents' story about her childhood dog Rocket moving to a roomy new home concealed the fact that he had been hit by a car, prompting Eddie and callers to share similar family lies.
The two Zoes
David's father replaced a missing dachshund with an identical dog, only for the original Zoe to return and both dogs to run into the street and be killed by the same car.
Disturbia decoded
Mikey and the crew deliberately mangled Rihanna's 'Disturbia' into a song about gas, traffic, lactose intolerance, and needing a side of rice.
UFC trip to Vegas
Mikey surprised Eddie by announcing a live show from the Palms for The Ultimate Fighter 8 finale and a giveaway of two Las Vegas trips for listeners.
Tool bag lost in space
The hosts marveled that an Endeavour astronaut lost a backpack-sized tool bag during a spacewalk after a grease gun leaked, then turned the accident into an extended lost-purse routine.
Cheetos showdown
Ashley accepted a weighed-Cheetos eating contest against listener Melissa after the crew recalled her intensely competitive, sometimes tearful record in earlier food challenges.
Bonfire sparked the wildfire
Skye said investigators traced the Santa Barbara fire that destroyed 210 homes to smoldering embers left by ten college students, and the group condemned their carelessness before detouring into television-fire jokes.
Naming the recession
Mikey asked what history would call the current economic collapse, Skye and the others traded blame over Bush, Clinton, China, and NAFTA, and the room landed on jokes including 'the Greater Depression' and 'Festival of t
Thanksgiving sandwich war
A turkey-brining discussion became a fierce argument among Mikey, Eddie, Skye, and Boston Rob over Wonder Bread versus French bread, dark versus white meat, and whether leftovers should include gravy, stuffing, potatoes,
Hollywood toddler names
While guessing Forbes's most powerful Hollywood toddlers, the crew mocked celebrity baby names, celebrated the absurd 'Qui-Gon Jinn' guess, and learned that two entries were both named Sam.

The jury finally found Seth Cravens guilty of second-degree murder of La Jolla's professional surfer Emery Kawanui. SDSU kicked off its college hoop season last night with a pretty tough game. They lost to No. 15 Arizona State 59-52, which sucks as the Aztecs led most of the game, but then only hit four field goals in the final eight minutes and 33 seconds. Oh, wow. It's not going to get it done, Mike. No, it isn't, Eddie. It's not going to do it. I enjoyed so much hearing you and Boston Rob talking about the AL MVP. We have some disagreements on that. I want your guys' conversation to be my ringtone. I don't. Well, you know, I just am a little surprised. He is surprised for all the wrong reasons. Well, who is it? Who is the AL MVP? Well, the only reason why it's a conversation with me and Rob is because Boston's Dustin Pedroia.
Yes, well deserved. Won the AL MVP award. Wow. What is he doing? Rob's applauding. Rob is applauding. It's a one-man applaud. I'm so happy for him. I didn't even know he was in the mix, to be honest. Really? No. In fact, the ballot was so scattered that Pedroia was even left off completely of one ballot. Oh, my God. Which is crazy. It's really unheard of. Let's go. We just led the majors in a bunch of categories. That's all. Pay attention a little closer. To Boston. To the Red Sox. We're friends. We're cool. I just thought. No. No. No. Let's go around the room and introduce everybody. My name is Mikey. I'm the host of the show. I am 38 years old. And don't like it in the summertime when someone turns the heater on. That's just the deal with me. That's true. I'm sensitive. I'm sensitive. He freaks out. That's right. Like a little girl. Sensitive to temperature. I don't cry. I don't cry. Stop it. While you scream, you wail. Yeah, you screech. Yeah, yeah. I don't. You did burst out of tears. I didn't. You did. There were a couple tears. We were there, bro.
And she drops a bro on you. It's the worst. It makes it so much worse. Eddie is our sports guy. He is our executive producer, ladies and gentlemen. With a big EX, which means that he gets all the syndication money, too. Nice. We're syndicated? Well, if you do, you know, if you syndicate. Executive producer, they take all the dough. And he is... from the same hometown I'm from. He's from Gilroy. Yeah, he came in this morning and announced to me that we were going to have fun today. Is that right? I'm down. I don't know why I have it today versus any other day, but he made the announcement this morning. I'm going to tell you right now it's going to have a lot to do with what you guys decide for breakfast, and you're deciding I'm not. I don't want any part of that. Don't want any part of that. So there it is. Skye is our news girl. She's rocking the headband, which is a good day for me. It means we are going to have fun. She's the gray ghost today. That is right. Yes, I'm enjoying the color gray today. The headband is gray. Gray, gray tank top, gray pants. Yeah, I thought this tank top was green, but then I put it on and I said, wow, it's gray and my pants are gray, but who cares? When I first saw her, I was like, I got to adjust the hue. And then I was like, she could be a headband model. I like headbands on her.
I don't disagree. She looks good with the headbands. Ever since you said that, she's been getting extra ones. She's good at them, man. She should. I think she likes that you like it, right? She looks good. You know what I'm saying? Don't go there. Don't go there. I haven't got any extra ones. She's obviously the same. You could buy them out of stock over there. No, I just bought them four past one day. In San Diego yesterday, there was a shortage of headbands at Kohl's. And let's see, there's the little neon green ghost over there in our computer monitors. Very distracting. That is our sound effects guy, Sean, who's also 38. And it's not really neon. They're not really neon. Yeah, they are, actually.
Dude, Cyndi Lauper's leg warmers were that color. No, not really. Debbie Gibson is like, no, thank you. Too much. Too much. Too much. The camera adds a couple of pounds to them. Well, exactly. There must be eight cameras. What does that mean? So that's Shani. He does sound effects from San Francisco. High-rise building in San Francisco. And we look at him on a computer monitor. And that's not very nice of him. Oh, vulgar fingers. Come on, Green Goblin. That's right. Don't even. You green monster. Greeny, meany. That's right. Ashley is our assistant producer. And she has blonde hair. She is a San Diego State alumni. She is also from the Bay Area. She's got an older brother, younger sister. And, yeah, her and Sky do this thing on. Tuesday's called The Walk and Talk. So there it is. I looked for him yesterday. I couldn't find him. You couldn't? I put a GPS thing in their shoes. I don't know where they were because I really needed to talk to Ashley and I...
Couldn't find you guys. We do the same laugh just over and over. I think you guys stopped off at like McDonald's or something. No. We got to low jack their purse. That's true. Well, yeah, because they take the purse on the walks. No, we actually don't. You don't take your purse on your walk? I thought women go everywhere with their purse. Yeah. Swimming. Right? You know, hiking. Spelunking. Spelunking. We just take our car keys and we're off. Yeah. Boston Rob. He is our everything guy. Utility. Utility guy. He does man-on-the-street stuff called You Got Robbed. Yeah. That's very funny. I'm like Dustin Pedroia. That's right. Short? Yeah. We're the same height. Wow. That's awesome. He's only 5'7". Oh. I tower over him. You're huge. That's right. I feel big today.
Our phone number, 570-1053. Call us. We'd love to talk to you. You can call about anything. 570-1053. And my two-year-old son, Jake, to tell us our text number. 35253. That's right. One take. Our text is 35253. 35253. Thank you. He's so good. That's cute. Let's see. And then finally, there's the artist formerly known as Sir Roosevelt Zethian Oates III, Junior, Esquire, MD, President, and CEO. As seen on TV. That's right. Was that Jake? That was not Jake. That was a 25-year-old woman. Whoa. Yeah, I know it. I know it. By the way,
You can text us or call us. We'd love to hear from you on the phones. 570-1053. You can call us right now and talk about anything you want because open phones means it's about you and anything you want to talk about. Yes, I'm on the phone. Tuesdays, Ashley and Skye go on a walk and talk. And how was your walk and talk yesterday? It was good. You know, lots of times it's a walk and listen for me, but yesterday it was more of a walk and listen for Ashley. Whoa. Really? Yeah. Quality. She had quite a few questions regarding the economy. Okay. This guy teaches me things. And I did my best. Certain points, I knew I needed to move on because she was. I felt like she was totally tuning me out. No, I wasn't. I was just being nice when I asked you that. No, she explains things really well. Can you tell us anything that you asked or what kind of things were asked and what you guys talked about? Well, yeah. Do you want to ask me or do you want to ask what she took from it? Yeah, like what did she ask?
She was asking, you know, basically, what is the problem with the economy and what needs to be done to turn it around? Wow. That is interesting. Yeah. That is a far out question. And what did you say? Sky figured it out on a 15-minute walk. Yeah. It's amazing. Wow. Sky, what did you say? Oh, wait, wait, wait. We should ask Ashley. Thank you. We should ask Ashley. What did you say? What did she retain? What did she take from this? You know, no notes were allowed to be taken because you were walking. Ash. She said that a lot of the economy downfall has to do with, obviously, the housing market. And she said that there's, you know, Sky said there's slightly been an, you know, uprise or whatever in the housing market so far, but that hopefully in the next year it'll be even better. It's supply and demand. So the more houses that start getting bought, the more the prices will go up and then this will be good. I think that's great. And then she was talking a little bit about this documentary she saw over the weekend regarding like... Was it a Nick Cage movie? Yes, this is where I felt like I was losing her when I started talking about this. This stuff was fascinating to me, but very confusing. Yeah. I didn't know if I was confusing her or if she was just like, I give up and she was tuning me out. I just kept yapping.
What was the documentary? Well, she was saying that she the documentary she was watching. I don't remember what it was, but she was learning about how Eisenhower in his like saying goodbye speech was talking about how that we're basically screwed because personal businesses have taken over like our military. And so it's making it so. you know, they've got to make money. Like, your personal business, like, you've got to make money. So in order for them to make money, like, they've got to be in war so that they can, like, have money so that they can get uniforms and armor and weapons. And so that we, you know, Eisenhower was right and now we are very much in that pickle because, you know, we're in a crisis today. Yeah, I would fundamentally not disagree with a lot of that. A good chunk of that. Yeah, I think that there is some truth to that. But like with anything, you've got to balance it. There's truth and there's, well, you know. But basically, I think, yeah, it's probably true. There was a lot of talk about the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer and the separation between the two and how that's not good for America. You know, we need a more equal spread of the wealth. Well, I don't agree. Well, see, that is the Democrats.
view of it they feel that there should be a spreading of the wealth and well well right now the separation between the rich and the poor we haven't seen such a separation since the great depression because the rich are extra extra rich right now and the poor are there's not very many rich there really isn't there's a few and they got everything yeah most of the most of the most of the uh country is made up of the Middle to lower class. And they're struggling, whereas the rich, rich, rich are, you know, partying it up. The rich, rich, rich are getting rich, rich, rich. There's no doubt about it. And they're getting rich, rich, rich off all kinds of really, you know, kind of greedy, selfish stuff. Yeah. And it's terrible. I heard that. I think. I don't know who said it. I think it was in here that someone said, like. 2% of the people have 90% of the money. Yeah, it's 2%. 2% is the wealthy. Yeah, 100%. 64% of the time. 70% fun. Yeah. 90% of the time. Something like that. So if you look at that equation. Oh, wow, Ashley. Awesome. She did. She absorbed a lot of what I was saying. That's cool. I have one more clip of my son Jake explaining exactly the economy. Oh, good. And kind of how it works and what it. What's up?
That's the economy, okay? So, basically, what you have to realize with our economy is that it kind of does that. You know, it just has this deal. Yeah, it does all of it. He should be testifying in front of Congress. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Why isn't he? Yeah. He's a pro. You know, he says just everybody just... He should definitely teach Ashley a thing or two. That's right. That's right. So there it is. 570-1053 is the phone number. P1 Leonidas is on the line, ladies and gentlemen. Hey, hey, good morning to you and good morning to Boner. Good morning, brother. What's up? What's up? I just want to say that the new website is freaking dynamite. It's on fire. I love it. Yeah. And your podcast, I have friends in two parts of the country. What's up, dude? I just want to say thank you, Eddie, for announcing the DC versus... Mortal Kombat yesterday. That was... Oh, it was my pleasure. I was wondering if you got a... You're a jerk, Talon. I mean, you're a big jerk. You're a big jerk. He's a Hall of Famer. How dare you speak to him like that? Well, if he's a Hall of Famer, he should know that I announced it yesterday. You did? I remember talking all about it. Well, yeah, after I announced it. You did? I honestly don't remember. Remember, we were going to have fun today. I'm having a blast. He's really tough. Tiger Claus. Taylor, hey man, we appreciate it, dude. Thank you, brother. I was wondering if Eddie got a chance to play it. I have not had a chance to play it yet. I think I'm going to get it for my wife for Christmas. How dare you? I think she wants that, dude. She has always been bothering me about wanting to teach her how to play the video games. I think that's a good one for her to learn on. See?
That's so sweet, dude. I'm really thinking of her. It's kind of hard. It's kind of hard. Thanks, guys. You get it. Thank you, Taylin. Thank you. 570-1053 is our phone number. You want to call us, get on the radio, give us a call right now and text us if you want. 35253 is our text number. And then, of course, we have our brand new P1 answering machine. And you can call and leave a message anytime you want. In fact, plug it into your cell phone. Plug it in. Plug it in. Isn't that an air freshener? Yes. Yeah. That clearly made sense. Hey, listen, I guess it works for this situation. Owner. Owner. 858-715-1923. Well, it's not going anywhere, Ash, so you might as well get used to it. Can I just say, I was listening to the, because this is what I do, I go home and I listen to the podcast. You think I'm kidding, I'm not, I do. And I was listening to, like, the fast food, us talking about the ketchup packets. Uh-huh. And Eddie goes, oh, boner, and, like, whatever. And then Rob goes, that's our boner. And it, for some reason, made me laugh so hard. It's not going anywhere. Oh, no, it ain't going anywhere. That's our boner. It's a perfect nickname for us. And when we have the opening to our show, it's going to be shot coming in over San Diego, over the eight, flying in. Going to a Cubs game. Yeah, me and Eddie going to a Cubs game. Boner coming in the back door like, hey!
Step by step. Oh, that's awesome. Oh, baby. We're gonna get. No, I'm not seeing that. I don't think that's what he's doing. The same song to a TV show with Boner in it. Weirdo. That went south. That didn't work out the way we thought it would. Want to leave us a message on our answering machine? 858-715-1923. Hello, everybody. It's an eye. You're just fucking ripping down. That's great, Grover. It's just that when you call in, you've got to turn your radio down so that we don't... Hey, Ashley, tell your mom to stop calling in. Can you please do that, Ash? It would mean a lot to us. I say it. Okay. 570-1053. Now the phones are lighting up. Let's see. Mikey, what was the name of the iPhone app that finds songs for you? That's P1 Jillian. That app is called Madomi. Madomi. It's a really cool application where you can not only press the button, you can like sing into it if you want. Like you can hum the song. Oh, really? Yeah, like if you don't know what it is, but you're like, I think it went like...
You should do that right now. Yeah, I would love to hear that. Let's see if it'll work. Let's try Madomi out right now. Madomi. Yeah, it gives you, you can say the lyrics, you can sing the lyrics, or you can grab the lyrics. So you hold it up to your stereo speakers in your car. Like, oh, I gotta have this song. You know, it's awesome. I ordered veal Madomi at Olive Garden. That was awesome. Oh, so good. Did you find a good wine pairing? Sweetberry wine. That's right. Okay, it says sing or hum part of the song. Here we go. So you do that. Now it's searching. It's searching. And it comes up with a whole bunch of songs that you can check and see, is this the song that you're thinking of? Question. Does Zeppelin sell their music on iTunes? I don't think they do. Oh, yeah. Another song. No, but Madonna Holiday did come up. That is cool. Let's see. Try again. Let's try. Let's try. Do Eruption. Sing REO Speedwagon. Extreme. Mr. Big.
You're such a jerk. You just want to hear me sing a song that's embarrassing that I sing. Mike's so good at it. Is there a history? Yeah, well, we and Mike were in San Francisco. Such jerks. And we were just hanging out like we do. Unnecessary. We would hang out in San Francisco all the time. And there was this little, yeah, there was this little recording booth where you can sing. And they'll put it on, they would put it on a cassette tape recorder. And they would run the music over. It was just like karaoke. Popular song at the time. And Mike really belted it out. I mean, Mr. Big, to be with you, I did backing. vocals on it. Let's try Mr. Big. Let's try to capture it. Let's try to capture it. Let's try to capture it. I'm going to try to sing Mr. Big into Madomi. Okay. I'm the one who wants to be with you. Rob. Don't mess up Madomi. Alright, I press stop. I'm searching. I'm searching. I'm searching. You're messed it up. Please, Rob. That's the best.
Okay, first thing that comes up. Oh, listen. It's a person. That's what it does sometimes. Sometimes somebody went on to the Madomi program and tried to figure out what a song was, couldn't, so they loaded it in themselves so that you would know the next time you tried. I'm the one who wants to be with you. How dumb is that? Is that Rebecca singing to Jake? Seriously. But then you see it and you hear it and you go, yep, that was it. At least now I know what it is. And the title comes up? Title comes up, name of it, the whole thing. That's pretty cool. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What's another popular song? I'm the one who wants to be one. That Nuno Betancourt song. Yeah, extreme. Shut up. Yeah. All right. Here we go. Say that I love you is not the words I want.
Want to hear from you. It's searching. It's searching. If nobody jumps in, I gotta, I gotta. Why? Because. Dude, you don't sing backups when you hear that song? Stop. I always do. First thing that came up, more than words, extreme. Oh, right on the money. That's amazing. Right on the money. Want to hear from you. I wonder if it could recognize a tone deaf song. Oh, that's a great idea. Oh, Scott, you're a genius. Ash, you think it can recognize a tone deaf song? Let's give it a shot. If it does, it wins a prize. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's test it out and see if it can recognize a tone deaf song. Let's see. Let's pick one that's very popular. Okay, here we go. Here we go.
All right, it's searching. Your phone is bleeding. Your phone is clawing its ears off. I have a virus. Oh, wow. No, it does not. It makes a lot of suggestions. Stop singing. Seek therapy is the first thing it says. It says, are you looking for Zac Efron? Bet on it. Whoa. Are you looking for Crank That, Soulja Boy? So close. Are you looking for Waterfalls by TLC? Are you trying to call 911? Do you need me to call 911? Have you fallen and cannot get up? That's awesome. Text message number 35253. Let's see. Mikey and Clinton opening the trade border with China and categorically sending our blue-collar jobs to China.
combined with the housing bubble is P1 Ross Perot. Ouch. That hurts. Oh, so it's Clinton's fault. I think it started a long time before that, bro. I don't know. Incredible. It started before Clinton? See, I don't like to blame it on anybody. I don't like to blame it on Clinton. I don't like to blame it on Bush. I don't like to blame it on anybody. It's a roller coaster. It always has been. Yeah. It'll come back around. It always does. Boys up and come down. Yeah. It goes up and it comes down. Mikey, this is P1 Friction. Can you play the YouTube clip of the day from yesterday? No. Great request. I think we threw that away. I was hearing a lot of that yesterday. Varying opinions. Different opinions. It was kind of a polarizing song. Did you see the protest outside? Was there a protest going on? No, there was not. Did you go out front?
Well, yeah, I walked around the block a couple times, remember? That doesn't mean you were out front. Well, yes, it does. You could have walked in the back. No, I passed the front multiple times. Did you get paint thrown on you? No, why would I? From the protest. You're just hoping. Oh, yeah. This text says, Mikey, Jake is the best. Does he read the news? Now, that's so stupid. He won streetlights. I would throw that one away. It's the stupidest thing I've ever seen. Let's see. What is going on in the world? The big story today locally is Seth Cravens has been found guilty of second-degree murder of the La Jolla surfer. Well, Seth. That's right. I mean, it took the jury six days of deliberation. They were deadlocked at a certain point. Yeah, they finally came back saying he's guilty of second-degree murder, also found him guilty of six other charges, which range from making threats to assaulting other people. He was one of the only guys in the group of guys who were in that fistfight with Kauanui that didn't accept a plea deal. He wanted to go to trial, and it doesn't look like it worked out so well for him. So when he's sentenced in January, he can get 25 years to life. Cut 24.
We, the jury, and the above entitled cause find the defendant, Seth Cravens, guilty of the crime of assault, guilty of the crime of implied malice murder in the second degree. Bummer is it doesn't bring that family son back, which is terrible. Does it make me a bad person that it made me happy to find out that he was found guilty? Because it really made me happy when I found out. Listen, I mean, I think a lot of people probably feel that way. You know, you guys have heard my thoughts on stuff like this. I always feel like two people are always being victimized or more than two people are always being victimized when something like this happens. The person that was victimized was victimized. And then this person that did this is victimizing his family. Like there may be people relying on this person and that. And I'm sure that it must bring incredible sorrow to his mother, to his father, to his family that he did this. And so there's always so many victims. That's what's a bummer about it. But I think that that's a natural instinct, Sky. You feel like this guy deserves justice. You want justice to be served and all that stuff. So I think that's what it's about. 570-1053 is our number. N.

I trust Amco and I think you should trust Amco. They've been in business since 1964. It doesn't matter where I am in the country. If I see the big double AMCO, I will be willing to stop there and trust that they're going to take care of me. They don't want to fix what isn't broken. At Amco. And that makes me feel comfortable. Makes me feel safe. Transmissions, oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, cooling systems, they kind of do it all. And if you have a check engine light on in your car, and we've all experienced that, don't call anybody else. Look for Amco. And if you need to, call information and say, yeah, the number for your city, and say Amco, please. And do it that way. And, by the way, if you go in there with that check engine light on, what they're going to do is they're going to diagnose it for free. And if any additional diagnosis is required or repairs are required, you tell them you're P1 10% off. It's that easy. I'm talking about Amco. It's double A. M-C-O. Why don't you take it anywhere else? Thank you, Ashley. Need a little economic stimulus payment in time for the holidays? Don't wait for the government. Come to Mossy Nissan.

We've got this accident on the northbound 15 ramp to westbound 8, blocking the left lane of that ramp. We've got traffic squeezing by to the right, but it is causing a bit of a backup as you come out of City Heights down into Mission Valley. So be careful with that. Also in the east county here, the auto transport lost its trailer full of cars here, blocking the slow lane of eastbound 8, right around west, just past West Willows Road. And it's got no lights on, so it's a very dangerous kind of situation, so be very careful out there as well. We've got southbound 15 coming out of Escondido, a little slow from right around the 78th down to around Villarancho Parkway. And then watch for another...
Slow down here. We've got a bunch of tire tread and middle lanes in the fast lane near Miramar Road. And that's causing a backup out of Scripps Ranch. The coaster rides out on the 5 are looking pretty good here for you. I'm Rick Lawrence on Rocco 053. There's a special time of year at the Disneyland Resort. I'm telling you that I believe that I would be the best person to change your diaper. Save that clip. Eddie. I'm very particular. I admit it. That's a flaw in my character. Skye. Sean. Um, kids. I'm just kidding.
Really difficult. Teaching myself to speak. Grit. Ashley. I wear myself on my sleeve. The Mikey Show's on. Like. 105.3. Call me the space cowboy. Gangster of love. So she's testing out some stuff with my voice. Sexy. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So go ahead, Samantha. How's this sound? How's this sound? How are you liking me now? You liking me right now? What are you thinking about me right now? What do you think about that? Do you like when she does that? You know, I think you gotta... Have her work on it a little bit. Really work on the treble and bring up the sibilance. How's the sibilance? It's a little rough, but we'll get there. I like it. I like it. Welcome back, everybody. It's The Mikey Show. It's 641. Brad Pitt will be on Oprah later today and talks about a bunch of family stuff, including the fact that his daughter Shiloh will only respond to the names Peter or John. Dad! Okay. Okay.
Wow. USD got a win in their first game last night. They beat Nevada 65-51. Rob Jones scored 23 points in the victory. Wow. I'm still really reeling from the absorbing the stuff about Shiloh. Why is that happening? Oh, hi, John. Is that what you do when you see Shiloh? You say, hi, John. It's very biblical, too. Yes. What did you say, Peter or John? Yes. Oh, yes. And, you know, it's not, at least in Shiloh's case, it has nothing to do with the Bible. It has to do with her fascination with Peter Pan. Is that right? Yeah. And so Brad says that they'll be like, they call her Shai, so they'll be like, hey, Shai, you want some orange? And she'll be like, no, no, no, no, no. Yeah. And then, Peter, would you like some orange juice? Oh, oh, yes, yes, I would. Thank you. Who did you think of the name Shiloh? So they play into it. They play into it. She will only respond to John or Peter. Sounds like a normal household. Totally. And it has to be in a British accent. Hello, Peter. Hello. Hello. Good day, Peter. Hey, Petey. Like you may be going, hey, sweetheart, you got to eat your Pete. I'm sorry. Peter. Eat your peas there, right? Well, you eat them up then. Just for mom. You don't want me to get Captain Hook, do you? Well, that little alligator.
Welcome back to the show, ladies and gentlemen. Our phone number here, 570-1053. And our text number here is 35253 if you want to give us a call. There's a few things happening that are catching my eye this morning. One of them is that Michael Jackson says he is too ill to travel to London. for trial over that $7 million lawsuit from the Arab Sheik. Do you know about this? Do you know about the lawsuit with the Arab Sheik? It's pretty weird. Sky talked about it a little bit yesterday, but it was later in the show. What's the deal, Sky? So, you know, after Michael Jackson's kitty molestation trial, he flew the coop and, you know, went out of country and befriended an Arab Sheik when he was living abroad. Haven't we all? Duh. And according to the Arab Sheik, he says that he lent Michael Jackson $7 million to record a CD and to write an autobiography. Who does that and how does that come up? Thank you. Are you having dinner and you go, you know, by the way, would you be interested in funding a new album for me?
Having me look for a publisher. Well, why don't you just do it? Then loan me the money. That's weird. Here you go. Okay, I trust you. I'll pay you back. Pinky swear. So the dude is claiming it was for the CD and the book. And obviously, you know, he would get repaid after those things hit the market and made a bunch of money. And so these things were never made. Michael never paid him any money back. So he filed the lawsuit. Response to the lawsuit is he thinks the $7 million was a gift to him. You know, I guess some people just gift $7 million in Michael's world or whatever. So the court case started on Monday in London. And Michael is saying he cannot fly to London because he's too sick to fly. Didn't he say that? I thought he said that. Here. About the trial. Yeah. Yeah, he was too sick. He'd show up in his pajamas. And the judge was like, no, you gotta come. Yeah. You know, he hurt his back. That's the deal. He even had to go to the hospital at one point. Right. Well, his nose fell off. Yeah. Does it smell good enough for you in there? How do you like the smell? Is it good? Wait a second. Excuse me? I don't even understand that.
The judge is supposed to rule in a couple days if Michael will be allowed to testify via satellite video link or whatever and not have to fly out there. But the attorney for the Arab Sheik is saying that the medical evidence that has been presented by Michael's people is very unsatisfactory and that Michael's illness could be, quote, treated with bandages if the diagnosis is positive. What? I don't know. I don't know what that means. That's how that works. Can you hear me? Guys, I'm flying on the plane right now. Can you hear me? Yeah, it's a little rough up there. I'm on a plane. Can you hear me? Barely. Barely. Sounds so weird. Guys, I'm calling from one of those phones in the back of the seat. Yeah, Michael, it sounds really weird. Did you swipe your credit card? No. No, I swiped my nose off.
It probably doesn't work. Call us back then, Michael, when you have a better land. We got questions, man. I'm on Dumbo Airlines. Dumbo Airlines? Yeah, there's no wings, just gears. Okay. I'm taking that. You flown on that? Oh, yeah. Is it a good airline? It's not bad. Sounds cool. Maybe I'll try it. Well, that's the deal. That's crazy. Sky has Time Magazine's list of the best inventions of 08. Yeah. Rob is into it. Rob loves inventions. I'm an inventor. Yeah, my fiance called me idea guy the other day. She did. Real sarcastically, and I was like, what? What are you saying? Does she not remember the sock dispenser? Right? Thank you. What up? Cookie Stone. What up? Cookie Stone. Oh, yeah. Dude, Rob wants to do a place called Cookie Stone that's just like Cold Stone.
But instead of ice cream, it's cookies and it's dough. And they reach in and they swirl up your cookie dough. Whatever you want in there. You've got to wait then 13 minutes for the cookie dough. We have Wi-Fi at the store. Oh, that's kind of cool. So you can look at your email while you wait the 13 minutes for the piping hot. cookies to come out. You can wait for them to cool down. You wait 30 minutes for them to cool and then you're on your way. So if you really want a cookie, make sure you bring your laptop. Yes, and in today's Make Me Wait Society, I think it'll be a pretty big hit. We'd love to wait. Instead of Cookie Stone, why don't you call it Cookie Ordeal? Because that's what's going to happen. It's a good name. Cookie Wait. Okay, Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2008. Number 10 is the world's fastest computer. It's a $133 million supercomputer nicknamed Roadrunner. Yeah, the price will come down. Eventually, it'll be like $400. They say it can do one quadrillion calculations per second. Skynet. Thank you, Sean. Dude. Thank you. You better find it. Yeah, Judgment Day. Great. We're dead. Now, Sky, is this one of those big giant things?
It's like fills up a room. Is that one of those kind of computers? I don't know. I don't know exactly what the size. Plays a mean game of chess. Sure, man. It can handle two. You're going to love this one, Mike. Plays the heck out of Pong. Number nine, the orbital internet. Internet in space. What? Yeah. They say it's hard to maintain a connection while you're in orbit. So this interplanetary internet, they say... Why? Because, like, astronauts have been trying to check their BlackBerrys, and they're like... Yeah. Went to ESPN.com. It took forever. Can't connect. Can't get this going. Number eight is bullets that shoot bullets. What? Bullets that shoot bullets. Yeah, here's what it says. Designed to protect from rocket-propelled grenades and other short-range threats. This will automatically detect an incoming round and then launch a missile to destroy it within a split second. That is cool. It's Stark Industries. It's called the Patriot Bullet. That's right. Number seven on Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 08 list is the Chevy Volt. Now this is... I've seen it. You've seen it? What do you think? I think it's dumb looking. I wish they could make those cars look cool. Wait, doesn't that one kind of look...
Well, the concept car of it looked cool, but then when they actually unveiled what it really will look like, it's not as cool as the concept, as basically what they promised. Now it looks more like a sedan. Send me the link. Send me the link. So it'll have an electric motor, which will give you about 40 miles on it. And then after on a single charge and then after. 40 miles to the gallon? No. I mean 40 miles. Oh, you can drive for 40 miles. 40 miles on the electric battery. And if you need to go further than 40 miles, then it kicks over to the gas battery. Yeah. Or the gas. Dude, that thing's stud, man. So that's pretty cool. Send me the link. Number six is the Global Seed Vault. Vault. It's a vault they set up that. It keeps seeds from all around the world. So if the planet ever comes to an end and we need to find seeds to regrow corn or whatever. I mean, are you serious? Yeah, it's kept in the Arctic. What a great invention. So let's say the world comes to an end and there's like a couple of us left. Right. We got to head up to the Arctic.
to get to these seeds that we don't know the combination to. And then, hold on, after you get the seeds out of this vault that you're going to have to crack the thing, you've got to leave the Arctic. You can't plant them there, right? No, no, no. It's a desert. Strap on your snow shoes. Where's the ones from, they have the word Humboldt written on the top. Where's the weeds? Where's that seed? I think I forgot those. You're totally spaced. Really? What's in your pocket, bro? Nothing, man. What's in your pockets, dude? I passed on grass. Number five is the large hadron colander. I don't know how to say that. It's a colander. It's a colander. No, it's not a colander. Get the water out. That's been around. Spaghetti, bro. Spaghetti. It's the world's biggest particle accelerator. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I know what that is. Talk about a waste of money. Boring. That is boring. Yeah, things smashed together. It's so boring. Protons at the speed of light. Because it's boring doesn't mean it's bad. Dude, how do they have something that pops popcorn, bro? In your mouth. Yeah. Oh, like Pop Rocks. Yes, but it's popcorn.
Yeah. Oh, absolutely. Number four is Hulu.com H-U-L-U. I love that website. Actually, I'm Hulu, yes. What can I do for you? And this website basically has every TV show on it. So if you ever want to watch a TV show in its entirety, you go there. If your TVO missed it. If your DVR broke down. Every Ironside. You can't download it, but you can watch it. Yeah. That's cool. How do they make money? Because they have advertisers? They sell advertising. In every episode, there's about four commercials. How do you like that, you guys? Eddie, you've got to be in on that. And they have movies, too. Wow. Feature-length movies. I'm stoked that Ironside is available. Shut up. Every TV show, even stuff that would be, say, on an HBO, like a John Adams kind of show. They have everything from Heroes to Ironside to shows that have been canceled a long time ago.
I think what I've learned here is there's a show called John Adams on HBO. That was more of a miniseries. It was a miniseries. I didn't get to watch it. I watched it. Eddie, didn't you say it was good? It was great. Yeah. For history buffs. Loved it. Number three, the Lunar Recognizance Orbiter. The first unmanned moon ship. Greetings. It's our first unmanned moon ship. Is there anything not nerdy on that list? Number two, the Tesla Roadster. That's cool. That is awesome. I love that love song. No, no, no. Yeah, it's an all-electric sports car that can go up to 125 miles per hour. But it costs about $100,000. So, you know, celebrities like George Clooney, people like that are on a waiting list for that. And then finally, number one, Time Magazine's best invention of this year is the retail DNA test.
So you can do a DNA test at home. It costs about $400, and it can show your predisposition for more than 90 traits from baldness to blindness. Oh, you know what? I thought it was like a Jerry Springer deal. Yeah, like Rob could check and see if he's got more kids. Exactly. Let me just swab your mouth there. Who's your baby's daddy? But if you want to reproduce with somebody, but you want to see if your kids may end up bald or if they have a trait for this or that, you can make them. Well, it's very romantic. That's number one, huh? Yep, number one invention of OA. Let the romance begin. Thank you. I can invent better stuff than that. That's it. I gotta get on this. I need someone to fund me. 570-1053. We're going to be breaking down the lyrics to a song. Call us, by the way. 570-1053. Call us right now. Adam Pacman Jones in the news. We'll tell you why after this. Mikey Show continues on The Rock. I am a big supporter of Vons. I'm a Vons Club Card member. I always tell you guys how I go there and I look for the deals. Well, I also go to the Vons gas station. I don't know if you've ever seen them. We've got a couple of Vons gas stations here in San Diego. And it's really cool if you shop at Vons and you swipe your Vons Club Card when you check out.
You get money off of every gallon of gas you pump out of Vons gas station. Another cool thing about Vons is they have a huge selection of gift cards. They have like over 300 gift cards. They got iTunes, Home Depot, Macy's, Nordstrom's, pretty much almost any gift card you're looking for. So why wait in lines? Why go to, you know, Fashion Valley where you can't even figure out where to park? Go to Vons. Do your holiday shopping there. It's awesome. So Vons is now doing something that's putting the gas rewards and the gift cards together. This is a great deal. Vons is giving you double power pump gas rewards for every $100 in participating gift cards you purchase. So you buy $100 worth of those participating gift cards and you get double. The gas discount. It's a great deal, so you can go into Vons and just talk to them about it. They'll give you all the details. Or go to their website, Vons.com. Offer ends December 25, 2008. It's back. Let me tell you something. I've told you about AIS for years now. 1-800-777-4247 is their phone number. But one thing that we have never talked about when I told you about AIS is when you go down to Mexico, if you get your car ripped off, you're kind of... Up the creek without a paddle. That's right, Eddie. Yeah, they always like it. Do you have to buy special insurance at the border? Yeah, I never know what to do. Mexican insurance. We got a guy in our sales department, went there with a friend. All they had was a cooler full of beer, going to go surf. Rented a place, walked outside the next morning, car's gone. He did not get the Mexican insurance. They had to hitchhike back and were very lucky to have some... Nice Mexican guys picked them up in a truck, let them get in the back of the truck. They took them to the border and gave them their beer. But maybe you don't want that to happen to you when you're going to Mexico. If you don't want that, then call AIS, 1-800-777-4247. Another easy way to remember it, 1-800-777-4AIS. Or try their website, aisinsurance.com. Brought to you by Radio Shack.
I know Motorola's got some great stuff out there, so when I heard Radio Shack is now exclusively carrying a line of Motorola GPS receivers, I had to check them out. That's when I realized I may never have to ask for directions again, and that's good stuff too. And it's all thanks to Radio Shack. Don't just buy stuff. Do stuff. A pet store selling sick dogs? The City Council voted yesterday to raise water rates in San Diego by $4.43 a month.
Starting next year. The Cubs side pitcher Ryan Dempster to a four-year, $52 million extension. He won 17 games last year. So before we went to break, we mentioned Adam Pacman Jones. Why is he in the news, Eddie? He was dancing. He was dancing. Okay, sorry. Cowboys quarterback Adam Pacman Jones has completed the requirements for alcohol counseling that was mandated by the NFL following that latest violation he had in the personal conduct policy where he punched out his bodyguard. Really? Yeah. Really? So he's done with his alcohol counseling, so now they're trying to get him reinstated to play in the league again. What number is this? Well, 154th chance. Okay. Is he that good? No. That's a great question. I never even thought about that. Because when you think about it, you go, man, this is a guy that's been given an extraordinary amount of chances. And not only that, but there have been people, owners, that have been willing to do it. Jerry Jones.
You know, it made me think right now, wow, he must be awesome. And even a figure, he's going to be a Hall of Famer. Hall of Famer, or at least a Pro Bowler this year, for sure. To be making this much of a plus. Not even a question. He has the potential to be very good. I mean, he was the number one draft pick of the Titans. I mean, obviously, if you're that high of a draft pick. You have potential, but I don't think he's that great. No one's ever made a pass on him. Nobody's ever completed a pass against him, right? He's defended every pass that's ever. Wow. That is incorrect. He makes every tackle on the team, though, right? Then let him break the law. That's what I think they're going for. Our text number is 35253. Here's a text that we got. Mikey, tell the trackie, I saw the trailer for the new movie, and it looks amazing. I'm not even a nerd. That's P1. It's becoming an issue. Wow to your wow. Sky doesn't usually care about that stuff. So the fact that she was wowed is kind of sad. Wow. Wow. Well, hello.
This one says, this text message says, Rob exclamation point. Your idea is in all caps. Great. Yes. Just sell the dough and have different cookie cutters to choose from. That's P1 Mercy. They like it. P1 Mercy. I'll show you the idea. Well, wait. Cookie and deal. I mean, but you basically broadcast it so anyone can just take it. No, it is patent pending. Patent pending, copyrighted, stamped, double stamped. Sounds like she already has the idea and hasn't paid for it. No, she's wrong. Okay. Can't do it. The Eddie line is ringing. Hello? Hey, can you guys hear me now? It's still pretty rough up there. Hey, guys, it's Michael Jackson coming. Michael, we told you to wait until you landed. Yeah, Michael. I did land. Then why are you on the airplane phone? I'm not. I'm on a saltine. A saltine. I'm sorry. There's a giant saltine out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. That doesn't make any sense. What are you talking about? It's for emergencies, and I'm at a phone booth. Yeah, a phone booth in the Pacific Ocean. I'm at a phone booth in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
And I'm calling you because I've only got a few minutes. Okay, what do you want? I wanted to call and defend myself because I'm suing the sheik. No, he's suing you. No, no, no, you guys. It's a new dance move that I'm doing. It's called suing the sheik. Watch this. Okay, we can't see you. You're on the phone. I won't see the phone, Michael. And I don't know how you're dancing on the ocean. Well, he's on a saltine. I'm on a saltine. Oh, my bad. I'm sorry. I guarantee you that in two months, people will be sewing the sheik in Montana. What? It'll be a worldwide sensation and everyone will be doing it. Okay, Michael. Maybe you should paddle to land. I guarantee you that next week, Carson Daly will be on TRL going, hey, are you going to sew on the sheik or what? Give him the memo. It's over, bro. I'm still in the shake here tonight. Okay, Michael. Hey, you guys, my minutes are about to run out, so I just want to... Oh. We lost him. We lost him. He ran out of quarters. Sounds like Michael's minutes ran out. Too bad. That's always a bummer when that happens. When you're on a saltine out in the middle of the ocean.
You're using the payphone and your minutes run out. What are you supposed to do then? A true bummer. Sky has the top CGI fights. Easy. Wait. So easy. Let's think about this. What? Lightsaber duels? Hello? Matrix. Come on. No. All Star Wars fights. Matrix. What is CGI? What about the karate? That's what you give somebody when they're choking. You come up behind. Wait, anybody know CGI? Yes, I do. I'm certified. Come here. I'm certified in CGI. It's 30 compressions, two breaths. Oh, no. In order to guess, I need to know what it means. CGI. It stands for collagen, genetics, intelligence, computer generated images, I guess. I don't know. Sean, what about you? Do you know what CGI stands for?
Crappy. Computer generated. I'm going to say computer generated images. Sounds right to me. You would be correct. You know, Ash, it's like when you see crazy stuff happening that human beings can't actually do. It's because they did it with CGI. Oh, Couching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. That's a good guess. That's a good guess. Is that on there, Scott? Okay, so you guys have said a couple, but I don't know if you want me to make you be more specific. Star Wars. Well, there's a couple of them, Eddie. I don't know if you're aware. There's not just one. Which one, Eddie? Well, there's only one on the list. Only one, really? Chewbacca. Only one. Phantom Menace. This is ridiculous. How could there be only one? I say it's Phantom Menace. No, it would probably be Luke versus Darth. Luke versus Darth. No. It would be Anakin versus Obi-Wan in the Sith movie. Wow. You are so crazy nerdy about Star Wars. That is impressive. That's awesome. That is number two on the list. Star Wars episode three of the Sith, Anakin versus Obi-Wan. And I will say The Matrix. Kill Bill. Are you saying the original Matrix? Oh, no. Which Matrix are you saying? I'm saying Matrix Rhetorics. That was the name of it. It's The Matrix Rhetorics. I don't know that one. That was the fourth one. It's called Rhetorics.
I'm saying the second one. Sky? Matrix 2. Revenge of the Jerks. Revenge of the Jerks. Revenge of the Jerks, eh? Festival of the Jerks. Festival of the Jerks. Festival of the Jerks. Festival of the Jerks. Well, Mike, you're close. Number four on the list is Neo versus multiple Agent Smiths in The Matrix Reloaded. That's right. Great. That's a good guess. Good to go, honey. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. All right, let's be serious. Pow. Pow. TMNT. If anybody has any guesses, 570-1053, what's the coolest, greatest CGI fight? 300. Oh, yeah, dude. Yeah, dude. Good job, Boner. Number three is from 300, Leonidas versus The Immortal. Boner. Boner. What up? Very good. Okay, I got number one. You got number one? Yeah, me and Eddie got it. Ready? Well, it's kind of the first time we know to see CGI movies. Yeah. I would say it's T2.
The Terminator, the liquid. Yeah, liquid. Terminator versus Terminator. T2, put it on the board. Put it up. Terminator 2, Judgment Day, is on the list. It comes in at number five, Terminator versus the T-1000. Number five on the list. It's going to be number one, man. What are you missing? You're missing number eight, seven, six, and one. Iron Man. Iron Man. Is there a fight? Raiders of the Lost Ark. What? X-Men fight. Just check it out. Raiders of the Lost Ark. Yeah, see if it's on there. Well, I checked. It's not mine. Check it. Put it. Spider-Man fight. Smack it up. No, no Spidey. Oh, yeah. Spider-Man and Doc Ock. No Spidey. Oh, yeah. Yeah, for sure, Scott. Will you please look for Raiders of the Lost Ark? There are some superhero stuff on here. Superman. When the Joker put the pencil in the guy's eye. I don't know. That's awesome. Lord of the Rings. Lord of the Rings. Yes. Oh, you. Yeah, dude. That's not on there. That's on the rings. Come on, bro. Spit in your face. Great guy. All right, we got some guesses here. P1. What? Hey, dude, what do you think? Hello? X-Men? X-Men on there?
You are correct. That is the number one. What? What did you say? It's from The Incredible Hulk 2008. The Incredible Hulk versus The Abomination. Hold on. That was badass, but that's not number one. These lists are made by one dude, and he's a pencil-necked geek that works somewhere. And it's like his favorite list. The worst. So that's number one. So you're still missing number eight, number seven, number six. P1 Eddie, are you there? Yep. Yeah. What do you think? How about King Kong versus that dinosaur in the new King Kong? Yes. Number seven is King Kong versus T-Rex from King Kong 2005. Yeah. So you're missing number eight and number six. Eddie was really close. Jurassic Park. The T-Rex versus the Velociraptors at the end. It's a good one. Is it in there? X-Men. Number eight is. Wolverine versus Lady Deathstrike in X2. I got it. And then finally, the one you didn't get is number six.
From the one Jet Li versus the prison transport team. If you want to see video clips of each of these fight scenes, you can go to MikeyShow.com. The whole list is posted along with video from each of these fight scenes. That's awesome. Enjoy. When we come back. When we come back, I got to read you this list. It's not a list. It's a email. This is a crazy email that we got. It's basically from this guy that just found out that when he was six years old, his parents lied to him about something. And when I tell you what they lied to him about, you're first of all going to trip out. But there may be some of you out there that are like, oh, yeah, I can relate. And the reason that you may be able to relate is you may say. I've done it with my kid. Oh, no. And it's not what you're thinking. It's not anything to do with holidays or anything like that. Totally different. This is gnarly. We'll tell you when we come back. Calls every morning that people pick on Sky or Ashley or giving Eddie or Sean stuff. Every one of you are great. Thank you, man. The Mikey Show continues on The Rock. Cock-a-doodle-doo. Guess what time it is? It's 7.15 in the morning. That's right. It's just 15 minutes after 7.

Definitely some tough spots on our freeways here this morning. It's 805 northbound out of the South Bay. It's just a crawl here out of Chula Vista that stays with you all the way into North Park right now. There's an accident on the westbound Friars Road off right from North 163, so be very careful there as well. Your West 94 King Freeway, that's backing up from College Avenue to the 805. More breakbacks into downtown. West 8 is also getting into it here with some slow traffic from La Mesa Boulevard out towards Lake Murray. South 15 has been a tough one this morning. Still slow off to 78 to view Rancho Parkway. But then it's just a slow-go ride from Carmel Mountain Road all the way down to Miramar Road from a bad motorcycle accident here. I'm Rick Lawrence on Rockwood 05-3. How would you guys like to see that? Oh, my God. See San Diego's Rock 5-3. Back to the Mikey Show featuring Mikey. I picked my nose a lot. Eddie. I just want my sandwich like I want my sandwich. Sky. I enjoy presents, eh? Sean. I'm Austin Robb. I'm kind of the transient of the bunch. And Ashley. I'm a very loving, nurturing person. This wicked, awesome Boston's Dustin Pedroia wins the AL MVP award. The ballot really scattered with votes. Pedroia was even less off of one ballot, but he won the award. And he talks about...
How he was honored. I really didn't know what to expect. You know, I was just excited of having my name in with all those players. You know, I mean, you look around the league. I mean, there's a ton of great players. And, you know, when you hear your name come up in that category, I mean, you definitely get excited and honored. You deserve it. You deserve it. You're the best. You're the best, Dustin. You deserve that, man. Good for you. Good for you. That guy's got a great story. Okay. So does A-Rod. That upset him, dude. You can tell that got him. I am going to let that slide. That got him. That's got to hurt. That's going to leave a mark. Most definitely. Not good. Okay. So first of all, I want to let people know that we are going to have a pretty big announcement coming up at the end of this hour about what we're going to be doing.
And how some P1s are going to be real stoked. So that's coming up before the hour is done. What do you think of this email? Mikey, I just found out something from my parents that I'm not sure I can recover from. I was talking to my mom on the phone and we were talking about one of our old pets. It was our dog, Rocket. I loved this dog. We got him when I was about six. He was my best. Friend. Rocket. Well, we had him for about two years. Rocket. We had him about two years, and then one day my dad sat me down and told me that Rocket needed more room to play and wasn't happy at our house. He told me that Rocket had to go to a new home where there was a lot of room for him to run around.
I cried and was terribly upset, but I wanted what was best for Rocket. Unselfish. Well, my mom just told me that Rocket was actually run over by a car. That's right. No! Take it in. I can't handle this. They didn't have the heart to tell me that they made up this lame story. I think it was a pretty good story. All this time I thought Rocket was running around on a ranch somewhere. Living on a ranch. Living on a ranch. But he actually got squished by a car. I'm devastated all over again. I'm 27 now and not sure I can recover. Did your parents ever do this to you? That's P1. Rachel, can anybody relate? Yes. Eddie, you can relate to this? Yes, I can. 570-1053.
3-5-2-5-3 is our text. Call us if you can. Eddie, what are you talking about? Well, we had a multitude of dogs growing up. Our first dog, Taffy, which was the greatest dog ever. The SDG&E guy let him out and ran away and never came back. Sprayed it, which we found out later. Oh, my. What do you mean, sprayed it? You know, like they carry dog mace or whatever. Right, right. Means he didn't say it. Sorry? Well, he sprayed it. This is an emotional... You got the weather, not the news? Yes. Now I got you. Got it. And so one of the dogs that I got when I was a kid was named Chewy. Oh, I wonder why. Exactly. And my mom rescued this dog. This dog was an abused dog who... some kids used as a hockey puck, as a puppy. And it was disgusting. And my mom rescued it and gave it to me. And he even had a little cast on one of his legs. Just take it one sentence at a time. One sentence at a time. I love this dog with all my heart. And I raised it. Well, I had some mental problems due to the attack.
Oh, no. And would do some bad things in the house, which I don't care to repeat. Why? I think we know what you mean by that. Well, yeah. Well, one day, my father as well told me that Chewie needed extra help because of its problems, and they had to give them to somebody who could care for them that we couldn't. That had more time. That had more experience and resources to take care of Chewbacca. Full name. Chewbacca's his full name. Chewie for short. Chewie for short. And I was devastated. I was devastated. But I understood. Until, like, maybe two years later when my sister yelled out how Chewie got put to sleep. What? I thought it was very funny to tell me that I was devastated. Yes. Ladies and gentlemen, these are the things.
that sometimes we as parents do. You can't put Chewy down. I know, I had to put Chewy down. Very kind of your sister. That's how my sister rolls. 570-1053 is our phone number. Our text is 35... Still hurts. I'm sure it does. It's a deep burn. 253 is our text. Yeah, has this ever happened? You know, your parents say, you know, they want to be cool. You know, they're saying, hey, this dog. Shelter you. Yeah, they want to shelter you. So they say the dog, you know, join the French Foreign Legion or something. I don't know about that. Join the circus. You know, I want to be upset that the dog's gone, but he's out there, you know, fighting for the French Foreign Legion. What am I supposed to do? Really, he was just run over by a Frenchman. That's right. That's right. That's so sad.
There is a line available right now because our phone lines are blowing up. Oh, dude. P1, my parents lied to me too, is on the line. Hey, guys, how's it going? Good, man. What's up? Okay, so I'm like five years old. I've been begging for the dog. Finally, they come home. It's a little beagle, and I got a little three-year-old brother. And my little brother's, like, grabbing the dog by the tail. He just doesn't really get it. So he's swinging the dog around by the tail and stuff. I come home one day, and Charlie's gone. And I look all around the back. Charlie. Oh, Charlie. Yeah. And I go to my mom. I'm like, Mom, where's Charlie? And she says, he must have run away. And so I sit by the front door crying and looking out and feeling like Charlie Brown looking for Snoopy. It's like 15 years later, and we're sitting there with my dad and some of his friends. One of his dad, one of the MPs from OnBase says, oh, yeah, remember that dog you gave to us? And I found out they let me think for three days that it ran away, and they actually gave it away to an MP OnBase. Oh, no. And how did you find out?
15 years later, the guy that got it was sitting there having beers talking with my dad and made some comment, and I looked up and went, you've got to be kidding me. No way. No way. Dude, dude, dude. Was it your brother's fault? I've always still looked at my brother for grabbing him by a tail. It was his fault. It was his fault. He owes you a dog. What's the brother's name? James. James. You're unbelievable. Your fault, bro. Charlie. Charlie bit me. P1 Michelle's on the line. Okay. Hey, good morning. Hi. Hi. My mom did a similar thing to me. I had a St. Bernard that we got when she was like six months old. Yeah. We had her for eight years. Yeah. And when she was six years old, we brought her and had a litter of puppies that we sold. And we kept it onto the litter, and she was really sickly and stuff. And I begged my mom to let me keep the puppy if I took care of her, and I did. And we had her for another two years. And one day my mom told me that we couldn't keep the dogs anymore, that they were too big, they needed a bigger place. And she actually drove us and the dogs to this place out in Mike and Ramona. And we left the dogs there, and she kept promising us that we could go back and visit the dogs and that they were safe. And after about six months of begging to go back and visit the dogs.
She told me that she'd had them put to sleep. Oh, no. Now, wait, wait, wait. Now, why did she tell you that? Because she did. I know, but did she have a reason for telling you? She didn't want to pay for their upkeep any longer. Oh. So she just had them put down for no reason? I was 14. And I locked myself in my bedroom for like a month. I was freaked. Oh, I did. You were 14? I was 14. Oh, I would have lost it. You guys getting the feeling that pets really mess us up, man? Dude, I would have lost it. Oh, I bet that sounds like fun. No, Mom. No, Mom. No, no, no, no. It's terrible. Mom, why do you sound so happy? I said it. Mom, what are you doing? Well, because normally for kids. Pets are like your first experience of loss. Yeah. You know? When you're 14, like, you get it. Like, duh. For sure. So, I mean, that's awful. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I love that she drove them out to Ramona. I know. I didn't even get to say goodbye. P1. Oh, shit. P1 Rabbit's on the line. Rabbit, you there? Rabbit, are you there? No, Rabbit. No. I think it was Eminem's character from 8 Mile, right? Oh, yeah. I think that was who was calling in. P1 Jason, what's up?
Not much, man. Same situation happened to me. What happened? Mom went and took, I was probably about six or seven years old, and she took a couple of dogs down to the pound. And she got there, and of course she was going to have them lay down, put down. Well, she came home later on that day and said that a rancher had saw these dogs, even though they were old and everything. saw these dogs and said, hey, those would be good dogs on my farm and everything. So she told us that. And I would say probably another ten years later or so, there was an episode of Friends that we were sitting down, all three of us, me and my sister and my mom, were sitting down watching. And the same kind of situation that came up in that episode, and me and my sister looked at each other, looked back at our mom, and my mom just fell out laughing. Oh, wow. Wow. She just fell out laughing. And we're like, are you serious? Did this happen? Is this what happened, Mom? No. Actual audio. That's terrible. That's awful. Actual audio. That was the freaking hilarious thing ever. Oh, my. It's brutal. Oh, man. Thanks for the call, brother. Now, what happened to P1 David is pretty...
Oh, no. This next one, you don't hear this every day. P1 David. Hey, how are you, Mikey? Good, dude. What happened with you? I was eight years old. We lived in Panama. My dad was in the Army. My dad bought my sister a dachshund. We called her Zoe. We were playing with her. It was for my sister originally. And we had base housing, so the back end was open. My little dog got... She got lost and we were pretty heartbroken. Five days later, my dad decided to buy a new Zoe and kind of just say, hey, she came back, look, and give it to my sister. So my sister now... So wait, so the new dog is like a changeling. It's a dog that looks like the old dog. Right. And he's going to try to pass it off as your dog. Exactly. So Zoe number two now is playing with my sister in front of the house and they're loving life, whatnot. Well, Zoe number one comes out of the bushes. Zoe number one comes back? It's like from freaking Meet the Fockers. It is. Got back out from the bushes. She's all beat up. Identical. Meet the parents. My sister playing with Zoe number two. I just wanted to say the name Fockers from the movie. Boner. Boner. Wow. So what happened? Well.
My Zoe number one sees Zoe number two enjoying life, and they're dachshunds, so they start to fight and run around. I'm assuming fight or play, and right in front of the house, the car comes and squishes both dogs at the same time. Oh, my gosh. Oh, oh. How did that happen? Did they run out in the street? Right. This is based housing again. The patio is very short in front of the houses. Yeah. I guess they started to run around either when they were excited or they were fighting. I don't know what happened. My sister's running around trying to get, you know, this figured out which Zoe I have. And then a car came by and watch. Crazy. Crazy. That is unbelievable. It's pretty crazy. Let's see some of the text messages that we're getting. Mikey, I love that you guys are incorporating so much of what goes on. During the show, into the website, that's a lot of work, and you guys make it a lot easier to look at. It's P1 Talon. Mikey, I had a pet rooster. My mom cooked him, then told me after dinner, and laughed, and I cried. How's that possible? Get out of here. How is it possible? How is it possible? That's so crazy. Well, that'll be fun. Let me tell you, we're looking around at our society, and we're like, what's the problem? I don't know.
understand. Why are they like this? Mikey had a dog named Freddy that got hit by a car when I was six. My mom told me that he went to a happy ranch and was chasing bunnies. Where are these ranches? In the sky. Mikey, OMG! My parents told me my dog Cindy went to live on a ranch too. Now I'm questioning everything. P1 Sundance. Oh, no. Yes, my advice, and you can take it for what it's worth, but my advice would be that you just tell the kids what happened to the dog and you let them learn how to deal with it. Life lesson. It's a lot better than them finding out about it later, especially like Eddie with his sister. He found out about it in the worst way possible. Which do you think?
would have hurt more. Thank you. The first way, just letting him know what happened or how he found out. 5701053, ladies and gentlemen, I am going to be making the announcement of what we're going to be doing. You ever heard of it? I have. Love that song. What is she saying in this song? What is the message being put across? No more gas in the rear. That's a good thing. Can't even get it started. This song should have been called Cider Eyes. She says no more gas in the rear, can't even get it started. That's a nerd. Nothing heard, nothing said, can't even speak about it. Well, first of all, it's an embarrassing issue, and so people don't want to speak about it. It's part of the problem of the whole gas issue. You know, if you smelt it, then you probably dealt it. Apparently she feels like it's affecting her psychologically. Yeah, mentally. You know what I mean? You keep breathing in those toxic fumes.
Gotta have some sort of... Should leave the door open so it doesn't stay in there. I think she's also trying to say that I really want to sound like Beyonce. Is that what she's saying? Like subliminally, she's saying that. Okay, there you go. She says, it's a thief in the night. This is all about gas? I know, that's so strange. I know it's a big issue in the country, but calm down. Your train of thought will be altered, so if you must falter, be wise. Your mind is in disturbia. Yeah, you got to take the train in that city. Oh, okay. Is that what the deal is? That's a good point. The D train? Yeah. You can take the D or the B. It doesn't matter. Dude. Okay. Blue line. I get some B now. This is all about the Shia LaBeouf movie. I think so, yeah. It was good, but I don't know if it weren't a song. Yeah. And what do you make of bum, bum, dee-dum, bum, bum, bee-dum-ba-dum? Um, well... Is that, like, the sound of... Is he scatting? Is that what the deal is? I don't know. No. One of the co-writers of the songs was on Oompa Loompa. I didn't even know that. How do you know everything about pop culture? It's amazing. I read a lot. You've got to get EW. We've got to get an Entertainment Weekly subscription. Yeah. It breaks everything down.
Did they have pictures? Yeah. They were at a table. The Oompa Loompa? And he had glasses on and he was like writing the lyrics. Like the Kanye type glasses? Yeah. They did pictures on the wall. It's like they talking to me. Yeah. Talking. You know what I'm saying? For sure. Now you can't understand what they're saying there because they had to, you know, kind of make it a clean version for Clear Channel where we play this song. really discombobulated. Yeah, that... She sounds like, you know, she's got a lot going on. I also think that it's kind of sad that she has not figured out that she's lactose intolerant, and so this entire song is a lament, not even knowing that. I need a side of rice in the studio. Very disheveled. I need a side of rice. I need a side of rice. It sounds like she sang I need a side of rice. Paul, the song is about she has gas, and the issue is her gas. Next.
That was easy. It's pretty easy to figure out. And where do we go from here? Relatable, right? Sky. Wow. That was a look I'm not sure about. Padres third baseman Kevin Kuzminov had arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder. And, Eddie, when's he going to be ready to go? He should be ready to go by the start of spring training. But, you know, anytime you have surgery on. On those kind of parts, it's kind of worrisome. But, you know, hey, I'm sure the Padres will get rid of him anyway. So what does it matter? That's probably true. That's probably true. Who cares? Let's see. Kim Kardashian says that if her and Reggie Bush get married, they should consider newlyweds type reality show. I think those are good luck. Don't drag Reggie. I think those are good luck. I think those are good luck for couples, man. Come on. Good luck. Name one couple that hasn't worked out for just only done one, Mike. And it didn't. Well, it's funny because when she was asked about, of course, she talks about how, you know, she would love to do it. But her quote about Red Reggie is, quote, he's extremely shy. He's a very private person and he's really focused on football. Still, the possibilities out there. I never I never want to say never.
Yeah. I mean, everything you described about him is the anti-reality show. Right, right, right. Like, figure it out. She doesn't care. No. Is Nicole Kidman retiring from movies? Um, what? Yeah, she's another one of these. You know, Angelina kind of made a statement like this. Angelina Jolie made a statement like this the other day. And now Nicole Kidman is saying that in terms of her future as an actor, she just really doesn't know. She's in a place in her life where she wants to focus on family. And even though she's 41 years old, she may want to have some more children soon. So this might be it for her. We're going to be doing something really cool with the show. And we're going to be telling you that within the next 10 minutes. Also, a little bit later on, we're going to be finding a competitor for Ashley to do some competitive eating. Oh, mommy's hungry. I'm hungry. I'm hungry. We did some stats on our web. And people going to watch Ashley eating is one of the most watched things. Not just on, well, I mean, clearly on our show. Right.
Throughout the company, we were blowing up stats and people going to watch Ashley eat. It's quite a sight. Go to MikeyShow.com and check it out. It really is. It's something to behold. It's pretty crazy. Super Bowl, but not. Well, yeah. It's like the Super Bowl, but nothing like it at all. Most things are. 570-1053 is our phone number. Our text number is 35253. Mikey Show is on. Prison sentence. Number one, North Carolina won its season opener over Kentucky 77 to 58 without Tyler Hansborough. Eddie, do you watch the show The Ultimate Fighter? I have it as my number one season pass on my TiVo. Never have missed an episode. The best show on television. Is that to say that as your number one show on TiVo that it will take priority over other recordings? Everything. Everything. Wow. Ever made on television. That's awesome. Eddie, why do you like this show so much? It's combining two of my favorite things. Ultimate fighting on the UFC and reality show. I love reality television. I think it's compelling. And to get a bunch of fighters together in a house.
and take away television, give them a bunch of booze, and have them already be kind of crazy because they fight for a living. Man, crazy stuff happens every single week. And then at the end of the episode, two guys fight to move on in the tournament. You get that every show. Every single show. It's pretty cool. It is the best show on television. It is. Awesome. Spike TV. It is great. It is great. I wonder if it's possible to go to Spike TV and watch the episodes maybe that you haven't seen, or can you download them maybe from iTunes? Fighting Rashad Evans, who won the second season of the Ultimate Fighter. Michael Bisbing, a winner. Diego Sanchez. I mean, all these big names. Chris Lieben, Josh Kosciak. I can keep going on and on. Have all been on the UFC Ultimate Fighter. That's amazing, man. This is what I think is cool about UFC. First of all, the Mikey Show is big time into the UFC. Big time. Big time. Big time. I love it. But also that this is not just a dude thing. My wife loves UFC. My wife.
And Ashley loves UFC. Sky can't get enough blood all over the place. I mean, she just is wanting to fight all the time. She would drink it if she could. Is that true? From a skull. What can you say? From a skull. That's a little much. Let's all calm down. But no, I mean, this sport is amazing. I love it. And it's one of these sports that is extremely popular right now. And this show is very popular, Ultimate Fighter. And, Eddie, let me ask you another question. Do you like to play blackjack? Do you like to throw the bones every once in a while and do a little dice? Yes, Mike, I have a gambling problem. You don't have to be so condescending about it. Yes, I love all those things. Well, then you may be interested, Eddie, in joining the Mikey Show. Uh-huh, uh-huh. My parents just had us kids all pile in the car, took us to the park, and dropped off the dogs. Mikey, I told my two younger brothers that if they didn't behave, Mom and Dad would send them away like they did our long-lost brother, Timmy, whom I made up. Everyone's fine. Yeah, everything's okay. Great. And Darvill with Listerine. What? P1 Scotty, are you there? Scotty. Scotty, how are you? Pretty good. Are you ready to play a little lyrical gangster? Oh, yeah. What do you do, bro? Cable guy. Oh, nice. Cable guy. Hey, cable guy. Do they still have black boxes? Mike, they're so racist. Yeah, but they're not the black boxes you're talking about. No, I mean, they don't still have those. I remember when I was in high school, between 84 and 88, the black box was a really cool thing. It gave you free cable. They don't still have that kind of stuff out there? No, they wouldn't work anymore. You guys figured out how to get around that, right? Yep.
That's what I figured. That's what I figured. All right, let's play this. Your categories are, in the name of love, which is love songs, 90s rock, or songs from movie soundtracks. 90s rock. Yeah, everything's, you know, the Illustrator, Photoshop, every kind of thing.
Every kind of program. This guy knows stuff. He knows stuff. I don't know. Draw a picture of me. That'd be awesome. Draw a picture of Eddie. That's weird. All right, bro. I could do that and send that in. Make me like a superhero. Yeah, do it. Make him look like he's from the Money for Nothing video. No, that's not as cool. You know what I'm saying? No, no, no. Yeah, don't sing it. He says, we can take forever just a minute at a what? Oh, I'm sorry, what? What? Time. You are correct. Why isn't Ashley singing? Oh, wow. That was great, and you're a winner. Hang on the line, will you? Very well done. Good job. Up next.

Your 90s rock question is, in the song Lump by the presidents of the United States of America, where did Lump sit alone? On a bench. That is fantastic. Sorry, dude. Let's do one more. I was really having fun hearing that song. P1 Warning. How are you doing, Mikey? Good, man. How are you doing? Doing well today. What do you do for a living?
You ask this every time I get on. You've done this before? Yeah. I don't remember you, P1 warning. I'm sorry. You asked me about pancakes last time. What do you do? I'm a corpsman in the military. Oh, really? You ever eat pancakes? What do you think about pancakes? You asked me if I preferred pancakes or waffles, and then if I like those little butter packets. things that they come with. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sounds like us. What do you think of J.J. Abrams' movies? Me too, bro. Who's your favorite Bond? Yeah, who's your favorite Bond? My favorite who? Bond. Oh, I like Sean Conner, definitely. Nice. Okay, here's your categories. 90s rock, songs from movie soundtracks, and In the Name of Love. I'm going to switch it up and go in the name of love. You got it. Oh, what's up? A romantic. Here is your love song. Let the romance begin. In the song, The Longest Time by Billy Joe. Oh, come on. Billy Joe. Billy Joe. Play some Billy Joe. He says, if you said goodbye to me tonight, there would still be music left to what? A thing? Yes, but that's incorrect.
I think your friend just yelled out the answer. There'd still be music left to write, bro. P1 warning. I believe in you. I'm going to give you another shot at a gay love song. Okay. I know you're going to get this one. In the song, My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion. Celine says, every night. In my dreams. I see you. I feel you. That is how I know you. What? Hang on a second. Hang on. I'm going to do it for you like this. Every night in my dreams. I see you. I feel you. That is how I know you.
Are there? Smell like cheese. You're the worst. Cheese whist. Smell like cheese. No, it's that is how I know you go on. Face. Cheese whist. Man, Ashley is so disappointed in this guy. She's got a look of pure hatred right now. Why are you going to call in Warning and pick love songs if you don't know freaking Celine Dion My Heart Will Go On? Are you crazy? What are you doing to us? Why are you doing this to us? We don't deserve this, Warning. We're good to you. You're a friend. But don't worry, Warning. They're okay. I'm a loyal listener. Okay. They're fine. Eddie sees all the people in the water at the end of Titanic. They're fine. They're fine. They're just resting. Why are they blue? Resting their eyes. But they're blue. Say blueberries. I have a sensitivity to sugar. I'm dumb. I can't be a doctor. You are a doctor. Just because I like to be sensitive of other people's feelings. But it doesn't do any good. Sean. I'm very fair when I'm dipping. Boston Rob. Everybody enjoys a good thumbs up once in a while. That's right. And Ashley. I can't. I'm really bad at describing things. On Rock 105.3. It is 838. Brad Pitt will be on Oprah later today and talks about a bunch of family stuff, including the fact that his daughter Shiloh will only respond to the name Peter or John. I mean, every time you say it, I think it's a joke, man. It's ridiculous. And you're not joking. What did you think of the name Shiloh? You're being serious. I was thinking of the name Peter. You guys, you guys, listen to this. So, did you know that there's a space shuttle up right now? Yeah. What? No. Yeah. I didn't. The Endeavor.
Okay, Space Shuttle Endeavors. I just saw this right now. I'm Googling the blog web. I'm out there blogging up the net. Good, good. And one of the astronauts, they were doing a spacewalk, okay? Out there walking around in space. And they accidentally let go of a tool bag yesterday after a grease gun inside of it exploded. And then the astronaut watched it as it floated off into space. They think that this is the largest object ever that's ever been lost on a spacewalk. Wow. Oh, shoot. It was a chick astronaut that did this.
that's necessary. It's not even relevant to the story. You know that's a coach bag that she accidentally let go of. Why do you guys carry so much stuff in your bags? I know it, man. It's ridiculous. Whatever. It's a tool belt, you said. Well, it figures. I mean, they don't know what they're doing with tools. Why are they giving a woman tools? It's not a vacuum cleaner. What's she doing with it? Her husband got a call last night at midnight. I just asked my parents. Can you go into the computer at home and look up something for me? Because I lost her phone number and I can't find it. I need to get home. I heard she lost her camera, too. Wow. Flotted out the shuttle. All right. Okay, be cool. This conversation is deteriorating. Taking a turn. How great is that? Oh, typical brawl. That's right. Lost the purse and space. It's not a purse. You said it was a tool belt. She said that her grease gun exploded, getting the dark gray stuff all over a, and I'm not kidding, all over a camera.
And her gloves. Why didn't you tell us you were in space? While wiping off herself, the white backpack size bag slipped out of her hands and she lost all of her tools. Well, it was grease. Of course it's going to be slippery. That has to be such a funny video. Figure it out. For real. I agree, Sky. Figure it out, ladies. You know what I mean? Okay, before we went to break, I told you that there has been a recall on 800,000 frozen chicken meals. Sky, what brand? Lean Cuisine. Oh, no. Dude, my wife eats that all the time. We eat them like crazy. Every girl does. Oh. Oh. Yeah, Dina eats them like crazy. She won't stop. Wow. I'll have to tell her. The recall applies to three different kinds of chicken dishes. One is their pesto chicken with bow tie pasta. Oh, that sounds good. The other is chicken Mediterranean.
Oh, okay. Rebecca would not eat either of these so far. And then the third one is chicken Tuscan. And they say due to the fact that... Is that Italian? That chicken Tuscan? Is that Italian? It could be. I don't know. Because if it's Italian, she'd probably eat it. Oh, okay. They say that these three different dishes may contain foreign material. Foreign? What does that even mean? It means like a Swedish girl from college. Is that where Osama Bin Laden's been hiding? I knew it! Yeah. I've been looking at Stouffer's. So they say that the foreign material is small pieces of hard plastic. Oh, that's kind of gross. Which is really good. So you can, you know, check their website for the specific, like, numbers, the production codes of which ones. Or you can just check your dinners. Yeah, start looking through there for little plastic bits of real plastic.
Did you guys hear that TiVo is going to start letting you order Domino's through it? Oh, dude, that's brilliant. Isn't that great? You're going to order Domino's through your TiVo. Dude, that's my spot. You like Domino's? That's like what I do. I have a question about that for Ash, by the way. Okay. Do you get... Domino's because it's the only place that delivers near you? Because that's the only reason I would ever be ordering Domino's because I don't like Domino's. No, in fact, there's been a couple times where I've been like, oh, I'm going to branch out and get a pizza delivered from Pizza Hut or Papa John's. But I prefer Domino's and they know me at the place I go to. They know my order. They bring it so quick. When you call, do they answer the phone and say... Piping hot. No, I order online, and they get it to me. And you order online? Oh, yeah. You don't call them. You order online. Oh, they've got, like, online, and I've already, I'm, like, logged in. So they know you. They make sure it's piping hot when it gets there. And they, like, save my order. Like, I have my order saved online, so I can just click the order that I want. Rob just said that. Looked at Eddie and goes, did she realize it? Give me a break. They know me. They put cheese on my pizza. I've gotten pizzas before. I get crust. Yeah.
A jackal. Yeah. A jackal. I've gotten pieces before where it's not. They do this thing special for me called pepperoni. It's not as fresh. It's an exotic meat. It's not the same. I know what you mean. Exotic meat. Whatever. Well, if I'm doing delivery, I roll round table. I roll round table. I roll round table. I've only had that one. If I have that one. The last Domino's pizza you've had. I can't even remember the last time I had Domino's. I can guarantee you. I know when the last time I had Domino's was August 2007. I think that that's what they got for our fantasy football draft in August of 2007. And the year before that, Papa John's. Papa John's the first year. Last year was Papa John's because I remember. Then it was the first year. It was the year before that that we had Domino's. It's been two years. Oh, you're missing out, bro. Really? Why do you like it? I love, I love, the pizza's good. You know, I wouldn't necessarily like rave about the pizza. I always get like weird pizza. Like I get the thin crust and I get like. What do you get? What is her order? Like I'll get, like normally I'll get the thin crust and then I'll get like a different sauce. They've got options. You can get original marinara or you can get four cheese marinara or you can get, you know, whatever. So I'll get like maybe the four cheese marinara and then I'll get on top peppers, olives, pepperoni, sausage.
Garlic until recently. Oh, come on. And light cheese. I always get light cheese. I'd keep getting light cheese if I were you. And I order either breadsticks or cheese sticks. Both delicious. Holy cow. It just depends on my mood, and then I always get Cinestix and a two-liter Diet Coke. Oh, my. And that's it. And a Cherry's Jubilee. Cherry's Jubilee, and that's it. A Diet Coke. The delivery guy knows me. And I'm going to go with a filet of fish sandwich, since that has less calories, because it's fish. What's going on, Boner? Are you calling to order a pie? You want the Junior? Bacon cheese. Can I have a junior Western bacon cheese? A junior Western bacon cheese. I'm trying to watch my figure. So, Skye, how will this work on TiVo? Well, TiVo, you know, it's like connected to the web, you know. It is? Inner web.
Yeah, the inner space. Well, you know, Mike TiVo runs on the Linux operating system, so essentially it's a computer in there. So, you know, you just put a browser on it, whether it be Firefox or Opera or one or the other. You know, it just depends which one you want to put on. You know, it's very easy to control that way. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I'm sure that Sean will be doing this. All right. They say that you can just use your remote. Thanks. You're welcome. I don't know. So they say that you can just use your remote. And I guess it'll be one of the options on your menu or whatever. And you can place your order using your remote. And through your TiVo, you can, like, track the status of the order. If it's in the oven or if it's on its way. That's crazy. I would get Domino's just for that reason. Just to try the system. And if there's any nerds out there listening that know anything about TiVo and their relationship with DirecTV, let me know the latest. All I know is that they're trying to work out a deal. They used to work together. Now they hate each other. They're not friends. And so what happened was when they broke up, it was a bad breakup. And when they broke up, DirecTV was like, fine, I'll do what you do on my own.
I'll make my own TiVo. And I'll call it DirecTV DVR. And it's a turd. It's a turd. And it doesn't matter what version of it they put out. It's always been a turd. It's not your friend. It's basically the temperature of the core of the sun. That's how hot the device gets. But if it overheats. Oh, forget it. But from what I've heard. in Nerdland, DirecTV and TiVo are thinking about getting back together. And if they do, let me tell you, that machine they had with DirecTV and TiVo was legit. It was awesome. Dude, I want to get it. Ashley, mommy likes to eat. I just heard. She's telling you how much she likes to eat. I'm hungry. Yeah, she does. She's hungry. Shovels it in. Well, let's see. What did she tell me about last night? I'm hungry. Oh, you're always hungry. She says that she got back from hip-hop class. Ooh, fuck. And what did you have for dinner last night? Lean pocket. Lean pocket. I don't know if I wrote that. Watching your figure? Not feeling good?
No. A little gassy? No, I just enjoy lean pockets. Are you gassy? All I know is that usually you'll throw down a couple of pizzas, maybe a couple of cinnamon rolls, you know, a box of cereal. Well, I also had a sundae. A small child. Yeah. I had a sundae. You had a sundae? I had a lean pocket, and then I made myself a sundae with caramel and hot fudge sauce. Did you chew up malt balls again in your mouth? No, I just used semi-sweet chocolate chips. All right, let's do this. Let's do this. Yeah, I made it full Sunday. It's delicious. If you're listening right now, if you're listening right now and you want to see Ashley involved in one of her eating competitions, just go to MikeyShow.com and check it out. But we're going to do another eating competition tomorrow. Come on, ladies. I'm appealing to you ladies out there that want to compete with Ashley in an eating competition. This time you will be eating Cheetos. Oh, my God. I love them so much, Mike. Cheetos. I'm going to sit anywhere near her. Can she do it in her room? Dude, this is how we're going to do it. It's going to be totally legit. We're actually going to weigh the Cheetos on a food scale. That's good. A scale that can count ounces. And so whoever eats more will be the winner. We'll start out with an equal amount. Whoever has the least amount of weight when it's done wins. 5701053, ladies. This is intense. I'm coming off a W.
This is almost a mandatory win. It was. It was a controversial W. This is a mandatory win. This is really big. But at the same time, I don't want someone to call in all willy-nilly. I want someone to call in that's really serious about eating Cheetos. Yeah. Ashley, and I'm not kidding. Ashley, and I'm not kidding, cried. And it's on video. You can watch it. She cried when she thought that she lost. She cried. Yeah. And you can see it on video. Yeah. I was being cheated. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I was upset. Well, she's going to Cheeto tomorrow. She's going to Cheeto. Make sure they're the crunchy ones, too, not the puffs. I don't like the puffs. Take care of you. 570-1053. If you're a girl and you can come in tomorrow, about this time, Eddie? Maybe a little bit earlier. Come in about 8 o'clock. You can come in tomorrow, ladies. 8 o'clock. Eat against Ashley. Call us right now. Good luck. 570-1053. Yeah, good luck. Because the truth is, I think she's only lost once. Am I wrong about that? You lost twice. You lost twice? I lost the first time to the marshmallows, to that raging personal trainer, crazy woman. Marshies. Yeah. Marshies. Marshies. I think you lost that first time, honestly. I think you lost that first time because...
And I'm just being completely honest. You hadn't trained hard enough. I was careless. No, you're right. You hadn't trained hard enough. And we hadn't implemented drug testing yet. No. And so we don't know what happened with that. I'm not saying anything. But it could have been a factor. What else did you lose eating? Bananas. Yeah. Which, you know, again, it was my strategy, Mike. You know, I was peeling the bananas from the other side, the opposite end, because that's what a listener told me to do. Can't do it. Blew up in my face. That was terrible. Worst ever. I want winners. But let me tell you, she killed it with corn dogs, mini corn dogs. Oh, yeah. Saltines. Killed it with the saltines. Smashed that. Yeah, she was great. Yeah. So. I just got an idea. Nuggets. I just got an idea. Nuggets. I just got an idea. I got to write this down. Write it down, Mike. I'm just wanting a four nugget thing. I'm trying to watch my calorie intake. What you do is you take the six nugget, you take two out. Okay, genius. Yeah. It makes it a four nugget. All right. We have a... It's not that hard. We have a contestant. Oh, good. Yes. P1 Melissa. Yes. How are you?
Good. How are you? I'm fantastic. Are you wanting to eat in an eating contest against Ashley? If it's Cheetos, yes. I hope you're good, lady. Now, is it Cheetos or Cheese Puff? We just clarified. Cheetos. Okay, sorry. I turned my radio down. Oh, you're a good P1. You're a good P1. You like them Cheetos, right? I do love the Cheetos. And they're regular, right? Because I don't do the fiery, spicy, hot ones. We ain't going, we don't roll that way, lady. We roll regular. Cheesy goodness. Yep. We roll original. And I have never done this before, so I cannot say I'm as good as Ashley, but I will try my best. How old are you? 27. All right. How much, can you tell us height and weight? Yeah, I'm 5'4", about 135. All right. And it's going to be a fair fight here, man. We're going to do this fair. And we're going to videotape it, and we're going to put it on, and we're going to web it up. Oh. Nice. Okay. Come in here tomorrow. I'm going to put you on hold. We'll get you information, and we'll get it all set, all right? Sounds good. Hang on a second. You want to see it? You want to see her doing this? You can see it right now, MikeyShow.com. You go to MikeyShow.com right now, and you can watch video of Ashley in her former eating competitions. Whoppers. Yeah, not whoppers like the hamburger, but the candy. The delicious malty balls. You run. Save that.

Mikey is a very judgmental jerk, and I fight that. I do not like killer whales, no. Okay. Sky. No, I'm Jacuzzi Club. Sean. I don't wear. Boston Rob. I got short-term memory loss. No, I can't do it. And Ashley. I'm not that great anyways. I'm kind of crazy. The Mikey Show's on. Come on. Rock 1053. Eddie, no, no. No, no. Let him go. Let him go.
performance for us here. Well, I guess the best way to describe it is, do you remember the Playboy Bunny scene in Apocalypse Now when they were, you know, they were dancing in their short shorts? It's kind of that. No salute. No salute. Eddie, a Charger girl routine. I think there's a Charger girl routine. I'm pretty sure. It's making me uncomfortable. No way, dude. No, I was going to ask something, but I realized we're not even into the break yet. Was it about what we were talking about? Well, the way he was dancing, there's this email that Zeth got this morning, and I happened to see it when he was watching it, and it's like you can elf somebody. What is that? And you take their face and turn them into an elf, and they do these like, and it's like real people doing this dance, but then it's your face on it.
And it's like this, you know, just like obscene, like, or not obscene, but just crazy dance. Yeah, it's not obscene, but it's just like, you know, like weird, funny dances. And Eddie just doing that was like exactly this email. You have to see this email now. It's hilarious. And it's like a website that you go to that makes you dance this way? Yeah, I think like animated. It's called Elf Yourself. Oh, okay. Check it out. Hey, family show, bro. Let's see. I'm going to tell you how that Santa Barbara fire started in just a second. Just want to read this to you. Mikey, heard you talking about TiVo being able to order Domino's pizza on it. Did you guys know that you can rent Blu-ray videos on your PS3? What? Huh? If you go to the PlayStation Network, there's a tab on the top that says video. And right there, you can rent videos that you can download to your PS3 for a certain amount of time. Just thought I'd let you know. I'm going to do that today. That's awesome. Very cool. Yeah, let's do that today. You can also do that on your Xbox. Yep. Why is Rob trying to involve himself in each of these things that you're doing with the PS3, Xbox, that kind of deal? Wait, we're going to go do that today. He is the typical little brother to Eddie. Always tagging along. I don't even care what movie, Hellboy 2. Okay, whatever. You just suggested one. Yeah, we can watch that too.
Whatever you want to do. Dude, what do you mean it's the only one you've made? The only one you've made. Tropic Thunder. I don't care. Whatever. We're just going to be kicking it anyways. 570-1053. That's odd. Our text number is 35253. Taquitos. I don't care what you mean. What? I'm making that for you. Now you're actually ordering what you want him to make. Oh, no, no, no. It's not an order, but I do like Hot Pockets. Okay. I know. Yeah, everyone knows. Let's see. A little meat tray. A little meat tray. That's what she said. By the way, if you want to text us, my two-year-old son, Jake, says... There it is. The Santa Barbara Fire. 210 homes were destroyed. One of them was Doc Brown's home. Doc Brown? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. What's his name? Christopher Lloyd? Yeah, $11 million home. Marty, dude. How did it start, Skye? How did this fire start? Well, an anonymous tip led investigators to 10 college students who were hanging out at an abandoned property in the area and had built a bonfire. Well, I guess they put the bonfire out and left, but there were still some smoldering embers and those Santa Anas kicked them up and 210 homes destroyed. Idiots. So sad, man.
So the DA is going to review the case and, you know, see if there's any charges to be filed. But it just sounds. I remember that episode of the OC. Oh, dude. That was scary. And on Bev, you know, 90210 back in the day, David Silver got this new pad out in the mansion. The hills are on fire. Donna sees a baby deer that has gotten away from his mother. So she decides. I'm going to go help the deer, even though all the canyons surrounding me are on fire. I don't remember this episode. And then she slides down the hill, twists her ankle, meets a hot fireman, you know. I can't believe that show's not on anymore. It is, though. Well, a new version. Yeah, the new version was on last night. The new porno version. It is so awesome. The porno 210. Yeah, porno 210. Seriously. So good. I don't know what it is about women in their 30s loving to watch shows for girls that are like 18 years old, but they do. Oh, yeah. And what am I saying? 30s. Even 40s. There are women in their 40s that love that stuff. Ashley, do you watch Gossip Girl? Mm-hmm. Sky, what do you mean? Well, I only watch 90210 because of the nostalgia. I feel connected to it because I watched the original when I was a kid. You don't watch The Hills or anything? No, I don't watch The Hills. I don't watch Gossip Girl. I don't watch any of that stuff.
But I know a lot of women who do, so. North County Times cutting 25 newsroom jobs. Yep, tough times for a lot of people. They say, you know, they've lost a lot of advertising. They have 25 people that work there? I guess. Wow. Okay. I'm shocked. Yeah. So, you know, the advertising is tough right now, and so they're cutting 25 jobs, mainly reporters and editors and stuff like that. Uh-oh. Go ahead, dude. Floor's all yours. Oh, man, I just lost it. Oh, no. That's the worst. What was I just going to ask you? It was about Donna Martin graduating. Oh, I don't think she should. What? A little too much drinky drink. It was a no tolerance policy. No tolerance policy. I'm retracing the way that I was thinking right now. Oh, I just remembered. Booyah! In your face, Rob. I helped.
I wanted to ask you guys, what are they going to call this thing we're in? It's going to have to have a name. Ooh, like the Great Depression. Yeah, seriously, they're going to have to call it something. That one's already taken. Yeah, they already took that. But they're going to have to call this something. Great Depression 2, this time it's serious. Could be. First of all, they're going to have to acknowledge that this is, in fact, a recession and that we're officially in it and that it's happening. Maybe they'll call it the... See, the problem is that this isn't the 90s or the 80s. It's the millennies. That's what's hard about it. What are we in? We're not in the 80s or the 70s or the 90s. We're in the... Two Ks. The zeroes? The two Ks? When the worst president of all history... The O's? Oh, the O's. When the worst president in all of history ruined the economy. Why does she want to just fist fight? She just wants to fist fight all the time, man. Skye, you know what the economy does. That's what the economy does. Right. You can send all the jobs to China like Clinton did. But let's not point fingers and talk about NAFTA. Let's not talk about it. Yeah, great. Great.
I don't know, though. Something like the house. The house. Maybe it'll have to do with houses. The house of wax. The housing bust. Can you be serious for once? No. What will we say? The house of cards has fallen. When it's 2020, will we go, what will we say? Hey, it's all because of the... The house of pain. The festival of jerks. Finally, Zach. Remember back in 08, the Festival of the Jerks? I like that. Festival of the Jerks. It's going to be like some... The Greater Depression. That is it. Okay, so remember when I was talking about the frozen chicken dinners? Did you guys, when you were kids, eat the TV dinners that went in the oven? Oh, yeah. Oh, for sure. In the oven? Absolutely. I ate a lot of those, man. Made them myself. You know, my mom would buy them. My roommate, she would buy them. And I would cook these things in the oven. Now, let me ask you. Did you have a favorite kind? Oh, for sure. What? Salisbury steak. Dude, dude. The best. That's my favorite. Salisbury steak. Yeah. Was the best. With mashed potatoes, green beans, and the apple crumble. Did you mix it?
The veggies with the mashed potatoes. I put the mashed potatoes in the gravy of the Salisbury steak for sure. Oh, that's, yeah, yeah, yeah. See, I liked mixing the mashed potatoes in the, I would get the medley. It was the vegetable medley. So it had corn, a couple of green beans, some peas, some carrots. For color. Yeah, you mix it all together and you eat it down. Yeah, I love those. Did anybody else have the oven ones? I think these ones are too young. You guys are too young. You know what another great one was? Actually, I think this may have been, I like this one over that one. And it was the oven fried chicken TV dinner. I was just going to say that one. It was good, man. Sean, do you remember any other ones? Oh, yeah, dude. They were all really good. They were, like, really salty, but delicious. The dessert, whether it was the berry or the apple or whatever, was always the temperature of the sun. Yeah. Like hot lava. And you go, lava, lava, lava, lava. Oh, yeah. It said to let it cool for two days, and then you could eat it. Two days? Yeah, two days. Just let it cool.
Sit it out on the patio if you live in, you know, Des Moines, Iowa, and it's winter. Sit it out on the patio. They had apple crisp. They had... It's like a berry something. That sounds good. Cherry's Jubilee. Oh, Cherry's Jubilee. So good. Delicious. Anybody else? You listening? 5701053, did you eat that stuff? And did you eat it on a TV tray? I did. I did too. My parents had that set of four that would stand up and you would get a TV tray and you'd get to watch dinner and you'd get a TV dinner. Ours were the stained wood. Oh, really? I loved going to friends' houses and they had those. I thought that was so high class. Do you guys still have those and use those? No. Dude, I want some so bad. Yeah, we have a set of four wood ones that we use. I would love them, but my wife, I know, I know. Can you get Rebecca on the line? They're hand-me-downs. I'm going to try a negotiation. What? I don't think she wants them.
Well, we keep ours, like, in the closet, like, so you don't see them. Hey, whatever your business is, all your business. No one ate. No one ate. Wow. And then we bust them out. Hey, eat some dinner on me. Get out of the closet. What are you watching? Yeah. What do you mean? I have a girlfriend. Sounds gay. Put a TV dinner on me. Oh, that's hot. Hot, hot, hot, hot, hot. All right. You dorks. I would love TV trays. I don't need them because the way my thing is positioned, we eat dinner, we can see the TV, so I don't need them. Dude, you know what my brother has that's legit? Have you seen those coffee tables where the center, like, comes up? Oh, yeah. Uh-uh. Yeah, like the, you know, you'll have your coffee table, and the center part, like, is on a hinge, so it pops up. And then you can pull it towards you so it's like basically a big old TV tray. Patent pending. You can get it at like Jerome's. But if you want to buy the idea, email me and I'll send you the designs. They need something for bed eating. Do you guys do bed eating? No, I cannot. Eddie, you don't eat in bed? I cannot. Because if I ever found a crumb in my bed, I would be grossed out. Don't even start.
The things we shall not discuss. The things we shall not discuss. Like eating an everything bagel in my bed. Now that's got me beat. That's got me beat. Finding poppy seeds. Honey, there's a sesame seed stuck to my butt. I don't know why. Two weeks ago I was eating Chinese food in my bed. Oh yeah, dude. You know those little white... What is it? Like styrofoam? I eat them anyways. They just come. Those get lost everywhere. I got my wife. Babe, I got an apple pie on my side. Don't throw that away. How are you? I'm good. How are you? I'm good. I want to know what your opinion of TV trays are. TV trays? Yeah, what are they called, you know? Is that what they're called, TV trays? I think so, yeah. You know, TV trays. Oh, like the stand that you use in front of the TV? They fold down, and they're in like a TV tray dispenser. Right. And you walk over, and you pick one up, and you take it over, and you fold the top up. You struggle to get it open. You struggle to get it open. Sometimes your finger gets pinched down. You reach underneath, you pull the deal so that it stays stable.
Yeah, yeah, I know what you're talking about. Oh, you sound stoked on those. Yeah, I'm 110% against them. Whoa! Sky says that you can put them away so that they're not an eyesore, that they store real easily. That's not why I'm against them. I mean, that's partially why I'm against them, but primarily I'm against them because I want to eat at the table with our family. I gotcha. Well, what about... What if the new 90210 was on, Rebecca? Not a very popular opinion. What? What if the new 90210 was on, though, during dinner? Well, you know what? During dinner, when the new 90210 comes on, you know, we're usually, like, trying to feed Jake. You know what I'm saying? With the little one. Hang on. He doesn't watch 90210. He's missing out. Now, what about when it's not dinner time and it's like Sunday football time? Um, you know, I'm... It's not going to happen. She didn't like it. She's trying to make it seem like this is about, you know, eating at the dinner table and having dinner. It's not. It is absolutely a combination of things. It's a combination of things.
You know, when 90% eyesore, 10% dinner table. Well, you forgot, you know, probably 20% like food and crumbs all over the living room. Just to sit under him with a little dust buster. It'd be fun. Eating for the kitchen and the table. Say what? Eating for the table and the kitchen and stuff. Not for the couch. My parents said growing up, too, I was never allowed to eat in front of the TV. That's not... We always sat at the dinner table, all of us together, every night. That's a great idea. Yeah. Come on, Mike, you're the man of the house. Put your foot down. Oh, gosh. Wow. It's called Pick Your Best. Yes, dear. Oh, I love you. Oh, I love you, too. Rob, I got an invention. Thanks, honey. Okay, go. Okay, bye. They make a TV tray that you strap over your shoulder, and it sits on a little shoulder strap. That's a bad invention. It's so ridiculous. Really? Nah, because, like... Why not? What happens if you do that, and someone runs up behind you and goes, Oh, my mom! You're sitting down on a couch. Yeah, unless someone scares you.
You know how I eat, though. I'll make it myself. Okay. And we'll see. You're out. You guys remember this, TV dinners? You guys remember TV dinners with ribs in them? I don't either. P1 Ocho Cinco just texted us and said the TV dinner ribs with the mom ribs. Was that Hungry Man? It must have been. Swanson? What are we talking about? All I think we had was Swanson. Swanson. Did Vandekamp's make? Bird's Eye? Bird's Eye. Is that one? They make veggies. Vandekamp makes fish sticks. That sounds horrible. Shut your mouth. You're a jerk. Hey, do they still make fish sticks? Is that still out there? Because you know I wouldn't be eating that at my house. Gordon's Fisherman. Let's see. Mikey, I hated when you had to get up and turn the gigantic TV channel knobs while you were eating your TV dinner. Yeah, there was no remote. You had to get over there and turn the knob to channel you. Mikey, did you guys have the kids' TV dinners with the picture under the food? Do not remember that at all. I don't remember that either. Dad always got the Hungry Man TV dinner. P1 Kim. This is making me so badly want to go get a TV dinner with chicken in it. But you have to put it in the microwave now. Don't you have the option? Don't they always give you the instructions? Oh, do they? Dude, if I can stick that...
I can stick that in the oven and get the oven-fried chicken. It's good stuff. With little mashers. Texas, 35253. Call us, 570-1053. We announced it earlier. We're going to Vegas, baby. Outfielder Coco Crisp has been traded from the Red Sox to Kansas City for a reliever Ramon Ramirez. What? What? See ya, Coco. What? No more Coco Crisp? Good or bad? I'll tell you this. Okay, okay. He was huge in the playoffs. Listen, listen. There is my heart, which I am going to miss this guy. Your heart will go on. He played his heart out. I mean, he used his body to... do everything. I've heard it's a wonderland. I've heard that, too. Yeah, that, too. But, I mean, he's injury prone and his batting average isn't that good. He was real clutch for us last year, but I'm going to, oh, man, I'm going to miss that guy. I am really going to miss him. Why'd you like him? You need bullpen help. We do need bullpen help. What'd you like about Coco Crisp? Dude, just, like, the intensity. The intensity he played with, he could cover that center field like a lot of guys can't.
We got Jacoby Ellsbury that can do the same thing. He's real quick. What about those guys? I don't know what that is. I mean, Coco Crisp, dude, you would see him full sprint and slam into a wall, you know, and that's kind of what led to his injuries. But that guy played his heart out and, you know, he gave it his all. So I respect that. But now we got some speed with Jacoby. Ah, but still, I'm going to miss Coco. I'll still rock his shirt. You still eat the cereal. Of course you will. I still. Let's do this. Now it's time for the YouTube clip of the day. You ready to hear some old people rapping? Yeah. Cut 22. Fantastic. It's brand new, the website, and you can see everything there. It's pretty cool.
Somebody wrote us and asked about, or somebody called in. They said, hey, you guys, Thanksgiving. Anybody brining their bird? Turkey? Turkey? Turkey? You know what that is? Do you know what brining is? I get a faint idea what it is. It is? It's like you put it in salt water and you just let it sit. Yeah, you just throw it in the ocean. No, that's ridiculous. No, you like salt. It's salt. The water, you put sea salt. It's salt, it's water, and it's other stuff, too. Warm water. Yeah, it's other stuff, too. It's a combination of warm water and ice. That would be tepid water. Nope. Rob, you're a chef. You guys can come over. No, thank you. You're cooking, right? You're cooking. After that sage butter turkey last year, people were requesting me to cook. It was purple, bro. One leg. So filthy. That's so gross. That's the bird's fault. The bird went all purple on you. Bruised up. I am a fan of the brine. Juicy, tender, most delicious thing ever. Loving. Loving, kind. Do you get to pull the skin up and put anything in between the skin and the meat? Yeah, butter. You do? Yeah. Okay.
Just make it sure, because if you don't do that... You're just making sure I'm doing this right? You have to. Rob's giving you advice. I taught you how to eat french fries with cider vinegar. He's going to stick to that. I'm so glad I got to open your eyes to that. I'd always eaten my fries with malt vinegar. What he did was he had a little dipping bowl next to his bowl. And he filled it up with malt vinegar, and then he soaked the fries. I go, hey, that looks like a Kool-Aid. Ever since then, he brings it up to me almost daily. Mike, remember what I taught you? You never even knew about malt vinegar before him. Or french fries. He can pretend, you know, I understand in the foodie world, he doesn't want to embarrass himself. I broke it off proper for him. Rob, you should do this, what I'm about to tell everybody about. I don't know. This makes it easy because it's all in a kit. How many instructions are there? Because if there's more than five steps, I shouldn't do it. Let me tell you something. What? First time I did it, first time I brined a bird, I had to do it in a big cooler. What are those things that you see at football games? Yeah, like the big Gatorade. Gatorade containers. Yeah, like orange. Like you can rent at McDonald's. Yeah, yeah. Oh, I didn't know that. I didn't either.
Oh, yeah. If you have a party or a picnic or something like that, you can rent those coolers and get them filled with the high C. Really? Yeah. Well, check it out. First time I did it, I had to do it in one of those. And it was a process. I would never do it again. And I said to myself, after I did that, I go, I'm never doing that again. And then Rebecca got real sick, and so I thought maybe I poisoned her. What? What? She did. She got sick and I thought it was my fault. So I said, I'm never doing this ever again until I found this ready-made package. It's this gigantic Ziploc bag you stick the turkey in. Turkey. Turkey. Turkey. And it has this ready-made mix you just pour in there and fill it with water and soak it for a few hours. That's awesome. Fireandflavor.com. Fireandflavor.com. And then when you get there, on the left-hand side, click on Brine Mixes. What else is the... $10, dude. $9.99. $9.99, you get the whole kit. And they have different flavors. They got apple sage. Oh, salt. Herb flavor. Ever have apple butter? Oh, have you? How do you do that? What is it? What is that? You know about apple butter? We're talking about brining. Real quick, that website was...
Fireandflavor.com. And yes, I know about apple butter. Okay, just checking. Thank you. So they got apple sage flavor. They got herb flavor. They got ancho chili flavor. They got herbs de proven flavor. Yeah, and all it is is it's a big Ziploc bag that you stick the bird in, throw the stuff in there, fill it with water, stick it in it. This turkey comes out so... moist and delicious. Yeah, great, Mike. Have you ever lifted up the skin and put a whole watermelon under there? No, I have not. The flavor is unreal. I've never done that. I'm telling you, you get some, do this with room temperature butter. With what? Rum. Rum temperature. You put rum? Yeah. Well, Mike's a recovering alcoholic. It cooks off the alcohol. I know what apple butter is. What's rum butter? But, you guys. What? You stick the rum temperature butter underneath the skin. No, no, no. So great, you guys. It makes it tick. It tastes like butter. Get some fresh sage. Get a syringe. Yeah. Fill it up with butter. Yeah.
Well, you know, that's for advanced foodies. You make a speedball for the turkey. Tie off the turkeys arm. While the turkey is alive, have it snort cocaine. Yeah. So there it is. Sounds great. All leads to a delicious bad. Bad. I will be buying my Wonder Bread next Monday. It's the only time I eat Wonder Bread. You're foolish. Only time I eat Wonder Bread is after Thanksgiving. You're very childlike. What do you guys use again? My dad, he doesn't even care about the turkey. He wants to have the turkey sandwich. Me too. What he does is gets a fresh loaf of French bread and cuts it and has the French bread turkey sandwich, which is the best. You're wrong too. Have you ever had it? Yeah. You've had a French bread sandwich. You can't afford French bread. Get out of here. It was $1.29. It was two weeks old, dude. Why? It was like a crouton turkey sandwich. It was $1.29. I was stoked. I got the whole loaf. The whole loaf? Yeah. What do you do? Sky, what about you? What do you do? Well, to be honest, I don't really care for turkey or turkey sandwiches. Cider rice? No.
Ham. Ham. How do you like your ham sandwich? How do you like your next day ham sandwich? I'm with Eddie. I go French bread or a baguette. Baguette. Yeah. Really good. That is too classy. No, French bread, dude. It's so good. I like to go. Brings out the flavor of turkey. WT, bro. Yeah. You got to roll WT. But with the Wonder Bread, doesn't it fall apart on you, Mike? Like after you're in a couple bites? Yeah, because don't you put all the junk on there? Like the cranberry? And the gravy. I have such a cool visual in my head right now. But doesn't it fall apart? Like doesn't the gravy make it all saturated? No, it's all pasty. I'm telling you. Turns into a paste. You got it. You got to get like a whole grain wheat bread for this. You are ridiculous. That is ridiculous. You're so un-American. The Thanksgiving spirit. You're so immature. This is America. You don't know anything about anything. Why don't you grow up? Learn this country. I cooked my own turkey. I drive a Ford Fusion. I can't argue with that. He does.
You had to go that. I wouldn't have played that card. I had to. I kind of had to. I didn't have a resort. Here's what I do. It's the only other time I eat Miracle Whip. Dude, I'm telling you. Here's what I do. Take the Wonder Bread. Let me tell you about my white trash day after Thanksgiving sandwich. And it is, man. It's WT and it's so good. First of all, I have to take a bowl. I go to the cabinet, get a bowl. I then open up the Ziploc bag with the dark meat turkey in it. And with my fingers, rip it off of the carcass with my fingers. Okay. With plenty of skin. Got to have skin. Got to have skin. This is so wrong already. I don't like white meat. Why is it not carved up already? Oh, it is. But, you know, like I'm talking about like the wing. You know, like the wing. So I'll take my fingers and I'll dig into the wing and I'll pull off the meat. This is ridiculous. But it's cold. But it's cold. So it's got that jelly all over it, right? So I pull it off. I put it in the bowl. Stick it in the microwave. Warm it up. And I schmear Miracle Whip on my Wonder Bread. Put the hot microwaved turkey on there. Then separately warm up some stuffing and mashed potatoes.
Put that stuffing and mashed potatoes on top of the turkey. Little bit of cranberry sauce. Little bit of cranberry sauce. Did I say mashed potatoes? Put the other piece of Wonder Bread on there. Cut it in half. That thing is a mess. Doritos. What a mess. Terrible. Just got an instant message from P1 Quimby that said, you're about to make me vomit. Fine. Fine, I'm telling you it's the most delicious sandwich in the history of sandwiches. So many rules of physics are being broken. What do you do with your baguette? Well, it's not a baguette, first of all. That's what Scott said. French bread, cut two slices, mayonnaise, and mustard. What is it? And mustard. White meat only. Salt and pepper. That's it.
White meat, too dry day after. No, too dry. White meat, too dry day after. Not the way my dad makes it, bro. My dad knows what he's doing. Mayonnaise and mustard. Dude, the cranberry is your mayonnaise or mustard in this sandwich. Yes. Why do you not roll mayo? You have to have mayonnaise on a turkey sandwich. Yeah, dude. You have to have mayonnaise on a turkey sandwich. You have to have mayonnaise on a turkey sandwich. That is gross. You have to have mayonnaise on a turkey sandwich. Oil. Oil, too. Don't forget the oil. I will not eat mayonnaise. I agree with Rob. No, thanks. I can eat it. I agree with Rob. I use cranberry sauce. So you go turkey, cranberry, that's it? Childish. These two might childish. They're childish. Stuffing? Children. Stuffing, too. Stuffing, children. And cranberry. On the wheat bread. On the hearty wheat bread. Mashed taters. Mashed taters. You put that? I do not put that in there. I don't even care. Green bean casserole. What about that? Oh, dude, yeah, I do. You do? I do. Really? I put the green bean casserole. No. That's too much. Maybe a little bit of pumpkin pie in there. I don't care.
That's a lie. That is a lie. It's a bold-faced lie. Now you're just being sensational. You're trying to be Howard Stern over here. You know what the trick is? Try this pumpkin. Why did you just say that when you did it? Try this this Thanksgiving. Because the way I try new things is... You've never done that. I'm going to hook you up to a lie detector test. Hold on, listen to me. When you make your sandwich, well first of all... Don't cut your sandwich. There's no point in cutting your sandwich. It is. No. No, you don't cut your sandwich. It's too difficult. But what you do is you'll slip, like, take one corner and just slip a little something on the bread, you know, on the corner of the bread. Like, just take a little bite. Whatever your experiment is. You can put a pecan on there. A pecan. A pecan. A pecan. A pecan pie on there? No, not the pie. The actual nut? You're weird, dude. You should be arrested for that. No, I should be a chef. Wait, you make a sandwich and you put nuts in it? How do I say this, Mike? No, you don't put the whole thing, but if you have some crushed up ones from a trail mix or from the crust of the pie, they're already sweetened and stuff. Mike, what is he talking about?
He eats like he's on a caboose headed for... With the cranberry, the stuffing, the white meat turkey, and some hobo on a caboose. Glazed almonds? Glazed almonds. I mean, glazed pecans. Glazed pecans. I'm sorry. Pecans. Pecans. It's like you go... It's like... Oh, my gosh. Never do that again. It's like you go through your glove box and just find stuff to stick in sandwiches. I think that's a pecan. It's got legs, but... Yeah, let me taste it. It's either that or gravel. I can't tell. Caccarocha. So disgusting. 5701053 is our number. 35253 is our text. You're going over to your brother's, right, Skye? Yeah, I believe so. Which, he'll obviously make turkey. Yeah. But... Are you bringing the ham or is he making it? It's in her purse right now. So dumb. You're really the dumbest. I don't see what he said wrong. What's the deal? Are you taking it? I don't know. One of my plans for this weekend was to touch base with them and see what they need me to bring. And maybe I'd offer a few suggestions. You don't. And I'm being completely serious when I say this. You do not pay for your ham anymore, do you?
What do you mean? I would think that your level, and I'm not joking, that your level of ham celebrity in this town... It's off the charts. No. No, but our sales department. That upsets me. Honeybake should be busting down her door. No, our sales department reached out to Honeybake Ham and said, hey, did you know we have a ham gobbler on our station? Ham addict. Yes. A ham addict. A ham-holic. They didn't really seem to care. Are they nuts? I pay for my ham like everybody else, bro. I put my ham on one leg at a time. I'm a big fan of that. Eddie, Eddie, can you shut up? Please get that. We got to hear that within minutes. We got to hear that within minutes. Ashley can't hear you right now. Ashley, pull that clip and send it to Sean. I pay for my ham like everybody else. Forever. Dude, that may be the greatest one. Okay. Forever. Oh, it's so hilarious. Ever. Enjoy, everyone. Is it a possibility that he says that he's not getting it?
and that you show up there and don't have it, that's not even a possibility because you don't want to eat turkey, so that will not happen, right? No, if they don't want me to bring it, then I guess, you know, I won't. I guess I eat outside. Right. Do any of us believe that? You know what? We're not children here. We're not little kids, okay? We're protecting. Who are you protecting? We know you're not going to not have ham on Thanksgiving. My sister-in-law is quite like the Martha Stewart. Last year she made these really pretty baked figs with goat cheese and stuff. I love figs. I don't want to impose. If she's got a plan going, don't get me wrong, I will offer. I'm diabetic and I brought my own meal, if you don't mind. It's kosher. Yes, it's all kosher. I'm not buying it. No way. No way she's not having ham. We'd run it up to the car eating slices of ham. Gobble, gobble, gobble, gobble, gobble, gobble, gobble. Or get the Jon Hamm, Jon Hamm. That's delicious. The Jon Hamm, Jon Hamm. It's just a case over the bathroom. It's fantastic. That's so dumb. Let's see. So gross. In Canada, a 44-year-old stripper is suing a club for age discrimination.
Yes, she was just let go, and the manager told her it was too old, and the club wanted to go with a more youthful vibe, and so she is suing for age discrimination. Wow. How much does she want? They don't say exactly what she's asking for. Yeah, she says other mature dancers were also let go on the same day. Mature dancers. When you start breaking your hip on the pole, that's time to hang them up. Your teeth fall out all dancing. You know, nothing more annoying than the immature dancers. If you trip on your own boobs. Do you know how much a wedding dress costs? Um, no. Well, my dress is ruined thanks to you and my little brother and your stupid teriyaki bowls. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Say what you will about me, but leave my teriyaki bowls out of this. They're just grilled chicken or sirloin steak on a bed of steamed rice topped with broccoli, carrots, and teriyaki sauce. What did they do? Oh, I'll tell you. I just said I do to the love of my life. Everyone was throwing confetti and rose petals. It was perfect until my brother started throwing rice. Isn't that traditional? Not cooked rice! Oh.
And not when it's in a bowl with chicken and vegetables and teriyaki sauce. Unbelievable. I know. To waste a perfectly good teriyaki bowl like that, you must be pretty special. I always cry at weddings, too. But before I do, here's an announcer to tell you something cool that has nothing to do with my teriyaki bowls. No, Eddie's coming back. He's coming back. What's he doing?
He was leaving. Why would he be leaving? He was leaving because that's a ridiculous song. You know he didn't like it. I think he was leaving because he wanted to go to his computer to watch it on MikeyShow.com. I do not think that, for the record. I don't. Rob says he knows that's not true. I know it. Really? I don't know about that. Then what was he doing? It looked like he was walking straight up on out of here. Did he have to go tinkle? No, he wouldn't do that during the show. Men don't do that. Did he? I'm right here. He's back. He's a cat. We're better than that. I disagree. We are. No, I think we are definitely better than that. He's a cat. If you'd like, you can leave us a message on our answering machine. 858-715-1923. Eddie, tell me that didn't get stuck in your head yesterday. It didn't. It did, too. It did not. No, it didn't. Because stuff that gets stuck in his head, we sing in the office. Yes, we were singing.
Five dollar foot long. Five dollar. Festival of the Jerks. They sing that for like 25 minutes and I finally go, why are you singing that to the tune of Bring in the Clowns by Judy Conn? Don't question it. Why? And Rob didn't even know that that's what he had been doing. I don't know what that song is. Here, I'll play it for you. Do you really not know? Yeah. I was just going Festival of the Jerks. Why were you doing that? Because that is the song that you can hear over the loudspeakers during Festival of the Jerks, which takes place in November. Because, of course, I said something like, oh, that's a total Festival of Jerks, and then they ran with it. Just like the one time I said the mall. The mall. I saw a flyer at the mall. You did? Yeah, for Festival of the Jerks. Hey, Shawnee, how big? Yeah. Is that song called Bring In the Clown? Send In the Clown. Send In. Oh, I've seen that on The Simpsons once. Krusty sang it. It's true. Of course. So I do know that song. We do not have the original Judy Collins version. We do not. What kind of rock station is this? I know it. How about Tears of a Clown? I'm just naming stuff. Okay. Stuff with clowns in it. It's the worst song ever.
This song is absolutely terrible. Let's play it for our listeners. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's make sure we get it out there. Yeah. Crank this sucker, all right? Hopefully you have a good bass system in your car. Or a shotgun. Yeah. Either way. Either way. Wow. I'm just saying, these are just options. Okay. I'm helping. Fair enough. Oh, my mom is tearing up right now. How could you not? Every mom is. Festival of the Jerks. Oh, shut up. Celine. No. It's another diva. It's actually Richard Simmons. Look at him there with his curly hair and his little dolphin shorts. Oh, you're so adorable. That's him singing right now. Very animated while he sings. He really is. He's wearing a Carmen Miranda hat. Very glamorous. Oh, my God. He's wearing a Vera Wang wedding dress. It's really beautiful. It's gorgeous. It's beaded. It's beaded. He's got that little, you know, the little beaded headdress, wedding headdress on as well. Little tiara. Same one Laura wore when Luke and Laura got married. Oh, dude. Same one. Absolutely. So wonderful. Festival of the jerks. All right. Thank you. Thank you.
Just get it out of your system, bro. And he threw the headphones off. You leave if you have to. Yeah, feel free. Wait a minute, you're saying that the show, when we play that song, that the show is an actual waste of time. Swinging the clowns is time well spent. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. I think everybody agrees with that. That's right. Everybody is okay with that, and I'm bored. Sky has a list. Oh, good. It's a Forbes list. Oh, I love these. Money, money, money. Go. That would be original. Her name is Stephanie. Everybody be like, where did you get that? Yeah, where did you get the name Stephanie? Freak. I'm just kidding. Her name's Chaps. You guys are missing. 7% ground beef.
That's gorgeous. What's her middle name? Breast milk. That's 40% ground beef breast milk Esparza. No pulp Esparza. No pulp. That's my grandfather. It's a family name. No pulp. So you're missing number five and number ten, which are both little girls and they both have the same name. Two little girls, same name. That's a cool idea. You have twin girls and name them the same thing. That's Veronica and Veronica. They're not twins. Actually, name them same name. Yes, same name. Name one same and the other one name. Name. Name. Like, why did we name Jake, Jake? We call him Jake. We knew we were going to call him Jake. Why did you name him Jacob? Yeah, we wanted a Bible name. We wanted a Bible name, named him Jacob.
I think that's why. I know, dude. His name's not even Jake. That's what my parents did. My parents wanted to name me Eddie, but they had to name me Edward. Right. Officially. Because they wanted to call me Eddie. They thought it would be wrong to call you Eddie. Same with us. Why? Why is that wrong? Because when you're in trouble, they need to be able to reference the whole name. That is true. Isn't that what the middle name's for, though? No, you get the middle name if you're really in trouble. You use both. Ashley Boner, get over it. What's your male name? Elizabeth. Sarah Elizabeth! Oh, yeah. Did you hear that a lot? Sarah Elizabeth! Constantly. When my mom chased me around the house with a spatula. Are you kidding? Eddie, didn't your mom break a spoon on you? Yeah, it was funny. Oh, you got the wooden spoon too? Yeah, she broke it. Yeah. Well, somebody had to do it.
Mother never had to get physical with me. I took good direction. I was. You never know when some dad needed to pick me up. That's right. You have to always be kind to mother. You never know when you're going to need her. You should always be kind to your mother. That is true. Mother. Mike. Do you remember how wonderful I was as a child? Well, now it's payback. No. Payback. Would you mind coming and picking me up forthwith? For what? Mother. Are you sitting down? Are you sitting down? I don't mean to worry you. Oh, this is bad. But I'm burnt. Mother, I'm all right. I'm all right, Mother. But I am burnt. I mean, how many years till you're going to let it go? Till the day you die. Mother, could you come and take me up from work? Shut up, Mike. She's getting weaker. I'm sorry, I'm about to pass. Come quickly and... And drink a big gulp on your way. Yes. We're going to need it. And a red ball. You'll need energy. I'm sorry, I'm passing out. Oh, no. Mother. Shut up. Oh, no. That last one was bad. Enough. Do you have the number for the case of health? No. Call information. So, yeah. U.S. automakers won that bailout. That's pretty crazy, right, Mike? That's a subject change. Segway. We're just trying to change the subject, anything. Let's move on to another topic. Yeah. What else is happening out there? What? What else is going on? Eddie will like, or I don't know if Eddie will like this one. This may upset him. Why would you tell me that? But Josh Schwartz, the dude who created shows like Gossip Girl and The O.C., has just signed on to do a big movie. He will be writing the script for X-Men First Class, which will focus on the X-Men when they were young. What do you think, Eddie? Yes. Same dude who did Gossip Girl, The O.C., Chuck, these youthful shows. Eddie's thinking. Well.
I love the concept. I'm happy that they're making another one. I don't know if that guy's the right guy. I don't know about him either. That's the guy that did what? OC. OC. Gossip Girl. Weird. I don't know any of this. It's going to be very dramatic. Just focus on the powers. Some of the text messages we're getting. 35253. Mikey Qui-Gon Jinn. Too soon. Nobody believes that. Well, it's the truth. You better stop believing it. It's a lie. It is not a lie. No, Chris Martin. It is a lie. At the end of 2009, I will retire from the music industry. Will you stop? I've decided that I'm going into espionage. Oh, wow. That's quite a career change.
Yeah, he says that, you know, he's never respected or liked like old rock stars, the dudes who don't know when to give it up and when to quit. He says he's 31 years old now. Oh, you're ancient. By the end of next year, he's going to be 33. He says he wants to go out on top when their clothes still fit and they still have all their hair. Yes, I'm on top now. So he says in the next year. It's a bunk bed, but. I'm on top. So he says in 2009, they're going to pack in as much as they can, and then they're going to call it quits. I don't believe them. I don't either, and I don't want to. No, they should force them to. They said it. You said that, yes. You're out. You're not welcome anymore. Great music. I don't want them to go away. I like that Viva Las Vegas song. Yeah, you do. It's not. It's good. It's Viva. I used to go to Vegas and roll the dice on the floor. Is that how it goes? Well said. Then they kick me out the door. That's it. Do we have a new single from them, by the way? You were just hearing it. Yeah, dude. No, that's the old single. I thought you were just playing it. Yeah.
The Viva Las Vegas. Do you guys know what the new song is called? I have no idea. Oh, you know what? I did hear that the other day. I don't know what it's called, but it's kind of cool. Ant's Marching. X and Y. Violet Hill? Do we have that in the system? Let It Mellow? I think it's actually called Viva La Vida. No, that's it. Maybe it is. No. That's the one we were just singing. They all sound the same. That is true. It's a new one. Ask Shauna. Call Shauna and see if she knows the new Coldplay single. Do we have Violet Hill in the system? Why is she screaming at you? She's screaming at the top of her lungs. At the top of her lungs. We call and disturb people.
I'm pressing play. It's not playing. Maybe it's got a weird intro. Press play. Yeah. I'm a big fan of them. Oh, really, Lars? I'm a big fan of them and of Oasis. Really? Yeah, I like Deep Purple. You like wooden shoes, too. Yeah, wooden shoes. Stinky wooden shoes. I like bands from the 60s, like Tambourine Mellow was good. You like Lemon Drops and Sandals? They were great. Yeah, they were good. Rainbow Encore. Oh, never heard of that. Salad Melangerie. I've definitely never heard of that one. That is weird. Never heard of that one? I'm so rich that...

The song Wherever I Roam was recorded with my shoes. Oh, wow. That's fascinating. You're full of it. I'm not. Oh, Lars. You want to hear me play my shoes? I guess. Sometimes I'll do a shoe solo. Oh, wow. After a couple of tanker and tonics. You do like those. A lot of them. This entire album was recorded with my shoes. When you hear the drums, just know I'm playing wooden shoes. I don't believe you. Listen.
Well, maybe four. Told you, haha. This text message says, trip out. My wife is Ashley Elizabeth also, and she is from the Bay Area too. There must be a crazy gene up there that causes this. That's crazy. Ashley Elizabeth. P1 no name. Mikey, I've been waiting since the end of last year to hear the wonderful... Carol of the hams. Oh, it's coming. The holy night's coming too. Both of them are coming. Can't wait. Is it that time of year yet? After Thanksgiving. Holiday lights are already out. It would be ham-tastic if you guys could play it. You guys are awesome and the best. That's P1UPS, Chris. Not until after Thanksgiving. There are rules that need to be followed. FCC regulations. That's right. Does not allow. Yes. Yeah. Do you know the scene where the guys are all walking together in slow motion and all of a sudden one of them turns with that stick and whacks the other one's name? That's what he does to us every day. That's very much like him. We're just all walking along. We're having a great time. We don't expect it. And then all of a sudden he just whacks us in the stomach with it. Wait a minute. That is accurate. And then he rapes somebody. That's right. And drinks salty milk. A little too far. A little bit of mint. I'm going to bring some to Vegas. Dude, really? You're going to bring on the plane? Yeah, I'm going to bring it. What are you going to bring? Your milk? Yeah. I'm going to bring my salty. I'm going to bring that milk and my toys. My baby food. Yes. You're so gross. Do it. Do it formula. Will you bring any blueberry buckle? Ooh, bring me one. If you want me to, I will.
I just want to watch you eat it. I want to videotape you eating it. Please let us videotape that. Can you imagine how many hits? How awesome would that be? How many hits would we get if we filmed Sean eating his blueberry buckle baby food? Just some perverts alone. Okay, Eddie. And drinking his salt milk. He does it for his tummy because the tummy can't handle the... While wearing that costume he wears, Mike. Oh, it's awesome. Great. It's all tied in. Okay, forget it. Don't. No. Stop. How about spaghetti sauce from the jar? He does that too. Cold. So good. He eats cold spaghetti sauce from the jar. He drinks his milk warm. Is that the deal? Yeah. Yeah, warm it up a little bit. And he puts a pinch of salt and milk and mint. So filthy. So delicious. 570-1053 is our phone number. We got to go. Tomorrow on the show, Ashley will be doing an eating competition. I'm the owner of Golden Baked Hams in Encinitas, and I would like to get you some hams. I hear you guys talking about hams quite a bit now. Sure, she appreciates it. You're the owner of what? Golden Baked Hams? Not the same, bro. Golden Baked Hams. Sounds good for the average person. Yeah, it sounds delicious. When you're a ham connoisseur, she's a ham elitist. Come on, dude. How dare you? You're like spitting in her face right now. Scott, would you be willing to let him bring some down and you at least sample it? Would you try it? Would you please try it? Oh, yeah, Mike. Why don't you have somebody bring down some dirt, too? I'd be happy to try that, all right? You want some screws? How about that? Why don't you bring some rusty nails down here? It's B1K McNeil. What's up? Hey, listen, I wonder when you guys are going to do another recording of Ashley calling her mom. Dude, Ash, when can you? That's great, man. Yeah, my next plan, because it's just tricky to get her on the phone because she's a teacher and she works all day, and then I'm like, I'd have to do it here at the studio when I'm at work. But my next plan is over Thanksgiving break, for sure, I'm going to videotape her, and I'm going to catch her in one of her silly moments when she doesn't know because she gets camera shy. And I'm going to get video of her. I just hope that one day you can call her again. Because that was fantastic. Oh, it'll happen again. For sure. That was fantastic. That's just fantastic. It's just fantastic. The lovely and talented Missy is coming up next. Tomorrow on the show, tough love with Eddie. Tough love with Eddie, tough love.
